Friendly, helpful staff made sure we had a great experience. We were looking for a specific living room set and they didn’t have it in the showroom. They were able to order what we wanted and gave us a discount that matched a competitor for the same item. We are very excited to have our new furniture delivered this week!
I went to the show room to see if the love seat I had found online was as nice as it seemed in the photos. The colors turned out to be better than I thought. The salesperson, Derek, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. With his expertise and guidance I ended up purchasing the couch instead. Derek helped me realize that the couch would be a better fit for me than the love seat and would not take up much more room than the love seat with the center counsel. He walked me through the purchasing process explaining everything in detail. Because of his friendly and professional demeanor I purchased right then and there rather than waiting and looking at other furniture.Thank you Derek and Ashley Furniture.
