I’d give a zero if I could. Worst furniture experience purchase of my life. The level of incompetence at Ashley is unbelievable. I ordered a sofa on April 22nd and paid for it online. I spoke to a manager at the Amarillo store on the 22nd who assured me my son’s sofa would be delivered on May 3rd, since he was moving into his new apartment May 1. May 3rd came and no sofa or call. I called on the 3rd and asked why my sofa wasn’t delivered. “Sorry sir, your sofa didn’t make it out of the warehouse blah blah blah”. No problem I said and agreed to reschedule to May 10 delivery. May 10th came and no sofa. So I called again asking where my sofa is. “Sorry sir” your sofa order was in the wrong status. Nothing we can do now, except reschedule”. I asked to speak to a supervisor who gave me the same answer and offered to reschedule. So now I have a new delivery date of May 17th. Almost a month since I ordered and paid for the sofa, and no assurance I will get my sofa on the 17th. Who knows what will happen next Saturday. Again the level of incompetence is insane. Since I ordered and paid for the sofa, I have spent over 2 hours on the phone dealing with this. This is not right!!
