Went in to see if I could find a sofa to replace the one I gave away. Cheryl help me and show me the sofas with the criteria that I wanted. I told her I need to sit on it for a while and read and she just left me it. I have my husband come to the store and we both loved the sofa, but I needed something to keep my feet up a little. She got online and found me the right footstool and a color that would go with the sofa because I wanted something small. Thank you Cheryl . We will be back. My husband and I returned to Ashley to purchase a dining set. We have a small dining area now but still wanted something that matched our existing furniture. I had seen the sectional online through a Facebook promotion and she made me even happier when she thoroughly told me all the details about the item. She made the experience personable and fun for our whole family (two wild little boys included). She gave us helpful, realistic info to help the decision. I never once felt like I was given a sales pitch, or pressured into any decision or upsold on anything. I also loved to hear that their company is locally owned, Christian based and helps the community in such extraordinary ways. The check out process was also so easy and typically that portion makes me uneasy. We will definitely be back for any other furniture needs and I recommend them to everyone.

I recently purchased a sectional for our new home. I found the one I wanted in-store, and fell in love with all aspects of it. It will be perfect for my home with our toddler. Cheryl Parton was amazing! She kept me fully informed about the material, piece/configuration options, pricing, and informed me of what sales they had going on in the local store. We have purchased from Ashley before and been completely satisfied with their products and services. This time we went to the Morristown location and Kelly was our sales person. She was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent as much time with us as we needed, but also let us look around on our own. We appreciated that she was never far away and checked in regularly but didn't hover. We made multiple visits before the actual purchase of a living room set and she was always helpful and gracious. All in all a great experience. I have already passed her name along to a few friends!

My wife and I went in looking for a lifting recliner and a mattress. We were instantly greeting by a gentleman by the name of Doug. He instantly made us feel comfortable and welcome. He took us to their high tech machine that shows just where all of your pressure points when lying down are. This helped them put us into the correct bed type for us. Doug departed and a wonderful man by the name of Michael Parks took over helping us choose the right mattress for us. Mr. Parks was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole experience. He showed us a few beds and we decided on our set up. Next was the lift chair. I cannot begin to express our gratitude we feel towards Mr. Parks for the lengths he went to in order to get us our chair. We desperately needed a chair today so that our Mawmaw could sleep comfortably and have the assist to the standing position. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one on site. Mr. Parks found one in the warehouse and was able to make contact with the gentlemen in the warehouse and get him to stay after business close to wait for us to get there to get the chair. All in all I could not be happier with the service we received from Mr. Parks today. I’ll not buy furniture from another location as long as I’m able. They have earned themselves a customer for life!

Visited the Morristown store yesterday evening and was greeted by Cheryl Parton, Cheryl was super friendly, treated us like family and went above and beyond to address our needs for a new mattress, she didn’t just sell us a mattress, she went over and above to make sure we got the right mattress for us, let me tell you, this was like visiting family with the added bonus of getting a great deal on a quality sleep system, we surely do appreciate Cheryl and all the staff, we were treated great!

We had the best time with Kelly helping us buy our new furniture. She showed us what was on the floor and also showed things on the computer. She listened to what we wanted and was able to show us what we described as wanted. She did not try to upsell or automatically lead us to the more expensive pieces. My wife and I went to the Ashley Store to look for a new bed. We were greeted by Kelly Lewis who showed us some beds and some mattresses, and it was a very pleasant experience. The service that I received from Cheryl Parton was awesome from the day I walked in on February 28th until February the 29th she was attentive and she answered every question I had and I actually bought a sofa and a chair and a half with the ottoman and it's just perfect and she was great please ask for her when you go to the Ashley store in Morristown Tennessee because she is so great sales lady she made my experience very very pleasant and I was truly blessed and happy when I left there with the service I received and with the product that I was able to purchase so I would give Cheryl Parton five stars for being such a terrific sales lady!
