If I could rate this a zero I would. If you are looking for good customer service, don’t shop here. I came into this store tonight (and the night before). I just purchased a four bedroom, three bath home that I need to furnish, and I had set aside 11k to purchase furniture this weekend. Both nights I walked into the store no one greeted me. Finally after walking around the store the first night after about 20 minutes or so one of the managers asked me if anyone had helped me to which I replied “nope”. He handed me a flyer and then walked off. All of the employees congregate in the middle of the store and sit on the furniture shooting the breeze. Tonight I came back hoping for a different experience and ready to buy. My experience was even worse tonight. I was in the store for about five minutes and decided to start the timer on my phone to see how long it would take someone to greet me. It became comical. After 20 minutes my phone died. Employees would walk right past me. I bet I was in the store no less than 30 minutes and not a single employee offered to help me and, it was clear I was interested in some furniture. And shocker, they were all standing/sitting in the furniture in the middle of the store. I even circled around them to see if anyone would say hello or offer to help. No one acknowledged me. One woman was sitting on couch surfing her phone. Another employer was walking around the store on a personal call on his cell phone. Even the manager from the night before was just standing there with employees chit chatting. I walked out the door at 7:36pm CST (feel free to check your store cameras) completed disgusted by how disengaged and lazy the employees were. I will go back to Rooms to Go, where they happily greet you at the door, and spend my money. Get new employees Ashley! The ones you have are clearly not motivated to work, and the manager seems to be part of the problem.

I had ordered online and the couch ended up not being available. I went into Ashley in Murfreesboro where Tommy greeted me at the door and immediately went above and beyond for me! Thank you for saving Thanksgiving!!!! Can’t wait for our couch to be delivered!

I have never been more unsatisfied with the entire process of Ashley Furniture. We went into the store to purchase a bedroom suite. After picking a set we liked best, we started the financing process. From this point on everything was not delivered as set forth. Constant delays, back order, deliver of pieces at a time, damage the pieces being delivered, told the damages are easy repairs for their team etc. so we called the number provided which never really helps, and told we must file a claim, Why? Your guys damage it! After back and forth with this issue, we send photos of the damages and are told they will swap it out. GREAT! Now we get into outright lack of professionalism. The delivery was delayed all day until finally at 8:30 at night and still several deliveries still in front of us we had to reschedule. New delivery date established, same guys came out that brought the 2 prior pieces. After arriving and knowing our home from the first delivery, they stated a repair man can fix these pieces and no need for a swap out. So he spent 15 minutes on a phone call with his warehouse, said a repair would come out and definitely would fix the problems. Gave a date and we accepted. The next morning a man called and said he was on his way and would be there within 10 minutes which was not the date agreed upon. Although we made arrangements to stay home knowing he was coming to repair the dresser and chest. He arrives and introduces himself and was very polite and informative, told me his process and started to work on the pieces. After attempting the chest he called me upstairs to give me an update. Told me what he did and said if that if it didn’t look ok he completely understood. He made an attempt. The chest is somewhat acceptable, it’s in a very dark space and not as noticeable unless really looking at it. If in a room well lighted it would be noticeable. However with the dresser he made it very clear it was not repairable in hone and swap out would be necessary. We called again always going thru the same process and delay to once again we can deliver on the 21st. This was unacceptable at this point. After giving the info needed to get a swap out, then bringing the new furniture and outright not wanting to carry it upstairs again, to not keeping dates for delivery, giving us dates weeks out, and just being a very unprofessional and reliable place to do business with I would NEVER recommend ASHLEY FURNITURE as a place to purchase anything from. Furthermore, we live .9 miles from that warehouse that they have our furniture still. I asked to come get it myself. But would rather just have the 20,000.00 dollars I spent back and lay on the floor
