Rios helped me at the Abilene TX store and she was great! Very knowledgeable and patient with me. She made it a great experience. The Manager was great too. They gave me a great deal and I got some great chairs

Not a good experience. It feels like a car dealership. I bought two very expensive pillows and when they did not work for use I was told all sales are final. These people do not stand by their products. They also act as though you should not expect anything from them. Will never use them again. Update: I called and was given to a supervisor. She told me she would check into the situation and call me back the next day. That would have been yesterday. Worst costumer service ever when paying theses prices they should stand by their product!

Fast, friendly, thorough service. Was a bit skeptical of coming here as it’s been years since I’ve bought Ashley furniture (in other cities), but was pleasantly surprised of the quality they’re putting out now. Still have some cheaper things, but they have a bit better quality in other items. Had some really good sales, plus discounts and only mild pressure sales tactics which I didn’t mind because they gave me some additional discounts. We did purchase about 9k so they made some money. Don’t be afraid to ask, you’d be surprised what they’ll do to win your business. Taylor and Madame Rios or maybe Ruiz… said to call her Sofía Vergara, were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and interaction was never uncomfortable. Will definitely look to them again for future furniture needs.

Looking for a couch and nothing we tried was comfortable at the price they offered. The salesman, though friendly, followed us around like a shadow and was rather pushy. Needless to say we opted not to purchase here.

The Ashley’s furniture store in town contains a good amount of descent furniture. Once I started really looking, I noticed that some items stood out to me. The longer I stayed, I noticed more pieces that appealed me. I ended up getting some new furniture that I really like. Unfortunately, I did not get the white glove delivery that I was guaranteed. Some of my furniture showed up damaged upon delivery. It had to be returned because I noticed the damage the day of delivery right before the delivery team was about to leave. I didn’t notice the damage to the other item until a few days after delivery and it had to be inspected a few times to determine the cause of damage. The original delivery team did not attach the USB ports to my nightstands because they were adamant about not altering furniture and stated, it just requires two screws. They stated I could do it myself. I was under the impression that it was a part of the setup was told that everything was supposed to be assembled & set up by the delivery team. The technician who evaluated/inspected the damage to one of my furniture items actually installed the USB ports on my nightstands. I did not get the original delivery date which I was told that I was going to get & there were several changes to my original delivery date which was an inconvenience to me. This was due to warehouse’s availability even though I was initially told that the furniture was available at the warehouse or would be available at the warehouse by the sales team. I patiently waited for my damaged furniture to be inspected for the second time and finally received my replacement. The store sales team was great. Love, Light, Peace, Community, Care No weapon formed against me shall prosper

Honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. As of today, mid January I am still waiting on my order from November. I got some of it back when it was supposed to be scheduled in back in December, but for some reason that wasn’t communicated they decided to not give me all of it. What did come in wasn’t correct either. What’s the purpose of paying for delivery and installation when the people coming in can’t actually install/assemble your furniture because of defects? Instead the option was to send it all back and be out everything and waiting or have them ship it to me so I can do it myself. I hope this company is satisfied with themselves and can give them selves a round of applause for being scummy and basically stealing from me. I will never be back and will go out of my to make sure no one I know ends up here either. What a disgraceful company.

We were able to find our needed items and were able to make our purchase. The 2 men that helped us went above and beyond. They were friendly, they had great senses of humor and worked really hard for us . Both the salesman and the manager bent over backwards helping me with my purchases. Also with planning for future purchases. They took time with every detail. I will definitely be going back soon.

The furniture it’s beautiful and well crafted. I got a chaise couch and it is very comfortable and a nice color. The cushions are machine washable too. Jeremi was amazing at helping find the perfect piece for my home.

The salesperson Taylor & the assistant manager Gilbert both helped my husband and I find a beautiful sofa set for our newly purchased home! Taylor was so friendly as soon as we walked in and made us feel comfortable trying out to furniture and shopping around. Gilbert helped us figure out our delivery options as the place we will be moving isn’t currently serviced by Ashley’s delivery services. They were both very patient and put together multiple invoices for us to compare. The actual merchandise was beautiful leather pieces and the price even included the pillows! We have bought from Ashley before and will continue to in the future thanks to this amazing interaction with great customer service (a real rarity now-a-days).

Rios is amazing! I've been hesitant for so long because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of all the choices. It was the complete opposite of a hassle. I feel like Christmas came early. She made feel comfortable with the whole process. Very patient, kind and hilarious!!! Jonathan was amazing as well! Don't hesitate run in there and get you that new bed you've deserved for yearsssss

A courteous salesperson met us at the door. We were interested in recliners and he showed them to us. If there was a question he couldn't answer he made sure he found out. I was equally impressed on how fast the delivery would be.

We saw Ashley's greatest sale of the year on Google. While we were in Abilene we went to check it out. We need a loveseat for our living room. We went in and the store was very nice and really nice looking furniture. We were greated by a man named Taylor Cullum. He seemed a little arrogant but nice. We explained what we wanted and he seemed to ignore most of what we said. We proceeded looking at loveseats and found one advertised for $999.99. Mr Cullum showed it to us. He said you couldn't scratch the material, so he took out his keys and tried very hard to scratch it. He said see no scratches, we could see on the other side where someone had left marks with keys. He denied any marks on the loveseat. We asked him the price He said it was on sale for $1,999.00. Also $100.00 for taxes. Add $260.00 delivery charge. And mandatory warranty of $409.00 and no interest finance for 60 months. But penalized if you pay it off early. I asked why can't we get it at sale price advertised. He said that their store wasn't part of there corporations. He said we could get it for the $ 1,999.00 if we financed it elsewhere or payed cash but it would cost more than their plan. We said we would check elsewhere Then Mr Cullum said Ashley furniture is very good and people don't have problem with any of it. I told him about years ago I bought an Ashley bedroom suite and it was junk. The headboard come apart in a few months and I put it in the dumpster. The dresser legs kept coming off. We left Ashley and went to one of their competitors. We got a nice loveseat for $1.544.00, five year coverage for $129.00,and delivered for only 140.00. The competitor was nice and not rude or pushy! Sorry I had a bad experience at Ashley's, I did like that loveseat but I wasn't going to pay double what it was advertised for! I wasn't going to pay the outrageous shipping or protection coverage.

James Howard, Jeremi Garcia, and Jonathan Villebrun were all very helpful and friendly from start to finish with my furniture purchasing process. James and Jeremi had so much patience with me while I shopped around and changed my mind multiple times. I appreciated James sharing his knowledge regarding the Nuvella fabric on certain pieces of furniture, it helped narrow down my choices. During the ordering and purchasing process, Jonathan was very informative and took the time to explain anything we needed to know regarding the purchase and eventual delivery. Thanks for helping me dress up my living room at an affordable price!

The worst experience ever, I would never buy another item from this store. Filled with lies and deception from the sales people and very little help resolving the issue. Way to steal hard working Americans money. Delivered us unacceptable furniture and we were told due to the high development nowadays that the cushions no longer slide off the sofas when you sit. That’s all they do. $5k down the drain. When I pay that much money I expect the highest quality. Way to go Ashley Furniture! I actually give you 0 stars but I can’t submit without giving you at least 1 🙄

I’ll start by saying that if Ashley makes this right I’ll amend this review. I’ll cover the in store experience, shipping time, the furniture quality itself, and the customer service post-arrival of the furniture. The Ashley store people have a very friendly demeanor (Nas was very kind), but be prepared for your initial quote to be about 2x what the Ashley website has things listed for. I had to talk them down for at least an hour to get the final price with shipping close to what the furniture is actually listed for. They will also be very pushy with protection programs, probably because the furniture isn’t built to last at all. The shipping ended up arriving a few days later than expected. The boxes also had some holes in them. The furniture itself is awful. It looks nice in the store, but it clearly is quickly and cheaply put together. 3-4 holes tapped for their screws were full of wood glue which made it impossible get the screws in. I had to melt the glue with a hair dryer and scrape it out to get the screws in. Then, about halfway through assembling a bed frame, I found out a part that is assembled from the factory (i.e. glued together) was put on backwards in such a way that it impedes the necessary parts from going together. We’re out about a grand and have been sleeping on the floor for a month since we purchased this furniture. I’ll never recommend them again and if I don’t get a full refund or a replacement bed that is able to be assembled I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I told Ashley about the problem and they said they’d get back within 72 hrs. Two whole weeks later, they responded and said they’d send a repair guy to look at it. The contracted repair man showed up today and basically said, ya man this bed isn’t working, it’s messed up from the factory. If both of us can’t put it together something is wrong. I’d give him five stars, but I’d give Ashley themselves zero. DO NOT use Ashley if you value your time, peace, or money. Attaching photos of the wood glue issue and the original and final quotes I was sent for the exact same furniture.

They’re all very nice when they’re selling their product to you but their customer service is atrocious when you are having issues with their product! There is no coordination at all between the departments and we have been dealing with the same issue for 3 months. They have contractors for their customer service and service repair- their service technician was not only inefficient, he was also dishonest in his reports. We truly regret purchasing from Ashley. We will never do business with this company ever again.

Me and my partner was gonna walk in the store, like usual, when a terrific gentleman came up to us, Jimmy, I knew I was in the right store! Jimmy, not only was extremely helpful, but overall a amazing person to talk too! Jimmy was basically like a grandpa to us! If you're in the Abilene area, go say hey to Jimmy and I promise you, you'll have a terrific time with him!

Service was great; however, the time it takes to make a purchase at Ashley Homestore compares to buying a vehicle…way too long.

We talked to several very courteous and knowledgeable team members while shopping at Ashley's, but Chris was amazing. She patiently guided us through the store and helped us find options that met our criteria. She was helpful and personable and listened to our wants and needs then offered solid solutions. She gave us time and space to make a decision without any pressure. There were several beautiful sectionals that we were considering, and I'm so happy with the one we chose.

I walked in with a specific budget for a sofa. While it took some time, Jeremi was able to get me a great deal on a sofa at the price point I was looking for!! He was friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend this location for your next furniture search!

The in-store selection is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store itself is clean and well-organized, which makes shopping there enjoyable. The only major issue I’ve had is with delivery. The date given at the time of purchase has never been accurate — it’s often delayed by 20 to 30 days, not just a day or two. If you’re okay with waiting, then it’s still a good place to shop. Just be prepared for possible delays when it comes to getting your items delivered.

I worked with a young man named nas i believe and he was an amazing salesman. He was able to answer all of our questions weather he knew them or not he was also very patient and helped us pick our furniture carefully. I recommend him 100%

Extremely Disappointed – Paid for Features We Never Received We purchased a bedframe and mattress from Ashley Furniture specifically because it included all the features we wanted—most importantly, the tilt lift. We paid extra for this feature, but when the bed was delivered, it didn’t have it. Since then, we’ve made about 15 calls to at least 3 different phone numbers trying to get this resolved. Despite our repeated attempts, no one has been able to help us. It’s been nothing but a frustrating runaround. If you have an issue, good luck getting it fixed. We paid for a tilt lift and still haven’t received what we ordered. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for reliable support after the sale. If they manage to resolve this issue, I will change the review or remove it

Waited three weeks for A sectional couch delivered? They were the wrong color and the wedge was a chair then told would have to wait another week to a week and a half had already sold old furniture due to that we had to find furniture ASAP as I am a disabled veteran. So we’ve canceled the order and we are still getting harassed daily from messages from Ashley‘s trying to do deliver furniture we do not want cause we already had purchased some couches from a store that brought them to us within two days

James made our purchase smooth and pleasant. I dislike shopping for furniture and this was a pleasant experience. Make sure and ask for James when you get there, he’s not pushy/aggressive lol!

After trekking to a variety of competitors (full transparency, I did not have a bad experience, that speaks to some good people in Abilene), Ashley's won me over with quality, variety, openness, and a willingness to make the transaction happen. They don't come back. When you walk in, they sum you up I guess. If they don't think you have $ they don't come over to help. They standing there in a group and watch you a few seconds in silence. Then they continue their conversation with each other. When I approached a guy for total price on a sectional he asked if I might be interested in all the pieces . I said I might but get me total cash price. ( Income tax time !! I was there with cash to buy !!!) He left .at least bout 10 minutes later ??? Where was he. Did not see him anywhere in there . Started discussing this with another couple of another race. They commented that their person got them at the front door and stayed with them. Hmmmm just saying. You can eye shop here definitely. Buying is another matter because.......they just might not come back . And isn't the first law of selling to never judge a book by its cover ? Don't they work on commission ?

James at the Abilene store was amazing! He was so patient with my elderly parent who needed a new chair but didn’t know what the best choice would be. He showed us several different chairs and types of chairs and waited for us to decide, even though it took until the next day to make a decision. Enjoy looking found what? We wounded purchased it and was told it would be delivered on the 21st of March. But I got a phone call Friday saying we will not. Be able to get it until around after the 25th of March. So now we do not get our furniture until the 28th of March. Went in looking for a night stand. Rios was very nice and helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Once we found one we liked, Gilbert tried to work with us to negotiate a deal on it. We were close but unfortunately we couldn't agree on the numbers for a deal but his customer service was top notch. I appreciate his time and effort to work with us even though we couldn't make a deal.

Had a great experience shopping at Ashley’s in Abilene Texas last night. Was greeted by Jimmy, one of the sales representatives when we first arrived in the store. He was very friendly and professional. He allowed my wife and I to look around at all the furniture and would check by on us to see if we needed anything and give us information about the set we were looking at, which was very helpful. We were also greeted by the GM, can’t recall his name at the moment, he wanted to make sure we were being taken care of and to let him know if there was anything we needed. As we were making our file decision the sale was completed by Rios who was also very friendly and professional. She helped ensure are checkout processes went smoothly. Was very happy with our shopping experience with everyone that worked at Ashley’s I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great shopping experience to choose Ashley furniture as their first choice.

I came in to get a mattress with a pre approval from acima. The payments were too high so Rios suggested a soft pull that would not show on my report. I told her I didn’t feel it would work with synchrony. She ran it soft pull not on credit and I didn’t qualify. She then suggest doing the same soft pull with synchrony with my husbands info. Only that is not what she did. She did a hard pull from a company called tower loan which shows on my husband’s report. So very disappointing in the dishonesty with this company.

Horrible experience at this store and with Ashley overall. Was fast talked and misinformed about my purchase years ago. The same sales rep all but ignored me when I went back to the Abilene store recently only to find out I was lied to. The manager took my info and promised I would hear from them in a week or less, it’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t followed up.

We came in and bought a lot of new furniture peices and they were supposed to deliver on Thursday but did not. Waited till Friday and did not. Buying stuff is easy, but dont expect them to deliver or keep their promise of delivery. When you make a buisness deal with someone they are supposed to keep up their end, this company failed miserabley at this and needs massive reconstruction so this problem dosent keep happening. delivery center failed and should be embarrassed of themselves. Not likely to shop here anymore due to delivery center and the way they do buisness and handle themselves. John and Jimmy and Rios were all fantastic in store but please address this so this dosent happen again.

I swear to NEVER buy from here ever again. I never write negatively about something, because I am very forgiving and I understand things may happen. But the situation with this furniture store has gotten out of hand. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me... 2 years ago my husband and I purchase a furniture piece that took 6 months to arrive. We said we will never buy from them again. But two years later, after going around all the furniture places in my hometown and not finding what I wanted, we went to Ashley Furniture to see the nightstands. And sadly, I liked one pair. My husband refused to get it from them but I worked very hard to convince him to get them since they were the only ones I liked. BIG MISTAKE. We even talked to the saleswoman and mentioned last time we had a negative experience and she promised those two nightstands were in stock in Fort Worth. She said it will take some days, maybe a week to arrive. We believed her and bought them. Then the nightmare began, the day they were supposed to arrive, we were waiting for them with excitement. I had purchase some nightstand lamps and I prepare the room to receive them and was ready to enjoy them... but we never got a confirmation text. When we called, the person in the phone said that they didn't had them in stock and that they were arriving from China in a month. Sad and upset, we put our lamps away and waited for a month. TWO MONTHS LATER and we still didn't have the nightstands. We tried calling but no one could help us. We just kept seeing how the delivery date kept moving and moving. Then finally we got a text for delivery, I didn't want to get my hopes up. I said to my husband: "I will believe it when I see it". I took a day out of work to receive them. The truck arrived and the delivery guys asked where I wanted the nightstand. I mentioned there should be two and he said he only had one for me. After bringing it inside my house, I realized it was different than the one I have chosen in the store. This one had marble on the top and I wanted the all wood one. I told them I would rather keep it, at least have something... so I was forced to accept this one and like it. But now the problem was, where is the other nightstand!? After calling, they told us the other nightstand would arrive a month later. But that date kept moving forward. 1 week later, then 2 weeks later, etc.. FINALLY, they didn't move the date and it was supposed to arrive TODAY. My husband took a day out of work so we didn't miss it. He waited but no text arrived, finally he checked online and it says our delivery was CANCELED!!!!!!! and now it has been moved one month and 1 week later. They offered us $30 for the inconvenience. REALLY? At this point, I don't expect anything from them, but I know I will NEVER purchase from here ever again and I will tell everyone I know here to don't even consider this furniture place. It has been the most terrible experience to something I was really excited and looking forward to. I still have my one lamp waiting to be installed after 5 months of waiting. My husband let me have the one nightstand that arrived but he still sleeps with no nightstand. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER FURNITURE OPTIONS, CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE.

I Love Everything About my Experience at Ashley Abilene. The Quality of Furniture is there in both items the Instore salesman was Great. The only Negative I have is the $459.00 Delivery Fee after Spending $5000.00+ Cash with you guys. $150.00 is a fair delivery price going 15 miles and the time it takes to set it up..

Worst buying experience I have EVER had!! I will never buy anything from Ashley’s ever again and I will tell all friends and family to steer clear of this furniture store. Sales people lie about delivery fees, general manager lies about refunds, they forgot to deliver my furniture after paying obnoxious delivery price, then they finally delivered a broken chair!! So after 3 months, I have a broken full price chair and their customer service is nothing but a non human bot service so still waiting for the brand new couch to be fixed since they refused to replace it. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY furniture!!!!!

We had a fantastic experience buying a mattress at Ashley in Abilene. Sam & Rios were excellent and fun to buy from.

In mid April my husband was due to have heart surgery. One of the follow up instructions was to sleep in a recliner. Unfortunately at the time we did not own one. After reviewing the local furniture stores we decided that Ashley had the best selection. We looked at their selection and another stores and quickly returned to Ashley. The clerk was so friendly and when we mentioned that we had a time constraint she went out of her way to get the chair delivered before the surgery. Ashley Furniture will be the first place I look if/when I need a piece of furniture.

Went to the Abilene Ashley store and was promptly greeted by Ty. We were very specific as to what we were looking for and Ty showed us everything that met our needs. He was so nice to show us what the tags on the furniture meant and let us look for awhile. He eventually showed us a different material than what we asked for and we loved it! He was just amazing at hearing our requests and any concerns and so willing to work up prices as we changed our minds or added other products. He was patient and kind. We left so pleased with the whole experience. We’d shopped around and Ty at Ashley’s treated us the best!

WORST Customer Service ever I hope this is public the supervisor for online purchases didn't respond to my issues, the sales associate lied to me told me to text him when I did he seemed not to know who I was very unsettling I still get emails I've blocked them but there still coming to my Inbox

Wife and I had a great experience today looking for new furniture, Ty greeted us very enthusiastic to show us around for living room furniture and explained all the different grades plus discounts… After about an hour looking we nailed it down to two different sets.Ty gave us all the details and differences between them plus I asked him many questions as he answered all of them. We are very pleased with our new furniture and can’t wait to get it home. Ty was so eager to help and amazing to work with…Thank you !

My Mother and I went in to buy her a new sectional!! Daniel was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and helpful!! He did a great job and helped us get what would fit perfectly in her space!! I looked online to find the product I wanted. I went to the store, and Daniel greeted me as I walked in. I asked him about what I was looking for. He directed me to the area. I didn't find what I was looking for. So I pulled up what I had looked at online. Daniel went, and got a supervisor, and we actually found a better item than what I wanted. I don't remember the supervisor's name. I think it was Johnathan, but I could be wrong. Overall my experience was excellent.

Excellent customer service and assistance with my home furniture purchase. Rios and the team were helpful including the floor model furniture we needed to pick up.

My wife and I came in looking for a matress and we were blown away. Chris helped us find one that both of us felt was just the perfect one. When we were finishing up with the paperwork, Rios, Johnathan and Ben really made sure we understood everything and if we had any questions they all made sure everything was taken care of. This experience has made sure we will come back to shop more.

The members were all very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They listened to what we needed and directed us to choices in all price ranges. With a long retail background I can say with confidence they wanted us to be pleased with the purchase no matter which one we chose.

I was apprehensive coming to the store since our last experience a couple of years ago wasn't that great. However, Jim, Rios and Chris made our whole experience painless and wonderful. They were courteous, attentive and answered and address all the questions and/or concerns that we have pertaining to the sale. Overall they did a magnificent job in customer service.

Daniel was outstanding and would highly recommend! Everyone was as nice as could be and made me feel so comfortable being in the store.

Ashley Furniture has a great selection and works with pricing. Let me just say, we have never been SOLD a vehicle OR furniture. We always know what we want when we go to a dealership or furniture store. We like to use our eyeballs and fingers to see and feel the different options. We almost left the store because the associate was so extremely pushy when there was literally no reason to be. He would not give us a moment to discuss our options in private and the overt, cliché salesman bit with the giant “salesman of the year ring” in our faces was almost too much for us—could’ve been a Saturday Night Live skit and we wouldn’t have been the wiser. We plan to continue shopping there, but the thirst for the sale was downright comical.

My sales manager was so awesome I bought a coffee table and 2 ends tables. First time in this location, loved the variety of furniture.

While shopping for a new bed, the customer service was great. We ended up purchasing a bed and two dressers.. there was a promo that advertised a free Playstation 5 with purchase over a certain amount.. our salesperson informed us we only had to spend another $82 in order to redeem that promo to get the PS5 and we ended up spending a little over $4,000. A couple of days later we were informed the promo wasn't valid, in order to make it valid we had to do redo the whole process, okay no big deal... which led us to redoing the process 2 more times due to computer entry errors. Today, we were notified by a second party that our whole order was cancelled by the store and we would have to redo the process again for a fourth time and I'm not sure why?? At this point, I do not care about the PS5 and we have yet to hear from anyone that works at Ashley about our order. So because the employees in store didn't know the stipulations of the promo our whole order was cancelled. Did we want the PS5... of course, but we didn't go in there with the intention of leaving with any sort of prize for buying furniture.

Our sales team was lovely and we bought more than expected HOWEVER, I was very disappointed in the ‘corporate policy’ that said we did not qualify for the free PlayStation after spending almost $5k. The store manager claimed it was a corporate policy that rendered us invalid to qualify for the promotion, but I saw it as a corporate ‘bait and switch’ where the signs posted did not match the policy in the store. I am considering canceling my order now and going to another store to order the furniture.

Rios was great and so was the Sales person. I might be interested in the chair that matches.

I'll start by saying I have had decent experiences with Ashley furniture in the past. But there is one salesman that is ridiculous. Talks at a rate of 90 mph. Bounces around customer to customer like a kid with ADHD, which meant he couldn't answer our questions we had. Talks about all this success in business he's had making millions, ok great, calm down and sell me a sofa... I knew he was full of it when he completely fabricated a story about he and another worker helping another local restaurant get started. He didn't realize I knew actual owners of the restaurant. Lived here most of my life. i know a few people. ;) Had to chuckle about it, but don't see myself going back. Went and got what we needed from another company. I'm not naming names, but if you see this, cmon. You know me. Do better, be better.

I am only giving 5 stars because of RIOS excellent customer care. Rios goes above & beyond to help her customers get answers to their questions. The Abilene store itself could & should take notes from Rios. Once the sale was made in the store they no longer care. But Rios has been a blessing! Team RIOS!

The salesmen are very pushy and tacky and will lie to make sales (or are up knowledgeable to tell untruths). My salesman bragged about how much money he made and was incorrect about all aspects of delivery. The delivery itself was easy after I worked out all the incorrect bits the salesman told me, and the furniture in the end is nice

My husband and I were on a mission to purchase a sectional for our home. We arrived and began inquiring from salesmen Jace and Jon. They were an absolute pleasure! They showed us items that aligned with what we were looking for and did not make us feel pressured at all! They both knew when to give us the information and then give my husband and I time to talk about it. Although we decided on a couch from a different furniture store, both Jace and Jon were kind and understanding! We did end up purchasing an outdoor table set and they were still an absolute pleasure!
