The people that suppose to install our bed delivered the bed and then said... Ops we forgot some parts, we will be back in 15 minutes... 6 hours later and no one showed up! Customer service no help at all! We have called so many of them and all we get is "sorry" "no idea what's going on" "we will call you in 5 minutes".... And no one called or showed up! I missed my appointments waiting for them to come back or call but nothing..Horrible horrible experience!

We visited multiple stores when looking to furnish our new home’s bedroom. After a slight hiccup in pricing, our original price was honored and we walked out with a beautiful bedroom set with new mattress. Tiffany, Tim, Mike, Matt and Josh went above and beyond to ensure our physical and financial comfort. We will be returning when it’s time for our next home furnishing project!

Paid for assembly and they left our furniture and assembled nothing. Delivery guy knew nothing about it. Called the local number they provide and it routes you to a call center out of the country. This company is horrible and has horrible customer service.

Update 5/30/23: We’re over a year in now, and our couch is still broken. AHM is who Ashley uses for repairs, and they are as ridiculous as Ashley Furniture. We’ve been scheduled 3 times for service and the tech doesn’t show up or their customer service tells me we weren’t actually on the schedule. We take off work for this and are losing money, on top of the $6000 we paid for a broken couch! Please take this as a warning and DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE. Experience in the store was great when we purchased our sectional in April 2022. Unfortunately, one of the recliners was defective when it was delivered in June 2022. I called customer support and they sent a tech out who said the arm needed to be replaced. Some time passed and another tech came out and replaced the arm. It didn’t fix the problem and the tech told me to contact Ashley and let them know the seat was the issue. That was toward the end of December. I went straight to the store and was told a tech would be contacting me. I didn’t hear from anyone, so mid-January, I called customer service who told me there was no work order but she would start one for me. On January 31st, I received an email asking for pictures of the damage. I responded stating the damage was apparently on the inside of the couch and I had no idea what to look for. In addition the techs had already taken multiple pictures. Weeks went by, and I heard from no one so I called customer service again. I was told I’d hear from someone within 48 hours. So 4 days later I called customer service back and let them know I hadn’t heard from anyone. The rep told me I was actually scheduled for a service call on 2-21. I told them that no one had communicated this to me and he said he didn’t know why but it was in the system for 2-21. Today, 2-21-23, I’ve once again called customer service and am now being told that there must have been a scheduling conflict because the tech can’t come out and they’ll try to get me in tomorrow. We’re a tad over 3 months from owning this broken couch for a year, with no idea if and when it’ll be fixed. This is not good customer service, Ashley.
