KOREY was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I moved my daughter from AL to Arlington to attend college. My daughter needed everything immediately, especially a bed as we were sleeping on the floor. Korey had a matress delivered the next day with the remaining furniture arriving 4 days later. Then my daughter changed her mind about the couch and he was gracious and kind about it, immediately providing her options. She found something she liked somewhere else so she asked for a refund and he arranged it all, even calling us on his day off. I haven't had this level of service in a very long time. It was refreshing! He told my daughter that she could come and see him any time, and he assured me, as I was heading back to AL, that he would help her with anything she needed for her new home. He was kind, fair, informed, straight-forward, and respectful...not enough adjectives. If you or your kids need furniture, there is no better place than Ashley in the Metroplex and you will not find a better person to assist you than Korey!!

Chad gave me a good deal he negotiated with the price I enjoyed the conversation thanks Chad you are a lifesaver.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. My husband purchased a well over $2k tv stand. The stand is clearly defective. The holes don’t match up. BUT ASHLEY CANNOT HELP B/C the brand of product sold does not allow Ashley to process refunds or exchanges. What they are doing is sending random people at random times with random parts to fix the stand and well they can’t either. Customer service is horrible. Transfer after transfer. Human bots basically reading a general script that does nothing but give you the run around. How about some answers ASHLEY AND NOT THE RUN AROUND. Infuriating. They are a scam

If I could give no stars I would. Watch out for their no return/no cancellation policy even if they are the ones that ordered wrong item. Horrible experience and going on 3 weeks of fighting with them to get correct item. Wanted to just return everything and they wouldn’t let me.

Its quite unfortunate that having patronizing Ashley store for 11yrs with 99% of my house furniture, my recent experience with Rahim Owen's was completely out of order. He does not look friendly and does not understand persuading customers in a friendly and professional manner. His attitude and disposition was completely unfriendly. Even when my furniture was not completely delivered and what he provided to me as my invoice was not thesame as what's available at the corporate office. Even, when he generate a new invoice for what was not delivered and i pointed to him a difference of $10 more, his response to me was there's nothing he can do. I said its not acceptable since my original invoice with $10 less is what he should prepared but still insist no. I requested to speak with the manager and it was the manager that said he ensure I have the $10 credit on on my account. Such a guy with attitude, unfriendly disposition should not be one attending to customers. This is my worst and regrettable experience with Ashley.

Micheal was absolutely professional and engaging. He was there for information, however he DID NOT IMPOSE. Gracious with a wonderful smile and very helpful! Great Guy I met at this store. Good at what he does!

The only issue was when I called the number given was not a direct number to the store. I was told to call the number when we returned with our pickup. I got a lady in Customer Service that knew nothing about where I should go. Let’s try to fix that. Our salesperson was very nice and was not pushy, which I appreciate. Overall, we had a good experience.

My experience with salesperson Chad was very pleasant. I told him what I needed for my dad in assisted living. He showed me my options, knew the products, and got me what I needed to be delivered in less than a week. I really appreciated that he stuck to the facts, was very efficient with the process, and it didn't take long at all!

This was my first time purchasing from Ashley Furniture, and I had a great experience. Chad and Chris, the sales associate and manager, helped me choose the perfect sofa and found the best deal for me. They were very patient, answered all of my questions, and never showed any frustration. What I appreciated most was their genuine and professional attitude. Went into this location to purchase my living room furniture. Unfortunately, the set that I had picked out from the website was not one that was on the floor. I had a lot of questions regarding the furniture and was referred to Eric. Eric was super knowledgeable about the set, had a great sense of humor, was very patient, and was able to get me a great deal on the set. Eric treated us like old friends which was refreshing as many salespeople overwhelm and lose the sell. Eric, indeed, gained the sale.

Bought a Tempur pedic mattress here and didnt like it. Tempur pedic 90 days refund does not apply with them. You have to call Ashley and they will only exchange, no refund. Also only one time exchange so you might end up stuck with something even worst.

Me and my wife went to Ashley in Arlington. We were greeted by Eric Toops. Very polite easy to talk to. He was very helpful. He explain to us difference between each set of furniture. Very use information that made perfectly sense. That us how we came to a decision on what suit us best. Eric knows his position and does it well. We are glad to have him showed us around. We will definitely go back for some more purchases in the future.

I went in a Dec. 3rd to buy a mattress ended up getting a nectar Luxe. Wasn't the mattress I wanted not big deal ill just refund it the sales rep ERIC TOOPS told "if you have any issues you can return it to ashley no questions" yet here i am being blown off by ashley and nectar on returning the mattress ashley out right told me they wont take the mattress back even after I explained that ERIC THE SALES REP told me I could have everything handled through ashley that was a blatant lie. I have been back and fourth with and ashley and nectar none stop because nether one want to deal with the return. I can tell theyre trying to push me out till im passed the 100 day return window. My old advice if you do shop here dont trust and dont work with ERIC TOOPS hes a slimy sales men who just wants commission. Update : I was told in person that ERIC must basically be Jesus and can do no wrong because when I told the reps I was lied to point blank I was told " Eric had been with the company for 25 years" yea clearly for a reason cause he takes advantage of every single customer that walks through the door. Avoid ERIC AVOID ASHELY THEY DONT HONOR ANY RETURN OR REFUNDS BUT WILL LIE AND SAY YOU CAN REFUND UP TO 90 DAYS.

Bought a dinning table from Ashley. First delivery scheduled no one showed up. CS said sorry, delivery will be a week late. Week comes and still no delivery. They push it a whole month later. Table finally arrives but screws in the chairs were only half way screwed in. I paid $300 for "white glove delivery" just to have to screw everything down myself. CS was no help at all. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else with good customer service.

Roland was so helpful, and so courteous. He went well beyond what we consider excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, and offered additional product and services, which was very helpful to us. Joseph went above and beyond for us, as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is upsetting that box spring removal is not included when only purchase the base and not the box spring. Also frustrating that this policy was not explained in the store. I am now left with a box spring in my room and trying to make arrangements for the removal of the box spring. Policies should be explained to prepare the purchaser and options should be given.

The very first time I walked into Ashley nobody said anything to me for 30 minutes until I ended up calling over a salesman. They were all sitting at the front door. They watched me walk in and no one said anything. I pushed it to the side because the salesman that I ended up with was really nice. I didn’t get what I wanted right then so I came back about two weeks later and decided to purchase $2300 worth of items. I was told that they could hold my items for 90 days and gave them a move-in date. They even pushed it out a little bit “just to be safe”. I get a call a day later with them telling me I have to get my item in three days or they can sell me the same items again for a more expensive price. I feel like if it was the company‘s fault then you should’ve just kept your word and either held my items or sold me the new items for the exact same price. My first couch that I purchased ever was from Ashley so that’s the only reason why I went there, but I will never be back.

I went to Ashley Homestore to purchase a mattress. My salesman, Mr.Korey Delaney is absolutely Amazing! He took his time and explained every mattress in detail that was on the showroom floor. The brands, hybrids, pillow tops, soft, medium & firm. Mr. Delaney made this shopping experience easy. Mr.Delaney and the entire Ashley team are fantastic. Thank You All‼️

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture. Over a month ago, I paid in full for a complete sofa set, yet only a portion of the order was delivered. I was repeatedly assured the remaining piece would arrive shortly. Instead, I spent over four weeks chasing answers, dealing with empty promises, misinformation, and complete lack of follow-through. After endless runaround, I was finally told the missing piece “is no longer available.” So Ashley Furniture knowingly took full payment for merchandise they could not supply, then tried to continue dragging the situation out rather than fixing it. When I requested the obvious and reasonable resolution to cancel the order and refund me since THEY breached the agreement I was met with a robotic script about a “no return / no cancellation policy.” Let’s be clear: a policy does not override the fact that Ashley failed to fulfill their contractual obligation. Refusing to refund a purchase for undelivered goods is unacceptable, unethical, and deeply concerning from a consumer protection standpoint. This experience demonstrates: Failure to deliver paid merchandise Repeated false assurances Zero accountability A policy weaponized against customers even when Ashley is at fault I have documented every communication and delay. If this is how they conduct business, I truly worry for other customers who may not push back. I will never purchase from Ashley again, and I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider before giving this company your money. If they cannot honor their own agreements, what protection do customers truly have? Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial risk shop elsewhere! Merry Christmas!

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. I ordered a sofa and bed in November and I was promised my entire order will arrive on 12/13. I have received pieces of my order separately although that’s not was I was informed. I can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss this issue with. The manager doesn’t respond to me. The sales person who helped me is no longer with the company and I am stuck with a piece of sofa which does not suit my family. I only received 1 seat. Now I am being told that my order has been delayed again but no reason as to why. I asked to return the piece of sofa I did receive and they said no. I feel trapped and nobody is willing to help me make at this point. I have always shopped with this company and I have never felt so unheard and unappreciated in my life. Buy at your own risk.

I do not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Arlington, Texas. Customer service initially started off well with one of the store managers, Daniel. I work in the customer service industry myself, so customer service is extremely important to me and I have high expectations when it comes to satisfaction and communication. Unfortunately, the experience quickly declined. Our order was delivered to the wrong address, even though my partner and I clearly communicated to a staff member that our billing address was different from our shipping address. We rejected the bed frame at delivery because I had decided on a different option for our new home. Despite clearly informing both the delivery team and the store manager, Daniel, that we did not want the bed frame and only wanted the mattress, the bed frame was attempted to be delivered again a few days later. The lack of communication was a major issue throughout this process. Daniel and Nicole Alexander with Acima Leasing were communicating with me back and forth, and then suddenly stopped responding altogether. It became very clear that once the sale was made, the level of care and communication disappeared. To make matters worse, we were told our payments would be $75 per month to pay off the mattress. Instead, my card was charged $528.87 without proper explanation. I immediately reached out to Daniel and left a voicemail for Nicole, but received no response. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service. Had I known this would be my experience, I would have chosen a different furniture store one that values customer relationships, transparency, and long-term loyalty over simply making a sale.

if I could give negative stars or zero stars to the store I would I ordered a couch about four months ago and they brought the wrong arm. They took it back. I went to the store to ask when they would bring me the right one. It took them two weeks for them to bring it to me just to realize they brought the wrong one again after that they left us with the wrong one for three months. We finally received it the new Maybe not even a week ago. Customer service is horrible. The people itself are absurd and all they really do is blame the people that Bring the couch. as well as when we had the problem, they would tell me to call the store and they would tell me that they would call me by the end of the day or by a time, but they never did. They ignored my emails. They don’t answer you at all. I can’t express how upset and frustrated this was for 4 months.

I came into the store with a family member who was shopping for a living room set. I knew I would need a new mattress in the near future, but I definitely wasn’t planning on buying one that day. While I was browsing mattresses, the salesman Korey started explaining the health benefits of proper support and good rest, and that really resonated with me. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted. I used to prefer soft mattresses, but as you get older, you start leaning toward something a bit firmer… the question is, how firm? He walked me through several options and did a phenomenal job explaining each one as I tested them out. There were certainly a lot to consider. He was incredibly professional and never got frustrated, even when I asked the same questions more than once because I kept mixing up the different mattresses. I went back and forth quite a bit, but ultimately I fell in love with a new mattress—and even though I already owned an adjustable base, I somehow fell in love with another one! Korey’s patience and genuine passion for helping people really showed, he did a fantastic job, and I’m fully confident I made the right choice thanks to the time and care he put into helping me figure it out. I would definitely return back to this store, as all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Can’t believe the deal I found at the Arlington location... A 6 piece furniture set that included a sectional couch, an ottoman, a swivel chair, a rug, and 2 tables stands for $2,000! Chris was super attentive and helpful. Nicole from Acima is at the top of her game! Joesph was also amazing in helping find the best deal possible. Highly recommend this location!

My experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent from start to finish. Tesso greeted us warmly and made sure we were connected with the right person to best assist us. We truly appreciated that level of care. Mr. Antonio, the sleep expert, went above and beyond to ensure we had an outstanding experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was that he never rushed us or made us feel pressured—his calm and professional approach made the shopping experience comfortable and relaxing. Because of the exceptional service provided by both Tesso and Mr. Antonio, I confidently give Ashley Furniture a full 5 stars. I highly recommend visiting them if you want quality service and a stress-free shopping experience.

Corey D at the Arlington store is the GOAT. He made my experience a pleasure. I love his personality, professionalism, product knowledge and how he caters to the needs of his customers. If my delivery is anything like the sale, I will be back.

Sunday, Dec 28, 2025 Updated (final) Review; It took my credit card company intervening on my behalf for me to receive my payment back from Ashley for their non-delivery of my order. The moral to the story is to be very careful when doing business with this company. Tuesday, Dec16, 2025 Updated Review; I spoke with Rosa today. She was not located at the Arlington Ashley store. She was extremely professional and very skilled. Rosa stated that she effected our refund while we were talking. We've still not received any contact back from one of the Store Manager, nor from our Sales Rep. Rosa understood, stating "whether it is good news or bad news, we have to communicate with our customers". Perfectly said Rosa! Updated Review: As I mentioned in my first review, the Ashley selling team did well, but that genuine customer satisfaction would be determined once the delivery of the Ashley reclining sectional couch occurred (see below). Unfortunately, things since my initial review haven’t gone so smoothly since Ashley made the sale back on November 30th (2025). The delivery was supposed to be made on Wednesday, December 10th (2025). I received text updates throughout the day as to the progress of the Ashley delivery team. We were to be delivery number twelve (12). When we made the purchase on November 30th (2025), we were advised by the Ashley selling team that we could purchase the extended warranty, should we choose to, prior to our signing off on the reclining sectional couch being officially delivered to us. After reading the reviews and comments registered with the Better Business Bureau, which I encourage everyone to do PRIOR to making any purchase through Ashley, we decided to purchase the extended warranty. We called Ashley, several hours prior to the delivery of our reclining sectional couch, to purchase the extended warranty. The person taking our call abruptly ended the conversation and said that, based upon our request, our order had been cancelled, that we would have to call back the next day to begin the process all over again. An hour later we received a phone call from the delivery person advising us that he would be at our house to deliver our purchase in 45 minutes. Sure enough, the truck pulled up when the delivery person said it would. Because Ashley did not have an example of the actual appearance of the white reclining sectional couch on their showroom floor, we asked the delivery person to let us see the actual color prior to his actually unloading each section. Unfortunately, he chose to use a razor knife to open the box, which ended up damaging one piece of the sectional. I emailed that day, December 10th, one possible solution as to how to resolve the problem, to a Manager at Ashley, including our sales representative on that correspondence, asking them to propose some alternative solution should my proposed solution not be acceptable. In addition to the emails, I also texted the same proposed solution to both individuals. As of today, December 12th (2025), we have not received any communication back from Ashley, something mentioned in the Better Business Bureau reviews and comments. It’s also concerning that we have yet to receive a refund back to our credit card two (2) days after being told by an Ashley employee that our order had been cancelled. Ashley immediately charged our credit card on November 30th (2025), but apparently have a different sense of urgency when returning money to a cancelled order. I again recommend that prior to making any purchase from Ashley that you review the Better Business Bureau reviews and comments first. If I do receive any communication back from Ashley, I will update this review. The Ashley’s staff turned a “no possible sale” into a “sale” by creatively figuring out, as a team, how to meet our styling requirements; they refused to give up, but instead persevered through the inventory roadblocks thrown in their way. Next comes the delivery process. If there is anything notable to comment on, I will try to edit this review, or merely post a new review.

Customer service was very good, I was able to shop without pressure and they were able to provide knowledgeable comments about their furniture and it’s quality. The different pricing structures based on length of time of financing is a little used car’ish. Just tell me the price and what’s the finance option. The furniture protection plan is overly pushed and not sold as an option. I would prefer you offer protection plans as an add on with 2, 3, and 5 year packages. Delivery fee seems excessive but I can’t really comment until the delivery is completed. Overall I would shop there again just wanted to make some suggestions.

I bought a couch on Black Friday in store. The ipad was not working, so it was a much longer wait than it needed to be. They also could not tell me the delivery date on one of the two items, so I was told I would get a follow up call with delivery date on an item & did not get that call. Lastly, the promised delivery date of the item I was told about changed from 7 days to just under 2 months.

Such an easy experience purchasing a small table and chairs for my mother who has just moved into assisted living.

I had a very disappointing experience with Antonio Bass. During my purchase, he added a protection plan to my order without my knowledge or consent. He never mentioned this option to me, never asked if I wanted it, and I only noticed the extra charge after reviewing my paperwork later. He added a protection plan without my consent, likely because it increases his commission. Because of this undisclosed add on and the lack of transparency, I cancelled the entire order and purchased the same furniture at a different Ashley location with honest, straightforward service. Customers deserve clear communication and full transparency about pricing. My experience with Antonio Bass did not reflect that, and I do not recommend working with him. It felt like he assumed I wouldn’t question anything, and that’s exactly why the protection plan was added without any explanation.

I will never buy furniture from Ashley furniture again. They do not stand behind their products and after sale customer service sucks. We received delivery of our new modular sofa with right arm chase lounger with a no arm center and regular left arm piece and ottoman. After getting it into our home we didn’t like the look of the chase lounger, it is too bulky and looked different in store. I called guest services to see if we could just exchange it for a regular modular right arm chair piece so it would be like a regular sofa. We only had it in our home for less than 2 hours and didn’t even sit on it yet and Ashley denied the exchange. I was on the phone with them for over 2 hours, sending them pictures etc, Now we are stuck with this chase lounger. They have a no return policy that I was unaware of when I bought the sofa which I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I known that. People do change their mind. Bad policy Ashley’s!

Start to finish I love my couch. I sat on everything, laid across everything, left and prayed on it, came back, CHANGED MY MIND and still left the happiest ever. Roland was super cool. He even took pictures of me to send to my mom while I was making my decision so she could see the length and things. Even though I went over budget I am so happy with my couch and I cannot wait to have family visit from out of state.

Be careful with this store, rude management. They lie to you when you are shopping about the product and when you get product it’s too late. I call them back to complaint they dismiss me like I don’t mean anything. As a result I Asked for manager, the person on the phone said manager is too busy first then said with a customer asked I asked I can stay on hold, however they put me for more than 45 minutes still no one manager. I hang up and called the corporate office. Don’t go there.

I purchased a recliner. After I was given 6 different delivery dates and neither one was happening, I gave up. The first 3 dates, I wasn't even informed that they weren't going to happen. I had to find out myself by calling them. During the whole frustrating process I requested to speak to a manager 3 times and was either told he would call me back (which never happened) or was put on hold with noone ever coming back on the line. Awful experience, I would give 0 stars if I could.

The delivery team today was very nice and polite.

We bought our furniture from Ashley and they sent the wrong bed size. My husband tried everything to reach them. He called the numbers they provided, chatted with customer service, and even emailed, but no one helped us. They wasted so much of our time and the issue is still not fixed. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture in Arlington, TX. The store manager, Joseph, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and transparent. He clearly explained the timelines, payments, and warranty information, and really worked with us to stay within our budget. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated how accommodating the team was with our 1-year-old son. Everyone was friendly and patient, which made shopping as a family much easier. Our only recommendation for improvement was one of the other employees that worked with us, Rahim, could benefit from some customer interaction training. He might be new to the job, so we’re willing to give some grace there. I think without Joseph present, our experience could have been less than stellar. Overall, Joseph set the tone for a great visit. We truly enjoyed working with him and plan to do so again for future purchases. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Joseph!

Dealt with Erika and Korey today and they were more than helpful. We specifically went in to just look and not make a purchase because I had looked online and wasn’t impressed. However Erika looked for items according to our specifications and helped us find something we both liked which has been really hard. Overall great experience and every employee actually seemed happy which you don’t typically get these days!

Korey, was very patient with us. I believe we changed furniture 3 times, but he sit back and let us decide, gave great suggestions until we got it figured out.

I had checked the website before going to the showroom to have an idea what would be a good upgrade for our living room. Bought a large modular sectional sofa a few yrs ago from a different Ashley location and had a good experience, so we went back in today looking for a new mattress as ours is about 8+yrs old. Korey helped us find the perfect Tempur-pedic mattress with an adjustable base. The whole experience from start to end was fantastic! In and out in about 2hrs! I’m sure we will be back next time we need more furniture!

The experience was great. Once you walk into Ashley‘s, someone was there to greet you and to ask what you were looking for and they then called a sales person from that department to come help you. Mr. Korey Delaine greeted me and took me back to the department where the product were. I was looking to buy a mattress topper, but non was available in the store. Mr. Korey asked me a lot of questions to determine what I needed. I tried out four mattress. Mr. Korey explained the difference in each mattress. He talked about the effects of poor sleep habits and how each mattress can improve your health. Mr. Korey is very knowledgeable of the products he sells. He did not pressure me to buy anything. He has a great personality, patience and great customer service. Mr. Korey did not rush me, he stayed there until I was happy with the product I picked out. My visit was a great experience, all because of Mr. Korey’s great customer service.

Adam was very courteous, not pushy. He listened to what I was looking for. When I showed him what I was "eyeing" online, he took me right to it. It wasn't a huge sale coffee w/ lift top & end table but Adam made sure he went over everything and all my options for delivery. Highly recommend.

Worst experience with a furniture store in my life! We ordered our bedroom set 7/30 and it is 10/2 and we still have no bed. The first delivery attempt was in August and they set up the entire bed and then realized THEY FORGOT THE LEGS. So they had to take it down and take it back. The second delivery attempt was in September and THEY DIDN'T HAVE A HEADBOARD. Which brings us to today, the THRID delivery attempt in OCTOBER and they STILL DIDN'T HAVE A HEADBOARD. This is the most frustrating experience and unprofessional situation I have ever been in. It does not make any sense to waste a paying customer’s time with the constant rescheduling of deliveries WHEN YOU KNOW YOU DON’T HAVE ALL OF THE PARTS. If I could give zero stars I would! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Couch delivered damaged got the repair done and it looks worse then it did before the repair. Lati is a great sales rep but going through this has been tough to get it handled. Instead of replacing the mishandled furniture they are telling me they want to repair as you can see in the picture that didn’t work out. Ordered coffee tables and end tables as well. I was told it would be delivered in a box but was delivered assembled and 2 pcs of three were very wobbly. The delivery drivers who were also very polite to to fix it but realized they do the returned and suggested I got something new in a box as well.

I purchased the Stonemade Sofa & Ottoman after seeing it on their website. Though they didn't have it on display at my local store, I was able to view something similar. Associate Lati B. was very helpful. With the assistance of manager Daniel, they gave me a very good deal that included white-glove delivery. I was able to sign up for zero-interest financing with no issues, and the entire experience from viewing to checkout took less than an hour. Lati was also attentive to my needs even after I left the store and she went above and beyond by helping me to change the selected color of my product after I realized I had initially selected in error. I will definitely be returning here for future purchases, as my first experience at this location was pleasant and I never felt pressured or like I was wasting their time. And all of this took place after I had just finished at the gym and I know I looked like hell.

I attempted to make an online purchase with a prepaid card but unfortunately it wasn’t able to go through. I then spoke with a gentleman by the name of Adam over the phone if I could do the purchase in person. Best customer service, super down to Earth. Had a really nice convo and the purchase went through smoothly. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff or the general customer service number but Adam was the goat frfr.

Purchased an extended warranty for a couch that was never honored. Their Al Bundy sales force will promise everything and come up with every reason in the end why they will not honor it when needed.

Upon being greeted by a sales person at the door I mentioned that I was just looking around while I awaited the arrival of a lunch companion to wit the sales person asked if I would mind waiting outside! I have to say I have never felt so humiliated- since when are customers not allowed to window shop? I declined the offer to exit the showroom and continued to browse. The interaction was so distasteful that I felt that I had to make a purchase to justify my time in the store. Very disappointed in the customer service, so much so that I logged a complaint with the manager. I think I will make sure not to patronize this particular location in the future.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.This store isn’t the best. The Raheem guy lied saying we couldn’t do 60 months he said I must do 36 I will not use him for anything. He thought I would just simply sign whatever he put down. My couches weee delivered damaged and I got the run around the ottoman was never delivered but it’s still on my syncing so now I have a damaged $550 chair that they won’t do anything about I got these couches 3 weeks ago . I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Ashley. I purchased a king-size bed a month before my wife gave birth, specifically for my in-laws who were coming to help with the baby. Instead of providing a matching set, Ashley delivered a king-size bed frame with a California king mattress that does not fit properly. Since then, I have been calling both the Ashley store and their customer service every day, but the issue remains unresolved — even though my wife has already delivered our baby. This mistake was theirs, yet I’ve been the one repeatedly chasing them for a solution. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed by several weeks. I was also told that delivery would include assembly, but the drivers said they were only scheduled for a drop-off. I had to pay extra out-of-pocket for assembly afterward. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful process, especially during such an important time for my family.

Pick up is horrible and horrible customer service.

Ashley's associate Taylor Kilgore assistant was amazing. She remained professional and engaged with the many time I changed my mind about furniture selection. She never applied pressure as I wavered. back and forth on what to buy. She offered options and constructed insight of what vision I was trying to accomplish. She gave me time and space to browse the showroom periodically checking if I had any questions without be invasive. I felt like a valuable customer and would buy furniture again at Ashley's.

We did our research before we even went in the store. They didn’t have the set we wanted so we didn’t actually get to physical see the furniture before we paid for it and we had to wait for it to be delivered. We couldn’t get a delivery date at the time of purchased, but were told we could call and get an update on the delivery status. Called today and was told the order status was set for 2026 and they needed to do some research to get an accurate delivery date in 24 to 49 hrs. This is absolutely unacceptable and we are considering canceling this order if they push this delivery date out past a week.

The service was was Amazing! Our sales person Krystal T., the store's General Manager, and Nicole one of the finance associates made our visit one of the most informative and pleasurable!

My husband and I bought a new sectional, dining table, and a kid's bunk bed a few months ago from here. The sales representative that helped was really nice and helpful. He was new, so anytime he did not know the answer to a question, he would ask a co-worker for help, which we appreciated. The selecting of the furniture was the easy part. It was the process of getting everything ordered and paid for that was a hassle. Since he was new, he did have someone else help him with the payment process and that's where we got screwed. The lady that was helping him, who claimed to know what she was doing, did not. There were so many instances that she kept getting information wrong and making the whole process confusing. I felt bad for the sales rep that was initially helping us, because he was really trying to learn for himself but she sort of took over and basically messed things up. We paid a portion of the total up front and the rest was put on a credit card that we applied to while in the store, which I recommend NOT to do. Originally, we were not planning on doing this, but she mentioned the company they use, Fortiva, had a 12 month interest free plan. First, they had my husband's name wrong, but said they would correct it, which they didn't. Second, she never once mentioned there being a $99 fee to get that card. We only found out about this after my husband had already applied and was approved for the card, by email. A month later after the purchase, we get the first statement and guess what's not on there. The 12 month interest free plan. So, not only did we get screwed by having to add an additional $99 on the credit card, but we were also not honored the 12 month interest free plan. We've learned our lesson, never apply for a credit card in store. As annoyed as I am about this lady speaking lies, at the end of the day, we just shouldn't have applied to that credit card. So, whatever you do, if they try to offer a Fortiva credit card or any other credit card in store, do not go for it! Also, we have already contacted Fortiva and they said there is not interest free plan, so there's nothing they can do about it.

Ashley's sale is worth the drive. Courteous sales team. Knowledgeable of the furniture, lots of choices. Very pleased with the purchase. Cory was patient and provide a lot of options for purchasing.

Had a great experience at the location. Sabrina was wonderful and patient. I came in needing multiple pieces includind a mattress and a sofa. I was shown many options at different prices and ended up getting everything I wanted at a price I could afford. I will definitely visit again for future needs.

Purchased a sofa bed, was told it was in stock, when at cashier was then told about 10 days. Couple days later I get a message it would be 4 weeks. I went back to store, the associate was nonchalant, completely disinterested, not even an apology. What bother me most is the attitude of the associate making false promises to get the sale, then acting completely like did not care a bit a few days later. I finally cancelled the order and went at rooms to go to get a sofa bed delivered a few days later.

I want start by saying that I am not one to leave a review good or bad it’s not my thing at all. But when it comes to great customer service I mean a service that is rarely experienced these days especially when spending your hard earned money. I mean this salesperson (Daniel Ayala)made us feel like we mattered even though he had other customers, he made us feel like we were the only ones almost like family. My husband and I weren’t there to buy anything for us we were there to help my daughter who will be moving out soon get some ideas of furniture ( she didn’t buy anything but will be soon) the deal he worked out with us was a good one but we came home and measured and figured out that the items we choose probably wouldn’t work out for us. So early the next morning we headed back to Ashley’s (Daniel was off ) we went to cancel part of our purchase but one of the items could not be returned and we had to call some number to see if they would refund it to us,Oops that made my husband upset he had them cancel the rest of our purchase.. Daniel took the time out of his day with his family with his friendly and awesome customer service self To go back and forth and make it right I mean he really didn’t have to do that and we really didn’t have to buy but we did and we are amazed by the care he gave us.So if you are ever looking to purchase furniture and experience great customer care stop at Ashley’s on S.Cooper in Arlington, Tx Ask for Daniel Ayala ( make sure you take the time leave a great review because customer service is almost nonexistent these days)

Korey was great! However when I went to pickup my tv stand, it was broken. I called corporate and the lady wanted to make it a big deal about returning saying the pictures I provided were not clear enough and I told her well I wasn’t unboxing it. I then told her my mom doesn’t want an exchange she wants an entire refund because she refuses to continue to waste my time and gas going to pick up and there products are going to be broken and I forgot to mention HOW HEAVY IT WAS!!!!! ASHLEY DO BETTER WITH YOUR PRODUCTS AND CORPORATE! GIVE ME MY DAMN REFUND I DONT WANT TO DO ANY EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED PRIOR , actually looked like I was given a returned product. When asked to speak with a manger Purnasree Troyee refused to transfer me to anybody else, she did not offer any sympathy regarding the situation and told me I could go and exchange right now before 6pm and this time the product given to me would be checked ????????

This store is the worst. I don’t know how they are still in business. I bought furniture and tried to cancel the order because it would be too big for my apartment. I had them deliver a dresser and chair and I refused the chair because it matched the sofa that was too big. The dresser ended up being too big also so it was taken back. I assumed(big mistake) that would be the end of it. They had been trying to still deliver the couch and was sending an insane amount of texts and emails that I kept ignoring. I went through other channels to get this order cancelled. It has been a nightmare. They sent another email and text for delivery so I agreed to have it delivered so I could refuse it and hopefully that would be the end. Nope. They tried to deliver the oversized dresser and chair again. I explained to the driver this was already delivered and did not fit. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I’m new here to Texas and was out furniture shopping (empty nester, starting a new chapter with a nice healthy budget) this past Saturday and I decided to stop in at Ashley furniture in Arlington to see if they had anything of interest. I made my way through most of the store without anyone greeting me or asking if I needed any help. One guy saw me on two different occasions and never spoke a word. In fact, the second time he saw me he walked past me and asked a family if they needed help. When I finally made it closer to the exit someone finally said something. After being ignored, watching salesmen on their phones and watching them standing around talking I said to myself, I’m not spending my money here. You can’t be bothered, I won’t be bothered. I politely declined assistance and walked out. I then went to Living Spaces in Grand Prairie and received excellent customer service.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at Ashley’s Furniture. When we walked in, a woman asked what we were looking for. We told her, “We’re just looking,” and instead of being welcoming, she made rude, sarcastic comments like, “Most people come here to buy something, not look.” She also stared at us weirdly and kept making us feel unwelcome. When I asked if she wanted us to leave, she repeated her comment and then added, “Weren’t y’all just walking around before you came in here?” and “So y’all just came in here to get out of the sun?” We weren’t doing anything wrong—we were just browsing, like any other customer. The attitude we got was completely uncalled for. I won’t be coming back after that interaction.

Mixed Experience – Great Start, Poor Follow-Up I had high hopes based on my initial experience. The first part of my furniture order arrived on time and in perfect condition—everything looked great, and I was impressed with the communication, speed and quality. Unfortunately, the second part of the order was never delivered. What’s worse, the follow-up from customer service has been frustratingly poor. I’ve had to reach out multiple times with little to no response from the customer service team, and when I did hear back, the information was vague or unhelpful. It’s disappointing to go from such a smooth start to a completely stalled and unresolved issue. Both orders were placed in May 2025 with first delivery in June and second delivery expected early July. As of the end of July 2025, I am awaiting resolution on second order. I hope they improve their customer service follow-through, because the product itself was promising.

I was very disappointed to find out that Ashley Furniture has a NO RETURNS policy and the oversized chair and ottoman is too big for my living room. The delivery guys were in such a hurry to leave I was not given the time to properly see if it fit and they didn't even have me sign for the delivery. When I called customer service less than an HR after delivery the lady was rude to me and basically told me too bad I'm stuck with it The salesperson should have told me their policy was no returns. I only give 2 stars instead of 1 because the salesman was helpful at the store

I called into store and service was excellent. My purchase was made from another state and still no problems getting to fone and set for delivery.

This store sucks. I have tried to cancel the furniture order due to it will not fit in my apartment as it is too big. I have replied to many of the texts, emails and calls that I have received in reference to my order. They tried to deliver some of it and I denied it because I want matching furniture and the dresser was obviously too big which the delivery men witnessed. I have been continuously getting texts and emails again trying to schedule a delivery. I spoke with someone at the actual store (far enough away I am not driving there again) and he was very rude and refused to let me speak with a manager to cancel the entire order. I have also spoken with 2 people on the phone and explained the situation and they said they have taken care of it. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NOT. They still have me scheduled for delivery for furniture I have tried to cancel and they refuse to cancel. I have told as many people as I can to not go to this store and will continue to do so. It obviously does no good to schedule a delivery and deny it, because they will keep trying to deliver it. Every time I try to call I get the automated AI system that does not give the option to speak with a real person.

Daniel and Sabrina were absolutely exceptional—A1 service all the way! They both went above and beyond to help me, and their support deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was the complete opposite. I've been trying to receive the correct furniture since March, and it's now July. Because of the ongoing delivery issues, I can only give the Ashley Store in Arlington 3 stars overall, despite the outstanding service from Daniel and Sabrina.

I purchased a power recliner with heat and massager in March 2025. It has been horrible! Massager has stopped working and I have opened several repair tickets. I have not received a callback from a manager! It seems impossible to speak with anyone. Service and product is horrible. It was an expensive recliner but apparently it is very poor quality! I’m disappointed that Ashley would carry such subpar merchandise!

I placed an order with Ashley’s and received my lamps boxed during delivery. I didn’t unbox them until after the delivery team left, as everything appeared in order at the time. Upon opening the package, I discovered the lamps were damaged, with visible paint missing. At first I thought it was the white styrofoamI that had deposited on the lamps but it was missing paint. After the realization I immediately reached out to Ashley’s, but my concerns were dismissed. Despite being a loyal customer for over 20 years, they refused to replace or address the damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, I still have the damaged lamps, and their unwillingness to make it right has left me extremely disappointed. I will not be doing business with Ashley’s again, especially paying $280 for products that I thought were reliable, durable and of quality but that is not the case here .

Although I rarely write negative reviews, my experience with a couch purchased from Ashley in 2020 has been disappointing. The couch, which was supposed to be made of solid leather, was expensive, and I also purchased an extended warranty. Regrettably, the leather has deteriorated in certain areas, and when I contacted their warranty service The first question they asked me is how long has it been noticed I said some of the wear I’ve noticed for about, I don’t know maybe three months . They then informed me that repairs must be reported within 30 days. Consequently, my claim was denied. I am unhappy with their customer service and would not recommend Ashley or their warranty service to others. Order number 0855194632 if anyone from the company would like to do the right thing and cover such an inferior product.

BUYER BEWARE! I’m giving our experience at the Arlington Ashley store two stars instead of one because at the time of our transaction it was somewhat of a good experience but then it all went south from there! We live in Kansas and we were working in Texas when we decided to see if the local Ashley Furniture might have the loveseat we needed to match our couch. We called the store and a young salesman named Cadeyn answered. We were looking at the Ashley website to make sure we gave the right item number for them to check on availability. The website had it listed for $479.00 but Cadeyn tells me ‘yes they have it and he could have it ready today for $749’ & I said oh wow that’s interesting cause it’s listed on the Ashley website for $479 so what’s up with that? He replied with a ‘oh OK let me go look at that’ and comes back with a confirmation that it was that price and they would sell it to us at that price. Great! I said and we headed over there. We confirmed twice that it was the Navi loveseat in the color smoke that they had and it was confirmed and they showed us on the computer screen. We paid and drove over to distribution center for pick up. We felt super lucky to have found it but in hindsight we should have known better when dealing with Ashley! We waited a bit and then it was our turn and we got loaded up. The loading guy said ‘loveseat item number xxxxx’ and we said yep that’s it and in the truck it went. We had a long drive ahead and we headed home. When we got home late that night we unloaded it and once we got it inside we noticed it was the WRONG COLOR!!! I was so upset! We tried to make sure/confirm it was the right color 4 times! We should have known better and just opened it up right there and looked at it! I called the store the next day and was told they weren’t going to do anything about it and I would have to deal with Ashley’s resolution department. ‘That’s just how they do it’ I was told. And this folks is where the absolute ridiculousness began! We have been jerked around for now 2 1/2 months. They say they will call you and they don’t. You call and go through the same story over & over with some poor representative who has no idea what’s going on cause she/he is the 5th person you’ve talked to. We keep getting emails telling us to pick up our order in Fort Worth and we keep saying we live 7 hours away and we can’t do that! We have called the Arlington store. No one calls us back. Marcus was the manager that day and I’ve called asking for him and he’s conveniently not there. Left my number and no call back still to this day! I called right before I started writing this, no Marcus and manager on duty not available, and then I called again 10 minutes later as I was asked to do, and still no manager available. ‘Can you call back in a little bit?’ the guy says and after hearing my frustration he offers to take my number & have them call me. I highly doubt anyone is going to call me! We are more than likely gonna have to sell this loveseat now at a loss to us! Ashley has a truck deliver furniture to a store right here in our town but somehow we can’t get a replacement delivered to us. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! So precede with caution when shopping at this store especially if you’re from out of town cause they make the sale and do not one single F about you after that! And if Ashley actually reads these all my calls were recorded and I think my next call will be to the Texas consumer affairs department and see if they can take a complaint from me today!

(See update below) Ashley furniture quality has gone down big time! My blue velvet dining room chairs all are wobbly and it fell apart and I fell from the chair. Ashley one year warranty and Extend warranty after is useless. They tried to repair it a month after we brought it. Still kept on getting loose and the extend warranty’s answer is it is a manufacture prexisting condition so they won’t cover. Ashley and Extend warranty kept on both giving me the run around. They should either refund me my money almost $1000 worth of chairs with price and delivery fees or exchange it for different dining chairs. I’ve had it for less than 2 years. I’ve brought from Ashley in the past (bed, sofa etc) and it was fine but now I don’t trust their quality anymore and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Also the store messed up our order and sent the wrong color desks. They finally had it swapped out 🌟 UPDATE August 2025: We had an outside friend fix it for us. Changing out the hardware on the bottom did the trick, something Ashley could have done. I’m changing it from a one star to 4 star on Ashley furniture ONLY because our other Ashley furniture is holding up and now the chairs are fine too with the change in hardware (screws etc)

Walked into Ashley in Arlington with my DIL to just take a look at bedroom sets for my grandkids not expecting to make a purchase at the time. We were assisted by Daniel Ayala and he was just amazing....very friendly, honest, professional and helpful. We received such awesome deals that I purchased two bedroom sets! I saw a really nice outdoor furniture set on display at the Arlington location. I was indecisive about purchasing due to the pricing (it was a little high) but I really liked it. The sales representative Angel Aguilar was helpful in trying to get me the best deal possible. After leaving, I looked at their website and was confused as the set was a different price (much lower). I called the Arlington store and spoke with Corey (who was very knowledgeable on the sales and operations of the store) helped me to understand why the items were priced different. Both Corey and Angel were very accommodating and patient with me. I visited to store again and Angel made sure I was taken care of. If you are in need of home/patio furniture I recommend you visit Ashley furniture! Ask for Angel!

I worked with Daniel Ayala on 2/8/25 and had an excellent experience! This was also my first time shopping at Ashley Homestore. As soon as I entered the store, Daniel walked right up and greeted me. He made sure to listen to my needs and concerns to ensure we found the best products for my home. I was in the store for at least 3 hours and he never rushed me or made me feel like he had more important things to do! When I ran into an issue with a product, he was understanding, took accountability, and did his part to rectify the matter. I also worked with Korey Delaine on 2/13/25 and had another excellent experience! Korey is a true example of a great sales rep—he is super knowledgeable about all things sleep, is efficient, and has a great sense of humor! I was able to communicate my needs, try out multiple beds, look for a bed frame, discuss price, and pay all within about 2 hours! Thank you both!

I would give a zero star if I could. I was told the items purchased on 05/30/25 were in stock, she said it with a smile...LOL! The day of delivery,we had everything ready as we were told to do. The young man who delivered was very nice, first thing he said to us, was I have the base of the bed but no mattress. Showed us the delivery orders, the base, no mattress & 2 recliners. I called the Ashley furniture, was told that the mattress was coming from another location ( when we were told that it was on stock at the Arlington store) and had not gotten there in time for pickup. Plus the base for the mattress was damaged. I was told that we would receive a call from guest care to set up a delivery for Friday or Saturday, no call came, 26 hrs later I make the, to be told that the next delivery date would be 6/17/25. The sale rep only care to make a sell not at all for the customer, no one has reached out to us. The first time buying at Ashley and the last. In Grand Prairie With no bed.

A lady that worked for acima took my information. Her name is Nicole. She took the info for my living room furniture. She told me to come back the next day to sign the papers. We drove all the way back the next day and she wasn't there. Nor was there anyone there to help me. They had all taken off this Tues. June 3 They told me to come back on Thursday. I came back the next day. Wednesday. They were still not there. But one young man Korey was there and we told him what was going on.He looked for furniture we were supposed to get. The lady sold it. It was gone. We looked and didn't see anything we liked. Korey was a big help. He is really a pro at helping. We found a nice sofa and love seat. If it wasn't for him we would have walked out the door. The other managers were not there to help and it was a disappointment. I looked for my furniture and it was gone. Nicole should not have told us to be there if she wasn't there or had someone to take over. I highly recommend Korey for the job.

Had I not called about the time of arrival for June 03,2025 I would still be waiting. DOOO NOT BUY A $4,000 TEMPUR PEDC Medium mattress from them!!!!! I’m so mad because I was sold this mattress that now I’m having really bad. Back issues that I can barely get out of my bed. I tried to file the claim and For some reason there is no law tag on the mattress. So now I lost $4000 on this stupid mattress and have back issues!!!!!!!!

We bought some bedroom furniture for my granddaughter and it was delivered on Saturday. The delivery was terrible. It was supposed to be delivered between 2-5. After about 3:30 every half hour the time was pushed back. They didn’t arrive until after and didn’t leave until a little before 9pm. Who on a Saturday wants to sit around the house all day or have a delivery at 8-9pm. I called and talked to the assistant manager twice the general manager was supposed to call me but never has. The delivery is a joke $180 and be white gloves but it’s far from it. Ashley used to be a good place to buy furniture but seems to be going downhill. I also want a refund for the protection plan!

The bed experts at Ashley are very knowledgeable, very personable, and very helpful. All my questions were answered and all my needs were met.

We purchased a floor model shelf and despite it being very visibly damaged and marked up from the online price by $200, they only agreed to match the online new price for the item. Its a discontinued piece so we ultimately opted to buy it and repair it ourselves. We then picked up our other pieces from the distribution center and one of the rollers on the coffee table was wrapped individually inside the box meaning they packed it up broken. There were visible damage marks as well. While we were able to repair the broke pieces, this furniture was purchased new and given to us knowing there was a piece that was broken off. We are long time Ashley customers but the overall experience was disappointing. Our sales rep was nice though and I don't fault him at all for the lack of customer service. I think if thats the experience we can look forward to though, we'll shop elsewhere in the future. If we do return to shop, I'll make sure to check online for best pricing ahead of buying anything. Good businesses are transparent and upfront about their pricing.

I’ve been looking for a pair of loveseats and Ashley’s had a traditional one I liked. It fit my needs and my sales person gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. This is my 2nd living room set I’ve bought from Ashley’s and the first set is still in great shape so my kids are claiming those pieces.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This is by far the worst company you can EVER buy furniture from. If you value your time and money then take it somewhere else. I ordered a king bedframe from them 7 WEEKS AGO. Every week they show up with damaged furniture. The communication is god awful. They use a third party company to deliver their furniture and that company does not care about your product. They throw your furniture in the back of a massive truck with 15 other customer prodcuts and it just gets damaged during travel. I told them to put it in a box to help prevent it from getting damage and they refused. I even had an employee tell me they saw it was damaged before loading it on the truck and the manager said to take it anyway. Im not surprised at this point. Ive talked to Ashley furniture managers over 5 times and they do nothing. They say whatever they can to get you off the phone and never follow up on your order and make sure things are changed/fixed. The delivery team is always late by several hours and you have to waist a whole day sitting at the house for when they show up. Worst experience ive ever had. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else

NEVER purchase anything from Ashley because there WILL be a problem! Good luck getting good customer service. You will have NO recourse. You WILL NOT get a refund no matter what because THAT IS THEIR POLICY. I called 30 minutes after my delivery to request a refund as the item wasn't as expected. Customer service was closed. I went online for a Chat, spent 30 minutes online providing all the information to the representative who stated she was sending the request and an email for someone to contact me. I received a call this morning from customer service only for the representative to continuously state more than twice, "Unfortunately, that is our policy and I know that's not what you want to hear". Why would they take me through the sham, pretense, pretending to take a request for refund if there was NO WAY that was going to happen? Not even an exchange. The first representative could have told me that. Why did I need a call from Customer Service to tell me that? Why is there a customer service department but no customer service? I purchased from Ashley many years ago and had problems back then. I told myself then I would never buy from them again. I should have stuck with that thought and looked elsewhere. I will NEVER FORGET again. No matter how much you love the item in the store or online leave it there because once in your home Ashley is done with you. I have another order I'm cancelling today! I don't want anything from Ashley ever again! DON'T DO IT! They are dishonest and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Something about COVID! ARE YOU KIDDING! We have been past COVID for 3+ years. Many stores take back everyday items, clothing, bedding, toys and Ashley won't take back one piece of wood furniture that was in my home 30 minutes! Just their way of keeping your money. There is no excuse for this policy. I won't be held hostage to Ashley and their policy of NO REFUNDS. This is not a small business trying to make and hold on to every dollar, in this day and age there are exceptions to every rule. Big businesses like COSTCO take back all sorts of things including furniture because the value of keeping that customer is more important. Not so with Ashley they only care about the all mighty dollar.

I’ve never shopped here before but I just went in to make a return (couldn’t bc it was online, which is totally fair) however a whole group of co workers sat on the furniture chatting at the front on the store and they all just looked at me when I walked in and basically just stared at me until one of them decided to greet me like they were waiting to see who would first. I said I’d like to make a return and she shrugged at me and said they can’t do returns for online orders here (again that’s fine) the demeanor in her answer was od tho.
