We had a great experience at Ashley’s with Cheryl Parton! She helped us find everything we needed for our new home. A was even helpful with our children as well, when we needed a moment to talk things over before making our final decisions.

My husband and I had visited Ashley Furniture a month ago and we were thinking of getting a new mattress and bedroom furniture. When we went back to the store to finally make a purchase, Cheryl Parton, who talked with us last time, had remembered us and had notes on her tablet as to what we were looking at. I thought that was great! It saved us time from trying to figure out what mattress we were going to get. Definitely recommend Ashley Furniture in Morristown TN.

Mark Jones greeted us at the door and asked us if he could help us. We said we were looking at replacing our old recliner. He explained where all they were at in the store. And also about what we could purchase today and what we would be able to order. He walked us through the store and was very helpful. He showed us several recliners. We ended up purchasing one and taking it home right away. Mark was so pleasant and seemed to enjoy helping us. Very good customer service. Will definitely recommend Mark and this store to my friends and coworkers. Thank you.

I went to the store to browse recliners. I told Cheryl that I would have to think about it. I went to leave, and she told me to fill out a paper for a drawing. I did, she put it in the thing and spun it around to mix it up. The next day, she started texting me asking if I had decided which chair to get so she could order it for me. She had dug my entry back out to get my number. Then today (a month later)...I got a random message saying I had opted in to receiving texts from Ashley furniture which I did not. Now they are sending me texts about sales, which is ridiculous. I hope she didn't do that to everyone that entered the drawing. Edit: I received another text from her as a group message with 11 others to tell us about a current sale. She got all of their numbers off their entries for the drawing as well. I'm sure she opted them in for texts too. Smh...

Highly satisfied with my experience and my sale's rep Cheryl she is awesome. She didn't stop looking until she found just what I was looking for in my price range.

My family and I just left here after having one of the only good experiences with any Ashley furniture store we've ever been to. Cheryl helped once in awhile while also giving us our space to talk and think. Most of us know that majority of sales representatives over crowd customers to make their money. Norma and Mark were great! I splurged and bought the sectional of my dreams! I told Norma I have to go measure my walls and I’ll be back because I have a very small living room. Mark is very personable, a great listener and very knowledgeable about his products. He helped me to measure the wall behind the sofa and told me it would fit if we moved the cup holder to the other wall. Mark was great getting the order written up and advising me to get the four year furniture protection. I came on February 17th for President’s Day sale and got 15% discount as well as a trip to Orlando, Florida!!! The sectional is exceptionally comfortable and I’m looking forward to having this special piece of furniture in my new home because it has power adjustable headrests and three power recliners. It will be great for my husband’s bad back!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was gifted a new bedroom suite for Christmas. It was purchased well before thanksgiving and wasn't able to be picked up until a week before Christmas. When unboxed we noticed the footboard casing was missing. We had the drawers, but not the casing. We contacted our salesperson and the manager. They were no help and lied to us the entire process of getting this made right. We had to go and contact the warehouse directly and even deal with a different Ashley. They would NEVER get back with us. We called multiple times and they said they would follow up and never did. The footboard finally arrived to the warehouse and we had it picked up and put together before they ever called to inform us it was in. To say this is not the right Ashley if your want compassionate and truthful sales people is saying the truth.

I get a piece here and there and only cause I keep asking where my items are! Very unhappy about the process! Initially was told 3 to 4 weeks. Would definitely recommend shopping somewhere else. At this point I really regret purchasing here.

I never once felt like I was given a sales pitch, or pressured into any decision or upsold on anything. I also loved to hear that their company is locally owned, Christian based and helps the community in such extraordinary ways. The check out process was also so easy and typically that portion makes me uneasy. We will definitely be back for any other furniture needs and I recommend them to everyone.

He was very knowledgeable about the items that was on the floor and made sure he listened to all of our wants and concerns and was able to answer them professionally and confidently . Doug was the manager and was also very helpful and professional. &checkout with him was very easy and smooth. We are very excited about our living room set and was thankful we had Russ and Doug to help every step of the way.

My husband & I decided to go the new Ashley’s in the Crossroads Square. We were greeted by Kelly & she told us of some of the furniture that was on sale & gave us a discount card. We told her we were looking for a specific couch for our living room. She showed us several & we decided on one. She was very professional, friendly & patient to our needs. We also found a credenza we had wanted!

We have purchased from Ashley before and been completely satisfied with their products and services. This time we went to the Morristown location and Kelly was our sales person. She was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent as much time with us as we needed, but also let us look around on our own. We appreciated that she was never far away and checked in regularly but didn't hover. We made multiple visits before the actual purchase of a living room set and she was always helpful and gracious. All in all a great experience. I have already passed her name along to a few friends!

My wife and I went in looking for a lifting recliner and a mattress. We were instantly greeting by a gentleman by the name of Doug. He instantly made us feel comfortable and welcome. He took us to their high tech machine that shows just where all of your pressure points when lying down are. This helped them put us into the correct bed type for us. Doug departed and a wonderful man by the name of Michael Parks took over helping us choose the right mattress for us. Mr. Parks was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole experience. He showed us a few beds and we decided on our set up. Next was the lift chair. I cannot begin to express our gratitude we feel towards Mr. Parks for the lengths he went to in order to get us our chair. We desperately needed a chair today so that our Mawmaw could sleep comfortably and have the assist to the standing position. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one on site. Mr. Parks found one in the warehouse and was able to make contact with the gentlemen in the warehouse and get him to stay after business close to wait for us to get there to get the chair. All in all I could not be happier with the service we received from Mr. Parks today. I’ll not buy furniture from another location as long as I’m able. They have earned themselves a customer for life!
