They have deceptive, unethical sales tactics. NEVER sign anything they give you without FIRST reading the fine print. They do not accept returns of anything and it’s extremely difficult to cancel delivery and purchase of anything after you realize you’ve been deceived about what you have purchased.

This store is ok. There are a lot of nice items but when I googled the same item, I found for a much cheaper price. Sometimes even half the price somewhere else Update: In response to your response, Ashley Furniture, I lowered my rating to 2 stars regarding the response as well. I am not sure if this is an automated reply, as is seems generic, but my question to you would be, why do I need to email you anything regarding a purchase? I clearly did my research while in the store and found the same products at a very cheaper price; therefore, it would only make sense that I did not purchase any items in the store because I purchased them elsewhere at a cheaper price.

I would not recommend going here at all… no one cares after they make a sale. Delivery people were rude. Feel lied to.

Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. The people who delivered our furniture were extremely unprofessional, were irritated when we told them we paid extra for assembly, and didn’t even have tools with them. They literally asked us to provide them with a screwdriver and everything they needed to assemble the furniture. That just seemed incredibly tacky considering we paid a few hundred dollars extra for white glove delivery and assembly. How do you drive around all day delivering furniture and you don’t even have as much as a screwdriver with you? They acted as if they’d never assembled furniture before, because they ultimately couldn’t figure out how to put the table together, and left us with a half assembled table. In fact, we’re pretty sure they damaged the table when trying to put it together, because the table is stuck in place where it won’t slide in or out for the leaf, so we basically just have an unusable table with a giant hole in the middle. Now they’re saying it won’t be until March until somebody can come and fix it. We went to the store to ask for help, and they essentially said they have nothing to do with the delivery people, but refunded the white glove delivery fee. Don’t contract out to a third-party delivery service that you refuse to stand behind or get involved with, because in the end, we bought the furniture from Ashley, so we expect Ashley to fix the issue. We will never buy furniture from them again.
