We ordered 2 sofas on the salesperson word of 4 or 5 weeks delivery time. Now we find it was 6 or 7 weeks delivery. Need truthfulness if you expect return business from buyers.

I was looking for living room seating, open to recliners, sofas, loveseats, etc. I am a little particular and visited 3 other stores before making a selection at Ashley. These guys were so helpful, and they helped me find some great deals ontop of the already reasonable price. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley and there’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll be back soon making my next purchase

Two of the chairs delivered are uneven. I called and they scheduled a repair appointment for Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Stayed home all day waiting and no one showed up nor contacted me to reschedule. Just save your money and frustration and get your furniture elsewhere. I will be posting this in every social media platform to all my 100k followers

(Please read )My wife an I went there an found the couch we wanted fell in love with it. They told us it would be 3weeks before it would come on, an we was fine with that. So we did the paperwork an because of the price we had to split it into sections hers an mine, so when they contacted saying her part was ready she gave them instructions we didn’t want delivery until the whole couch was in. A few days later the call me an said my part was in. We was happy so we scheduled the couch for delivery. So the night before delivery I threw out our old couch. They tried to deliver only her end of the couch. I was like we were told the whole thing would be delivered at once. So I called an they said my end was a month out I told them to take it back. Then I was called an the said 7 days I would have my couch. The whole thing,so delivery day was time came an went no couch. No phone call nothing called they said I wasn’t home I’ve been in the same place all day. Then they was like is your house white with a black mailbox. I live in an apartment so I ask them to call the driver and let them know they could come an deliver it to the right address they said they couldn’t do that because they don’t have the drivers phone number an it would be another week or so before I could get it delivered. I use to think highly of this place bought a bed room furniture from them. But after this this company lost a customer forever. I would advise everyone go an shop elsewhere

We purchased over 35,000 dollars in furniture about 4 months ago, we received bedroom set, lights not there, had to wait to come in, living room comes in separately, reclining chair comes ripped, sofa has problems with recliners, waited on reclining love seat, comes a couple months late, recliner has issues, phone charger don't work, our living room table set just came in Tuesday all scratched up. To make issues worse took a couple months for parts and for them to schedule service. Finally service man shows yesterday starts working on electric reclining chair to replace leather side, he realized did not have a tool, left to buy one, then texts me 2 hours later, says I need to reschedule my service after already waiting 4 months, leaves reclining chair upside down partially taken apart in middle of living room, call customer service to get resolution, was they could get someone out October 20th, So a chair taken apart and upside down in my living room was not a problem for them. I would not buy any products from Ashley Furniture, the product is not what they say it is and they can't support it. Above all their customer support is non existent. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!

_______This was my initial review with 5 stars after my purchase on 6/11/22______________ Lydia was fabulous. She treated me like I was her top priority AND I got a tremendous value. _____________This is my updated review___________ The in-stock items I purchased were delivered timely. The delivery date on the out of stock items I purchased were delivered 3 months and 17 days post putchase. I made 5 calls to their "customer care" department (not in the U.S.) Each time I called I was given a different "estimated" delivery date. When I made the purchase I was told my out of stock items would be available for delivery in 4-6 weeks, which didn't seem bad at the time, so I made the purchase. The delivery delays have been very frustrating. Now that I have my furniture I am very pleased with it, with the caveat that the sectional sofa I purchased seems to be showing considerable wear in less than 4 months. Initially I gave them a 5 star review, but changed it to a 1 star review considering the delivery delays and total failure of their customer care department. Now that I have my furniture I will give them 3 stars because I like my newly received items so much. The last remaining issue is my coffee table arrived scuffed, and the delivery team notified them a replacement is needled. We'll see how long THAT takes! You will have to do better if you want my return business.
