Fast, friendly, thorough service. Was a bit skeptical of coming here as it’s been years since I’ve bought Ashley furniture (in other cities), but was pleasantly surprised of the quality they’re putting out now. Still have some cheaper things, but they have a bit better quality in other items. Had some really good sales, plus discounts and only mild pressure sales tactics which I didn’t mind because they gave me some additional discounts. We did purchase about 9k so they made some money. Don’t be afraid to ask, you’d be surprised what they’ll do to win your business. Taylor and Madame Rios or maybe Ruiz… said to call her Sofía Vergara, were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and interaction was never uncomfortable. Will definitely look to them again for future furniture needs.

Looking for a couch and nothing we tried was comfortable at the price they offered. The salesman, though friendly, followed us around like a shadow and was rather pushy. Needless to say we opted not to purchase here.

The Ashley’s furniture store in town contains a good amount of nice and appealing furniture. Once I started really looking, I noticed that some furniture stood out to me. The longer I stayed, I noticed more things that appealed me. I ended up getting some new furniture that I really like. Unfortunately, I did not get the white glove delivery that I was guaranteed. Some of my furniture showed up damaged upon delivery. It had to be returned because I noticed the damage the day of delivery right before the delivery team was about to leave. I didn’t notice the damage to the other item until after delivery and it had to be inspected to determine the cause of damage. The original delivery team did not screw on the USB ports to my nightstands because they stated and were adamant not altering furniture and it just requires two screws. So they were saying I could do it myself. I was under the impression that was a part of the setup and I was told that everything was supposed to be assembled & set up by the delivery team. So the technician who evaluated/inspected the damage to one of my furniture items actually installed the USB ports on my nightstands. I did not get the original delivery date which I was told that I was going to get & there were several changes to my delivery date. This was due to warehouse’s availability of my purchased furniture items even though I was initially told that the furniture was available at the warehouse or would be available at the warehouse by the sales team. I’m currently waiting for a replacement of the damaged item that was inspected. Love, Light, Peace, Community, Care

Honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. As of today, mid January I am still waiting on my order from November. I got some of it back when it was supposed to be scheduled in back in December, but for some reason that wasn’t communicated they decided to not give me all of it. What did come in wasn’t correct either. What’s the purpose of paying for delivery and installation when the people coming in can’t actually install/assemble your furniture because of defects? Instead the option was to send it all back and be out everything and waiting or have them ship it to me so I can do it myself. I hope this company is satisfied with themselves and can give them selves a round of applause for being scummy and basically stealing from me. I will never be back and will go out of my to make sure no one I know ends up here either. What a disgraceful company.
