We had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Ashley. Our top of the line reclining sofa had an electrical failure while still under warranty. Unfortunately the part was discontinued. No problem. After speaking with the service department they offered us a free sofa equal to the cost of our original couch. Again, we were able to get the top of the line.....at no extra cost. Jesse, our salesman in Amarillo was wonderful!!! He was our original salesman a year ago. I'd recommend to anyone wanting full service. He goes out of his way to get you the best deal possible. I wasn't sure about Ashley furniture a year ago because I had never shopped there. Now they have a customer for life! Thanks Ashley Furniture and everyone who helped along the way!

Often times, the salesman hovers not giving you anytime to look or decide without input. Adolfo gave us plenty of space but was close by for any questions we had. I bought furniture for my wife before Christmas. I have been calling the 1 800 number calling the office local calling other numbers that they give me for a return phone call from someone in supervision. It has been 7 weeks now, with no one able to call me back with any type of authority to answer a question and get my issue resolved, I have never seen. Such incompetent people with a bunch of excuses of why they cannot help. We purchased a sectional which was missing feet, so we're unable to use it. Rosa at the store level has tried to help, but the management team seems to get swapped out on a weekly basis, so no one has any authority to make a decision. Still to this day, I am unable to use a piece of furniture that we paid alot of money for. I would not recommend them to even my enemy.. Poor customer service, poor response time, and not willing to get me in touch with correct person to help. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I love how they send a automatic request with another 800 phone number to call with no one with any authority to actually make a decision and actually care about what your issue is and trying to get a result. It's just another number to post to keep you guys chasing an answer. Good luck.

I ordered a living room set in November to get it in before Christmas. I was told that this would be no problem in store and was told that the set should arrive the first week of December. When I was contacted by Ashley to schedule delivery, it gave me the available days as the week of Christmas, which isn't the first week of December but still fine since I would get it before Christmas. But today (three days before my furniture is set to arrive) I'm informed that it has been delayed and won't be available FOR ANOTHER MONTH. The soonest option it gives me to deliver now is January 17th and I had already taken a day off of work to make sure I was home when it arrived. I feel like I was lied to in store to make a sale and now Ashley Furniture is not only wasting my time but my money as well.

Order got messed up. It was really hard to talk to an actual person. I was told a delivery was going to be made on a certain day and than it was changed with no notice. The only good part about this experience were the delivery crew. They were fast and showed up when I expected

I think it's unethical to add a $239 delivery charge and a $399 fabric care charge without letting the customer know. Be sure to look at the detailed receipt before you sign. Fast talking does mean the customer would have agreed to such outrageous charges.

On another note- shame on Ashley Furniture as a company for up charging furniture and trying to marketing items to make them seem affordable. Displaying prices of items as $5 but writing in small font below the ticketed price that its $5 for 64months seems corrupt in my opinion.

I will NEVER do business with Ashley’s again. Warranty program is horrible. Took 8 months & several rescheduling for them to come out to clean and they only did 1/3 of the job. Won’t come back out, won’t give me a refund, and no action from the manager. Stay away from this location.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Ashley's Furniture that I feel compelled to share. After placing an order and making a payment, my delivery was scheduled without any issues. However, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, a representative canceled the delivery without consulting me. When I requested that my order be reinstated, they informed me that I would need to reorder—conveniently, this was after the Memorial Day sales had ended.This kind of behavior strikes me as extremely shady and unprofessional. It seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid honoring the sale prices. Given my experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Went to buy 4 dining chairs and ended up buying a living room set Adolfo was very helpful abs got a great deal thanx.

I was debating on doing a one star, but I’ll do 2 star since it was finally resolved (7 months later). I bought a couch, couple years later need it fixed since the inside of it broke. I contacted them in October to get it fixed, first guy came a month later, we had a lot of wood laying around the yard so he asked if he could use some wood. He also used our own screw gun… ok so that solved the issue for about 24 hours, it broke again. Between having to reschedule 2-3 times since the worker would never show. Had someone come out a few other times, finally 7 months later they realized it can’t be fixed and they finally delivered a new one. We took so much time off of work for the warranty company to come out just waiting and waiting. So thanks so much for letting me enjoy my broken couch during my maternity leave with my new baby. I had a blast trying to get up from it while holding a new born these last few months.

Saturday was the first time for me to shop in an Ashley store. It was fun shopping for a bed frame and I took time to look at other pieces of furniture. Ashley has unique pieces to choose from.

DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! They will split up your loan into 3 different parties! Also told me different prices after I signed my contracts .. totally wouldn't of went through them if I had known the REAL EXACT PRICE.... 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We picked out a kitchen table and chairs, bedroom suite, Tempur-Pedic mattress, adjustable base, sectional and matching rocking recliner with help from Dolores and Jesse. The initial quote we received from them was a little over the money we had allotted for these items. This group worked so hard and gave us an incredibly good discount to get these items in our budget. We could not be more thankful and wish we could show our gratitude. Once again, we will not shop anywhere else but Ashleys in Amarillo, TX! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Sold me a "never used" couches yet when I got it it smelled like Miley Cyrus had chain smocked on it. Have called multiple times to no avail. The managers are now ignoring my calls and refuses to do anything about it and have voided my warranty because I moved them from the place of delivery. The manager had said they would talk to someone about exchanging them for me but has now been avoiding our messages and calls.

Salesman convinced us that the set, BONDED LEATHER, was much more durable than real leather. Well don’t be fooled! The furniture is pealing something awful… where people sit!! IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. Leather furniture can be repaired. The furniture is only durable about 5 years… a waste of money!!!

Went into ashleys to look around knowing i have horrible credit and very little amount of money. Was able to get approved for a very nice bed frame and mattress that I absolutely love.

Financing was a breeze. Aldolpho is a Knight-in-shining-armor. Just had emergency surgery and needed something to lay on. I couldn't do a lot of what needed to be done but he bridged the gap and I cannot tell you how grateful I am and how excited I am to be getting my new reclining sofa in a couple of days! Thank you!

PLEASE stop with the attack salespeople! Within 15 seconds of walking in you are slammed with at least 10 questions by a salesperson drooling over a possible sale. It's awful. If you are able to dodge that, you'll get a basic idea of what they can order for you from their online site. If you're really lucky you can even purchase that day! Don't bother asking any of them about anything regarding the items since all they do is look at the .com site to get the same info you can get yourself. It's usually easier to just order from there and get it home delivered without ever dealing with the store. Pretty nice back room section with great prices on leftover pieces from sets someone didn't want. Absolutely stay away from their financing options unless you want the worst fine print possible. Furniture options are pretty varied and decent quality, if a bit Karen wanna be.

We are now told we have to submit three photographs of the furniture and fill out additional paperwork in order to have the new parts delivered and assembled. My recommendation to anyone buying new furniture at Ashley's is to refuse delivery if it is missing any part/s.

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE ONLINE! I ordered four chairs from this company online. Three chairs arrived, two of them damaged. The fourth chair never arrived and was returned to the warehouse. I called and talked to four different agents about this order and was assured that I would be receiving the fourth chair by a certain date. When I checked on the tracking the chair was being returned to Ashely Warehouse. When I called for the fourth time to find out what was going on I was told that the whole order was actually canceled during the shipment process due to a "wrong address" according to their finance department and that they shouldn't have ever arrived at the address that was actually correct and on file for the payment and delivery and that I needed to return the three chairs that did arrive. I was also told that I would not be getting replacements for the two chairs that were damaged either and that they would just give me a refund for the one shair that never arrived. First, I NEVER SUBMITTED A CANCELATION or change of address and was NEVER told that the order had been canceled due to "wrong address" at any point in the process by any of the agents that I spoke with. All the agents assured me that I would receive the chair and the replacements until I finally spoke to the escalation supervisor. Second, The escalation supervisor could never really explain to me what the problem actually was and simply said that it was a "difficult situation." She did process return shipping for the three chairs that I did receive and she did assure me in writing a refund for the chairs upon pickup by Fedex. Hopefully this does take place as assured, unlike the assurance of receiving the fourth chair that I was given along with the two replacements for the damaged chairs that I was assured of as well. This experience with Ashley Furniture Online has made it where I will NEVER do business with ASHLEY again. Very unprofessional and sketchy to say the least.

I went to buy furniture at Ashley’s in Amarillo. The salesman (I think Aldalpho) wouldn’t give straight up numbers when asking about delivery fees and warranties…he just tacked everything on. The next day I started looking at the invoice and the furniture that I thought I was buying for 1,000.00 turned into 1,600.00 with everything tacked on. I called to take the warranty off and ask for the delivery fee that was discussed and the salesman said he couldn’t adjust it to what we had agreed on. I just cancelled the order at this point. He called me back 20 min later saying he could give me the delivery price I was asking, but at this point I was mad because they scammed me. I then went online and ordered it myself. The warranty was 1/2 of what the store offered and the delivery was FREE!!! I highly suggest not ordering in the store unless you want to spend a lot more money for the same product.

This has been the most awful experiences I have ever had purchasing furniture. I walked into to the store after seeing an ad online. I was shown the table and chairs that were displayed on the picture and was told that the price was for everything and it was verified by a sales professional and store manager after looking at for 15-20mins. He then proceeded to make the contract with the quoted price and I signed it and paid in full for everything. Later that day I recieve a phone call from the manager stating he made a mistake and it should have only been for the table only and I needed to go up there and pay them an additional large sum of money if I wanted the chairs. This does not only seem unethical but illegal to request more money after a contract was made and refuse to honor it at all. The GM of this store Damien was not only disrespectful about the situation but also stated that because no one from the store signed the contract whith thier signature even though they made it, printed it and I signed and payed for it with all the details of what I purchased... that it was not valid? I have all my copies of the contract including a picture of the one I signed in the store for them. It has been a week now and I'm still getting the run around trying to get a hold of someone in corporate office that can explain how this is okay or make this right. I updated my review to 3 stars, after Maria from corporate office took care of the situation and made it right. Thank you.

We just found a rug we loved at this store and they would not sell it to us because the lady who does the designs/ staging is getting evaluated tomorrow and she wanted to use that rug. It was a $1300 rug. So weird to me that they absolutely refused to sell it. Am I wrong? Isn’t this a home store? It is it just about the displays? Frustrating for sure.👎

Great experience. David was the employee that helped me my wife out on a couch set. Very knowledgeable. Gave us a lot of info and left us to look around but occasionally came back and asked if we had any questions and also through out options and knowledge. Went to other furniture places before going to Ashley’s but Ashley’s did win us just because of how we were treated. David’s the man, quick and knowledgeable on his game.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The GM Damien is disrespectful and disgraceful. All I wanted was some parts to get my couch fixed and get the credit that their district manager Leylani had promised us. After months of being given the run around they finally ordered the parts saying I would have to pay for them. Which I tried to do three weeks ago. Then before finally buying my couch parts they tried to weasel me into buying a new couch instead of just letting me get mine fixed. This is the third bad interaction I’ve had with them all after I made my purchase. They lie to get you to order stuff then take up to 7 MONTHS to get all my furniture. Then make me wait more months for small simple parts. Last time we had to talk to three different departments and wait 2 months just for a handle. ONE SINGLE HANDLE. It’s amazing that this store is still opened from all the horror stories I’ve heard.

We had done the application online and went to the store and we got in/out in about 30 minutes. Rosa Ortega was very quick and efficient and made sure we had all the information,sale discounts, & insurance we needed. I loved this experience we had no pressure at all.

One person, EVAN Withers. He played a huge role in my purchase. I don't like shopping in person bcuz sales ppl are the worst but not Evan. He wasn't pushy, he listened to what I needed and was very patient while I made my decision. That poor guy walked around with me checking measurements, prices, explained the differences in materials/stuffings and which ones did best with pet fur. I made a phone call to get a second opinion and Evan stepped away so I could speak privately. He also let me move some cushions so that I could get a visual of how some pieces would look like next to each other. After just over an hour, I told him which pieces I really loved and my concerns with the pricing. He worked his magic, came up with a price I could manage and I ended up getting both of them! I left very happy with my purchase and didn't feel "taken".

We said Just looking thanks. He didn’t stop. Extremely high pressure pushy salesman. The wife knew what she wanted she had researched the Bedroom set extensively. That didn’t stop him. She said she wanted it and he went into finance mode. Offering all kinds of options. My credit is good but not great. He says we can get you financing no problem. Bedroom set and mattress $10,000. He runs my credit and their “ top lender “ approved $1000. I said well then it’s. No go. Thanks for your time. Give me a couple weeks and we will come back with the cash. He says well we have other place I can try they are the best so we try them first. I was just letting you know. I’ll be right back. 10 minutes later he says we got that $1,000 and this other company will do $3,400. So that will get you the bedroom set it’s only $4.400. I can get more through this other place just hold on. I said stop wait. No. Basically he ran my credit 5 times hard inquiries. My credit score dropped 25 points because of him running so many times within 30 minutes. They get the stars because they had exactly what we wanted. Way over priced and extremely unnecessary pushy hard sales tactics.

When I went in to get a mattress, I was told if I spent $xxx I would get a box spring at no cost to go with it which is $250… then was told that the delivery people would take my old mattress and box spring back when they delivered my new one… also was told that it would have been delivered on October 4 (purchased on September 28). The warehouse called me 4 times before October 4 to reschedule my delivery as they did not have in stock. When I called my salesman David medrano at the store, he advised “well I did not know there was a time crunch and I have a different mattress in stock if you’d want to do that instead”. No I want the mattress I ordered, and it’s not called a time crunch, it’s called I ordered something and I expect it on time as I was told it would. Finally got it delivered a week or so after the 4th and the deliverers did not take my old mattress back and when I asked why he said it wasn’t on the order. So I called the store again to ask to speak to David and they told me he was with a customer and he would call me back…. NOTHING. So I dropped it whatever. Then I’m looking at my credit card statement and realize that I was in fact charged for the box spring that I was assured multiple times “came with the mattress purchase”, so when I called the store yet again to speak to David, guess what no call back. I will never be back to Ashley’s and now I can understand why the parking lot is always dead because they’re just about making that commission and not actual customer service.

Initial interactions were okay. However, the longer we were there the more we felt swindled. Pricing was cheaper online and instead of price matching, we were given the excuse that it was a 3rd party instead of Ashley even after we showed the associate the website and the furniture in the cart with our shipping address. Adolfo tried to upsell what was supposed to be a $1,700 dining set another $1,000 by adding the “white glove delivery” and the “warranty.” I had to ask for the cost of these two add ons at least 3 times before given a beat around the bush answer. After deciding they were trying to pull a fast one on us we went to leave and he actually stopped us at the door with a different sales associate saying they’d be able to price match it. They asked us how our experience was so I told them we felt swindled. I mentioned the “warranty” reviews online only covered a fraction of the cost of replacement and many people stated they had to jump through hoops to get a replacement if any which felt like blatant misrepresentation based on a dishonest business model. We ended up leaving with the furniture at the price shown online only because we liked the furniture and a shift lead who tried to make it right - not the manager on duty (he didn’t even speak to us) or the original sales associate. I’d be very weary of purchasing furniture here as we watched multiple other couples blindly fall for what they thought was a good deal!!!

The show room is massive and has lots of different styles for every taste. We walked away with a sectional that we are super excited to have delivered. The quality of the furniture is good and so are the prices.

Ashley's furniture is a middle man they sell other people's stuff and I guess you can't knock the hustle, however why would I pay this outrageous price for this couch right here and then have to wait for 8 to 10 weeks before I actually get it when I can just go to Sears or something like that and buy one on the spot and have it delivered?

DAVID Was the best! First we arrived minutes before Ashley's closed and he still stayed to help us find all we needed for our new home. He was beyond nice about everything. Made sure we had everything we needed before it was all done. Even thanked my husband for all his military service. He was so great! So glad we decided to drop in last minute. . Its like when God places Angels around you then one day you feel like you actually met one! Thank you David!

I arrived and really no one attended me, it wasn’t until I called out to an employee to ask about sectional sofas, but I didn’t really feel very welcome, I finally made my selection. Furnishing a new house is supposed to be a fun and exciting time. We were very happy to order our bedroom set for the master on May of 2021. It's been a year and more since that day and we still have not received the bed frame for said bedroom set. We have called numerous times and been lied to or told its coming in but here we are still with our mattress on the floor a YEAR later. Do not order from Ashley's if you actually want to enjoy the furniture anytime soon. It's funny how this set is still sold currently even though they know they can't fulfill it, which is pretty close to con artistry.

My wife and I ordered furniture last may. We were told it was in stock, we just now received our order in completion. 1 year and 15 days later. And to make the story complete they didn’t even deliver the hardware to put our bed together. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. It is ran by unprofessional people with no sense of making anything right to their customers. Absolutely ridiculous. I would advise no one ever go in the doors of this place it is full of liars.

I purchased a dual recliner last June for about $1100...last month the back fell apart ....upon inspection I found out the couch was made of particleboard and brads which are basicly staples which apparently is industry standard..as I'm told ... I went through the proper channels and after a sending pictures and having a technician come out they said maby in a couple of weeks they might send me another seat back .. if I knew the poor quality of the furniture I would never have waisted my time or money .. make shure you ask what and how its made before you buy

He is amazing!!! Introduced himself and allowed us to look at all the tables in stock and found one my wife and I both loved!! Got a good deal due to a promotion offered by Ashley for paying cash. I made a $5000 purchase from Ashley's on 5/10/21. It was a full bedroom set with bed frame, two side tables, and dresser with a tv stand and a server. We were told it was back ordered for a few weeks but would be 12 weeks at the most. 12 weeks came and went and I had not received any items. I had reached out to discuss and was told everything was back ordered and it would come in split deliveries. Over the last 9 months I have received the items sparingly and randomly, but still no bed. It is currently 3/15/22 and I have yet to receive my bed. There is no end in site and they have no idea when it will actually come in. I have talked to numerous sales people and called the Ashely's line with little help. Tyler, the salesperson, has remained super kind and professional. He is always willing to give me updates but he has no control over the delivery of the items. A coworker recently ordered a full bedroom set from Bob Mills and received the items within 2 weeks. When I reached out to Ashleys to discuss, was told it should come in any time. I have received this same reply for the last 10 months. What what supposed to be fun and exciting and has turned into a complete disaster. At this point, I have no idea if/when I will ever receive the bed. Extremely frustrated. I get things get behind but never expected to wait an entire year.. possibly more with the way things are going.

Tyler was amazing! He was patient with us and very professional! The best service we have had in a furniture store we will be back and hopefully buy some more furniture for our home!

Great shopping experience! David Medrano assisted me with my purchase, he was knowledgeable and made my experience seamless. I would recommend asking for him when shopping at Ashley Furniture!

I was greeted as I walked in and given a brief overview of the layout for the store. I was then allowed to browse without being constantly followed. I found a nice selection of living room furniture to choose from. Once I made a decision the sale rep was able to answer all my questions and got me what I felt was a good deal.

Than you Haley for the great costumer service. I love that there's many variety of the furniture but right now it takes from 6 to 12 wks to be delivered. Hopefully it doesn't take long. Since most reviews do mention the lack of delivery. I just wished I had read reviews before buying.

Didn't have what we were looking for

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dolores was quick to answer all of our questions. She was also patient when we were indecisive about which sofas we wanted. Thank you, Ashley’s home store on Western in Amarillo Tx.

I mailed ordered a table in the box was completely damaged and the inside corner of the table was all broken so I’m trying to get some thing done now hopefully they will fix it I just unboxed it and it’s like that
