Russ Arrigo at the Morristown, TN store was absolutely fantastic! We went in, just looking at living room furniture, thinking we wouldn't be able to get anything that we really liked yet. Russ approached us and asked what type of living room furniture we were interested in. He asked what colors, fabric, etc that we liked. He pointed out 2 or 3 sets that he thought we might like. He asked if we had any questions and then he left us alone to look and discuss in private, which is what I liked the most about Russ. He didn't smother us, nor did he make us feel neglected as customers. He was very informative about the way the furniture was made, the warranties, financing and estimated delivery times. We ended up getting a sectional that was exactly what I was looking for AND it was on clearance! We also got the matching huge, round swivel chair that was also on clearance. We was having so much fun hanging out with Russ that we ended up looking at more furniture and also purchased an entertainment center and a fireplace insert. I picked out a bedroom set that I am absolutely in love with, but we are waiting to pay off this furniture first. Before we left that day, Russ asked if we wanted to register for a $500 shopping spree. Well, of course we did! We registered and WE WON!!! We ended up getting end tables that matched our entertainment center. I really hope Russ stays with Ashley Furniture in Morristown for a very long time, because we will be back to buy more furniture in the near future. Russ, thank you so much for all of your help! The staff, including Lynn who helped us find exactly what we wanted, were all very nice and helpful especially to my grandmother. They also had a decent selection of items at most price points as long as you understand they sell more towards the higher end of things. However I will note that a couple items did use cheap construction materials and a less than desirable construction when it came to things like the feel of the drawers pulling out. However if you simply look out for those few peices, there are plenty of others that have the quality you'd expect in plenty of styles and colors for you to choose from.

The salesman, Michael Parks, met my family at the door, very kindly and allowing us space to say that we would appreciate space or would need assistance. I had a very specific request, we wanted a sectional with a chase, +/- a recliner. They had several options on the floor and he was very helpful and informative and we made a selection relatively quickly. Then, because he was actually listening to us and not just focusing on this sale alone, he realized we were in the market for a mattress. He gave us a sleep pressure zone test that showed us the areas of our body that needed support and told us the firmness our bodies would need. After sampling both Purple and Tempurpedic mattresses, we were sold and made our decision, the financing process was quick and easy and well described. We even went home with our cooling sheets, mattress cover, and pillows! Our new furniture will be delivered soon my family had a wonderful buying experience. It is very gratifying to make a purchase that my family needed from good people who were so lovely. 10/10 will shop again ❤️
