Wow, delivery was $expensive and it took 2 weeks to receive the wrong items. Nobody spoke English. They will try again and maybe they'll get it right. I'm very apprehensive now about the whole deal.

Have always had a great experience here. There's a reason Ashley has been at this location for so long. Alex today was great and worked out the very best deal with me. I was reminded that the warranty I bought with previous furniture was never used and was able to be credited to the dining room set I was getting. It took a little time to work out the best deal but he was great and the delivery time os going to be extremely quick. Very happy!

Recommendation….so not buy from this store. I bought over $11,000 in furniture and received so much damaged pieces from delivery. The customer service is the worst ever and received exchanged items that was still delivered damaged and one time the wrong item was sent. Because of the POOR customer service I am now stuck with the wedge that has a razor blade cut from the drivers. The manager did not to make it up and the salesman made false promises. Save your grief!

BUYER BEWARE. READ BEFORE BUYING. This furniture store’s employees are extremely rude (insulted me multiple times) and pushy. Most of all they have ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS even if you received the WRONG ITEMS. If you pick it up from the warehouse you are on your own. Even though on their website they say they take returns they do not honor this and there is NO support for incorrect items. I’ve never had a worse experience with any business in my life. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa set from the Murfreesboro TN store and met Kayla, a fairly new sales associate who assisted us. She was very polite, professional, and highly respectful of our wishes to shop for awhile before we had questions for her. She did an outstanding job from the moment we arrived through the next day pick up on the stores loading dock. We got a great deal on a high quality furniture piece that we are delighted with. The absolute worst experience and customer service. We ordered a living room suit, a bed and two lamps. We scheduled the delivery for 3/15/25 (a month out) and the lamps were going to be shipped to our current address since they would be delivered prior to us moving into the new house. They shipped them to the house we had not yet moved into and they didn’t ship lamps, they shipped random dining room chairs. On 3/15/25 the delivery drivers arrived as a storm was rolling in. They brought the headboard into the house and called us from the truck to tell us that they were going to leave because of the storm. They were the only truck to return to the warehouse early because of the storm. The driver told us that they could deliver the furniture on Sunday. They don’t deliver on Sunday. They attempted a 2nd delivery on 3/03/19/25. They delivered the living room furniture and the bed but they did not have the slats for the bed, the support legs for the crossbar or the decorative pillows. We cannot fit the bed and the mattress in the room so we had nowhere to sleep until they delivered the missing pieces on 3/22/25 as promised by the warehouse manager over the phone. The did not deliver anything on 3/22/25 and when we called customer service they said that they had the missing pieces but they did not know when they would be delivered. I contacted the sales rep Alex and the store manager Tim. Alex would not return my calls and Tim offered no resolution on 3/15/25 until my husband confronted him in the store. We contacted the store on 3/22/25 and neither of them would return my call. It wasn’t until I informed the store that I was filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB that Alex called me to gaslight me and tell me that I never called him on his personal cell and that is why he didn’t call me back. I contacted the store 7 times to get help from Alex and the manager. Do not order furniture from them. Once they have your money, they do not care about providing you with proper service. Customer service is rude, the warehouse team is incompetent, the salespeople and the manager in store are not willing to help with any issues. This has been the worst consumer experience I’ve ever had. Do not shop at Ashley Homestore, it is not worth the stress.

Found the furniture we liked ! Wasn’t happy with salesman dishonesty regarding the “ warranty “ we specifically said we didn’t want”. He “ got it “ thrown in” by lowering furniture price so he could still charge for said “ warranty “. The price was ultimately still the same with or without the warranty so no reason to be dishonest.

Wonderful sales staff. Ordered our entertainment center and 2 days later 2 very nice young men delivered it and set it up and it was beautiful.

Worst customer service. Defective furniture on delivery. 7 weeks later get replacement delivery and it’s used damaged furniture and now waiting again on another delivery. They say no returns or refunds. This will end up in court. This place sucks and so does their customer service. All they do is LIE when they finally reply. Store manager Andy is of no help. Stay far far away and buy from somewhere else. You will thank me later.

Bad experience with Ashley. Salesman sounded like he was helping us but actually got some extra charges that wasn't mentioned when doing paperwork, found that when we received the bill. After waiting 2 weeks we only received bedroom set. No mattress so waited another week for it only to find out there is no box spring so again we wait another week. Mind you I took off each time to wait for product. So lost vacation days because we can"t seem to deliver everything one time, that.would be too easy.. Needless to say this has been a frustrating experience. But not like Ashley cares they got their money. Won't be going back to them for anything!

Found just what I was looking for at a great price! They delivered it very quickly and professionally.

The delivery guys were awesome delivering our sofa and shelving unit.They were very polite, courteous, and were professional .We did have a hard time getting a refund for a table and dining room chairs which should not have been a problem considering that delivery was weeks out. Called 4 times and went to store twice. It was only finally taken care of by the manager at the store in Murfreesboro.

I went in wanting to look at two different sofas and neither one was out on the showroom but they showed me comparable fabrics and sofa cushions and I chose one paid for it and then before it was delivered I decided to change my mind and go with the other one and they were very accommodating and got it set up perfectly for me and the delivery was smooth and professional and I love my blading sofa I had bought a larkinhurst at another company years and years ago and that was made by Ashley also and I would buy either one again the Bladen or The larkinhurst. I was looking for a reclining sectional and the associate showed me all the inventory and described each with detail. I was able to make my decision quickly based on her expertise. My choice was made and paid for in under 30 minutes. I was impressed.

I really appreciate that I can usually make a quick purchase at Ashley. I’m a home stager and needed an accent chair right now. I was greeted by Ellen and explained my dilemma and she walked me directly to every chair in the store that I could purchase for pickup, PLUS showed me store decor that was on huge discount. I purchase not only a great chair, put a large piece of art, several decor items AND an accent table. It was perfect AND I was paid and out of the store within an hour so I could get back to work!

10 stars!!! I am so impressed with our entire buying process at Ashley Furniture, that I'm unsure where to start... Everything was beyond exceptional, from the moment we walked into the store (not to mention on a weekend and hour before they close) through the delivery of our couch. Geno (Gene Dees) our amazingly sweet, helpful, non-pushy, educated salesperson was beyond great. He didn't just try and sale us a couch...he listened to our needs, answered all our questions, but beyond that, he was there for us, and helped us make the decision on the couch, rather than just pushing us onto something more expensive. He was so friendly and attentive to what we were asking and looking for. We will make sure and reach out to him before we purchase any new Furniture in the near future. Thanks Geno!!! Next was the buying process. We told Geno we needed to go home and measure and that we would call him that evening to let him know our decision. Again, he was so patient knowing we were leaving and might not come back...but little does he know...that he already had 'sold us' and we would buy something from him, even if it wasn't the couch we were originally looking at. We got home, measured, and called the store shortly there after. Geno walked us through the numbers and sent me an email with a "breakdown" of charges. Within a couple of minutes we were buying our new couch over the phone with everything we asked for! After about 15 minutes, we confirmed the purchase and delivery. Then, about 5 minutes later I had a text with delivery information that was set up for 5 days out from the day of purchase!! WOW...YES...that quick!!! The day of delivery i received a text that morning with tracking information on the delivery and 3 hour window jist to be prepared! This allowed us to be able to stay at work and come home when the delivery was headed our way. Sure enough 45 minutes before the delivery i received another text showing they were on the way, then another text when they arrived outside (this was helpful to because I have a dog, and that way I could meet them at the door so it wouldn't alarm the dog). The delivery guys were so nice and helpful. They brought everything inside, set up the couch, showed us a few extra features, and had us look over everything to make sure we were happy. They were in and out within 30 minutes! AMAZING SERVICE! From start to finish...these was the easiest and best delivery i have ever had. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Geno in Murfreesboro for all our furniture needs. We will only shop here with Geno from here on out. Again...10 stars if I could for the entire process!! THANKS GENO and Ashley Furniture!!

We went to a competitor for furniture and they only delivered 2 out of 7 PCs and told us we would have to wait for 3 months for the rest. I went to Ashley in Murfreesboro tn and Ellen has us in a new bedroom suite and all delivered in 4 days. I always shop Ashley but thought I would try RTG. Ashley will always be my go to store as they took care of use very quickly with a beautiful bedroom suite

We had a very good experience with Charity Crowe (one of the managers) today at Ashley furniture. She was extremely helpful and really is half the reason we decided to come back and purchase our dining room table set from there. We will be back and will purchase more from her!! Extremely pleased with her service!

Just purchased a new couch and loveseat. Michael Williams was great to work with. Highly recommend working with him, there was no pressure on us at any time. He also was able to put up with us changing our minds a couple times.

We purchased a bedroom suite for our daughter. I was concerned about the height with the mattress and box spring being that she was a toddler. The bed we saw in store was quite high with the box spring and mattress. Our sales associate let us know that our bed would be quite a bit lower because that one was made to be used without the box spring and in store it had one. We sat on a few mattresses in store, but ultimately chose to purchase one offline because it was only 6 inches to save some height. We were also told the standard box spring was “only a few inches taller than a low profile.” so we opted to get a regular size one. Fast forward 15 minutes after delivery I sit on her bed to just sink into springs. Our sales associate said the mattress was a combo of foam and springs-there’s no way. It’s hard, and truthfully just under 6 inches. After doing some research-there are low profile box springs that are 5 inches-ours that came was 10 inches…definitely not just a few inches when we talk about a toddler. We quickly called explained we wanted a refund-which they don’t do so be warned-even on something like a mattress. I can understand if I was trying to return a bedroom suite-but a mattress? That is poor quality and mislead into thinking it wouldn’t be as tall as the one in store? If they truly cared about customer service and wanted to keep clients they’d make it right. We offered to pay a restock fee just so we could shop elsewhere. I will also say, the morning of our first scheduled delivery we got a text saying sorry the dresser was damaged we need to come a different day. They were trying to deliver our set in 3 separate orders, which we didn’t want because it was disrupting our kiddos naptime. Trying to speak to a live person is difficult because it’s all “chat bot”. We finally got a hold of someone to get everything scheduled on one day, but it was still a pain. Needless to say we aren’t happy with the customer service side of things. We will not return to Ashley. The local store cannot help either because you HAVE to go through a call center. To which we felt like they were essentially saying you’re lying-trying to get a tech to come inspect the mattress, then having to call our sales associate. I am not sure why they would think we were lying about the quality. It was going to cost us MORE money to pay for them to restock it and buy another one.

The worst customer service experience I have had to date. Purchased a $1600 bedroom set, was told by the sales associate when we purchased it they had a 72 hour no hassle return/refund policy if we were not satisfied with any part of it. Mattress showed up exceptionally hard/thin/could feel the springs, very poor quality. Nothing like what we tried in store. Attempted to return the unused mattress for a refund (15 minutes after it was delivered) and ended up in call center purgatory. Apparently they can’t initiate refunds in the store, it has to be done via call center. I even offered to pay a restock fee. Was just transferred from one unhelpful person to the next. Finally gave up. Moral of the story: the sales people they employ will tell you whatever it takes in order to get you to swipe the card, they do not stand behind their product (not even for 24 hours), and will mislead you at every turn. Proceed with caution. Update: reached out to the number provided by the owner in their response. Sent me back to call center purgatory. If you have issues, be warned, you will not speak to anyone in the store. You will just get passed around from one call center to the next.

It truly was amazing and quick! Me and my boyfriend had just left big lots picking up a couch that we bought 2 weeks ago and it was on hold, big lots sold it to someone else! I was not happy then we decided to try Ashley Furniture and we ended up walking out with a bigger and better couch that has recline and the feet come up plus a coffee table that came with the couch, so my day was made better by Ashley Furniture and the wonderful people who just seem to really want to help

Alex was our salesperson. He was very attentive, but not overly so. He made suggestions and gave us privacy when needed. The store manager also greeted us and made sure we were doing good. I highly recommend this store!

Olivia was great. I love my dining set, but had to call today about some damage on the table. It’s a tab bit frustrating, but hopefully Ashly’s will correct the problem.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with “sales professionals”. The original sales professional lied stating that a certain piece of furniture would look a certain way. Upon delivery it was the exact way we told her we did not want. Half the furniture was returned on delivery (damages/didn’t meet expectations) which I was fine with. Went back in 10 days later to see about swapping a piece of furniture and seeing when the other furniture would be delivered. A different sales professional explained the hold up with getting the original furniture re delivered and said he would call back when it was all sorted out but would call at the end of business. Well no phone call, called two days later with no updates but the false promises continued. A week later still no word on my furniture. My advise just go some where else it will save you the head ache

I can only speak on behalf of the in-store experience so far because the furniture hasn't been delivered yet. Marland was great! He was very attentive without pressuring. He was extremely knowledgeable of the furniture in question and walked us through the entire process thoroughly. I would definitely deal with him and the store again, providing delivery goes as flawless.

Salesman was wonderful. Then it went downhill from there. The lack of communication between warehouse, scheduling and the store is just idiotic. We cancelled our order but not before spending 4+ hours trying to get things straightened out while dealing with the GMs apathic excuses. He had zero customer service apt. Good riddens.

If I could rate this a zero I would. If you are looking for good customer service, don’t shop here. I came into this store tonight (and the night before). I just purchased a four bedroom, three bath home that I need to furnish, and I had set aside 11k to purchase furniture this weekend. Both nights I walked into the store no one greeted me. Finally after walking around the store the first night after about 20 minutes or so one of the managers asked me if anyone had helped me to which I replied “nope”. He handed me a flyer and then walked off. All of the employees congregate in the middle of the store and sit on the furniture shooting the breeze. Tonight I came back hoping for a different experience and ready to buy. My experience was even worse tonight. I was in the store for about five minutes and decided to start the timer on my phone to see how long it would take someone to greet me. It became comical. After 20 minutes my phone died. Employees would walk right past me. I bet I was in the store no less than 30 minutes and not a single employee offered to help me and, it was clear I was interested in some furniture. And shocker, they were all standing/sitting in the furniture in the middle of the store. I even circled around them to see if anyone would say hello or offer to help. No one acknowledged me. One woman was sitting on couch surfing her phone. Another employer was walking around the store on a personal call on his cell phone. Even the manager from the night before was just standing there with employees chit chatting. I walked out the door at 7:36pm CST (feel free to check your store cameras) completed disgusted by how disengaged and lazy the employees were. I will go back to Rooms to Go, where they happily greet you at the door, and spend my money. Get new employees Ashley! The ones you have are clearly not motivated to work, and the manager seems to be part of the problem.

I have never been more unsatisfied with the entire process of Ashley Furniture. We went into the store to purchase a bedroom suite. After picking a set we liked best, we started the financing process. From this point on everything was not delivered as set forth. Constant delays, back order, deliver of pieces at a time, damage the pieces being delivered, told the damages are easy repairs for their team etc. so we called the number provided which never really helps, and told we must file a claim, Why? Your guys damage it! After back and forth with this issue, we send photos of the damages and are told they will swap it out. GREAT! Now we get into outright lack of professionalism. The delivery was delayed all day until finally at 8:30 at night and still several deliveries still in front of us we had to reschedule. New delivery date established, same guys came out that brought the 2 prior pieces. After arriving and knowing our home from the first delivery, they stated a repair man can fix these pieces and no need for a swap out. So he spent 15 minutes on a phone call with his warehouse, said a repair would come out and definitely would fix the problems. Gave a date and we accepted. The next morning a man called and said he was on his way and would be there within 10 minutes which was not the date agreed upon. Although we made arrangements to stay home knowing he was coming to repair the dresser and chest. He arrives and introduces himself and was very polite and informative, told me his process and started to work on the pieces. After attempting the chest he called me upstairs to give me an update. Told me what he did and said if that if it didn’t look ok he completely understood. He made an attempt. The chest is somewhat acceptable, it’s in a very dark space and not as noticeable unless really looking at it. If in a room well lighted it would be noticeable. However with the dresser he made it very clear it was not repairable in hone and swap out would be necessary. We called again always going thru the same process and delay to once again we can deliver on the 21st. This was unacceptable at this point. After giving the info needed to get a swap out, then bringing the new furniture and outright not wanting to carry it upstairs again, to not keeping dates for delivery, giving us dates weeks out, and just being a very unprofessional and reliable place to do business with I would NEVER recommend ASHLEY FURNITURE as a place to purchase anything from. Furthermore, we live .9 miles from that warehouse that they have our furniture still. I asked to come get it myself. But would rather just have the 20,000.00 dollars I spent back and lay on the floor

Katie Joe and the floor manager at Ashley furniture in Murfreesboro were a joy to work with. Knowledgable and helpful without being pushy, they all got me in and out in no time. Ordered today and delivery tomorrow so will enjoy the new table and chairs for Thanksgiving. Do I recommend them- heck yah!

Bought a loveseat and another single recliner from Katie at Ashley in Murfreesboro today. The loveseat feels and looks like it is fantastic Quality. They are removing my old stuff and making it disappear, hopefully that will be by magic. OMG, that would be awe inspiring. Maybe a white beard the hat and wand. Nevertheless, Katie the sells Guru was and probably still is amazing. It’s only been a couple of hours so she is still wonderful. Love the experience recommend this location highly.

Not even 1 year old and the chaise cushions feel like you've hit wood when you sit. I reached out to the Extended Warranty company. We purchased the 5 yr. They advise that cushions from wear/foam is not covered . They recommend that I called the store manager because they might be able to help me out further. I contacted the manager Joe at the Murfreesboro TN store. (This was 2 months ago.) He asked me to call their customer service line. I did, twice! They were supposed to send me an email with a price quote for replacement foam. That never happened. So yesterday I called the local store again. The sales rep I talked to was very rude and told me that they don't have anything to do with the customer service. I said yes! Ashley Furniture has everything to do with their product and customer service. He hung up on me. I called today and left a message for joe, the manager. The salesperson Joe that answered the phone said he would give him the message. I said I would appreciate a phone call back today! He said well that may not ​ able to happen. I said, he has a full shift to return my call. I found out yesterday he would be there at noon. They do not stand behind their product. A $3,000 couch in here we are. Never again! It's a lot worse than it looks. EDIT: funny how quick I got a response after leaving this review. Yeah, now that you said it would be $350 to replace the two pieces of foam. Yeah, I think I will cut it here check it up as a loss and a reminder not to purchase from Ashley again. I don't think after spending a few hundred dollars on the extended warranty not to mention three grand for the couch I don't want to put any more money into this junk! Thanks but no thanks!

Worst experience ever I ordered a bedroom set my wife fell in love with I finally decided to surprise her I asked was everything instock the manager said yes he also said we have great deals going on because it’s Labor Day cool I paid for everything got my delivery date September 11 great now I get a call from the delivery driver hey we have your bedroom set great I let the guys in they bring me a head board and nothing else I asked and said where is the rest he told me it should be here in October sometime wow a month to get the rest of my bed room set I went in the store spoke with the guy who sold it to me he wasn’t a help at all I will never purchase from here again. Mind you my wife is pregnant so I had to purchase a whole other bedroom set. Just and update they won’t give me a refund and my bedroom set got pushed out again until Oct 30 and I ordered it September 5 smh don’t order from here. Another update how horrible this place is I finally was told I would get the rest of my bedroom set delivery today well guess what didn’t happen I was only brought The bed rails and was told the dresser got pushed back to Nov 5 wow this place so I said ok. Then I asked the delivery people was they going to install it? Because I paid for the white glove service he told me he doesn’t see it on his end so I didn’t argue I said OK then I called they customer service number i spoke with a nice lady and she tried helping she said she spoke we the delivery manager He explained to her that he will send someone out as soon as possible to have my bed installed and that someone would call me in 15 minutes 6 hours later no call yet and I explained to the customer service representative I can install it myself just give me back the fee I paid for the white glove service she said no someone will definitely be out today. I came in the store with a vision of a new replacement bed for myself. Charity heard my special needs and helped build my special bed. The expert adviser from the mattress department completed the package with the adjustable frame and mattress for a total package that will allow me to have awesome sleep every night going forward. I am thankful for you two.

I am trying to call the store to speak to someone regarding an order that was supposed to be delivered 2.5 weeks ago. It continues to get pushed back even though we were told it was in the warehouse when we bought it. No one answers the phone when I call and no one returns my call when I leave a voicemail. The experience in the store was great, unfortunately the follow through has been terrible. Please let me know how I can speak to a person and not just "check my status" on an automated system. The entire experience was horrible! Purchased the set on 7/17 with an expected delivery of 8/13.(it was delivered on time and delivery experience was great) Joe was the original assisted manager that assisted us up until completing the sale! He told us our loveseat would come with usb port only to be a lie, store manager said he wasn’t aware it didn’t either. I get it being a honest mistake but you should know what you’re selling customers. Because we purchased table sets as well and would have went with usb tables had we known the loveseat didn’t come with the usb ports! Joe also told us to call him if we had any issues with anything and gave his personal cell phone number, he never answered the phone or replied to the text that followed the unanswered call which we contacted him within days of the purchase. My husband went up there to take paint swatches to match with our furniture, was told he needed to use the side fire exist door because it messed with their conversion rate. It was the manor in which the saleswoman said this and was extremely rude and unprofessional. It wasn’t until the salesman Chris explained this more clearer for us that we understood instead of approaching a customer and stating “Next time use the side door because it messes up our conversion rate”! Chris thank you, your kindness and explanation was super helpful. We spoke with the store manager who claims, he will speak with the assistant manager Joe and saleswoman due to this. I hope he follows through. I work in HR and would never treat an employee like we were treated. I gave low rating simply because of the experience overall however shoutout to Brandon and Chris! You should both be promoted to management because the way you treat customers is how you should treat people in general! If it weren’t for both of you, with Brandon completing our sale, we would have returned this set and went elsewhere. This will be the only time we spend another dime in Ashley’s!

Stay far away. Horrendous management and customer service. I talked to someone at corporate regarding the claims this store had told me regarding my order and corporate informed me they were not telling the truth. Corporate warned me not to let these guys deceive me so you know its bad. You've been warned.

My complaint is not so much with the store. The warranty company they use is the worst! I filed a claim on 6/8/24. I took the pictures and sent them through their app, they in turn sent me a confirmation email stating the parts had been ordered and I should receive them in 3 to 4 weeks. Per the email, I called and made a service appointment when the parts arrived. On August 1st my husband took the day off work and the service techs never showed up. I called after work and spoke with someone who told me my service order was canceled due to the fact their were no pictures. I asked to speak with a supervisor and 24 hours later had not heard anything. I called again when I got off work, I was told the same thing and again I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me tomorrow. My questions are as follows, if there were no pictures, how did they know what parts to send to my home? And why couldn't someone have the decency to reach out if they canceled my appointment? How long do I need to wait for a supervisor to reach out? Do I need to load my couch up and take it back to the store? I'm at a loss here

It was in stock & will be delivered in just a few days. Also, we have 90 days to exchange, for any reason, at no extra charge or restocking fee.

UPDATE !!! Still the worst store ever. They finally delivered just the dresser (not the bed) and they delivered it unassembled even after being told it would be assembled!! Now I’m on hold for over 20 minutes and I’m being told “we just don’t assemble that one” okay great now let’s replace my order with a dresser that you do assemble!! Everyone I speak to doesn’t seem to care at all that they have given me the run around for over two months, they don’t care about rectifying the mistake. I’m not asking for money back!! I’m asking to be assisted in fixing the order they messed up! Not to mention when I called MURFREESBORO LOCATION the manager JOE was the absolute most horrendous person I’ve ever come in to contact with!!!! Stay soooo far away from this specific location. I will never purchase from Ashley’s again after this experience. *** If I could give zero start I would. I spent over $8k on furniture that has not been delivered. I called to speak with a manger once a day for over a week, every time I’m told someone would call me back and never does. I called again for an update and was explaining what’s been going on and a gentleman by the name of Alex cut me off, let me know it’s not their problem and to call corporate and hung up on me before giving me the number.. I have never been treated like this by a company that I’ve spent well over 10k in the last year with… I will never purchase with Ashley’s again and I truly would never suggest anyone going to this specific location.. they are mean, they do not help and I feel like I was stolen from.. I am going to be canceling this $8k order and taking my business else where. Stay away from this location.

The service I got here was amazing. The sofa we settled on was sold as soon as they tried to knife it with a tool they have. I'm confident that this sofa will withstand our three cats and was sold as soon as they did that. Ellen was patient with us as we kept shopping and allowed us so much time to make our decision. Ask for her when you get there you will not be disappointed. This was at the Murfreesboro Tennessee location. Thanks again Ellen we can't wait to get our furniture.

We placed an order for over $10k on Feb. 4. We were told that everything was in stock or could be delivered within 6 wks. We scheduled delivery for April 2 & were told that our night stands & bed rails had been damaged. Our associate ordered a set of loaner rails that we could use in the meantime. Upon delivery 2 parts of our couch were ripped & the rails did not work with our bed. We told our sales associate about the rails & she said she'd talk to her manager about a solution. We never heard back & our bed rails were not delivered until the last week of April. I contacted customer service for updates & was always told something different from what the store associates were telling me. I called the store to speak to a manager twice & was never contacted back. I once left a message with an employee & once on a VM system. On June 12 I was alerted via text that my night stands were ready. Upon scheduling delivery I was informed that I could pick up the night stands or pay $99 for delivery. Delivery was included in our order so I called the store to speak w/a manager. The assist manager scheduled delivery for June 20 but did not address my other concerns about customer service, failure to return calls, or long wait times for furniture & quickly hung up. On June 18 I received a text to confirm my delivery for the 20th. I confirmed. On June 19 I got a call alerting me that my confirmed delivery would be canceled due to my items being out of stock. I called the store & insisted that they rectify this issue as it seemed odd that my confirmed order was suddenly out of stock.They reached out to the warehouse & had our delivery reinstated. My associate texted & informed me that I would need to re-confirm the delivery via text. I had not received a text by 4:45pm on the 19th so I texted her to inform her of the issue. Receiving no reply I called the store at 5:20pm to speak with a manager. The manager said I was on the list but he couldn't provide a delivery window. His best solution was to call the next day to speak to a different manager. On June 20 the wrong night stands were delivered. When called the manager I heard every excuse in the book from wood delays, system glitches, to the fact that he didn't even know his VM password. After my call w/ the store manager on the 20th he told me he would submit a ticket to the escalation team. I called a week later for an update & had to leave a message w/ an employee. 48 hours after I had not received a phone call from the manager so I called the store again. I found out that the manager not received the message I left. He said I should have heard back from the escalation team 24-48 hours after our last call 10 days ago. To this day I have never been contacted by the escalation team. The website showed my night stands in stock w/ only a 4 day wait for delivery - at this point I still didn't have delivery scheduled for my night stands ordered 21 wks prior. I finally received my night stands on July 3. We were told 6 wks for delivery & it has taken 21+. I had to spend hours texting, calling, rescheduling, submitting claims, & rearranging my life to accommodate the sporadic & unreliable nature of Ashley. I would love to add more pieces to our sectional but I refuse to give this apathetic & unhelpful company any more of my money. We will be using a different company to furnish the rest of our home. Our sales associate assured us that she would ask her manager about a 10% discount for our trouble. Unsurprisingly, she never got back to us. We have not heard back from the manager a/b a discount & honestly 10% is not comparable to the constant runaround, hours on the phone, damaged furniture, & overall poor quality of business. Apparently this company only cares a/b customer service before they get your money. I wonder if things would be different if they held their employees' commission as long as they held my furniture? If you care about intact furniture, reasonable delivery times, honesty, being able to get in contact w/ anyone helpful, or quality service, don't do business w/ Ashley.

Loved our sales associate - no pressure kind of guy ( Chris ) - he got us exactly what we asked for ( pick up ourself and no extra warranty- no pressure to add on delivery or warranty) and we were in and out in 15 minutes! - The other day we were in dealing with Erica and she felt like a car sales guy and we immediately felt like walking out ( which we did ) - she was complicated to deal with and didn’t listen to what we wanted and kept pushing warranty and delivery - NO thanks!

The furniture looks nice, and they have 3 tiers that are reasonably priced. However, their sales crew was very "used car" salesmanship. They kept bugging while I was looking. They kept trying to talk to me as I was trying to leave. They came across as rude. I was simply popping my head in for an initial glimpse. If they hadn't have bugged me so much I mightve brought my wife back to really shop.

Nice selection with a very helpful sales rep, Mike Woolfork. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what we needed. Pros & cons: Pro: he was super helpful with the financing and cost portion and really nice!!!! Con: not so helpful with finding what we needed/ product knowledge I suspect he may have been new, though, as he didn't seem to know all of the products they had. For instance, the lowest priced couch he showed us that had what we wanted (but not EVERYthing we wanted) was over $2k. But upon looking around ourselves, we quickly found exactly what we were looking for - with all the features we wanted and more! And it was only $1499!! Another example was that once we found the couch we liked, we asked if it came in another color - he said yes and brought us over to look at it. He told us it was available in only those 2 colors, but on our way back to the first one, we found 2 additional matching sets in 2 additional colors with additional features. Once he saw them, though, he was able to tell us about them, so it seemed he knew but just forgot. The only other thing I didn't love was that when we got there, we were very clear that we were intending to buy that day since our reclining couch had just broke that day, so he was going to get a guaranteed sale (meaning he didn't need to try and "sell us" because we were already buying and it was just a matter of finding the right one in our price range). I also let him know that I had applied for and already been approved for $2k credit. He then proceeded to try and show me pieces that cost $4-5k. This is probably because I had asked if I could increase my limit if I found something I liked more than $2k, and he said "I got you..." And he really did, which I truly appreciated!!! I'm sure he saw it as an upsell opportunity, tho. But he wasn't super pushy, which I really, really liked. And he did what he said: he really DID take care of us! Once we found the set we liked for $1499, we ordered 2 and then got 25% off, which brought it down to $1100+ each. He also increased our limit to cover it all: couches, taxes, warrantee, delivery, etc. So all in all, a great trip to Ashley!

My shopping and delivery experience with Ashley Furniture in Murfreesboro was excellent. I was given a 3 hour delivery window and received several correspondence calls and text keeping me informed every step of the way. I had to delay my delivery dates several times. AF was accommodating each encounter. The day of delivery I was able to track the location of my delivery and great care was taken in setting up my furniture. The delivery service did not damage my walls and the was one tight turn. Excellent service!

I am updating this rating because the amount of frustration I've experienced with Ashley over the past three weeks is unbelievable. I ordered a TV stand that arrived broken. I was supposed to get a replacement, but instead, they suggested trying to fix it first before considering a replacement. It arrived broken from them! The communication is terrible—store employees and customer service are never on the same page. I paid $1300 for this. Caleb and the manager, Marcus, kept assuring me it would be resolved, but here we are. A technician came out to "try" to fix it, saying it's "just part of the process." The tech came out and was obviously not on the same page. And submitted I refused service??? I'm fed up. I want a new, unbroken piece that I paid for. Can someone please explain this logic?

I bought a lift chair for my wife 13 months ago and of course it got stuck in the up position and the warranty was for 1 year. I purchased the extended warranty butt itt is not thru Ashley , it is some other company that has no Americans answering the phone and I can't understand what they are saying half the time. It has been over a month since I submitted a claim and it is still going to be another 3 weeks before they get back to me. Total rip off. I went to Ashley and ask for them to help but they said they could do nothing. I will never buy anything else from them.

The 0% financing is a lie. They use Synchrony Bank and exactly 6 months after my purchase, I received a letter stating that they would be billing a 2% promotional fee to all prior and future purchases. I have 2 options: close the account or pay the 2%. Pure fraud!

We visited the Murfreesboro Ashley store location on Sunday afternoon and had a peaceful shopping experience. Our specialist was Olivia Allen, who did a good job quickly assisting us with our living room furniture purchase. Overall, we had a pleasurable time at the store and would purchase furniture here again.

Ellen the salesperson was really super helpful in helping me select some furniture. Very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining the different types of pieces.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! UPDATE: 4/27/24 Yesterday the customer service rep told us that there was an order in their system for a restoration team to come out on Monday to bring the missing hardware and assemble the bed. A supervisor was supposed to call me back yesterday and that never happened so I called them back. I called only to find out that there isn’t an active order and I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor. I’ve been waiting an hour and 25 mins for a supervisor. Continued: after 2 hours.. still no supervisor so I called on my other phone to try and get the customer service rep to get a supervisor.. STILL no supervisor. Next move is the BBB. —— UPDATE: 4/26/24 Delivery drivers showed up and once again didn't have any of the parts to put the bed together. The manager at the warehouse said that they would return with the parts and assemble the bed on Monday the 29th. The deliver drivers were so rude. They dropped off the boxes and made it to where my 82 years old mom can’t maneuver around in the room. When I asked them to move the boxes—they started yelling in Spanish and left. They also scratched up one of the podiums that they dropped. This is unacceptable! At this point I will be calling Synchrony bank and also contacting my attorney. — I purchased from this store on March 3, 2024. During the transaction the salesman MIKE WOOLFORK tried to pull a quick one on my 82 year old mother and sell a bedframe $1800 over the actual sale price until I corrected him. FIRST 🚩 but my mom wanted the bed and he came down to the correct price, and he also claimed he “gave us a $300 mattress cover,” to remedy his mistake, so we purchased only to discover that he did indeed charge us for the mattress cover. We were told that the order would arrive on the 12th of April. When the order arrived, it arrived with missing pieces, therefore they couldn’t put the bed together. We drove to the store to find a solution (45 min drive) only for MIKE to continue his COUNTLESS attempts at lying. He AND THE GENERAL MANAGER told us that there was a “recovery team” on ground that would have the missing pieces delivered by the EOD. We left the store only for Mike to call and tell us that they wouldn’t be able to deliver until Tuesday the 16th. Once again we cooperated only for Ashley’s automated service to send a text saying that the bed pieces wouldn’t be delivered until the 26th of this month. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The delivery team delivered the bed placed the large packages (assuming they are the side rails) onto the side of the wall along with the tall podiums behind the packages. We told them that they needed to be laid down, but they were insistent on the point that they needed to be standing to ensure that the pieces wouldn’t be damaged. The pieces were extremely heavy and the team refused to move them and left. We left the pieces there assuming that we would be getting the missing pieces soon and just like we predicted the heavy pieces fell and damaged the 75 inch flatscreen tv that I have in the room. We have been to the store to try and find a solution. We still have not received any updates in regard to them fixing their mishaps and to remedy the situation. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service.

Courtney was a fanatic salesperson. She was patient and helpful. That’s where the positive experience ended however. Ashley Furniture is a nightmare to do business with. I have a brand new sofa I can’t use. This has been for weeks now. The local store pawns the customer off on corporate. After many phone calls to customer service, Ashley finally sent parts to repair the sofa and a hutch that is also defective. They promised to send a tech to fix the items; however, they’ve been no shows and keep canceling appointments with no notice. My advice is run, don’t walk, from Ashley Furniture. Horrible customer service.

Went to this store to look into buying new furniture. Jaylynn helped me when I first came in and he was really helpful. I came back in today and upon walking in I see a bunch of associates sitting at a table. None of them bothered to get up to greet me. They all just sat there. I almost thought they were customers like me until they pulled out their ipads. It also seemed like every time I discussed the price something else seemed to changed . One minute its “we can do 60 months financing but its more expensive” then they told me its cheaper in store vs online and it ended up being more expensive and oo yeah we approved you but you have to pay a deposit. After all of that I just couldn’t see spending my money in there. Edit: After I wrote this review I found out that what I thought was a pre approval for financing was actually an open line of credit. This angers me because I was clear with sales associate Caleb that I only wanted to see how much I would be approved for as I am not fully ready to buy. If I had known it was the actual application I would’ve waited until I was sure. I spoke to the manage Josh who confirmed there is an option to do a pre approval or the official application. I was never given the option. The manager gave a lukewarm apology but it was evident he didn’t care. I dont know about other locations but as for this one I wont give the red cent and wouldn’t encourage anyone else to.

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa/love seat set. I was blown away at what Ashley had to offer. Ellen met us on the showroom floor and we told her what we were looking for. She immediately said we have what you need and took us to the perfect set. I dog sit, so I have dogs on my furniture all the time and need something extremely durable. The set she showed us is scratch resistant, stain resistant and 2000 PSI for dog claw punctures. It's a gorgeous suede/leather type of material and the frame is made of steel. The fabric is only exclusive to Ahsley. We bought the set but are waiting for delivery. If this sofa/love seat hold up as advertised, this is the holy grail of furniture for pet owners! Thank you Ellen for making this the easiest shopping experience and thank you Ashley Furniture for making a gorgeous set with pet parents in mind! Now onto the bed- We also bought the Stearns and Foster Hybrid Temperpedic king bed with split adjustable base. Mike was so nice and helpful. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and Mike was able to decipher our needs and what the best mattress would be for us. We tested about 5 mattresses. The adjustable base felt amazing and I am so excited to try it. It comes with a 90 day sleep trial if we find for some reason it doesn't work. Mike was extremely patient and helpful bc we kept him past closing time and he never made us feel rushed. Thank you Mike for your expertise and getting us what we needed vs what we thought we needed!

Katie was our salesperson and she was amazing! We came in and basically told her that it was unlikely they would have what we were looking for (a very specific configuration for a reclining sectional with additional requirements), but that we were also open to suggestions. She thought for a minute and then took us to exactly what we’d asked for! She found some other options for us as well! Unfortunately, our measurements were off for the sectional, but we are looking forward to our furniture delivery on Friday for the end tables she helped us find.

My wife and I purchased a bed and mattress from this store. The sales team was friendly but too concerned about their commission and not caring for the customer. We were aware that our order would be slightly delayed because the mattress was on back order. We had no issue with this. Our box spring (metal frame) ended up being delivered before our frame and mattress. Again, no issue. When the delivery team brought the frame and mattress, this is where most of the issues began. Firstly, there was no concern by the delivery team about the product. I watched a young man attempt to carry a king size headboard by himself into my home. After they set up the frame, they refused to set up the box springs stating I would need to pay them. They left before we could get in contact with customer service. I followed up with the management team at Ashley in Murfreesboro and the response has been awful. Although they apologize, there is no action to correct the mistake. I was told by Tim and Marcus that I would be refunded the delivery fee. This has not happened. When I reached back out on 2/6 (note the bed was delivered 1/6), an associate told me that Tim would call me back to correct the issue that day. I have yet to receive a call. The bed is a nice product and I have no issue with it. However, this company and team are too focused on sells rather than taking care of their customers.

Very unhappy with Ashley furniture delivery service. You texted and emailed me the delivery date and time well in advance. You then called me and I said agreed to the date and time you set of 1:00 to 4:00 pm. The person representing Ashley furniture then proceeded to express the importance that I ensure to be present at the house at 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Well, after waiting for 1:00 - 4:00 pm passed and no delivery. I cancelled the dinner plans with my wife. The delivery service finally arrived at 7:45 pm. My wife then called the store to express her disappointment with your service. And the store representative gave another number to call. Very frustrating and disappointed with your service. This will be the last time.

While I liked my purchase, Ashley Store should make it to where they have there warehouse ship the item/purchase to the store for pickup.very inconvenient.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst furniture purchase experience I’ve ever had. No one is on the same page at this place. Any time I called to get answers I would just be told to contact someone else. Warehouse, manager, AND salesperson all told me all pieces of my couch were in, only to get to the warehouse to pick it up and find out it’s still missing a piece. Yet no one could tell me why I was told it was all there in the first place. All of this after having my date continuously pushed back and the only way I knew of it was calling to check myself. Call customer support line and they were unhelpful and could audibly care less about the issues. Will NEVER buy from Ashley again.

We had an excellent experience at the store in Murfreesboro. Olivia was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to help us figure out exactly what we needed.

My husband and I just had one of the most delightful and stress free experiences at Ashley. The associate, Ellen, who helped us was so knowledgeable about the furniture and knew how to listen to our needs and all the research we had done. She found the perfect balance of sharing and giving us space to discuss amongst ourselves. We found our dream couch because of her service. Lastly, we had done a lot of research on Ashley furniture before going to the store and the furniture absolutely matched the advertising.

Experience was great until you have an issue. No one wants to help resolve the issues. I’ve been passed from person to person for days now, no one will get me answers or call me back. The headboard i have is broken, fabric snagged, and the box didn’t include screws for me to even attach it to the side rails. The box was undamaged so someone packages this box knowing they were packaging a broken item and now i can’t even get someone to send me any fixes for the situation i am in.

Very smooth and painless. Even though our customer relations associate was new, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The management team did a great job assisting in the transaction.

Olivia Allen provided us with outstanding service, she is well-versed in the merchandise Ashley carries, what’s available, how to get it, and how to give you the best price on what you are looking for. We were treated like an old friend, never once felt pressured, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying furniture.
