I will NEVER do business with Ashley’s again. Warranty program is horrible. Took 8 months & several rescheduling for them to come out to clean and they only did 1/3 of the job. Won’t come back out, won’t give me a refund, and no action from the manager. Stay away from this location.

BUYER BEWARE—Ashley’s Furniture does not seem to value customer satisfaction or ethical business practices. I recently had a disappointing experience with Ashley's Furniture that I feel compelled to share. After placing an order and making a payment, my delivery was scheduled without any issues. However, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, a representative canceled the delivery without consulting me. When I requested that my order be reinstated, they informed me that I would need to reorder—conveniently, this was after the Memorial Day sales had ended.This kind of behavior strikes me as extremely shady and unprofessional. It seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid honoring the sale prices. Given my experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

I was debating on doing a one star, but I’ll do 2 star since it was finally resolved (7 months later). I bought a couch, couple years later need it fixed since the inside of it broke. I contacted them in October to get it fixed, first guy came a month later, we had a lot of wood laying around the yard so he asked if he could use some wood. He also used our own screw gun… ok so that solved the issue for about 24 hours, it broke again. Between having to reschedule 2-3 times since the worker would never show. Had someone come out a few other times, finally 7 months later they realized it can’t be fixed and they finally delivered a new one. We took so much time off of work for the warranty company to come out just waiting and waiting. So thanks so much for letting me enjoy my broken couch during my maternity leave with my new baby. I had a blast trying to get up from it while holding a new born these last few months.
Saturday was the first time for me to shop in an Ashley store. It was fun shopping for a bed frame and I took time to look at other pieces of furniture. Ashley has unique pieces to choose from.
DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! They will split up your loan into 3 different parties! Also told me different prices after I signed my contracts .. totally wouldn't of went through them if I had known the REAL EXACT PRICE.... 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

WILL NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE EXEPT ASHLEYS in AMARILLO, TX!!! PLEASE READ! I usually don't write reviews but considering my situation, I absolutely have to. My husband, 3 kids and I recently lost everything in a wildfire in Fritch, TX. Unfortunately, we did not have insurance. Dolores and Jesse greeted us as we walked in, asking what we were looking for. Laughing, we said everything! lol We told them our situation. We picked out a kitchen table and chairs, bedroom suite, Tempur-Pedic mattress, adjustable base, sectional and matching rocking recliner with help from Dolores and Jesse. The initial quote we received from them was a little over the money we had allotted for these items. This group worked so hard and gave us an incredibly good discount to get these items in our budget. We could not be more thankful and wish we could show our gratitude. Once again, we will not shop anywhere else but Ashleys in Amarillo, TX! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We have not even had this couch a month and the charger port ( the whole reason we bought it) has already stopped working. Then, when put in for a claim, it is approved ( awesome ). We thought we were getting somewhere. The company that your company uses to fix your products had us set a date and time for them to come fix the problem, but instead of coming, they call to cancel and said they would get back with us to set a new date. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK!!! SO NOW I AM LEFT WITH A 1600 DOLLAR COUCH THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!

Sold me a "never used" couches yet when I got it it smelled like Miley Cyrus had chain smocked on it. Have called multiple times to no avail. The managers are now ignoring my calls and refuses to do anything about it and have voided my warranty because I moved them from the place of delivery. The manager had said they would talk to someone about exchanging them for me but has now been avoiding our messages and calls.

Several years ago we spent thousands on a complete living room set. We were looking for leather. We found a set we liked but again wanted leather. We have inside dogs. Salesman convinced us that the set, BONDED LEATHER, was much more durable than real leather. Well don’t be fooled! The furniture is pealing something awful… where people sit!! IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. Leather furniture can be repaired. The furniture is only durable about 5 years… a waste of money!!!

I would have bought double but Synchrony was giving me a hard time and even the Ashley Store would not give me credit. I had just sold my house in Austin Texas and I have plenty of money to decorate my house I just bought. 5 STARS for Mr. Quinta and 3 for the store. Salesman Evan Withers was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas and loveseats my wife and I were in the market for. With his help we feel we have a quality set that will last us many years. Salesman Adolfo Avalos helped my wife and I select the perfect tempor pedic bed for our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the function and features of the bed we selected. Both Salesman listed above explained the promotion of no interest and delayed payments until March, making our purchase of living room set and new bed an easy decision to make. With the addition of free delivery and set up we are very happy that Ashley Furniture was our first and final stop to purchase the above items. I will gladly tell others of our experience with your company.

Went into ashleys to look around knowing i have horrible credit and very little amount of money. Was able to get approved for a very nice bed frame and mattress that I absolutely love.
Financing was a breeze. Aldolpho is a Knight-in-shining-armor. Just had emergency surgery and needed something to lay on. I couldn't do a lot of what needed to be done but he bridged the gap and I cannot tell you how grateful I am and how excited I am to be getting my new reclining sofa in a couple of days! Thank you!
PLEASE stop with the attack salespeople! Within 15 seconds of walking in you are slammed with at least 10 questions by a salesperson drooling over a possible sale. It's awful. If you are able to dodge that, you'll get a basic idea of what they can order for you from their online site. If you're really lucky you can even purchase that day! Don't bother asking any of them about anything regarding the items since all they do is look at the .com site to get the same info you can get yourself. It's usually easier to just order from there and get it home delivered without ever dealing with the store. Pretty nice back room section with great prices on leftover pieces from sets someone didn't want. Absolutely stay away from their financing options unless you want the worst fine print possible. Furniture options are pretty varied and decent quality, if a bit Karen wanna be.

Highly disappointed was promised my full delivery and only received my sectional, well partially because it was broken. Didn't receive my table and chairs and needed everything I bought to be ready and furnished before my wedding date. The shipping department needs to definitely get it together and just know of you buy something don't expect it to arrive the date they say we got rescheduled 3times. My experience at Ashley Furniture was exceptional. Jesse showed me an array of choices in motion sofas and love seats. I chose a leather set at a phenomenal price. The furniture was delivered two days later by two professionals who made sure everything was connected and placed where I wanted it. I will return for future purchases.
I would give the Amarillo Store, our Salesperson, Rosa, the delivery crew and service crew all Five Stars. I would give Ashley's Customer Service One Star. We purchased two pieces of furniture in the past two months, the first was what we wanted, delivered on time by two gentlemen who were great. The second piece the same experience except it was missing two parts as noted by the delivery crew. Over two weeks later and two delivery of parts later still do not have the correct parts. We are now told we have to submit three photographs of the furniture and fill out additional paperwork in order to have the new parts delivered and assembled. My recommendation to anyone buying new furniture at Ashley's is to refuse delivery if it is missing any part/s.

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE ONLINE! I ordered four chairs from this company online. Three chairs arrived, two of them damaged. The fourth chair never arrived and was returned to the warehouse. I called and talked to four different agents about this order and was assured that I would be receiving the fourth chair by a certain date. When I checked on the tracking the chair was being returned to Ashely Warehouse. When I called for the fourth time to find out what was going on I was told that the whole order was actually canceled during the shipment process due to a "wrong address" according to their finance department and that they shouldn't have ever arrived at the address that was actually correct and on file for the payment and delivery and that I needed to return the three chairs that did arrive. I was also told that I would not be getting replacements for the two chairs that were damaged either and that they would just give me a refund for the one shair that never arrived. First, I NEVER SUBMITTED A CANCELATION or change of address and was NEVER told that the order had been canceled due to "wrong address" at any point in the process by any of the agents that I spoke with. All the agents assured me that I would receive the chair and the replacements until I finally spoke to the escalation supervisor. Second, The escalation supervisor could never really explain to me what the problem actually was and simply said that it was a "difficult situation." She did process return shipping for the three chairs that I did receive and she did assure me in writing a refund for the chairs upon pickup by Fedex. Hopefully this does take place as assured, unlike the assurance of receiving the fourth chair that I was given along with the two replacements for the damaged chairs that I was assured of as well. This experience with Ashley Furniture Online has made it where I will NEVER do business with ASHLEY again. Very unprofessional and sketchy to say the least.

I went to buy furniture at Ashley’s in Amarillo. The salesman (I think Aldalpho) wouldn’t give straight up numbers when asking about delivery fees and warranties…he just tacked everything on. The next day I started looking at the invoice and the furniture that I thought I was buying for 1,000.00 turned into 1,600.00 with everything tacked on. I called to take the warranty off and ask for the delivery fee that was discussed and the salesman said he couldn’t adjust it to what we had agreed on. I just cancelled the order at this point. He called me back 20 min later saying he could give me the delivery price I was asking, but at this point I was mad because they scammed me. I then went online and ordered it myself. The warranty was 1/2 of what the store offered and the delivery was FREE!!! I highly suggest not ordering in the store unless you want to spend a lot more money for the same product.

This has been the most awful experiences I have ever had purchasing furniture. I walked into to the store after seeing an ad online. I was shown the table and chairs that were displayed on the picture and was told that the price was for everything and it was verified by a sales professional and store manager after looking at for 15-20mins. He then proceeded to make the contract with the quoted price and I signed it and paid in full for everything. Later that day I recieve a phone call from the manager stating he made a mistake and it should have only been for the table only and I needed to go up there and pay them an additional large sum of money if I wanted the chairs. This does not only seem unethical but illegal to request more money after a contract was made and refuse to honor it at all. The GM of this store Damien was not only disrespectful about the situation but also stated that because no one from the store signed the contract whith thier signature even though they made it, printed it and I signed and payed for it with all the details of what I purchased... that it was not valid? I have all my copies of the contract including a picture of the one I signed in the store for them. It has been a week now and I'm still getting the run around trying to get a hold of someone in corporate office that can explain how this is okay or make this right. I updated my review to 3 stars, after Maria from corporate office took care of the situation and made it right. Thank you.
I’ve visited the Amarillo store to look for furnishings for an Airbnb. Rosa was incredibly helpful! This was some of the best customer service. I’ve experienced in quite a while. The furniture is very reasonably priced and the selection was extremely good. Thanks again Rosa!!!

We just found a rug we loved at this store and they would not sell it to us because the lady who does the designs/ staging is getting evaluated tomorrow and she wanted to use that rug. It was a $1300 rug. So weird to me that they absolutely refused to sell it. Am I wrong? Isn’t this a home store? It is it just about the displays? Frustrating for sure.👎
Great experience. David was the employee that helped me my wife out on a couch set. Very knowledgeable. Gave us a lot of info and left us to look around but occasionally came back and asked if we had any questions and also through out options and knowledge. Went to other furniture places before going to Ashley’s but Ashley’s did win us just because of how we were treated. David’s the man, quick and knowledgeable on his game.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The GM Damien is disrespectful and disgraceful. All I wanted was some parts to get my couch fixed and get the credit that their district manager Leylani had promised us. After months of being given the run around they finally ordered the parts saying I would have to pay for them. Which I tried to do three weeks ago. Then before finally buying my couch parts they tried to weasel me into buying a new couch instead of just letting me get mine fixed. This is the third bad interaction I’ve had with them all after I made my purchase. They lie to get you to order stuff then take up to 7 MONTHS to get all my furniture. Then make me wait more months for small simple parts. Last time we had to talk to three different departments and wait 2 months just for a handle. ONE SINGLE HANDLE. It’s amazing that this store is still opened from all the horror stories I’ve heard.
We had done the application online and went to the store and we got in/out in about 30 minutes. Rosa Ortega was very quick and efficient and made sure we had all the information,sale discounts, & insurance we needed. I loved this experience we had no pressure at all.

One person, EVAN Withers. He played a huge role in my purchase. I don't like shopping in person bcuz sales ppl are the worst but not Evan. He wasn't pushy, he listened to what I needed and was very patient while I made my decision. That poor guy walked around with me checking measurements, prices, explained the differences in materials/stuffings and which ones did best with pet fur. I made a phone call to get a second opinion and Evan stepped away so I could speak privately. He also let me move some cushions so that I could get a visual of how some pieces would look like next to each other. After just over an hour, I told him which pieces I really loved and my concerns with the pricing. He worked his magic, came up with a price I could manage and I ended up getting both of them! I left very happy with my purchase and didn't feel "taken".

Rosa not only got me the perfect chair, but she also got it delivered the next day. My second experience was with Jesse, equally helpful. As soon as you walk in the door the you can actually see the unbelievable pushy sales people get happy. Who’s ever turn it is will meet you within your first 10 steps in the building. We said Just looking thanks. He didn’t stop. Extremely high pressure pushy salesman. The wife knew what she wanted she had researched the Bedroom set extensively. That didn’t stop him. She said she wanted it and he went into finance mode. Offering all kinds of options. My credit is good but not great. He says we can get you financing no problem. Bedroom set and mattress $10,000. He runs my credit and their “ top lender “ approved $1000. I said well then it’s. No go. Thanks for your time. Give me a couple weeks and we will come back with the cash. He says well we have other place I can try they are the best so we try them first. I was just letting you know. I’ll be right back. 10 minutes later he says we got that $1,000 and this other company will do $3,400. So that will get you the bedroom set it’s only $4.400. I can get more through this other place just hold on. I said stop wait. No. Basically he ran my credit 5 times hard inquiries. My credit score dropped 25 points because of him running so many times within 30 minutes. They get the stars because they had exactly what we wanted. Way over priced and extremely unnecessary pushy hard sales tactics.

We have been looking the last few months in hopes to find a dinning room table that will fit into a small breakfast nook. We found exactly what we wanted. We were given an excellent price and able to take it home after purchase! Our sales person was nice and not pushy at all. She answered all our question and even helped load the table and chairs!
The salesperson went out of his way to get me the best possible price on the dining room set and love seat and suggested something better than I had in mind for the same price. When I went in to get a mattress, I was told if I spent $xxx I would get a box spring at no cost to go with it which is $250… then was told that the delivery people would take my old mattress and box spring back when they delivered my new one… also was told that it would have been delivered on October 4 (purchased on September 28). The warehouse called me 4 times before October 4 to reschedule my delivery as they did not have in stock. When I called my salesman David medrano at the store, he advised “well I did not know there was a time crunch and I have a different mattress in stock if you’d want to do that instead”. No I want the mattress I ordered, and it’s not called a time crunch, it’s called I ordered something and I expect it on time as I was told it would. Finally got it delivered a week or so after the 4th and the deliverers did not take my old mattress back and when I asked why he said it wasn’t on the order. So I called the store again to ask to speak to David and they told me he was with a customer and he would call me back…. NOTHING. So I dropped it whatever. Then I’m looking at my credit card statement and realize that I was in fact charged for the box spring that I was assured multiple times “came with the mattress purchase”, so when I called the store yet again to speak to David, guess what no call back. I will never be back to Ashley’s and now I can understand why the parking lot is always dead because they’re just about making that commission and not actual customer service.

Initial interactions were okay. However, the longer we were there the more we felt swindled. Pricing was cheaper online and instead of price matching, we were given the excuse that it was a 3rd party instead of Ashley even after we showed the associate the website and the furniture in the cart with our shipping address. Adolfo tried to upsell what was supposed to be a $1,700 dining set another $1,000 by adding the “white glove delivery” and the “warranty.” I had to ask for the cost of these two add ons at least 3 times before given a beat around the bush answer. After deciding they were trying to pull a fast one on us we went to leave and he actually stopped us at the door with a different sales associate saying they’d be able to price match it. They asked us how our experience was so I told them we felt swindled. I mentioned the “warranty” reviews online only covered a fraction of the cost of replacement and many people stated they had to jump through hoops to get a replacement if any which felt like blatant misrepresentation based on a dishonest business model. We ended up leaving with the furniture at the price shown online only because we liked the furniture and a shift lead who tried to make it right - not the manager on duty (he didn’t even speak to us) or the original sales associate. I’d be very weary of purchasing furniture here as we watched multiple other couples blindly fall for what they thought was a good deal!!!

Was told delivery would be between 9 and 12, after working all night and not sleeping it showed up at 4:00, also told they would take my old bed, had to move it myself because the delivery person said they dont pick up, I think a large business like this should be more knowledgeable about what they can and can't do, also keep your delivery appointments.

Overall the experience was good and the financing was some what speedy. There was a clerical error on the final cost of my furniture but it was straightened out.
I gave the store a 5 star review, but do not still have this same opinion. Great service until sale done. Never got a refund I was due after several months of trying. Will never go back to the store.

The two delivery guys (both named Victor) were great and Victor R was extra careful with the furniture he moved in and very customer service minded. They both did an excellent job and the Store Manager did an exceptionally great job. We will be buying future furniture purchases from Ashley's!!!
The show room is massive and has lots of different styles for every taste. We walked away with a sectional that we are super excited to have delivered. The quality of the furniture is good and so are the prices.
Adolfo greeted us as we came in the store. He pointed us in the right direction without any sales pressure. Checked on us once or twice. Then was available to answer questions about our selections when we were ready. Definitely pleased with our shopping experience!

Ashley's furniture is a middle man they sell other people's stuff and I guess you can't knock the hustle, however why would I pay this outrageous price for this couch right here and then have to wait for 8 to 10 weeks before I actually get it when I can just go to Sears or something like that and buy one on the spot and have it delivered?
DAVID Was the best! First we arrived minutes before Ashley's closed and he still stayed to help us find all we needed for our new home. He was beyond nice about everything. Made sure we had everything we needed before it was all done. Even thanked my husband for all his military service. He was so great! So glad we decided to drop in last minute. . Its like when God places Angels around you then one day you feel like you actually met one! Thank you David!
I arrived and really no one attended me, it wasn’t until I called out to an employee to ask about sectional sofas, but I didn’t really feel very welcome, I finally made my selection. I asked about some matching chairs, but was never shown anything, just was told that if I wanted to see them, at another time, I could see them by pictures,. Just was not a very welcoming atmosphere

Furnishing a new house is supposed to be a fun and exciting time. We were very happy to order our bedroom set for the master on May of 2021. It's been a year and more since that day and we still have not received the bed frame for said bedroom set. We have called numerous times and been lied to or told its coming in but here we are still with our mattress on the floor a YEAR later. Do not order from Ashley's if you actually want to enjoy the furniture anytime soon. It's funny how this set is still sold currently even though they know they can't fulfill it, which is pretty close to con artistry.
My wife and I ordered furniture last may. We were told it was in stock, we just now received our order in completion. 1 year and 15 days later. And to make the story complete they didn’t even deliver the hardware to put our bed together. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. It is ran by unprofessional people with no sense of making anything right to their customers. Absolutely ridiculous. I would advise no one ever go in the doors of this place it is full of liars.
I purchased a dual recliner last June for about $1100...last month the back fell apart ....upon inspection I found out the couch was made of particleboard and brads which are basicly staples which apparently is industry standard..as I'm told ... I went through the proper channels and after a sending pictures and having a technician come out they said maby in a couple of weeks they might send me another seat back .. if I knew the poor quality of the furniture I would never have waisted my time or money .. make shure you ask what and how its made before you buy

He is amazing!!! Introduced himself and allowed us to look at all the tables in stock and found one my wife and I both loved!! Got a good deal due to a promotion offered by Ashley for paying cash. If you need furniture head to Ashley and ask for Adolfo—a true kind professional!!!!!

I made a $5000 purchase from Ashley's on 5/10/21. It was a full bedroom set with bed frame, two side tables, and dresser with a tv stand and a server. We were told it was back ordered for a few weeks but would be 12 weeks at the most. 12 weeks came and went and I had not received any items. I had reached out to discuss and was told everything was back ordered and it would come in split deliveries. Over the last 9 months I have received the items sparingly and randomly, but still no bed. It is currently 3/15/22 and I have yet to receive my bed. There is no end in site and they have no idea when it will actually come in. I have talked to numerous sales people and called the Ashely's line with little help. Tyler, the salesperson, has remained super kind and professional. He is always willing to give me updates but he has no control over the delivery of the items. A coworker recently ordered a full bedroom set from Bob Mills and received the items within 2 weeks. When I reached out to Ashleys to discuss, was told it should come in any time. I have received this same reply for the last 10 months. What what supposed to be fun and exciting and has turned into a complete disaster. At this point, I have no idea if/when I will ever receive the bed. Extremely frustrated. I get things get behind but never expected to wait an entire year.. possibly more with the way things are going.

I found a nice selection of living room furniture to choose from. Once I made a decision the sale rep was able to answer all my questions and got me what I felt was a good deal.
Than you Haley for the great costumer service. I love that there's many variety of the furniture but right now it takes from 6 to 12 wks to be delivered. Hopefully it doesn't take long. Since most reviews do mention the lack of delivery. I just wished I had read reviews before buying.

Don't come here they were nothing but liars and crooks. They will say almost anything just to sell you a piece of furniture with a terrible warranty protection. We ordered 3 bedroom sets in June 2021, were told estimated 6 to 8 weeks. It's been 7 months now and we barely just got pieces of each bedroom set in January 2022. Still estimated to wait till March. Go to Bob mills they gave us couches in less than 2 weeks same time span! September 2021

About two weeks ago I purchased a couch and love seat. I was told because it was a clearance set, there was no delivery available. No worries, I picked up the set off the showroom floor and was told that there was no one there to help load. I brought help to load Soo no problem. I was also told there was no warranty for clearanced items. 3 days into owning this set, my 2 year old tears one of the cushions. I contacted the store and wanted the cushion fixed at my expense, I was told someone would be out in a few days. No one ever showed, I finally contacted customer service and did a work order for service. I was told I couldn't pay for the service over the phone. Soo I drove 40 miles one way to pay. Was told again someone would be out to assess. Still no one has showed.Today I called and was told my work order for service had been closed, Soo I would have to start this process all over again. Keep in mind this "clearanced' set still cost me over $1500.00. I normally don't write these kind of reviews, but come on Ashley's...you can do better!!!

I ordered a mattress and barstools they were supposed to be ready for delivery on the 2nd of Dec called and got told the 17th of Dec never heard anything called again on the 18th and was told 23rd and 27th and here I am still no word from anyone. This was the best experience I’ve had at a furniture store! I’m moving into an apartment soon and my roommate and I needed furniture so we just came to look, but we ended up finding everything we wanted and being able to get right off the bat! This is the best place to find furniture!!

Don't buy anything there. I bought a table set over a year and a half ago and I still haven't received it, they keep telling me next month and next month, but here we are almost 2 years.

Excellent experience, I was greeted by an employee named Delores that was very helpful on my first visit, after going home to think over my decisions she remembered me and the sofas I was interested in several days later and continued to assist me with my purchase. I will also add that in the days between my visit, I checked out many of the other furniture stores around town and didn't find anything comparable in price, comfort, or appearance, to the Soletren sofa I purchased here. EDIT: I feel the need to mention that they don't keep much inventory in stock, but i was made aware of average shipping time on the products I was viewing early on, this wait is not an issue for me, but potential buyers should keep in mind that there will usually be several weeks for shipping.

My boyfriend and I went into the store to just look around for a future couch. We didn’t have any solid plans to leave the store with a purchase but were just wanting to look at the options. We were greeted by Angela who first showed us a few options for bedside tables and then went on to show us a few couch options. We were looking for a faux leather couch and the first one she showed us, we fell in love. Angela spent a lot of time with us at the couch explaining the different benefits of the couch, payment options, and the protection plan. The manager, David, also stopped by and talked to us as well. We were in the store probably 2 hours and they took excellent care of us. Because of how much we loved the couch, the payment options, and the amazing customer service, we ended up moving forward with purchasing the couch. Angela’s customer service was superb and made the purchasing experience 100% pain free and easy. I would highly recommend this store as their willingness to help their customers in anyway far exceeded my expectations.

Had an excellent sales experience but since the furniture arrived its been a nightmare. This purchase was for my 84 year old mother in law who purchased her first set of furniture in 30 years. Order was incomplete and damaged, have made numerous calls and trips to local Ashely's and they say all the right things but nothing has happened as far as getting the damaged furniture fixed. The sales team default is telling us to "call the Guest Relations Team", which we have called and emailed but we never hear back. I hope they make this right but I am losing faith and my mother in law is beside herself due to such a bad experience
Just purchased a sofa and loveseat set can't wait to get it, I loved the attention and the sales person she was very nice and patient with us and literally showed me everything I wanted to see also answered ally doubts. Thanks rosa

Ashley Furniture is the worst! Ordered furniture and after 9 months of lies, hangups and no furniture, they agreed to refunding my money. Took an additional 3 MONTHS to receive all monies paid. Went to Bob Mills Furniture paid for furniture and IT WAS DELIVERED within 1 WEEK! Go to Bob Mills and save money, headaches and receive quality products within a reasonable time frame.

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I shopped at Ashley. Our salesperson, Jesse was very good. Ordered the items we wanted (two bedroom sets and a table with 4 barstools) on 9/23/21. We were advised that it would be approximately 14 weeks before delivery. We were hesitant about waiting that long, but also know that there are snags with orders and delivery, but expecting delivery before Christmas, 2021, so, we went ahead and ORDERED and PAID FOR (via credit card), which of course was charged. Called today to check on how things were going and after an hour of hangups (from Ashley when going to customer service - phone clicks like it's being answered but then it abruptly hangs up), going a different way and getting call centers, found out that the bedroom sets are now discontinued, won't be in production (maybe) until October, 2022 and delivery would not be until April, 2023. Went to cancel the order because the table and barstools wouldn't be available for delivery until January, 2022 AND they now added a $300+ delivery charge). Cancelled the order and they will NOT be refunding my WHOLE payment - they will charge me a 10% cancellation fee because I'm not cancelling within 3 days of purchase. All of the customer service people "can't" do anything about cancellation fees - the store has to do it and so far, the store is uncommunicative. The "return" of my money will take 7-10 business days EVEN THOUGH my credit card was CHARGED the day we ordered.
Great customer service from David Cowger. No pressure and listened to what I was looking for. Patient while I sat on all the loveseats looking for exactly what I wanted. Furniture purchases are big deals. Will be back next time I need more furniture. Good price too. Thanks David Cowger for your awesome customer service and help

They got me a wrong order after four weeks and the managers couldn’t do anything and they’re over priced they didn’t want to do a price match after I find it someone else cheap they’re on a professional worst customer service I will never buy from Ashley I’ll recommend them.
They will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear to take your money. They told me and my wife the furniture will be here in 8 weeks at the latest. 10 weeks passed and still no furniture. We called and they got rude and told us it’s looking more like 14 months. So we decided to cancel the order so we could just go somewhere else. It took two weeks of calling and showing up at there store with a lot of being ran through the ringer to finally get our money back. There extremely unprofessional and will never get my business back. I understand the delay of product due to COVID but the lieing and disrespect they gave my wife was beyond any experience I’ve ever had. I would have given no stars if that was a option.

David Medrano and David Cowger are poor excuses for management! David Medrano especially needs calling out because he does not return emails or calls! Passes the buck to David Cowger who also does not follow up or follow through with the many empty promises said in person just to keep the customer at bay & out of his face for the moment. Ordered $2500 work of furniture with notice of complete order in stock on 8/28/21 and a scheduled white glove delivery for 9/7/21. However, somehow on the day of delivery, one item mysteriously went missing without a trace and to date NO ONE has given a reason why or solution other than to reorder with a delivery lead time of 12/24/21 through 2/18/22 per Ashley Customer Relations. I’ve sent numerous emails and left countless voice mails for David Medrano & David Cowger but to date 9/19/21 NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE RESPONDED! I’ve spoken to my salesperson Aldolfo “who by the way was awesome” and cc’d on each communication, however whose hands are tied and prevented from actually helping customer such as myself for fear of what clearly appears retaliation from managers David Medrano & David Cowger. I’ve been lied too and set aside as though my business does not matter when I’m truth it’s my very business that allows these people to have jobs!
The customer service was great. Rosa was available, but allowed us to look and talk on our own time. She answered questions and worked with us to find the best deal to fit our needs.

Now that I’ve thought about it these guys are ripoffs they overcharge heavily, these items you can buy for better at ikea but I had buy something for our house since we just moved in last year and this place was the closest .. I’ve learned my lesson . If I could give this place no stars I would this is the worse customer service ever. I ordered 2 couches and 3 coffee tables last year 2 months later 1 couch came mind you the couches are a set they literally split it to purposely make me wait longer it’s like they enjoy making us wait, waited 3 more months for our coffee tables. I really like their furniture and we got an incredible deal on a sofa. When we bought it, we were told it could take 3 months to get it in. We're now on month 4 and I'm getting really frustrated. If it wasn't for the fact that we got such a good deal, I would cancel this order. We went to the store and talked to an associate who wasn't able to help us with an estimated time frame. This is starting to become ridiculous and I don't understand why they can't tell us when it will arrive. Currently not recommending shopping at Ashley. Update 9-24-21 - I was contacted by customer support after this review and they apologized and told me the couch would be delivered Oct. 2. Fine, I appreciated them reaching out, even though it took a bad review to get their attention. We called yesterday to confirm and it was a recording stating that delivery would be 21 - 23 weeks. I even asked if we could have the floor model and they said no. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEY'VE BEEN VERY DISMISSIVE.

My mother bought a bunch of furniture from them in March 2021. It was delivered in a “reasonable” time but it was wrong, the salesman put it in the computer incorrectly and it didn’t fit the incorrect way. Also, the delivery guys were rude and disrespectful. My Mom is disabled and I don’t stand for that. So we sent it back with the guarantee it’d be fixed in 4-6 weeks. It is the middle of September, we were told tomorrow is the delivery date so she called to make sure, NOPE. 3-5 MORE weeks. We’ve been up there and called multiple times and of course everyone is rude and doesn’t care, and when she called back today- they REFUSED to let her speak to a supervisor. They gave her an in-store credit back when they got it wrong, which was nice, so she went up there for a big sale they were having and they had no record of the credit due to a “new system”. Of course, when they found it she wasn’t able to use the sale price. This has been the worst experience ever. Just unbelievable. Sure had no problem with systems or customer service when we were paying for it all, even though we were not allowed to put the down payment on a credit card, they made us pay cash cause apparently my grandad seems like the type to not have good credit? Terrible.
The worst furniture store I’ve dealt with. Financed around 3,600 hundred dollars worth of furniture in March 2021. Told me it would be a 6-8 week lead time. Today is September 7 of 2021 and still haven’t got a piece of furniture. They keep telling me to check next month. Which is what I’ve been told every time I call to get an update after the 8 weeks. So if you want furniture that will arrive a year later by all means Ashley’s is the place to go. I would’ve been okay if they actually gave you the real lead time. Because we wouldn’t of shopped there to begin with!!!If I could i would’ve given it zero stars!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered stuff April 5, was told 2-8 weeks. 5 months later I still hadn’t received half my order, and they kept pushing it back and pushing it back. Everyone I talked to, including the sales person I originally dealt with, was rude. They seemingly just make stuff up as they go. Random dates for potential delivery, reasons why they’re behind, etc. Sure were quick to pick up the one piece they had delivered that I cancelled (fireplace insert, useless by itself). As soon as I cancelled it I had a notification for pick up 2 days later. I imagine it will be a long time before I get refunded. I will NEVER buy from Ashley’s again, and I encourage you to do the same. Choose one of the more local places, same furniture, 10000% better customer service.

Actual staff at the store is fine but everything past that is terrible. Customer service line doesn’t know anything and doesn’t communicate with the store. Waited over 3 months for our couches and they finally arrive and now on week two waiting for them to deliver. Was told by our sales rep that they would deliver and work with our schedule, and they absolutely have not- plus no one calls back. Full of empty promises. Horrible customer service once you purchase so if you are ok with that go ahead and take your chances. I work in the customer service industry and have never done a review before- but this is the worst experience I have encountered and just want to warn everyone. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
This is the store more fake that I know, I bought a living room ,you give me a a date off delivery and I didn't went to job.This is unacceptable. When the store want to sale they are very friendly but whe you want an answer you are very rude .
I'm disappointed in the dishonesty of the sales team. We went in for a new living room set and I specifically asked about shipping/receipt time. I was told because their manufacturer is in Dallas, they haven't had issues with deliveries. Quoted me 6-8 weeks. (in early July). I called to check on the order (Sofa, Loveseat, Chaise Lounge, Coffee Table and 2 end tables and was told all furniture i picked was on backorder, and was quoted December earliest..... FRUSTRATING! Just be honest from the beginning and say you have delivery backorder issues. Don't put yourself on a pedestal and say you guys haven't experienced issues to get the sale. Cancelling the whole order. Waste of an afternoon of shopping in store, and waste of hours on the phone trying to cancel the order. People should be fired for being that dishonest. Update: Now they are saying June 2022 for the furniture, so i'm cancelling the order entirely.
The experience we had today was great from the time we walked in till we walked out. Pedro let us walk around without being rushed. After everything was said and done we walked out as very happy costumers.

Run from this place! We purchased a dining room table and chairs in March. We were told they would come in in 8 weeks but could take up to 12. We received our table in a week but never got the chairs. We began calling after 8 weeks and the hold times are outrageous (you are number 27 in the queue, etc). On two occasions they put me on hold and never came back. They kept kicking the can down the street; it was always next week. Finally today they called to say the chairs were discontinued. After 5 months of having my money, they wanted me to come in and select new chairs. I said hell no and demanded my money back. She said they would send a check. I’ve read from other reviews that these checks take 45-60 days. I told the lady “no,” I paid with a credit card and demanded my card be credited back. (It is against their agreement with visa/MasterCard to offer a cash/check refund in a credit card purchase). The lady told me they switched systems and wouldn’t be able to credit my card back. Today I plan to write the Attorney General of Texas and ask him to look into the business practices of this company.

The staff was very helpful and informative. They greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, but also gave us space to look around as we pleased. As soon as we were ready to buy our couch they came back and helped us through the process, ensuring we understood each deal that was offered and helping us choose the best deal for us.
Do not ever waste your hard earned money here! The furniture seems great and the sales staff is knowledgeable, but that is where it stops! When our items were finally in stock for delivery, for us it was a month, they set the delivery date with no input from us and "Evan" who claims to be the customer service manager says deliveries can't be changed...but he will do you a favor and keep trying and call you when he gets it done...not only can he not work the computer, but the phone is too complicated as well because you will never hear from him. We finally did however get it rescheduled through the delivery people in Lubbock. Except they arrived with only part of the order. Now we are back to the very rude "Evan" who still claims he has no way to change delivery times or even getting the correct items to your door, but again will keep trying and call me before the end of the day...that was yesterday..."Evan" still finds the phone far too advanced to keep his promise to call. I have now made several trips to the store and contacted every number I can find and no one can help. So tomorrow my mission is a fraud claim with our credit card company. Don't make the mistake I did...shop somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible experience. Was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks of waiting we were told it would be at least 4 more weeks before our items were delivered. When we cancelled our order we were told that our refund could only be by mailed check and it could take between 15-45 days to receive our refund. Over $2,000 of our money is now tied up with Ashley furniture for a product we never even got to see. Do not shop here or let anyone you like shop here.

I had the most horrible experience at Ashley furniture. The manager told me when I bought the furniture in January that I would have the furniture in 4 to 8 weeks. I received my furniture after 7 months. They failed to deliver the battery packs that I ordered for the furniture. Unfortunately I could not get ahold of customer service so I drove to my local store and was told that they do not keep battery packs in the store. I was told that my battery packs would be delivered at a later date now.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this store unless you are okay with NEVER getting your furniture. I bought a bedroom set on March 6 and was told 2-8 weeks. Every time I call they give me a made up date and sure enough that date passes with no furniture. First I was told May 11 then June 20 then June 28 and now July 12. Extremely disappointed in the deception. I absolutely would not have ordered furniture that takes over 4 months to get in and I should have been informed of the actual time before purchasing it. I paid in full and will only get 25% of my money back if I cancel, but they can delay it as long as they want. 100% never shopping here again.
Friendly service, prices are just right. They really allowed us time to view or options and make decisions. They have a large selection. It is sad that it takes over month or two to receive your purchase but a 250 delivery fee. It is a disservice that they don't even call to keep you updated regarding the status of delivery. This was a good option this time, but possibly not the option next time.
Ordered bedroom set on 12/19/20 and still have not received all of it. We finally got most of it after calling multiple times over 6 months. It was delivered on 6/14/21 but still do not have the full set. Would never shop here again or recommend. UPDATE: After exchanging a few emails, still have gotten no answer or any response over the last month. UPDATE 2: All furniture was finally successfully delivered on 10/6/21. 10 month turnaround for an order that was supposed to take 2-6 weeks.
Update: it’s been 4 months since the order was placed. They still can’t figure out what’s happening, called and no one reached back. So far they still don’t know when I’ll receive my order. I should have read the reviews before buying here! No one knows what they are doing. The person asking to email them about the case doesn’t know what’s going on either. They say they’ll email the person in charge so they could call me and it’s pointless since they never call. It’s been months and everything keeps getting pushed back even further. Save your money and buy elsewhere cuz I’m sure I lost 8k in this transaction.
We bought several things from Ashley's back in March, and we have not received them. They said we would receive our items in 6 weeks but it has been 2-3 months since then. We have been checking in once in a while asking when our stuff will arrive, and they always say the same thing which is "They will arrive next week."
Bought a living room set about 3 months ago cash payed upfront and still have not recieved it mind you its been 3 months and they will not answer phone they say they will call back and never do horrible service!! I am fixing to report it to my bank as fraud maybe i can get my money back that way if not i will call my lawyer and file a law suit !!!
They were really great when we walked in and they were trying to make a sale. After we purchased furniture for our entire home the customer service went downhill. It took me 4 days to get even get a hold of someone on the phone. Nobody there knows what they are doing. Nobody there has concrete answers to any questions. The woman at the customer service desk speaks & moves slower than anyone I’ve ever met. We asked when our furniture would arrive- no one has an answer. They are great at giving excuses and not returning calls. The furniture is nice but the people that work there ruin the entire experience with their flakiness and lack of knowledge. Update: I contacted the phone number that was in the reply to this thread. They claimed they couldn't find an order that matched my phone number or the account number on my receipt. Not helpful whatsoever. David is just as incompetent as the salesmen that work for him.
My dad and I went into Ashley's yesterday for Memorial Day. I had seen sales advertised. I was looking for a bed for my daughter and bedroom furniture. The guy at the front was not interested in even helping us at all. It was so obvious he had zero interest. We just turned around and left. We went somewhere else and in 20 minutes found what we needed and the people where we went were so above and beyond helpful we let them order everything we needed. No thanks Ashley's. You need to get people who are educated in customer service.
We ordered a dining room table and a master bedroom set on 1/3/21. We were told it would be here in 8-10 weeks. After that turned into 13 weeks and we hadn’t heard from anyone, I decided to reach out. After sitting on hold for forever only to then be passed around from person to person, we were told end of April. April came and went, still nothin, reached back out, now they say end of May. During that conversation I simply asked the question IF we COULD cancel and get a refund at that point. They said yes. I said good to know– if...IF we decide that’s the route we wanna take, WE WILL GO IN STORE TO CANCEL. We decided to keep the order and never requested the cancelation. Well, whoever I spoke to took the initiative to cancel my order after that conversation. Without me asking. After I stated we would go in store to cancel if that’s what we decided to do. So here it is end of May when they said it should be here by and I call for a status update only to be told my order was canceled a month ago without me asking for it to be. Funny thing, even after a month I never even received my $3,000 refund?? I’m probably out of my mind, but I asked them to reinstate the order. I mean, we’re already five months into this bs, why not carry it out? MAYBE it’ll be here by Christmas. Or, I may never see any furniture or my $3,000 refund...I’ve learned to expect less than the bare minimum from their customer service. Save yourself the time, money, and sanity, and take your business elsewhere.
If you want you furniture that you are wanting to buy before 3 months then don’t go here. We have called several time and no answer and when we do get a answer they direct you to many different people and none of them know anything about what’s going on. After waiting so long we decided to just get our money back and they won’t return our money without keeping 25% of it so now we just have to wait till they decide to give good customer service and deliver our furniture that we have already purchased from them. Strongly suggest shopping and buying from a more professional furniture store. Ashley’s furniture does not own up to its mistakes or acknowledge that they have done anything wrong. Very disappointed and will never shop here again.
Ashley Critique: We bought $13,000 worth of furniture from Ashley back in June of 2020. The staff at our local Ashley was WONDERFUL. It ends there. There was something wrong with everything we bought. 1st. The $8500 worth of bed and bedroom set surrounding the adjustable bed. This was the cheapest and flimsiest material of construction I've ever seen. The setup people left sharp edged bolts sticking through the side rails which sliced both of the adjustable bases. Reported but never fixed. So now I have duct tape covering the torn fabric. The dining room table and barstool/chairs. OMG. The screws in the back of the chairs (at least). Some are razor sharp and the first time I encountered one of these razorblade screw heads I actually drew blood. Also, several of the chairs/stools (well, at least one) leans and appears to be out of alignment. The leveling legs on the chairs were ALL loose and all the chairs have to be periodically releveled. They need larger or tighter threads on the bolts. But....Reported but never fixed. Computer desk in the office? Actually GREAT. But it came from a 3rd party vendor. The Couch. It is POORLY stuffed. Took MONTHS to get delivered. Coffee table. This was damaged, dirty and had a poorly applied finish. The table top mechanism was sprung. They were incredibly nonchalant about this. They got upset at my wife over the return. We sent it back. Decided not to have a coffee table and bought an end table which is good. NOW we get to our cry of anguish and request for help. FIRST. I emailed the CEO, a guy named Todd R. Wanek. Absolutely ignored me and did not refer my contact to someone. HE'S where the buck stops. It's his, so to speak, company. I'm sure he's a busy fella but a shepherd has to mind their flock and I don't think he's doing that. I finally did get to the support staff who assigned me a case number. I've contacted them several times as I didn't hear back from them after that. They said they are "monitoring my case for any updates". they claim they've tried to contact me and left voicemail. NO. THEY DID NOT. They have done NOTHING. They have ignored me. I've got a "non-local" Area Code that is similar to the local one. They might have misdialed. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt when I can. Isn't that what reasonable people do? I tried but I just can't. I am just too disappointed. The company, after the sale, is awful. The don't seem to be very responsive to the customer. I'm sure in many cases they are but not in our case. The store staff DO care-- the are GREAT but I think they are limited in what they can do. The bottom line is that I will not use Ashley again. I do advise you to go somewhere else. Good luck to those who do use them and best wishes to the Ashley staff on the front line. Ashley has a problem and they need to fix it. I can foresee them filing bankruptcy in the next 5 years or so. This review alone will ultimately cost them $50,000 (maybe less) in lost revenue. Much more than doing the thing right costs. There's another Home Store company here in town that I like. Great discounts and everything is in stock. Next time we will use them.
Do NOT buy from this store they have the worst customer service. We have waited 8 months for our living room furniture. Everything has been delivered piece by piece. We were told by our sales rep that he would keep us updated he would always fwd. our phone calls. So the one time I called up to the local store I was told he no longer worked there. This was a lie as I went in last week he was sitting at the front not wanting to look my direction. In order to get any updates on our furniture I had to call customer service and wait on the line for at least an hour sometimes longer. They insult people I was called a BIT** while on hold wanting to speak with a manager. Once I was on the phone with a manager her question to me was kind of compensation was I looking for as if I was asking for a discount. We have finally received our last piece of furniture and are done with them. I do not recommend them go anywhere else.
We purchased 2 nightstands on 4/25. They were out of stock, but the salesperson (#205) stated 1200 of them were being sent and would be here within the week. I’ve called at least 5 times. Now the mailbox is full and I was #30 in line, so I requested a call back being assured my place in line would be secured. That was 4 hours ago. NEVER SHOP HERE IF WHAT YOU WANT IS NOT IN STOCK!!!!! I have yet been able to actually speak to anyone.

We recently visited the Amarillo store and the experience was dreadful. Everything they had on sale in their website was unavailable, they quoted higher prices in store above their own web price, it was simply a joke. The furniture they carry is beautiful, a very nice store but from the salesperson to the invoice, I haven’t felt good about the purchase yet. The nightstands we purchased were out of stock, BIG SURPRISE, but we decided to still order the over priced stands and were told they would be in that next week, we’ll, that was two weeks ago. We have called twice with no return phone calls, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, maybe the company will care about your needs at another store.
Alright sit down and grab a bowl of popcorn because boy do I have a review for you today! So my experience starts out fairly well. We are greeted at the door and shown around, then informed of ongoing deals and etc. We ended up finding a furniture set that we just loved! So our representative helped us out and got everything ordered, then told us we would recieve it in about 3 to 6 weeks. All was great! Well 4 weeks later we tried calling the store to check and see when the delivery date would be, and we are greeted with the fact that the store never answers their phones! So we tried reaching out to our representative who never gets back with us, and ultimately we had to go to the physical location to ask about the delivery date of our furniture. We were told that it would be another 4 weeks before we recieved it. Alright so that makes 8 weeks overall until we get our furniture, not a huge deal! Well after the 8 weeks our furniture never arrived, and of course the store nor representative never answers. So we went back up to the store just to learn that it will be another 3 weeks until we recieve our furniture, and we are told if we have anymore issues we have to reach out to a customer service number because "they can't do anything in the store.". At this point I'm already upset because it has been delayed 3 times now, so I decided to call the customer service number. After sitting on hold for over an hour I was finally able to speak with somebody, who told me that the furniture is 3 weeks out and there's nothing more they can do to speed it up. She also said that the final date won't change this time, and that the best they can do is give a little bit of store credit. So we will see in 3 weeks if the end date changes again, and if we ever recieve our furniture. Tl;Dr: We ordered furniture from a company that does not answer their phones and is impossible to get ahold of. Also they have delayed our furniture order 3 times now for a grand total of over 12 weeks wait with no furniture, and the best they can do is give a little bit of store credit. With furniture stores closing every quarter, it's surprising how a store with little to no customer service can continue to operate.

Worst company. I made a purchase on 1/1/21 and paid cash for furniture I am still waiting on. I can't cancel the order because the company will keep 25% of the order. Such a rip off. They can sell you products that are not available for delivery in a timely manner. Customer service is null as I have been calling the company for an update on my items. The lack of contact says enough. They obviously don't want to maintain happy customers. As of date, I am being told they have a partial order available. I wish I could have given them partial payment. I normally don't write negative reviews, but if I can save someone else the frustration, I will do so. I have filed a claim via BBB because this should not be the norm. I wish I had read the reviews because I would have not ordered from this company. Do me a favor and not patronize me with the canned responses that I have seen on the other negative reviews. I purchased items with my hard-earned money and yet your company can hold on to it without providing the product.
My husband and I were in the market for a new bed. We went to Ashley Homestore and was greeted by JT. He was very helpful and showed us around the store so we weren't wasting time walking all over the place. I gave him a description of what we were looking for and he took us right to a couple of options. Next David helped us pick out the mattress. I was overwhelmed with the different options. He understood and left my husband and I alone so we could discuss it. The next day Barbara Reyes called and asked about our experience in the store and if were happy. I thought this was very thoughtful and professional. JT and David were a really great team and we can't wait to sleep in our new bed.

My husband and I walked in the store and was met by Aldofo. We told him the product that we were looking for and he took us directly to the Best Buy in the store in our Opinion. Not only did we get a beautiful power chair for half price but one that is perfect for our small library in exactly the price range we were looking. His professionalism and friendliness were perfect. I bought a living room set on October 2,2020, it is now April 28, 2021 and I only have 1 part. They delivered the sofa at the end of March and I’ve been waiting on the loveseat for a month now. Customer service is horrible and keep changing delivery dates. Save your money and time. This store is not worth the stress or the wait.

Terrible Customer Service!!! They will not answer the phone or respond to text messages. We ordered living room furniture in December and started making payments. We have received a couple pieces here and a couple of pieces there, but still missing a love seat and coffee table. This has been almost 5 months that we have paid on furniture that we don't have. We always get told (when we can get ahold of someone which usually involves going in person) that it is 2-4 weeks out. They say the same thing every time we talk to them. We like the furniture that we have received thus far, but the customer service is horrible and not worth the hassle. Shop elsewhere.
The selection was great. But you never get it. We bought a sectional in April. We were told 6 to 8 weeks, maybe 10 due to covid. At 8 weeks we had not been informed about the delivery so I called and the said they had 1/2 of it and could deliver it or we could wait for the 2nd half. I opted to wait because I was told 2 more weeks. On the 28th of July my wife calls and is told it would be 5 more months. We were offered a refund by (Angel) and she said it would be put back on our card within 10 business days. When it did not show up we called again and when we asked about the refund we were hung up on 2x on the 3rd attempt they tell us they can't do refund we have to go to the store. At the store we are told no manager was on duty but when we went to the desk we are greeted by a man who said he was the manager. We were told that we couldn't have a #for corporate because they can only communicate by email and we have to wait 10 to 30 days to get a check by mail.. do not shop here they are thiefs and liers,
They were so much help! Especially Rosa she listened to what we wanted and she gave it to us! It was our first time buying furniture as well and Barbra Reyes called the next day to confirm everything. Overall a very pleased experience.

We bought a couch, coffee table, and end tables. It took 2-3 months to deliver the couch and coffee table. It took 7 months to deliver the end tables. We were supposed to get a promotional Yeti cooler and it has never been offered or delivered. We have called multiple times and have been placed on hold 30-50 minutes often without an answer. We understand that COVID has caused some issues but this is unacceptable.
Never going to do business with them again. we had ordered with them in December and we were told to get our sofa in about a month it has already been more then 3 months and when we called they told us that we would have to wait for more time. They never called to infrom us why our sofa haven't gotten to us and when we called we were told we have to wait even longer and when i asked canceling and getting my money back they said it would be Credit.
I have waited over 4 months for the furniture my mom ordered in December. I got some of it delivered a couple of weeks ago, but now they can't find the purchase order for the rest. About two months ago, they scheduled a delivery and never showed, never called, nothing. Love the furniture, but the delivery service sucks!! Last 4th of July, I did the recliner doorbuster special...took until the end of September to get those delivered.

This is beyond belief i ordered furniture two months ago and they wanna deliver 1 piece at a time idk about anyone else but i dont have space to have two sets or pieces of sets just sitting extra for months! I am currently tryin to get ahold of someone to answer my questions have been on hold TWO HOURS WITH NOTHING i dont know where this is appropriate customer service but with me ut sure isnt it! I went into the store looking for a particular sofa that was on sale on the website (IN ThE AMARILLO STORE) on March 13th for $899.99, original price was $1099.99. Speaking with the salesman, he said that was online and they were franchised and can’t honor the price. Ok, not really fair, since it was the Amarillo store I used as my store, but I wanted the sofa. I was also told if I did a test on a bed, I could get $100 off the sofa. Ok, sounds like a good deal. Well, come to find out, I really liked the bed as well, and was told if I purchase the bed, I would get $500 off the sofa. To me, that would be getting the sofa for $599.99 if you took the $500 off the original price. $399.99 if you took it off the sale price. I paid $699.99 (which means I was over charged at least $100) for the sofa, another $3999 for the mattress and ANOTHER $1299 for the frame. Add in the other “small details you need” and my price is just over $7000 with tax. I was told the sofa was back ordered about 6 weeks, and the bed would be here in a week or so. I was fine with that. I called (no one called me) to find out if there was an ETA on my bed, the guy that answered said “yeah, it’s here, would you like to set delivery up for no later than Saturday?” Of course I do. He transfers me to the delivery department with who I sit on hold for quite a while, finally I just leave a call back request. This was 2 days ago. I’ve called the store, IF they answer, they just transfer me to the delivery service, in which I sit on hold. Still no call back. The “customer service” is NOT customer service. They have no answers for me. This is the only number provided. I have a busy work schedule, a busy life schedule, and would like to just set up the delivery, yet can’t get this. The customer service in store as I was purchasing was GREAT, as I would see it being....they’re making a sale, but the customer service after is HORRIBLE. If I don’t get a call back and delivered by Saturday (3/27/21) as promised, I will cancel every bit of this and purchase elsewhere. I’m also a person that believes word of mouth is the best advertisement.....and good or bad, I will let friends, family and MY OWN customers know my experience. IF (I have very little faith as of now) I get a call back, and delivered and do no cancel my order, I will make right with this review as well. I’m very very frustrated with this whole process.

Barbara Ryes called for a review. I have ordered twice from the Ashley Home store in Amarillo. The first experience went without a hitch (Feb 2020). The second time I ordered $13,000 worth of furniture (sofa, love seat, 2 queen beds with mattresses, 3 night stands, dining room table with 8 chairs and 1 accent chair) and it did not go as expected. I ordered in December 2020 to have the furniture delivered end of January. Before I placed the order, I told the salesperson I was moving to Arizona and needed all to be delivered there. Usually, I was told, Amarillo does not ship out of state or at least not to Arizona, but the salesperson promised she would get it delivered. I called to check on the status of the furniture mid-January and was told most of the furniture would be in by end of January with the exception of a dining room table. At end of January, I stopped by the store and was then told part of one bed and a part of another were in and the rest would be in first couple weeks of February. Mid-February I called and was told totally different things were in and it might be end of February for the remaining. I was also told they would not deliver to Arizona. At end of February I called for status and was told all furniture would be delivered to the Amarillo store the following Saturday. I received a call from shipping warehouse and was told the remaining would be in on the Monday. Since, the store refused to deliver the furniture, I scheduled a Uhaul at the cost of $877 to move the furniture. Monday, we went to Ashley to pick up the furniture. Needless to say, not all the furniture was there as we were told. In fact, several pieces were taken off the showroom floor - Dining room table, 2 of the 8 dining room chairs, sofa, and 2 nightstands. I did know about the sofa as the warehouse called and said the one delivered was damaged and I would have to order a new one, but they said we could take the model off the floor. I was also given a refund on the 1 nightstand I could not get. I was not ever offered a discounted refund for the show floor models. My husband and I spent several thousands of dollars at the store for what should have been new furniture, but only part of brand new and the rest of basically used as patrons of the store would have sat on the furniture to test them out. Instead of giving out a $75 gift card, why don't you offer a substantial discount for the floor model furniture we received.

Ashley’s is seeming to prove to have poor supply chain management with no commitment to customer satisfaction. We ordered a bed frame with lead time of 4-6 weeks. It is now 20+ weeks. The decision to buy the bed frame against a competitor was solely based on the shipping time frame and now we are approaching a half year later in which they have held our money that was paid in full at the date of purchase. We also know of several other customers waiting for shipments longer than 6 months that bought bed frames, night stands, entertainment centers, etc. Asking for a refund has not progressed and the response from management has been pointing to the fact that the lead time is only a guideline not a commitment. We have over 25 hours waiting on the phone to check for updates and trying to get things resolved with only the same response, “it’s our manufacturer and they don’t let us know what is in stock or in development”. Customer service takes 30-60 minutes just to get you off of hold with bland and vague responses. We will be filing a complaint against Ashley’s with the Better Business Bureau and a report against their customer service. I would not recommend buying from this franchise unless you have 6+ months to wait for you order, even after paying up front and in full.
We’ve had a horrible experience! We bought a sectional and ottoman in September 2020. We finally received our sectional in late December and are STILL waiting on the matching ottoman. We’ve been dealing with the Lubbock store; they are careless and rude. We’ve been passed around by phone for months and months. Never again.

They even text me my receipt and I was able to sign it through my iPhone. Online is said it would be delivered to me between the end of March and beginning of April, but guy over the phone said shipping will be 6-8 weeks. I liked what online told me better so I really hope they send it sooner rather than later. Barbara Reyes called me asking how my experience was.

Bought a bedroom set at a doorbuster for the new year January 1st 2021 still have not recieved a call about our furniture, everytime we call we have to wait for someone to answer which takes them up to 1 hour to answer, and when you ask for a call back so you don't have to wait on the phone they never call back. When you go to the store NO ONE NOT EVEN THE "MANAGER " can help you!! Not even customer service will help!! Worst place ever waited outside for this doorbuster in the cold for what to still be 3 months later with no furniture!! And they don't give you a refund they give you store credit as if you would want to wait for something else. so your stuck making payments on things you don't even have yet. so either way your screwed and they know this . That's how they trap you! Never again yall are the worst

I have had the absolute worst experience with this store! I went in on March 15th and purchased a living room set with extra large Ottoman and a entry way table, and paid cash for it and was told it will be delivered in 4-6 weeks! BIG LIES!!!! I called in may and was told all my furniture was still not ready and I requested a full refund and they had a “manager” call me back and say that they are gonna put me at the top of the list to have my furniture delivered ASAP and was told on may 25th that they were ready to deliver but could only deliver everything except the connecting piece to my sectional or I could wait another week and they would deliver all of it! And of course I opted to wait another week and nothing! I have been calling every week since and now they wanna tell me that they don’t have my furniture anymore and that the only thing they see on there system is my entery way table and one piece of the couch and it doesn’t even show that I have any other pieces to the couch!! Ohhhhh I am livid! I have gone into the local store and gave them a piece of my mind and best believe I will get an attorney if need be! NEVER EVER AGAIN SHOPPING AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

The salesman was great and tried to help as much as he was able. After the sale, we could not get in contact with anyone beyond the local store front. We was told 3 to 6 weeks to receive our furniture. We purchased 3 rooms worth of furniture. After 9 weeks now, we are still waiting on more than half of our purchase. I have tried calling customer service and the shipping department. I have asked for a call back multiple times and have yet to receive a call. The only way to actually talk to someone is to go in the store and have them call. Every time I do that I get a totally different story. I will not be doing business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Do not purchase anything from Ashley. You will wait 6 months maybe a year before you get your furniture. They will tell you that you can't get a refund and only store credit. I ordered my kids bunk bed and it been 6 months, still don't have it. Then calling or getting a hold of anyone on the phone is like pulling teeth. You will wait for 1 hr before you can get anyone. It's the worse experience I have evered experienced. I will never order from them again.

25 weeks and counting!!! Ordered a table on Labor Day weekend. Sales associate stated it was 2-3 weeks for delivery. I was just wanting it to be in before thanksgiving. Now all the holidays have past plus 6 months. Maybe I will get it before the next holiday season.

The representative was amazing. Assisted us with getting new beds for my kids even though my kids are difficult to shop for. They enjoyed the experience and left happy. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name but he was a great salesman. Barbara called to check up on my experience to make sure that we were given great experience. I will definitely be shopping there again. Edit.... we went back and the other representative that was there was rude and inattentive. Only wanted a sell. It’s been over a month and still missing half of our furniture that we paid out right for. Ended up leaving when we needed another piece of furniture and going to bob mills. I was very disappointed with the service we received after having a good experience the first time. Edit #2.... after calling constantly getting the same answer “oh they will be in next week” next week comes around no call so I call them and then another “oh they will be in next week” the customer service is rude. You will be waiting on the phone to be told “oh they will be in next week” but no actual answers as to what is happening with your furniture. They will post responses on the negative reviews but when you respond to the email you don’t get an answer back. Don’t buy anything from them. The furniture looks nice but you won’t get it for several months and shady responses from them if you even get them to answer. Never request a call back, as it won’t happen.

I will NEVER buy from this place again! I purchased in store January 31st. Salesman told mr it would be 2-4 weeks till I would get a delivery. It’s now been almost 3 months and going into the 4th month that I have not received not even a phone call and every time I call and check they say the same thing, theirs a shipment coming in by the end of the week and I should receive a call... NOPE. NOTHING! Do NOT BUY HERE!!!

We ordered a living room set in September of 2020 and have called them everyone since. No one has ever followed up with us. If they answer their phone they refer us to corporate and we wait on hold for hours and they hang up on us. We have left message no one will return our calls. We asked to talk to a manager and they said corporate. They don’t have a manger it is corporate. We call twice a month and our order is always pushed 2 weeks back. Never been to this place but saw ad on tv today (2.19.2021) on a tv stand with tv mount for 69.00 for their door buster on Saturday the 20th. Called and was told they had 10 and they had to be ordered, not in store. Okay with me, but I asked about the stand so I didn’t get there and find it was not as advertised and to be sure if it was a stand with the tv mount on it, I was told NO it was just a basic stand. I said your tv ad showed a picture with a tv mount on the stand, he said OH! I don’t care for places that say/show one thing and do another. Again, never been there and never will go there. Will take my business elsewhere.
We got to pick and choose our sofa, love seat and accent chairs that we wanted! The worker that helped me was named Tyler he was very nice, up front. I gave him our budget and he made sure we stayed within that budget worked with us, got us the best price that he could give us!! I was very happy with the experience. Worst experience we have ever had purchasing from a store. We bought furniture back in 2020 end of November and we’re told 2-6wks on delivery. It is now February and they are projecting delivery but can’t even guarantee that it will be here before March. And there is no way to cancel the order without losing money even if they don’t hold up their side of the bargain and deliver in the time frame given when we purchased. Each time we call they give us a different delivery estimation date and lie about it. This is the shadiest furniture store ever. Buyer beware!!!! There are so many better options around and I urge people to do their research (also when a business Facebook page doesn’t have a review section it’s because they got so many bad reviews they removed that option on their page.

I love the furniture from Ashley, I’ve been a repeat customer. However this time my experience at the store was sub-par. There were plenty of sakes people when I came in but a Sales Lady by the name of Rosa jumped forward turned around and told the other associates that she’s got me and she was already handling another couple. I thought it wasn’t fair to the other associates. When I picked out what I wanted on my own it was awhile before she came back. Than when she did it took her a long time to check to make sure they had it at some warehouse off site. So I grabbed another associate. I came back to buy another piece and had the same thing happen. I’ll return for the furniture but I will not recommend or use the associate Rosa again. You have many other capable and friendly sakes associates at the store that can provide better customer service without being rushed and making sure the customer has a good experience.

He was pleasant and informative. He answered all my questions. The staff at checkout also were very kind and helpful. My overall visit was great. We bought a table back in the first week of December and was told by our salesman Jesse AFTER the fact that we signed for the table that we wouldn’t even have the table for 2-6 weeks and then he said it would most likely be 4 weeks as they had 2 tables that we bought coming in the following week. Which we decided was fine. However almost 2 months later we have not only waited a combined 3 hours trying to talk to customer service about how to get our table; We also went into the store 3 times and every time we were told to call customer service, we even called our salesman and heard nothing back from him. No one has called to update or apologize for the inconvenience.

Why do Ashley HomeStore take too long to deliver my mattress??? I was told that it would take 1 to 2 weeks to deliver but its already been over 4 weeks and still haven’t got my product. I went to the store and tried to cancel my order but they said i have to call them by phone... i tried calling them for 30 minutes but they never picked up the phone... Never going to do business with them again.

My daughter had visited Ashley HomeStore as well as several other stores in the area looking for a bedroom suit. She fell in love with several at Ashley HomeStore. Once she decided on the one she liked, I went down to look at it. The furniture was well constructed and had nice features. The salesman was great, we agreed on price and he drew up the paperwork while we stepped out for lunch. I spent less than an hour total in the store. Then today I received a follow-up call from Barbara with Ashley to make sure I had a good buying experience. Its nice to get good service when making large purchases.

I've had to call multiple times, hour long wait time per phone call, and no time frame of when we'll get our furniture. And only delivery for any furniture, no pick up. And a 30% if you choose you want a refund or cancel your order. Let me just add...it has now been 9 months that we haven't received 2 of our chairs

We were so happy to find a beautiful sectional sofa, but it has just become much more of a hassle than imagined. We bought the warranty and thankfully so because the frame broke within a year. This surprised us since it is just me and my husband, and we are very careful with our furniture. After being on hold for 2 hours, I explained the damage and they said they would come to repair it. A employee came and told us he couldn't fix it and someone would call...no one called for days. Again I called, put on hold for over two hours, and they said someone would pick it up. After it was picked up, they then told us it would be ready on a Thursday, so I scheduled my day to work at home and no one ever arrived. I got a the next day that they couldn't have it ready until Tuesday! Yet, when it arrived they had broken the springs by adding a piece of wood to repair that pokes into our backs when we sit down. The springs are interlocking and now poke up and we can't sit in the furniture. Called again, on hold for only an hour, but demanded a new couch frame. They wouldn't replace it without picking up the old one. So here I am waiting for them to pick it up, and then send another couch frame. So disheartened by the lack of customer service and the repair done on our couch. I am hoping that this time, the new frame will be delivered soon. One thing I am grateful for is when a couch cushion zipper broke and started to fray after a few months, they sent a new cushion to replace the old one.

I have purchased multiple times from Ashley furniture. I have never had problems before, but I did have a couple of issues this time. I had try to make a purchase three times over the phone. I left voicemails, and was told that I would receive return calls to have a purchase ticket made - but never heard back. My first phone call the representative did give me pricing options, and I told him I would call back the afternoon of with a card number, and when I called back I was sent to voicemail and never received a phone call after that. I tried again the next week, and the phone went to voicemail with no return call, and again the following week, with no return call. However, on my final call I did receive a very helpful representative by the name of Tyler in Amarillo. During the time that had passed between my first call and my final call, there had been a price increase on the items that I was looking to purchase. Tyler helped me find a discount that got me back down to the price I was given on my first phone call. I really appreciated all of her help, and the extent of her customer service. Even though I had a difficult time getting in touch with a representative, when I did finally get in touch, I really enjoyed the process. I got a call today from a representative named Barbara, and she listened to my issues and assured me that they would be made aware to the Amarillo store. I give this experience 4 stars, only because I had a difficult time making a purchase the first few times.

We purchased a bedroom mattress and complete living room furniture on 09/02/20 from Ashley Amarillo, Tx. The sales person, Rosa, was very professional. At that time we were asked if we were in a hurry to get all of our furniture and we asked how long it would be and were told no longer than 6 weeks. We said that would be fine. We received the bedroom mattress within the six weeks, the two couches within 8 weeks but what our issue is the complete order of two recliners. We called 10/29 to the customer service and was on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes and they said we would have our recliners by 11/13. That date came and went and we then called back to customer service and was put on hold for 45 minutes and was told our recliners would be delivered on 11/23. That date came and went. We called on 11/30 to customer service and again put on hold for 43 minutes and our call was answered and they immediately hung up on us. We called the local office in Amarillo, Tx and was told one recliner was in the Lubbock warehouse and one was in the California warehouse. She told us we could expect the recliners the first week of December. So here is the first week of December and no recliners. We went to the local office on Western St in Amarillo on December 4th. We asked for the manager and was directed to the cashier in which we were told they do not have a manager in office just a sales lead and they could not help with our issue. We asked for the manager over this area. She said their is no local manager and would not give us the phone number for us to talk directly. She could not give us their number but she would email them and have them call us. As of 2:30 pm no call received. She did look on her system and it showed our recliners were still in production in California and it would be three weeks before they were delivered. So, we have decided to give Ashley Furniture until 12/11 to deliver our two recliners. If the two recliners are not delivered, we have no choice but to cancel this order and go elsewhere. We would rate Ashleys customer service on a scale of 1-10, only a 2 rating. I would advise if you are in a hurry to get new furniture, not to go to Ashleys!!!

We ordered our furniture 5 months ago which was November. We asked the salesman if it would be in before Christmas and he said yes it should be except possibly bed rails. He was correct, everything came in except bed rails before Christmas. The delivery came about 9:00 at night and the men were quick since it was late and we were their last delivery. As soon as the men left I realized they had left the wrong mattress. Since it was late there was nothing we could do that night. The next day we went to Ashley and explained they had dropped off the wrong mattress. It turned out the mattress they dropped off was the wrong mattress and definitely a cheaper mattress. We talked to someone on the phone in Ashley who was a manager that said they would take care of it. We were under the impression we would get it in a few weeks. Fast forward 5 months. We have called multiple times and the answer is it will be in some time in the next month, we will call you as soon as it comes in Needless to say this never happens! You can’t get anyone to answer the phone at the store in Amarillo. It always goes to a voicemail that has been full for months. If you dial for customer service or delivery be prepared to at least be on the phone waiting from 45 minutes 1 1/2 hours.😡 I have asked to speak with the regional manager or someone higher up and I am told that they can’t allow me to. I talked to them again today and got the same answer they think it will be in this month but can’t promise. There was no one I could talk to higher up but they could have someone call me. Needless to say that didn’t happen either. I am so thankful this was for a spare room and not for my child’s room or mine! Think twice before buying from Ashley!
Great experience with the Ashley Furniture team helping me pick out my house furniture. Update: March 20, 2021 The Amarillo team was great however. They fail to tell you that the 2-6 week wait period is actually 12-16 week waiting period. When I called and asked why it’s taking more than a month longer. They said the contract was “tentative” therefore they can take as long as they want. When I asked for a refund, I would give up majority of the money I put down. When I asked for compensation I was laughed at and was told there’s a longer line of people waiting for their furniture. I wasn’t necessarily a priority. Contacted Ashley customer service about trying to talk to someone. For three weeks called no one answered. (Don’t get put on the call back list regardless if your always 25+ in line). I will never buy furniture with them again. The customer service was horrible.

We will never do business with them again. Customer service is terrible. You may get hung up on after waiting 30 minutes. Wait times are never short. We have been waiting 3 months and 9 days and still no furniture. The sales person Rosa started just ignoring my calls or telling me she will call back, the computer is down, it’s COVID-19, or Mexican Cartels or other excuses. They told us 3-4 weeks then 3 weeks more. Then 3 weeks more etc. Could not take call to confirm partial delivery, so delivery person left voice mail instructing me to call customer service! I’m still on hold!

Worst place i have bought furniture at , i orderd in May 2020 and was told in 2 weeks they would arrive , 3 weeks tops, i called back a month later since nothing has arrived and now they tell me i have to wait untill agust ? Why didnt they tell me that in the first place , i wouldnt even had botherd ordering , and then i tried to cancel and the lady in the front was super rude like if i owed her something nd they tried charging me 600$ to cancel now im stuck with no furniture waiting till agust . Just trash 👎 [Update] i recived 2 sofas in the begining of october and was still missing another one , it is now 10/30/20 and i just recived my last piece and it was supposed to be electric and they sent me a manual reclining sofa😡

Tried talking to a manger and he was no help. They started not taking my calls so I had to call from a different number to get the store to answer. Impossible to get through to customer service. I was hung up on twice and was on hold for over and hour! I would NOT recommend them at all! The customer service and turn around time is the worst I’ve ever experience!
We really enjoyed working with the staff in Ashley Furniture. They gave us space to shop on our own, but were also very helpful and easy to find when we had questions. I love that they are offering free home delivery right now, as the weather was bad when we went shopping, so our new couch with make it home nice and clean! Great experience overall!
This was our third purchase from Ashley. They have furniture in the newest styles at the best prices. The first two purchases went without a hitch. Now, I can't get my furniture or even get a date of when it will all be delivered. I was recently told that they take furniture promised to one customer and give it to other customers. They have no problem taking your money but they have a real issue with delivering what you pay for. My suggestion...don't buy from Ashley Furniture until they can get their backlog of orders filled and until their quality improves.
I would not recoomend buying from Ashley or Ashley.com the customer service rep stated that thr manufacturer is not doing any production so items will not be delievered anytime soon. I made my purchase back in the beginning of July and we are about 3 days from November. If you dont mind waiting a year for your merchandise go ahead and purchase.

Salesperson tell you anything to get a sell. I’ve been waiting for months to get my order just for them to deliver broken furniture. Then when they send someone out to fix it, “magically” the repair mans truck breaks down so he can’t come and repair it. I’ve been trying to reschedule the visit but there hasn’t been any luck. On hold for hours just to get disconnected. Trash!
Horrible customer service, I bought a bedroom set and a set of couches, was told it would be about 6wks to get it all in. I’m almost 4 months in and still haven’t gotten my furniture. Plus they never called me to tell me what was going on. I had to keep calling them with waiting times up to 2hrs to get a hold of someone just so they could tell me it would be a few more weeks longer, due to them being behind. Yet no one called me to let me know. I’m canceling my order with them! If I ever get thru to customer service.

Jesse quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us only relevant items. He gave us time to discuss privately; no pressure! When we returned the next day, he remembered us and the 2 items we were considering. He explained purchasing terms clearly. The showroom is laid out nicely and very clean. All in all, furniture shopping at Ashley's was a very pleasant experience. This was our 4th purchase from the Amarillo store.

Worst store and management EVER! Was happy at first with the purchase of a dining room table and chairs. 6 weeks later and they still haven't been delivered. I've called twice, only to be left on hold and then hung up on. I did finally talk to someone who said they couldn't help me, that I would have to call and set up delivery. They've been sitting in Lubbock. Now I find out they WILL NOT deliver to me, after I paid extra for delivery, because the sales man didn't have permission to tell me they would deliver to my address. They also will not refund, but charge me 25% restocking fee and give me an in store credit for the balance.

Buying the furniture was easy. However, getting it delivered has been a huge pain. I won't be buying furniture here again.
10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND using Ashley's! Ever. The ONLY good thing I can say is that the salesperson was extremely helpful and patient with me. In the beginning, I was super impressed with the customer service and could have totally seen myself going back there each time I wanted new furniture. I was told 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. I figured with covid it would probably take the full 6 weeks. I ordered my furniture July 16th. Fast forward to 3 MONTHS LATER! I still DO NOT have my furniture. The last time I was actually able to speak with someone I was told that they have me down for October 19th and they will email in advance to set up a delivery time. Today is October 19th. None of that happened. I tried to call this morning only to wait on hold, the line rings after a 30 min wait and then right back on hold again. Never was able to get thru. This has happened every time I've called. I've only been able to speak to someone TWICE. I was offered to be put on priority shipping and receive a 500 dollar in store credit for it taking so long. I am highly doubtful I will ever use that. I don't have months and months to wait. You would think when someone drops 5 grand on furniture they would want to keep your business or maybe keep you better informed about shipping, but clearly not the case with Ashley's.

Pretty ridiculous, when you call to speak to someone you're on hold fof almost an hour.Then it tells you that you are 28 in the cue.There is no way there is 28 people on hold.I have called them several times to get our account number and they send us somewhere else.The reason I am leaving a review now is because yet again I've been on hold forever.
I ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Ashley’s at the beginning of August. I went in to check on them at the beginning of October because I was told it would take 2-6 weeks til they were done and was told one piece of furniture was still not ready and it wouldn’t be ready until mid October, but that the rest was already in their warehouse here. I call again today and was told the coffee table was there and it would be around the end of October til it was delivered, the other two pieces weren’t at the Lubbock warehouse and wouldn’t be at the Lubbock warehouse til the beginning of November! Remind you I placed this order at the beginning of AUGUST. They just keep giving me dates and the dates keep pushing back. When I signed the paperwork my salesman said they do not do refund and I couldn’t get my money back at all. That should have been a sign to not even go through with it. Honestly, would not recommend to anyone to shop at Ashley’s. It’s honestly a waste of time and money. UPDATE: I finally received two of my three pieces. I have been trying for a MONTH to get ahold of anyone in the delivery department to simply deliver my chair and have been put on hold for an hour every time without speaking to anyone. This store is ridiculous and needs to be out of business. Again, I ordered these in August 2020.
I went into Ashley’s looking for a new bed set and was greeted by a great salesman, Tyler Hickman. I found a beautiful bedroom set and the price was great! I was in and out in under an hour. Great experience.
Shopping for furniture at Ashley was pleasant and not high pressure. We came back to the store 4 or 5 times trying to decide on a couch, and were always greeted at the door with a welcome and a smile. when we made our choice, they made it quick and simple to get financing and place our order. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture. I purchased a bedroom suit on July 4 and was told that it would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. It is now Sept 24 and I am STILL waiting on a chest to be delivered. I have not been updated about delays or delivery and have had to call myself to get updates. I called the store and was told the manager, David, would call me back and have not heard a word from him after 2 weeks. The customer service at this store is the worst I have ever encountered.
Callie Hampton was extremely helpful, patient and did not hound us or make us feel pressured at all. Were super excited to get our furniture and appreciate her help.
Ashley's is AMAZING! The staff understands what customers want. They greet you at the door (our rep was Smiley and even with his mask on his eyes were smiling). We told him what we needed and he showed us what was available then he left us to look at our own pace. We found him when we had questions and he quickly ran the numbers for us. WOW! Quality furniture at discount furniture prices. I mean WOW. We buy a lot of quality furniture and these prices are the best. Well we went on Saturday for a Bedroom set... great price. Found a sectional that looked just like the one we had years ago that we LOVED! Only $899... for a Sectional OMG! We paid $2500 for ours years ago. But hubby said, no dear... not today. Well, I woke up this morning and saw two Ashley's receipts... Guess what? Hubby went back and bought the sectional! LOVE IT! For all of our furniture needs.. it will be Ashley's. Oh and Tiffany in the financial department was fast, efficient and friendly with a cute hairdo.
They charge you more than the receipt says. I was charged double for a mattress and after 2 months they have yet to refund my account for what they over charged! I’ve called time after time and they requested “proof” which I sent and they still have not complied. I would give 0 stars if possible.
We got a full set of couches and they gave us two out of the three pieces of our couches( 3 months late May I add and still waiting for our last piece). They said the delivery service would call us when the last piece was ready and we’ve been waiting for 5 months. Don’t even waste ur time going into Ashley’s. The service may be food but u only get half of your furniture and I wait 60 years for anything and everything there
Great price on the furniture I got. Very excited to get it. They told me 4-6 weeks for shipping. It’s week 8 now and there saying another 2-3 weeks. Understandable for a longer wait since I got so much but for it to add another 4-5 weeks... really...wont be Surprised if they push my date back another 2 weeks

Very hard to speak with an associate. Take forever to get in orders. Delivery guys did not wear masks in my home when they delivered my pieces. (Covid-19) The time frame to which my stuff was to be delivered was delayed.

July 4th made purchase on a living room set, dining room set, and a bed 1-2 weeks later received the bed Last week of August: received half my furniture and received furniture that wasn't mine plus I was told in 2 weeks I'll receive another piece not all just another piece. Today: nope no furniture now the date is 3rd week of October and no guarantee that its all of it. FYI if you're gonna keep pushing back delivery dates a courtesy call would be nice.. Maybe I'll change the star rating when I have more to go on.

Worst company ever. Couldn’t even shop without them asking me over and over do I want to buy. They waited until I made a purchase to tell me I can’t get it until 6 weeks later, and after a long wait came back to say it’s on back stock and will be month later, but insured I read the no refund policy. Despite that I demanded a refund from the manager because as we know contracts are 2 sided, they couldn’t hold their end of the deal so why should I. After taking my card to issue a refund I’ve waited over 3 weeks and still nothing. On top of that I have to call Ashley’s private because they blocked my number.

I had a wonderful experience. I was torn between two different beds for my kids and the manager was so helpful with pricing and options. When I finally figured out the best choice, on our way to cash out I changed my mind and he was so patient and pleasant. The purchase process was very easy and my boys love their new beds. We bought several things from the store in Amarillo. We have gotten the run around when it came to the last thing being delivered. First it was in July, then August and so on. We finally got ahold of someone named Desiree who stated that it would be delivered to their facility (Lubbock) last Friday and that it could be delivered to my house this past Sunday. Well Sunday the delivery driver called and said he had to go pick it up from the Amarillo store OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR! I paid full price for a brand new chair and that is what I expect to get! When I called today to ask about it they said it wouldn’t be until September 18th and at that point they couldn’t even guarantee it then could be October. I am truly blown away. Now they’re saying that they have to approve my request for a full refund. I would not recommend buying anything from these stores.

Moving forward 8/22/20 from here the sectional has upholstery issues, I have reached out to Ashley with pics etc no response I do not think I ever will ,this is not a corporate Ashley store in Texas it is different we have buying Ashley or years out west and great customer service, I wish I would have known this we never would have bought from Ashley in Texas.
The very worst experience. The only thing they are good for is passing you from customers to another customer service and never telling you the same thing twice. I’ve been lied to since June when we purchased our furniture that we would have it in 2-6 weeks then today get told attentively 2-6 weeks. But that’s a lie. We were told from Lubbock store manager that our couch and love seat were ready and he is pulling our recliner from someone else’s order to have it in a week. That was a lie cause then it was told the love seat was ready and would be delivered last week and the rest at the end of September and now told delivery the second week of September. Buyer beware Ashley Furniture is nothing but lies. They say they have manufacturing locations and warehouse locations all over so getting your furniture is no problem. Well watch out as it’s all lies.

My husband and I visited the store after having shopped at Furniture Row. We had a very unpleasant experience there and left without making a purchase. We decided to take a look at Ashley and were approached immediately by the friendly saleswoman who directed us to the area we were interested in. She talked us through the options for the item we wanted and the price was much less than what we saw at Furniture Row. We ordered exactly what we wanted and paid. We left the store very happy, and are excited for our furniture to arrive.
Vanessa and Johny were very professional and helpful. Vanessa met us as soon as we came into the door she answered all of our questions, showed us various options. Johny gave us a mattress demonstration and helped us find the right one for us.

Ashley’s furniture took a whole month and 6 days to deliver furniture. That is way to long to wait for a bed set!! I received a phone call a week after to submit a five star review in return for a 50$ credit. I never received the credit and my furniture took a long time to get to me. I had to do the following up to check the status of our furniture. I didn’t even get a phone for a heads up on a delivery date. This was my second time ordering from Ashley’s. I wasn’t impressed the first time. Shame on me for trying the second time. Once you leave the store, their customer service goes out the window.

Would give zero stars if I could. The worst possible company ever. Ordered furniture, then was told 2 to 6 weeks for deliver. At the 6 week mark now being told up to another month because the manufacturer hasn't even released what I ordered. Should have been made aware of this info before I purchased, especially since its "policy" not to refund the purchase.
We were kindly greeted and shown all the furniture that matched the description of what we thought we would like. The employees were all friendly and helpful and we got a great deal on the orange tag sale!
It's a stressful time right now mostly due to COVID-19 and social distancing. Moving my daughter into her new apartment in Lubbock for her Fall Semester at Texas Tech added to this stress. We went to the local store in Green Valley, AZ and she picked out what she wanted but I really wasn't interested in moving this furniture from Arizona to Texas. I went on-line and looked at pricing and availability but they couldn't accommodate the delivery request. I then called the store in Lubbock. This took the stress out of making the purchase. I was able to speak with Alexander, who is a very knowledgeable salesperson, and explain to him what I needed. He was able to review all the items I needed, get me a good price for all the items, and the best part was that he was able to coordinate the delivery. Coordinating the delivery was what was stressing me out the most since the move in date and time is critical for the apartment manager in order to respect the social distancing rules. Alexander took all that stress away. He coordinated the delivery for the date, time, and location. All I have to do now is take my daughter with her personal items. Everything else will show up and get assembled/installed by Ashley Furniture. No Stress!!

Passed me around multiple times when i asked what happened to my furniture. They even messed it up such as chipping, denting. Messing up my cabinets where they cant open completely nore close correctly and when they put in the screws it didnt even go in snd just made scratches. They left the trash everywhere even outside my house. I would not recommend this place after all. Dont waste your time

We really appreciated our sales lady, Vanessa. This is the second time in just a few short months that we purchased from Ashley. We were able to work with her both times. She's pretty awesome and didn't seem to mind answering the same questions I had over and over. We had a change of heart on our previous order and they fixed it right away even after delivery. We are having a battery issue on a recliner and they are working to warranty that. We are very happy with our purchases and the service we have received.
Our experience was fantastic. Marshall was our salesman and he was very helpful. He seemed to know exactly what they had and where it was. He was there for questions but gave us time and space to talk. It didnt feel awkward discussing things with my wife. It was the best experience I've had buying anything with a salesman involved.

We bought the Tempur-pedic bed from Ashley. We both have chronic back paint he bed has made all the difference in the world it’s so comfortable we don’t wake up hurting anymore. And we love the dual recliner sofa and oversize recliner. They are extremely comfortable.

JT was not over bearing like 90% of Ashley's sales reps. He introduced himself as soon as we walked in. We said we were looking for a tv stand. He showed us where they were and HE LEFT US ALONE. He wasnt breathing down our neck like some reps do. Once we found what we wanted he helped us out in a quick and to the point manner. No buttering us up just straight up wham bam thank you maam. In and out in 24 mins.

People at the physical Ashley store were awesome! They made the process easy and really helped us out. The people over the phone when I called to ask about delivery though were not as helpful and kind of rude. Overall, we had a good experience.
The man helping us the day that we bought the furniture was helpful. However, I called to check on the order status almost 2 weeks later and they still haven't placed the order. If I hadn't asked the lady who answered the phone if the order had been placed, I would have been waiting for furniture that would never come. I understand that mistakes happen, but I'm a little disappointed that someone was paid commission for my sale for me to be dealing with the situation I am now. We'll see what they do to resolve the issue.

I stopped by the store in Amarillo because I hadn't seen a flyer in awhile and was curious about their Memorial Day specials. I was in desperate need of a new couch (my current one was literally held together by duct tape!) Jesse was very helpful in showing me exactly what I was looking for. A lot of furniture stores don't carry a 3-person couch with the middle backrest folding down with a table with cup holders and they had SEVERAL to pick from. Most stores I've looked at have either one or none! I was blown away by the adjustable lumbar on the Man-Den powered reclining sofa. I was quoted 2-6 weeks for shipping but the fulfillment center called me the night of my purchase saying they'd have it delivered this Saturday! Nice! Overall, I really enjoyed my shopping experience. The store is well laid-out with a nice flow and is very inviting. The sales people are friendly without being overbearing and I felt very comfortable talking with Jesse and feel that I made a great purchase. I would highly recommend!

I needed some new furniture for my living room so I had been window shopping on the Ashley website for sectionals during the stay at home order. I walked in to the local store once they opened and was greeted by Jessie G. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture I was interested in. Not to mention he was being extra safe with a face mask (all employees were). He helped customize my sectional to be exactly what I needed for my living room and I loved it! Financing was a breeze. I was only in there for a little over an hour and my furniture was ordered then I was out the door. Delivery was expected to be up to 6 weeks, but they called and it’s coming earlier than expected. Such a great experience and very good customer service Jessie, thank you!

Vanessa was awesome! She was never pushy and she didn't hover over us while we were checking out the lovely show room items. We came shopping for a bedroom set, we had a price range in mind, but ended up falling in love with something a little over what we had intended to spend. Vanessa was gracious enough to discuss our quote with the regional manager who approved a discount. Everyone in the store was helpful and nice, but go see Vanessa for a superb experience.

We spent all day in Amarillo, going to every furniture store we could find online looking for a new sectional. Our livingroom will only fit a specific shape and size of couch. Jesse at Ashley HomeStore was super helpful and directed us to what would work for us, he didn't continuously follow us, pushing us but would periodically check in. Ashley HomeStore was the only store we found with something we liked in our budget. Our new sectional got delivered about a week later. They were quick and nice. Asked where we wanted it and had it set up and cleaned the trash in 10 minutes. We willl be shopping here again.

I was in this store over the weekend. Vanessa was on her phone when we came in and didn’t greet us until she noticed we had made our way past some bedroom sets. She smelled a little funny (marijuana) and her eyes were red. We told her we were looking for a sectional and she didn’t show us around. When we had questions she was no where to be found. Finally we crossed over to the other side and she was huddled around the waterfall talking to other sales guys. I had to ask the girl at the front desk for help. We asked her if she knew information about the material of the sectional or anything else about it to get me to buy over the competitors. She didn’t know anything. She basically was an order taker and not a professional furniture sales rep. I took my business over to another furniture retailer. Bought a sectional, bedroom set, and a mattress.
Do not buy from here I bought furniture and a warranty my couch broke a piece of wood on the bottom and they came picked it up two months go by and nothing so I call geuss what they just took it to the warehouse and left it there nothing got fixed and nobody told me nothing

I really enjoy my furniture now that I have lived in it. Although, I wish my salesperson had been more open and honest with me. I explained that I have children and pets and asked for appropriate material to withstand them. Now that I’ve lived with my furniture for some time I realize that I’m stuck with what I have. I would have gladly upgraded price and quality of the table and living room set I purchased in exchange for longevity. I paid a fortune for items I’m going to have to replace. This was my first time buying any major items and I wish someone would have suggested items appropriate for my home! The items were very nice to begin with and one item cane damaged, but was quickly fixed with no hassle. Good communication from all other departments besides sales.

Rosa did a great job however I paid for my bed which also came with a tv and they told me that the 3rd company was going to reach out to me after I email them. I checked in a week later and that same company never received my name from the store even though i had all the paperwork needed

We went in looking for a bookshelf, and came away with a whole new living room set! We were offered a deal we just couldn't pass up.
My husband and I We have purchased a new dining table set and a recliner. That purchase was January 17, 2021. We were given a 2 to 6 week delivery. The recliner was delivered on February 25th. The dining set, however, has been delayed twice now with "no guarantees". The people at the store are zero help. Once you make your purchase, you are at the mercy of the ever so friendly custo.er service team in Lubbock. You have to stay on hold at least 45 minutes to be able to talk to someone. They blame the manufacturer every single time. They have a lot of "we can't" statements that amount to nothing other than BS. I asked what our cancellation options are. Ha! We have to pay 25% restock fee first...restock of what?! Supposedly my table isn't even built yet. Then we can only get in-store credit for the rest. As if I would want to purchase something else and have this same issue. They provide you with zero options except to wait and wait and wait some more. I even asked to take the floor model of just the table since our chairs are apparently ready to go. Nope....can't even offer me that! I will NEVER, hear me... NEVER....do business with Ashley Furniture again. I will pay double before I use them again.

Well, shopping in the store was fine. We knew exactly what furniture we wanted before we went to the store, and we knew exactly what we wanted to pay from seeing the same furniture at a store 9 hours away. They better-than-price matched the other furniture store's prices which made us happy. It is difficult to really rate this experience as we are awaiting the arrival of our furniture in 2 weeks. We also wanted a mattress for our new bed, and their salespeople were very helpful and informative about their mattresses. The initial salesman that I was talking to was very aggressive and helpful in the store. I left and went home to get the numbers off of the furniture I had at home and called him to relay the information to him. He stated he was with a customer and would call me back when he was done. I never heard back from him that day, so I went to the store the next day and dealt with a different salesman and was able to get the item ordered that matched the furniture I already have. So overall a good experience, but really frustrating when a salesman won’t call you back.

The sales lady that helped me gave me a receipt with the wrong amount charged. I had to go back the next day and had to explain to her that the price on the receipt is wrong. The tag on the table showed it was on sale. I had to explain it to her four times before it clicked. Also while I was there for a dining table they tried to sell us a Temperpedic mattress and bed. The lady said I'll make you a deal and I'll give you the chairs for free. It was going to be about $6000. I said no. I will never purchase from there again. I know salespeople are pushy, but I do not like to be pushed to buy anything. I like to go and look. If I need help I will go look for you

I purchase a $6,000 Tempur Pedic adjustable bed about 3 months ago which just stopped working for no apparent reason. When I contacted Ashley Furniture they told me there was nothing that they could do to assist me that I had to contact Tempur Pedic for assistance and that they had no idea what was covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Ashley had the quality furniture and look we wanted at a fair price. Rosa was very helpful getting fixed up with what we went to the store to get. We will shop Ashley’s in the future

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR SANITY!! Purchased $6600.00 bed. It was delivered to us twice either incomplete or defective. “Customer service” (Lubbock TX), “Melody” argued with me repeatedly about a delivery that was supposedly sent to my home and then told me that a manager could not be reached when I refused to continue to argue with her. The manager onsite (in Amarillo TX) attempted to brush us off multiple times and would not help us resolve our issue. Absolutely dissatisfied with this store. I will NEVER purchase another thing from here.

I bought something off the floor and noticed once I got it home it was broken. I took it back the next day and the salesman told me that I couldn't exchange it, that things that are bought off the floor are sold as is. After questioning for a few minutes he was nice enough to tell me if I could find something else I liked for the same price he would go ahead and let me do that. I was very appreciative.

Bought bedroom set new kitchen table and new mattress for another room. They called within 30 min to set up delivery this was on Saturday they said they would be able to deliver starting the upcoming Wednesday we opted for Saturday. The scheduled between 8-12am on 11-2-2019 the following Saturday at 4 pm we still had not received anything or a call could not get through to customer service so I made the trip up there. They said we would not get anything today as it was not loaded on the truck they never called to reschedule just told us if we didn’t hear anything by Monday at 3 to call I asked to cancel my order as I never received anything the said the would charge me 25% which is $1000.00 and give me the difference in store credit. I asked to speak to customer service the lady called and was put on hold took my phone number and she said she would call me when she spoke with them, never heard back from her either.
Customer service is amazing. The delivery guys were very polite. One of them accidently broke my path light and he apologized for it. I will definitely purchase more furniture from them when I need it.

Worst experience ever. All items delivered with first, partial delivery were damaged. Getting the items fixed/replaced was a struggle. Store advertises return/exchange of furniture within 3 days of the customer deciding the are unsatisfied due to personal preference. That statement is not true. The mattress was delivered with a tear, the manager stated we could keep the mattress until another one came in due to moving all of the previous furniture out of the home, hence preparing for the new furniture. While scheduling for the second delivery, the scheduler stated there was no mattress listed on my delivery. She then continued to state that leaving damaged items in the home is not usually policy and it was never notated in their files the conversation we had with the manager. I spent a large amount of money at Ashley's, furnished my entire home through this company, and I don't have a single item that looks or feels brand new, I don't have one item that doesn't have dents scratches or tears. Buying furniture here has been a HUGE MISTAKE.
Salesman, David, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture I purchased. He made the experience very easy and worked with me on every question. My furniture was delivered as scheduled and I received 3 calls after my purchase to make sure everything was going as planned. I would definitely choose Ashley again for my furniture purchase.

DISSATISFIED...We have furnished three bedrooms, a den, dining room, and our front room twice with Ashley's Furniture in Amarillo. We have always had a good experience while in the store with the sales people. However, their delivery department is less than desirable. You would think that with the tens of thousands of dollars that we have spent there, that we would deserve respect and consideration when it comes to our deliveries. However, this is now the third occasion where our delivery has put us in a bind, and as a customer, we have been let down. Our first experience was with the furniture in our den, they absolutely butchered the chair and a half as they brought it through the door, ripping it at the seams, requiring another piece be ordered, and then a second delivery setup. When we had my teenage daughter's bedroom suite delivered, they completely left the nightstand and the mirror off of the truck, prompting us to have to make a trip to Amarillo (60 mile trip) when those items arrived at the local store. Finally, on our most recent purchase, the dresser which came with the third bedroom set that we have ordered, was not even put on the truck. We were told that it was left at the warehouse because the rails to the drawer were damaged. So now we have to set up ANOTHER second delivery day in order for the dresser to be delivered, or make ANOTHER trip out to Amarillo to pick it up at the local store. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
Sales associate over the phone did not call me back but in store help from others was spot on! I like their trendy styles and designs but unfortunately their furniture quality is inferior to many other furniture stores these days unless you specifically ask to see the high end products and then they are equal.
The sales team was awesome as well as the delivery guys. They were very careful in handling our new furniture. I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family! Awesome!
My husband and I had a great experience here. We started at Furniture Row but didn’t think there was a good selection. When we stopped here we were greeted immediately by David. He let us walk the store without any pressure and when we were ready to compare the furniture he was right there. Not only was there a great selection but the prices and quality was fantastic. We ended up purchasing a new couch and sofa set that had just been brought in. We can’t wait for it to be delivered just in time for family and Thanksgiving!!

I had been in contact with a sales rep named Jesse. He gave me his cell phone to assist me with my purchases, so that when we went in we knew exactly what we wanted and budget. The store was spacious and clean. Jesse was very helpful throughout and had a mattress specialist assist us with our mattress purchase. I didnt feel stressed at all, even with 2 little ones with me. Restroom was nice and clean! They kept us a monthly payment budget and got us everything we needed. Love the non-stressful easy going experience I had!

Ashley has a great collection and the prices are reasonable too. When I moved to TX I was struggling to buy furniture online and many packages arrived damaged. Returning heavy furniture is a big hassle. Being able to visit the actual store and making arrangement for shipment (shipment is mostly free) was a great experience. Worst company ever! We will never do business with them again. We have been lied to and passed around on the phone to many times to count (when they answer and don't just hang up on you). We ordered a bed with them and two days later found it way cheaper on their website. I called the salesman two days after purchasing and he passed the buck onto the customer service department. I have been dealing with them for over a month now. I have proven them wrong and to be liars with the screenshots and their own website wording and to no avail. I was just told by Melanie (a supervisor in the lubbock office) that they are an independent franchise and they don't have to honor any price match or it's free guarantee. That she doesn't care what I do with the bed we ordered or if we never use their store again. Awful customer service, sleazy and shady business. Know one wants to honor what their website states.

I was moving to a different state and I was able to purchase and finance my new furniture over the phone and internet with a sales representative who works in my new city, state. My furniture was delivered and set up within days of my arrival. Convenient!!! The interest free payments were the icing on the top. I love the quality of their furniture!! I will never buy from Ashley's Furniture again. When you call no one answers. They delivered only part of my sectional and it will be another two weeks before the rest of it comes in. The recliner won't be here until May... I bought all this in November.

I had bought my couches and just a few months the sofa broke. I called to get it fixed since I had a year warranty. The technician came out and said he would have to take it to get it fixed. I had to schedule them to pick it up and after it being gone for two weeks it came back exactly the same. I talked two 2 customer representatives and both said they would call me back, of course NEVER did. I called the next day and now they are saying it will take two more weeks. I asked for some sort of credit or something since they basically took my sofa and let it sit for TWO weeks! And now they are saying two more weeks! She said she would give $100 store credit which is pointless I am NEVER EVER buying anything else at Ashley's!

Experience here was okay. Ordered a living room set and bedroom set on labor day. Was delivered 2 weeks later only to have the wrong head board ordered. Had to wait 2 more weeks for the head board spo we could sleep on our bed. Super disappointed.

Recently purchased a sofa from Ashley furniture. Stopped at the store several times before making a decision. Purchased a TV through Ashley Furniture 8 weeks ago. And I still have not received the TV. Customer service is ABSOLUTELY ZERO help. Even after 8 weeks they tell me they have no idea IF and WHEN I will receive the product I bought. When I asked for my money back so I could just go buy the TV from Walmart, or Best Buy, or literally any other company that cares about their customers. I was told no refunds or returns. How is it a return if I never got my product. If you buy from Ashley prepare to be in the dark about whatever you bought. and good luck recieving it! Bought furniture for the 1st time at Ashley home store and the costumer service was amazing. They took their time and gave us our space to look around. We had 2 salesman help us and one was translating the stuff my husband didn't quite understand and the other one help with paperwork and he showed me around. Thank you for taking your time with both of us.. And well walked in there for a bed and walked out with a bed, mattress and living room set 😊 they have a variety of furniture. Just bought our furniture friday so havent received it yet, cant wait to do so.

Sales said Friday, so went Friday and they said well it’s really Monday. I don’t have time Monday and asked if I could buy it now and was said no. Their loss I was going to spend about $2,000 dollars and now I’m going somewhere else. Manager was a jerk too

We were greeted by Ashley, she was very friendly and super helpful. Wasn't pushy, but still full of tons of useful information. Only negative thing I have to say would be that the manager was WAYY too pushy and began to speak with a slightly condescending overtone when I said I didn't want to buy today. Overall pleasant experience. Will definitely be going back to Ashley in the future.

The people who came to set up the dresser I ordered was fast and efficient. They did a good job communicating they would be coming a certain day and then called the day before as a reminder and about 30 minutes before they arrived.
We got a good deal on several pieces of good quality furniture. The only criticism would be we were told we would have our furniture delivered in a week or 2 but it took 4-5 weeks to get everything.
Rosa was very helpful and gave us all the answers we needed. We loved the set up in the store, and easily picked a sectional.

There service is horrible, we bought bed room more than month and nine days and every time I called them they tell me different date(for the delivery), i almost beg them for the mattress because we were sleep on the floor, and they delivered only the mattress and some other part of the bedroom, last time I called them yesterday they said by the end of this month!!! More than 6 weeks! And they might bring it or might change the date again!!
Night tables (both of them) arrived with a wobble so I had to put shims under the leg of brand new furniture, someone really like wood at the store because 97% of items in store is the fake wood patterns so it took me forever to find something that wasn't which happened to be on my way out of the store. Delivery was fast and the guys did a great job, but the sales staff mimics a car lot because you will get hounded until you buy something and that's the last time you hear from them.

I purchased a TV stand with fireplace and a chair side table to match on 5/27/2019, three weeks later received the furniture. The table was damaged so I declined it and signed for TV stand, after the delivery guys left I was hooking up speakers and other components when I noticed it to was damaged, less than 20 minutes I was at the store. The sales person told me that a service tech would have to come look at it and see if it could be fixed, they would not agree to exchange it. After another week the tech came out and said he was going to order the parts to fix it and would call when they came in, another two weeks goes by and no call, finally get a call and they were going to exchange it. After almost 10 weeks the replacement furniture is delivered on 7/31/2019 and they were also damaged, the table was the same table I declined on the first delivery, the process starts all over again. Lucky for me Ashley had a special 90 day same as cash deal when I purchased the furniture and the finance company is going to return it for me. I have never had such poor customer service from any other company. Stay away from this furniture company,

I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I paid cash for mine. I bought on Memorial Day. A couch, oversize chair with ottoman and a TV stand. I checked on this and they said August!!! If I'd have known it would be that long I would never ha e purchased. Told them to cancel then customer service said oh they have them coming in on June 29th. Called today and now say couch is end of July and no idea on chair! Can't even tell you the truth. 25 % fee for cancelling and then only store credit. I will never shop here or recommend anyone to buy here.

If I could give a no star I would. I have now spent over ten grand with this company. I ordered a bed over a month ago for our wedding to accommodate people staying at our house. I was told it should only take a week or so. We are now at a month and still nothing. They won’t let you get a refund. When you call they say they have six weeks. They never went over any of that with us. Last time, I did no interest on my last furniture. I set it up as auto draft, after my last payment , I apparently still owed $59 and they charged me for interest for a year. I fought and fought and couldn’t get them to remove it. Make sure you pay the full amount. They do not draft or set the Payment up to pay the full amount. It’s a scam to collect the interest. Just be careful with this company. They do not care about customer service.

We love the coffee and end table we purchased, so much storage and the colors are beautiful.. the top pulls up to act like a writing or eating table while sitting on the couch. Couldn’t be more pleased. Also the king adjustable base we purchased with our mattress lights up, vibrates and has adjustable head and feet.. talk about spoiled. The cordless remote works perfectly. Would definitely purchase these again. And our buying experience was the best we’ve ever had with a straight to the point honest salesman named Scott who gave us the best prices at the Ammarillo, TX Location. The only thing I would change is getting these things delivered sooner! But patience is a virtue and some things are worth the long wait.

Absolutely despicable! We bought a sofa and a loveseat. We weren't super happy with the quality (Read: The furniture here is expensive junk) but needed a sofa and loveseat. We were told we were getting the Memorial Day sale price, which ended up being a lie. We were also told that, within 30 days, if the price dropped we simply had to call and we would be refunded the difference... also a lie. The sofa was delivered damaged, but on the bottom, and so I didn't notice it right away. It took them about 3 weeks to finally get it fixed, along with 9 phone calls (good luck getting ahold of customer service and DO NOT hit 1 to leave a message, you will be hung up on). Ultimately we were told that they refuse to refund the difference on the sofa but were doing it for the loveseat... also a lie, that never happened. We were asked for proof of the price difference, which I provided (I took screen shots of the website), still was denied and lied to. I was asked who I spoke to at the store, and I provided that information, and still was lied to. I have never dealt with such a dishonest, conniving business in my entire life and I have bought goods from street merchants in Afghanistan! They lied to us so many times that I will never, ever buy anything from these crooks ever again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My husband and I were looking for a new bed and we found one that we really liked but it was just a little bit outside of our budget. The staff at Ashley was willing to work around our budget and they delivered the bed and put it together for us! Very impressed with the delivery drivers. They were professional, fast, and punctual! They arrived exactly when they said they would, didn't leave a mess and were in and out in 10 minutes! Very happy customer!

Seven and a half weeks since we ordered two recliners and every time we have called the store, we receive a different story about these two chairs. Opened three different cases with their “customer service” online and no response even though they claim you will be contacted within 24 hours. I am at the point that I just want my money back but have no doubt that will be a “head banging the wall” ordeal as well. Never again!!! Update; two hours after posting the review above, received a call stating that we would receive a call to schedule a delivery on Saturday. We received that call, scheduled us for today. We stayed home all day waiting at at 6:15 this evening contacted the Amarillo store only to be told they had no record of a delivery for us. Called the Lubbock store and was told the same thing. This is a nightmare, pure and simple. Spoke to both Amarillo and Lubbock and since they can’t figure anything out, they assured us they would call today. That was another lie. My wife went up to the Amarillo store to get a refund and was told they couldn’t do that and if they did, there would be a 25% restocking fee. A restocking fee for chairs that can’t even be found. The nightmare continues. Their customer service told us that we would have to deal with the store itself. Tried that! Will see where this goes, but no doubt, not going to be an easy road! Two days later, no calls back to us from anyone. Case opened with the BBB. More cases opened with their customer care people. No furniture is worth this nightmare.
If i could give no stars i would. I bought a dinning set april 12th and still have not received it. I was called and they told me it came in but they sent it back because it was damaged. Then they told me they had to wait because it was on back order. Then i was told that it would be in on the 23rd of may and they would call me the week before to schedule the delivery date. As it approches the 18th i still havent heard from them about setting up for delivery....sooo i called...and they told me the day it should be sent to the store is the 27th of may. I was like what happend to the 23rd?? They were like there were set backs... wow really how many times are you going to hange my date plus the 27th is memorial day i doubt any shipment is. Coming in nor will you be delivering!! All i know is if i still have no dinning set by the end of may i want my money back. And i will never order anything from Ashley furniture in Amarillo again. I could be understanding if you attempted to make contact with me and explain the situation. But u cant even do that.

This was my first experience with Ashley Home Store. I’m very pleased with the entire process. The Amarillo store manager greeted me at the door. I was allowed to look around at my leisure. When I found what I wanted a sales person was right there to assist. The furniture was delivered within a week by two very nice and professional men. I love my sofa and chair.

Salesman was nice, bought a dresser, he advised I’d receive a call in a few weeks to schedule delivery, didn’t receive a call, I called and the lady said ‘we can schedule delivery, is Thursday good’, I said what time, she said she couldn’t tell me when, we’ll call 30 minutes out, but if no one is there when we come, we’ll charge you for RE-scheduling fee, not sure how I’m supposed to know if Thursday is a good day when I have NO idea what time on Thursday? Delivery man was very nice and helpful AND actually called me about an hour out.

My parents purchased some sofas on President's day and were told it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery by the salesman, when signing the contract my mom noticed it said 4-6 weeks she asked them about it they said that was just in case it took a little longer. I ordered furniture from Bob Mills the same day an I've had my furniture for over a month and my parents have yet to recieve their furniture when they call the store they get the run around and they have already made two payments and no furniture. WE WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!
We purchased a sectional from Ashley furniture. Our experience was great from our sales lady Rosa all the way to the delivery team. It was seamless and hassle free. Our sectional is perfect and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come.
My wife and I paid cash for a couch and love seat. The salesman said he would call on Wednesday, bought on Sunday, and let us know probable expected delivery date. No call and could not get him on his direct number he gave us. We drove back down to the store on Sunday again, found salesman, he blew us off about not calling or answering his phone. He did look up the proposed delivery date. We asked him about the batteries to the furniture, he said they would be delivered with furniture. We asked him about our 75 dollar gas card we were to get. He again said it would be delivered with furniture. The good news was that furniture was delivered several days earlier than projected. Bad news, no batteries. Called customer service. They told us after talking to our salesman, that we could drive to store again and pick up the batteries, that will make third trip. Wife is suppose to attempt picking up batteries today. GOOD LUCK to her. Customer service said our 75 dollar gas card would be sent to us on email, still WAITING......... Delivery guys were great. Furniture excellent.

Very bad experience! I ordered a kitchen table and an accent table on 1/20/2019. The sales lady told me it would be delivered between 4 to 8 weeks. I had to call them to ask where my things were and some man said he could take a message and that they would call me back the very next day. No one ever called me back. I had to call them AGAIN just to find out that i was never called back because whoever it was who was going to call me back has not been there in 2 days? And now they are saying all of the pieces won't be in until April 18th. I am beyond mad. I will never order anything from Ashleys Furniture in Amarillo Tx ever again! I do no recommend them! Spend your money at another furniture store! Lesson learned the hard way.

Table was broken within 72 hour no-hassle return. Set appointment to have it looked at, and the guy never showed up. Tried again, now we are outside the 72 hour period. Went through the customer care plan people (paid extra for that). So they do some paperwork and send that to the same people who never showed up in the first place!!!! 14 no show appointments and 10 months later, still have a broken table.

I know people make mistakes and I always give companies a chance to fix what happened. BUT I literally have no clue what else to do! I was charged twice for furniture that we purchased! We used an Ashley’s credit card. I have talked to so many people (including the manager of the local store and multiple employees of the local store, customer service, and synchrony) and nothing ever happened! This purchase was made at the end of October. I was told multiple times that “it would be taken care of”! My credit card has been sitting at 3000 OVER my credit limit for 4 months! I have had to make 500 (they are normally 300 max) minimum payments just so I don’t get charged and hurt my credit score! We have bought multiple pieces of furniture there and the associates on the floor have always been amazing, but I will never shop there again. This should have been taken care of right when it happened. Somehow I am going to have to figure out how to go above Ashley’s and synchrony to get this resolved!
Bought beds for myself and my daughters in 2017. Expierence in the store was good. However, not even 2 years after my purchace the foundations are creaking like an old stair case. Called customer service and was basically told that they won't do anything and that I would have to buy new ones. Um........what! So, I wasted a lot of money with this purchace and will be taking my business else where from now. Don't waste your money on their products! Now I get to spend even more to fix their bad foundations! Very frustrated!!

Very dissappointed. I was told by the sales person that helped me, that the total would be 4,327.74. This would be payed over a 48 months time at 97.00 a month with no interest. Also because she and her manager wanted me to buy so badly, the manager said we can give free ottomam that's 199.00 value and free delivery and set up. So I went back the next following weekend but before I went I asked can I get the same deal? I was told yes, so when I got there they said it 4,637.00. I was also told They can't offer the deal I was already told because my credit. But thats not what the lady had said last time I was there. So now the deal was 3,000.00 credit through a credit card company, which doesn't cover the whole amount. Im supposed to pay 120.00 a month and only 6 months no intrest. Then the remaining balance pay the Ashley store, but I only have 60 days to pay in full or I have to pay intrest. Also the difference in the 4,327.74 and the bigger amount, the manager nor the sales person didn't mention insurance for couch and a cover forthe matress that I have to buy. So to sum it up, they tell u no intrest and throw in all kinds of free stuff. But then when it comes down to it and it's time to pay its a while nother story. Now their telling me i don't get my stuff till I pay the store in full and I only have 60 days before they add intrest. I can't cancel the order cause Ashley furniture said I'll have to pay back 3,000.00 to the card even though I didn't get the bed and I'll have to pay Ashley a 25% restock fee. Even though I never will get the items. So don't go to Ashley furniture.

Problems with delivery, problems with furniture when we finally got it, and to add insult to injury, got a $200 in store credit because of all the problems we had we aren't allowed to use. Doubt I'll ever step into the Amarillo Tx Ashley store again. Can't even get a response from their Corporate Office. May just find another store to shop.
Everyone was very nice and helpful at the store and we got some great deals! The delivery people were also great, they arrived at the time they said and were surprisingly quick at assembling the furniture we got. They also gave their input on how they thought the furniture would fit best and I found that very helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

THEY USED TO HAVE GOOD QUALITY MATTRESSES AND FURNITURE THE MATTRESS IS WENT TO HELL CRISIS DIDN'T GO LOWER THEY WENT HIGHERYOU PAY A FORTUNE FOR A MATTRESS YOU THINK YOU SHOULD GET AT LEAST TWO TO THREE YEARS OF GOOD LIFE OUT OF THE MATTRESS NOT WITH ASHLEY'S FURNITURE STORE YOU GET LESS THAN 6 MONTHS THEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE SIDESTHEY HAVE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE MATTRESSES AND TAKEN DO A STRING TEST ANGELA LEVEL IF THERE'S ANY STAINS ON THE MATTRESS NOT ON THE TOP BUT THAT'S A SMALL STAIN ON THE BOTTOM THEN THEY CAN'T HELP YOU THIS IS MY QUESTION FOR YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE WHAT IS ASHLEY FURNITURE DO TAKE YOUR OLD MATTRESSES AND RESELL THEM THEY WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE IT'S AGAINST THEIR POLICY BUT THEY LIKE TAKING A LOT OF MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE'S POCKETS I BOUGHT ONE AND MATTRESS FROM THEM WITHIN SIX MONTHS I HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT WASN'T HAPPY AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND TOLD HIM I WANTED MY MONEY BACK THEY SAID NO TELL ME TO GO TO AMARILLO AND LOOK AT ANOTHER MATTRESS GOING DOWN THERE AND LOOKED AT ONE SUPPOSED TO BE FOR BIG PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT COST $1,300 I WAS TOLD THAT I DID WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO GET THE MATTRESS TO THE HOUSE X V THAT WAS A LIE TURNED OUT THAT WAS A LIEWE HAD TO PAY SHIPPING $299 TO GET THE MATTRESS TO THE HOUSE THEN THEY CALL AND TELL ME THAT I CAN'T HAVE THE BED UNTIL SEPTEMBER WE DIDN'T GET TO BED UNTILIT'S AUGUST END OF AUGUST ME BEFORE THEY CAN DELIVER THAT I HAVE TO TAKE AND PAY EXTRA FOR THE SHIPPINGWHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR WHENEVER I WAS AT THE STORE AND BOUGHT THE MATTRESS AGAIN THE ONE ALL PEOPLE OUT THERE DON'T MESS WITH ASHLEY'S UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF CUZ THEY RIP ME OFF THE RIP YOU OFF TO GOOD DAY.

I originally ordered a couch for my new place but it wouldn't fit in the door (it's a little place lol)so I had to go back and rethink things and everyone was very helpful at the store and I ended up getting a bed and a recliner which was perfect and the delivery team was also very professional I would highly recommend Ashley's to all my friends
