The Mgr, Joe was certain to introduce himself and say hello, we left with furniture we know we'll be happy with and at a great price. Thank you guys!

I love the store. The salesman (Alex) that helped us was very nice, professional & knowledgeable. We were interested in buying a mattress & his info was extremely useful in making our choice. It was in stock & will be delivered in just a few days. Also, we have 90 days to exchange, for any reason, at no extra charge or restocking fee.

UPDATE !!! Still the worst store ever. They finally delivered just the dresser (not the bed) and they delivered it unassembled even after being told it would be assembled!! Now I’m on hold for over 20 minutes and I’m being told “we just don’t assemble that one” okay great now let’s replace my order with a dresser that you do assemble!! Everyone I speak to doesn’t seem to care at all that they have given me the run around for over two months, they don’t care about rectifying the mistake. I’m not asking for money back!! I’m asking to be assisted in fixing the order they messed up! Not to mention when I called MURFREESBORO LOCATION the manager JOE was the absolute most horrendous person I’ve ever come in to contact with!!!! Stay soooo far away from this specific location. I will never purchase from Ashley’s again after this experience. *** If I could give zero start I would. I spent over $8k on furniture that has not been delivered. I called to speak with a manger once a day for over a week, every time I’m told someone would call me back and never does. I called again for an update and was explaining what’s been going on and a gentleman by the name of Alex cut me off, let me know it’s not their problem and to call corporate and hung up on me before giving me the number.. I have never been treated like this by a company that I’ve spent well over 10k in the last year with… I will never purchase with Ashley’s again and I truly would never suggest anyone going to this specific location.. they are mean, they do not help and I feel like I was stolen from.. I am going to be canceling this $8k order and taking my business else where. Stay away from this location.

The service I got here was amazing. The sofa we settled on was sold as soon as they tried to knife it with a tool they have. I'm confident that this sofa will withstand our three cats and was sold as soon as they did that. Ellen was patient with us as we kept shopping and allowed us so much time to make our decision. Ask for her when you get there you will not be disappointed. This was at the Murfreesboro Tennessee location. Thanks again Ellen we can't wait to get our furniture.

We placed an order for over $10k on Feb. 4. We were told that everything was in stock or could be delivered within 6 wks. We scheduled delivery for April 2 & were told that our night stands & bed rails had been damaged. Our associate ordered a set of loaner rails that we could use in the meantime. Upon delivery 2 parts of our couch were ripped & the rails did not work with our bed. We told our sales associate about the rails & she said she'd talk to her manager about a solution. We never heard back & our bed rails were not delivered until the last week of April. I contacted customer service for updates & was always told something different from what the store associates were telling me. I called the store to speak to a manager twice & was never contacted back. I once left a message with an employee & once on a VM system. On June 12 I was alerted via text that my night stands were ready. Upon scheduling delivery I was informed that I could pick up the night stands or pay $99 for delivery. Delivery was included in our order so I called the store to speak w/a manager. The assist manager scheduled delivery for June 20 but did not address my other concerns about customer service, failure to return calls, or long wait times for furniture & quickly hung up. On June 18 I received a text to confirm my delivery for the 20th. I confirmed. On June 19 I got a call alerting me that my confirmed delivery would be canceled due to my items being out of stock. I called the store & insisted that they rectify this issue as it seemed odd that my confirmed order was suddenly out of stock.They reached out to the warehouse & had our delivery reinstated. My associate texted & informed me that I would need to re-confirm the delivery via text. I had not received a text by 4:45pm on the 19th so I texted her to inform her of the issue. Receiving no reply I called the store at 5:20pm to speak with a manager. The manager said I was on the list but he couldn't provide a delivery window. His best solution was to call the next day to speak to a different manager. On June 20 the wrong night stands were delivered. When called the manager I heard every excuse in the book from wood delays, system glitches, to the fact that he didn't even know his VM password. After my call w/ the store manager on the 20th he told me he would submit a ticket to the escalation team. I called a week later for an update & had to leave a message w/ an employee. 48 hours after I had not received a phone call from the manager so I called the store again. I found out that the manager not received the message I left. He said I should have heard back from the escalation team 24-48 hours after our last call 10 days ago. To this day I have never been contacted by the escalation team. The website showed my night stands in stock w/ only a 4 day wait for delivery - at this point I still didn't have delivery scheduled for my night stands ordered 21 wks prior. I finally received my night stands on July 3. We were told 6 wks for delivery & it has taken 21+. I had to spend hours texting, calling, rescheduling, submitting claims, & rearranging my life to accommodate the sporadic & unreliable nature of Ashley. I would love to add more pieces to our sectional but I refuse to give this apathetic & unhelpful company any more of my money. We will be using a different company to furnish the rest of our home. Our sales associate assured us that she would ask her manager about a 10% discount for our trouble. Unsurprisingly, she never got back to us. We have not heard back from the manager a/b a discount & honestly 10% is not comparable to the constant runaround, hours on the phone, damaged furniture, & overall poor quality of business. Apparently this company only cares a/b customer service before they get your money. I wonder if things would be different if they held their employees' commission as long as they held my furniture? If you care about intact furniture, reasonable delivery times, honesty, being able to get in contact w/ anyone helpful, or quality service, don't do business w/ Ashley.

Furniture shopping with small children is no easy feat, but the staff was patient and accommodating. Despite being understaffed, we still got excellent service and a great deal.

Loved our sales associate - no pressure kind of guy ( Chris ) - he got us exactly what we asked for ( pick up ourself and no extra warranty- no pressure to add on delivery or warranty) and we were in and out in 15 minutes! - The other day we were in dealing with Erica and she felt like a car sales guy and we immediately felt like walking out ( which we did ) - she was complicated to deal with and didn’t listen to what we wanted and kept pushing warranty and delivery - NO thanks!

The people at this Ashley store were wonderful and Katie was so helpful helping me complete my order.

The furniture looks nice, and they have 3 tiers that are reasonably priced. However, their sales crew was very "used car" salesmanship. They kept bugging while I was looking. They kept trying to talk to me as I was trying to leave. They came across as rude. I was simply popping my head in for an initial glimpse. If they hadn't have bugged me so much I mightve brought my wife back to really shop.

Nice selection with a very helpful sales rep, Mike Woolfork. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what we needed. Pros & cons: Pro: he was super helpful with the financing and cost portion and really nice!!!! Con: not so helpful with finding what we needed/ product knowledge I suspect he may have been new, though, as he didn't seem to know all of the products they had. For instance, the lowest priced couch he showed us that had what we wanted (but not EVERYthing we wanted) was over $2k. But upon looking around ourselves, we quickly found exactly what we were looking for - with all the features we wanted and more! And it was only $1499!! Another example was that once we found the couch we liked, we asked if it came in another color - he said yes and brought us over to look at it. He told us it was available in only those 2 colors, but on our way back to the first one, we found 2 additional matching sets in 2 additional colors with additional features. Once he saw them, though, he was able to tell us about them, so it seemed he knew but just forgot. The only other thing I didn't love was that when we got there, we were very clear that we were intending to buy that day since our reclining couch had just broke that day, so he was going to get a guaranteed sale (meaning he didn't need to try and "sell us" because we were already buying and it was just a matter of finding the right one in our price range). I also let him know that I had applied for and already been approved for $2k credit. He then proceeded to try and show me pieces that cost $4-5k. This is probably because I had asked if I could increase my limit if I found something I liked more than $2k, and he said "I got you..." And he really did, which I truly appreciated!!! I'm sure he saw it as an upsell opportunity, tho. But he wasn't super pushy, which I really, really liked. And he did what he said: he really DID take care of us! Once we found the set we liked for $1499, we ordered 2 and then got 25% off, which brought it down to $1100+ each. He also increased our limit to cover it all: couches, taxes, warrantee, delivery, etc. So all in all, a great trip to Ashley!

My shopping and delivery experience with Ashley Furniture in Murfreesboro was excellent. I was given a 3 hour delivery window and received several correspondence calls and text keeping me informed every step of the way. I had to delay my delivery dates several times. AF was accommodating each encounter. The day of delivery I was able to track the location of my delivery and great care was taken in setting up my furniture. The delivery service did not damage my walls and the was one tight turn. Excellent service!

I am updating this rating because the amount of frustration I've experienced with Ashley over the past three weeks is unbelievable. I ordered a TV stand that arrived broken. I was supposed to get a replacement, but instead, they suggested trying to fix it first before considering a replacement. It arrived broken from them! The communication is terrible—store employees and customer service are never on the same page. I paid $1300 for this. Caleb and the manager, Marcus, kept assuring me it would be resolved, but here we are. A technician came out to "try" to fix it, saying it's "just part of the process." The tech came out and was obviously not on the same page. And submitted I refused service??? I'm fed up. I want a new, unbroken piece that I paid for. Can someone please explain this logic?

I bought a lift chair for my wife 13 months ago and of course it got stuck in the up position and the warranty was for 1 year. I purchased the extended warranty butt itt is not thru Ashley , it is some other company that has no Americans answering the phone and I can't understand what they are saying half the time. It has been over a month since I submitted a claim and it is still going to be another 3 weeks before they get back to me. Total rip off. I went to Ashley and ask for them to help but they said they could do nothing. I will never buy anything else from them.

The 0% financing is a lie. They use Synchrony Bank and exactly 6 months after my purchase, I received a letter stating that they would be billing a 2% promotional fee to all prior and future purchases. I have 2 options: close the account or pay the 2%. Pure fraud!

We visited the Murfreesboro Ashley store location on Sunday afternoon and had a peaceful shopping experience. Our specialist was Olivia Allen, who did a good job quickly assisting us with our living room furniture purchase. Overall, we had a pleasurable time at the store and would purchase furniture here again.

Ellen the salesperson was really super helpful in helping me select some furniture. Very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining the different types of pieces.

Marlan was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He showed me a different solution to what I was thinking and then let me make my mind up. Excellent experience!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! UPDATE: 4/27/24 Yesterday the customer service rep told us that there was an order in their system for a restoration team to come out on Monday to bring the missing hardware and assemble the bed. A supervisor was supposed to call me back yesterday and that never happened so I called them back. I called only to find out that there isn’t an active order and I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor. I’ve been waiting an hour and 25 mins for a supervisor. Continued: after 2 hours.. still no supervisor so I called on my other phone to try and get the customer service rep to get a supervisor.. STILL no supervisor. Next move is the BBB. —— UPDATE: 4/26/24 Delivery drivers showed up and once again didn't have any of the parts to put the bed together. The manager at the warehouse said that they would return with the parts and assemble the bed on Monday the 29th. The deliver drivers were so rude. They dropped off the boxes and made it to where my 82 years old mom can’t maneuver around in the room. When I asked them to move the boxes—they started yelling in Spanish and left. They also scratched up one of the podiums that they dropped. This is unacceptable! At this point I will be calling Synchrony bank and also contacting my attorney. — I purchased from this store on March 3, 2024. During the transaction the salesman MIKE WOOLFORK tried to pull a quick one on my 82 year old mother and sell a bedframe $1800 over the actual sale price until I corrected him. FIRST 🚩 but my mom wanted the bed and he came down to the correct price, and he also claimed he “gave us a $300 mattress cover,” to remedy his mistake, so we purchased only to discover that he did indeed charge us for the mattress cover. We were told that the order would arrive on the 12th of April. When the order arrived, it arrived with missing pieces, therefore they couldn’t put the bed together. We drove to the store to find a solution (45 min drive) only for MIKE to continue his COUNTLESS attempts at lying. He AND THE GENERAL MANAGER told us that there was a “recovery team” on ground that would have the missing pieces delivered by the EOD. We left the store only for Mike to call and tell us that they wouldn’t be able to deliver until Tuesday the 16th. Once again we cooperated only for Ashley’s automated service to send a text saying that the bed pieces wouldn’t be delivered until the 26th of this month. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The delivery team delivered the bed placed the large packages (assuming they are the side rails) onto the side of the wall along with the tall podiums behind the packages. We told them that they needed to be laid down, but they were insistent on the point that they needed to be standing to ensure that the pieces wouldn’t be damaged. The pieces were extremely heavy and the team refused to move them and left. We left the pieces there assuming that we would be getting the missing pieces soon and just like we predicted the heavy pieces fell and damaged the 75 inch flatscreen tv that I have in the room. We have been to the store to try and find a solution. We still have not received any updates in regard to them fixing their mishaps and to remedy the situation. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service.

When it was time to pick out a mattress he walked us through that process as well, when we couldn’t decide he brought in Mike and they both helped us find the perfect mattress to meet our needs. Highly recommend Ashley’s in Murfreesboro and especially recommend Caleb and Mike!

Courtney was a fanatic salesperson. She was patient and helpful. That’s where the positive experience ended however. Ashley Furniture is a nightmare to do business with. I have a brand new sofa I can’t use. This has been for weeks now. The local store pawns the customer off on corporate. After many phone calls to customer service, Ashley finally sent parts to repair the sofa and a hutch that is also defective. They promised to send a tech to fix the items; however, they’ve been no shows and keep canceling appointments with no notice. My advice is run, don’t walk, from Ashley Furniture. Horrible customer service.

Went to this store to look into buying new furniture. Jaylynn helped me when I first came in and he was really helpful. I came back in today and upon walking in I see a bunch of associates sitting at a table. None of them bothered to get up to greet me. They all just sat there. I almost thought they were customers like me until they pulled out their ipads. It also seemed like every time I discussed the price something else seemed to changed . One minute its “we can do 60 months financing but its more expensive” then they told me its cheaper in store vs online and it ended up being more expensive and oo yeah we approved you but you have to pay a deposit. After all of that I just couldn’t see spending my money in there. Edit: After I wrote this review I found out that what I thought was a pre approval for financing was actually an open line of credit. This angers me because I was clear with sales associate Caleb that I only wanted to see how much I would be approved for as I am not fully ready to buy. If I had known it was the actual application I would’ve waited until I was sure. I spoke to the manage Josh who confirmed there is an option to do a pre approval or the official application. I was never given the option. The manager gave a lukewarm apology but it was evident he didn’t care. I dont know about other locations but as for this one I wont give the red cent and wouldn’t encourage anyone else to.

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa/love seat set. I was blown away at what Ashley had to offer. Ellen met us on the showroom floor and we told her what we were looking for. She immediately said we have what you need and took us to the perfect set. I dog sit, so I have dogs on my furniture all the time and need something extremely durable. The set she showed us is scratch resistant, stain resistant and 2000 PSI for dog claw punctures. It's a gorgeous suede/leather type of material and the frame is made of steel. The fabric is only exclusive to Ahsley. We bought the set but are waiting for delivery. If this sofa/love seat hold up as advertised, this is the holy grail of furniture for pet owners! Thank you Ellen for making this the easiest shopping experience and thank you Ashley Furniture for making a gorgeous set with pet parents in mind! Now onto the bed- We also bought the Stearns and Foster Hybrid Temperpedic king bed with split adjustable base. Mike was so nice and helpful. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and Mike was able to decipher our needs and what the best mattress would be for us. We tested about 5 mattresses. The adjustable base felt amazing and I am so excited to try it. It comes with a 90 day sleep trial if we find for some reason it doesn't work. Mike was extremely patient and helpful bc we kept him past closing time and he never made us feel rushed. Katie was our salesperson and she was amazing! We came in and basically told her that it was unlikely they would have what we were looking for (a very specific configuration for a reclining sectional with additional requirements), but that we were also open to suggestions. She thought for a minute and then took us to exactly what we’d asked for! She found some other options for us as well! Unfortunately, our measurements were off for the sectional, but we are looking forward to our furniture delivery on Friday for the end tables she helped us find.

My wife and I purchased a bed and mattress from this store. The sales team was friendly but too concerned about their commission and not caring for the customer. We were aware that our order would be slightly delayed because the mattress was on back order. We had no issue with this. Our box spring (metal frame) ended up being delivered before our frame and mattress. Again, no issue. When the delivery team brought the frame and mattress, this is where most of the issues began. Firstly, there was no concern by the delivery team about the product. I watched a young man attempt to carry a king size headboard by himself into my home. After they set up the frame, they refused to set up the box springs stating I would need to pay them. They left before we could get in contact with customer service. I followed up with the management team at Ashley in Murfreesboro and the response has been awful. Although they apologize, there is no action to correct the mistake. I was told by Tim and Marcus that I would be refunded the delivery fee. This has not happened. When I reached back out on 2/6 (note the bed was delivered 1/6), an associate told me that Tim would call me back to correct the issue that day. I have yet to receive a call. The bed is a nice product and I have no issue with it. However, this company and team are too focused on sells rather than taking care of their customers.

Very unhappy with Ashley furniture delivery service. You texted and emailed me the delivery date and time well in advance. You then called me and I said agreed to the date and time you set of 1:00 to 4:00 pm. The person representing Ashley furniture then proceeded to express the importance that I ensure to be present at the house at 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Well, after waiting for 1:00 - 4:00 pm passed and no delivery. I cancelled the dinner plans with my wife. The delivery service finally arrived at 7:45 pm. My wife then called the store to express her disappointment with your service. And the store representative gave another number to call. Very frustrating and disappointed with your service. This will be the last time.

While I liked my purchase, Ashley Store should make it to where they have there warehouse ship the item/purchase to the store for pickup.very inconvenient.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst furniture purchase experience I’ve ever had. No one is on the same page at this place. Any time I called to get answers I would just be told to contact someone else. Warehouse, manager, AND salesperson all told me all pieces of my couch were in, only to get to the warehouse to pick it up and find out it’s still missing a piece. Yet no one could tell me why I was told it was all there in the first place. All of this after having my date continuously pushed back and the only way I knew of it was calling to check myself. Call customer support line and they were unhelpful and could audibly care less about the issues. Will NEVER buy from Ashley again.

Experience was great until you have an issue. No one wants to help resolve the issues. I’ve been passed from person to person for days now, no one will get me answers or call me back. The headboard i have is broken, fabric snagged, and the box didn’t include screws for me to even attach it to the side rails. The box was undamaged so someone packages this box knowing they were packaging a broken item and now i can’t even get someone to send me any fixes for the situation i am in.

I went in on a Saturday, completely planning to purchase a mattress and a sectional for our den. Made both purchases, using my Ashley advantage, had to bump up that credit line a little bit they were able to take care of that for me perfectly and still give me great financing terms. You can even overlook the very loud construction that's going on. My only and constant complaint with Ashley is that you have to wait so long for your items to be delivered, a couple of weeks is great but two months that seems like lack of stock, inventory or production crew. Another kudos, used to Ashley would bill you as soon as you make the purchase, so you are making payments on items you don't even have and that is after making a down payment as well. According to my salespeople that will not bill until after I actually get the items, so that makes me very happy! Thanks actually I can always count on you to furnish my rooms. The whole house is Ashley!.

Hi Murfreesboro! I had one of the most disappointing shopping experiences of my life at the Ashley store in Murfreesboro. Hopefully my horrible experience will help someone else. Please read: After months of shopping for the perfect sofa I settled on the gorgeous Sophie sofa. I went to the Murfreesboro location and worked with Helen, who was careless, poorly trained, and very inattentive. I requested that the sofa be ordered in cream and ask to confirm with her multiple times that is was cream. She and the assistant manager assured me that I would be receiving a cream sofa. On the day of pick-up the Ashley warehouse rep loaded the truck with the furniture.After returning home during unboxing My fiancé noticed that the color was in fact gray and not the cream we ordered I called the Murfreesboro store in good faith and spoke with the manager Mark; expecting he would resolve this fairly. He did not! He bounced me back and forth between the store and customer service for over six hours only to say we apologize. They then told me that I would have to rehire movers and repay for a $150 truck to return the wrong sofa and then come out of pocket $450 again pay for more movers to pick up the correct sofa. I expressed it was not fair for me to come out of pocket an additional $600 for a STORE ERROR. After hours on the phone between customer service and store management their best resolution was to have a talk with the sales representative. To make it worse not only did Helen order the wrong sofa she also ordered the wrong table. Please don’t dismiss this as a rant. Let it be a warning from one neighbor to another. If they will treat one customer like this they will treat all customers like this. Shop ANY other Ashley as long as it’s NOT owned by DSG or in Murfreesboro.Your hard earned American dollar and customer experience does not matter to them.

Customer service in store was very friendly but had no idea you’re not allowed to return items that don’t fit and they sure don’t verbalize that during the purchase. Even brand new still in the box. They’ll only exchange for something else if it’s approved by a supervisor. Literally forcing you to only buy from them. For such a large well-known company, that comes across as a scam. I just wouldn’t be able to recommend this to someone else.

Local Murfreesboro Ashley Homestore under renovation, but was able to complete order with Mike Woolfork’s assistance. Mike and staff work to assist and facilitate each customer’s order. There are some supply chain issues, still, but we are still satisfied with overall experience.

My recliner got zapped by lightning. I called the local store number, and you get a corporate system and no one spoke English I could understand. After many attempts, I finally figured out I had to go to the store and make a deposit for a technician to come out. No one at the store had any idea what I was talking about. However, one of the employees was very helpful and made some arrangements. We will see if I get a call from the technician to set up an appointment.

Bought a recliner couch one of the recliners quit working now for around 2 months . Still under warranty and the GRT warranty said they don't have a service in my area that I can contact someone for a discounted price. I'm not understanding why I would pay for warranty and still pay for the repairs. If I had known up front that they don't cover in my area I wouldn't have bought from them and NEVER again will I purchase any ashley furniture after so many years doing so. And just try and contact this store is in possible they didn't even answer the phone for corporate.

We bought a living room suit from Ashley furniture in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and the rocking chair had a noise in it where it hit something and he said he was going to turn it in to the store, in which he didn’t then the left arm on the loveseat just falls down on the floor and they sent us the parts and the part for the rocking chair. They sent the parts but they sent us the wrong side for the loveseat and it’s just the material. I don’t understand how that’s going to fix the whole arm from falling off.. then we call so many times we get hung up on or say we gotta do all these things and no one gets back with us. This is a horrible customer service and it’s been a while since we bought it and we still don’t have it. The rest of the arms are sturdier and do not move like this one. It is not supposed be loose like that and fall down to the ground. I will never buy furniture from them again. The customer service here is not very good at all. Update 8/23/2023. Repair man finally made it out and fixed the rocker and went to fix the loveseat recliner and turned it over and found the right arm is significantly broken then noticed someone had tried to repair the left side where it had been dropped from what appears to be at some height and frame is bent. He also stated that this is not the way you would repair this and it had damage before we received it. So that means they sold us damaged furniture that may have been already used. Next step is the better business bureau. ASHLEY furniture is a total rip off company to do their customers like this. I just called them after he left was put on hold. Then hung up on. Typical response from this terrible company.

Everyone in the store was very helpful and they made the whole process go really smooth. The customer service is the total opposite. My footboard was broke when I received it. I called to get it replaced and rather than being able to go back to the warehouse for a replacement, I was made out to be at fault for not making sure that they didn't give me a broken product. Instead of replacing the broken piece and giving me what I paid for which was new not refurbished furniture. You want to try and fix it and waste more time as I wait on a response from you to tell me what can be done. If your policy is to sell people furniture as is then maybe you should take all furniture out of the boxes and make sure they're not damaged before you hand them over to people who are paying good money for it instead of putting the blame on the customer.

I lost my dad and son in 2020, and decided to get a fresh start by selling my house and moving, and of course, needed some new furniture. I talked to an Ashley sales rep who told me about a big sale on Saturday, July 22. I told her I would be back on that day. However, my daughter had a miscarriage on the 21st, and I was not able to make it in until the following week. The manager still honored the previous discount, and treated me like family instead of just another customer. Ashley Home Store will always be the place I go to for all my furniture needs!

I originally gave a good review because the salesperson was so helpful. Boy, did we get burned hard by these people. Not only did they slip a $600 protection plan on our invoice, but they didn't show up as scheduled to deliver our furniture. We were 10th out of 10 deliveries and they said our driveway was too steep! Lowes and Mattress Firm had been there the same day and had no problem getting up our driveway. I had to take a half day off from work and borrow 2 pickup trucks to get our furniture! THEN, they tell me I have to call the protection people myself for a refund of the $600. The warranty people tell me that only the store can credit it! My husband alredy went to the store and the manager told him they have no ability to credit at the store level!! I've spent hours on the phone with these people and nobody can help! Guess I'm going back to the store...and will keep going there until I get my credit. What they did to my elderly parents was even more disgusting. They called my 80 year old mom & told her she had to come to the store to pick up a rug they bought because it wasn't going to be delivered. So my 82 year old dad drove to Murfreesboro and they gave him a used rug that the public had been walking on. I pulled a bloody band-aid off it!! My dad didn't notice it and shame on Ashley Furniture for taking advantage of them that way! I dont know if all Ashely stores are this gross, but Murfreesboro sure is.

Stoped by today to get a couch. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I was able to take it with me same day.Timothy Grant was the sales rep. Really cool guy!

Sadly I had to give it at least 1 star. Sales team knew how to sell at a good price however delivery and set up has been a nightmare. I paid extra for this service and nothing about it has been ideal. Delay on first trip, moved back a week. Second, delivery they don't have correct hardware, moved another week back. Third trip, got missing hardware but still missing another bracket. This time driver states done is done on paperwork ( no mention of a bracket missing). Bought this furniture @ June 20th.... paid @$700 extra for delivery and set up. I have purchased $5000+ in past years and NEVER had this horrible of service.... BTW- this is still on going- still not fixed

Sales people are helpful and let me to browse without hovering. However, after buying, you can't get in contact with anyone on the phone. I had an issue that could have been handled with a phone call but I had to drive all the way back to the store to resolve it.

Great inventory to choose from. Everyone was great especially our sales person. The bed specialist was great in getting us in a mattress that was best for us.

I needed a particular type of chair, and I had the best service from my consultant. She looked up & showed me options on line- and I did end up buying 6!

Our sales person did exactly what we needed her to do. We started looking in the spring and just went and sat on the couch we thought we wanted. She answered our questions that day and gave us a business card. She did let us know about the finance option, but did not push when we said no to it. Today, she once again answered our questions and told us our options. She even stepped away and let us discuss matters. In the end she had an easy sell today because of her patience.

Hopefully, they will make it right, but for now I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU MAKE FURNITURE PURCHASES THROUGH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ON THE WARRANTY AND ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES. My husband and I are very intentional about our purchases and always pay off our balance very quickly. Recently my back went out and we purchased a temperpedic mattress with an adjustable base. We also purchased a new king size bed frame. It took a few weeks to get everything in, but it is all truly lovely and amazing. The mattress is super comfy and has made a huge difference with my back. However, not even a week after having our bed the foot base hydraulic motor blew on the adjustable base (see below). This was when our problems started. The warranty company Ashley chose to do business with and the steps they DO NOT have in place to help their customers when they can't get a call back is why I am even writing this review. My hope is they see this and finally, after two months, help us get our base fixed. Our base broke, and not by misuse on our part. We were in bed adjusting everything when the motor blew and the hydraulic broke. We took all the pictures and filed a claim. They made one attempt to call us that Saturday morning after we filed the claim, but missed it while we were outside. We have called back, emailed, filed a new claim, called the store, gone into the store, and still nothing. It is June 11th 2023. This company's integrity and dedication to their customers after the final sale is what I am reviewing. It is what matters most about a company, and this place definitely misses the mark currently. My hope is they do better for others, and they help me get my base fixed.

What an experience! We have been looking for a new sectional for awhile now and decided to check out Ashley on a whim. So glad we did! They have a such a wide selection and our salesman Mike was freaking awesome! He took his time with us and showed us the type of sectionals we were actually looking for. Let us browse and didn’t hound us (which is a huge plus for me) he helped us measure what we needed and even helped us out getting it delivered. I mean what else could you ask for! We will definitely be going back for the rest of our furniture needs!

The people that suppose to install our bed delivered the bed and then said... Ops we forgot some parts, we will be back in 15 minutes... 6 hours later and no one showed up! Customer service no help at all! We have called so many of them and all we get is "sorry" "no idea what's going on" "we will call you in 5 minutes".... And no one called or showed up! I missed my appointments waiting for them to come back or call but nothing..Horrible horrible experience!

We visited multiple stores when looking to furnish our new home’s bedroom. After a slight hiccup in pricing, our original price was honored and we walked out with a beautiful bedroom set with new mattress. Tiffany, Tim, Mike, Matt and Josh went above and beyond to ensure our physical and financial comfort. We will be returning when it’s time for our next home furnishing project!

Paid for assembly and they left our furniture and assembled nothing. Delivery guy knew nothing about it. Called the local number they provide and it routes you to a call center out of the country. This company is horrible and has horrible customer service.

Ordered two couches and a cocktail table with the protection plan on 4/8/23 from Lydia Belay. Waited one week and then confirmed my delivery on 4/17/23 for two weeks, today 4/28/23. Called to confirm again as I had not heard anything and it was nearly noon. They reported they lost the furniture and cannot be delivered until 5/5/23 now. No warning or notice to me. Now I have lost time from work, and when asked for compensation was not given any. Phones continuously breaking up when dealing with delivery company that is outsourced. Asked for a confirmation email and it takes "24 hours" to receive, then asked for an extension for when I don't get that email I can call back directly, you guessed it they don't have extensions. If you are going to spend thousands of dollars like I have expecting furniture to be delivered at the time they set, additionally to expect a notice in advance that it won't be, shop somewhere else. Disappointed and will not return for any other furniture.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR DAMAGED, USED FURNITURE!! In February, we purchased a new dining set, but when it was delivered, all of the furniture had damage & looked used. Black paint on chairs, chipped wood, damaged cushions. The delivery guys told us they don't take furniture back, and we have to file a claim with Ashley to get it replaced. Ashley said they can only send a technician to repair the damages. This is ridiculous! We paid over $2k for NEW furniture! A technician finally came on April 20. He said new parts have to be ordered, and when they arrive, we have to contact Ashley to get another technician out to do the repairs. I've already missed one day of work for him to come out & take pictures. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! It's almost May, and we're still stuck with this damaged eyesore table!

PATHETIC customer service. we bought furniture worth more than 8k and most of the items were shipped late and the delivery guys simply left the furniture in the hallway! Half of the furniture has defects and needs to be replaced. Called customer service, was on hold for 35 mins, and there was no supervisor to even talk! Eventually the customer service agent "Laura" came back and said let me transfer you to the manager and she simply transferred me to a deadline! where I kept waiting for someone to answer but no one answered. They don't care for customers after the sale is done. They are very sweet until you buy the furniture but cannot keep up with the delivery or quality! The level of frustration and inconvenience is just not worth it!!!!

Katie & Michael both helped my husband and I and were a delight to work with. We have shopped in many furniture stores over the years and honestly this was the best furniture shopping experience we have ever had. I actually came in three times in one week and each time they both spent so much time with us, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and in no way pushy at all. I hardly ever do reviews but I felt since my experience was so outstanding that I just had to. The store was extremely clean and I loved how they had so much furniture but didn’t feel crowded at all. They do a wonderful job with displaying their furniture sets. We purchased a queen bed with a headboard and footboard, 2 nights stands, a mattress set, all new family room furniture and a buffet/sideboard. Ashley furniture in Murfreesboro has wonderful prices. I for sure will be recommending Ashley Furniture to all my family and friends. I am a very satisfied customer.

The Furniture is very cheaply manufactured. The quality is very disappointing. Ashley furniture has been a complete nightmare to work with. They will not return phone calls or honor the warranty. Buyer be aware. Do not spend your money with this business. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Love the furniture but make sure you study the contract. We we told by our sales person that the end tables, coffee table would match the bedroom. We very much like to color. When finally delivered 3 weeks late the color did not match. Creamy white versus a gray white. I called, got the run around and then finally Nope and did you read your contract. Oops on me but after spending 20k in the store and explaining that i would buy additional items I was told to pound sand. Frustrated for sure because I really enjoyed my past purchases and i will do no more.

I am having an absolutely horrible experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a sectional set from Ashley Furniture on March 5, 2023. I initially told the salesman I wanted to pay majority of the balance using gift cards but needed to wait until I received a refund from a different furniture store. The salesman told me that in order to lock in the price I needed to open a finance account that day and to come back to the store once I received my refund and use the gift cards to pay down the balance. On delivery day, the delivery guys didn't know how to put together furniture and delivered it unwrapped. One of the pieces had a rip and the cushion on top had noisy plastic inside. I called the salesman and he said if I called the customer service number I could not be refused replacements since they came damaged. I called customer service and was told that the delivery guys didn't close out my order because I didn't sign anything saying that the furniture was delivered so they couldn't request replacements until the next day. I called again the next day, sent pictures of the damage and was told not to worry about the cushion since I couldn't take a picture of the inside, it would be replaced. I then received a very unprofessional email from the manager using texting language and incomplete sentences saying that I couldn't get replacements and a tech needed to assess the damage. If it wasn't repairable they would then replace the pieces. This was NOT what I was told initially. She said someone would contact me within 24-48 hours, but it has been 6 days. I went to Ashley Furniture today and was told that I couldn't pay using my gift cards because the furniture was delivered and needed to pay via the finance company. The finance company will only accept payments from a bank account. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I have been completely lied to and tricked into opening an account so the salesman could make a sale causing me to pay with money I do not have when he assured me that I could still pay using my gift cards. I would never recommend a store like this with such unethical practices.

The wedge of our couch was broken when delivered.

I initially gave a 5 star review because at the point of purchase that’s how I felt. The Salesman was polite and helpful as well as the manager that was on duty. With all that being said our sectional was delivered and severely damaged. I have called and left a message with no call back. Now we’re are left with no living room furniture for the next week. This was us giving Ashley a second chance after a terrible experience buying our bedroom furniture and you see where that got us.

Went into Ashley looking for a headboard and ended up buying a bedframe and sectional. The sales person who kept bringing up how she is the assistant manager showed us a few items. We found some we liked but let her know we did need the bedframe fast. We asked several times if it was in stock and she assured us it was and would be delivered on 2/18/23. Then we looked at the sectionals and she again confirmed it was in stock and would be on the same delivery. So we fill out all the paperwork and leave. We get home, which is about an hour or so from the store, and she calls and says a part of the sectional is out and she doesn't know if or when it will be back in stock, but that we could upgrade for $300 more and delivery date would stay the same. A couple days go by and she emails my wife and says its been delayed a few weeks. About a week goes by and my wife emails her for an update and she never replies so we call the call center who then advise us its been delayed till late April, early May. Thankfully the call center helped us get the order cancelled and we were then able to go to America signature furniture last weekend who sold us better quality, cheaper furniture, and got it delivered today on the date they said they would. Would not give the Ashley in Murfreesboro 1 star, but since it is required, I had to. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Update 5/30/23: We’re over a year in now, and our couch is still broken. AHM is who Ashley uses for repairs, and they are as ridiculous as Ashley Furniture. We’ve been scheduled 3 times for service and the tech doesn’t show up or their customer service tells me we weren’t actually on the schedule. We take off work for this and are losing money, on top of the $6000 we paid for a broken couch! Please take this as a warning and DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE. Experience in the store was great when we purchased our sectional in April 2022. Unfortunately, one of the recliners was defective when it was delivered in June 2022. I called customer support and they sent a tech out who said the arm needed to be replaced. Some time passed and another tech came out and replaced the arm. It didn’t fix the problem and the tech told me to contact Ashley and let them know the seat was the issue. That was toward the end of December. I went straight to the store and was told a tech would be contacting me. I didn’t hear from anyone, so mid-January, I called customer service who told me there was no work order but she would start one for me. On January 31st, I received an email asking for pictures of the damage. I responded stating the damage was apparently on the inside of the couch and I had no idea what to look for. In addition the techs had already taken multiple pictures. Weeks went by, and I heard from no one so I called customer service again. I was told I’d hear from someone within 48 hours. So 4 days later I called customer service back and let them know I hadn’t heard from anyone. The rep told me I was actually scheduled for a service call on 2-21. I told them that no one had communicated this to me and he said he didn’t know why but it was in the system for 2-21. Today, 2-21-23, I’ve once again called customer service and am now being told that there must have been a scheduling conflict because the tech can’t come out and they’ll try to get me in tomorrow. We’re a tad over 3 months from owning this broken couch for a year, with no idea if and when it’ll be fixed. This is not good customer service, Ashley.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. We purchased a Rawcliffe sofa and within 2 months it busted in 2 different places. We paid $499.99 EXTRA for the 5-year service plan. We began calling the store in AUGUST 2022 (got it in May 2022) to have someone come fix the couch for us. The store gave us the runaround, we called literally 20 times over several months (have the phone records to prove it) and still, we have a broke down couch we paid of $3000 for that we can't even use... We finally filed a claim in small claims court in Rutherford county. We won, and the judge ordered that Ashely Furniture had to give us our money back. It is now Feb 23,' and have again called the store MULTIPLE times, and they will not give us our money. They tell us Cooperate has to handle this and give us an 866 number that goes to a call center, who then tell us they can not handle the refund issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We feel 100% we have been scammed. Not only are they being dishonest they sell you high-dollar service plans, that no one honors and you are just out of luck. PLEASE take your business elsewhere.

If you purchase ANYTHING using their in-store interest free financing scam, you are stuck with the product once it leaves the building or gets delivered…period. It’s unethical and no one should buy anything at Ashley or at least this location.

Garbage return policies; garbage delivery promises; just bad in every way. Get your furniture from anywhere else…Amazon, Price Point, Haverty’s, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, or even Goodwill. You WILL get ripped off if you buy from this Ashley Furniture.

I knew I wanted it when I saw it...love at first sight for me!! Ashley had a wide selection of furniture. Store was clean and organized. All of the customer service agents were pleasant to work with. All and all I had a fabulous experience!

Saleswoman was not pressuring us to buy, but, buy. Was very helpful and had access to detailed info in case she didn't have an answer. The selection ranged from laminate to real wood furniture in all sorts of styles, even some 70s looking stuff (blue velvet bed frames!). I highly recommend.

I was there a few weeks ago and after looking other places I returned to Ashley today. Just so happens the same salesperson was there and he remembered me. Very friendly and professional.

Hands down one of the best experiences at a furniture store. From the start, Timothy was personable. He helped us through our uncertainty and answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend visiting and letting Timothy help you with all you furniture needs.

This store is ok. There are a lot of nice items but when I googled the same item, I found for a much cheaper price. Sometimes even half the price somewhere else Update: In response to your response, Ashley Furniture, I lowered my rating to 2 stars regarding the response as well. I am not sure if this is an automated reply, as is seems generic, but my question to you would be, why do I need to email you anything regarding a purchase? I clearly did my research while in the store and found the same products at a very cheaper price; therefore, it would only make sense that I did not purchase any items in the store because I purchased them elsewhere at a cheaper price.

Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. The people who delivered our furniture were extremely unprofessional, were irritated when we told them we paid extra for assembly, and didn’t even have tools with them. They literally asked us to provide them with a screwdriver and everything they needed to assemble the furniture. That just seemed incredibly tacky considering we paid a few hundred dollars extra for white glove delivery and assembly. How do you drive around all day delivering furniture and you don’t even have as much as a screwdriver with you? They acted as if they’d never assembled furniture before, because they ultimately couldn’t figure out how to put the table together, and left us with a half assembled table. In fact, we’re pretty sure they damaged the table when trying to put it together, because the table is stuck in place where it won’t slide in or out for the leaf, so we basically just have an unusable table with a giant hole in the middle. Now they’re saying it won’t be until March until somebody can come and fix it. We went to the store to ask for help, and they essentially said they have nothing to do with the delivery people, but refunded the white glove delivery fee. Don’t contract out to a third-party delivery service that you refuse to stand behind or get involved with, because in the end, we bought the furniture from Ashley, so we expect Ashley to fix the issue. We will never buy furniture from them again.

Will absolutely go without furniture before I try to purchase from Ashley Homestore in Murfreesboro, TN ever again. I have had nothing but issues from them. I purchased furniture on 9/5/22. We went months without living room furniture before finally having buy more furniture elsewhere. Now, I'm being stolen from as they will not credit what I paid in cash, in the store, towards my account on the one item that finally showed up undamaged. I hate leaving a review of this nature, but their other customers really should take this into consideration before doing business with them. I really hope this reaches someone higher up, as I would like to have a conversation with someone to hopefully this resolved. I feel wronged and stolen from to say the least.

I ordered a dining table and a bedroom set, the 2 night stands and the dresser arrived damaged. I called the customer service 5 times and every time they say a technician will contact me to fix the broken parts, no one contacted me.

My shopping experience at Ashley was wonderful! The sales staff didn't over do it with offering assistance & there was no high pressure selling. Katie assisted with my purchase & was very knowledgeable & helpful! I would recommend Ashley & definitely Katie to anyone looking for furniture!

I've changed my review due to some issues I'm having with the company. The sales person Katie was very helpful and kind and I appreciate her. However, as delivery has neared problems have arisen. Calling the delivery number yielded a person with barely passable English who provided the same scripted answer over and over, even when the script did not match my question. Multiple calls to the local store where I made my purchase went unanswered. What's bad is the actions on the phone of a manager, Damon, who could not have possibly expressed a less caring attitude to the delivery concern I had. I was very put off. I will accept delivery. Whenever it comes. But Ashley Furniture can be assured that their manager's non-caring attitude, and the lack of solutions by their customer service, combine to ensure I'll never step foot in their store again.

Worst experience ever. Do not order from Ashley. I ordered a bedroom suite in September and still haven’t received it entirely be end of year. Delivery has been to my house 6-7 times and either brought no parts or one or missing parts. I call customer service. They are nice when they get your money, after that customer service sucks! I call and complain and ask for help and still more delays and excuses. $7500 bedroom suite I’m sure it looks nice. I took old bedroom suite out so I’m sleeping on my couch for months. I’m sure I will need a new sofa when I finally get my bed. Still waiting after 4 months although I was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Haven’t offered me a discount partial refund anything. Have an attitude when you call about your order. Again pieces are beautiful- delivery and customer service sucks. Once I complete my bedroom suite I wouldn’t ever deal with Ashley again!

Kris is so polite and helpful! I saw what I wanted right away and came back the next day to purchase. We hired our own person to pick up, His name was given to us by Kris. Can't review that yet as it hasn't taken place. But so far so good!

I haven't bought anything here in years, but I popped in today as one stop on my millions looking for the perfect wall shelf. Though I haven't found it yet, I had to stop and leave a review about the fabulous employee that noticed my quick pace, asked me for more specifics about what I was looking for, told me they used to have one thing that might meet those requirements, walked me over to where it used to be, apologized for not being able to help, and then let me go. The last few times I've been in, I have felt hounded to purchase something, but this was a breath of fresh air and a fabulous help. She saved me a ton of time, and I wish I'd gotten her name so she could receive kudos from her manager for making me more likely to come back to Ashley Furniture in Murfreesboro for my next furniture need.

I had a delivery 12/26 between 3:30 an 6:30. I followed the route all day. I got all ready for my bed delivery. At 4:30 ish it was heading to my house. Next thing I knew it is heading back to The warehouse and I get a text that the driver has arrived get ready to say hello. No one was here!. Know it is 5pm and no one can or will help me. I have no bed yo sleep on tonight and know will get me my bed to me. I will never buy ANYTHING from Ashley's and I promise I will make sure no one else does either. Absolutly no customer service to make a big error on their part right!

The service was really good and helpful

Every single item we ordered from Ashley was delivered damaged, every single item had to be replaced, sometimes multiple times. The latest items we purchased, surprise surprise, are also damaged. We’ve called the customer service 800 number 4 times today to try and request a refund, yet every single customer care rep we spoke with would not allow us to request a return and refund. We were told by at least one service rep that Ashley has no return/refund policy and all sales are final despite their very clear refund policy on their website stating otherwise. We’ve repeatedly had the calls get disconnected, and had service reps laugh at us. This is by far the most unprofessional service we’ve worked with. Will never do business with or recommend any one else do business with Ashley Furniture.

The salesperson Tiffany Moore was very helpful and friendly while we were trying to pick out our two accent chairs. We enjoyed working with her as we made our decision.

Purchased a dresser from Ashley picked it up from the warehouse and it was damaged. So Ashley had to order another one. Get a call stating the new dresser came in but it was also damaged. So needless to say another dresser was ordered. My husband went into the store and told them what happened and said we had to call the 1-800 number. Person at the customer service line said we had to go into the store and there was nothing they could do since another dresser had been ordered and was due to come in. Received a call yesterday and was told the dresser will not be in because it's on back order. Went into the store today and was told that we had to call the 1-800 number and talk to someone after we already spoke with someone at the number who told us we had to go into the store. This is the worst. Ashley used to be decent but now it's trash. I will be sure to go to Rooms to Go or American Signature. It didn't want to give 1 star but had to post this

Very disappointed! Ashley furniture has really let me and my family down! I won't be buying anything else from them. So bad it doesn't deserve one star!!

We ordered furniture in September and on October 14th they made delivery attempt number 1. Not only did all our furniture come damaged, the driver went to the wrong house first tore down a power line and damaged the side of building, and the driver was confronted by the homeowner. The driver then gave false information to the homeowner. During the second delivery attempt they brought a full size truck and got 3/4 the way up our driveway and refused to complete the delivery. It is now Nov 15th and Ashley Furniture still refuses to pay for the work done to repair the damage their delivery driver caused. Do not shop here it’s not worth the hassle 🙄

Krys was so personable and went the extra mile to help us find the dining room set we were looking for and walked us through all of our options in purchasing our furniture. Terrible customer service, numerous false statements and last minute switches. Have made many purchases here before, this was absolutely the worst.

Tim and Courtney were extremely rude and lack customer service. They consistently left out details of any interest rates, delivery time, and tied to pull the bait and switch tactic. I have been a long time customer and after todays experience I’ll never be going back. Today’s experience was extremely disappointing and disgusting. I’ve never seen two people have more attitude in my life. Oh, and not to mention the clucking hands, a.k.a. the rest of the Staff talking about us as we were trying to check out. It’s clear they need to do clean house of staff and replace them with people who understand the theory of customer service.

If you buy the protection plan the outsourced company does not stand behind the cleaning of a product. They will find any loophole to not do what is promised. Ashley furniture does not stand behind the protection plan. They basically say that’s between you the customer and this outsourced company. I will not purchase from Ashley again. This is dishonest and wrong. They basically make you buy a protection plan but it is worth nothing! Total scam! I cannot believe a company as large as Ashley doesn’t have a better resolution or stand behind their furniture. When I reported to Ashley I spoke to 2 different managers from Ashley that both agreed the company needed to clean the furniture claimed but neither one of them could help or do anything. Their answer was to call back another day and make another claim. That’s insane! Why can’t people just do the right thing? Why can’t Ashley stand behind their protection plan? I have purchased a ton of furniture through Ashley over the last 6 years. They just lost a customer!

Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered furniture in September and still have nothing. Every time they have attempted to deliver the furniture it has been damaged TERRIBLY. Torn leather, stains, scratches, completely BROKEN. Do not buy anything from here unless you want to go months without furniture. 🙃

I waited a year for this bed. The headboard was bumped into a piece of furniture while being delivered. They did not record it needing to be fixed. Now I am paying for a bed that is scratched and they don’t want to fix it.

The worst delivery service

Krys the assistant manager was very kind and helpful. She was very welcoming as I walked into the store. Asked proper questions to guide me in the right direction. Made the process easy. Had been to Ashley Furniture Store several times and never had that experience that Krys provided.

Friendly and very helpful explaining my financing options Edit: I made this review two months ago and have changed my mind. First, I still don't have any of my furniture. Recently, I scheduled a delivery for Dec. 24th, but they called and told me that more of my furniture is on back order, mind you I picked everything out mid-October and was quoted Nov. 17th. I gave it a couple of weeks. It's Dec. 21st. Nothing. At this rate, it'll be 2023 before I get anything, and they expect me to pay full price for everything. I'm a very patient person and hardly ever complain, but this is too much. I just want my furniture.

Ellen was especially helpful. She walked me through the entire store as I told her what I was looking for. Up front she was aware that I wouldn’t be buying that day and that I would be looking at other stores. She found exactly what I wanted in a sectional with great fabric and recliners. She gave me her contact number for any questions I might have later. I looked at 3 other stores with sales associates who couldn’t be bothered to show me around their stores. Those stores had nothing that appealed to me and if the staff couldn’t be bothered to help me I didn’t want to spend my money there anyway. Two days later I returned to your store to purchase the sectional shown to me by Ellen. A good sales person makes a huge difference in deciding where I spend my money. As I just moved, I will be needing several new pieces and will be returning to your store .

Great experience. We found exactly what we were looking for and Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough. They knew their products inside and out. And CC the 30% off sale yesterday was a nice surprise.

I order a table and chairs in March and did not receive it until October. The delivery process started with a critical piece to the table missing so I declined the order. The second delivery attempt came with a damaged table. I declined and asked for compensation and the rep said she would compensate me. The third attempt came with another incomplete order. This time another important piece was missing. I declined the delivery and asked to be compensated the rep agreed and told me I would be compensated for the inconvenience. I asked when my order would be filled on October 5. On October 3 I called and asked about my order and was told it would 2 more weeks. I asked the rep would I be compensated for this too and he put me on hold to confer with a supervisor and came back with an offer that I did not agree with and I asked him home much had I received in compensation so far and he said none. I was really put off at the point. I asked him had I been lied to get me off the phone and he didn't know what to say he said I should have received a code and the rep should have processed the discount while I was on the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he kept trying to explain. I asked for a supervisor a couple more times. He finally puts me on hold for several minutes, comes back and said he wanted further explain and I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor, he put me on hold for several more minutes and when came back he said it would be 45 minutes before I could speak to someone. I asked if I could have a supervisor call me back he said yes, took my number and until this point still haven't talked to a supervisor. This process was terrible and I will let everyone I can know not to do business with Ashley's.

We’ve been an Ashley customer for 5 years now and have come back (as our style changes, or we have a new addition to the fam to buy for) 3 times now! Olivia Allen is the last to help and inform us and she was knowledgeable and patient. Appreciate the service!

Not happy. I only gave 1 star because I actually like the chairs I ordered. #1- I ordered 2 chairs the first week in September and was told they would arrive October 1. I still don't have them and each time I call, the date keeps being pushed further out. Also wondering why I had to call and no one called to notify me of the delay. #2- I decided to finance the chairs because it's 0% interest and why not. My information was entered incorrectly so I was rejected by all of the financing companies. When I called to correct the error, I was approved, and THREE credit cards were opened in my name. I was sent cards from 2 of the companies, and when I called the store to ask which of them was actually paying for my chairs, it was a company that didn't even receive a card from. When I asked how this could have happened, the manager did not know the answer, and suggested I try back tomorrow. #3- Now I have to cancel 2 credit cards, which negatively impacts my credit score, which was previously amazing, hence the reason I was able to get approved for 3 credit cards. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CHAIRS!!

We ordered/purchased in-store, and it took 6 months to get our furniture. What a drag. To the defense of Ashley we made the purchase at the end of the "Supply Chain" shortage, our experience may have nothing to do with Ashley Furniture at all. The company could have done better keeping us updated. Our Salesman Mike was great and would follow up whenever we asked. The delivery gents were pretty cool, but did leave a few pieces of packaging in the yard, nothing of any severity. Outside of the time it took to get our purchase, Ashley Furniture did an outstanding job.

Mr. Grant was very patient with me. I came in with visions of what I was "thinking" about buying based on researching the Ashley website the night before. So glad I came into the store instead of buying online. The experience is much more rewarding because I could touch and see what I was getting. What I originally thought I wanted did not meet my interest once seen in the store.

Horrible service the sales rep was really nice as he lies right through his teeth. I have waited over a month still never received my order. Had to go to the bank and get it certified and notarized and then they refuse to sign it. Call the better Business bureau they've gotten over 30 complaints about this store. I've canceled my order and if you put money down you're going to have to fight to get your money back. By law they can hold it up to 60 days I believe but that's it I better have my money back. Don't shop here you better off going to rooms to go..

I was looking for living room seating, open to recliners, sofas, loveseats, etc. I am a little particular and visited 3 other stores before making a selection at Ashley. These guys were so helpful, and they helped me find some great deals ontop of the already reasonable price. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley and there’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll be back soon making my next purchase

Two of the chairs delivered are uneven. I called and they scheduled a repair appointment for Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Stayed home all day waiting and no one showed up nor contacted me to reschedule. Just save your money and frustration and get your furniture elsewhere. I will be posting this in every social media platform to all my 100k followers Update: after my review posted, the repair guy called and said he'd be arriving in 30 mins. Not once was he apologetic about being an hour and a half late, he was also not prepared to fix my furniture. When I scheduled this appointment they specifically told me the repair guy would leave my furniture showroom quality.

We purchased over 35,000 dollars in furniture about 4 months ago, we received bedroom set, lights not there, had to wait to come in, living room comes in separately, reclining chair comes ripped, sofa has problems with recliners, waited on reclining love seat, comes a couple months late, recliner has issues, phone charger don't work, our living room table set just came in Tuesday all scratched up. To make issues worse took a couple months for parts and for them to schedule service. Finally service man shows yesterday starts working on electric reclining chair to replace leather side, he realized did not have a tool, left to buy one, then texts me 2 hours later, says I need to reschedule my service after already waiting 4 months, leaves reclining chair upside down partially taken apart in middle of living room, call customer service to get resolution, was they could get someone out October 20th, So a chair taken apart and upside down in my living room was not a problem for them. I would not buy any products from Ashley Furniture, the product is not what they say it is and they can't support it. Above all their customer support is non existent. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!

4 months to get correct product. 9 delivery attempts with wrong items. Worst customer service ive encountered in over 20 years. Two word description: Professionally Incompetent. Once they have your money, you're on your own if they make a mistake. Dont expect your sales person to know a RAF from a LAF nor management to spare even a penny for your thoughts. Recommendation: Spend the extra money and goto Havertys or somewhere reputable.

Got a good deal

I had a terrible experience with Ashley. To start, my set continuously was delayed. The first time or two, I didn’t mind. But it was delayed almost 3 months from when I was originally told it would be ready for delivery. Once it was ready for delivery I received my set but 3 pieces had heavy scratches and dings. This happened TWICE! it wasn’t until the third delivery that my items were finally delivered to my house without significant damage. Don’t bother trying to go to the start to complain or find out any info. They say it’s all on there warehouse workers and will not do a thing to help. The customer support line is a joke as well. Spend over 30 mins just waiting to speak with someone only for them to not be able to answer when my items were to arrive or why they were arriving damaged. I highly doubt I EVER shop here again.

UPDATE: Ashley replied to my comment below. I have emailed and text the number provided and I received the same exact response or lack there of from my original complaint. This was not helpful whatsoever I have been calling this store over a month literally 7-8 times trying to get my couch repaired that is 3 months old. They keep giving me the run around and say my service date keeps changing. I’m begging someone please help me. This store took my money but can’t seem to figure out why service won’t come fix it.

Delivery Service is extremely poor. Delivery Customer Service was unacceptable and difficult to communicate and coordinate. In store management did not follow through. We purchased our furniture (3) months ago and we are still waiting for it to be delivered. Would not purchase anything from Ashley unless it is a in-store item.

My wife ordered a bed frame to go in our new house. When I opened the product to be put together the quality was terrible and the headboard was damaged. Went to the store today to return it and get our money back and because we didnt report the problem within 72 hours they wont give our money ba k and wouldnt take the product. One of the managers also called my wife a liar when she told them that the salesman told her that she had to take out a credit line through Ashley to make the purchase. He said he knew the salesman and he would never do that. We then called the customer service center and they tried to only give us 20% of our purchase back in store credit. They eventually gave us full credit but only because we fought with them. Once we spend the money that we are being forced to give them, we will never do businesses with them ever again. I suggest you do the same. Worst customer service i have ever had. PS: Ashley, do not bother to respond. You are wasting your time.

I bought cash a bed in November 2021. more than 6 months ago and I’m still waiting for it. Bad, really bad experience. I do not recommend to buy here . if they don’t have the product in stock don’t buy it, otherwise you’ll be hung waiting endless time.

Ok, We've about had it with Ashley at this point. After being scheduled to arrive on 5/31/22, the delay in shipping seemed appropriate. Then the bed was delayed (to 6/7) , and we understand things happen. Then delayed again (to 6/29) for a month. Then another month (to 8/9). Now we finally get a delivery, but it's only 3/4 of the bed, with assurances that the other part will be delivered this week. And once again, no still no part of the bed. They then charged my account for an item that I have not completely received, and we have had zero communication as to the delays and deliveries, only recourse is have to sit and hope something shows up, as what are we supposed to do with 3/4 of a bed. These are unacceptable business practices and we are extremely dissatisfied with Ashley furniture.

Run, yes RUN. Was delivered a damaged love seat, tried calling multiple times, got no answer. Went to the store and it took an act of congress to get any help. Then tried to deliver a replacement that had been opened. On the 3rd try it has now been 2 hours beyond the delivery window. Got a text saying it would be 6 minutes. That was an hour and half ago. They won't answer their phone. Manager Mike is nice but everyone else is just the opposite. I've done my best to warn you.

First time ive gone into a A. F. store ..Went in looking at a new recliner.. I had a promo code online as well as free shipping on the model i wanted... Initially they said they couldn't use online discount code... they did some stuff on pc to work on price to match online... after a few min they had beat the online price by $3 so I ordered it on the spot... A great level of customer service was shown as well as being very polite & professional... Def will shop with Ashley Furnature again!

Walking in and we were immediately greeted and acknowledged by Dustin Peralta. He was very knowledgeable in his work, and had a solution to every question we had. He was so sweet and kind and one of the best associates we’ve had the pleasure of speaking with during our hunt for furnishing our home. By far, the best experience we have ever had in any Ashley HomeStore and in any furniture store we had been in previously. The rest of the staff were quite friendly as well, making our acquaintance and making sure we had everything we needed!

Bought an item on clearance from here and didn’t get what I paid for. Sales person was very nice and was able to get me a deal for the one item. It was from a very pretty collection by Rachel Ray. Went over and paid and went back 2 days later and they sold my item to someone else. One of the managers was very rude to me and asked if I was able to load it by myself ( I was told that someone was going to help me load it into my truck) when I told her that I didn’t have any help except for my mom she rolled her eyes and walked away. She later came back saying she had just sold the item to someone else that very day. She then showed me the same dresser but in terrible shape and said that it should be ok because I still got it at a good price. The said dresser was legit falling apart. I was very upset about this experience and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Please buy furniture somewhere else cause they clearly don’t label items or try reasoning with you. I wish I could give this place 0 stars….

THIS IS FOR THE MURFREESBORO, TN LOCATION ONLY If I could leave less than 1 star I would. In February My son and new wife bought a piece of furniture from the Ashley Store in Murfreesboro, TN. At my encouragement they spent $10,000 because I told them Ashley would provide great quality and customer service. 2 months after receiving the furniture a leg broke off. They started calling immediately trying to get someone to come out and repair it. For the last 3 1/2 months they have been given a total run around. Numerous phone calls were made to the store and even 3 trips in the store trying to get this resolved. We have spent hours on hold only to be told that we needed to call yet another number. Finally today I have had enough! I felt like my kids were being taken advantage of so I called and spoke with a manager. That manager told me that they could not guarantee their furniture more than 72 hours and that she could not even put in a service request because it "wasn't her department" . I was told that once you purchase from them they have no responsibilty as to the quality of the furniture and that I would have to take it up with the manufacture. She was hateful and non caring. She even told me that she wasn't the one that made the furniture or sold it so it wasn't her problem. If she is the manager then Yes it is very much her problem. While waiting for hours on hold I was subjected to continuous claims of how great their customer service is but in reality it is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I do not recommend that anyone ever buy anything from the Murfreesboro, Tn location. We did not purchase from the Manufacture We purchased from Ashley and that is who should make this right. This broke 2 months after purchase not a year or longer and if Ashley Furniture can not stand behind their products more than 72 hours then they need to shut their doors.

I must rate something that’s the only reason the get a star worst customer service from one of the managers today didn’t get her name but it doesn’t even matter never again

I purchased a bedroom set around May 10, 2022. When it was delivered, I noticed the drawers were leaning from the left. I was instructed to call in to the store or use the agent chat to set up a request. That was completed within the 72 hour requirement. I was told I would receive a call. That call never came and I called in to see what was wrong. I was told the workorder had been canceled and again told I would receive a call. That call didn't happen. I went into the store where I was passed between employees who told me they were too busy to help. After around 30 minutes in the store I was given a piece of paper showing July 29th they would be out to assess the situation. I called the store around 2 and was told I was no longer on the schedule. When I questioned it, I was then told they could not help me and hung up the phone. I still have not been contacted with a resolution or an appointment. I would not recommend a purchase based on my experience.

Great experience overall. I truly appreciate the information and assistance provided by the sales associate ( Katie). I will return again to furnish the remaining areas of my home.

Buyer Beware: After paying $4,000 up front, 5 months later 2 of 6 pieces were finally ready to be delivered, and these 2 pieces were promised at 6 weeks. After an additional 2 week wait to get a delivery date, I chose to rely on Ashley's real time tracking app. First thing in the morning the delivery was to arrive at 1:00, then delayed until 1:45, then delayed to 2:15, then 3:30. At 2:30 I went into my yard to do some work for 30 min. I didn't take my phone because it's summer, I live in the south and it would overheat and shut down in 5 min. At 3:00 I came back inside to see a text telling me the delivery person was at my door at 2:36, almost and hour earlier than what the app said AND 6 min after the message saying the would arrive at 3:30! I called customer service to ask if they could turn around. A very rude person said you get once chance a day, they weren't coming back. I explained how I relied on THEIR tracking app and could they please make an exception, his response, "That was your mistake, the app isn't reliable." Really? I called the store and the manager very unapologetically said I could reschedule, but I would still be charged for today's delivery as well as the second attempt. With great frustration I cancelled the entire order, but they are still charging the fee for the missed delivery, I paid up front, I can't stop them. So Ashley gets all your money upfront, gives you unrealistic delivery windows, lures you into using a useless app and can charge double for delivery. My message to Ashley Furniture is take a down payment, don't tell customers they will have furniture in 6 weeks and make them wait 5 months. And take down your useless app!!! I'm done with them.

We ordered a bedroom suit from this location on June 4th. We were told it would be delivered in 4 weeks. 4 weeks came and went without any contact, so I called and was told it was delayed until July 23rd and “it’s the customer’s responsibility to call on status” when I asked why I wasn’t notified on the delay. Now it’s July 29th and the furniture was just delivered but the slats for the bed didn’t come with feet, so I still won’t be able to use it. I’m now told it will be 7 days for the feet to come in, but we’ll see. The customer service is horrible.

My Sales Associate Derek was extremely helpful and attentive. He made the buying experience seamless and was able to get me the best deals.

We have had one of the WORST buying experiences ever at Ashley furniture. We purchased about 15k on furniture back in January and we have still yet to receive our entire order. We were told “worst case scenario” our order would take 14-16 weeks to arrive well here we are 25 weeks later and we are still waiting on two nightstands. Our order was scattered between 4 separate deliveries, so far. However, that is not the worst part, because I understand that things happen that are out of our control at times. The worst part was their lack of concern and communication. My wife has had to call them on multiple occasions, not once have they been proactive with a phone call or an email. Our salesperson Courtney told us that she does not deal with that, she is just a salesperson. They have not offered any compensation, not even an apology, their customer care is atrocious. Needless to say we will never shop there again and I would encourage you to think twice as well. Sincerely, Troy Asher.

Horrible experience after they sold us about 11k worth of merchandise. Ordered merchandise in January 2022 and salesperon said we should be getting our stuff in about 2 weeks. Here we are mid July 2022 only thing we got is the bed . Been lied at all this time about delivery. Called and called about fixing my address that salesperson wrote wrong in my paperwork and nobody has taken care of it. Every time I call they just apologize. I wouldn't be surprised if they apologize at this review. Wish I hadn't step a foot in the door honestly. I don't even know who to blame I guess it's my fault. So people if you do shop here hopefully you have a better experience than mine. Good day.

I would give zero stars if this was an option. I purchased an entire home of furniture in September 2021 and went through their financing option. I have been overcharged several hundred dollars, to which I was told wasn't their fault, and essentially tough luck. We had partial pieces delivered, wrong pieces delivered, and damaged pieces delivered. The store manager is useless. Corporate gave nothing but the run-around with no resolve. I will never, ever shop AF again, nor recommend to anyone.

I made 5 calls to their "customer care" department (not in the U.S.) Each time I called I was given a different "estimated" delivery date. When I made the purchase I was told my out of stock items would be available for delivery in 4-6 weeks, which didn't seem bad at the time, so I made the purchase. The delivery delays have been very frustrating. Now that I have my furniture I am very pleased with it, with the caveat that the sectional sofa I purchased seems to be showing considerable wear in less than 4 months. Initially I gave them a 5 star review, but changed it to a 1 star review considering the delivery delays and total failure of their customer care department. Now that I have my furniture I will give them 3 stars because I like my newly received items so much. The last remaining issue is my coffee table arrived scuffed, and the delivery team notified them a replacement is needled. We'll see how long THAT takes! You will have to do better if you want my return business.

The staff is great. Very helpful and respectful. They aren't poachers who make you dread going into the store. Delivery dates are an absolute mess and most of the time it shows up damaged the first time. That has happened both times I bought furniture from them. My biggest issue is that I haven't had a good night's sleep since I bought a bed frame from them because it is so uncomfortable. The slats they have made for it aren't level because every other one has a leg attached to it that makes it at least a .25" higher than the other slats. The way the bed is built makes it impossible to try and fix it on top of that. Beautiful bed frame but horribly, horribly designed.

I ordered furniture from Murfreesburo, TN location and they told me my furniture would be in on a certain date. Every week since that date I call and they promise me it will be here the following week. This has been going on for 2 months now. The salesman Zander is ignoring me now so I talked to the manager of the store and no surprise that she was supposed to call me back and never did. Worst customer service I have had. I don’t recommend going there unless u just want to be left guessing when your getting your furniture for months and them purposely lying on delivery dates just to get the sale.

We purchased 5 thousand dollars worth of furniture that was in stock. Only to find out the products are, effectively, backordered. (Would you want a headboard delivered without the rails?) Customer service is designed to be ineffective. You will to be placed on hold for half an hour so someone who has no idea about your situation can give you conflicting information. The people who work at this particular store are amazing and courteous people. It's the ossified corporate structure that plagues most industries.

Went in to purchase a new bed frame and recliner told the sales representative I was moving to Knoxville was quoted a price and paid it then was called and said price was wrong because I out of area the manager GREG and MATT basically said they didn’t want my business. BE VERY CAREFUL spend your money elsewhere! Or learn for yourself just ask for GREG

Do not buy from here without doing your research first. Furniture shopping is not a buyer friendly experience, Ashley Furniture is no exception. The prices of the items in store are priced above what they actually list on their website for. They will give you a “discount” off of their over marked furniture to make you feel like you are getting a deal and you will drive home still paying more than MSRP. I called them out for this when I almost fell victim to their sales tactics and was told “come back when you are actually ready to buy and we will give you our best deal.” I guess being willing to put a deposit while you close on your home isn’t serious enough. Wound up buying the same Ashley furniture at another furniture store for thousands less. Do not fall victim to these shady sales tactics. They do not care about you. Only your money. Cross shop online and over the phone before you ever step foot in a store!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because their showroom helped me find the bedroom and living room set that I wanted. However bought elsewhere

WORST MANAGEMENT! My entire home is furnished from Ashley’s. Within those purchases I purchased a dining set. It started showing some signs of watermarks (the top bubbled). I contacted the insurance company, they had someone come to my home assess the damage & within a couple of days I received an approval for a full replacement. The approval stated I should report/contact to the Ashley’s I purchased it from with the approved claim. I went in and they said the lady in charge wasn’t there. However, they took my information and said she will contact me. Never received a call, so I went to the store once again. As soon as I got there a sales rep directed me to the person I needed to speak to “Emma”. As I approached her I asked “Mrs. Emma?” She quickly responded “Yeah, I’m at lunch” I proceeded to tell her I understand, this is my second attempt to reach you in store. She then again said “yeah, I’m at lunch”. I then said, so who can help me? She just ask a rep. That was next to her and proceeded to walk away. As the young lady is helped me, I proceeded to look upwards and it there was a sign on the wall saying Manager on floor : Emma McGhee. Sorry Ashley’s, but if this is what you call management, you will soon have no customers as I will no longer purchase from this store.

I cannot say enough bad things about this company. They will lie about delivery dates and they will lie about when they receive materials. Pretty much they will just all around lie about anything. Do not try to get ahold of a manager because you will spend 3 hours and get hung up on multiple times. Please do not buy from this awful company. Take your business elsewhere.

After having some not too good experiences with other Ashley store locations in Nevada, my husband and I were hesitant to even walk through another Ashley door here, in Murfreesboro, TN. But, we wanted to find our exact mattress that we had sold with the rest of our furniture in the sale of our home in NV. We were greeted by Big Mike, the assistant manager, and let’s just say that everything changed from there. Mike was fun, friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. He made us feel welcomed and assured us that our experience here would be a complete and different one. He brought us over to the mattress department where we were introduced to Mike….aka “Superman” the mattress specialist. After spending a couple of hours with “Superman Mike” we were sunk! We’ve never knew how much fun mattress shopping could be!! Both M & M listened to our needs and helped us with some of our biggest purchases! Best of all, we made two new friends in a state where we didn’t know anyone! We HIGHLY recommend this Ashley location and you absolutely need to ask for Mike and Superman Mike! Thank you….for everything!!

Edited from 5 star purchase when we initially purchased to 3 stars after 2.5 months. Would give about 2.5 if I had the option. We purchased a sectional and got a great deal because the manager at the time (no longer there now) said they had two in the back they needed to get out. (If you purchase new, you either get it delivered for a fee or have to pick up in Smyrna/LaVergne). We were never told it was as is when we purchased. When we got home, one throw pillow was missing and a we had two corner cushions instead of a love seat cushion so it didn’t fit just right and wasn’t curved around the edges. We made it work while we tried to get a replacement. We were never then told it was as is, but then manager said he’d order throw pillow and cushion for us. We never heard back. We went back in to try to resolve the issue with someone else and doubt that’s going anywhere either since we’ve not heard back on that either. They did mention us buying the cushion, but we were never even given a price or anything. They were suppose to be checking to see if we could swap out cushions. We decided to cancel out protection plan and dining set we had on order. We’re hoping to get our ottoman still and just be done with Ashley. A positive note: If you’re purchasing new and picking up at the warehouse or having it delivered, you probably won’t have the issues we’ve had, but we don’t plan to shop there again due to this ordeal.

Experience was very good for my new bed. I am anxious to get it. I have had arthritis in my back so hope it helps me whole lot.. Trey was such a nice salesman. He wasn't Pushy. I told him what I wanted and he and Mike helped me so much and were both very courteous. Thank you Trey for being so Nice and courteous to an old lady.

At the end of February I paid cash for a sectional couch. I was told it would be arriving mid April. Mid April has arrived so I called to check up on it and now they are saying mid June delivery. That’s 2 months from promised delivery date. So I requested to cancel. They are saying it’s 10 percent cancellation fee. It would be fine to pay 10 percent if I wanted to cancel prior to expected delivery date… BUT 2 months late and they still want me to pay. I have called twice and still am not able to get a manager on the phone. This is the 4th couch I have bought from them. I will NEVER use this store again. If you can’t fulfill orders don’t steal customers money. Give them a refund if you can’t deliver as promised

Even prior to coming into the store, he worked with me via text which streamlined the in store process. The service was above and beyond, the store is laid out beautifully and the delivery time frames are super reasonable. Two thumbs up

I was paying for my purchase with a check and she was unable to process my payment not just once but several times and then finally said she needed to go back to the original attempt. I wanted to cancel my purchase but our sales representative Katie and manager Greg asked me to continue with my purchase and that Katie would help with processing our payment for our purchase which I agreed. Because I actually needed to purchase the furniture. So Katie and Greg are absolutely the best we thank them for all their hard work in correcting a bad experience with the cashier Emily. I have to give it to Xander!! Great salesman all the way around. Went to bat for us and was nudging in all the right areas. We ultimately walked away from a great deal though. Why? Because the mgmt started feeding us lines that simply made no sense. Like a piece of furniture wouldn’t slide naturally on ceramic tile. “We’ve never had anybody complain of that”. But what really got me, I’ve never had any retailer turn away instant revenue. “Hey, no haggling, if I pay cash for this product, full price, as is” and their answer was “no, we’re to good for that”. What?! Never had anybody turn down revenue, but not a company that I want to continue with if my dollar isn’t good enough for them.

Amanda was very helpful and patient with me as I looked and looked for the perfect sofa to replace my dog-chewed one! It was a very good experience overall and I highly recommend giving this store a try

If you buy something here, then don't expect to receive it until at least 6 months later. The furniture isn't nice enough to warrant that wait time and every single time you inquire about the order status they will just vaguely give you a 12-15ish week range to keep you on the hook waiting. If you try calling the store to ask, then the options will jut you to a call center in another country. I could have built my own end tables in the time I've spent waiting to receive them... and I'm counting the time I would have to spend learning to build furniture. The people in the store are kind people just doing their job, which is why it's two stars and not just one.

I purchased some patio furniture from This store along with a 5 year extended warranty in June 2018. I attempted to file a claim in 2021 when I noticed some damage with my patio table and was placed into a black hole to be told my warranty didn’t exist after providing the invoice and all requested documents. I reached out to the store in person so they could see first had of my experience and after dealing with one of the managers there Emma later to be told there’s nothing she can do although she tried to get the claim processed with no luck. I asked to file a complaint to corporate only to be given a number by the manager Emma directing me back to their store. I have been given the absolute run around and would not want anyone to experience this. Do not shop at this store or deal with Ashley and their warranty company…..I’m now stuck with a warranty purchase and a patio table that is deteriorating.

I would not have even gave them 1 star but you have to just to leave a review. We ordered our bedroom suite last October and was told we would have it by January. I understand about everything going on but the CS is the worst. I texted them and still have it on my phone where they said it would be here in January then got pushed out to the end of January. Then pushed out to the beginning of February then another week. Now it is 12 more weeks. I have left messages for the manager to call me back 2 times and they never did. We even went to the store and she said she would get back with us, still have not. Looks like we will be getting our money back and going somewhere else. Rooms to go was not even this bad and they didn’t cost this much either. This place is the worst!!!

Bought a king bed and a nightstand from them in store. The furniture came in a month late. I know there's supply chain issues but they didn't send any updates and I had to go to the store repeatedly to ask about my order. Then when I finally got the furniture both pieces were damaged. Despite ordering in the store customer service is only available by phone. This was a whole new nightmare of repairmen scheduled that never came, unexpected deliveries, and just not calling back when they said someone would call me. They did completely replace my damaged headboard but have still not resolved my damaged nightstand despite me calling multiple times in the past 2 weeks. Then yesterday a new drawer for my nightstand arrived. It wasn't even the drawer that's damaged and I told them this on the phone! Now I have to figure out how to return this drawer! Ugh! It'd be one thing if I thought this was quality furniture but it isn't.

Constantly lied to on multiple occasions. No follow up from employees at the store. Delivered damaged items. All pieces not delivered at the same time but was told that they would be. Multiple canceled deliveries. Protection plan is a scam. Been waiting for over 6 weeks on a refund and no one seems to know what is going on. We can't even get anyone to call or email us back. Delivery company told us they literally hear the same complaints from customers every day.

Our experience was great! Auric was patient and answered all our questions, as well did the other staff members. We got our perfect couch and dining table.

They had multiple options that my wife and I both were happy with and the staff was awesome.

I am a first time home owner. When I walked in I was very nervous and didn’t know what to buy, as well as choose furniture that would actually fit my new home. However, I was treated and greeted nicely by Courtney. She made me very welcomed and took me step by step in finding my new furniture. Both funding and purchasing my new furniture was easy and fast.

I went into Ashley Furniture today to purchase a table and some bar stools that I had seen online. Courtney assisted me and she was very friendly and did a great job. However, in store and online pricing needs to be more “in sync.” The exact same table that I purchased in store was $335 and the online price was $235. On top of that the bar stools I ordered in store are sold INDIVIDUALLY at $112 when you can buy a SET online for the same price. I feel that this sort of practice is very misleading. If online pricing is going to be HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper what is the benefit of going to an actual store? And why sell bar stools online in a set when in store they are sold seperately. I could have ordered THE EXACT SAME merchandise online for $400 but I ended up paying over $600 in store. No price matching was offered and I feel “robbed” in a way. I have been a LIFELONG Ashley customer and have ALWAYS had exemplary service until now. Courtney did her job well but Ashley needs to set a standard of pricing across all platforms (online and in store).

Our sectional was delivered with the most important piece (the 3 seat couch) missing. When contacted, they said the piece wouldn’t be available for 6-weeks.

Great experience with Ellen! We had some complications with cancelling an order, switching to something else, and getting a refund. But Ellen was there to help and she sure did! Thank you Ellen for being so reliable. Next time we need furniture I’ll come see you for sure!!! Edit: I just got my bed this week! After 10 months, delay after delay. Product wasn’t fully delivered so I had to wait even longer for parts. General manager Matt and assistant manager Emma we’re terrible to work with. All they told me to do is call customer service. What’s the point of being a manager if you can’t help customers? Also customer service is an absolute joke. With so many other furniture store options, I’d think they’d try to treat their customers a little better. I’ll never shop at Ashley again. They are a money hungry company that over promises and under delivers and don’t care about customers at all.

I hate to leave a negative review, but with Ashley Home store I have to. There is a gentleman helped us with the dinning table set, the reason we made the purchase was because he said they have it in the warehouse that can be delivered to us any day we want. We were happy that we don’t need to wait, so we paid $1400 for a table/chairs waiting to be contacted for delivery. We waited and waited 2 weeks later I contacted them what’s going on where is our table? Here comes with the delay, I’m like what? The whole point was NOT to wait, and now almost 4 weeks I still haven’t see my table yet, and we just moved into the new house without the dinner table. Good luck, they will lie to get your business. I will never ever buy anything from them again.

Ellen was so great and patient with me. If I was not happy with something she showed me she could tell and said let's look at something different. She was honest about the wait and delivery times. Overall she made my shopping experience so much better and I left a happy customer. Thank you Ellen!

My wife and I were looking for a bed room set. I got there first. I was greeted by Lauren. I told her what we were looking for and that I was just looking until my wife got to the store. She gave me a brief run down and let me wander. Good thing cause I hate being pestered while just looking. My wife and I ended up getting a bed room set and new mattress. We are very pleased with the selection and the service. Thank you Lauren for helping us find our forever bed.

I bought my furniture. They told me I could not take it home “because it was dark outside.” I had to drive back the next day. When the sun was out. It’s was 5:15 pm and dark during winter when the furniture was purchased. They stay open until 9. They were not where near closing but their “it’s dark outside” rule didn’t keep them for taking my money. I had to drive back when the sun was out.

Ellen was informative and kind. The only down side which is no fault of hers is my bedroom set won’t be delivered until February 😬

Everything about our experience with Ashley has been horrible! The salesperson ordered the wrong desk and we had to jump through so many hoops to get it corrected! Which put the responsibility on us instead of the salesperson who made the mistake! When the bookcase was delivered, it was already assembled and we were told they could not get it up the stairs. They set up another delivery for an unassembled bookshelf. When it arrived it was also ASSEMBLED!!! But, these delivery guys found a way to bring it upstairs. But wait!!! There was damage in the front from the straps! Now for the desk, after many delays, the desk was delivered with you guessed it!!! A lot of damage. Now after speaking with someone I am told they cannot set up delivery of a new one until tomorrow and it is my responsibility yet again to call and make sure it is set up! I am beyond DONE with them!

The in-store team was very nice helpful and worked with me to get what I wanted. The warehouse team that actually assembles the furniture obviously doesn't care very much. I have now had three entertainment centers delivered that were damaged and missing parts. I went to Ashley when I first came down here because the team up in Mentor Ohio did a very good job and was hoping to get a piece that would match the rest of my furniture. Unfortunately according to their policies I can no longer return the item. So I am no longer giving the Ashley team in the area my business.

Will never shop there again. Bought a mattress in a box that never fully inflated. Reported issue a month ago. Was given dates for someone to look at it to be replaced. Found out after multiple calls that Ashley never contacted the company to look at the matress. Just want my money refunded. Don’t shop there you will get nothing but a runaround if something’s wrong.

I will never buy anything from Ashley's again, either poor quality or poor delivery service... and I say this because I purchased two dressers and a lamp, in February 2021, got them delivered in May 2021. The dressers are now falling apart, the delivery guys barely wanted to bring them in the house and when they did, they didn't want to put them (first floor no stairs) where they belong (no animals, no kids, clean house, no excuse) I had to ask them and the delivery guy said we're just supposed to delivery them. WHAT?!?! You can't put them where they go? So they did (3) lazy jokers... then I had a lamp that took FOREVER , to arrive ok, no big deal. The box was so torn up, the delivery guys had to take a picture and said the warehouse gave it to them like that, and the lamp had a small dent in it... put the delivery guys could not wait until I unboxed the lamp to see if there was any damage... NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. And that is not even the whole story, I'm just tried of typing...

In store experience (when ordering) was fine but delivery and customer service are horrible. They delivered my items with a missing part and the customer service rep wrote down the incorrect info for the part of the sectional that was needed. Then it was time to deliver another part of the couch and I had a delivery time of 2-5. Delivery driver called around 11 to tell me times were messed up and if I was home to receive my item. I told him that I can’t because I’m at work and I took off early to be there at our scheduled time (2-5). Then customer service calls me to tell me my deliver time was 8:15-12 and I told them no it wasn’t. I spoke with other reps and mentioned I have a Text message with my 2-5 delivery time confirmed and when you call the store to check on delivery it shows my delivery time is 2-5. Nobody seamed to care and I was told multiple different things. This has been the worst experience ever and I will Not be ordering from this place again due to deliver and customer service. At this point, I want to return the couch

The customer service in store has been immaculate. However, there were several hiccups with the store and Customer Service Department has not been on the same page. This encounter has caused me time and travel back and forth to the store.

Terrible customer service skills. Delivery company texted the date and time window and showed up 3 hours early when we were not home. The delivery man say he would only wait 10 minutes even though we could should him it was their mistake. He was rude and acted as he didn't care. Trying to get our order cancelled has been nearly impossible. Everyone in the store acted rude to us and wouldn't even acknowledge us for the longest time when we tried to return. The "We Care" is a joke. We placed numerous calls to the customer service department. You can not call the store direct. Each time we had to tell our story again and no one ever called or followed up on the call. We are still receiving a bill when something we never received. It's been a nightmare. Stay away! There's too many other good options to buy furniture. Will never go back or recommend to anyone!!

Why is someone picking up the phone and hanging up at the Murfreesboro TN location? I've been calling alllllll afternoon trying to get a sales rep and nobody is answering the phone and now they're picking up the phone and hanging up without saying a word. This is exceptionally poor customer service!

We went into the store looking to solve an issue with our power cords showing because we don't have floor outlets for our reclining sofas. Not only did they help us by recommending a battery pack they also solved my man cave delima. I even found cool mirror in the men's restroom that would be perfect for man cave. They are the best.

On 8/18/21, I went to this location to redeem a $50 'Customer Award Promotion '; however, my purchase was only $41.68. The store manager would not allow me to redeem my purchase even after showing him the document that was sent to me. I called customer service/received no assistance. Since then, I have repeatedly called the store/no one answers the phone. Today is 9/25/21 and my issue is still unresolved. I don't recommend anyone shopping at this store.

The absolute worst decision that I've ever made yo do business here I eagerly say do not go here. They will lie to you show up at your house un announced. They will tell you multiple times you will get your items only to have them damage and leave you and your families home in a utter mess because they can't get there business straight. RUN!!

At this point I want a refund, it has been almost FOUR months since I even heard about my furniture WHILE others that bought there stuff after me!!!

They have the most courteous and friendly associates ever! Delivery was friendly and quick! The quality of furniture is way above our expectations! Highly recommend Ashley Furniture to everyone!

Delivery was a disaster. White glove delivery consisted of dropping off new mattress, no set up of new Mattress or pick up of old mattress as I was told. I did get the delivery charge refunded. I returned a mattress pad for a refund and the store manager dragged his feet for so long that I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get the refund. At this store the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing or thinking. Never to return to this place again. Also, they never answer the phone.

Good overall experience with Ashley. I have used them a number of times with only a few issues between all visits. Each issue has been rectified satisfactorily and been taken care of promptly. The selection is good and matches the current trends in season for the most part. They are usually running some kind of sale to bring the prices back down to a relatively normal baseline.

This is the most sorry furniture place that delivers defective furniture, and you wait months for a replacement and given the run around. Tried to get refund, but they do not give refunds, they just kerp replacing your furniture hoping you keep what they gave you. Customer service is poor, you can't talk to anyone in the store. Never again Ashley, you got me once but wont get me again..I suggest go somewhere else, their stuff is overpriced as well.

They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT answer store calls at this location. The wife and I bought a adjustable bed frame over a month ago and we are still awaiting a phone call from them PROMISED to occur days after purchase. We've call multiple times in a month. No answer. Left messages. NO RETURNS! CALLED 7 different customer service numbers all tell us to call the store. How can this company do their customers this way after paying up front???????????????????????

I ordered and paid for a coffee table in early July with a slated pick up in September. I have been unable to reach anyone at the store or at the warehouse for more information on when I could pick it up for weeks. When I finally did reach the store I could not even understand the person on the phone. I think I heard that now it will not be available until next year. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Not sure how to get satisfaction or even how to find out what my options are at this point.
