My husband and I were thinking of updating our living room furniture and decided to pop into the Ashley store to see what they had to offer. We were greeted by Shawn Davis who offered us some water on this hot Texas afternoon. He asked how he could help then left us to browse. They have a huge selection of fabric and leather and Shawn explained to us the new technologies in fabrics that make them easier to clean and more resistant to wear and tear which is great news. Our current furniture was purchased at an Ashley store over ten years ago and I’ve been very happy with it. Throughout our time in the store, Shawn was helpful but not pushy. He is well acquainted with the Ashley products and services. After trying out a number of sofas and recliners we chose a leather rocker/recliner, loveseat, and sofa with power recliners. I did not know we could get rechargeable battery packs so we don’t have to worry about outlet placement and cords. Our shopping and purchasing experience today was great! We highly recommend Shawn Davis at the Ashley Homestore in Abilene.
