We were greeted by Jesse Quintana when we entered the store. I was looking for a double leather electric recliner. Jesse found the one we wanted & he worked out all the details quickly. We bought the one we wanted & went home.

Ashley customer service was top notch. It only took about 5 minutes to verify the chest of drawers I needed were available, and setup delivery and assembly for my mother. I am very pleased with the experience.

I will NEVER do business with Ashley’s again. Warranty program is horrible. Took 8 months & several rescheduling for them to come out to clean and they only did 1/3 of the job. Won’t come back out, won’t give me a refund, and no action from the manager. Stay away from this location.

BUYER BEWARE—Ashley’s Furniture does not seem to value customer satisfaction or ethical business practices. I recently had a disappointing experience with Ashley's Furniture that I feel compelled to share. After placing an order and making a payment, my delivery was scheduled without any issues. However, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, a representative canceled the delivery without consulting me. When I requested that my order be reinstated, they informed me that I would need to reorder—conveniently, this was after the Memorial Day sales had ended.This kind of behavior strikes me as extremely shady and unprofessional. It seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid honoring the sale prices. Given my experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

My first experience with Ashley was with Rosa. Rosa was wonderful and got me just what I wanted at a decent price. The chair is really high quality and very comfortable. Rosa not only got me the perfect chair, but she also got it delivered the next day. My second experience was with Jesse, equally helpful. He really know what he’s doing and helped us get what we wanted. Jesse, Rosa and Ashley furniture are the best!
