DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE !!!! - ITS A SCAM We purchased furniture in Aug. 2024, the sofa came in but the coffee table was back ordered twice. When it finally came in, it was broken, after 2 more months of waiting, the day it was supposed to be delivered, it was broke again at warehouse. So we asked for a refund since they could not provide us with item. Here were are at Nov. 16, 2024 and STILL HAVE NO COFFEE TABLE OR REFUND, AND THE BROKEN ONE IS STILL SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM!!!!! we are getting the run around with anyone we talk too. They wont answer our calls now and each person we talk too says something different. We had shopped at their Alpharetta, GA store several times but WILL NEVER BUY from here again OR ANY STORE IF THEY DONT RESOLVE THIS ASAP. Evidently this is not a reputable company, each store is independently owned so they dont have a corporation to stand behind them to resolve issues that happen where i can call someone over the local manager to get something done. IF SOMEONE FROM CORPORATION READS THIS, PULL UP MY NAME AND CALL ME to get this resolved because this store in TN is a stain on your name and the manager should be fired for not being able or willing to resolve this issue. THEY MAKE YOU GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR, BUT IS REALLY A -0

My girlfriend and I went here to purchase a king size bed frame. After visiting many furniture stores, we were very impressed with how the sales staff here approached us. They did not pressure us and let us do our thing. Lewie in particular was extremely helpful. He got us an amazing deal and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Krys, the general sales manager, was also very helpful in finalizing the sale and helping us to understand our purchase in what to expect with delivery, assembly, etc. Ask for Krys or Lewie if you come to this location. 5/5 would recommend!

Listen here DO NOT fall for their warranty protection plan that cost over $400!!!!!!!!! The sales agent, whose name I forgot, knew that we needed to get a new couch because our cat was sick and was having pee accidents on our previous couch. So she PRESSURED us into paying like $420 for this warranty protection plan incase our cat(s) peed again on this new couch!!!! She repeatedly told us that we definitely need this because it will definitely cover cat pee. She told us how simple it was they will bring out new cushions, etc. etc.. ALL LIES!!!!!!! The warranty department is an absolute joke. They don’t even let you file a claim online- the website just shuts down. You have to call several different numbers to find someone to talk to. They first tried to send us a $74 Ashley gift card. lol what would that get us, a pillowcase? then they sent us a “cleaning kit”. Which we told them that will not get out cat pee smell!!! Now we received an email telling us they denied our claim to send us new cushions !!! so I repeat, DO NOT GET THE PROTECTION PLAN!!!!!!!!!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! We will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Buying a used car took less time and was much easier. Update we purchased a mattress and adjustable base…a cheaper base was delivered. It was impossible to get assistance until I spoke personally with Wes on the phone and called him out. They were trying wheel and deal with the price to make a sale In the end a mirror from our order was deleted and a cheaper bed frame was sent. Own up to your errors and correct them instead of giving people the run around.don’t bother with customer service either Impossible to reach a live person. HR

I had an issue with an order I placed because I hadn't ordered enough pieces for my sofa set. I called and spoke to the store manager, Trish. She was amazing, helpful, and quick! The issue was resolved in minutes, and the order was shipped to my home with no issues. It was a great interaction. Would definitely recommend!
Customer service is horrible. Can never get a hold of the store via phone. Delivered the sleeper sofa damaged. Delivery guy said he notified the store and stated someone would be back to fix it same day. That was not the case. In turn I had to file a claim myself and told the part would be delivered in 2-3 weeks and then I needed to reach out to schedule a service date. Part has yet to come in and the couch was delivered in July and it is now September and we paid for a faulty couch with no repairs.

I went in the store on Labor Day had found a loveseat on the internet I liked and wanted to see if they had it in the store so I looked around couldn't find it went up to the service desk there I was greeted by Jaie. A very professional outstanding sales representative she took me to some samples that was the same material and the setup like the one I wanted she checked on the internet Warehouse and Found Me one help me set up the 6 months interest-free account when we went back up to the front desk was greeted by the manager both are very polite and don't try to force anything on you but give you choices on things you can purchase like warranties. so when I need additional Furniture I will definitely be back at Ashley's thank you for the enjoyable experience *5*

A huge thanks to Aja at your 100 Oaks store for helping my Mom select the perfect mattress to replace the one she's been so uncomfortably sleeping on. Aja was so patient and helpful during my Mom's search in finding the mattress with just the right characteristics, firm but comfortable. Mission was accomplished with restful nights ahead!
We worked with sales rep Aja W. And had a fantastic experience. We kept changing our minds re: which bed we would choose. Aja remained patient with us throughout the entire process and generated financial quotes for each bed to help us make the best decision. Aja was also out sick on the day we wanted to buy the bed, but she made sure to pass all the info along to her manager so we could still complete the sale. There was also a few minor hiccups during the delivery process, but Aja immidiately corrected everything for us. We now have a bed and couch from Ashley- great quality and customer service experience so far.
Ashely Furniture has horrible customer service and they are completely useless. I ordered furniture a month ago and am still sleeping on the floor. They tell you a time window for when they will drop off your furniture but show up HOURS after the window closes. This is extremely infuriating and I will never shop with them again or recommend their services to anyone.

Our experience was super easy! Hassan was extremely helpful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
We ordered a $2000 foundation for our King bed along with a bedroom set and they sent no one to assemble the electronic foundation. So, no bed to sleep on and still waiting for someone to call to schedule a technician to come out. We are extremely frustrated. We paid over $500 in delivery fees. Not likely to shop here again. The process to order the items at the store was painful as well. It took the salesperson over an hour to get the order set due to software issues.

Greedy! The place has all their prices higher than Ashley online so when they say they have a sale going on, it’s really not because after the discounts, the price is still higher than if you order online. The store will meet the price of online; HOWEVER they will NOT give you the store discounts as they say that the online price is the discount. I will say I will give Mark 5 star rating for being so amazing. It’s not his fault he works for a greedy franchise owner. This store was way better than the one in Brentwood.
I have trusted and supported Ashley Furniture in several moves in the last several years so I did not hesitate to call them when I again was relocating and needed furniture at the new location. The order process was seamless, no issues, of course! It wasn't until the delivery with missing parts when everything came apart. Promises not kept, Parts not received, time commitments not met, rescheduling not acceptable, not being able to get past the automated chats messaging. It took me days and days to get to a real live humanbeing to try to help me sort out when I could receive the missing parts. It's been over a week and I still not do not have firm confirmation on when I will be receiving the missing parts. Ashley, you are compromising your loyal client base to save money. I am hopeful the owner replies.
We are happy with our purchase but realized the delivery charge for two separate purchases with scheduled delivery on the same day has two separate delivery charges. I think the sales person was not transparent about this and we feel like we were taken for more money The deliveries are to the same address on the same day. What kind of a business does this, especially after we spent $6000. We are unhappy and will not be recommending Ashley to anyone looking to buy furniture or bedding. Not a good look.

I appreciated the sale person Mark as he tried real hard to find out information and try get me the best deal. I think he was newer because he had to keep going back to his supervisor Christine aka "Chris" After checking out all my options I came back for a second day to buy the couch. The entire time he kept telling me how I could get 10 to 15% off because of their sale. I went to another Ashley Furniture in cool spring where they said I could get 20%. After doing the purchasing there's no 10 or 15% discount. Mark wasn't able to answer all my questions which is okay, because he did try to get the answer. But Chris said it was already discounted so I wouldn't get th 10%, which it wasn't. I would inquire about my military discount because Ashley is military friendly. She said she would not honor it. On normal circumstances I would have walked out, but I needed the couch. I give Mark a 4 stars but this supervisor gets a -10 stars if I could.
First Sales man at the 100 oaks store felt very pushy, and made me and my gf feel very uncomfortable. We then went to the Mount Juliet store, we had a sales women who made me and my gf very comfortable. She made everything great and streamline. But then today we had the delivery of our new furniture. I never felt so uncomfortable with the delivery guy. They did not complete the install and set up of furniture.we had lights that need to be install on our head board. I had to take care of that myself I paid extra for it to be installed so I didn’t have to myself. He then ask me gf to look over furniture, then about 10 seconds later shoved the phone in her face to sign for the delivery. She felt very uncomfortable and didn’t not feel important, she felt like she was just a person and didn’t feel valves. Then they were out the door. They texted the number on file and sent a link for us to leave a review. I was unable to leave one because the number they gave us does not work. Then I called the 100 oaks store for a customer service representative, they gave me a phone number. They phone number that have me was customer service for Comcast. I doubt there ever gonna see this but want everyone else to know. Will not be shopping with Ashley ever again!
Friendly, helpful, respectful staff. I like to browse around first without anyone hovering around me. They respected that. When I needed questions answered, they were knowledgeable.

My experience at Ashley was the greatest experience I’ve ever had a furniture store! Everyone was so welcoming and kind when I walked in. I always want to recognize Mark and Krys! They were a pleasure to work with! Mark is the best salesperson I’ve ever met and he’s only been on the floor for two weeks! I thought he’d been there for years the way he sold me on my sectional! He is very thorough and passionate about his work! Kyrs was the manger assisting but she was great as well. Overall my experience was great and I will be returning!
Mark was wonderful! He met us as soon as we walked in and was very patient while we looked at many different options! He listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions, which was very helpful! The manager was most helpful, as well. We had a FABULOUS experience!
Our experience with Kris (the manager) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The associate that helped us was unfortunately not as knowledgeable and forgot to apply a previous credit as we mentioned until after the sale was done and could no long be applied.

2 week late delivery but great sales and delivery guys
Absolutely horrendous experience. We bought a couch and ottoman over Memorial Day weekend. The same day we bought the furniture, we received a call from the store saying there was a problem with our payment and they needed to run our credit card again. The payment was pending in our credit card account. They said the payment would fall off and not go through. Thankfully, we decided to wait in case it did go through and we would've been double charged. Fast forward two days and the payment processed, it didn't fall off. I tried calling the store and couldn't get through. I went in and showed the manager the payment. He said it was still showing as needing to be paid on the invoice. The payment wasn't attached to the invoice. He emailed the financial department (since there's no number apparently to call them) to get it fixed. I go in the next day and it's not resolved. Finally, I contact corporate customer support. They fix the problem and had to reschedule our delivery date. We got our furniture late even though we paid. Then the manager calls with "good news" saying the problem was fixed! Yes! I had to take care of it myself! I love the furniture, but in the future I'll go to a different store.
I appreciate the sales person greeting us at the door. (great selection) Letting us look around for ourselves and then being there when needed. The sales person was excellent and knowledgeable. Our purchase was written up in a timely matter and we were out the door in a record amount of time. I will go back to Ashley Furniture for my next purchase. Alex T

We recently purchased a set of nesting cocktail tables from the Ashley Store located at 719 Thompson Ln #1, Nashville, TN 37204. The staff was initially very helpful during our purchase process, which amounted to $960. However, our experience took a disappointing turn when, after waiting for 20 days, we received a damaged and scratched item. The funny thing is they were to refund us $80 for the damage done for the item that costed us $960. That is a disgrace. Despite numerous calls and emails to address the issue, we have not received any satisfactory resolution. Each time we reach out, we are met with redundant inquiries, making us feel as though our complaint is not being taken seriously. This has been our first and undoubtedly our worst experience with the store. We cannot recommend purchasing from the Ashley Store due to their lack of accountability and responsibility for their errors. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize taking customers' money over addressing their concerns and rectifying damages. We would do 0/10 if there was such kind of option.

On December 7th, my husband and I went inside of this Ashley Homestore to buy a furniture set. We were greeted by a charming older gentleman that showed us all sorts of couches. Like any other snake oil salesman, he charmed us into buying a couch set. We could not find one on the floor that matched what we wanted so he pestered us into ordering one online. I told him I was very particular about colors and sizes to which he said that I could have a delivery team deliver the set and if I didn't like it, they would take it back immediately. This is what made me decide to buy the couch. Low and behold, the couch gets delivered and it is nothing at all what I wanted. The color was completely off from the other couches he said were "the exact same". I called Ashley immediately and was told that I would get a call soon to schedule the return pick up and would receive my refund 7-14 days after they received the item. After a few days, I called back to find out when they could pick the couch up and I was told that that there is no return policy and I am forced to keep this hideous couch and pay full price for it after being repeatedly lied to. Not only was I lied to about the quality, color, and return policy at the Ashley location, I was then lied to on a recorded line that I could return the item. Very frustrated and this lie cost me almost $2000.
So so nice! And Ms. Asia made the visit so easy and enjoyable. She has so much knowledge too. That woman needs a raise for sure!

Went in looking for a new bed and came out with not only a great bed (serta king) with a adjustable base ,but also a great deal. Ms. Aja and jaleesa are very knowledgable about the products and were able to get me a price that fit my budget. I will definitely be returning to furnish the rest of my apartment with them.

We purchase a $2600 mattress and The salesperson added a $150 mattress cover to my purchase and once I discovered it was not necessary, would not refund the $ even thought we never even opened the cover and returned it to the store brand new. The store manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when I spoke with her. Terrible experience I will never buy anything from them again

I went to Ashley in search of a comfortable, reclining chair. Namla came up to me quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She showed me plenty of options, gave me a good discount, and helped me find a perfect chair to be delivered in 2 weeks. Couch was delivered guys dropped it off And went to walk out, not take it out of package or setup or anything. asked don’t we need to sign for this they said nope doorstep drop off and walked out right away. Once we got the couch taken out of packaging there is a big black stain on a white couch and one of the arms are defective. Reached out to Namla who was off that day and was supposedly very upset about that and the next day when back at work and talked to her manager said oh well to price match it they took off the white glove delivery which was only supposed to be $99, yet charged $80 for doorstep drop off. In their policy it says Customer has to review and sign for any goods delivered. Delivery drivers forged the signature. Have constantly reached out almost every week and Namla has said 7 times over the past 6 WEEKS her manager who is very snakey has been “reaching out to higher ups as we speak” yet it has been over a month and a half without any updates coming from them and we get the same answer every time we reach out. AVOID this Ashley Furniture and do not buy anything from anyone there!! You will be deceived and they will not fix or stay true to their word! Have given them more than enough time to make this right and they don’t.

The phone was answered by a very friendly and knowledgeable woman named Jaie She helped me resolve the online issue and invited me into the actual store to look around. I came into the store looking for a bed, but undecided on what exactly I wanted. Deondre assisted me and all my indecisiveness. He found the best deal and even found, hard to find, Velcro pillows I was looking for! He spent a huge amount of time with me trying to help. We came to the store on Nov 18th and in the store we were treated great. We were given a delivery date of 12-7 and told to get our furniture gone before the delivery. We have a grandson our Couch and our so our table and chairs. We were called the day before the order stating that part of our order was on Back order and they set us up for 2 weeks later on the 21st. We were not happy cause we were getting to Christmas and we have a very large family who was coming for Christmas. Then we were told on the 20th that we would not have furniture until the 4th of January so therefore we were not going to have the furniture for Christmas with our family. Then we were told 2 more weeks and then they wanted to put it out another week and after we had a major discussion about it I got a message that it would come on Jan 25th, it was delivered and the delivery people were great, only problem we did not get both plugs for the reclining couch but they say it will be mailed to us and that is fine.
Rick was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly kind. My experience at Ashley was a pleasure due his experience and customer service focus. He goes the extra mile, which is always appreciated!

The whole purchase process and details were explained very well to us to help us make a decision. Thankyou!! Update: They have a clause in their purchase contract that permits them to repair brandnew furniture as opposed to just replacing the item and fixing on their own time. It is a disservice to the customer because that's another day you may have to take off work or reshuffle your day to accommodate repair for an item that is supposed to be brandnew with no defect. Do your self the favor and don't purchase anything from them. You will regret having to constantly reschedule as their contracted repairman makes his own schedule and shows up whenever regardless of time window. I received a damaged couch. They do not keep their word and communication between them and their service providers is seriously flawed. No sense of urgency at all. That was my first and last time buying furniture from this company. Not worth the stress.

Had been looking at their online website for Living Room furniture for about a month. Finally decided on the style and collection I liked and knew it was time for an in person visit. Had 2 choices of locations to choose from, both equal distance drive. Picked the Thompson Lane store and was glad I did. Madison, the Sales Associate helped walk me thru what I had found online, the choice of colors, the right size and accessories I wanted. Set up and scheduled a delivery time. Completed my purchase and had an option to finance interest free for 12 to 60 months. Picked the payment terms I wanted and completed the transaction. With the manufacturer and extended warranty on my new Living Room suite I’m covered for the next 5 years. With the extended warranty, if I don’t use it, I get a refund for the amount! Thanks for making the process Convenient and Enjoyable!!

Robert with customer care was Amazin! Mr. Dunaway with the BR store was patient and helpful! My only complaint was getting someone to listen as I attempted to do what everyone was telling me to do! After 3 hrs invested Robert and Mr. Dunlap made sure the customer was taken care of!

would not recommend, ordered some stools and a table both stools were broken and when we went to complain they said it would take months for them to be able to fix them we paid extras for them to set some beds we got from there and all they did was deliver them and they didn’t they said that they only got instructions to deliver it customer service is a -1/10 our order was supposed to get here 2 months after we ordered and it took 5

Do not shop here they are an absolute nightmare to work with. Placed an order with Rick and paid for white glove delivery. Started getting calls asking when we wanted to pick up the furniture and that it could not be delivered. On the day we had scheduled for our delivery and cleared our schedules to be available for the delivery window, nothing came, apparently an employee had switched our order to pickup. Had to reschedule delivery for two weeks later. On that day, they delivered us HALF A COUCH. Not only was it only half of the sectional we bought, it was the wrong piece (left facing instead of right) because Rick entered our order incorrectly. So we call a bunch of times, cannot get through to anyone at the store. Go into the store in person and speak with Ryan, the manager, and are told they can't process exchanges on a weekend, expect a call back on Monday. Monday comes around, Ryan is out, apparently no other employee can access the record that he was working on. There's nothing that anyone can do to get us the furniture that we paid for. Absolutely insane, zero customer service.
Rick Walkush was AMAZING. Didn't feel like I was pressured into making a purchase, helped us find the perfect fit for us. He really understood the process and educated us. He didn't push for us to make a sale and we were able to make the best decision within our budget. We definitely plan on coming back to purchase more pieces from Rick and the Ashley team in the future!

Read the fine print... I received a damaged couch, At first I was told I would get a new couch, That was far from the case. In the fine print ashley has the option to repair. The company they use to repair is weeks out on appointments. I spoke with sales person, Assistant manager and manager. All continue to give me lies. Each said they would call back but did not. The assistant manager told me. I should feel lucky if I got an appointment within 12 weeks of getting my couch to get it repaired. She went on to tell me that I should have read the fine print. Laughed and thought it was funny. I was stuck with a broken couch and nothing I could do about it. The repair company canceled appointments, That I had waited for weeks. In the end the couch could not be repaired and Ashley finally agreed to give me a new one. However delivery was backlogged so it was three additional weeks before I received it. Bottom line you're taking a chance when you purchase anything from them. They could care less. And unless you stay on top of it, you will never get your item repaired or replaced.
Did exactly what should be expected. Nothing more. Nothing less. We paid for our products, Ashley delivered. Everyone was nice.

Staff was friendly at first but when asked about online pricing their attitude seemed to change a little. We elected to pick up our furniture from the warehouse due to delivery. Once we arrived home with our new sofa and began to remove the plastic wrap and padding we discovered the couch had a cut on the arm that appeared to be there from the factory and also missing the legs. When we called the store the store manager was very condescending and they said there was a no return policy and we would have to wait to hear from a technician about scheduling a visit to assess the damage. In the meantime we have a couch that can not be used and in the way for the lack of alternative storage and a large party event scheduled within the next two weeks with no better solution. This is very disappointing, especially considering how much money we have spent with Ashley throughout the years. At this point it’s highly doubtful we will ever buy anything else from this company.

When I walked through the Ashley showroom doors, I had no intention of buying an electronic bed! I went to look for a reasonably priced, durable love seat. When I walked out of the store, I had purchased a love seat, sofa and electronic bed 😳 (I spent about an hour on the bed and didn’t want to get up!). I worked with sales associates Jaie and Madison-no pressure just helpful input as I decided to make the purchases. I’m so happy that I will be sleeping more comfortably than I’ve probably slept in a decade. The sofa and love seat will go to my vacation cabin miles away from my home…but Ashley delivers to this rural zip code twice a month! Thanks to Jaie and Madison, I feel like I won the lottery!

Absolute nightmare working with this store! I have had nothing but issues working with them. I've never worked with a more unprofessional, rude, passive aggressive team who clearly does not value or respect their customers at all (specifically Chris, Valerie, Ryan and Aja). Aside from all of the delivery issues I had, they've completely screwed up my financing. I was told I would get 36 months no interest financing if I used a specific card that the store associate asked me to use - I NEVER use this card for ANYTHING so I agreed to use it if I got the promotion. Only to find out, 6 months later, the card didn't actually qualify for the 36 month financing. I unknowingly only had 6 months and all of the interest then dumped onto my account. I trusted that the store employee would do his job and do what he needed to do to set up the payment terms and financing in his system. So now I owe hundreds of extra dollars for a mistake I did not make and Ashley is taking no accountability and unwilling to help. They had even admitted that this specific employee needed to be audited for his transactions and he no longer works there so I could not speak to him. They knew this was a mistake on their end but don't care enough to make things right because "there are no notes."To make matters worse, this unprofessional team constantly made snarky comments and had attitude with every question I asked when trying to get this resolved. I had to physically go into the store just to be able to talk it through with someone because no one would return my call or get back to me. This was beyond frustrating to me because I work hard to keep my finances all in check and the store team just brushed it off like it was nothing even though they knew it was a mistake on their end. I truly believe in doing the right thing and have never worked with such a careless team like this who pushed back so hard to NOT do the right thing. Will never buy from another Ashley store or product again. They are awful. No matter if it's related to the delivery, pick up or financing, if you need help, don't expect them to be helpful in ANY way and it'll cause you a ton of extra work and stress. They will leave to you to figure out - they simply do not care.

I was approached about financing a product, which at the time seemed like a great idea. I asked a few questions concerning the credit investigation and was given inconclusive and inconsistent responses. I was never told explicitly what I was signing up for, but instead given a tablet to "sign a few things."It was a lapse in judgment for me to continue. Several of the responses were blatantly wrong. They had signed me up for their credit card without telling me. Hard inquired into my credit. Etc.This wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't down played what they were offering. I am extremely good with my money and wouldn't have readily chosen to not finance the product and instead hand over cash. This whole ordeal seemed liked a blatant violation of consumer protection laws.

First, I spoke with her on the phone, and she verified that there were models on the store floor to "test." She also verified that the warehouse had a couch and recliner available. Don’t believe these 5 star reviews. They’re definitely buying reviews. This company as a whole is an absolute joke. You won’t be satisfied if you ever even get your furniture. I went back and forth for 3 months and ultimately just canceled the order. They’ll tell you whatever they need to get the sell and then fall flat on their face when it comes to actually taking care of you. Getting what you need from here is harder than R. Kelly in a school zone. I’d rather vote Joe Biden in for a second term than deal with this pathetic excuse for a business.

Went shopping for a bedset. Picked one out and this lady couldn't sell it to me because she couldn't find a physical price tag. Ended up bringing the whole team over and it felt like they were all panicking. I waited for about 15 minutes before deciding to just leave and not to deal with their nonsensical bafoonery. Please find a better way to accomodate your customers than panicking over a laptop.

Worst experience with a manager I have ever experienced anywhere from Kris at the Thompson Lane location. When buying furniture for my entire home I just finished remodeling, Kris offered a % discount that was agreed to prior to checking out. After telling her to remove the $600 protection plan that was added to the ticket without even mentioning the plan or what it was, the manager Kris then lowered the furniture discount she had previously offered (only seconds before swiping my debit card was this protection plan mentioned at all)…. Obviously I was upset and frustrated about Kris backtracking on the previously offered discount and trying to tack on this ridiculously priced plan and was ready to go purchase my furniture elsewhere. This manager told me (customer) to “never come back” after realizing she was losing the sale because of her own dishonest tactics. I have never been so offended or embarrassed…as she yelled this in front of other customers in the store. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 44 years as a consumer, and DSG/Ashley should be as embarrassed as I was tonight in their store

Save yourself the heartache and do not shop here. Even though it is not advertised anywhere, all sales are final. This is different than the Ashley online store which gives you a window for returns. I spent over $1000 here and was delivered a damaged couch. Because I didn't pay $200 for someone to unbox it, I couldn't refuse it. Now they wont let me return it. Name a legitimate business that functions like this. Save yourself the trouble and shop the online store. These guys are thieves

I regret giving them my business. You will too. If you wish to test this theory yourself, try calling customer service. Corporate says "only the store can help you." the store says "call corporate fulfillment." In the software biz , we call this an infinite loop. In short, they do not respect their customer and are unworthy of your patronage. 2 deliveries and I still don't have 1 single working bed frame. Oh, and since "I accepted" the first impartial delivery, they are refusing to accept returns. To sum up, they delivered a bed frame missing a part, upcharged the part and used the delay for the upcharged part to refuse refund. Worst customer service humanly possible.
Absolutely sickening. Just delivered half the stuff. It won't fit and they won't return it. I was willing to exchange and add an item to help out a little because my apartment is too small. They are unwilling to help me. I'm a disabled veteran and this is a disgrace. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people they way they do. Do not, I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER. No wonder why their parking lot is always empty. Now I know. This was a horrible day.
Updating for a second time because I’ve reached out to this email provided about 4 times with no resolution. I received a voicemail saying they’d follow up by email but they don’t even have my email correct even though it’s in your system correctly. On top of that, there’s no way to let y’all know you’re not even contacting me because the person who calls doesn’t have a callback number. I just want my couch delivered but this is impossible. Avoid Ashley Furniture and this store. Let me start with saying the only star you’re being awarded is for Aja (Asia?) the sales rep. Otherwise, everyone else has been incompetent and borderline unprofessional. I financed a couch going on 2 months ago right before a move. Confirmed with the store that both the address I was moving from and to were covered for delivery. Fast forward a couple weeks I went to the store to set it up for delivery, they confirmed the day and address of delivery, and I paid. I drove all the way to the house in Maryville, TN on that day (June 20th) just for the couch to not show up. Went back to the store once we were back in town and the same gentleman who helped us was oblivious to the entire situation. They said they couldn’t figure it out so we left. Went back two more times to try and get it settled and on the sixth total visit to the store they finally told me they could not deliver to the new address. On top of that they didn’t even refund the delivery fee to my credit card, it was removed from the purchase price of the financing. So here I am 2 months later, $3k financed for a sectional, and I have no place to sit in my house. I’ve called probably 20 times and as soon as they pick up, it’s immediately hung up on. Called the generic support line and can’t even get a callback. So the ball is in your court Ashley, deliver my couch. You already have my money.

Rating one star because I’ve been trying to call the store for 4 days to see if they have something in stock and no one ever answers the phone. Chat customer service says you have to call the local store but they never pick up so that’s not super helpful.
I ordered an entire bedroom set from them on June 2nd. They put the wrong address down. I have called 7 times to chnage my address and cannot get a hold of them. I went in the store to change it and they told me the system was down. That was 2 weeks ago. I left my number and said I would get a call to change the address. I did not. My delivery is now 2 weeks late, I can't get ahold of them, and they have not reached out as stated. Extremely poor communication and follow through.
This location is atrocious. After purchasing a couch, that had to be marked down as they were 38% higher than that at other stores, I was left with no communication. After several calls I had to go in store and ask what the status of my order was. The order hadn’t even been put in the system. After a what was temporary fix, I was told my couch would be delivered on Tuesday. On Monday, I receive a notice that it was processed through the system incorrectly and could not be delivered. After calling the store five times, I again had to drive in and speak with the manager. He had no solution and I now have to arrange other avenues of transportation.

The level of incompetence is actually humbling. Everything that occurred outside of our initial visit was horrible. The system outage, was understandable but delayed our package. Fine. We rescheduled our flight down to finalize the apartment. They then had the wrong address despite me confirming it twice on the phone. I was told I have to come into the store for security reasons. I refused as the issue was on them and I’m coming from NY. We get around the protocol, great. Delivery arrives. The base for the bed is ineffective. They r/s delivery w a working device but guess what?? To the WRONG address. I’m then told again I have to come in person to the store. livid is an understatement.
We bought a couch Sunday, which was a great experience. However, we have not heard from them since about order confirmation, estimated delivery time, etc. and we cannot get in contact with them.

Where's the zero star option!? The people that suppose to install our bed delivered the bed and then said... Ops we forgot some parts, we will be back in 15 minutes... 6 hours later and no one showed up! Customer service no help at all! We have called so many of them and all we get is "sorry" "no idea what's going on" "we will call you in 5 minutes".... And no one called or showed up! I missed my appointments waiting for them to come back or call but nothing..Horrible horrible experience! UPDATE!Now they are saying it is going to take 7 to 10 business days to get the missing part and install it.... What in the world!
Aja, my sales associate, was wonderful. She was patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Aja also helped me to get the best deal on my purchases. My in-store experience was great.

Be warned!!!! Prices on the website are cheaper, and in my case, HALF. Go look in store & then buy online. They won’t tell you anything about how they operate separately & won’t honor the price difference after you buy items. Save your $.
Jeff helped me out today and he was very outgoing, knowledgeable, and kind. Would recommend getting a couch from here. Jeff’s boss was also very helpful in the situation and wanted to make sure we got a couch we loved for the right price.

I have had the worst customer experience with Ashley and will not recommend it to anyone. Ashley kept stalling us for 6 months only to tell us we can't do anything as you didn't reach out to us in 72 hours which is nothing but lies. I ordered a california king bed and mattress from Ashley in August 2022. The mattress came in Novemeber followed by the bed on January 17th 2023. On the evening of 17th I went to Ashley store in person telling them they had delivered a King bed instead of californina king and asked them to either replace the bed or the mattress. The store rep even put a ticket for this which was closed by them without informing me. After this started multiple rounds of me visting the store and calling their customer support. Ashley continued to create multiple tickets and would close them without any resolution without informing. The Store support said we can't do anything call the customer care . We called customer care multiple times and finally in February they agreed to send a contractor to look at the bed to confirm if it was the wrong bed or not. By this time I had already shared multiple pictures of the bed/matrress, dimensions of bed in detail. The contractor was scheduled to come and check the bed in April, they took 2 months just to send someone. The contractor finally came and said it was the wrong bed and that he will update the ticket with his notes. On the follow up customer call Ashley said to wait for few days as contractors note was not in their system. Now when checking with Ashley customer support they are saying you didn't reach out to us during first 72 hours of delivery and we can't do anything. Why did you waste my last 10 months only to not do anything. Am I supposed use wrong bed which looks horrible as the mattress doesn't even fit it. On the call we gave all the multiple tickets to you to say that we did reach out on the day of delivery and it should be in your system. It is clear to me your company doesn't care about customers and keeps testing their patience. People should be careful with spending their hard earned money on Ashley.
The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, and we got exactly what we needed. They were flexible and extremely patient. Excellent experience!
They take you money and tell you your furniture is in stock … BUT then they keep saying it’s back ordered when you call … poor customer service
Jenny &Jeff ( manager) were both excellent. They went above &beyond with customer service. It was an absolute pleasure to shop there. I had found better pricing on line than in their store. They matched it with absolutely no hassle!! Jenny has a good eye for color & het opinion changed my mind on the color I went in to buy. Love this store! Will definitely shop there again! Thank you!!

The customer service was fine at the store, but I was given miss information about when the warehouse in Smyrna closes, and so I drove an hour out of Nashville to pick up two pieces of furniture only two have the workers communicate that they were closed. So now I have to drive an hour back home and wait to come back to get the furniture. I understand a miscommunication, but this one cost me four hours of time and about $60 in gas.
Had an A+ experience with Ashley associate Josh Tree! While he is a newer associate (One hundred Oaks-Nashville store) we were very impressed with his knowledge of different types of furniture (he also did pre-research for us before our in-person showroom visit). He displayed friendliness, patience, professionalism and gave us options to consider all while genuinely listening to our preferences. He also helped us navigate an out-of-state delivery! His manager was also helpful and engaged with us during our visit. The order process went smoothly and we are optimistic for the same experience with the delivery of our new retro furniture! Unbelievable. They delivered this console a week ago. Broken and not assembled correctly and didn’t include the shelves that come with it. They said they’d send a technician to look at it. Then they said it obviously can’t be fixed. We’ve waited a week and now they say they’ll need to have a technician reach out in a couple of days. So basically starting over again?? Try to order from a local store and they couldn’t come through 👎🏻. Should be zero stars

Three calls to the IVR under the guise as an actual storefront, there’s a handy number online; however, it’s a useless and inept csr ( in this case, three.) Finally, I opened a ticket to document the fabric damage on a new sofa. This ticket will allegedly be sent to the point of sale to speak with someone and send photos. I will wait for the call back or contact the BBB or appropriate contact regarding how many texts, calls, and chats it requires to request recompense for receiving damaged sofa.

The selection at the Ashley Homestore is probably the largest I have seen at their stores. We found the perfect TV console for our home. Ms. Jeannie Werner was very helpful.

My Aunt and I visited the Mt. Juliet store and had a great salesperson Ashley. We purchased $2500, of living room furniture. That was the end of the good experience. We paid for premium delivery service. The delivery service paid no attention to the zip code. As a result they went to a different town and sent a text Oops we missed you and did not deliver so we had to reschedule. TWICE THIS HAPPENED. I also called the warehouse, the salesperson and spoke with the delivery driver. Clarifying the address. They still did not get it right. NO One was listening other than the salesperson Ashley. She then got her manager involved and he, even stated it was an incorrect address. This happened TWICE. so we canceled the order. And will go somewhere else. Do not purchase here if you expect to have the furniture delivered. Save your the headache!!!

I walked in to look at their recliners because of pain from a lumbar fusion. I was welcomed and helped by one of their salesperson. He was very helpful and I found a recliner that felt comfortable. I went to two other stores to look at their recliners and did not find one that was comfortable and took weight off my back. I returned to Ashley and worked with a the original salesperson and another one as well and, as a result, found an even better recliner that had a dramatic effect on the pain in my back. I was so pleased with both the help I was given to address why I wanted a recliner and to find a recliner that worked for me.
Asia was very helpful and professional. She made the process of purchasing my furniture easy.
We searched all over central TN for furniture and this Ashley’s has the BEST selection. The customer service was outstanding. Asia was incredibly helpful and the manager, Jeff, was first class. I highly suggest you give this place a visit.
This has been my worst experience by far purchasing furniture, and I will not be returning to this Ashley furniture or any Ashley furniture. It starts at the store where they attempt to upsell you on everything, which honestly is to be expected anyway. But then they give you a delivery date and over a month later, not only are no items delivered, but the delivery date has been changed multiple times, each time being assured it’ll all be there, each time none of it being there. I wouldn't even mind if the wait was months so long as they stated that upfront and didn't constantly give us the run around. Waste of time and money. Do not visit. Update: don’t bother attempting to call customer service or use the online chat. They can’t and won’t do anything for you while saying they will. The manager at this location however was very nice and helpful and got us our refund promptly with no nonsense.

Pick up was a complete nightmare! Waited in traffic 50 minutes. Get home and there are NO legs to the ottoman. When I asked for a refund because they said it would be 7-10 days to get the parts, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I decided to pick up the item. How disappointing, the sales person was amazing! However based on this experience I’ll NEVER buy from Ashley again.
I placed an order with Ashley's on Thompson Lane on Black Friday. They promised my furniture would arrive by 12/20. It is now 2 days from February and I am still waiting on my full order.Items have been piecemeal, arrived broken, and the delivery dates continually change week to week. I speak with my sales rep from Ashleys' each week and each week he promises me a new date that continually shifts.I feel bad for him because I know it's not his fault, but more of a logistical issue within the Ashley's organization. However, I did speak with the store manager, who took my number and said he was going to investigate and then never called me back... so it also seems that there's likely a great amount of miscommunication internally.The entire process has been extremely frustrating and unorganized.
I had a great sales lady togreet me when i came in.She ask me what furiture i was looking for.And i told her amattress set and a new bed .I told her id look at them.And she told me to lay on all them to see which one is best for you and comfortable.I layed on all them i likes till i found the right mattress set.Then i went to let her know which one and she looked up the price.She dod not pressure me into a sale at all.Her name was Jenny.a very nice lady.And ive been shopping on and off there for years I give them
We walked in and were greeted by a lovely young woman named Aja. We looked around she checked in with us, and when we had decided we called her in to see if things were available in the color that we needed. We were buying two sofas and she was very accommodating to everything we needed. We thought we were just shopping around and told her that we may come back. Later that evening, we decided that we would come back and buy the two sofas. We walked in, hoping that we would be met by Aja. I know how these things work and usually it’s on commission as well and we wanted to make sure that the person that greeted us the first time and took care of our needs should get credit when we came back in. She was fantastic when we came back in for the second time, hooking up the sofa that we needed to see if it would recline the way my husband liked it. We bought two and cannot wait for them to be delivered. I do believe that the way we were treated in the customer service we were given did sway us to come back to Ashley. Hang on to Aja.
Worst furniture buying experience. We ordered a mattress and a bed frame. It's been 6 months, after multiple reschedules, time and again last minute delivery cancellations (they just assume that we need to be flexible with our work schedules every other week); we still don't have our bed frame delivered. The business model is getting your money outright and locking you in for a long time in this rigmarole. We've tried all communication means to get the right info of when exactly we're going to get our order delivered. Never getting caught up in this and never buying here. Strongly not recommended. Not sure what got into us ordering from here even though people recommended against it. Also, the customer service is worst in the business. Most answers I've got have been along the lines of hope for the best. Never again

I paid for my couch on 9/27/2022 and finally received it on 1/3/2023. It was originally supposed to arrive 10/17/2022. I gave away the only couch I had expecting the new one to arrive. So, I had no couch until it finally arrived on 1/3/2023. I also had only 1 phone call from the sales lady I purchased couch from. I am glad she got her commission 3 months before I got my couch. I will never shop at Ashley again…I will also tell everyone that I come in contact with about this experience.
My mother purchased a dining room table that she was looking forward to hosting family at during the holidays. With product delays it was expected this table would arrive after a month. It did indeed arrive in time for the holidays; along with the bedroom furniture set she ordered. Unfortunately, the table did not come with the four legs. The Ashley delivery/installation technician proceeded to assure her the legs would arrive on the following Monday. They did not arrive and I proceeded to place an incident order with the store she purchased her products at. After two more weeks and still no update or delivery on her table I called customer service. They informed me that the ticket had been placed when she visited the store, but no product number for the legs was entered at the time. I informed them that she has had a $700 table in her dining room with no legs for weeks now and holiday plans have been rearranged. There was no apology and she was not compensated for her troubles. A new order number for the legs has been placed and I was informed they may arrive mid January. If she had known all of this sooner she would have gladly purchased her bedroom set, dining table and chairs with another company. I am afraid the table will lay in her dining room for weeks before any legs arrive and I foresee many calls to customer service that leave me dissatisfied. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

When looking for furniture I always put Ashley Furniture on my list. I purchased a couch and coffee table from them last year and purchased a mattress this time. Their sales team members are helpful and not high pressure. Their prices are reasonable and they make it easy to do a payment plan. I recommend them and will go back.
Got stuck paying $150.00 for a mattress cover that they told us to take home so we would have it for furniture they kept pushing out the delivery on. Finally had enough and cancelled the order but told they couldn’t take back the mattress cover still sealed and never opened. So disappointed!!!

Spent $4800 on a bedroom suit for half of the pieces didn't come with the stand at the bottom the mirror was broke I'm still waiting on a phone call.Make sure you check every piece you buy from them some the pieces had scratches on it I will never spend a dime at Ashley again. This lady name Tawanna that's been going out her way but she is only one person.Its 1-4-23 and I just wanted to do a update on my problem. I finally received the stands for the rest of my pieces it took a couple months but they got it done so I can't complain problem fixed!!!
Delivery was messed up. Was told by employees at the Thompson Ln store my couch was an exchange and they would take the old couch, but now hearing on day of delivery from delivery company they will not take it. Then was told to cancel my delivery and mark it as an exchange not a new purchase. 5 min after canceling delivery I was told it’s impossible to make an exchange. Had to pay to have the couch removed myself and now waiting another week for delivery that should have come today. My couch has been destroyed since AUGUST 2022 and my replacement still hasn’t arrived in JAN 2023 Do not shop at this Ashley store or any Ashley store. Between the individual stores and corporate workers they are all incompetent.

Had delivery confirmed multiple times for them to call AGAIN this morning (1 hour before expected delivery) to say none of it will arrive for ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!! This store sucks and the run around they give you in ridiculous. My primary statement when buying over $10k worth or items in store was I needed it by a certain date. I purchased a living room furniture set six months ago from there. Everything I was told was a lie. Starting from delivery, and then the warranty was the biggest lie. Furniture arrived very late and I had to cancel the two chairs because they were going to arrive months after the delivery date. After I scheduled delivery, I had to cancel it and go pick up my furniture. At that day of the purchase I asked the salesperson if they sell sofa covers, and this was the answer “ you don’t even need it because anything that happens to it will be covered, and if it cannot be cleaned, it will be replaced”, which was The other biggest lie. My furniture got stained, and I called. The person came and tried to clean it, but he couldn’t. Tried to file a claim with the worst other company ( GBS) and of course my claim was denied. They are saying because it’s accumulation of stains. Now my furniture is trash, and I lost my furniture money and I can’t even get it cleaned even though I paid so much money for 5 years warranty. Terrible experience with Ashley. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

Jon Ramos helped me with my purchase, he didn’t mind walking all over the store to assist me with making sure my purchase was what I wanted and he was so professional and patient Mr. Dale was really nice also and wanted to make sure that my shopping experience was great and I appreciate the time and how the store designer came over to make sure that I got the pillows I wanted with the table runner, I love the teamwork and it was a great experience, this store has always been a favorite this isn’t my first experience and definitely won’t be my last but they genuinely really care about their customers, great customer service they pay attention to what you are looking and will go above and beyond continued blessings to you all and your families thank you all respectfully always Deneen

While my store experience and purchasing went smoothly, the delivery of my couch WAS NOT! Delivery purchases, beware! I paid extra for delivery to be made to my apartment. I do live on the 4th floor, I made my sales person aware I live on the 4th floor. There is an elevator and of course stairs in the bldg. My couch would not fit into the elevator, so I suggested the stairs. Delivery guys flat out said NO! They said they don't take the stairs past the 3rd floor! Whaaaat!?? I, the customer, even offered to HELP the delivery guys up the stairs with the couch! I PAID extra for delivery because of the labor! So, now I have no furniture and a "So sorry" from Ashley dispatch. No thank you. Guess I'll take my $1600 to a different company.
0/10 recommend this place. We ordered a bedroom set in July and we still have not received anything. I have been promised 5 different delivery dates. You can never get a real person to answer the phone either. Poor customer service and POOR COMMUNICATION!! Also, we can’t get anyone to call us back about a refund. Do yourself a favor and never shop here unless you want to wait 3+ months of frustration and no communication!!

Ashley’s furniture has gone downhill. Their supply chain management is Horrible. I ordered a bed back in February. They deliver a month later with broken furniture. We refused the order then they come back 8 Weeks later and don’t have hardware to put the bed together. I will never order from them again. And only thing I was compensated was 74$ after I paid 299 for a installation.

I will never buy from them again. I ordered this furtinure in July. The delivery date has been pushed back 3 times. When it got to my house, the bed frame had to go back because it was damaged. I still don't have over half of my order. Don't shop here. It's not worth the headache.
Absolutely horrendous experience. I’ve received multiple texts to schedule my order for delivery, but when I call and speak to someone to schedule, I am told my items are not in. Constantly getting told contradicting information about my order and the policies depending on who I speak to. It seems like Ashley’s policy right now is to tell you anything you want to hear in order to convince you to purchase and pay up front, then have to wait months and months longer than told for the delivery. I understand delays with COVID, but be honest about the estimates. I have no furniture in an apartment for 2 months now. I bought a bed frame on Amazon and had it the next day. Mattress from CASPER? 3 days. There were not one, but 2 of the exact color and model of my sofa on the floor in the store and I was told by the saleswoman Jeanne that they were not available for purchase. When speaking with someone this morning via the chat after being told my items were not available again (despite receiving an automated text and a phone call that they were), I was told I should have just asked for approval in the store to purchase the floor model! These people truly are just giving you the absolute run-around because they have your money so what difference does it make! I will never ever ever be purchasing another thing from this store and will be warning others to be wary of anything they tell you in regards to delivery or availability of any of their items.

Had been searching Facebook Marketplace for furniture, but I wanted a giant coffee table or ottoman and thought I’d pop into Ashley. I’m so glad I did! They were super helpful and listened to my desires, looked at photos of the room, and found the perfect table. I lucked out arriving during their Labor Day sale, but the prices were reasonable anyway. The supply chain issues mean I won’t have it for a few weeks, but being in construction, I know that’s normal for virtually everything. Super excited for my new table and very happy with the service. The selection was beautiful, too!

My 81 ye old old mother just moved into one of our 3 guest rooms (after 44 years in her Florida home) & I needed a white chest to complete her bedroom suite. I bought a mattress and bedroom suite from 100 oaks in June 2022! I received a call saying that the mattress would be delivered the following Tuesday, I made arrangements to have someone at my house to let delivery in; no one showed up, no call, nothing! I called and found out that it was scheduled for Thursday, I arranged for someone to be at the house, as I work, no show not call! I called and spoke with a condescending customer service rep, he said it would be delivered in 2 weeks! Nope, no call, nothing! I then cancelled my entire order, $7000 worth of furniture! I have yet to receive my money back!!!!!!!!! It looks like I will have to sue Ashley
Stopped by this Ashley, which is located in One Hundred Oaks, in search of nothing and everything at the same time. We are moving in December, so we wanted to get a feel for what completely furnishing a home felt like from style to delivery methods and time. I swung by after work on a random Tuesday and happened to be one of only a few shoppers, which was expected as Tuesday evenings aren't big furniture shopping nights. There were only two associates visible on the floor, one of which was helping the other customer and the other was sat behind the counter. I wandered around the store a few times and was greeted by the associate with the customer, but was not ever acknowledged by the counter associate. In total it took 20 minutes to get assistance. And once she began helping me, she was pleasant, not pushy and knowledgeable for the most part. We spent majority of our time in the mattress section as this store has a lot of smaller furniture due to their proximity to the city, which naturally has smaller housing spaces to fill. The store overall has a bit of a warehouse vibe to it. Seemed tossed together with not much of a flow to it. Other Ashley locations seem to have a clearly defined section for the variety or style, but this store seemed to be a hodgepodge throughout. Overall, not my favorite Ashley location. If we end up going with a big box store, I am doubtful that this will be the one we select.
Ordered a bed and frame first week of july at which the store employee said they had what i was ordering in the warehouse. Waited 2 weeks to find out that their would be 2 separate delivery date. I ask to send it together which made the order Aug 27 2022 month after purchasing. Then a day before delivery found out that they didn't put it done and now have to wait another week for my bed. Would not be shopping there anymore

Cody is the worst salesperson ever, and I will never be shopping from here again! I've tried calling him well over 10 times, even tried facetiming him, and no answer!!! My furniture isn't being delivered when promised, and delivery fees are more than what Cody told me. I am absolutely blown away!
DO NOT buy from Ashley Furniture. I will never again and no one that I know will either. They are scammers. We spent over $3000 on a dining room set to have it delivered damaged…they said they’d replace it. We just had the 9th dining room server delivered today because every single one was damaged and that one was damaged too. They are refusing to give me a refund and we have had to stay home from work once a week to have this item delivered damaged. It’s an absolute scam of a company. The delivery drivers show up smelling like weed driving a big Penske truck, and though they are pleasant to communicate with, even they speak down on the company. I will be taking this to court and the better business bureau. I have cameras of their delivery guys speaking down about the company and it will be known.

I paid for white glove delivery and the delivery men just dumped it in my apartment and left. I understand it is a 3rd party company that does the deliveries but after the fact I have tried to get ahold of Ashley Furniture on several occasions and cannot get a response from the team. Called, emailed my sales person, talked with the bot online three times and also emailed the general email and an email left in a response from the manager of Ashley furniture on a bad review. No response it’s been months.
Ordered since march, still missing! Ruined my wall! Ordered wrong stuff for me! Missing pieces! Chest came all loose! (They will send someone to fix) NA. Called tons of times, no one will help. Save yourself issues, do not buy here! I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE!

The couch is made and on a truck from what I am told too, just they have no organization or management knowing what is going on to keep furniture on track to clients like they express they can. When you contact them as they ask, they will give you an escalation specialist who can’t actually escalate or help you. They give you the same scripted response you get when you call customer service. They can’t give you an exact date, they literally are no help and do no escalation. Still no update on my couch and 4 weeks past original delivery date. DB- as I stated above I have contacted you in every way possible and no one has helped or has an answer on when. Or returned my call on alternative options. Just gives me a new date each time so your response is not helpful and goes with my scripted comment.
I have had my delivery date moved 5 times now and was told it was in stock and I would have no issues getting it within two weeks now we are at 5 weeks and it's moved again. I have called the store for the past two hours to find out what is going on and no one is answering. Your hold music talks about how you take pride in doing all your shipping, horrible experience so far. Would not recommend and not answering the phone for over an two hours is horrible customer service! Depending on who you talk to, you get completely different answers and clearly they don't have a functioning shipping department. Do not believe any dates they give you. Had a great experience with Ashley Furniture. My sales associate, David S, was very friendly and helpful, walked me through the store so I could try every sofa, and was not pushy, which is the #1 thing I want in a salesperson (I just leave the store and go elsewhere if sales people are aggressive). David was kind and helpful and I found the perfect sofa for me. I also had a great experience with delivery. Multiple text messages kept me informed of the delivery status, and I was able to change the delivery day when needed to accommodate my work. The delivery team was professional, efficient, and made time for any concerns to be addressed. I was impressed with the overall experience. I understand that not everyone has the same experience, but I would personally be glad to work with David and with Ashley Furniture again. Love my sofa and came within the few weeks they had promised. Thank you!
It was the fifth furniture store I had been to looking for living room furniture. I found exactly what I wanted. David was my sales person and was exceptional. He has it down to an art. He was personable, informative, and helpful. I will return for sure. Thank you David.
I would not recommend Ashley Furniture, and will not be a return customer. I ordered a bedroom set in June when I first moved to Nashville. It is almost August and my bed is still not assembled. I have had to deal with multiple deliveries and hardware not being included or the wrong headboard being ordered. it’s just countless mistakes one after another. I came to Ashley Furniture because I thought they were the best at furniture, but it has been disappointment after disappointment after talking with them. I am in the process of trying to get the hardware delivered for my bed. I didn’t expect to have my mattress on the floor for two months. 0/10 if I could leave no stars.
My order was a dining set. I received 1 chair on one delivery, then a table on another delivery, then another single chair on this past delivery (all months apart) and the chair wobbles. I am still owed two more chairs. Who knows I might have them by Christmas. Y'all have had my money since February 2022. There is no communication on your part that informs me that my order is coming piece meal. I had average expectations and you haven't even met those. I will not be a future customer and will not recommend you to my friends.
I came in to see what sleeper sofas were available. The staff was knowledgeable and very personable. I walked away with a better deal than I could get online. I would definitely recommend this store!
Ugh. I ordered two chairs and a table from Ashley (Ashley 719 Thompson Ln Suite 1 Nashville, TN 37204)and opened a credit account with them. On the day of delivery I was told they were in their way. I confirmed the day before and again that morning. After waiting hours and calling several times I was told they would be here soon. Then after waiting 6 hours I was told the delivery had been cancelled but no one knew why. I went to the store and was told by the manager that we could have the delivery fee refunded and he promised it would actually be delivered on the new delivery date. On the new date One chair was delivered in good condition and the other one was broken. After several calls to the store I went back again and spoke with another manager and told him I wanted to cancel the rest of the order. He then credited me for the other items and after the original deposit I would still owe roughly $90. On the credit account. My bill came in and it was for $300. I went back to the store and spoke to manager Tom who said he could do nothing on his end and would have to hand it over to thier auditing dept to get my account credited. He promised to call me the next day. After talking to another manager Two days later after no call I decided to call them. I hit the customer service button and was told I had to call the store (which is the number I called) and hit the sales number. I did. After waiting a human came on and said "thanks for calling Ashley can I put you on a brief hold" twenty minutes later I hung up. Still no call and countless hours of my time wasted. The sad part is I love my chair and was hoping to buy another.
My purchasing experience was fine. However, my furniture delivery was rescheduled no less than 5 times. I vow never to shop at Ashley Furniture again. I also had a problem with missing screws on my new bed frame. No one ever contacted me regarding fixing it although I called about it 3 times.

Well the hole thing was a complete nightmare except for Jess the salesman was nice and helped a lot getting me what I wanted, little did I know how hard it would be to get the actual furniture. It was right at 2 months it took to get my sectional sofa. And then the delivery crew said oh we can’t force it in the door of apartment and just lease it at the front door of apartment and she had no way really to access her front door. The apartment complex would have told her it was a fire hazard leaving the items there way they did. My husband and I got the 2 piece sectional in with no problems. And also she ordered the silver grey sofa sectional and received the blue one but as long as it took to get not going to complain much about that. . I don’t think she she have to pay what they are asking for the sofa with all the troubles went through just to finally get it and and it wasn’t even the color she ordered.
Everyone was super kind! Several people checked in on us a few times, but they were just trying to be helpful. Can't wait for our furniture to be delivered! 😊
Terrible customer experience with staff post purchase and delivery. Worked with an older gentleman and was told decorative pillows were included in purchase. At delivery, pillows were not included, side piece was damaged and had a dirty pillow. Upon calling store, Valorie, the regional manager and Ashley, the store associate claimed they did not know who the sales gentlemen I worked with was and stated no pillows are included. Regional manager claimed she did not have access to the work schedule and could not see who the gentleman I worked with was. Valorie was unwilling to provide her full name, worker ID or take responsibility for her team. I asked for the Corporate number and called and the number was invalid. Very unprofessional and did not care about customer’s point of view. Would not recommend anyone spend their money with this company, take your money elsewhere.

BEWARE: They have a "No return" policy (only exchange) so if you purchase something they inherently take away any leverage you have when things go wrong. SECOND, notice that most of the good reviews are people who had an experience with the SALES side of Ashley but probably didn't actually buy anything. Off the gate, the sales experience was great. Ashly took great care of us and answered all our questions. We decided to place our order at the store, instead of online, and they (mostly) matched the price we saw for things online. Basically, they made it really easy to for us to give them our money. It goes downhill from there, delivery date was supposed to be X, it got changed to Y without notice. These things happen so I think nothing of it. Furniture arrives and we're missing the headboard. Was told that we only ordered the platform (Not true, my invoice shows the price of the FULL bed and there's even a PICTURE of the full bed on my invoice) and would need to communicate with the store. Was told I would need to pay for delivery (again) and was told they couldn't do the "White Glove" service we paid for. I told them they can just have all my stuff back. I was then told they would take care of it. Headboard shows up, dude has no intention of putting it together (there's a note on the invoice that I paid for white glove but he's not even the white glove truck). I haven't even mentioned the fact that the bed frame was put together shoddily and the sectional I bought doesn't really fit together right.

We are couch shopping and this was the first place we checked. We found one we loved and spoke with the sales girl, Ashly, about it for a while. We eventually decided we wanted to go look at other stores and options first and after hours of trying out dozens of couches, we decided we for sure wanted the one from this store, so we headed back to purchase it. Ashly then changes the price she quoted us by $500 and refuses to admit she quoted us the earlier price despite having 3 people standing there, her calculating and quoting it twice, and showing us the price she calculated on her tablet. We even wrote it down as she was telling us the prices. Will never shop here or recommend to anyone
Ashly quoted us $2,025 for a couch we had picked out. When we got to the final sales screen, she then tells us the total will be $2,900 with tax and delivery. I asked why it wasn't closer to $2,500 and she said that was the price before tax and delivery. So I told her she had quoted us the $2,025 price and she said "I would never have done that." Girl, we had 3 people standing there, you ran those numbers two separate times, you showed us the number on your device, AND we wrote it down as soon as you told us. How are you gonna look us in the eye and tell us we were wrong? Jeff was nice, but a little much. The sales girl, Ashly, is deceptive or outright lies. Horrible experience. We will never recommend them or return for business.
AVOID dealing with this company and specifically the store in Nashville. I hope I can help at least one person avoid the hardship that I have endured. I have a 6 page document outlining the ongoing, unresolved issues with Ashley. I'll not share details here, but the main points. The purchased items were promised 6 weeks after delivery, despite the delays with COVID. "We have them in our warehouse. We can delivery in 6 weeks for sure." Five months later damaged goods, even incompletely built goods were delivered. The exchange items delivered after another wait were also damaged. One delivery person showed up to deliver a couch and multiple large chairs by himself despite the fact I paid for white glove delivery. I had to help carry the items into my house. I had disposed of my old furniture to receive my new items, so I was desperate. While helping him carry the items into house, my hand was crushed between the couch and the door requiring ongoing medical care. He had no tools to assemble the furniture. It became apparent that 3 of the 5 items were damaged. I couldn't refuse them because I had no way to get them out of my house because of my hand injury. The store managers (Tom and Jeff) were immensely unhelpful, refusing to resolve the situation. They passed me off to the "corporate offices" with a number to an international call center which was not equipped to resolve my issue. I finally reached somebody at the national office after multiple failed attempts at phone numbers I found online only to learn the Nashville store is locally owned and they are unable to help. I'm stuck with an injured hand, 3 damaged pieces of furniture, numerous days of lost work waiting on delivery services which never showed up and medical appointments, not to mention over 20 hours on the phone with many different people trying to resolve the issue. Never again will I step foot in an Ashley store! Buyers beware!!! Update- despite what seemed like a potentially helpful response, they remained unwilling to take responsibility & equitably resolve my issues.

Worst experience ever with this store and as always with Ashley. We bought furniture first week of February and they told us that it will be delivered first week of April.. After waiting for 2 whole months we didn’t hear anything from this store zero updates. We text them and they said it will be delivered in mid of May. In mid of May still nothing… We texted again and now they saying first week of July… ARE YOU A “J O K E” Ashley store????!!!!! After that We went twice here in person to see what is wrong twice we received totally different answers.. this store is ridiculous!!!! Customer service is terrible.. Do not even visit this store, save your time… they never send updated, no one cares about customers here.. NEVER AGAIN ASHLEY STORE NEVER EVER!!!
First off, Its extremely rare for me to leave a 1 star review. My wife and I bought a tempur-pedic mattress here yesterday and was given a promotional mattress protector, the manager said “we never do deals like that” (which everyone does) It’s not easy to sell a 3-4,000 dollar mattress without a freebie. Well, the problems came with the financing, they either lied or they really didn’t have a clue what they were doing which I find that hard to believe. They had advertised on the beds themselves 0% financing so I’m like cool I’ll use someone else’s money for free to get what we need, let’s do that. Well turns out they don’t do that unless it’s a credit card, so obviously I’m like what the heck and the down payment has already been made before any of this was said to us. Then we say fine no big deal. Let’s do the 12 month 0% same as cash which we ALL agreed upon because it was offered to us. Turns out I look at the receipt paper on the back and it’s on a 6 month terms which we did not agree upon. It seems as if they maliciously lured us and lied to us multiple times. We will go ahead and go through with the deal since the credit damage has already been done but I will never again recommend this company. I really expected more from the Wanek family. I would have been a repeat customer for years. First and last thing we ever buy from Ashley. Good luck. -T

I recently bought a couch from Ashley Home Store in One Hundred Oaks. Garin was my sales representative and I have nothing but positive things to say! Garin allowed me space as I browsed through the store and was readily on hand to answer any and all questions I had. There was full transparency regarding expectations for shipping timelines, processes and pricing. My couch was delivered the same exact date as originally quoted. I received constant text messages and calls regarding the status of my couch and what to expect the day of. The two young men who delivered my items were very respectful and got the job done within a reasonable time. Without a doubt I will consider Ashley Home Store for my future purchases
Terrible, No good customer service. Imagine: No one tries to help you or speaks to you in the store but they ironically keep up with where you are at all times by following you by speaking to “other customers” in your vicinity

EDIT: I have removed one star just because of how abysmal the customer service is after you buy. Don't be fooled by the owner comments with an email address and number to text; you will never receive any assistance with any problems with delivery, quality, etc. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The sales experience here was great, but be aware that the product itself is not great quality. The furniture looks pretty if you don't look too closely. I've found this with both Ashley products I've purchased this year: poor quality of materials and poor quality of assembly. Nails sticking out, staples not done correctly, broken or deformed board, strong-chemical-smelling wood. It's not high-end furniture though, so it's not too bad for the price.

The manager at the Nashville location was very helpful in our couch buying journey. Honestly he’s the main reason we decided to buy the couch after demonstrating the frame is made out of a trampoline like material which he proceeded to jump on in the showroom floor which was hands down hilarious. Store employees are not the problem but their delivery service is a nightmare. We bought a dining table set. We were told it’ll take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. We were ok with that. Then the nightmare started. We bought that furniture Christmas time. They came and delivered end of February, it turned out they delivered the wrong table. They told us we will get our table the following week then they canceled the delivery date which we already confirmed we will be home. We were told that the table was damaged so they rescheduled another date. And from then on, 2-3 days before expected delivery date, their automated phone calls keep calling us about every hour asking us to confirm. My husband’s phone and were just getting these calls simultaneously. We have been confirming it that we will be available for delivery, only to be canceled again on the day of delivery because apparently we have not been confirming it. I finally got to talk to customer service all the way to the supervisor and we were promised to get the furniture the next day. Husband stayed home since I came from work early the previous day hoping we’ll get that furniture that they canceled for delivery. Following day, no furniture came again. Only to be told it is not scheduled that morning but the following day. Now, we still have not seen the furniture that we ordered, still getting their automated phone calls almost every hour , to the extent of harassment level. Worst customer service ever!!!! The mere fact that the supervisor will tell me that the furniture will be delivered the following day and you stay home for it only to find out you’re not getting it. Not going to buy anymore furniture or anything else from this place.

Since my other negative review was removed, I’ll try again because we still haven’t resolved our issues. Received our sectional after so many debacles only to have it arrive missing a cushion. Called to have it replaced and they sent the wrong replacement. Called again and they sent out another cushion…this time, I have no words. They sent us enough fabric to recover the entire sectional plus batting like we were going to build our own cushion. Called customer service, told they couldn’t help me and that I need to call the store. Called the store twice…no answer. Called the escalations team I’ve been working with several times, left voicemails…no response. Emailed no response. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life and it needs to be fixed!
Walked in and the staff is just sitting down on the furniture as if they’re at home on the couch. They looked at me and not one person ever greeted me! I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about this company but I will NEVER come to this location again at 100 oaks! Literally bought a $1600 couch and a $700 farmhouse coffee table not long ago. Was looking to redo my bedroom furniture but the staff was so unwelcoming I walked straight out. If they get commission then they sure did miss out BIG TIME!!! Do better 100 oaks Ashley Homestore! I was excited to shop for my room but I will go to a different location from here on out!

Good experience, all staff very friendly. Given slow in production due to nationwide shortages on materials, as well as trucker shortage these guys are working with what they've got and keeping a good attitude while doing so. Worth at least stopping by to check out the selections - but, go well in advance of when you'd like your furniture delivered, due to shortages - which are entirely out of their hands.
I went into the store today hoping to purchase a new sectional. I seen they had a sale this weekend and have been looking online for a couple months. Shortly after I entered I met salesman Jess A. I told him what I was looking for and showed him photos of few I had taken from online. We looked at the one I liked most online and then he showed me other options. He took time to go through all my options with financing and then let me take some time to look at lamps. A manager from there came over to see how everything was going and got me a water. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and polite. I never felt pressure in making my decision. It was the easiest and friendliest furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had! I I will definitely choose them on my next home purchase
We were quickly and politely met by sales associate, Matt. He was very helpful and showed us the sofas and loveseats that met our desires. Although we have an Ashley's closer to our home, we were impressed by their store and manager, Jeff, as well as Matt. We decided to make our purchase with them. I will followup after our delivery is made . This should be done by Feb. 4.

Unfortunately after more than 2 months of waiting for the correct mattress and I think now over 12 hours cumulatively spent on the phone, I had to change my (originally 5 star) review. Matt and David were helpful sales people. But the service we have received once the sale was made from customer service and from their delivery service has been deplorable. First, they delivered the wrong mattress. Then when they went to exchange it, they brought the wrong mattress in the correct box, which was opened. My husband luckily had made them check it before accepting it. Why would they have put a cheaper brand in the open (correct brand) box? We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt there and not say they were intentionally doing something shady. We declined it only to find out that the mattress we paid for was not even in stock. We still don’t have the mattress and I have major surgery on Wednesday and a newborn baby on the way. This was supposed to help me recover from surgery and instead it has become a nightmare/vortex/ Bermuda Triangle of us having to call customer service and them saying there is nothing they can do to help us and blaming the delivery service which they say is a separate 3rd party entity and they can’t communicate with them about the order or have them resolve anything. We work super hard for our money and really should be able to expect better service for the largest purchase we’ve ever jointly made besides our cars and house. How hard is it to just get the item we paid for brought to our house? At this point we would expect a call from someone higher up as to what they are doing to rectify this. The supervisors in customer service always say there is nothing they can do. So who do we talk to?

The reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because after purchase I went online to pull up a picture to show my daughter and found that online the item was $200 less than what we paid in-store. That’s extremely irritating. But again, the service received from DC and Garren was top notch!

Matthew M. is admittedly a sleep geek! I needed a bed in a pinch with little time to shop yet managed to check four stores including Mattress King across the street. Ashley Homestore is lovely and Matthew was super helpful. The displays were excellent and the pricing was better than the other two options of in stock queen memory foam beds that I found. Very pleased with the service and the price! Plus for a low fee I am getting White Glove delivery and they are taking the old mattress away!
My husband and I just bought a new mattress yesterday. We worked with Matt who is a mattress guru! He was SO knowledgeable about all things mattress-related! We bought a bed, and a sofa, spent over $7000. Our cushion was delivered missing a cushion, our bed is being delivered a week later than we had set up. I went to Ashley’s Furniture at 100 Oaks to browse for new ideas regarding my living room furniture as I need an upgrade. I met David who works there and he was extraordinary!! He is a very nice guy who seems very genuine and honest. He didn’t aggressively try to sell me anything. He just mentioned all the options but left it at that. He took his time and listened to everything I had to say. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored nor did I feel overwhelmed. I browsed a bit and he came back to check on me. He suggested meeting the sleep doctor and which I did. I am so glad I did too because I learned a lot about healthy sleeping and laid in the most comfortable beds. I strongly encourage anyone who shops here to ask for David when looking to purchase new furniture. I will most definitely be following up with David as soon as possible.
Worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything. Furniture took 6 months and then the wrong item was delivered. Now I’m dealing with rude customer service agents trying to get it corrected or refunded. I wouldn’t recommend Ashley furniture to my worst enemy.

I will never shop with Ashley Homestore ever again. Too many bad and stressful situations have happened while working with them. My first experience was when I lived in a previous state. The salesman talked my husband and I into buying furniture by stating that the delivery was going to be in a few weeks. We scheduled our delivery and all for our new home in a different state. On the day of delivery, we received no phone call and we were sitting there waiting for our furniture to arrive. We were getting worried since we didn't here anything from the afternoon. I get on the phone with them and find out that there was a delay in out furniture for 30-60 more days. This was my first time ever buying furniture. It was ruined by this experience. I went to this local store to resolve the issue. The salesman were nice, welcoming, kind and understanding. I end up cancelling my original agreement and getting a new set of furniture that could be immediately sent in to our home in two days. The furniture arrived just as we hoped. The experience I am dinging this location for is the fact that we were told that 30 days within our furniture arriving, we are supposed to get a bill for our furniture from one of their affiliated banks. On 6/28, I get a text saying that we have a payment past due plus the next months payment. I was very confused because I did not receive a bill in the mail from them. It turns out that the bank had issues mailing our account information to us. It turned out further that the salesman that we worked with didn't make sure to put our new address for mailing purposes, yet they somehow had the information for delivery??? I told them we moved here and my new address should have been confirmed as a mailing address and not just a delivery address. My account is now in delinquent status from a missed payment. I am worried about how this will affect my credit. We never got the cards associated with the bank lender that their company has. If it goes that far, I will report to BBB concerning this issue. They also never made sure that I had an email address listed with my furniture bill. There is a huge lack of communication in this business. I had two bad experiences with two different locations. I will never give anymore money and time to Ashley Homestore ever again. Ever.

I had called the store earlier in the day looking to see if they had a specific reclining sofa in stock. I talked to someone named Matt and he looked up the item number and found it would have to be ordered. He made some other suggestions and my wife and I decided to go visit the store even though it is 40+ miles from where we live. When we arrived, Matt was busy with another customer so we decided to wait for him. The store manager kept us informed how Matt's other meeting was going and even Matt broke away to inform us it would only be a few minutes more. Meantime, my wife and I found another reclining sofa we liked and when Matt was free we asked about the new one we had found. He answered our questions and we decided to purchase that one. Matt ran all the paperwork and really made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this store and Matt Ashley (no relation, he told us :)) as your go to sales representative!!

If you’re considering shopping at Ashley Furniture, DON’T! I cannot put to words how bad their service is. they never provided service, nor delivered any of the furniture I ordered. They promised 3 different dates, never delivered on any of them and simply said that they don’t know when and they can’t guarantee delivering a product! If you can’t guarantee a service and can’t guarantee delivery- don’t sell!! Save yourself the trouble and pick a different store!

Rudest staff! I love waking into a store and having the staff ignore me and look down on me. This is an additional review: I purchase an item online and it has been a nightmare to return. Customer service has not been helpful and had no intention of helping me. I purchased the same item but in a different size which was cancelled for some reason without informing me. Worst customer and online user experience. You have lost a customer and I will be recommending to more people not to shop here.

If I could put no stars or negative stars I would, I purchased my furniture from this store January and until may 12th they delivered only a portion of my furniture and still missing the couch. when I called they told me I had to go and re select it and nobody from the store called me for it. When I went to the store the customer service was awful the “managers” on duty were Nonchalant and sitting around not helping and they were like well you can return it. No help at all. Never AGAIN will I purchase furniture from Ashley store and specially this store

I am a first-time home buyer, excited but also a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of furnishing my own house! I came in with the intention of looking around, but Garin was extremely helpful and gave me the space to look around on my own, and then let me know about the deals and sales that were currently going on. I ended up walking out having bought a mattress and adjustable bed frame. I didn't fall in love with a sectional and wanted to hold off for now, and didn't feel pressured by Garin at all. Do not do business with this company!!!! This was by far the worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever had!!! I purchased from them in November of 2020 never received any communication about delays, continued to call for months!!! Finally a delivery was scheduled in February of 2021. They showed up with my sectional when I was told I was receiving my tv stand, marked the tv stand as delivered ( although I never got it) damaged my property trying to deliver the sectional and still will not respond to my emails or calls about my property damage!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This store has major issues with delivery. I was given a time frame of 10am-1pm and by 9pm I had not received my sofa. I was home all day and even called the delivery person who did not pick up or respond to my texts. The following day there was no apology just another delivery day for the following Saturday with no specified time. Today I received an email about my MONDAY delivery. So again I call to speak to a manager and instead got a supervisor who talked over me and made this all my fault. Rude and condescending. They are super slick on selling you but after that they could care less. If you value your money and time do not give them your business.
I ordered from Ashley about a year ago and everything went great, delivery went smoothly, and I had no complaints. However, I ordered a coffee table over a month ago and the scheduled delivery date was supposed to be over two weeks ago but it never came. I called and they said it got pushed back about a week but I was never notified. A week goes by and it doesn't come again so I called and after being on hold for 30 minutes, the person who answered hung up on me. I called again and they said it got pushed back again but again, I received no notification. I called again today and they said it got pushed back even further now and I can't schedule the delivery until it arrives at the warehouse. So all in all, I have no idea when it will be delivered and every customer service agent I spoke with was very rude and not helpful. I am never buying from Ashley Furniture again.

This was by far the worst buying experience I have ever experience. The customer service was worst than a 1 star. I know me saying I will never buy anything from Ashley's ever again won't put a dent in their profits. But having a paying customer who was highly disappointed in the service I receive should count as something. I was promise a delivery date and never received a call to say the delivery date was push back. After calling due to the furniture not being delivered I was given a new delivery date. But what do you know that day came and still no delivery. I again called just to be told the delivery was pushed back again. After that I requested for my order to be cancelled. But as luck would have it I called after a week and was told that the cancellation was never put in. I called again after I put in the cancellation again and was told that I needed to call the store directly because that's where the hold up was. After calling numerous times I never was able to get through. I'm not sure if this is actually a representation of Ashley's itself or just this store location. Which ever it is I highly recommend working on adequate customer service and making sure the lines of communication are open. So that the customer isn't left in limbo about something they've purchase with their hard earned money.
(Edit) They have a very comfortable atmosphere with a great selection. But they will lie to you to get a sale and you won’t see your furniture for 4 months! Take your business elsewhere.

Overall it was a great experience. Chelsie was very helpful, but not at all pushy. After greeting me once I entered she let me browse the store and followed up with me after I had time to look around. At that point she helped me decide between the two beds I had settled on and hooked me up with the best deals she could offer. I am very pleased with my experience.

Walked in expecting just to look at couches but they had great options for a small space (which I needed) and the sales guy Trey was helpful but not too clingy and hovery. Surprisingly pleasant experience and I ended up buying a small sectional at a great price. Would shop there again.
We entered Ashley home store today after being totally frustrated by another furniture store. Our frustration melted away after Carmesha greeted us and began helping us find the dining table and bench we wanted. She asked about our kids and looked at pictures of our pets. We left with delivery scheduled for our new furniture and vowing to never even attempt another furniture store again! We already have a sectional and recliner that are Ashley and we LOVE them and have been so impressed with the quality! The recliner is almost 3 years old and still looks new! The couch is almost a year old and is seriously the easiest thing to clean!! I’m beyond happy with Ashley and would recommend this store to anyone!

Just wanted to let you know I met two of the sweetest employers at your store, Matt Morris and Liz at 100 Oaks. I’m not working now and my husband and I are living off Social Security. My husband got his $600 Stimulus check this week, so since I was in bad need of a sofa, I knew I had to go looking for a new one. I had been looking at other stores for weeks but was not satisfied with the other brands. I’m a big believer in Ashley furniture, it has always been my favorite. Seems like every store I went in, I didn’t like what I saw. I would ask, “Don’t you have any Ashley Furniture?” They all would say the same thing, “No, we don’t carry Ashley Furniture.” I finally came to a furniture store and asked, “Do you not carry Ashley Furniture?” A very nice person said, “No, but there’s a Ashley Store down the road.” So walking in at your store at 100 Oaks we were met by a salesman named Matt and a lady named Liz. I told them what I was looking for and they were most helpful. I came real close to buying a sofa. It was really what I had been looking for, good quality and would let out and make a bed for when I had company, but when I found out I couldn’t get it that day, I told them I had to have something right away. We had come in my daughters PU Truck and I wanted to carry it home today. Even though I didn’t buy anything today, I know where to go now when I’m in need of any furniture, Ashley Furniture Store at 100 Oaks, Nashville,Tn. Great quality, and two of the most helpful and exceptionally nice workers I’ve met in a long time.

If you're reading great reviews, chances are they haven't had to wait 4+ months for their furniture to be delivered yet. We made our purchase in November and were told we would have both pieces of our sectional by the end of December/beginning of January. It is now set to the middle of March. I have had to physically go in to the store on several occasions to check on the status because our sales rep was incredibly inconsistent, and turns out he moved to another location and just decided not to respond to my texts, verses redirect me to someone else. We have been told one date over and over only for it to get pushed back again. I went in 2 weeks ago and was told February 28th. I went in 3 days ago and was told March 11th. We have also been paying on the warranty for the last 3 months for a couch we do not have. I understand COVID is delaying orders, but the fact that I have been left in the dark unless I physically drive up to the store (because no one answers the phone there) is just ridiculous. If the couch is not delivered by this next date I will be requesting a refund on both the amount paid towards the warranty, and the amount paid on the couch already. Just ridiculous. I'll be happy once this is all over, which ever direction we end up going and will never be doing business with this company again, and will be making sure to redirect anyone who thinks to buy furniture from here.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. This was the absolute worst retail experience, from start to finish, I’ve ever endured. I placed the order by phone 11.29 (Black Friday sale) and they promised me delivery on 1.12. During my call, I asked the sales assoc. to update my delivery address because we had moved. Simple enough, right? Well, apparently, with Ashley, nothing is simple. The address was, in fact, entered incorrectly into the order. It took 3 subsequent phone calls (total of 2.5 hours) for them to finally tell me they cannot correct an address over the phone, asking me to physically “go to a store” to update the address. At the same time, they also informed me that the system showed I would not be receiving my order until March. So, I took time off and went to Store A, and we changed my address. But Store A told me that, if I wanted a different (ie sooner) delivery date than March, I’d need to go to Store B- the store my order had been assigned to. So I took more time away from work, and went to Store B, who gave me a new delivery date of 2.11. In the days before the scheduled delivery, I repeatedly tried calling the store to confirm; no answer. 2.11 came & went, with no delivery. After the failed delivery, I repeatedly called Store B to determine what had happened; no answer. Finally, I contacted their national call center and was advised that delivery had been moved to 3.25, but it could take longer. This associate was NO help, and I was forced to request to speak with a supervisor. When a supervisor finally got on the call, I expressed my absolute frustration to him, and all I received was a cold “there is nothing we can do. We don’t control the manufacturer or distributor.” When I asked if I could escalate the call, the supervisor informed me that there was no one else to take the call. And when I next asked for a refund, I was told he would “submit a request” for a refund but there were no guarantees. And when I asked to speak to the refund department he informed me “they don’t take calls”. At this point, I’ve spent more time away from work to address this order than the amount of money I paid for my furniture. And the worst part is that the problem is still not fixed and I still do not have my furniture. I am weighing whether to take legal action if the refund is denied, but the point is that I will NEVER do business with this shady company again. Which is sad, because I’ve purchased some nice pieces from Ashley in the past. No amount of savings and no great offer (on paper) is worth this level of frustration. This company is incompetent, at best, but they’re set up to take your money without an issue! I recommend you stay far away and save yourself a headache and loss of your money.

One of the worst experiences shopping I’ve had in a long time. I’ve talked to probably 10 different people through their customer care line and went into this store to complain and ask for a refund. I’ve been told different dates of when my money will be returned (I never received the items because they kept getting delayed) AND I had emails and missed calls asking me to schedule delivery and when I followed up whoever I spoke with on their help line was rude and told me “you don’t get to choose your delivery we do”, I then proceeded to play this person the voicemail that another Ashley employee left 5 mins before I called back saying to call back and schedule my delivery. This person then said that employee is wrong and my stuff isn’t even in. I’m sorry I spent 800 dollars and nobody can tell me consistent information?!! I’ve gone to the store who said no worries we will take care of this, you’ll have your refund in the next 3-5 days. Still no refund. I called back and spoke to another help person for 45 mins who told me there was no documentation about a refund and he would help me. That was on the 2nd, still no refund. He told me I should have it by the 10th. Nope. Called back yesterday said it’s pending since the 5th. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Once you leave the store and paid everything changes and you get the rudest people plus you never get one agent or ticket numbers. I have to keep following up for my money. Will be returning to the store if my money is not in my account by Monday to try to get this taken care of. RIDICULOUS. Try shopping at Bliss Home - I went there after this nightmare and already have my items and their customer service was amazing.

I really am thankful I decided to purchase from Ashley Homestore. My salesman was not a “salesman” but a consultant and friend. Rodney McCasland could not have been better! Love my tempur-pedicure mattresses and adjustable frames! What a difference!
I would avoid this store at all costs. They do not care to resolve any issue- very clueless when it comes to customer service. Their phone rings off the hook. The manager has been left messages to call me back and has not. I called another Ashley Furniture store in their district and had another manager send a direct message to this stores manager- her name is Ashley. I’ve not received anything. The call center who is literally labeled “customer care” is useless- they tell you to call the store you purchased your items from for assistance. You better hope your sales associate doesn’t quit and move to Georgia before they help you get your furniture delivered, because no one else will help you because it’s not their sale and they don’t care. I ordered this set on Black Friday, it’s February 1st. Ashley Furniture might as well close their call center down because they’re wasting money on paying employees to answer the phone and just piss the customer off even more. No one will release the district managers phone number to me. I’m at the point of speaking with the regional manager. They are about to lose a sale and they don’t care. I get we are just one couple and it’s a bedroom set- but still, you would think they would want to at least act like they’d like to retain our business. I will avoid buying anything from this company, I will go out of my way even if it’s inconvenient.

I recently went in to the store on a Sunday evening and was immediately assisted and offered the promotion that was available. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to answering questions, and finally, purchasing a couch. I ended up purchasing a couch and a chair, and love them both! I couldn't recommend Ashley HomeStore enough if you're looking to buy comfortable and affordable furniture.

The worst, never buy from here because you’ll be waiting for your furniture for 5months When I went to the store it was good customer service but getting my furniture has been a nightmare. I called multiple times and even talked to the rep that helped me and she said and I quote “Yes, the warehouse makes adjustments to orders according to business” like I’ve been waiting since January and still don’t have all of my furniture, it’s so unprofessional!
Delivered us the wrong bed (after waiting three weeks). It then took them another month to get us the correct bed. On top of that, customer service told me it was being delivered “on Wednesday and you will need to be home.” After staying home from work and never receiving a call, they never showed up. I called back and a different person said “the first person you spoke to was mistaken, the bed was being delivered to our warehouse on that Wednesday. It will be a few more weeks before it’s delivered to your house. You will receive a call” They offered no compensation or discount after all of this.
My experience was so quick and easy. Jacob helped us with exactly what we were looking for, and I will definitely be back!

DO NOT shop here!!!! They have the absolute worst customer service. It took over 2 months to get our furniture delivered. The salesperson explained it would take that long due to COVID, which we completely understood and were willing to wait. After our delivery date being pushed back multiple times we finally got our furniture. Not only did they send the wrong dining table, they sent damaged chairs. When the right table was finally delivered we found out they sent the same damaged chairs. One ever knows what’s going nor do they have a situation for the problem. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
We walked in knowing what we were looking for. We explained that to our sale lady who was so nice, non-pushy & helpful. We bought 5 dining room chairs & a matching bench. She made it so easy. We had our 4 year old (on her birthday mind you) and our 11 month old with us but we’re in & out of the store in 25 minutes! Our furniture will arrive 3 days later. So great! We were there a little over a year ago for new mattresses and also had a great experience. Wonderful salespeople, selection & VERY reasonable prices. So happy! Highly recommend

Chelsie gave us fantastic customer service and we really appreciate everything she did to assist unfortunately the store manager could not provide the same service as her, we called the store several days in a row trying to get in contact with the store manager to process our exchange on the order and she was always in a meeting and couldn’t talk to us and never called back, we finally had one of the assistant managers call us back and take care of it but it was ridiculous having to wait over a week for our exchange to be processed and now since it took so long to process our bedroom exchange it won’t arrive until late March when we were told mid to late February when we chose the new set in the store a whole month later because the manager couldn’t take a call and process our order for us

I ordered a sofa, loveseat, cockatil table and tv stand! I ordered in November in store i was told my furniture would be delivered towards ends of December towards first week of January when i walked out. After several attempts of trying to call to get an update on order mids of December i was told my cocktail table would be delivered the 19th of December but didn't have a date yet for the rest. It is Now January 5th and never got notification for delivery or anything after and no table yet. After several more attempts of calling throughout yesterday and Today and finally getting connected to someone I was told that parts of my order would be delivered mids February and some in March!! The whole situation was ridiculous and trying to connect with someone here is as well! I have canceled my order and now have to go look somewhere else after lies and lies about my shipment of my order. If you want to wait over 4 months for furniture to be delivered then this is your Store if not i suggest you look for furniture else where.

We shopped at the One Hundred Oaks store on Jan 1 2021. We were met at the door by Ashleigh, who helped us immensely in our decisions. We were in the market for bedroom furniture as well as bedding. Ashleigh and Isabella showed my wife and I all of the options available and explained the features and benefits of each. This was a major investment and thanks to their expert knowledge I am certain we made the right choice. I highly recommend this location based on selection, price, but most importantly the staff. We received outstanding service from the moment we walked in the door right up until we set up delivery of our new bedroom. It’s refreshing to work with individuals who were genuinely interested in our needs and making the right decisions for us. Keep up the great work!

Delivery has been changed multiple times. Waited months on my order. Do not go to Ashley furniture if you need your furniture in the near or even distant future.

My initial review was that the customer service experience was great and I didn’t have any complaints! Fast forward to a week later and my experience has been the WORST experience I’ve encountered in a long time from a store. I don’t even know where to begin?!?! If I could give no stars I would. No one takes accountability at all!!!!!! It’s been a complete nightmare with this store! 🤬 I was originally given a date from the sales associate regarding when I could expect my furniture to be delivered. BUT those dates went by and there was O communication from him. So I followed up with him to find out the current status of my order. He ensured my order would be available by a completely different date and that he would call me the very next day to give me the status of the new ticket information. He NEVER called me. I called him and he was "unavailable". I called him back yesterday and was told that he was not working but when asked associate about my order he stated that my sales associate never even put the order in. At this point I'm in complete shock and upset for the obvious reasons. But I was willing to try to still work with them to see if there was any possibility of me choosing different furniture pieces. I opened up a line of credit with the store as well just to mention. There was nothing that they could do and it was basically just go with the dates that were now provided. There was NO apology or empathy from their end. This experience has been horrible and VERY disappointing and disgusting. To be treated this way and always avoiding accountability and not providing not even decent customer service. Which exceptional customer service is what they claim to provide. All lies! 🚫 1. Poor communication 2. No manager or asst manager available EVER to speak. 3. Everyone is always "on lunch" 4. Inaccuracies on delivery of furniture. 5. Rude staff that answers the phone that yells, argues with customer, doesn't apologize for bad experience, avoids accountability, continues to state "everyone is on lunch". I have reached out to the corporate office. And cancelled my order. This whole experience has not only wasted my time but money. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble!

I have never been so disappointed or frustrated while buying anything as I have been during my 4 month long debacle with Ashley. We recently just moved from an apartment to a house. My husband and I are from a small town in MS that has an Ashley manufacturer in it so we felt loyal to buy from them. We have previously bought items from Ashley when we still lived in Mississippi and had no issues so we bought a sectional and a kitchen table/chairs on August 16th from the Ashley homestore on Thompson Lane. We were told upon ordering that all of our items were in stock and to expect our delivery in 4-10 weeks. We called every few weeks for an update and every time we were told our order was backordered (when we were previously told everything was in stock). Anyways, we let this slide seeing as it&'s a pandemic and we know things are different. Week 14 we finally got a call that our table/chairs would be delivered the following week but that our sectional was still on backorder. Later that week, my husband and I tested positive for Covid19 and out of respect for the delivery team, we called customer service to reschedule our delivery. We were told someone would return our call to reschedule our delivery date when we were out of quarantine. Days passed and we never received a call, so we called to followup and were told that &"due to our cancellation of delivery, our items were given to the next customer in line and that we would have to wait for the items to be back in stock.&" If this would have been explained to us, we could have worked something out with the delivery team to leave our items outside. A few weeks pass with no updates, so we call to check on the status of our sectional and table/chairs again. We are told that our sectional is now in stock and were given a number to call to schedule a delivery. Prior to calling this number, we received a text message stating that our sectional would be delivered on Saturday to our old address in Mississippi. Keep in mind, we purchased all of our items in Nashville and have not used our Mississippi account with Ashley in over 5 years. We called customer service yet again to confirm that our items were going to our Nashville address. We were told &"I have no clue why the text message says your old address, your items will be delivered to Nashville.&" Fast forward a few days and it is finally Saturday, the day our couch will finally be delivered (23 weeks after purchase) and we get another text message saying our delivery will be there in 1 hour again with our old address. We called yet again to confirm that it was going to the right address and were told once again that it would be delivered to Nashville. Thankfully, my sister in law lives in our old address in MS and called us about 45 minutes later to tell us that a delivery truck was in her driveway with our sectional. We could not believe that we called so many times to verify and it STILL went to the wrong address. We told her not to accept the items because we did not want to have to drive 4+ hours and rent a vehicle to transport our sectional back to Nashville. Following this revelation, we returned to the homestore we purchased our items at to speak with a manager regarding all of our issues. We were told that nothing could be done until the items were returned to the distribution center they came from. So not only could we not get a refund, we couldn&'t figure out WHY or HOW this happened or WHEN we could expect to actually get our items that were originally promised to be delivered in October. We were told that nothing could really be done until Monday afternoon but that we could have our $200 delivery fee comped. Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed in the way that all of our issues have been managed. I feel unheard and that I don&'t matter as a customer. I know that delays are expected, but all of these mess ups can not be forgotten. Customer loyalty has definitely gone out the window with Ashley at this time.

Worst customer service ever. And our &"white glove&" delivery was a joke. The guys just threw our furniture in, didn&'t set it up and unboxed it on our gravel driveway so it&'s dirty with gravel stuck to it. Never again will I deal with this store. Buyers beware!!So NOW they want to make it right? Yeah, I won&'t be emailing back, they couldn&'t respond or be helpful before we got our delivery what makes me think that they will do anything now?
They were always friendly, I loved that I could layaway my furniture and take my time getting it out. They have a very nice selection of furniture also.

Chelsey Wade, Sales Professional, was so nice to help me decide on the sofa I purchased. The beautiful show room at Ashley Home Store will leave you in awe. There are many choices. You can just walk around and enjoy this beautiful Show Room. All of the Sales Professionals are so helpful. I highly recommend checking out this Show Room when making a purchase.
UPDATE: we finally got the chair delivered. But on the way out of the house they scratched the walls so badly that we will have to patch and paint the walls. We have been trying to get them to respond to our complaint but they won’t. We ordered a chair back in march and when it was delivered it was the wrong color. No biggie quick fix right? NO. It is now almost October, we've had the order cancelled on us at least 3 separate times after making arrangements to be available during delivery. This last time really takes the cake though. I have been trying for 2 days now to change our delivery date as it no longer works for us. There is no way to change it over the internet/ over text so I tried calling. I called twice and after an hour on hold it hung up on me both times. I can't get a hold of anyone at the actual store and when I called corporate I was told that since this is a franchise they wouldn't be able to help with this issue. The customer service is so god awful that I just want a refund at this point but can't get a hold of anyone to do it.
The first day that I went into the Ashley Home Store at 100 Oaks, 719 Thompson Lane, Suite 1, Nashville TN. 37211, I had an emergency, and needed a restroom. The first person that I ran into and who helped me, was Chelsie Wade. Before I left the store that day, I saw a bedroom set and Chelsie was right there and we started talking and I had told her I’ve been wanting a new bedroom set for a long time. Since that particular day I didn’t have the time to stay and look around and see what my options are, so I gave Chelsie my information. She made sure she kept in touch with me. She sent me a message on November 7, 2020 seeing how I was doing and to let me know that they were having a really good sale going on. I happened to be free that day, so I went on over to Ashley’s. I got with Chelsie and we looked around at the different bedroom sets. I finally found one I really liked. Chelsie and I then sat down and went over everything. She was the BEST! She made sure I had what I wanted and made sure my needs were met and I was happy with my selection. I then sat down in Reico Carter’s office, and we worked out a finance plan that worked for my budget. He was very helpful and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. He made that whole process easy. If I ever have anything I want or need for my home, I will go back to Ashley Home Store. I will make sure that I get to work with Chelsie Wade again. I loved working with her finding what I wanted, and Reico Carter, I look forward to working with him again if I need to finance anything. Chelsie Wade and Reico Carter, I’m glad they were there to help. If you are ever at that Ashley Home Store location, ask for them. Thank you Ashley Home Store! I can’t wait for my new bedroom set to be delivered!

If there was a no star button I most definitely would’ve given that. So when I went into the store the lady that specializes in the mattresses was excellent. My problem comes in when customers call and you guys don’t answer when it’s a major problem at hand. I got a call and the delivery business said they can’t deliver my bed when scheduled. So I’ve been trying to call for the past hour and nobody ever picks up. The delivery lady calls me again n I tell her I’ll pick it up. She goes on n tell me I would have to call the 100 oaks store and I tell her they’re not answering the phone. She then tells me to call customer service. I call customer service and do it that way and still no answer from the 100 oaks store. This is the most unprofessional store ever I will never purchase any furniture from you guys again. Complete failure of a store

I went to the location in 100 Oaks in Nashville. Travis immediately greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made it very simple to make my purchase and even accommodated my 85 year old (and very picky LOL) grandmother. I would definitely recommend Ashley for all your furniture needs. Affordable and quality furniture for the entire home. Impeccable customer service is the icing on the cake.

It took 3 months to get my son's bed, kept changing the delivery date, and once they even attempted to deliver a very damaged bed. Stores do not answer the phone. Customer service has excessively long hold times and will just tell you to go back to the store anyway.
This company is fraudulent and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I purchased a bedroom set on June 27. They said there would be a slight delay but to expect the delivery around July 28. As directed, we called that week to get a final delivery date set. We also purchased a narrow 5-drawer dresser from a coordinating set but was told it was on backorder. They forgot to input the appointment (which was the 2nd week of Aug) so we had to call again, this time settling on Aug 22. The delivery window was between 4:15 pm and 7:15 pm. They didn’t call until 9:20 pm and said they were 15 minutes away. They showed up at 9:50 pm. They delivered seven pieces, all of which were damaged except for the mirror and the rails. The headboard had some blemishes on it, but they said a technician could come and fix it. I was told to call the distribution center to set up a date to have a new set delivered. I called and after being on hold for 40 minutes, I got someone who told me there was nothing they could do. I tried again and got someone else who told me that I had to call a different center but they somehow didn’t have the number. I was then told to go into the store where I purchased the set. That store, at 100 Oaks is closed. I have been in contact with my originally salesperson who supposedly “put in a ticket” to address the issue. Now whenever I call to follow up I get immediately sent to voice mail. Also, the narrow chest that I purchased is apparently discontinued and not available at any local distribution center. I was told I'd be getting refunded for the discontinued chest two weeks ago but it is still yet to appear in my account. Being as though it was my understanding that the set would be delivered, I had a junk removal company come and haul away the set that was being replaced. Since we didn’t have any dressers, we had our clothes in totes that we had to get while we are waiting for the set to get here. Additionally, we have a mirror, rails and damaged headboard sitting in our bedroom with no idea when the issue will be resolved. After three more weeks, the dresser and chest were delivered but the headboard was never swapped out for a new one. The delivery people came today and swapped out the headboard but never put the bed together. They said the person who first delivered it should have put it together. One of the delivery guys assured me that they'd come back and put it together after delivered to the next customer. That was six hours ago and they never came back. So now we are up to Oct 1 and still don't have an order fulfilled despite it being created on June 27. The bed isn't put together and the chest that I purchased that was suddenly discontinued and never delivered has not been refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE EVER.
I will NEVER EVER purchase from Ashley’s furniture store! I do not care if they told me I can take an item straight off the floor that same day! I would not even trust that! I ordered a sofa in May ‘20 and was told that it would be delivered on Sept. 2nd. That included a 3 month waiting period with multiple phone calls from me which mostly were not answered and me making trips to the store. They blamed the delay on Covid, but I heard this is what Ashley’s have always done prior to Covid. On August 11th, I was able to cancel my order and was told I would get my full refund. Of course, I am still waiting on that refund! You cannot go to the store because it is closed! How convenient lol. I just want my money back so I can be done with them FOREVER!!!!!!
Even after a horrible experience they still send me spam text messages after asking them to stop all marketing either how horrible they are in the sales department. Ashley is a horrible company who will lie to you, laugh i. Your face and not care one ounce about you only your money. They say in their reply to contact then to help if something is still wrong but know they won&'t help at all- it is just more fake marketing. This business needs to be shut down by the Tennessee consumer protection division for fraud
I ordered my product in may. I was told it would take 2 weeks. They postponed my deliveries 4 times over the course of 5 months. They wouldnt always tell me about postponements they simply didn't show up. I would call and be promised a call back to get things figured out. I'm still waiting on the call back. I will never use them again. They blamed the delays on covid but if you look at past complaints they are centered around the same things. I had to file a claim with the BBB. This finally got me my product. The amount of claims they have against them on the bbb site is crazy. Please save yourself the headache.
No hassle, high quality furniture
The worst furniture buying experience I have ever been through. I purchased my furniture online to be delivered by the DSG-Nashville group. First delivery went by and was notified AFTER the delivery date of delay. Today is now the second delivery date and still no furniture. No email, no call, no nothing. They have not answered my calls or emails. I live 2 hours from Nashville so I can't just show up to the store. I have tried the online chat, I have tried calling the 1-800 number and nothing. The last time I ordered something 4 years ago they put a hole in my door and it took almost a year to get the money to fix it. I would recommend going to ANY other furniture store.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I am still in the middle of it. We placed an order in MAY, and we were assured that we would receive items in two weeks. We have had SEVEN rescheduled deliveries, with no updates as to why this keeps happening. If you want to call customer service for help, good luck, because all you will do is sit on hold for hours listening to a reel of how "Ashley Furniture is the #1 furniture store for the last 60 years", yet, I have called more than 45 times and not gotten an answer. I have called the customer service line, the store line, the delivery line--nothing. We have paid $1000 as well as our first monthly payment and we are still missing half our order. We cancelled 4 items from the original order as well because the ONE time someone answered they said "these could ship tomorrow or they could ship in twelve months, we just don't know". I have never been so upset at a customer service experience in my life. I work in customer service, and if I were them I would be working my butt off and communicating to resolve the issue. Not taking someone's money and leaving them with nothing. We will NEVER come back to this store, and if I could get someone to answer, I would just ask for a full refund and give what I have back. This is just so terribly disappointing. I am disgusted and appalled by how terrible this is. We work hard for our money, and we thought that spending it here would be worth it, and we have never been so wrong. Shame on you Ashley Furniture. I will warn everyone I know to never work with your company. The furniture is not worth the customer service and delivery issues you will deal with. Do NOT go to this store or company.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. The delivery time, originally quoted at 5 weeks, ended up being 13 weeks. They notify you of delays via text a couple days before your delivery date. We called several times to try and get a better estimate of delivery but they NEVER answer the phone. We finally had to go to the store to get an answer. I repeat, they expect you to travel to the store during a pandemic to get answers to simple questions about existing orders. After 13 weeks the delivery crew damaged several walls bringing the furniture in. They said insurance would call us back - what a surprise, that never happened. We called again - no answer. We would be on our way to the store again to get an answer but it is now "closed for repairs"!! There is also no corporate line to call, you have to deal with the local store. What a horrible company.
Me and my husband ordered our furniture on July 1st with this store and told to expect our furniture around August 14th. However, we received a delay close to the delivery date saying that we should expect the furniture around late September. So, we went to store to resolve the issue, but Manager was not willing to communicate and try to come up with excuses, still we ordered additional furniture because we were newly moved and had to order our needs. My husband went to the store couple times after that and still received the same attitude from manager. We don’t even have an arrival date for our 2nd group of furniture order; additionally, 1st group of our furniture got an additional 3-5 weeks delay today. Even though, sales representatives are helpful and nice, management should be changed. We also understand that corona virus slows everything down; however, it should not be over 3 months to deliver a furniture. (We have also been told that the August 14th supposed to be the date with corona virus delay at the beginning.) If we could give zero star, we definitely would.

4 months of sitting on the floor waiting on them to make up their mind on a delivery date while twice a month I getting emails saying “your couch is going to be delivered in two days” Customer service says “we are closed” and hangs up. I am starting to get the feeling Ashley Furniture is scamming and stealing my money. If you know who I am, you know I don’t do this. But this has gotten ridiculous and I am very unhappy with this company.
First I would like to reiterate that I absolutely love my bedroom suite! It is sturdy and gorgeous and I have no regrets except for the experience I had with Ashely which is why this is getting a 1 star rating. Like many stores, things are on backorder during shutdowns of factories, etc...and that cannot be helped but the poor customer service and experience I had is completely unacceptable especially after spending THOUSANDS of dollars with Ashley. Upon the first scheduled on time delivery I received an email confirmation of date and time window for my furniture. But the day before it was scheduled to be delivered I received a voicemail indicating it would be delayed and to call back to reschedule. I called 6 times over a 2 day period and never once got to speak with a real person. I was put in a call queue and was hung up on after 45 minutes on hold each time I called. The only customer service interaction I had was when I went on the website and chatted with a customer service representative. I was then told it would be rescheduled for the next week on the 27th and would receive another email confirmation...that email never came so again tried to call and never got to speak with someone. Back to chat we go! CS chat told me that I was not on the schedule for the 27th and the earliest would be the 30th so I cleared my scheduled to be home but would receive a time window for delivery on Wednesday before Friday's delivery. Wednesday came and went with no email but when Thursday came, I got an email telling me my delivery was schedule for the DAY AFTER (Saturday) on the agreed upon delivery date of Friday. Not only did I have to clear my schedule once again but had miss out on a really important event for a best friend. The delivery men were professional and polite and then told me they forgot the hardware for my under bed storage drawers so it would not be fully assembled until the hardware was installed and that someone would contact me and be out on Tuesday to finish the job. I stood beside him as he called his manager, put notes in the system, and even had me put a note on the ticket before I signed as further proof of work to be completed. I was NEVER contacted by anyone from Ashley or the store regarding the full assembly. I was the one that reached out every single time. I could not even reach my salesperson when I attempted to call the store...it is all forwarded to corporate. Luckily I had access to someone with ties to management and finally had my completely assembled bed on Wednesday (5 days after arrival). I love the furniture but I will think twice about purchasing from your company ever again. poor customer service at his finest.
Today was one of the most eventful days of my life. But thanks to Tony at the Thompson Lane location, my day got a whole lot better. Not only did he work patiently with me as I took an hour to decide on everything, but he also offered me the best protection plan to cover any accidentals. If customer service had a face, it would definitely look like Tony. I will be recommending this location to all of my friends.

Great experience at Ashley Homestore (719 Thompson Lane). The store was clean and inviting and the staff greeted us and offered help, but not overly pushy. Isabelle was very friendly and expeditiously helpful. She pulled pricing options on a secontional sofa, answered questions, and had the purchase taken care of in minutes. All staff members were observing appropriate COVID-19 precautions as well. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. I still have not received my chase cushion. Its been MONTHS. I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have tried calling and sit on hold for hours only for the calls to drop?? The quality of the couch is awful. I would ever recommend buying something from Ashley Furniture.
Ashley Furniture is always my go to! I buy all of my furniture with them. It's the best quality furniture for the best price. I went in to purchase a couch and ended up getting an office desk, too. Not because I was hounded by a salesperson but because it was so cute, the perfect size, and an AMAZING price. Speaking of salespersons, Ashleigh W. was phenomenal. She was informative, knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need or want. Ashleigh understood what I was shopping for and directed to the perfect pieces I needed. Needless to say, if you're not shopping with Ashley Furniture then you're doing it wrong.
I am currently relocating from California to Nashville and needed some furniture pieces for my new place. Lucky for me I wound up at this Ashley HomeStore and was greeted by Tony Bishop. He was fantastic! Always checking in and asking me questions to find me exactly what I was looking for and some I had not been looking for. He gave me very honest opinions and was completely transparent! I will certainly be back! Thank you Tony for being so responsive and patient.

Just purchased my first house, and Isabelle Stokes from the 100 Oaks location was absolutely wonderful and brilliant in helping me pick out my furniture. She was so patient and extremely friendly, which is something I’ve not experienced dealing with other furniture stores. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She will definitely brighten your day, and have you leaving with a smile on your face!

My spouse and I just visited Ashley on the 4th. The staff was especially nice and helped us furnish our new apartment in Nashville! They were so flexible with our delivery date. They were able to set it up to correlate with our move in date. They gave us a good impression of how nice the people of Nashville are!!

DELIVERY DELAY & MISCOMMUNICATION! I purchased a sectional during the memorial day sale. The sales assistant informed me that it would be about a month delivery since they are behind due to COVID. (understandable). We were given an estimated delivery date of June 23rd, about a month from the purchased date. Leading up to delivery date I received no communication so I decided to call the customer service line. Call time was an average of 20-30 mins on hold so I went to the store to get answers. They informed me that it would actually be July 7th and gave me a sheet of paper about COVID delays and that there would be communication throughout the entire process. (notifying me 2 weeks prior etc.) Fine, slightly annoyed as that was not what I wanted to hear but not a huge deal. The WEEKEND before June 23rd I received a phone call and text stating that the couch will in fact be delivered June 23rd. (Great, I thought)...24 hours BEFORE delivery, June 23rd they stated that the couch was actually on back order and they now did not have a date. Flustered. Annoyed. && Disappointed I went to the store to get answers!! I was then informed that the couch would actually be delivered in PIECES. 3 DIF PIECES SPREAD ACROSS 3 MONTHS OR MORE. Wow I thought, I guess my home is now a storage unit for Ashley's product. I asked for a full refund which they honored due to the circumstances. The story doesn't end there. June 23rd they show up to my door with the corner piece of the sectional ready to be delivered. WOW HAHA. We turned them away and wondered how this company is still in business.
I went with my fiancé to get new furniture for our house. And we was impressed by the welcoming and kindness of the workers at the store and we bought what we were looking for. I recommend everyone to check them out

I will start out by saying this 1 star review is subject to change, that is up to Ashley Furniture HomeStore. My wife and I visited the Ashley HomeStore at 100 Oaks on 05/16/20. Our sales person on our visit was helpful, attentive and did everything he could to make the sale. We decided to buy a power lift recliner, a swivel glider recliner, and a sofa. When our order was written up, our sales person informed us that the sofa we selected was out of stock and the usual delivery on an OOS item is approximately 6 weeks. We were understanding of that, with the way things are with the Covid-19 pandemic and the slowing of things in general. We left the store that day with our order paid in full and a delivery date for the two recliners of 05/23/20. The delivery department even called soon after to confirm our delivery date and even told me our sofa would be in and delivered 06/23/20. Not too bad, huh? Everything goes south from here. On delivery day, the wrong color for the power recliner was sent out. The delivery person said to hold onto this one and a replacement would be sent out, said this was what the procedure is when this happens. This was good news since we had cleared out our old furniture in anticipation of the arrival of our new furniture. We got in touch with our sales person and found out he had written the incorrect item number on the sales order and that is why the wrong color was delivered and he said Ashley would swap out the power recliner and make it right, and I believe he was sincere about that. The sofa delivery date of 06/23/20 given by Ashley came and went without delivery of the sofa or even a phone call from anyone there. Almost 7 weeks have passed and except for two phone calls early on from our sales person, there have been nothing but crickets from Ashley. I cannot get through to Ashley's "We Care" customer service number after multiple attempts, staying on hold and twice getting cut off after holding for 10 minutes with the hold music still playing. Now, the cushion on the seat of the swivel recliner is bunching up, so suffice it to say we are very unhappy at this point. Getting anyone on the phone at Ashley is next to impossible. I am aware the Covid-19 has slowed things down, but come on, how hard can a phone call to let us know what is going on from someone be after almost 7 weeks? If you're thinking of buying from Ashley Furniture at this time, you may want to keep our experience in mind.
I had been looking at a particular sectional for about two weeks. I kept shopping around but coming back to it. Today I talked with Mick who was very helpful. He was willing to work with me to get to a price point I was happy with and helped me with making sure I had the correct configuration. Overall I was very pleased with my experience.
My fiancé and I purchased lovely furniture from this store early May. Our sales rep did give us the expectation that our furniture would arrive on two dates. Well it’s 2 months since that date we were originally given. We have called multiple times and at this point they cannot give us a solid timeline as to when it will arrive. At this point, I was highly considering cancelling the sofa, but I keep waiting and waiting since that seems more of a hassle. I know it’s a pandemic and shipping is delayed. But if you’re going to have an item delayed 3 MONTHS please let your customers know ahead of time. Please teach your sales reps to give accurate timelines and not present false information. It’s a reflection of poor business, if you cannot atleast know what items are going to be delayed. I gave 2 stars because I am satisfied with the quality of furniture. This has been a negative experience compared a local furniture store Bliss Home, and I will proceed with giving them my business from now on.
Very disappointed at the moment. Was guaranteed our items were in stock and would be delivered on the day we were moving in. Now 3 days before move in were told half our furniture isn't coming. Worst of all our bed and mattress. This leaves us on the floor. I understand the virus etc BUT 1. We were guaranteed 2. Waiting this late in the game. It's been a month since it was bought and paid for in cash.
They sell the most expensive junk furniture I have ever owned I would never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone they do not stand behind the product they sell.

I had a very friendly experience. I just moved to town and the staff there made me feel very welcome to the city. They really helped me pick out the perfect couch for my apartment living room and didn't force into something I didn't want. I really enjoyed everything they did to make me feel comfortable with the perfect choice for furniture.
Very friendly team, the furniture is so nice and I got a really good deal, however just make sure you check prices against their online as I've caught a few discrepancies

The worst
The customer service their is horrible. We have been waiting for our furniture for over 2 month. & when they finally deliver it. It is all broken. They tell us to come to the store , we come to the store and they are very rude. They will not help anyone. There is no manager to speak to. They will not help. This was the worst experience I have ever had, I will never do business with this store at all. It was so frustrating. Also the delivery came and just threw the stuff in the middle of the house, when they are supposed to take it back.

I'm posting this in hopes that someone will reach out, as I would like to know when and IF i'm going to be receiving the 5 thousand dollars worth of furniture we've bought. At this time we have no point of contact nor any ability to get a hold of anyone as the store won't return our calls and the call center is backlogged for days. "My boyfriend and I worked with Oreo at the 100 oaks location. Our initial experience was very good, we felt like we were listened to and assisted very well in finding all new furniture for our place. Unfortunately, that's where the good review stops. We were given no other information to track our order other than our sales associates' personal number. At the time of the order, we gave them a date that would be the earliest that we could have anything delivered. We were told not everything had an estimated delivery date yet but a ticket would be opened and we should have that date within 2 days. I called to get an update and was told everything had a date (the date was earlier than we originally told them) except for two items, a section of our sofa and the beams for our bed. Everything else was moved to the date that we asked for originally and was notated in the system. A new ticket was opened to figure out a date for the items, we would get it within 2 days. 4 days passed and no update, I called to get one and the manager of the store told me my associate wasn't available that day and the ticket updates were emailed to her directly but a note would be left to have her follow up. She followed up the next day with a text asking to deliver the items in stock earlier. This was the third conversation we had about the delivery date we needed. When I brought this up, I was told that the associate works with a lot of people and couldn't remember these details even though I was previously told that it was notated. Furthermore, still no dates for the two items but they would call me as soon as they had an update. Won't be making purchases from Ashley again. Delivery showed up to my house today (two weeks after ordering the product in store) and it was ripped, dirty, and missing several pieces. The delivery person did not speak English and I called my in-store sales person, America, who said the only way she could help me is by providing me a customer service phone number. After refusing the delivery, I called the provided number 3x - each time the call was automatically ended after waiting 30 minutes on hold. I need to know how I can get my couch (that will hopefully be in satisfactory condition) delivery rescheduled. I used the chat feature on their site and it took an hour to have someone respond and they have so far transferred me to two different departments. I wanted to write this review while I wait for the next person to 'assist' me. When you spend thousands of dollars on a couch, you expect a certain kind of customer service which Ashley definitely does not provide. They pressured me into purchasing their 5 year warranty on the couch but if I would rather never file a claim than have to deal with Ashley Furniture customer service.
I came to this location on May 4th, 2020 to purchase a sofa. My boyfriend and I decided to purchase the Darcy sectional in the steel blue color as well as a lift top coffee table. Everything went well and our sales person was funny and personable. We paid for our order and left with an expected delivery date of May 8th. Less than an hour after we left the store, we received a call saying that the color I chose wouldn’t be available until JULY, so I decided to just go for a different color and have it delivered May 8. On May 7th I received a call that let us know our Sofa (which was only half of the sectional, the sectional consists of a sofa and a chaise, the sofa is just one arm and then an open end) would be delivered but our chaise would take another week or two, I happily accepted the information because I wanted this couch so badly. Then they called again about a week later to let me know that they could deliver the chaise JULY. I told them that I did not want to wait that long and they told me they could change the model of couch for me to get something sooner and exchange the piece I already had in my home. We accepted and picked a slate color altari sleeper model to be delivered because i was told it was the only couch that could be delivered within the month of May, so I scheduled the delivery for May 26th. I get a call May 24th conforming a delivery, I ask what is being delivered and I’m told I will only be receiving a chaise and a throw pillow because the sofa wouldn’t be MANUFACTURED until July 23rd. I told them that I would prefer to wait until I could have the whole couch delivered at once. I called the store the next day and after about 4 hours and numerous unanswered calls, I called our sales woman’s personal phone and she was able to get us to the manager at the store. We were informed that each time we “changed” our order, we were moved back down to the end of the line so “maybe we should stop changing our minds and order”. This was super upsetting and we asked if we could just be given our couch within a few weeks so we could get this over with, we were told that they would put in an order for it to be done quickly and delivered. It’s been 2 weeks since this conversation and we haven’t heard anything from anyone and we have called the store multiple times and nobody ever answers when we call. Super sick of waiting.

I rarely ever leave reviews; however, I felt it absolutely necessary to discourage anyone from shopping here. I paid for my couch in full over one month ago and I STILL don't have it. I was given a pick up date of Saturday, May 30th. I called that morning and was given a location. I rented a Uhaul and drove to the location (30 minutes away), when I got to the location it was an outlet store and I was very confused. However, I went in and was informed I was at the WRONG location. They gave me a new location of the warehouse, I wrote it down, and drove an additional 10 minutes. The location they gave us was A STARBUCKS! ...no warehouse in sight. I dug all over the internet to find the warehouse address and finally found it. When I got to the warehouse, I was informed that my couch would not be in for another week. I RENTED A UHAUL AND DROVE 45 MINUTES TO PICK UP A COUCH WITHOUT EVER EVER EVER BEING INFORMED MY COUCH WAS NOT READY FOR PICK UP. It gets better.... I then explained by the time I rent a Uhaul again it will be the cost of a delivery. I asked for a complimentary delivery. They approved this request; however, "because I made this order over the phone, I would need to wait 1-2 days for the ticket to be approved." I DID NOT make this order over the phone. I made this order in person, I have the signed paper and everything. It sounds like someone was trying to get their phone sale quota up and I fell victim to this fraudulent behavior. Due to their actions, I have to wait 1-2 days for a ticket to be sent to corporate and approved to change my order to delivery. And here we are 2 days later..... still NO call. So, currently Ashley has been sitting with the full payment of my couch and I am sitting on my floor. Needless to say, I am young, and have a lot of furniture left to purchase in my life. It will NOT be here. Ever, again. I look forward to spending my third day on a 30-40 minute hold just to talk to someone.
My girlfriend and I couldn’t have been more excited to buy furniture for our new apartment. But, Ashley has ruined this experience for us, and I can’t imagine being more disappointed, upset and frustrated. We will never do business with them in the future. At first, our salesperson was helpful, and we found a sofa and dining room set that we loved. Then, on delivery day, the problems started. We confirmed delivery via text and email. I even called to triple-confirm and was told everything was set for a delivery window of 11am-2pm. On the morning of delivery, however, we received a notification saying our items could no longer be delivered. We spoke to people at the warehouse, the local store and Ashley customer care to get to the bottom of it. Everyone passed the buck to someone else. After a days worth of back-and-forth, WE were eventually blamed by Ashley and the warehouse for not confirming the delivery, even though we have time-stamped confirmations showing that I accepted multiple ways the day before. Not to mention the fact that they no longer had one of our items in stock. So, the local store did us a “favor” by having our furniture delivered on a Sunday. Our dining table was delivered in shambles. Dinged up, scratched, and in a beaten up box. The delivery service asked if we ordered an open box product at discount (we did not). Plus, the table came with no screws and only 3 chairs. So I called to replace the table with a new one. Customer service uploaded pictures to our order, and informed me that I was eligible for a new table. However, they told me that the item is designated for warehouse pickup, even though this has been a delivery order the entire time. I was told to work with the local store to set up a delivery. I went to the local store, only to be told that “the manager isn’t available right now and there’s nothing we can really do.” So, as it stands, I have to rent a moving truck ($100+ in fees) to go pick up my furniture that I paid over $2,400 for in the first place. I’ll be responsible for bringing the damaged table back to a warehouse an hour away, and safely picking up a new one and putting it together. From the jump, this was to be a delivery order, and I was told everything would be delivered and installed with ease. That has turned out to be a lie. In summation, I would recommend anyone reading this to look elsewhere. This has been a disaster through and through. We’ve been lied to, blamed, and taken advantage of at every turn. And, we feel completely hopeless with no real recourse. That’s what you can expect from Ashley Furniture.

!WARNING! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE - We ordered a Coffee Table and 2 End Tables with delivery scheduled for Monday. It is now Thursday and we have received no contact from delivery about a delay. I have spent over SIX HOURS on the phone waiting on hold since Monday and have received ZERO feedback. We don't know what to do at this point... We have out-of-town weekend plans but cant leave out of fear the furniture may magically appear and sit outside thru the weekend. This has truly been a nightmare

Had an AMAZING experience at Ashley home and furniture on Thompson Ln. we were helped by Buffie who was incredibly sweet as well as respectful and not pushy. we could clearly tell she had our best interest in mind and wanted to help us find the best sectional to fit our needs and not just get us in and out. Ashley furniture has great pricing as well as incredibly quality furniture and above all else AMAZING customer service that was able to have us in store even amongst the pandemic.

Went in to replace furniture damaged by a recent tornado. The people were very professional and friendly. They matched the price of the original order with no issues. It was a pleasant experience from a person that hates to shop.
I have been a long time Ashley customer and this service out of Nashville by far the worse!!! First things first, i know the brand and product and this is my go to when i need to purchase. But this region has totally distorted the thinking. I ordered bunk beds, the rails and latter was not delivered! Now i have two rolled mattresses and head boards waiting on rails! This is the last time I&'m dealing with this store and Ashley Distribution. I just dont get it. AGAIN 4/15 the order was suppose to have been corrected to bring rails to finish my job! GUESS WHAT?! The items delivered were the EXACT pieces from the last time!!!!! With the store closed and customer service not being helpful and very condescending, this is bad! Just bad. I wouldn&'t recommend THIS PLACE EVER!

I love the selection in the store. Hubby and I fell in love with the bed that we chose. We just needed a bed this time around. The salespeople definitely laid it on pretty thick while trying to get us to finance a $6000 mattress and adjustable bed frame. We almost just left because it was a bit much. But we really liked the bed so we purchased it. I gave it 3 stars because if the beautiful selection of furniture but the "mattress expert" and cashier just did too much. It could turn a person off and make them go elsewhere.
Finally decided to replace my furniture and couldn't be more pleased with my associate. She was quick to greet me and really listened to what I said was important to me in my purchase. I never felt like she was forcing me down a path. She was incredibly patient as I thought through my choices. She answered all of my detailed questions and spent a good deal of time configuring the best route for me to get what I wanted at the best price. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience that felt focused on my needs.

Walked in and was met by America. Yes, her name is America and she is friendly and had enough patience to put up with my indecisiveness. She wasn't pushy and gave me time to change my mind on a sofa 150 times. I received my furniture about 3 weeks later. 2 delivery people came in, setup the furniture and left. Easy enough. Once I had time to look at the furniture, I noticed legs were installed incorrectly, some were bent, the wood was scratched and there was a stain/gunk on a cushion. I called the 800 number and got a replacement setup. It was a little frustrating as the person who answered acted as if I was bothering her by calling in. I noticed the delivery was set for the wrong address. It took 4 calls to the 800 number and 3 calls to the store to get a promise that it would be delivered to my correct address. Delivery day came.... they were at the wrong address! I missed work to wait for the replacement! Walked in and was met by America. Yes, her name is America and she is friendly and had enough patience to put up with my indecisiveness. She wasn&'t pushy and gave me time to change my mind on a sofa 150 times.I received my furniture about 3 weeks later. 2 delivery people came in, setup the furniture and left. Easy enough. Once I had time to look at the furniture, I noticed legs were installed incorrectly, some were bent, the wood was scratched and there was a stain/gunk on a cushion.I called the 800 number and got a replacement setup. It was a little frustrating as the person who answered acted as if I was bothering her by calling in. I noticed the delivery was set for the wrong address. It took 4 calls to the 800 number and 3 calls to the store to get a promise that it would be delivered to my correct address. Delivery day came.... they were at the wrong address! What an amazing experience we had! I thought buying furniture was going to either be really exciting or really frustrating. Truthfully, it was a bit of both. After having decided A- we needed a new dining room set and B- we finally agreed on what we BOTH liked, we concluded that C- we weren't finding it at the 4 other furniture places we looked. Either the style was wrong, the price was too high or the service was indifferent. Then we walked into Ashley HomeStore last night. This is their newest location at 100 Oaks. The moment we walked in, my husband and I felt welcomed and comfortable. Our sales associate, Tony, was personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I described what we were looking for and he was able to show us several examples. We found exactly what we wanted, and based on past experience, my husband and I were expecting a slick sales pitch. We were right AND wrong again. Instead of the "What can I do to get you to buy today?" standard spiel, we got, "What's holding you back from buying this set now? Is it quality, style, price or timing?". That's when it hit me. Tony wasn't worried about getting paid from our purchase, he was genuinely interested in our needs for the furniture decision we were trying to make. The sales manager DJ came over to lend assistance and even adjusted the price. When my husband and I said we wanted to sleep on it before making such a large purchase, there was no pressure or FOMO tactics. Which I half expected, but was grateful not to hear. That's why we went back today and bought the dining room set. We didn't finance, we paid cash, and I want to say I never felt intimidated by Tony or DJ as to whether or not we could afford our purchase. Some furniture places want to make it about money first, but not Ashley HomeStore. They didn't know what our budget was like, and they certainly didn't know we were going to pay cash. They treated us like valued guests from the get go. I will always make my future furniture purchases from Ashley. Best buying experience ever.

This has been the worst customer and delivery experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I purchased a dining table and a bedframe about three weeks ago. We chose Ashley because we were told our items would arrive within a week. Upon delivery, the table was cracked. The customer service team said they would bring someone out to repair it; however, we emphasized that we did not purchase discounted refurbished goods and requested a new table be delivered. We were told it would be delivered in four weeks. The bedframe was delivered without rails as we were told they were out of stock. A lack of rails renders the bedframe to be useless as the headboard and footboard were dropped off and placed against the wall in our new home. At that point, we called our sales agent directly who said she didn't understand why we were told they were out of stock, as she was seeing in her inventory system that the warehouse did have the rails on hand. On the day the rails were scheduled to be delivered for the second time, the delivery was cancelled on the day-of as we were told, again, that the rails were out of stock. We rescheduled once more. Three weeks later, the rails were delivered cracked, and, once the bed was assembled, a giant scratch on the footboard (which was previously hidden as it leaned against the wall) became visible. Please note, due to the state of the damaged goods received and the incomplete bedframe order which rendered the product useless we requested to return the items and were told it was not possible, through the return policy on their website says otherwise. As a result of Ashley's terrible customer service, we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for four weeks and I have used three of my vacation days to take time off work to be home for the various deliveries (one of which was cancelled). The furniture was nice, but the attitudes and looks I was given I wouldn't recommend shopping here. I honestly felt really judged like I couldn't afford anything? Like HELLO?!? What do you think I'm here for to PURCHASE FURNITURE!! I went back to get my money back the three ladies were very impatient with me and VERY unprofessional. They didn't give me time to really think about my purchase and I really feel like that is a HUGE mistake you can make with a potential customer. I will no longer shopping here or give my business here ever again !!
**Update. I was asked to email to discuss situation, only to find it was an invalid email address. How can this company stay in business?? Our purchase/selection time was a pleasure. It went downhill from there. Customer service is horrible! I tried to cancel a piece, they said it was cancelled, called to confirm, had to cancel again. Delivery was interesting. My table came with some nicks and scratches. The driver said a person would be out to repair. Nothing... Called...they said I had to call a different number. Called...they said to send pictures. I did, they said they didnt get them. Sent again...called to follow up, was hung up on. Called the store again, spoke to manager. She simply apologized and said I had to call that “repair place” number again. No follow through, no support for customer. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again, and will be sure to spread the word.

The furniture it self is awesome! My sales guy was awesome! The scheduling of the delivery not so much. I had selected my time & was confirmed. I waited & waited to no delivery. The delivery customer service is horrible. They seriously need to be trained & not sound annoyed. Guess who was annoyed, me! Train to be compassionate towards your customers. Say I’m sorry & thank you. Those words mean a lot. Mistakes happen but don’t act like it’s my fault when I receive a confirmation email. Another time was set & while the delivery was running behind the guys called to let me know. Delivery fees should be included also. Customers pay a lot for good furniture & delivery fee is way too high. I would still recommend Ashley because the furniture lasts. This is my 2nd in 10 years.

We stopped in to look at a dining room set real quick just for ideas and before you know it we found one on sale for President’s Day and couldn’t pass up the deal. Tony was great at answering all of our questions. Then while waiting we noticed an amazing bedroom set and we ended up purchasing both! Tony and management were great in getting the paperwork ready for us and we can’t wait for everything to be delivered!
I will NEVER shop here again! Reason being not only did they deliver my shipment one week after the delivery date they brought me the wrong shipment. Ashley is so inconvenient.

I had a positive experience today. Though the salesperson was new, he got me the info I needed and the manager jumped in to help. I was impressed with the number of salespeople and the immediate assistance I received. I had visited a different furniture store the day before and had very poor service. The 4 stars is just due to having to wait a month for my furniture!

I have been waiting on my bed for over two months now. I keep trying to call and can not get ahold of the thompson lane store in Nashville because that’s the one that took my down payment for my bed! I set up an appointment 3 times now for my bed to be delivered and ALL 3 times the store called me at the time In the 3 hour time frame to let me know they did not have all the pieces to my bed!! I have asked to have the delivery fee waived ($175) because I had to leave from work 3 different days because I had 3 different appointments that my bed was supposed to. This has been the worst expierance. This bed was over $2000 and this is the worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. They will not call back when they say so. Avoid this place!!

We have been browsing different furniture stores in Nashville and online too and we have realised that Ashley is truly the best when it comes to quality. They have a variety of options and in different price ranges. Ashley is definitely the One Stop Shop for home furniture. Their pieces are unique and has a class to it!! Isabelle from the Franklin store gave us really good deal!! Excellent customer service!
The saga continues.... called today to see a status on our refund as it&'s been over 2 weeks. Sierra the manager answered and I was met with nothing but attitude. After I told her what a poor experience we&'ve had the only thing she had to say was &"well I don&'t know what happened while I wasn&'t here. Three cheers for such amazing managerial work and guest recovery. What a miserable store!!!

Oh how I wish I'd come here first. The furniture that I purchased in 2019 has still not all been delivered. Although we were provided with a FAKE delivery date at the time of purchase! I have had a wedge part of a 3 part sectional sitting in our basement for months. On the 29th of January, they were supposed to deliver another piece and showed up with the wrong color. I was told someone would call me, they never did. Issued a call for help on Twitter. I was told someone would call, they never did. I called the store directly, I was told someone would call me today, never happened. How can a corporation of this size be so unorganized and inefficient? Im blown away!!! Sigh. I should have read the reviews on here, but truth be told it&'s been a while since I&'ve been on here. Unfortunately, similarly to the others&', my experience at this store left me with a REALLY bad taste in my mouth. It started off okay, with a different person asking me every 5 seconds if I need help. A bit much, but I get it... they&'re trying to seem &"available&". Point taken, I&'m just not the type of person who likes that kind of attention. That&'s not the issue, though. I found an ottoman that I &"sort of liked&"... was basically pressured into buying it. Thinking back on it, it makes me queasy. Then when I asked what the advantage of me buying said ottoman in store, versus online I was told some sort of half-truth about how I wouldn&'t be able to &"return the product&" or anything if I got it online. Okay, fine. But the product was basically $100 less online (including delivery)... they price match but they do not mention that up front: so definitely CHECK online before you commit to their floor price. Here is the kicker, or more like the kick you where the sun don&'t shine-er - once you buy that product, ie. ONCE YOU&'VE SWIPED YOUR CARD, there is nothing you can do about it. That&'s right, their return policy is: if you don&'t like it, you&'re shit out of luck. I&'m paraphrasing, but you get the gist. They pull out a contract AFTER you made the purchase (slimy slimy) and proceed to tell you that the only thing you can do is &"refuse the product&" at the point of delivery, which you have to pay 10% of the product for. Imagine buying a $2,000 bed and having to dish out $200 just because it doesn&'t look good in your room! Ain&'t that some ship. And worse? You can&'t just get money back, either. It gets credited towards another product in store? The whole thing made me feel really gross. I guess the second star is because they were nice enough and the manager waived the 10% refusal fee but oh so reluctantly. I wish I could honestly just go back in and return the product just based on that experience. Yuck, Ashley. Not cute.
After having a very bad experience at another furniture store, Ashley Homestore at 100 Oaks was fantastic! Isabelle Stokes greeted me promptly and was very helpful. When I was having some doubts about my purchase because I had seen the same piece at another store for a lower price, she got the store manager involved and he matched the price for me. I was in running pants and a hoodie and definitely didn't look like I was coming in to spend $2/3 k. Regardless of my appearance, I still had great service. This is what customer service should be like!
We just moved into a new house and have been shopping around for couches, which has been stressful as is. We stopped in the next day to finalize our choice and they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Nobody seemed eager to help us or finalize the sale. We brushed it off and continued with the purchase. We were using financing for one of the items and were under the impression (based on the way it was explained) that it would be no interest up to a certain point. WRONG. So anyways we end up leaving and feeing uneasy about the purchases we made, I decided to return about two hours later to cancel both of the items. Every single person in that store stood around and stared at me while I explained I wanted to cancel (talk about awkward and horrible sales technique) Ashley the assistant manager was very unpleasant, the other employees just sit around with their thumbs up their asses. The only saving grace was Troy who had helped us initially. I would highly recommend training the staff at this store again, they lack common customer service and courtesy. I ended up buying from local competition and would recommend everyone else do the same.
Feeling very uneasy about experience and to be honest taken advantage of and lied to. They sell Sealy mattress and then after saying you want let you know you have to buy over $100 mattress protector only from them immediately or you will have no warranty. From online research this is a scam and sales revenue tactic. They also close at 8 but when you call at 4:50 the greeting is they are closed and to call back. Luckily I charged on a. Amex so can fall back on them but these games are why people hate this industry. Why is it so hard to actually care about your customers, be honest and do what is right? The sales associates were nice and helped me get the price as low as possible with options like factory pick up and self-assembly. I rarely buy furniture new but I saw this cabinet before Christmas and I’ve been looking for something with that as my favorite in the back of my mind. I went for it and I’m glad.
Well, things are getting worse. The assistant manager (Ashley, yeah that is actually her name) said she would try to expedite delivery ( again many apologies) and would return my call no later than 1/6/2020 at the latest. Still haven&'t received a call from her. We did get an email on 1/6/2020 to confirm the delivery of the entire order for 1/8/2020. On 1/8/2020 we received a call from the delivery service stating they only had the chair and someone should have called to tell us the couch was now on backorder with a 1/20/2020 delivery date (another 6-day delay). I spoke with the store sales manager (Daniel) who apologized profusely and stated his system shows a 1/16/2020 delivery date for the couch. He said he would try to expedite that delivery, refund $100, and will call back as soon as he hears something. Stay tuned....

My husband and I are moving from Kentucky to Tennessee soon so We came to visit the area for a couple of days and apartment search. At the end of our night we stopped at an Ashley’s furniture in Cordova to possibly get some ideas for the new apartment. The first interaction we had was with Lesa Joyner, she is the most friendly associate and her hospitality was off the charts! While giving us apartment advice (which we greatly appreciated) she introduced us to Chuck Hadley who was so helpful and informative about the area and also the specials they were running to help save us some money. Moving on with our furniture search we were thinking we’d want to change our mattress and that’s when we met Ken Brown who was so funny and enjoyable to be around. He was straight to the point and knew his facts on the mattresses, NO BS. Pointed us immediately to the type of bed we fell in LOVE with! we had so much fun during our experience that we came back the very next day and made a large purchase on all the furniture they showed us! We can’t wait for our deliver to come and to enjoy our home! I highly recommend this store- even if you live in a different area the customer service here is worth any drive!

placed an order and had to wait 2 months for a delivery which was fine because of the holidays! upon delivery the delivery driver stated that we were missing a piece of our 2 piece sectional and our footboard to our queen sized bed!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Bed was delivered and not properly put together. The delivery men ran out of our house without finishing the project and left random pieces of the bed scattered throughout our bedroom. Customer service has been terrible in trying to get this resolved. No one will return my calls and when I do speak with someone they hang up on me! I will never purchase from them EVER again! Would really appreciate a call back so that I don’t have to continue to sleep in my guest room.
If you can shop somewhere else, do it. Save yourself from the circus act. Their delivery service bailed halfway through putting our furniture together - incorrectly. They didn’t even bother to close the front door when they left. Or tell us they were leaving, obviously. We’ve called anyone and everyone here, spoken to the whole squad, and they’re intent on “calling us back later” because they’re busy or just hanging up and avoiding the situation entirely. If you’re shopping for furniture, keep your sanity and move along. 0/10 would not recommend.

What a terrible shopping experience. Horrible salespeople. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make their sale then when there is a problem they don't return your calls. And their corporate people are no better. Got an email to send more info about my account so they could open an internal investigation. No response since. I purchased 4500 dollars of furniture. Had to pay 10 percent to cancel because THEIR salespeople promised delivery then THEIR delivery schedule department said it would be another month. No we are sorry or anything. They just tell you the contract states approximate delivery times. Do not shop here.

Everything was going great until delivery day. They went to the wrong address and blamed us for it (there's proof we didn't give the wrong address). When we called them they were rude and hung up on us. DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!
They treated us very horribly. The salesperson took down the wrong address and when it came to delivery day they gave us the run around and tried to blame us for the mistake despite us having the correct confirmation and giving them our licenses for verification. When we called and complained that the delivery didn't show up they hung up on us numerous times and they ended up not delivering at all.

The furniture, the prices, and the customer service from the sales reps are great! However, that's where it ends. I will NEVER do business with Ashley Homestore EVER again for as long as I live. When it comes to delivery post purchasing your items, brace for impact because that's when the nightmare begins. This has been the most stressful and upsetting experience I've ever had in my life. My original delivery was set for one day, all for them to never show up on the delivery date because they said they only had partial of the order ready so it was cancelled. I was never notified by call or email regarding my order being cancelled. I didn't find out until after I reached out to the dispatch because they never showing up. Then the rep tells me the next delivery would be another week out, but it still would only be partial of the order. I called the following day only to find out the"new" delivery date was moved yet AGAIN but this time it was because partial of the order that was available had now been given away to another guest. I've been waiting for my order now for over a month which is quickly turning into two. The delivery dispatch customer service is unacceptable and non-helpful. The store assistance after purchasing an item is no better. They only direct back to dispatch.

My first experience with Ashley Furniture in Brentwood/Cool Springs was a complete disaster and I would never step foot back in that store due to shady business antics and poor customer service. My mom convinced me to give the 100 Oaks store a try. The people were great in store but everything went down hill fast when it came time for delivery. From placing my order to delivery was over a month. My delivery window was between 3-6 on a Saturday. They gave me 10 minutes notice (supposed to be 15-30 minutes notice) when I was at work 15 minutes away. I left work immediately to meet them and told them I would be there in 15 minutes. I spoke with the delivery driver and he said he would wait. It took me 18 minutes to get home- he was already gone when I pulled in. I tried calling him twice on the way to update him on my location with no answer. Outside cameras confirmed he waited exactly 15 minutes and then left. I called immediately to see what happened and he did not answer. Ashley customer service said I could not reschedule at that time because my account was locked and to call back Monday morning. Monday morning I call back and they tell me my furniture has been given away and I would have to wait almost 2 months! It's been nothing but a headache dealing with this store.
We had a great experience with Lesa at Ashley! She was kind, patient, informative, and she was very eager to make sure we were extremely satisfied with our purchase. Not only does Ashley have the best deals on Black Friday, but I can always remain confident in the quality of my purchases. Needless to say we will be going back and highly recommend our experiences both at the Winchester and Cordova locations.

We just bought new bedroom furniture for our daughter at Ashley Furniture in Cordova, TN. Tim Conley was our salesperson and he was outstanding! He introduced himself when we came in, then let us look. I don’t like to be hovered over when shopping and Tim gave just the right balance of space to shop and help when needed. He was so friendly and personable and we liked him immediately. He is a veteran and when he found out my husband is a veteran as well, he asked his manager for an extra discount for us! We exchanged life stories as I shopped and by the time we completed our purchase, we had truly made a new friend! When you are in the market for furniture, do yourself a favor - go to Ashley and ask for Tim Conley! He made it easy and fun!

I had been looking for a sleeper sofa and dining room table for awhile and had been to multiple places in Nashville. I had a great experience and finally found the perfect pieces at a reasonable price at this Ashley HomeStore. Matt was the salesman I worked with and he made the process of finding what I needed so easy. Matt was informative and helpful of letting me know what my options were. I will definitely be back for future purchases and will ask for Matt to be my salesman again!

Poor customer service. Inaccurate information provided. Purchase of goods Tuesday was advised could get delivery Thursday. Delivery called to schedule delivery time for Friday- 5:30-8:30pm. Was told delivery on Thursday was not an option. Made arrangements for Delivery Friday- 5:30p-8:30pm. Could see there were previous issues on yelp noted and the same email was provided to "reach out" so my first choice was email them rather than list a poor review. (no reply) Delivery was not made until 9:30pm. paperwork clearly states if delivery isn't accepted could be charged additional delivery fee. Driver did offer to "reschedule" but again no promise the same wouldn't be a problem. Driver advised they were busy. Obviously customers time isn't as important or have any value to Ashley Homestore Outlet. Called the store direct to address issues. After 10min conversation was told "call this number" to find resolution. Followed directions given and again spent another 15min on the phone only be advised to email customer service. I brought to the CSR "Lisa" I was following the directions given and was asked to "hold" to which the line was disconnected after waiting on hold for a period of time. I have emailed customer service. I am posting my review to hopefully give others "warning" you might or might not get the service you expect.
I could not give them a worse rating. I've had to spend hours now between waiting on the initial delivery (which do not believe they will work with your schedule or even arrive on time) and correcting the mistakes that literally the salesperson made upon check out. They brought me the wrong furniture, made it my problem to fix, and did not even try to make it right. Eventually they got the correct furniture to me, but it took hours of me going out of the way to correct their problem. I personally am disgusted at the price I paid to get treated so poorly. This is not right. Literally f*** Ashley furniture, their untrained staff, and terrible customer service. BTW DO NOT BUY FURNITURE IN STORE. They mark it up several hundred dollars compared to online prices, so they have wiggle room to haggle. I know for a fact because they did it to me and I brought this issue up.
Had a horrible experience at this location the lady at front counter is the rudest person I've ever come in contact with and they way she treated her saleslady was so condescending I'll never patronize Ashley Furniture again did not get my 90 warranty on a mattress I paid $1000. 00 for told me it was as is. . My bed was delivered damaged and they have yet to send a service tech to replace the damaged part. . Terrible customer service shame on you all.

I came in with an idea of what I wanted and was able to get the EXACT couch I wanted at a CHEAPER price than expected/what was posted online. Viola, you are an angel my love!
