Mr. Grant was great!! He answered all of our questions without being a “pushy” salesman. That is why I specifically asked for him when I called back to make a purchase. Our purchase was a very easy transition.

The stores is good. Delivery nearly 2months! If I would not have called I don’t believe I would have received my lamp. We are not shopping at your store any longer.

Sales person was great, but your phone policy is terrible I like to call the store and talk to my salesperson directly, not customer service somewhere else. Will not purchase from Ashley in the future. When I need to make changes or cancel an order I don't appreciate waiting until the delivery date to confirm cancelation.

I will never buy from here again. Sorry ownership. Think twice before you purchase.

Make sure look over anything you buy from here. They sell broken and chipped furniture and refuse to work with you to get a replacement, I spent $7,000 with these people and came back in a few months later which was yesterday to get some lamps that matched our master bedroom suite. We loved the lamps and didn’t really look them over completely because we were distracted by the purchase process. We were going to spend more money for our entertainment room and two guest beds in the spring but we’ll look elsewhere, probably lost $10,000-$15,000 over a $150 lamp. If management reads this, just know that I was 100% going to spends money with yall. But it’s deeply disappointing to be told all sales are final where we were obviously excited about your product and made an oversight. $150 is not a lot but I’m sure there are smaller local businesses that will better appreciate their customers

I had what I would call a unique situation and my sales person by the name Olivia handled it so well, and bent over backwards to accommodate my issue.

Great sales people...just watch for addon costs. Since we bought a leather sofa with electric recliners...we opted for extended warranty and white glove service. Additionally, there are financing options...we did 6 months zero interest...took the sting out of the purchase price. There was a little snag with their computer systems...that's why only 4 stars. Otherwise, watch for sales and shop early. Management was helpful.

Jared took care of us from start to finish. He wasn't pushy at all. Gave us time and space to see all of options what we were looking for. He even was able to give us a little discount as well. Ali was great during both of our visits to Ashley. She wasn’t that pushy “sales” person and gave us the details we needed to make our decision.We had our new furniture within a week of our purchase and everything was great! We will definitely be back. Everyone was helpful and nice!

Purchased mattress, pillows, mattress cover and adjustable frame. Was given incorrect information about the mattress and decided the next day cancel order and do more research. We went to the store the next day to cancel the order, a delivery date had not been scheduled. They would not let us return the mattress cover ($329.99 before tax). Nothing on our paperwork stated that once an item left the store it could not be returned. Nothing was said about this when we completed the paperwork. When completing the paperwork, the sales person directed us to a digital signature pad and then told us when to sign. We had to sign multiple times and were not told what we were signing, just told when to sign. Also we were not told that we had to pay an additional $319.99 plus tax fee for the warranty on the adjustable base. The warranty on the base was a big selling point. The added cost was discovered on the paperwork after the sale. The sales person told us the several times that the mattress would last 32 years, this was a big selling point as most mattress manufacturers list 8–10 years. Upon research from the manufacturer we found that their mattress should last 10 years not the 32 the sales person stated repeatedly.

People at the store are not the problem the problem is the warehouse ! This is the 2nd time picking up from the warehouse and I get home and the furniture is completely damaged and unusable and then I have to wait another two weeks to get my furniture if not longer . This wouldn’t be a problem if the first go around with a different item wasn’t damaged and I had to wait to have it replaced . Now I get my dining room table tonight open it up and it’s damaged now I’m having to wait till however long to get it replaced this is unacceptable. Definitely will no longer be using Ashley simply because of the warehouse itself.

Ashley HomeStore – Murfreesboro (Owned by Dufresne Spencer Group) I’ve bought Ashley furniture for years, but this was by far the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. The Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG), who owns this location, hides behind layers of customer “service” that lead absolutely nowhere. The store experience was uncomfortable from the start — the salesperson became upset about his commission and acted unprofessional, so we left the Cool Springs store and went to Murfreesboro. Unfortunately, that location wasn’t any better. Once the furniture arrived, it didn’t look anything like what was shown in the showroom. I tried to exchange it within 48 hours and was told “all sales are final.” That policy was never posted online or in-store — it’s buried in the fine print after you’ve paid. When I tried to call for help, I got nowhere. The manager is always “with a customer,” calls don’t get returned, and corporate phone numbers just loop endlessly. It feels like they’ve built their business around avoiding accountability. If you value transparency, communication, or even basic customer service — stay far away from any Ashley store owned by Dufresne Spencer Group. This company’s structure seems designed to prevent customers from getting help once they have your money.

Good customer service. Our sales person was great. She took a lot of time helping us find the perfect couches that we were looking for. However the delivery fee is ridiculously high. There is no way it cost Ashley Furniture almost $500 to deliver furniture. Unacceptable

I purchased a mattress to be give one time frame for return and when I went back twice within the first month expressing my discomfort, I was informed to jump on the mattress or go to Walmart and purchase a mattress pad. Behind $7000 I shouldn't need a mattress pad. They didn't have he respect to even call to see if there were still any issues. My advice don't buy a mattress or anything else from Ashley because they're not true to their word

Sales associate had no sense of urgency, especially after making multiple mistakes on his iPad when adding my items. My initial total was $5000 over what it was supposed to be because of his incompetence on the iPad , I had to be the one to correct him and show him what he done wrong. Multiple mistakes were made that make my experience there about an hour too long. Eventually the sales manager stepped him to help get me out the door. No apologies or self awareness at all. This store needs to train there employees better.

I've been looking for a new couch for awhile. I went to Ashley's for the first time and Olivia was absolutely amazing! She wasn't pushy like most and was just the sweetest. I walked out with the couch i wanted and didn't feel like they took advantage of me. I was given discounts and she made it all easy. So FIRST they delivered the chest , after we paid for assembly. They just dropped it off. After we’re told “they shouldn’t have told you that” So whatever right, well I just went to build the thing. There is NO instructions. Would have been better off ordering from Amazon with this Chinese stuff. My girl is 6 months pregnant and I have to build everything in the world and someone got this for us BECAUSE it had assembly. And now I’m watching some dude on YouTube tell me how to build this Chinese manufactured thing

My initial interaction with this location was good. It was a 5 star performance but that was built on misleading information. I understand that going to a store is a salesmanship kind of ordeal. However, commission based or not, no one should guarantee something that can't be guaranteed. I was guaranteed the mattress I ordered in 1 week no longer than 8 days. That was perfect because I need a bed for a mom returning home from a C-section delivery. After 2 or 3 days I received a delivery message. The earliest the bed could be delivered was the following Tuesday instead of the guaranteed Friday/Saturday delivery. So, I spoke with a rep over the phone who let me know the bed's earliest eta was even further out than Tuesday, and that date wasn't a guarantee but a hopeful guess. I was told the bed frame was going to be 3 weeks initially. That was a stretch but that was fine. When I pulled up the delivery information it told me 4 weeks. I covered that on the phone as well. The rep told me they could find 2 of the 3 parts and were working on the other part and that why I saw another week added. Not ideal but I could work with that. I was going to just cancel the mattress and keep the Frame. I was transferred to a cancelation rep who further communicated the frame could be even longer than 4 weeks. So, I told her to cancel it all. However, I could not receive a refund on the $300 mattress protector because once they leave the store they can't be returned, even if you never opened it. I would need to go back to the store to see if they could make an exception. Why would I give this location any more gas, money, or time for store credit? One visit to this store has cost me $300 for an item I can't use or return, because of misleading guarantees. Now I have to leave the hospital and the recovery process to rush, and scramble to find a bed by Saturday. It's Friday by the way. When I made the purchase I had 7 to 8 days, now I have 7 to 8 hours. I just wanted to say thanks for the fantastic experience. I'm so appreciative of the time I get to spend away form my newborn. I love the idea of rushing through traffic with an impossible task. All that to say, -300 stars since I'm now -$300. Thanks for your time.

I feel like the delivery guy lied to me about returning a piece of a sectional because it was too big for my area but when I called the store while they were still here… I talked to Charity, she informed me that they most certainly would take it back with them and was excellent at communicating with me.

Katie was great. I liked our purchase. What I loathe is we bought 2 mattresses. A few days ago I was told I get 300.00 in Ashley "bucks" for just 1 mattress. So because of the way they rang it up they used my " bucks" to put toward the discount I got on the base to the mattress. So therefore I didn't get the full discount Nor did I get the Ashley bucks. Im not a fan of flashy words but shady delivery.

My daughter and I came here and while she chilled on a couch, I went searching for what I was looking for. We want something very specific. A salesman saw me and I guess smelled blood in the water, because he was on me within 30 seconds of entering a store. I may be more anti people, but I think this entire interaction would have put anyone off. This person did not listen or care about any body language or words you said. Anyway, I said I just wanted to look around my self, turned and walked and he continued to virtually jump in front of me and asked what I was looking for. Since he wasn't backing off, I decided to give him a chance. I said I wanted light oak bookshelves that were enclosed and a matching dresser. This person showed me a set, which was cute, don't get me wrong, but was more of a mahogany color. Seeing that he could not meet my vision, I quickly said, not even close and said I'll just look around by myself, thanks. You'd think that would be the end, but no. He continued to put himself right in every walking path, coincidence? Absolutely not, because I would change paths and go a different way and he would be there too. 😒 Occasionally he'd catch me off guard and ask how I was doing and I'd say fine and continue walking.. But then, as I'm about midway through the store, he walks right in front of me, I paused at some furniture to let him pass. Thinking that was the end, I continued walking forward. He came up to me again with a tablet saying they had more stock online and asked if I'd found anything. I said no, but I'm still looking. He goes on about this stupid website, and I told him I was good, I didn't find anything and I was just going to leave. Seeing me trying to leave, he then goes on about a mattress and a deal they had, which I told him we weren't in the market for that, but thanks, bye. He freaking continued. I told him I was just going to head out and made a beeline to my daughter who was incredibly confused as it is quite a large store and I'd only been in it about 5 minutes. I told her let's go, I'll explain in the car. It was so bad, I called my husband. I'm all for customer service, but listen to people when they speak. If I had needed anyone, I would have followed up with them, but no. This guy made me incredibly uncomfortable and basically chased me out of the store. I'm never going back here. That was uncomfortable and I felt unsafe. It was ridiculous.

Time for the new mattress. Ashley was on our way home so we decided to stop in and see if they could help us. Brandon and Michelle were our sales professional / mattress specialists and we were very pleased with their high level of service. All of our questions were answered and costs were explained. We appreciate their assistance. One caveat. We didn't live far from the pickup center therefore we saved $$ on delivery. However when we got to the distribution center, it was raining cats and dogs. The front desk woman treated my husband very unprofessionally. Sad, but true. So this prevented a 5 star rating! Next time we buy something, we may have it delivered. We were only 8 minutes away, but it turned into an issue! Live and Learn!

And am edited this review because of poor customer service I received after delivery of my table. I noticed one of the chairs was damaged. I called the customer service number, a new chair pad was ordered once delivered a called to schedule the repair person. That was a 5 week wait. Day came, I never got a text about arrival time. I called customer service, my appointment was cancelled because the original agent failed to complete the ticket correctly. No one ever notified me. The agent setup a new time for the repair, luckily only have to wait 3 business days. it took seven minutes to setup the ticket. I was on the phone for over 35 mins and maybe talked to the agent for 5 mins. She was polite. I requested to speak to a supervisor eventually I was told a supervisor could call be back in 24 BUSINESS hours. My review of the store stays the same. Customer service gets a 1. I was very pleased with our experience at the store. Clean and bright store. Very friendly and helpful employees. Mike was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out which table would work best in our room. We were very pleased with the final price.

The only negative part of the experience was that the ‘Better Than A Boxspring’ foundation was assembled incorrectly and they took the additional screws we needed to correct it. We had to go to Home Depot to get the screws and fix it ourselves.

I would give this place negative reviews. I cancelled an order for a bookcase on the same day of purchase and was told in the store i would be receiving a full refund. the number you put me through to was an automated thing to reschedule for another day. (After i had already cancelled and was promised a full refund )!!!!!! I am still receiving automated texts and calls about a delivery after cancelling the order and dont trust anyone with the company as all i have received are lies and deception. ive read all of the online reviews and this is apparently a common business practice with Ashley furniture . i need the 581.65 I refunded to my card ASAP and expect it to be resolved in a timely manner... i will not be scheduling ANY delivery as i cancelled the order yesteray. refund the full amount of 581.65 to the card i used to purchase it ASAP as i was well within the window of time allowed for cancellations. i will keep checking the card until the money is properly refunded. My husband and I had the best experience shopping at Ashley furniture in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The salesman that worked with us was not pushy at all, and he was very understanding to our needs. He was more than helpful and when we walked out of the store, we were very happy with our purchase. We got a good deal on the bedroom set we picked out and we can’t wait for it to be delivered. Michael was our salesman and I would recommend him to anybody that walked into the store and needed help. We will definitely go back to Ashley and work with Michael for any furniture needs we may have in the future.

Ellen is fantastic and the biggest reason we decided to go with Ashley. All furniture stores have allot to choose from and prices that vary so you might as well do business with someone that really tries to fit you with what you are looking for at the price you want to pay.

It’s been 2 months and I have still not received a refund on my couch that was incorrectly charged (was charged for two couches instead of one). They refuse to put my 1500 back on my debit card. I have been trying to get a refund for an item and order I returned with several trips to the store and multiple online chats and still have not gotten a refund. Additionally, there was some damage with my order that was delivered two months ago and I keep getting circle jerked on resolution. They get their money and then leave you hanging. I even got a direct number to the store - no one answers OR calls back when leaving a voicemail. At this point the banks will have to figure it out with chargebacks and what not. UNREAL! Edit to response: my texts are met with a response of "Please allow me to look into your account and I will be back with you shortly" and it is NOT happening. The other day, they ended up responding hours later stating "I will call you tomorrow afternoon" and no call came in...

They did great, until I got home and really looked at my invoice.And they had put in a protection plan that was never offered to me, that I never asked for, and I just really didn't catch it at the store. That is my fault for not reading it.

My sales person was very knowledgeable of the product that I wanted. Show me one on the floor direct me to it. Let me know when the shipping date will be. It was a simplest process.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. The sales associates fail to mention that ALL sales are final even if your purchase is busted they will replace it but you cannot return it. Customer service is horrendous and give you the run around for days then tell you the claim is under review and you should hear back in 72 hrs. NO, I want you to take your busted couch and give me a refund. My sales associate was nice and helpful but would have been more helpful if they would lead with all sales are final. I will never get anything from this company ever again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely did not like or appreciate that the delivery crew did NOT speak enough English to communicate with me and had to use Google translate to try to communicate! I wanted drawer handles removed and bed placed against the wall and they couldn’t understand what I wanted. Needed the box spring brought out of room and taken downstairs and he didn’t seem to understand. I gave up on getting it done. So much for White Glove delivery that we paid for.

This has been a terrible experience. First we start out with a couch that does not fit our needs with a warranty plan that we did not want. Next, it’s delivered and one the recliners on the couch doesn’t work. I asked to exchange for another couch but was told that I had to buy another couch in order to get the return/exchange complete. So, I buy another couch in a gray color because they let me know they didn’t have it in the color I wanted. I look online and see the color I want. Consequently, I tell them that I need the color that I originally asked about. I finally get the new couch delivered and find out I have been charged for two couches! No refund/exchange was given. I call customer service and the representative was absolutely incompetent. I go into the store and talk to one representative who simply prints off an old paper saying it was returned even though it is still on my bill. One representative has an attitude, as if her card was just charged twice. One representative tries to help but still has me leaving the store without a solution today. I’ll never order from Ashley again. They are all over the place!

Found the couch that I can reach the floor with my feet and my back against the back of the couch. This was great for me and under $1,000. . And that was even better.

We only bought one couch from them. Our sales guy was great, delivery was easy, and we got a good deal with it being a floor model!! When we went back to buy more furniture, I noticed the online prices were significantly lower than in store. The sales person was unsure as to why and offered to lower the price to match it, but that just seemed so sketchy that Ashley's would have such a wide difference in pricing from storefront to online. We ended up going to a more trustworthy, local furniture company - MidTenn Furniture - for the rest of our furniture needs.

We came into the store to look at bedroom furniture and they have a great selection so it was hard to decide but Brandon helped us make our decision. He was very patient and helpful while spent several hours deciding. Thank you Brandon! You are awesome and we will be back!!

Do not go here they will steal your money , not deliver your product , and lie. Customer service has been no help . They acknowledge they are wrong, and that I don’t have my product . However, they keep saying there is nothing they can do and to wait a week everytime I call . It’s been 7 months . Update: I will be calling to see how it goes.

Ordered a chair to be delivered to my house. They somehow put my order under someone else’s name so my order was canceled. I understand that people make mistakes, but the lack of communication and no one being able to fix it is what’s going to keep me from coming back here. I had to call the store myself to find out that they canceled my order. For some reason, now it can’t be fixed unless I go back to the store in person.

We recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture and were really happy with the selection and pricing. The store was clean, and most of the staff were helpful and friendly. They even helped load it! We started out with Tim, who was great, easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable right away. Midway through, we were switched over to Alex, and while he was knowledgeable, the interaction felt more transactional and a bit rushed, which made it harder to fully explore the other items we were interested in. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and appreciated the value. With a bit more consistency in the sales experience, this could have been a five-star visit. We’d definitely come back!

Have always had a great experience here. There's a reason Ashley has been at this location for so long. Alex today was great and worked out the very best deal with me. I was reminded that the warranty I bought with previous furniture was never used and was able to be credited to the dining room set I was getting. It took a little time to work out the best deal but he was great and the delivery time os going to be extremely quick. Very happy!

Recommendation….so not buy from this store. I bought over $11,000 in furniture and received so much damaged pieces from delivery. The customer service is the worst ever and received exchanged items that was still delivered damaged and one time the wrong item was sent. Because of the POOR customer service I am now stuck with the wedge that has a razor blade cut from the drivers. The manager did not to make it up and the salesman made false promises. Save your grief!

BUYER BEWARE. READ BEFORE BUYING. This furniture store’s employees are extremely rude (insulted me multiple times) and pushy. Most of all they have ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS even if you received the WRONG ITEMS. If you pick it up from the warehouse you are on your own. Even though on their website they say they take returns they do not honor this and there is NO support for incorrect items. I’ve never had a worse experience with any business in my life. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

The absolute worst experience and customer service. We ordered a living room suit, a bed and two lamps. We scheduled the delivery for 3/15/25 (a month out) and the lamps were going to be shipped to our current address since they would be delivered prior to us moving into the new house. They shipped them to the house we had not yet moved into and they didn’t ship lamps, they shipped random dining room chairs. On 3/15/25 the delivery drivers arrived as a storm was rolling in. They brought the headboard into the house and called us from the truck to tell us that they were going to leave because of the storm. They were the only truck to return to the warehouse early because of the storm. The driver told us that they could deliver the furniture on Sunday. They don’t deliver on Sunday. They attempted a 2nd delivery on 3/03/19/25. They delivered the living room furniture and the bed but they did not have the slats for the bed, the support legs for the crossbar or the decorative pillows. We cannot fit the bed and the mattress in the room so we had nowhere to sleep until they delivered the missing pieces on 3/22/25 as promised by the warehouse manager over the phone. The did not deliver anything on 3/22/25 and when we called customer service they said that they had the missing pieces but they did not know when they would be delivered. I contacted the sales rep Alex and the store manager Tim. Alex would not return my calls and Tim offered no resolution on 3/15/25 until my husband confronted him in the store. We contacted the store on 3/22/25 and neither of them would return my call. It wasn’t until I informed the store that I was filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB that Alex called me to gaslight me and tell me that I never called him on his personal cell and that is why he didn’t call me back. I contacted the store 7 times to get help from Alex and the manager. Do not order furniture from them. Once they have your money, they do not care about providing you with proper service. Customer service is rude, the warehouse team is incompetent, the salespeople and the manager in store are not willing to help with any issues. This has been the worst consumer experience I’ve ever had. Do not shop at Ashley Homestore, it is not worth the stress.

Found the furniture we liked ! Wasn’t happy with salesman dishonesty regarding the “ warranty “ we specifically said we didn’t want”. He “ got it “ thrown in” by lowering furniture price so he could still charge for said “ warranty “. The price was ultimately still the same with or without the warranty so no reason to be dishonest.

Wonderful sales staff. Ordered our entertainment center and 2 days later 2 very nice young men delivered it and set it up and it was beautiful.

Worst customer service. Defective furniture on delivery. 7 weeks later get replacement delivery and it’s used damaged furniture and now waiting again on another delivery. They say no returns or refunds. This will end up in court. This place sucks and so does their customer service. All they do is LIE when they finally reply. Store manager Andy is of no help. Stay far far away and buy from somewhere else. You will thank me later.

Bad experience with Ashley. Salesman sounded like he was helping us but actually got some extra charges that wasn't mentioned when doing paperwork, found that when we received the bill. After waiting 2 weeks we only received bedroom set. No mattress so waited another week for it only to find out there is no box spring so again we wait another week. Mind you I took off each time to wait for product. So lost vacation days because we can"t seem to deliver everything one time, that.would be too easy.. Needless to say this has been a frustrating experience. But not like Ashley cares they got their money. Won't be going back to them for anything!

I went in wanting to look at two different sofas and neither one was out on the showroom but they showed me comparable fabrics and sofa cushions and I chose one paid for it and then before it was delivered I decided to change my mind and go with the other one and they were very accommodating and got it set up perfectly for me and the delivery was smooth and professional and I love my blading sofa I had bought a larkinhurst at another company years and years ago and that was made by Ashley also and I would buy either one again the Bladen or The larkinhurst. I was looking for a reclining sectional and the associate showed me all the inventory and described each with detail. I was able to make my decision quickly based on her expertise. My choice was made and paid for in under 30 minutes. I was impressed.

I really appreciate that I can usually make a quick purchase at Ashley. I’m a home stager and needed an accent chair right now. I was greeted by Ellen and explained my dilemma and she walked me directly to every chair in the store that I could purchase for pickup, PLUS showed me store decor that was on huge discount. I purchase not only a great chair, put a large piece of art, several decor items AND an accent table. It was perfect AND I was paid and out of the store within an hour so I could get back to work!

10 stars!!! I am so impressed with our entire buying process at Ashley Furniture, that I'm unsure where to start... Everything was beyond exceptional, from the moment we walked into the store (not to mention on a weekend and hour before they close) through the delivery of our couch. Geno (Gene Dees) our amazingly sweet, helpful, non-pushy, educated salesperson was beyond great. He didn't just try and sale us a couch...he listened to our needs, answered all our questions, but beyond that, he was there for us, and helped us make the decision on the couch, rather than just pushing us onto something more expensive. He was so friendly and attentive to what we were asking and looking for. We will make sure and reach out to him before we purchase any new Furniture in the near future. Thanks Geno!!! Next was the buying process. We told Geno we needed to go home and measure and that we would call him that evening to let him know our decision. Again, he was so patient knowing we were leaving and might not come back...but little does he know...that he already had 'sold us' and we would buy something from him, even if it wasn't the couch we were originally looking at. We got home, measured, and called the store shortly there after. Geno walked us through the numbers and sent me an email with a "breakdown" of charges. Within a couple of minutes we were buying our new couch over the phone with everything we asked for! After about 15 minutes, we confirmed the purchase and delivery. Then, about 5 minutes later I had a text with delivery information that was set up for 5 days out from the day of purchase!! WOW...YES...that quick!!! The day of delivery i received a text that morning with tracking information on the delivery and 3 hour window jist to be prepared! This allowed us to be able to stay at work and come home when the delivery was headed our way. Sure enough 45 minutes before the delivery i received another text showing they were on the way, then another text when they arrived outside (this was helpful to because I have a dog, and that way I could meet them at the door so it wouldn't alarm the dog). The delivery guys were so nice and helpful. They brought everything inside, set up the couch, showed us a few extra features, and had us look over everything to make sure we were happy. They were in and out within 30 minutes! AMAZING SERVICE! From start to finish...these was the easiest and best delivery i have ever had. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Geno in Murfreesboro for all our furniture needs. We will only shop here with Geno from here on out. Again...10 stars if I could for the entire process!! THANKS GENO and Ashley Furniture!!

We went to a competitor for furniture and they only delivered 2 out of 7 PCs and told us we would have to wait for 3 months for the rest. I went to Ashley in Murfreesboro tn and Ellen has us in a new bedroom suite and all delivered in 4 days. I always shop Ashley but thought I would try RTG. Ashley will always be my go to store as they took care of use very quickly with a beautiful bedroom suite

Just purchased a new couch and loveseat. Michael Williams was great to work with. Highly recommend working with him, there was no pressure on us at any time. He also was able to put up with us changing our minds a couple times.

We purchased a bedroom suite for our daughter. I was concerned about the height with the mattress and box spring being that she was a toddler. The bed we saw in store was quite high with the box spring and mattress. Our sales associate let us know that our bed would be quite a bit lower because that one was made to be used without the box spring and in store it had one. We sat on a few mattresses in store, but ultimately chose to purchase one offline because it was only 6 inches to save some height. We were also told the standard box spring was “only a few inches taller than a low profile.” so we opted to get a regular size one. Fast forward 15 minutes after delivery I sit on her bed to just sink into springs. Our sales associate said the mattress was a combo of foam and springs-there’s no way. It’s hard, and truthfully just under 6 inches. After doing some research-there are low profile box springs that are 5 inches-ours that came was 10 inches…definitely not just a few inches when we talk about a toddler. We quickly called explained we wanted a refund-which they don’t do so be warned-even on something like a mattress. I can understand if I was trying to return a bedroom suite-but a mattress? That is poor quality and mislead into thinking it wouldn’t be as tall as the one in store? If they truly cared about customer service and wanted to keep clients they’d make it right. We offered to pay a restock fee just so we could shop elsewhere. I will also say, the morning of our first scheduled delivery we got a text saying sorry the dresser was damaged we need to come a different day. They were trying to deliver our set in 3 separate orders, which we didn’t want because it was disrupting our kiddos naptime. Trying to speak to a live person is difficult because it’s all “chat bot”. We finally got a hold of someone to get everything scheduled on one day, but it was still a pain. Needless to say we aren’t happy with the customer service side of things. We will not return to Ashley. The local store cannot help either because you HAVE to go through a call center. To which we felt like they were essentially saying you’re lying-trying to get a tech to come inspect the mattress, then having to call our sales associate. I am not sure why they would think we were lying about the quality. It was going to cost us MORE money to pay for them to restock it and buy another one.

The worst customer service experience I have had to date. Purchased a $1600 bedroom set, was told by the sales associate when we purchased it they had a 72 hour no hassle return/refund policy if we were not satisfied with any part of it. Mattress showed up exceptionally hard/thin/could feel the springs, very poor quality. Nothing like what we tried in store. Attempted to return the unused mattress for a refund (15 minutes after it was delivered) and ended up in call center purgatory. Apparently they can’t initiate refunds in the store, it has to be done via call center. I even offered to pay a restock fee. Was just transferred from one unhelpful person to the next. Finally gave up. Moral of the story: the sales people they employ will tell you whatever it takes in order to get you to swipe the card, they do not stand behind their product (not even for 24 hours), and will mislead you at every turn. Proceed with caution. Update: reached out to the number provided by the owner in their response. Sent me back to call center purgatory. If you have issues, be warned, you will not speak to anyone in the store. You will just get passed around from one call center to the next.

It truly was amazing and quick! Me and my boyfriend had just left big lots picking up a couch that we bought 2 weeks ago and it was on hold, big lots sold it to someone else! I was not happy then we decided to try Ashley Furniture and we ended up walking out with a bigger and better couch that has recline and the feet come up plus a coffee table that came with the couch, so my day was made better by Ashley Furniture and the wonderful people who just seem to really want to help

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with “sales professionals”. The original sales professional lied stating that a certain piece of furniture would look a certain way. Upon delivery it was the exact way we told her we did not want. Half the furniture was returned on delivery (damages/didn’t meet expectations) which I was fine with. Went back in 10 days later to see about swapping a piece of furniture and seeing when the other furniture would be delivered. A different sales professional explained the hold up with getting the original furniture re delivered and said he would call back when it was all sorted out but would call at the end of business. Well no phone call, called two days later with no updates but the false promises continued. A week later still no word on my furniture. My advise just go some where else it will save you the head ache

We cancelled our order but not before spending 4+ hours trying to get things straightened out while dealing with the GMs apathic excuses. He had zero customer service apt. Good riddens.

If I could rate this a zero I would. If you are looking for good customer service, don’t shop here. I came into this store tonight (and the night before). I just purchased a four bedroom, three bath home that I need to furnish, and I had set aside 11k to purchase furniture this weekend. Both nights I walked into the store no one greeted me. Finally after walking around the store the first night after about 20 minutes or so one of the managers asked me if anyone had helped me to which I replied “nope”. He handed me a flyer and then walked off. All of the employees congregate in the middle of the store and sit on the furniture shooting the breeze. Tonight I came back hoping for a different experience and ready to buy. My experience was even worse tonight. I was in the store for about five minutes and decided to start the timer on my phone to see how long it would take someone to greet me. It became comical. After 20 minutes my phone died. Employees would walk right past me. I bet I was in the store no less than 30 minutes and not a single employee offered to help me and, it was clear I was interested in some furniture. And shocker, they were all standing/sitting in the furniture in the middle of the store. I even circled around them to see if anyone would say hello or offer to help. No one acknowledged me. One woman was sitting on couch surfing her phone. Another employer was walking around the store on a personal call on his cell phone. Even the manager from the night before was just standing there with employees chit chatting. I walked out the door at 7:36pm CST (feel free to check your store cameras) completed disgusted by how disengaged and lazy the employees were. I will go back to Rooms to Go, where they happily greet you at the door, and spend my money. Get new employees Ashley! The ones you have are clearly not motivated to work, and the manager seems to be part of the problem.

I have never been more unsatisfied with the entire process of Ashley Furniture. We went into the store to purchase a bedroom suite. After picking a set we liked best, we started the financing process. From this point on everything was not delivered as set forth. Constant delays, back order, deliver of pieces at a time, damage the pieces being delivered, told the damages are easy repairs for their team etc. so we called the number provided which never really helps, and told we must file a claim, Why? Your guys damage it! After back and forth with this issue, we send photos of the damages and are told they will swap it out. GREAT! Now we get into outright lack of professionalism. The delivery was delayed all day until finally at 8:30 at night and still several deliveries still in front of us we had to reschedule. New delivery date established, same guys came out that brought the 2 prior pieces. After arriving and knowing our home from the first delivery, they stated a repair man can fix these pieces and no need for a swap out. So he spent 15 minutes on a phone call with his warehouse, said a repair would come out and definitely would fix the problems. Gave a date and we accepted. The next morning a man called and said he was on his way and would be there within 10 minutes which was not the date agreed upon. Although we made arrangements to stay home knowing he was coming to repair the dresser and chest. He arrives and introduces himself and was very polite and informative, told me his process and started to work on the pieces. After attempting the chest he called me upstairs to give me an update. Told me what he did and said if that if it didn’t look ok he completely understood. He made an attempt. The chest is somewhat acceptable, it’s in a very dark space and not as noticeable unless really looking at it. If in a room well lighted it would be noticeable. However with the dresser he made it very clear it was not repairable in hone and swap out would be necessary. We called again always going thru the same process and delay to once again we can deliver on the 21st. This was unacceptable at this point. After giving the info needed to get a swap out, then bringing the new furniture and outright not wanting to carry it upstairs again, to not keeping dates for delivery, giving us dates weeks out, and just being a very unprofessional and reliable place to do business with I would NEVER recommend ASHLEY FURNITURE as a place to purchase anything from. Furthermore, we live .9 miles from that warehouse that they have our furniture still. I asked to come get it myself. But would rather just have the 20,000.00 dollars I spent back and lay on the floor

Katie Joe and the floor manager at Ashley furniture in Murfreesboro were a joy to work with. Knowledgable and helpful without being pushy, they all got me in and out in no time. Ordered today and delivery tomorrow so will enjoy the new table and chairs for Thanksgiving. Do I recommend them- heck yah!

Bought a loveseat and another single recliner from Katie at Ashley in Murfreesboro today. The loveseat feels and looks like it is fantastic Quality. They are removing my old stuff and making it disappear, hopefully that will be by magic. OMG, that would be awe inspiring. Maybe a white beard the hat and wand. Nevertheless, Katie the sells Guru was and probably still is amazing. It’s only been a couple of hours so she is still wonderful. Love the experience recommend this location highly.

Not even 1 year old and the chaise cushions feel like you've hit wood when you sit. I reached out to the Extended Warranty company. We purchased the 5 yr. They advise that cushions from wear/foam is not covered . They recommend that I called the store manager because they might be able to help me out further. I contacted the manager Joe at the Murfreesboro TN store. (This was 2 months ago.) He asked me to call their customer service line. I did, twice! They were supposed to send me an email with a price quote for replacement foam. That never happened. So yesterday I called the local store again. The sales rep I talked to was very rude and told me that they don't have anything to do with the customer service. I said yes! Ashley Furniture has everything to do with their product and customer service. He hung up on me. I called today and left a message for joe, the manager. The salesperson Joe that answered the phone said he would give him the message. I said I would appreciate a phone call back today! He said well that may not ​ able to happen. I said, he has a full shift to return my call. I found out yesterday he would be there at noon. They do not stand behind their product. A $3,000 couch in here we are. Never again! It's a lot worse than it looks. EDIT: funny how quick I got a response after leaving this review. Yeah, now that you said it would be $350 to replace the two pieces of foam. Yeah, I think I will cut it here check it up as a loss and a reminder not to purchase from Ashley again. I don't think after spending a few hundred dollars on the extended warranty not to mention three grand for the couch I don't want to put any more money into this junk! Thanks but no thanks!

Worst experience ever I ordered a bedroom set my wife fell in love with I finally decided to surprise her I asked was everything instock the manager said yes he also said we have great deals going on because it’s Labor Day cool I paid for everything got my delivery date September 11 great now I get a call from the delivery driver hey we have your bedroom set great I let the guys in they bring me a head board and nothing else I asked and said where is the rest he told me it should be here in October sometime wow a month to get the rest of my bed room set I went in the store spoke with the guy who sold it to me he wasn’t a help at all I will never purchase from here again. Mind you my wife is pregnant so I had to purchase a whole other bedroom set. Just and update they won’t give me a refund and my bedroom set got pushed out again until Oct 30 and I ordered it September 5 smh don’t order from here. Another update how horrible this place is I finally was told I would get the rest of my bedroom set delivery today well guess what didn’t happen I was only brought The bed rails and was told the dresser got pushed back to Nov 5 wow this place so I said ok. Then I asked the delivery people was they going to install it? Because I paid for the white glove service he told me he doesn’t see it on his end so I didn’t argue I said OK then I called they customer service number i spoke with a nice lady and she tried helping she said she spoke we the delivery manager He explained to her that he will send someone out as soon as possible to have my bed installed and that someone would call me in 15 minutes 6 hours later no call yet and I explained to the customer service representative I can install it myself just give me back the fee I paid for the white glove service she said no someone will definitely be out today. And I’m pretty sure nobody works on the weekend at this point I need the District manager of this company number this place is a circus

I came in the store with a vision of a new replacement bed for myself. Charity heard my special needs and helped build my special bed. The expert adviser from the mattress department completed the package with the adjustable frame and mattress for a total package that will allow me to have awesome sleep every night going forward.
