Good customer service.

Highly disappointed was promised my full delivery and only received my sectional, well partially because it was broken. Didn't receive my table and chairs and needed everything I bought to be ready and furnished before my wedding date. The shipping department needs to definitely get it together and just know of you buy something don't expect it to arrive the date they say we got rescheduled 3times. The employees during the buyinh process were great but shipping is trash

Unbelievable customer service Evan was helpful knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us. We are not typically Ashley customers, but will be from now on because of Evan.

Friendly and very knowledgeable!

Nice clean well laid out store. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. 4 stars though for Ashley itself in having different pricing online than your actual stores. That needs to be corrected because it causes confusion and looks bad. But the staff and the actual store in Amarillo absolutely get 5 stars !!

If you go to Ashley make sure to ask for Jessie. He is so great. He made it possible for me to get what I needed. I can't express how happy I am. Thanks again.
