Came in on Saturday as the store was getting ready to close Permanently. Greeted by Mr. McKnight, we went over a mattress together but I asked if they could help us out. Jay who was from the Chattanooga outlet store told us it was at the lowest price and we could wait around 10 days it might get cheaper. Mr. McKnight gave me his card and I told him let me know when they drop in price. 4 days later I message Johnathan no response, called him no response. I walked into the store and it was his day off which is understandable. I looked at the same mattress and the price had dropped! It was also marked to go to the outlet store and they couldn’t sell it to me since it was out of the system. 3 star for Johnathan and 1 star for Jay from Chattanooga who was there to “ help” but isn’t even from there so doesn’t have a clue on what’s going on. He was there to help the team “ wheel and deal” but there was no deal the price was already locked so why were you there? Anyways I came in and Michelle Gonzalez greeted me. They had so many people there trying to buy stuff everyone was overwhelmed she was so patient got me prices on everything. I ended up with another mattress and also purchased 2 pillows. She was amazing and I noticed she was the assistant manager but in my opinion she should be the general manager. She was amazing apologized multiple times for the inconvenience. This lady was calm and made sure everyone was handled. She also stayed late to make sure we were good. Thank you I will purchasing more from her and follow her to her next location.
