The delivery was prompt and the guys Ty and his co-worker were very professional.

Was perfect easy going straight to the point of what I needed and in my price range while being respectful

I’m new here to Texas and was out furniture shopping (empty nester, starting a new chapter with a nice healthy budget) this past Saturday and I decided to stop in at Ashley furniture in Arlington to see if they had anything of interest. I made my way through most of the store without anyone greeting me or asking if I needed any help. One guy saw me on two different occasions and never spoke a word. In fact, the second time he saw me he walked past me and asked a family if they needed help. When I finally made it closer to the exit someone finally said something. After being ignored, watching salesmen on their phones and watching them standing around talking I said to myself, I’m not spending my money here. You can’t be bothered, I won’t be bothered. I politely declined assistance and walked out. I then went to Living Spaces in Grand Prairie and received excellent customer service.

Beautiful, quality furniture in a large showroom with lots of variety. Korey is the Ashley employee (he's in a management role) who helped us put together the right pieces for a new little condo we purchased in Florida (we purchased the items here, and had them delivered to vacation condo in Florida). Korey was AMAZING - patient and responsive. He helped us get everything we wanted within our set budget. He even came in on his day off to get our entire order written up without distractions, so that the purchase would happen in time for delivery when we needed it. I can't say enough about how professional, friendly, knowledgable, and diligent Korey was. Very happy with our shopping and purchasing experience at this Ashley store.

Purchase a lot thru Ashley’s and so has my family! I had a very present adventure selecting my new recliner! Great service

I had a very uncomfortable experience at Ashley’s Furniture. When we walked in, a woman asked what we were looking for. We told her, “We’re just looking,” and instead of being welcoming, she made rude, sarcastic comments like, “Most people come here to buy something, not look.” She also stared at us weirdly and kept making us feel unwelcome. When I asked if she wanted us to leave, she repeated her comment and then added, “Weren’t y’all just walking around before you came in here?” and “So y’all just came in here to get out of the sun?” We weren’t doing anything wrong—we were just browsing, like any other customer. The attitude we got was completely uncalled for. I won’t be coming back after that interaction.

Eric was our sales rep. The entire experience was awesome. The respect, knowledge and kindness he treated us with was outstanding. Mixed Experience – Great Start, Poor Follow-Up I had high hopes based on my initial experience. The first part of my furniture order arrived on time and in perfect condition—everything looked great, and I was impressed with the communication, speed and quality. Unfortunately, the second part of the order was never delivered. What’s worse, the follow-up from customer service has been frustratingly poor. I’ve had to reach out multiple times with little to no response from the customer service team, and when I did hear back, the information was vague or unhelpful. It’s disappointing to go from such a smooth start to a completely stalled and unresolved issue. Both orders were placed in May 2025 with first delivery in June and second delivery expected early July. As of the end of July 2025, I am awaiting resolution on second order. I hope they improve their customer service follow-through, because the product itself was promising.

Outstanding customer service from Lati. My niece and I walked into the store searching for a recliner. Lati greeted us and made us feel welcome from the start. It was a smeltering summer day, and she offered us water. We settled on a recliner and she worked with us to make the sale seamless, and even went above and beyond in many ways! I would greatly recommend Lati. You will not regret doing business with at this Ashley location, and with Lati.

Gayle greeted me at the door as I was walking and and was very welcoming as well as helpful.

I was very disappointed to find out that Ashley Furniture has a NO RETURNS policy and the oversized chair and ottoman is too big for my living room. The delivery guys were in such a hurry to leave I was not given the time to properly see if it fit and they didn't even have me sign for the delivery. When I called customer service less than an HR after delivery the lady was rude to me and basically told me too bad I'm stuck with it The salesperson should have told me their policy was no returns. I only give 2 stars instead of 1 because the salesman was helpful at the store

I called into store and service was excellent. My purchase was made from another state and still no problems getting to fone and set for delivery.

This store sucks. I have tried to cancel the furniture order due to it will not fit in my apartment as it is too big. I have replied to many of the texts, emails and calls that I have received in reference to my order. They tried to deliver some of it and I denied it because I want matching furniture and the dresser was obviously too big which the delivery men witnessed. I have been continuously getting texts and emails again trying to schedule a delivery. I spoke with someone at the actual store (far enough away I am not driving there again) and he was very rude and refused to let me speak with a manager to cancel the entire order. I have also spoken with 2 people on the phone and explained the situation and they said they have taken care of it. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NOT. They still have me scheduled for delivery for furniture I have tried to cancel and they refuse to cancel. I have told as many people as I can to not go to this store and will continue to do so. It obviously does no good to schedule a delivery and deny it, because they will keep trying to deliver it. Every time I try to call I get the automated AI system that does not give the option to speak with a real person.

The sales person and manager lied to my and my wife's face concerning cost and financing. Told us one price, said they would adjust the next day, never did.

Daniel and Sabrina were absolutely exceptional—A1 service all the way! They both went above and beyond to help me, and their support deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was the complete opposite. I've been trying to receive the correct furniture since March, and it's now July. Because of the ongoing delivery issues, I can only give the Ashley Store in Arlington 3 stars overall, despite the outstanding service from Daniel and Sabrina.

Gayle was such a delightful lady to work with. She listened to what we were wanting and delivered the goods! Fast, easy and affordable. I highly recommend this store. But don’t forget to ask for Gayle!

I purchased a power recliner with heat and massager in March 2025. It has been horrible! Massager has stopped working and I have opened several repair tickets. I have not received a callback from a manager! It seems impossible to speak with anyone. Service and product is horrible. It was an expensive recliner but apparently it is very poor quality! I’m disappointed that Ashley would carry such subpar merchandise!

I needed four chairs for my kitchen table. I researched various furniture store locations and concluded that Ashley's would be the place I would go to. We (My Wife & I) went, meet Korey as we walk in and the rest is history.

I found a piece online. I spoke with Korey a week ago in-store looking for another piece. I called and he was able to help me secure my purchase today seamlessly from home. A1 customer service! Thank you, Korey!

Price match. Do your homework, it will pay off! They price-matched all the prices that I had found and because of that, I was able to get all the furniture that we wanted for the prices that we wanted. It was a great experience. I hope delivery and setup will be as good.

I placed an order with Ashley’s and received my lamps boxed during delivery. I didn’t unbox them until after the delivery team left, as everything appeared in order at the time. Upon opening the package, I discovered the lamps were damaged, with visible paint missing. At first I thought it was the white styrofoamI that had deposited on the lamps but it was missing paint. After the realization I immediately reached out to Ashley’s, but my concerns were dismissed. Despite being a loyal customer for over 20 years, they refused to replace or address the damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, I still have the damaged lamps, and their unwillingness to make it right has left me extremely disappointed. I will not be doing business with Ashley’s again, especially paying $280 for products that I thought were reliable, durable and of quality but that is not the case here .

We walked in just to look around because we just moved to the area. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an associate and was directed to assistant manager, Daniel. We told him that we may be looking for a bed set and he immediately went to work! We were asked to look around and when we found what we liked he gave us a whole run down of the product and the pros and cons of each choice. Also he helped in suggesting other products due to our preferences. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. We made our decisions and he was able to work with our price range and even got us an amazing deal on a bedroom set. When checking out, the entire staff congratulated us on our purchase. All around amazing experience and if I had to buy a bed set again (which we won’t due to the great quality.) I would definitely return to this Ashley’s and should suggest to anyone else

Although I rarely write negative reviews, my experience with a couch purchased from Ashley in 2020 has been disappointing. The couch, which was supposed to be made of solid leather, was expensive, and I also purchased an extended warranty. Regrettably, the leather has deteriorated in certain areas, and when I contacted their warranty service The first question they asked me is how long has it been noticed I said some of the wear I’ve noticed for about, I don’t know maybe three months . They then informed me that repairs must be reported within 30 days. Consequently, my claim was denied. I am unhappy with their customer service and would not recommend Ashley or their warranty service to others. Order number 0855194632 if anyone from the company would like to do the right thing and cover such an inferior product.

BUYER BEWARE! I’m giving our experience at the Arlington Ashley store two stars instead of one because at the time of our transaction it was somewhat of a good experience but then it all went south from there! We live in Kansas and we were working in Texas when we decided to see if the local Ashley Furniture might have the loveseat we needed to match our couch. We called the store and a young salesman named Cadeyn answered. We were looking at the Ashley website to make sure we gave the right item number for them to check on availability. The website had it listed for $479.00 but Cadeyn tells me ‘yes they have it and he could have it ready today for $749’ & I said oh wow that’s interesting cause it’s listed on the Ashley website for $479 so what’s up with that? He replied with a ‘oh OK let me go look at that’ and comes back with a confirmation that it was that price and they would sell it to us at that price. Great! I said and we headed over there. We confirmed twice that it was the Navi loveseat in the color smoke that they had and it was confirmed and they showed us on the computer screen. We paid and drove over to distribution center for pick up. We felt super lucky to have found it but in hindsight we should have known better when dealing with Ashley! We waited a bit and then it was our turn and we got loaded up. The loading guy said ‘loveseat item number xxxxx’ and we said yep that’s it and in the truck it went. We had a long drive ahead and we headed home. When we got home late that night we unloaded it and once we got it inside we noticed it was the WRONG COLOR!!! I was so upset! We tried to make sure/confirm it was the right color 4 times! We should have known better and just opened it up right there and looked at it! I called the store the next day and was told they weren’t going to do anything about it and I would have to deal with Ashley’s resolution department. ‘That’s just how they do it’ I was told. And this folks is where the absolute ridiculousness began! We have been jerked around for now 2 1/2 months. They say they will call you and they don’t. You call and go through the same story over & over with some poor representative who has no idea what’s going on cause she/he is the 5th person you’ve talked to. We keep getting emails telling us to pick up our order in Fort Worth and we keep saying we live 7 hours away and we can’t do that! We have called the Arlington store. No one calls us back. Marcus was the manager that day and I’ve called asking for him and he’s conveniently not there. Left my number and no call back still to this day! I called right before I started writing this, no Marcus and manager on duty not available, and then I called again 10 minutes later as I was asked to do, and still no manager available. ‘Can you call back in a little bit?’ the guy says and after hearing my frustration he offers to take my number & have them call me. I highly doubt anyone is going to call me! We are more than likely gonna have to sell this loveseat now at a loss to us! Ashley has a truck deliver furniture to a store right here in our town but somehow we can’t get a replacement delivered to us. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! So precede with caution when shopping at this store especially if you’re from out of town cause they make the sale and do not one single F about you after that! And if Ashley actually reads these all my calls were recorded and I think my next call will be to the Texas consumer affairs department and see if they can take a complaint from me today!

Good experience

WILL NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY FURNITURE Service at the store was fine BUT Ashley furniture quality has gone down big time! My blue velvet dining room chairs all are wobbly and it fell apart and I fell from the chair. Ashley one year warranty and Extend warranty after is useless. They tried to repair it a month after we brought it. Still kept on getting loose and the extend warranty’s answer is it is a manufacture prexisting condition so they won’t cover. Ashley and Extend warranty kept on both giving me the run around. They should either refund me my money almost $1000 worth of chairs with price and delivery fees or exchange it for different dining chairs. I’ve had it for less than 2 years. I’ve brought from Ashley in the past (bed, sofa etc) and it was fine but now I don’t trust their quality anymore and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Also the store messed up our order and sent the wrong color desks. They finally had it swapped out

Walked into Ashley in Arlington with my DIL to just take a look at bedroom sets for my grandkids not expecting to make a purchase at the time. We were assisted by Daniel Ayala and he was just amazing....very friendly, honest, professional and helpful. We received such awesome deals that I purchased two bedroom sets! Daniel went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything that i was purchasing. Thank you Daniel!! If I need any other furniture, I will definitely be back to see you.

Korey did an excellent job helping my family. He provided just the right amount of space to allow us to browse the store and provided the right amount of attentiveness when we needed help. He was very patient as we explored all the options including couch design and layout, color, fabric types, etc. He made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable.

We were greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Antonio. I couldn't remember the name of the furniture we were on the market for, so it was a brief game if charades for a few minutes- but we got it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in the product and helped us piece together our living room set.

We had an excellent experience with the customer service representative Angel. He was polite, respectful, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable of the company products and services. He did not pressure us into making a buying decision, which is prominent in most furniture providers. I highly recommend this store and the quality customer service provided by this young man (Angel).

I saw a really nice outdoor furniture set on display at the Arlington location. I was indecisive about purchasing due to the pricing (it was a little high) but I really liked it. The sales representative Angel Aguilar was helpful in trying to get me the best deal possible. After leaving, I looked at their website and was confused as the set was a different price (much lower). I called the Arlington store and spoke with Corey (who was very knowledgeable on the sales and operations of the store) helped me to understand why the items were priced different. Both Corey and Angel were very accommodating and patient with me. I visited to store again and Angel made sure I was taken care of. If you are in need of home/patio furniture I recommend you visit Ashley furniture! Ask for Angel!

We bought my bed a month ago and it said It was going to be here June 3th but on that day they told me to reschedule and I put it on the 17th know that it’s the 16th of June i just receive a notification to reschedule again ugh never buying anything from here again.

I worked with Daniel Ayala on 2/8/25 and had an excellent experience! This was also my first time shopping at Ashley Homestore. As soon as I entered the store, Daniel walked right up and greeted me. He made sure to listen to my needs and concerns to ensure we found the best products for my home. I was in the store for at least 3 hours and he never rushed me or made me feel like he had more important things to do! When I ran into an issue with a product, he was understanding, took accountability, and did his part to rectify the matter. I also worked with Korey Delaine on 2/13/25 and had another excellent experience! Korey is a true example of a great sales rep—he is super knowledgeable about all things sleep, is efficient, and has a great sense of humor! I was able to communicate my needs, try out multiple beds, look for a bed frame, discuss price, and pay all within about 2 hours! Thank you both!

I would give a zero star if I could. I was told the items purchased on 05/30/25 were in stock, she said it with a smile...LOL! The day of delivery,we had everything ready as we were told to do. The young man who delivered was very nice, first thing he said to us, was I have the base of the bed but no mattress. Showed us the delivery orders, the base, no mattress & 2 recliners. I called the Ashley furniture, was told that the mattress was coming from another location ( when we were told that it was on stock at the Arlington store) and had not gotten there in time for pickup. Plus the base for the mattress was damaged. I was told that we would receive a call from guest care to set up a delivery for Friday or Saturday, no call came, 26 hrs later I make the, to be told that the next delivery date would be 6/17/25. The sale rep only care to make a sell not at all for the customer, no one has reached out to us. The first time buying at Ashley and the last. In Grand Prairie With no bed.

A lady that worked for acima took my information. Her name is Nicole. She took the info for my living room furniture. She told me to come back the next day to sign the papers. We drove all the way back the next day and she wasn't there. Nor was there anyone there to help me. They had all taken off this Tues. June 3 They told me to come back on Thursday. I came back the next day. Wednesday. They were still not there. But one young man Korey was there and we told him what was going on.He looked for furniture we were supposed to get. The lady sold it. It was gone. We looked and didn't see anything we liked. Korey was a big help. He is really a pro at helping. We found a nice sofa and love seat. If it wasn't for him we would have walked out the door. The other managers were not there to help and it was a disappointment. I looked for my furniture and it was gone. Nicole should not have told us to be there if she wasn't there or had someone to take over. I highly recommend Korey for the job.

DOOO NOT BUY A $4,000 TEMPUR PEDC Medium mattress from them!!!!! I’m so mad because I was sold this mattress that now I’m having really bad. Back issues that I can barely get out of my bed. I tried to file the claim and For some reason there is no law tag on the mattress. So now I lost $4000 on this stupid mattress and have back issues!!!!!!!!

We bought some bedroom furniture for my granddaughter and it was delivered on Saturday. The delivery was terrible. It was supposed to be delivered between 2-5. After about 3:30 every half hour the time was pushed back. They didn’t arrive until after and didn’t leave until a little before 9pm. Who on a Saturday wants to sit around the house all day or have a delivery at 8-9pm. I called and talked to the assistant manager twice the general manager was supposed to call me but never has. The delivery is a joke $180 and be white gloves but it’s far from it. Ashley used to be a good place to buy furniture but seems to be going downhill. I also want a refund for the protection plan!

I went to buy s dining table set on this Saturday . Every was good a the beginning. Lati Boka help us out, whe chose to buy the last dining table they had . When I went pick it up Lati ask 2 guys for help and they just ingnored her. Those 2 guy didn't had any costumers. I help Lati take chair and table to loading zone. After that I talked to the manager about how those 2 guys didn't help Lati out when she asked she didn't respond back. If you go buy something from Ashley store ask for Lati Boka, she will help you with what you looking for. Avoid the black guy with glasses and the fat Hispanic guy You can't miss those guys .

We purchased a floor model shelf and despite it being very visibly damaged and marked up from the online price by $200, they only agreed to match the online new price for the item. Its a discontinued piece so we ultimately opted to buy it and repair it ourselves. We then picked up our other pieces from the distribution center and one of the rollers on the coffee table was wrapped individually inside the box meaning they packed it up broken. There were visible damage marks as well. While we were able to repair the broke pieces, this furniture was purchased new and given to us knowing there was a piece that was broken off. We are long time Ashley customers but the overall experience was disappointing. Our sales rep was nice though and I don't fault him at all for the lack of customer service. I think if thats the experience we can look forward to though, we'll shop elsewhere in the future. If we do return to shop, I'll make sure to check online for best pricing ahead of buying anything. Good businesses are transparent and upfront about their pricing.

I’ve been looking for a pair of loveseats and Ashley’s had a traditional one I liked. It fit my needs and my sales person gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. This is my 2nd living room set I’ve bought from Ashley’s and the first set is still in great shape so my kids are claiming those pieces.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This is by far the worst company you can EVER buy furniture from. If you value your time and money then take it somewhere else. I ordered a king bedframe from them 7 WEEKS AGO. Every week they show up with damaged furniture. The communication is god awful. They use a third party company to deliver their furniture and that company does not care about your product. They throw your furniture in the back of a massive truck with 15 other customer prodcuts and it just gets damaged during travel. I told them to put it in a box to help prevent it from getting damage and they refused. I even had an employee tell me they saw it was damaged before loading it on the truck and the manager said to take it anyway. Im not surprised at this point. Ive talked to Ashley furniture managers over 5 times and they do nothing. They say whatever they can to get you off the phone and never follow up on your order and make sure things are changed/fixed. The delivery team is always late by several hours and you have to waist a whole day sitting at the house for when they show up. Worst experience ive ever had. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else

NEVER purchase anything from Ashley because there WILL be a problem! Good luck getting good customer service. You will have NO recourse. You WILL NOT get a refund no matter what because THAT IS THEIR POLICY. I called 30 minutes after my delivery to request a refund as the item wasn't as expected. Customer service was closed. I went online for a Chat, spent 30 minutes online providing all the information to the representative who stated she was sending the request and an email for someone to contact me. I received a call this morning from customer service only for the representative to continuously state more than twice, "Unfortunately, that is our policy and I know that's not what you want to hear". Why would they take me through the sham, pretense, pretending to take a request for refund if there was NO WAY that was going to happen? Not even an exchange. The first representative could have told me that. Why did I need a call from Customer Service to tell me that? Why is there a customer service department but no customer service? I purchased from Ashley many years ago and had problems back then. I told myself then I would never buy from them again. I should have stuck with that thought and looked elsewhere. I will NEVER FORGET again. No matter how much you love the item in the store or online leave it there because once in your home Ashley is done with you. I have another order I'm cancelling today! I don't want anything from Ashley ever again! DON'T DO IT! They are dishonest and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Something about COVID! ARE YOU KIDDING! We have been past COVID for 3+ years. Many stores take back everyday items, clothing, bedding, toys and Ashley won't take back one piece of wood furniture that was in my home 30 minutes! Just their way of keeping your money. There is no excuse for this policy. I won't be held hostage to Ashley and their policy of NO REFUNDS. This is not a small business trying to make and hold on to every dollar, in this day and age there are exceptions to every rule. Big businesses like COSTCO take back all sorts of things including furniture because the value of keeping that customer is more important. Not so with Ashley they only care about the all mighty dollar.

I’ve never shopped here before but I just went in to make a return (couldn’t bc it was online, which is totally fair) however a whole group of co workers sat on the furniture chatting at the front on the store and they all just looked at me when I walked in and basically just stared at me until one of them decided to greet me like they were waiting to see who would first. I purchased a bedroom set for thousands of dollars for my parents. I saw the dresser and realized the bottom drawer was off track. They took forever to send out the part and another forever to send a technician out. The first technician was running so late I had to cancel because 9pm is simply unacceptable. Finally the repair person comes today to attempt to install the piece and the new piece is WORSE than the original piece. I cannot believe we are having this horrible experience. We all work really hard for our money and I definitely wouldn't expect this subpar expensive product. I am very disappointed that my parents and I are having to go through this. This is simply ridiculous.

Hello customer care This has been a frustrating experience We went to Waco location in hopes to find a bed & sofa recliner. Was disappointed to find you can't pick up anything from the store as we planned to buy & bring home ourselves the girl was very nice & helpful (assistant manager) She got us on the hybrid sealy medium mattress amazing bed then find out you no longer have it in stock would sell the one on floor no thank you to many people on it So we left our thoughts..were we can go to Arlington location & pick up from your D.C So we did that a couple weeks later This girl was nice not as helpful. this store has a lot of sofas many looking the same style I wanted a non electric reclining sofa There was not 1 in the whole store. So we decided over our budget & go without a sofa to get item #1495182 Our delivery guys were great but this bed is like sleepin on the floor hard I told the girl I have a pinched nerve in my back I can't do very firm We have slept on this bed since delivered 3-5-25 & it is still hard needless to say my back is not happy & achey I wish this could have been a happier situation we are not grumpy complaining people we prefer to spread a smile but this hasn't been good for us at all

I would have been better off buying furniture at Sams/ Costco and replacing after 2 years. Filing a claim “lack of resilience” is not covered and since Ashley furniture failed to sent your paperwork you do not have an extended warranty even payment receipts provided.

Terrible experience. The chair is bought broke 7 days after purchase. Here is am 2 months later and it still hasn't been fixed. I've been rescheduled 4 times and the company refuses to refund due to damage. I recommend running far away from this store. The service is just good enough to make a sale and the merchandise is cheap and has no longevity. Even if you get a warranty it's like getting a response from a congressman just to get it fixed.

This is ridiculous! They got over half my order wrong on delivery. Delivery guys said their dispatch would call us within 15-30 minutes... Never did. Called our sales person and he gave us a number to call, said they could help straighten out. Number is a chat bot and there is no option for a live person. We've been given 3 different numbers to call, all go to the same chat bot with no live person option. This is absolutely BS. I spent over $6k and they can't bring me my stuff?? Or even have a live person talk to me?? I'm about to load the stuff I do have (part of which is not what I ordered) into my truck, dump it in their parking lot and demand my money back. Oh, and to top off this stellar performance, their delivery truck took out the overhead cable for our neighbors Internet service and didn't even mention it to us. Our neighbor came by to tell us after they left. The lineman is here now, on a Sunday morning, making repairs to that. So now they reply with an apology and give me the SAME number to call! That number just goes to a chat bot. Come on people, do better. I guess I'll be calling the store directly when they open. If that doesn't work, I'll be driving the 40+ minutes into town to talk to someone in person. I guess my day is going to be spent fixing their mistakes instead of doing what I need to be doing.

they should be absolutely ashamed. Three weeks after order should be DONE, we still don't have all of the pieces to our sectionals. They have repeatedly told me it would be complimentary delivery, yet someone calls me every other day asking when I will pick it up. Then I explain the situation and they say they'll take care of it and then the next person I talk to has no idea what I'm talking about. Beyond frustrating and I am absolutely done with this company. I want to send back the pieces we have and wipe my hands of them.

On Saturday December 28th I went In to purchase a dining room set. Eric was the salesman and he assured me that my furniture was at the warehouse and it would be available for pick up the following Tuesday. Well I sold the dining table I had because I was under the impression I would have a new table for New Year Dinner. I go to the warehouse on Tuesday December 30th only to find out the furniture is not in stock!! I thought it was a joke. So now my pickup date was Saturday Jan 11. So when 01/11 comes around I received a email from Ashley’s with “instructions” upon arrival. I’m at the dock and the worker grabs my name not once not twice but three times and kept closing the dock door. At this point it had been over an hour that I was waiting for my “scheduled pickup”. I go to the office and they said I was never checked in, that the automated email service does not work. So not only did I not have a dinning table for New Year Dinner for my family, but also wasted gas, and time having to go to the warehouse that’s 30 minutes from my house TWICE only to not get anything. So I cancelled my complete order and will never be back! I blame you, Eric Toops!

We had a great experience there, korey really helped us pick the right mattress for us. Polite, attentive, and respectful, make sure to find him when going there he'll get the job done. Definitely would recommend coming here if your looking for a new mattress!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased mattress from them and was told there was a manufacturer's warrantee. Tried to return because of excessive off-gassing and was informed by the manufacturer there was no warrantee. We were also told there wouldn't be excessive off gassing. Sales reps there will say anything to get a sell.

Wonderful experience at Ashley Homestore! Our specialist Cayden was knowledgeable, helped us in getting high quality furniture at the best price, and made the transaction smooth and easy.

Only one young man displayed excellent customer service in the whole store and he is the only one who deserves the five stars . The rest of the employees had horrible customer service and they just stood around talking amongst themselves without greeting the customer with a smile.

Bought a mattress. Walked in and was take. To meet Korey. Told him what I had to spend and he hooked me up with a great deal on a good mattress. No high pressure tactics, no gimmicks, no judgement. The Ashley showroom was easy to find and when we entered we were greeted quickly by a friendly associates who gave us his name and and offered to help should we need it. This was only our second furniture store with the intent to visit a few, return home and make our decision based on what we had seen. The store was cheerfully lit without being obnoxiously bright and the furniture was arranged in clear vignette throughout the store. When we found a sectional that interested us, our associate was available without being intrusive. He was happy to lay back and allow us to look without stepping in until we requested his help. The furniture prices were clearly marked, and all of the powered sectionals were plugged in, clean and functional. We picked several possibles in different shades and our questions about materials and availability were answered. Our associate also let us know that Ashley manufactures all of their furniture in the US and that many of the other furniture stores also sell Ashley furniture. Since we have had some Ashley furniture in the past we were aware of its durability and sharp pricing. We settled on a couple of possibilities and began asking about sharpening the price. Our associate let us know about the current and upcoming deals (sales) and began working on numbers. We were still holding our goal of visiting a couple more stores, but after laying out the possible offers on our final choice, our associate let us know that the current sale was ending that night ( Sunday). We haggled a bit and after offering to keep the discounted pricing close to where we agreed was fair, he worked with the store manager to further offer a multi year guarantee that included repair or replacement well past the original warranty at a few pennies more. We stepped away, looked at our other choices (both from this store and one other) and finally decided to make the purchase. We set delivery for a little over one month away to give us time to resolve our current furniture and were given the option to cancel the sale if we decided it would not fit our room. We left pleased with the purchase and experience. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Alex was a pleasure to work with but i purchased two twin sized mattress covers and never received them. I call the store to inquire abut when they will be delivered but was told i was suppose to receive them while i was at the store. The salesperson stated the mattress covers were out of stock and will call me back to give me my options. That was in August/September. it is now December and i still have not received a call back or my mattress covers.

I ordered several pieces from Ashley. Each time, there was an issue with delivery. The first time, I ordered a black couch, I got a brown one. The second time, I ordered a bed, they change the delivery date to a day I was out of town. The last time, I ordered a nightstand. I got the wrong one, and took weeks to get the right one and a refund for the difference. Safe to say, never again will I order something from Ashley furniture.

Run. Don't walk from this place. My husband and I bought a bedroom set from this store in JUNE. WE RECEIVED IT IN AUGUST finally. We paid over $8,000 for this set. One of the night stands drawers was cracked inside. We have a warranty but get the run around when we call. We were told that they are backed up until November. Now it's December and still no night stand. I hope this saves someone.

Think if I was financing what would’ve happened!! Gets no star won’t post without putting one star 🤬

We enjoyed our experience at Ashley. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us the furniture we needed to see.

I usually don’t give bad reviews even when I have bad experiences but after contemplating for a few hours I decided to give one. First of all, no one spoke to me for close to 15 minutes while I was looking around. I came in pre approved from the website for a 2k limit looking for a sofa. Finally the assistant manager came over and I shared with her that no one even asked me if I needed help. She went on to say that’s because they were crowded. Although they were crowded, there were 3 salespeople standing around talking to one another who didn’t look busy at all. The were lots of salespeople helping customers but it was clearly visible that the other 3 didn’t have customers. So there goes her excuse. I told her I was interested in a sectional and was pre approved and she acted like I was making it up. I even asked her do people lie about that a lot because she clearly didn’t seem to believe me. So I even went on her tablet and got pre approved for $2500. Which happen to be $500 more than the website approved me for. Then I asked her how long was the sale and she informed me that it ended today. However, when I went online it said until Dec 2nd which is two days away which was a huge red flag for me. I even told her she’s not being honest and she said her store changes sales daily. That’s no good business and stores shouldn’t try and take advantage of customers. I see they mostly good reviews so maybe it was just bad timing for me but they definitely will not get my business.

This place has the worst customer service , if you decide to go please do not see Angel I just had a full blown argument about canceling an order that was not delivered. The delivered service drove by my house and did not attempt to stop and a text was sent saying there was a problem with the order. I will never go to this furniture store ever. Angel started yelling at me because I said I will just go the rooms to go. Yes I would like to cancel the order if you are not willing to compensate me with a setup because of the lazy delivery people. I don’t care about your response Angel was very unprofessional yelling and screaming so y’all can duck off .

I bought my furniture at Ashley when it was off I-20 and Cooper st. they have since moved. I know what i want. I walked in, was helped and within 10 min. I had bought my new bedroom suite. But, it seems you cant reach anyone for parts. Go online and you have to have a serial number in order to get a part. I dont have that. Keep in mind, if your furniture is discontinued and you do not have a serial number, you will not be able to get replacement parts. One tiny part can screw up your whole purchase. i called the store, no help. I called customer service, no help. I called customer service again later in the day and she passed me off to Customer Affairs, which was the same customer service just a different number. I was given two number just in case no one answered the first number and the second number was out of service. I purchased my replacement part on Amazon.

Pricing was a bit high but deals were great. Service was very pleasant. Angel, our sales rep made us feel like we knew one another forever. He was very informative and worked to get us the best pricing on the Power recliner sofas and chair with zero gravity, heat, massager, console with lighting and storage, along with LED lighting.
