I had one of the worst experiences with Ashley Furniture. They sent me the wrong bed size, and it has now been over 4 months with no resolution. I contacted the Arlington store, and they simply told me to talk to customer service. I called customer service three different times, spoke with multiple representatives, then followed up through chat and email — yet nothing has been fixed. Because of this ongoing issue, I’ve even started experiencing back pain from sleeping on the wrong bed size. It’s incredibly frustrating that a company claiming to be one of the largest furniture brands can have such poor customer service and accountability. I furnished my new home with Ashley — two living room sets, a dining set, and a bed — but after this terrible experience, I’ll never buy from them again. The lack of responsibility and response from their team is beyond disappointing. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Ashley Furniture.

We bought our furniture from Ashley and they sent the wrong bed size. My husband tried everything to reach them. He called the numbers they provided, chatted with customer service, and even emailed, but no one helped us. They wasted so much of our time and the issue is still not fixed. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture.

Adam was a wonderful young man and an absolute pleasure to meet. He was knowledgeable, articulate and friendly. He explained everything and gave me a great price on a fabulous reclining loveseat. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture in Arlington, TX. The store manager, Joseph, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and transparent. He clearly explained the timelines, payments, and warranty information, and really worked with us to stay within our budget. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated how accommodating the team was with our 1-year-old son. Everyone was friendly and patient, which made shopping as a family much easier. Our only recommendation for improvement was one of the other employees that worked with us, Rahim, could benefit from some customer interaction training. He might be new to the job, so we’re willing to give some grace there. I think without Joseph present, our experience could have been less than stellar. Overall, Joseph set the tone for a great visit. We truly enjoyed working with him and plan to do so again for future purchases. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Joseph!
