I bought a bed-frame and matching dressers/nightstands back in December 2022, with professional installation. They came, assembled the bed frame, placed the bed on it, etc. and everything has been working fantastic. I decided it was time to replace our old mattress, so I removed it from the frame yesterday. When I removed the bed, I noticed many of the slats appeared off. I took a closer look, and noticed that most of the slats had no screws in them on either side. I looked up the assembly instructions, and saw that it clearly states you should screw all of the slats in. Upon inspection, I also noticed the slats were definitely warping in the middle, and that struct me as odd. It's a king-sized frame, and it wasn't cheap, so it shouldn't be crumbling in less than 3 years of usage. Again, looking at the installation instructions, it very clearly shows/instructs putting in a middle crossbeam for support, and that was never done - none of the slats had any middle support. Granted, this was three years ago, so I know it's all out of warranty, but this was definitely a faulty installation that I just now discovered was faulty. Between the slats now needing to be replaced and the "whiteglove PROFRESSIONAL delivery & installation" charges that didn't buy a professional installation, and the fact we decided to go with the 5-year payment plan (since there was no cash discount), I'm now continuing to pay for furniture that was never properly installed and is now damaged. The "customer care" team blamed me for not having a "protection plan" for your installation service. If I didn't catch this issue and trusted Ashley to made the bed correctly, it would've also ruined my new mattress. I called in the store, and they gave me a number to call that left me on hold for over an hour and half. I tried again today, and someone did finally answer, and informed me they will do nothing regarding this problem, since I don't have a protection plan. Of course, a protection plan is to protect against my usage, not bad installation. If you can't stand by your furniture and your installation process, then I can't be a repeat customer. I was happy with our furniture and would've considered buying more in the future, but with the apathy shown, I won't be. On top of that, now I have to figure out how to fix your bed frame and slats to properly handle a bed.

Approved for new line of credit with store do discount. Then employee ran charges for wrong pieces of furniture twice. So card was locked for fraud. Then was not able to get items I wanted. And it’s a whole ordeal to get card active again. 72 hours still have not been able to purchase items

They had some great deals on couches and sofas, Jeff was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to assist us with any questions we had. Over pretty good experience. Similar quality to designer couches such as crate and barrel or pottery barn, but not as expensive. Best of both worlds. 5/5. 👍
