My furniture is damaged promised to be there a certain day never showed up even though it was at the store.

Thank you Rosa for helping us with are furniture we just got them and we really love them thank you so much for your help and your understanding for canceling our first deliver date but we got them today if you need any furniture go and see Rosa she is a very good seller and a very patient with her clients thank you Ruben and Carmen L.

The staff at Ashley, Both Dustin and my sales representative were both very professional and very helpful in getting me the couch that I wanted to have put in my next apartment. The good stops there, as I ordered a clearance piece however I had it scheduled to be delivered to my apartment on my day off from work, and that was not able to be met. I worked directly in customer service so the fact that my needs could not be met as a satisfied customer is very dissatisfying. I had to plan a time off from my day at work on a day that I was scheduled to be there all day to come back and make sure that my couch was dropped off 24 hours late. This was not a store issue, however, more of a corporate policy issue, which I think needs to be seriously addressed for customers in my exact situation. Bad customer service will kill brands and it kills the reputation of this store.

Staff is knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions you may have. I placed my order and they informed me it could take 5 weeks. They where going to come out and deliver. I told them I am good with waiting for everything to arrive and make one trip to deliver.

The store was remodeled and it looks awesome, the Staff was great, very helpful and did a great job for us. The Manager explained the New look and owners of Ashleys, well definitely be back and well spread the word about your beautiful store.

Salesman Joe baker was great. However the scheduling was supposed to be to be on 1/2/26 but for some reason it was moved to 1/7/26 without notifying me. Tried to call the store 5 times without success and reached customer service every time. Was told to just keep calling back til someone answered. GAVE. Up will just wait til they are delivered

The guy Don followed me and my mom every where. I couldn’t shop in peace and I felt very pressured to get a couch that was overpriced. Ashley’s phone customer service was great on giving me my refund quickly and kind. But the sales associate, I don’t support.

He was the best! Even after I changed my mind so many times, he was calm and collective and very professional. Very Happy!

Had an awesome experience at Ashley furniture! Absolutely love the rug we got and extremely impressed with the man Jacob who helped us out. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable about everything there. 100% will be back.

I did not get all of the cables or the power packs for my couch so it is basically a standard couch that can not recline or do a single thing.

Delivery was super quick! The guys were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Answered all my questions and had the furniture set up and ready to go. Thank you for a seamless experience!

We were told everything was in stock...just couches delivered. Called and was told everything else was taken off the truck and pushed back to the 19th...already waited over a week. Nobody can do that or fix it they told us yet it was done...nobody can fix it or give answers...I cancel everything!! The people at the store do not care and have no desire to help once the sale is made...called Mathis in OKC and ordered from the new couch the same items and saved a 1000 dollars!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT EVEN WALK IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Was not told about $69.99 shipping cost Mattress and bed frame coming from Lubbock Tx If a person does not have enough credit to buy items then dont assume another party is willing to put the merchandise in their name and the party was not consulted on the amount financed Was not able to tell customer the monthly payment amount that will be auto deducted The salesman grabbed a mattress protector which he did not say it was another cost that was $300 that was set up as account and not asked if buying party wanted Thought it was a premium when bought that type matterss Nice salesmen Just interested in making a quick sale to a young buyer Fast talker making the merchandise look very good

Update: after returning to the store the next morning we asked to speak to the manager. Donald Sears came to help us. He was very patient, listened to our story, and then he did the right thing. He honored the price we were quoted the day before. He apologized that it wasn’t handled correctly to begin with and left us with a much better feeling. It was nice to see this in a company. After looking and measuring a specific fireplace insert for about 30 minutes a different sales person, Rosa Ortega, came by. We asked if there would be a Columbus Day sale and she said yes as a matter of fact the piece we were looking at was on sale. But then she said she thought the one we were looking at might be discontinued and she would be able to sell us the one off the floor. She asked us to wait a few minutes. When she returned she confirmed it was discontinued and that she could sale it to us at a discounted price. She quoted us the price and we asked for confirmation and she went back one more time and confirmed the price and that we would take that specific one home today. We measured again and confirmed that it would work and that we would take it. She went to do the paperwork and came back once to apologize that it was taking so long because she had to put it in the system to be able to sell it to us. We said “no problem” and continued waiting. Eventually she came back, after telling us 3 times she could sell it and giving us the price and apologized that she couldn’t sell it at that price after all. The new price was almost $200 more because it wasn’t actually discontinued. It felt like a complete bait and switch and if this is how customers are treated I would caution you to shop elsewhere.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. Ashley Furniture, and specifically the employees Rupert, Donald, and Dustin, made the entire process a nightmare. From the beginning, nothing felt straightforward or honest. The way they handled business came off shady, manipulative, and completely untrustworthy. Instead of helping me as a customer, they seemed more focused on pushing hidden costs, dodging direct questions, and giving me the runaround. It was clear they had no intention of being transparent or professional. Every interaction left me feeling like I was being scammed rather than served. These three employees made what should have been a simple, positive experience into a situation full of stress, frustration, and distrust. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. Ashley Furniture should be embarrassed to have employees like Rupert, Donald, and Dustin representing their business. I’ll never step foot in this store again, and I strongly warn anyone else to avoid it unless you want to deal with shady practices and a team that clearly doesn’t care about customers.

My delivery drivers were very professional and personable. They were efficient and did a great job working with me on the set up of my new furniture!

We looked several places before we decided on Ashley’s for a new bedroom suit found exactly what we wanted at a good price. I will definitely be shopping there for my furniture. Great customer service on top of great prices.

This has been the worst experience buying furniture ever!! I would avoid every using this place at all cost. My wife and I wanted to buy my mother in law some furniture, after we made the purchase everything started going down hill, the delivery dates started to move over and over again, we had no communication about it unless we reached out to them. when placing the order they new the material was on back order and made up dates that they knew they couldn't deliver on. Then when I called to complain, I was directed to their complaint email that I sent an email to and got ignored. Then I sent 2 follow up emails without getting any answers. after that I called in again (to a call center) and they sent it up to the "escalation team", still 2 weeks later no one has called me. Then after the 5 or 6th time of the date moving we threatened to cancel our order through a bot, no call back after that. The final thing that happened was when the furniture finally showed up, they said that there wasn't an install service when at the time of purchase they said it was included. their only response was that "they have 16 weeks to deliver", in the tiny print on some page of the contract. This is a very miss leading place and seems to not care about customer service. Run from this place as fast as you can, I will be shocked if they respond to this post and if they do it will be to call into some bot.

Found an error in my pricing charged me 125 dollars more than what the price was had to go back and verify to why yes they corrected it still waiting on the refund other then that customer service was good

Poor - bought & paid for table, chairs & side board told in stock and would be delivered 1 week later - even stated that on our receipt - day came & no delivery - spent over 2 hours on phone with various people only to be told the 28th was earliest it could be delivered - 8 days later! Definitely will not be returning customer!

Armando went above and beyond to get a delivery in 2 days. He had initially told us it would be a week. But because of our situation he worked to get us a delivery date of just 2 days. A very pleasant man and easy to work with and not pushy like some salesmen we have worked with. Thank you.

The AC, The customer service, the Couches! The discounts! Donald is the MAN! His customers service and Dad vibes made it easy for my wife and I to shop for a living room table and a new couch without stressing over our feral toddlers. The other floor salesman were also friendly and engaging but because of Donald and the high quality of the products we will be making Ashley’s furniture or go to home furniture stop.

Horrible! Sales was great. The Lubbock warehouse, deliver guys, product ordered, and main customer line are an absolute mess and all the people were rude, rude, and rude! Even the autobot was inaccurate multiple times. Got gaslighted, hung up on twice, ignored, yelled at, and was told the faulty sofa manufacturing was just an issue I made up. Will never order anything from Ashley, this location, or order anything out of the Lubbock warehouse. Highly recommend avoiding this nightmare for everyone!

Got what I been waiting and decent price…

I’d give a zero if I could. Worst furniture experience purchase of my life. The level of incompetence at Ashley is unbelievable. I ordered a sofa on April 22nd and paid for it online. I spoke to a manager at the Amarillo store on the 22nd who assured me my son’s sofa would be delivered on May 3rd, since he was moving into his new apartment May 1. May 3rd came and no sofa or call. I called on the 3rd and asked why my sofa wasn’t delivered. “Sorry sir, your sofa didn’t make it out of the warehouse blah blah blah”. No problem I said and agreed to reschedule to May 10 delivery. May 10th came and no sofa. So I called again asking where my sofa is. “Sorry sir” your sofa order was in the wrong status. Nothing we can do now, except reschedule”. I asked to speak to a supervisor who gave me the same answer and offered to reschedule. So now I have a new delivery date of May 17th. Almost a month since I ordered and paid for the sofa, and no assurance I will get my sofa on the 17th. Who knows what will happen next Saturday. Again the level of incompetence is insane. Since I ordered and paid for the sofa, I have spent over 2 hours on the phone dealing with this. This is not right!!

Be sure you really sit in the chair before you get it because they won't allow refund or even exchange. You are out of luck if it's uncomfortable. Took them 2 weeks to get it to me.

The delivery crew stayed in contact with me and was prompt. They were amazing and set up was so quick! The saleswoman was great too and so helpful with my selection.

As a primary caregiver I needed a lift chair ASAP, with dual motor control, lay flat recline , heat and massage. I called Ashley's and talked to Rosa who gave me at length descriptions over the phone and prices that were 1/2 what other stores were charging. The store manager personally explained the features and custom fabrics, taking time to answer all my questions. I got everything I wanted in a chair plus an amazing discount and 5 year warranty. It was an easy shopping experience that made my task simple. I am so pleased and recommend you shop Ashley's 1st. You won't need to go anywhere else.

Came in to look at couches for our new house and ended up leaving with a clearance couch set and clearance coffee table and end tables set lol. They have good selections, lots of clearance mixed in too. Highly recommend this location. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Ashley. Our top of the line reclining sofa had an electrical failure while still under warranty. Unfortunately the part was discontinued. No problem. After speaking with the service department they offered us a free sofa equal to the cost of our original couch. Again, we were able to get the top of the line.....at no extra cost. Jesse, our salesman in Amarillo was wonderful!!! He was our original salesman a year ago. I'd recommend to anyone wanting full service. He goes out of his way to get you the best deal possible. I wasn't sure about Ashley furniture a year ago because I had never shopped there. Now they have a customer for life! Thanks Ashley Furniture and everyone who helped along the way!

Ashley is a great furniture store they have a wide variety of merchandise. My salesman Don Neal has been great to work with he helped me with a dining room set a few months back now he helped me with a couch and chair that I needed. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.

The bed i bought cash was trash it was flimsy and messed up right away it looked like good quality but was not cheap material it was worth almost 4000 dollars should have been better disappointed tremendously!!!!!!

Adolfo, our salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable but what I appreciated the most is the time he gave us to discuss which furniture we wanted. Often times, the salesman hovers not giving you anytime to look or decide without input. Adolfo gave us plenty of space but was close by for any questions we had. I bought furniture for my wife before Christmas. I have been calling the 1 800 number calling the office local calling other numbers that they give me for a return phone call from someone in supervision. It has been 7 weeks now, with no one able to call me back with any type of authority to answer a question and get my issue resolved, I have never seen. Such incompetent people with a bunch of excuses of why they cannot help. We purchased a sectional which was missing feet, so we're unable to use it. Rosa at the store level has tried to help, but the management team seems to get swapped out on a weekly basis, so no one has any authority to make a decision. Still to this day, I am unable to use a piece of furniture that we paid alot of money for. I would not recommend them to even my enemy.. Poor customer service, poor response time, and not willing to get me in touch with correct person to help. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I love how they send a automatic request with another 800 phone number to call with no one with any authority to actually make a decision and actually care about what your issue is and trying to get a result. It's just another number to post to keep you guys chasing an answer. Good luck.

I ordered a living room set in November to get it in before Christmas. I was told that this would be no problem in store and was told that the set should arrive the first week of December. When I was contacted by Ashley to schedule delivery, it gave me the available days as the week of Christmas, which isn't the first week of December but still fine since I would get it before Christmas. But today (three days before my furniture is set to arrive) I'm informed that it has been delayed and won't be available FOR ANOTHER MONTH. The soonest option it gives me to deliver now is January 17th and I had already taken a day off of work to make sure I was home when it arrived. I feel like I was lied to in store to make a sale and now Ashley Furniture is not only wasting my time but my money as well.

Order got messed up. It was really hard to talk to an actual person. I was told a delivery was going to be made on a certain day and than it was changed with no notice. The only good part about this experience were the delivery crew. They were fast and showed up when I expected

I think it's unethical to add a $239 delivery charge and a $399 fabric care charge without letting the customer know. Be sure to look at the detailed receipt before you sign. Fast talking does mean the customer would have agreed to such outrageous charges.

On another note- shame on Ashley Furniture as a company for up charging furniture and trying to marketing items to make them seem affordable. Displaying prices of items as $5 but writing in small font below the ticketed price that its $5 for 64months seems corrupt in my opinion.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Ashley's Furniture that I feel compelled to share. After placing an order and making a payment, my delivery was scheduled without any issues. However, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, a representative canceled the delivery without consulting me. When I requested that my order be reinstated, they informed me that I would need to reorder—conveniently, this was after the Memorial Day sales had ended.This kind of behavior strikes me as extremely shady and unprofessional. It seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid honoring the sale prices. Given my experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Went to buy 4 dining chairs and ended up buying a living room set Adolfo was very helpful abs got a great deal thanx.

I was debating on doing a one star, but I’ll do 2 star since it was finally resolved (7 months later). I bought a couch, couple years later need it fixed since the inside of it broke. I contacted them in October to get it fixed, first guy came a month later, we had a lot of wood laying around the yard so he asked if he could use some wood. He also used our own screw gun… ok so that solved the issue for about 24 hours, it broke again. Between having to reschedule 2-3 times since the worker would never show. Had someone come out a few other times, finally 7 months later they realized it can’t be fixed and they finally delivered a new one. We took so much time off of work for the warranty company to come out just waiting and waiting. So thanks so much for letting me enjoy my broken couch during my maternity leave with my new baby. I had a blast trying to get up from it while holding a new born these last few months.

Saturday was the first time for me to shop in an Ashley store. It was fun shopping for a bed frame and I took time to look at other pieces of furniture. Ashley has unique pieces to choose from.

Sold me a "never used" couches yet when I got it it smelled like Miley Cyrus had chain smocked on it. Have called multiple times to no avail. The managers are now ignoring my calls and refuses to do anything about it and have voided my warranty because I moved them from the place of delivery. The manager had said they would talk to someone about exchanging them for me but has now been avoiding our messages and calls.

Salesman convinced us that the set, BONDED LEATHER, was much more durable than real leather. Well don’t be fooled! The furniture is pealing something awful… where people sit!! IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. Leather furniture can be repaired. The furniture is only durable about 5 years… a waste of money!!!

Went into ashleys to look around knowing i have horrible credit and very little amount of money. Was able to get approved for a very nice bed frame and mattress that I absolutely love.

Financing was a breeze. Aldolpho is a Knight-in-shining-armor. Just had emergency surgery and needed something to lay on. I couldn't do a lot of what needed to be done but he bridged the gap and I cannot tell you how grateful I am and how excited I am to be getting my new reclining sofa in a couple of days! Thank you!

PLEASE stop with the attack salespeople! Within 15 seconds of walking in you are slammed with at least 10 questions by a salesperson drooling over a possible sale. It's awful. If you are able to dodge that, you'll get a basic idea of what they can order for you from their online site. If you're really lucky you can even purchase that day! Don't bother asking any of them about anything regarding the items since all they do is look at the .com site to get the same info you can get yourself. It's usually easier to just order from there and get it home delivered without ever dealing with the store. Pretty nice back room section with great prices on leftover pieces from sets someone didn't want. Absolutely stay away from their financing options unless you want the worst fine print possible. Furniture options are pretty varied and decent quality, if a bit Karen wanna be.

The furniture was delivered two days later by two professionals who made sure everything was connected and placed where I wanted it. I will return for future purchases.

I would give the Amarillo Store, our Salesperson, Rosa, the delivery crew and service crew all Five Stars. I would give Ashley's Customer Service One Star. We purchased two pieces of furniture in the past two months, the first was what we wanted, delivered on time by two gentlemen who were great. The second piece the same experience except it was missing two parts as noted by the delivery crew. Over two weeks later and two delivery of parts later still do not have the correct parts. We are now told we have to submit three photographs of the furniture and fill out additional paperwork in order to have the new parts delivered and assembled. My recommendation to anyone buying new furniture at Ashley's is to refuse delivery if it is missing any part/s.

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE ONLINE! I ordered four chairs from this company online. Three chairs arrived, two of them damaged. The fourth chair never arrived and was returned to the warehouse. I called and talked to four different agents about this order and was assured that I would be receiving the fourth chair by a certain date. When I checked on the tracking the chair was being returned to Ashely Warehouse. When I called for the fourth time to find out what was going on I was told that the whole order was actually canceled during the shipment process due to a "wrong address" according to their finance department and that they shouldn't have ever arrived at the address that was actually correct and on file for the payment and delivery and that I needed to return the three chairs that did arrive. I was also told that I would not be getting replacements for the two chairs that were damaged either and that they would just give me a refund for the one shair that never arrived. First, I NEVER SUBMITTED A CANCELATION or change of address and was NEVER told that the order had been canceled due to "wrong address" at any point in the process by any of the agents that I spoke with. All the agents assured me that I would receive the chair and the replacements until I finally spoke to the escalation supervisor. Second, The escalation supervisor could never really explain to me what the problem actually was and simply said that it was a "difficult situation." She did process return shipping for the three chairs that I did receive and she did assure me in writing a refund for the chairs upon pickup by Fedex. Hopefully this does take place as assured, unlike the assurance of receiving the fourth chair that I was given along with the two replacements for the damaged chairs that I was assured of as well. This experience with Ashley Furniture Online has made it where I will NEVER do business with ASHLEY again. Very unprofessional and sketchy to say the least.

I went to buy furniture at Ashley’s in Amarillo. The salesman (I think Aldalpho) wouldn’t give straight up numbers when asking about delivery fees and warranties…he just tacked everything on. The next day I started looking at the invoice and the furniture that I thought I was buying for 1,000.00 turned into 1,600.00 with everything tacked on. I called to take the warranty off and ask for the delivery fee that was discussed and the salesman said he couldn’t adjust it to what we had agreed on. I just cancelled the order at this point. He called me back 20 min later saying he could give me the delivery price I was asking, but at this point I was mad because they scammed me. I then went online and ordered it myself. The warranty was 1/2 of what the store offered and the delivery was FREE!!! I highly suggest not ordering in the store unless you want to spend a lot more money for the same product.

This has been the most awful experiences I have ever had purchasing furniture. I walked into to the store after seeing an ad online. I was shown the table and chairs that were displayed on the picture and was told that the price was for everything and it was verified by a sales professional and store manager after looking at for 15-20mins. He then proceeded to make the contract with the quoted price and I signed it and paid in full for everything. Later that day I recieve a phone call from the manager stating he made a mistake and it should have only been for the table only and I needed to go up there and pay them an additional large sum of money if I wanted the chairs. This does not only seem unethical but illegal to request more money after a contract was made and refuse to honor it at all. The GM of this store Damien was not only disrespectful about the situation but also stated that because no one from the store signed the contract whith thier signature even though they made it, printed it and I signed and payed for it with all the details of what I purchased... that it was not valid? I have all my copies of the contract including a picture of the one I signed in the store for them. It has been a week now and I'm still getting the run around trying to get a hold of someone in corporate office that can explain how this is okay or make this right. I updated my review to 3 stars, after Maria from corporate office took care of the situation and made it right. Thank you.

I’ve visited the Amarillo store to look for furnishings for an Airbnb. Rosa was incredibly helpful! This was some of the best customer service. I’ve experienced in quite a while. The furniture is very reasonably priced and the selection was extremely good. Thanks again Rosa!!!

My visit to the Amarillo Ashley's store was pure gold customer service. Dorothy was accomodating to find an answer for every inquiry that she didn't already know. Her knowledge on the Inventory was remarkable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Great staff, great selection at great prices.

We just found a rug we loved at this store and they would not sell it to us because the lady who does the designs/ staging is getting evaluated tomorrow and she wanted to use that rug. It was a $1300 rug. So weird to me that they absolutely refused to sell it. Am I wrong? Isn’t this a home store? It is it just about the displays? Frustrating for sure.👎

Great experience. David was the employee that helped me my wife out on a couch set. Very knowledgeable. Gave us a lot of info and left us to look around but occasionally came back and asked if we had any questions and also through out options and knowledge. Went to other furniture places before going to Ashley’s but Ashley’s did win us just because of how we were treated. David’s the man, quick and knowledgeable on his game.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The GM Damien is disrespectful and disgraceful. All I wanted was some parts to get my couch fixed and get the credit that their district manager Leylani had promised us. After months of being given the run around they finally ordered the parts saying I would have to pay for them. Which I tried to do three weeks ago. Then before finally buying my couch parts they tried to weasel me into buying a new couch instead of just letting me get mine fixed. This is the third bad interaction I’ve had with them all after I made my purchase. They lie to get you to order stuff then take up to 7 MONTHS to get all my furniture. Then make me wait more months for small simple parts. Last time we had to talk to three different departments and wait 2 months just for a handle. ONE SINGLE HANDLE. It’s amazing that this store is still opened from all the horror stories I’ve heard.

We had done the application online and went to the store and we got in/out in about 30 minutes. Rosa Ortega was very quick and efficient and made sure we had all the information,sale discounts, & insurance we needed. I loved this experience we had no pressure at all.

An older man named Doug met me at the door and helped me find just what i was looking. He was my idea of a good sales person. Keep him around!!

My salesman was very patient with me and im sure that paid off for him. Was not pushy. He was very accomodating for my ever changing thought pattern. All in all i got what i wanted. Finance guy was very nice and helpful also. This location has loads of furniture for ALL and i mean ALL tastes. If you have had Ashley furniture in the past and thought it wasnt well made or in my case the recliners were clunky...things have changed. I got a love seat recliner with lights, cup holders, slip in phone chargers, overhead touch lights and all power. Great deal too. Thanks
