I worked with Daniel Ayala on 2/8/25 and had an excellent experience! This was also my first time shopping at Ashley Homestore. As soon as I entered the store, Daniel walked right up and greeted me. He made sure to listen to my needs and concerns to ensure we found the best products for my home. I was in the store for at least 3 hours and he never rushed me or made me feel like he had more important things to do! When I ran into an issue with a product, he was understanding, took accountability, and did his part to rectify the matter. I also worked with Korey Delaine on 2/13/25 and had another excellent experience! Korey is a true example of a great sales rep—he is super knowledgeable about all things sleep, is efficient, and has a great sense of humor! I was able to communicate my needs, try out multiple beds, look for a bed frame, discuss price, and pay all within about 2 hours! Thank you both!

I would give a zero star if I could. I was told the items purchased on 05/30/25 were in stock, she said it with a smile...LOL! The day of delivery,we had everything ready as we were told to do. The young man who delivered was very nice, first thing he said to us, was I have the base of the bed but no mattress. Showed us the delivery orders, the base, no mattress & 2 recliners. I called the Ashley furniture, was told that the mattress was coming from another location ( when we were told that it was on stock at the Arlington store) and had not gotten there in time for pickup. Plus the base for the mattress was damaged. I was told that we would receive a call from guest care to set up a delivery for Friday or Saturday, no call came, 26 hrs later I make the, to be told that the next delivery date would be 6/17/25. The sale rep only care to make a sell not at all for the customer, no one has reached out to us. The first time buying at Ashley and the last. In Grand Prairie With no bed.

A lady that worked for acima took my information. Her name is Nicole. She took the info for my living room furniture. She told me to come back the next day to sign the papers. We drove all the way back the next day and she wasn't there. Nor was there anyone there to help me. They had all taken off this Tues. June 3 They told me to come back on Thursday. I came back the next day. Wednesday. They were still not there. But one young man Korey was there and we told him what was going on.He looked for furniture we were supposed to get. The lady sold it. It was gone. We looked and didn't see anything we liked. Korey was a big help. He is really a pro at helping. We found a nice sofa and love seat. If it wasn't for him we would have walked out the door. The other managers were not there to help and it was a disappointment. I looked for my furniture and it was gone. Nicole should not have told us to be there if she wasn't there or had someone to take over. I highly recommend Korey for the job.

I was suppose to get my table and chairs on June 03,2025 and when I called to see what time it would arrive I found out it would not be arriving until July 22,2025. Had I not called about the time of arrival for June 03,2025 I would still be waiting. Very disappointed that noone informed me of this change because the salesman told me that it was in stock, otherwise I would not have purchased it. Lack of communication 😒

Came in really just window shopping with my wife we knew we were going to get a couch soon but didn't expect to find such a good one right when we walked in and Rahim Rowns greeted us and let us know if we had any questions he'd be there to help. Didn't really hover over us he let us wander the store trying out the couches and we circled back to that first one and he came and checked on us and we asked for a quote and he went above and beyond to help us and even scored us some extra incentives that were an added bonus on top of the memorial discount we were already receiving. 10/10 experience. DOOO NOT BUY A $4,000 TEMPUR PEDC Medium mattress from them!!!!! I’m so mad because I was sold this mattress that now I’m having really bad. Back issues that I can barely get out of my bed. I tried to file the claim and For some reason there is no law tag on the mattress. So now I lost $4000 on this stupid mattress and have back issues!!!!!!!!

We bought some bedroom furniture for my granddaughter and it was delivered on Saturday. The delivery was terrible. It was supposed to be delivered between 2-5. After about 3:30 every half hour the time was pushed back. They didn’t arrive until after and didn’t leave until a little before 9pm. Who on a Saturday wants to sit around the house all day or have a delivery at 8-9pm. I called and talked to the assistant manager twice the general manager was supposed to call me but never has. The delivery is a joke $180 and be white gloves but it’s far from it. Ashley used to be a good place to buy furniture but seems to be going downhill. I also want a refund for the protection plan!

I went to buy s dining table set on this Saturday . Every was good a the beginning. Lati Boka help us out, whe chose to buy the last dining table they had . When I went pick it up Lati ask 2 guys for help and they just ingnored her. Those 2 guy didn't had any costumers. I help Lati take chair and table to loading zone. After that I talked to the manager about how those 2 guys didn't help Lati out when she asked she didn't respond back. If you go buy something from Ashley store ask for Lati Boka, she will help you with what you looking for. Avoid the black guy with glasses and the fat Hispanic guy You can't miss those guys .

We purchased a floor model shelf and despite it being very visibly damaged and marked up from the online price by $200, they only agreed to match the online new price for the item. Its a discontinued piece so we ultimately opted to buy it and repair it ourselves. We then picked up our other pieces from the distribution center and one of the rollers on the coffee table was wrapped individually inside the box meaning they packed it up broken. There were visible damage marks as well. While we were able to repair the broke pieces, this furniture was purchased new and given to us knowing there was a piece that was broken off. We are long time Ashley customers but the overall experience was disappointing. Our sales rep was nice though and I don't fault him at all for the lack of customer service. I think if thats the experience we can look forward to though, we'll shop elsewhere in the future. If we do return to shop, I'll make sure to check online for best pricing ahead of buying anything. Good businesses are transparent and upfront about their pricing.

I’ve been looking for a pair of loveseats and Ashley’s had a traditional one I liked. It fit my needs and my sales person gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. This is my 2nd living room set I’ve bought from Ashley’s and the first set is still in great shape so my kids are claiming those pieces.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This is by far the worst company you can EVER buy furniture from. If you value your time and money then take it somewhere else. I ordered a king bedframe from them 7 WEEKS AGO. Every week they show up with damaged furniture. The communication is god awful. They use a third party company to deliver their furniture and that company does not care about your product. They throw your furniture in the back of a massive truck with 15 other customer prodcuts and it just gets damaged during travel. I told them to put it in a box to help prevent it from getting damage and they refused. I even had an employee tell me they saw it was damaged before loading it on the truck and the manager said to take it anyway. Im not surprised at this point. Ive talked to Ashley furniture managers over 5 times and they do nothing. They say whatever they can to get you off the phone and never follow up on your order and make sure things are changed/fixed. The delivery team is always late by several hours and you have to waist a whole day sitting at the house for when they show up. Worst experience ive ever had. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else

NEVER purchase anything from Ashley because there WILL be a problem! Good luck getting good customer service. You will have NO recourse. You WILL NOT get a refund no matter what because THAT IS THEIR POLICY. I called 30 minutes after my delivery to request a refund as the item wasn't as expected. Customer service was closed. I went online for a Chat, spent 30 minutes online providing all the information to the representative who stated she was sending the request and an email for someone to contact me. I received a call this morning from customer service only for the representative to continuously state more than twice, "Unfortunately, that is our policy and I know that's not what you want to hear". Why would they take me through the sham, pretense, pretending to take a request for refund if there was NO WAY that was going to happen? Not even an exchange. The first representative could have told me that. Why did I need a call from Customer Service to tell me that? Why is there a customer service department but no customer service? I purchased from Ashley many years ago and had problems back then. I told myself then I would never buy from them again. I should have stuck with that thought and looked elsewhere. I will NEVER FORGET again. No matter how much you love the item in the store or online leave it there because once in your home Ashley is done with you. I have another order I'm cancelling today! I don't want anything from Ashley ever again! DON'T DO IT! They are dishonest and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Something about COVID! ARE YOU KIDDING! We have been past COVID for 3+ years. Many stores take back everyday items, clothing, bedding, toys and Ashley won't take back one piece of wood furniture that was in my home 30 minutes! Just their way of keeping your money. There is no excuse for this policy. I won't be held hostage to Ashley and their policy of NO REFUNDS. This is not a small business trying to make and hold on to every dollar, in this day and age there are exceptions to every rule. Big businesses like COSTCO take back all sorts of things including furniture because the value of keeping that customer is more important. Not so with Ashley they only care about the all mighty dollar.

I’ve never shopped here before but I just went in to make a return (couldn’t bc it was online, which is totally fair) however a whole group of co workers sat on the furniture chatting at the front on the store and they all just looked at me when I walked in and basically just stared at me until one of them decided to greet me like they were waiting to see who would first. I said I’d like to make a return and she shrugged at me and said they can’t do returns for online orders here (again that’s fine) the demeanor in her answer was od tho. Like she was relieved she could go back to her convo without working. Meanwhile the other people had continued their convo while lounging around on the merchandise. I asked where I could go to do that (idk why I asked I guess I meant where online but like it was a stupid question to ask her I guess) she responds. “Online?” Eventually I think she realized I was being brushed off because she did apologize and told me to have a nice day and was polite. It just was hostile walking in like they basically looked at me like “great another customer” it was weird, I felt like they were a bunch of teens but they were well over my age. Idk I don’t unusually complain but I really didn’t like that.

I purchased a bedroom set for thousands of dollars for my parents. I saw the dresser and realized the bottom drawer was off track. They took forever to send out the part and another forever to send a technician out. The first technician was running so late I had to cancel because 9pm is simply unacceptable. Finally the repair person comes today to attempt to install the piece and the new piece is WORSE than the original piece. I cannot believe we are having this horrible experience. We all work really hard for our money and I definitely wouldn't expect this subpar expensive product. I am very disappointed that my parents and I are having to go through this. This is simply ridiculous.

Hello customer care This has been a frustrating experience We went to Waco location in hopes to find a bed & sofa recliner. Was disappointed to find you can't pick up anything from the store as we planned to buy & bring home ourselves the girl was very nice & helpful (assistant manager) She got us on the hybrid sealy medium mattress amazing bed then find out you no longer have it in stock would sell the one on floor no thank you to many people on it So we left our thoughts..were we can go to Arlington location & pick up from your D.C So we did that a couple weeks later This girl was nice not as helpful. this store has a lot of sofas many looking the same style I wanted a non electric reclining sofa There was not 1 in the whole store. Waco was better equipped with that Beds again found sealy hybrid medium bed got excited (thought maybe yal got more in) Nope girl says I'm sorry it's discontinued. So we decided over our budget & go without a sofa to get item #1495182 Our delivery guys were great but this bed is like sleepin on the floor hard I told the girl I have a pinched nerve in my back I can't do very firm We have slept on this bed since delivered 3-5-25 & it is still hard needless to say my back is not happy & achey I wish this could have been a happier situation we are not grumpy complaining people we prefer to spread a smile but this hasn't been good for us at all

File numbers to tract conversations, Rachael F (extended warranty service manager) and Jade on the escalation team I sincerely appreciate your lack of professionalism, integrity but most of all the your level of dishonesty is unmatched. I would have been better off buying furniture at Sams/ Costco and replacing after 2 years. Filing a claim “lack of resilience” is not covered and since Ashley furniture failed to sent your paperwork you do not have an extended warranty even payment receipts provided.

Terrible experience. The chair is bought broke 7 days after purchase. Here is am 2 months later and it still hasn't been fixed. I've been rescheduled 4 times and the company refuses to refund due to damage. I recommend running far away from this store. The service is just good enough to make a sale and the merchandise is cheap and has no longevity. Even if you get a warranty it's like getting a response from a congressman just to get it fixed.

This is ridiculous! They got over half my order wrong on delivery. Delivery guys said their dispatch would call us within 15-30 minutes... Never did. Called our sales person and he gave us a number to call, said they could help straighten out. Number is a chat bot and there is no option for a live person. We've been given 3 different numbers to call, all go to the same chat bot with no live person option. This is absolutely BS. I spent over $6k and they can't bring me my stuff?? Or even have a live person talk to me?? I'm about to load the stuff I do have (part of which is not what I ordered) into my truck, dump it in their parking lot and demand my money back. Oh, and to top off this stellar performance, their delivery truck took out the overhead cable for our neighbors Internet service and didn't even mention it to us. Our neighbor came by to tell us after they left. The lineman is here now, on a Sunday morning, making repairs to that. So now they reply with an apology and give me the SAME number to call! That number just goes to a chat bot. Come on people, do better. I guess I'll be calling the store directly when they open. If that doesn't work, I'll be driving the 40+ minutes into town to talk to someone in person. I guess my day is going to be spent fixing their mistakes instead of doing what I need to be doing.

they should be absolutely ashamed. Three weeks after order should be DONE, we still don't have all of the pieces to our sectionals. They have repeatedly told me it would be complimentary delivery, yet someone calls me every other day asking when I will pick it up. Then I explain the situation and they say they'll take care of it and then the next person I talk to has no idea what I'm talking about. Beyond frustrating and I am absolutely done with this company. I want to send back the pieces we have and wipe my hands of them.

On Saturday December 28th I went In to purchase a dining room set. Eric was the salesman and he assured me that my furniture was at the warehouse and it would be available for pick up the following Tuesday. Well I sold the dining table I had because I was under the impression I would have a new table for New Year Dinner. I go to the warehouse on Tuesday December 30th only to find out the furniture is not in stock!! I thought it was a joke. So now my pickup date was Saturday Jan 11. So when 01/11 comes around I received a email from Ashley’s with “instructions” upon arrival. I’m at the dock and the worker grabs my name not once not twice but three times and kept closing the dock door. At this point it had been over an hour that I was waiting for my “scheduled pickup”. I go to the office and they said I was never checked in, that the automated email service does not work. So not only did I not have a dinning table for New Year Dinner for my family, but also wasted gas, and time having to go to the warehouse that’s 30 minutes from my house TWICE only to not get anything. So I cancelled my complete order and will never be back! I blame you, Eric Toops!

We had a great experience there, korey really helped us pick the right mattress for us. Polite, attentive, and respectful, make sure to find him when going there he'll get the job done. Definitely would recommend coming here if your looking for a new mattress!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased mattress from them and was told there was a manufacturer's warrantee. Tried to return because of excessive off-gassing and was informed by the manufacturer there was no warrantee. We were also told there wouldn't be excessive off gassing. Sales reps there will say anything to get a sell.

My salesman, Jonathan Acosta, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. He effectively empowered me to explore options and find the ideal fit. You need more like him. Although the furniture delivery exceeded the anticipated timeframe, the wait was justified by the team's meticulous care and remarkable efficiency in handling the items. Kudos to a job well done.

Wonderful experience at Ashley Homestore! Our specialist Cayden was knowledgeable, helped us in getting high quality furniture at the best price, and made the transaction smooth and easy.

Only one young man displayed excellent customer service in the whole store and he is the only one who deserves the five stars . The rest of the employees had horrible customer service and they just stood around talking amongst themselves without greeting the customer with a smile.

Bought a mattress. Walked in and was take. To meet Korey. Told him what I had to spend and he hooked me up with a great deal on a good mattress. No high pressure tactics, no gimmicks, no judgement. Just a great deal that didn’t exceed the amount I said I had even with tax included. And all done within about 25-30mins. I’d recommend to anyone!

The Ashley showroom was easy to find and when we entered we were greeted quickly by a friendly associates who gave us his name and and offered to help should we need it. This was only our second furniture store with the intent to visit a few, return home and make our decision based on what we had seen. The store was cheerfully lit without being obnoxiously bright and the furniture was arranged in clear vignette throughout the store. When we found a sectional that interested us, our associate was available without being intrusive. He was happy to lay back and allow us to look without stepping in until we requested his help. The furniture prices were clearly marked, and all of the powered sectionals were plugged in, clean and functional. We picked several possibles in different shades and our questions about materials and availability were answered. Our associate also let us know that Ashley manufactures all of their furniture in the US and that many of the other furniture stores also sell Ashley furniture. Since we have had some Ashley furniture in the past we were aware of its durability and sharp pricing. We settled on a couple of possibilities and began asking about sharpening the price. Our associate let us know about the current and upcoming deals (sales) and began working on numbers. We were still holding our goal of visiting a couple more stores, but after laying out the possible offers on our final choice, our associate let us know that the current sale was ending that night ( Sunday). We haggled a bit and after offering to keep the discounted pricing close to where we agreed was fair, he worked with the store manager to further offer a multi year guarantee that included repair or replacement well past the original warranty at a few pennies more. We stepped away, looked at our other choices (both from this store and one other) and finally decided to make the purchase. We set delivery for a little over one month away to give us time to resolve our current furniture and were given the option to cancel the sale if we decided it would not fit our room. We left pleased with the purchase and experience. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Alex was a pleasure to work with but i purchased two twin sized mattress covers and never received them. I call the store to inquire abut when they will be delivered but was told i was suppose to receive them while i was at the store. The salesperson stated the mattress covers were out of stock and will call me back to give me my options. That was in August/September. it is now December and i still have not received a call back or my mattress covers.

I ordered several pieces from Ashley. Each time, there was an issue with delivery. The first time, I ordered a black couch, I got a brown one. The second time, I ordered a bed, they change the delivery date to a day I was out of town. The last time, I ordered a nightstand. I got the wrong one, and took weeks to get the right one and a refund for the difference. Safe to say, never again will I order something from Ashley furniture.

Run. Don't walk from this place. My husband and I bought a bedroom set from this store in JUNE. WE RECEIVED IT IN AUGUST finally. We paid over $8,000 for this set. One of the night stands drawers was cracked inside. We have a warranty but get the run around when we call. We were told that they are backed up until November. We enjoyed our experience at Ashley. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us the furniture we needed to see.

I usually don’t give bad reviews even when I have bad experiences but after contemplating for a few hours I decided to give one. First of all, no one spoke to me for close to 15 minutes while I was looking around. I came in pre approved from the website for a 2k limit looking for a sofa. Finally the assistant manager came over and I shared with her that no one even asked me if I needed help. She went on to say that’s because they were crowded. Although they were crowded, there were 3 salespeople standing around talking to one another who didn’t look busy at all. The were lots of salespeople helping customers but it was clearly visible that the other 3 didn’t have customers. So there goes her excuse. I told her I was interested in a sectional and was pre approved and she acted like I was making it up. I even asked her do people lie about that a lot because she clearly didn’t seem to believe me. So I even went on her tablet and got pre approved for $2500. Which happen to be $500 more than the website approved me for. Then I asked her how long was the sale and she informed me that it ended today. However, when I went online it said until Dec 2nd which is two days away which was a huge red flag for me. I even told her she’s not being honest and she said her store changes sales daily. That’s no good business and stores shouldn’t try and take advantage of customers. I see they mostly good reviews so maybe it was just bad timing for me but they definitely will not get my business.

This place has the worst customer service , if you decide to go please do not see Angel I just had a full blown argument about canceling an order that was not delivered. The delivered service drove by my house and did not attempt to stop and a text was sent saying there was a problem with the order. I will never go to this furniture store ever. Angel started yelling at me because I said I will just go the rooms to go. Yes I would like to cancel the order if you are not willing to compensate me with a setup because of the lazy delivery people. I don’t care about your response Angel was very unprofessional yelling and screaming so y’all can duck off .

I bought my furniture at Ashley when it was off I-20 and Cooper st. they have since moved. But, it seems you cant reach anyone for parts. Go online and you have to have a serial number in order to get a part. I dont have that. Keep in mind, if your furniture is discontinued and you do not have a serial number, you will not be able to get replacement parts. One tiny part can screw up your whole purchase. i called the store, no help. I called customer service, no help. I called customer service again later in the day and she passed me off to Customer Affairs, which was the same customer service just a different number. I was given two number just in case no one answered the first number and the second number was out of service. I purchased my replacement part on Amazon.

Pricing was a bit high but deals were great. Service was very pleasant. Angel, our sales rep made us feel like we knew one another forever. He was very informative and worked to get us the best pricing on the Power recliner sofas and chair with zero gravity, heat, massager, console with lighting and storage, along with LED lighting. If I could give zero stars I would, im furious!!! I bought a set of mango wood furniture from here and noticed saw dust when I got it but, I didn’t think too much of it because I figured maybe that’s just because it’s new. I’ve never bought new furniture before so I don’t know what to look for and I’m also putting my trust in this company to give me quality furniture. Well months go by and every time I open the drawers there’s saw dust but still I’m thinking maybe it’s just because the dresser is rubbing on the metal when I slide open the drawers. I didn’t think anything more until I saw termites!!!! The furniture they gave me was termite infested !!! I call them and they told me that because the warranty ended a few weeks ago they said they can’t do anything about it!! Mind you I’m paying installments on this furniture that makes it almost double its cash value!! So roughly around 12000 and there’s nothing they can do. Now I have two options either pay on the furniture I can’t even use or stop paying it and it’s hits my credit. I’m mind baffled that a corporation this big can’t do anything.

When you buy Merchandise at these furniture stores we should be able to protest the delivery charges. I don't agree with the outrageous delivery fee they charges for just delivering up the road $169.00 this is Highway robbery.

If you want to buy some furniture and wait over 10 days for your paid in full purchases to be delivered (and never was delivered), then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay AWAY!!! My first time shopping at an Ashley Store and will be my last. Their entire shipping system is outdated, confusing, and atrocious. Numerous delays and false promises. How are they in business. Smh. Let's see how long it takes to get my refund. Probably another 10 days.

We bought furniture from Ashley and Rooms To Go on the same day, guess who has the best customer service after delivery, it was not Ashley. I have been on the phone and chats trying to get one issue resolved for 2 weeks. We had never bought furniture from them we decided to give them a try. I don’t think we will be shopping with Ashley in the near future.

My sales associate was wonderful. The warranty service is horrible. I filed a claim October 2023 and I am just now getting results. The couch had to be replaced because the technician damaged the furniture. Then with the delivery of furniture, they delivered the wrong items.

First time shopper and Lati made it so easy. Gave us our space to pick our sofa and showed us the amazing beds! She was so knowledgeable that deciding to buy a new bed was a done deal.

Furniture was good but wow financial activity was a disaster 1 Wanted $600 to deliver couches (I refused) 2 Did the payoff no interest in 1 year - went from $3,800 to $300 balance in 1 year then they charged me $980 interest for not fully paying off. Took 2 years to pay off. 3 35% interest rate on remaining balance. Like good furniture but I will never do business with such a greedy company. Enjoy the review.

I will never buy from Ashley Homestore again. First issue was that the table I bought in the store was cheaper online so after buying it in the store and getting home found it cheaper online I was not happy. I had to go back in the store and it was easy to get a refund for the difference but something I shouldn't have had to do. But the main issue was pick up. I scheduled to pick up on Saturday, they said they would issue a 2 hour window but instead I got a text from their bot "Jenny" saying text 30min before heading over. So I did that and then got a text back that said to text when I arrived. Did that got a test that said "Great, someone will be with you shortly - please get ready to say hello". There was about 12 other people when I got there at 2:19. 30min later 1 person has left, over an hour a second person has gotten their stuff and left. At this point I get out and find out the person next to me has been there over 2 hours. So I wait more the guy next to me gets his turn but still nothing for me. I get out at 2 hours and talk to some other people. I ask will they text me when its my time to get in line at the dock. She said no but I needed to go inside to make sure I was on the list. So I go inside after 2 hours and find out the text message does nothing - I wasnt on the list and my item wasnt in the que to be picked. I complained to the employee and she said there was nothing she can do that the text doesnt do anything and they dont know why its sent. I get checked in and wait almost 2 more hours to get my small table. The employee at the doc said they were behind all day. He said that if they are not busy they go outside and make sure people have checked in but if they are busy they cant do that. I suggested if they cant stop the text at least put up a sign. A very simple solution to a stupid pick-up system

You really can have what you want . We bought our couches in the color we wanted , with better fabric , for less money than Ashley's Furniture. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY'S. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!!!!

Pretty upset. Purchased a box spring that was a bit too high for me and I called as soon as it was delivered and realized it was too high, I was told that it would be able to be exchanged after a week of no contact I called again and then was told I was unable to exchange it. I wouldn't be upset if I wasn't told it would be exchanged in the first place and I called as soon as it was delivered the same Second as it was being set up in my room. No help at all.

It took four guys to deliver in a unmarked truck no Ashley name on clothes or truck. My item was the first delivery that is the worst. If you set a crate of bottles on a tail end of a bobtail truck, I guarantee you they were crack I have not had to chair two weeks not even a week, and the back massage does not work after waiting as long as I did and received the service I received is not worth it. I have a truck I could’ve picked the chair up myself. I would’ve feel better knowing that it was not damaged during delivery

Had the most Amazing experience with Michael, and Korey was the icing on the cake. They both were very knowledgeable about the products, attentive to my needs, and were thorough through the entire process. Top notch, customer service! I left with a fully furnished home at an affordable price! Loved working with them both, if you’re shopping for furniture go check them out.

Once you sign, if there is something wrong, they Will. Not. Help. You.:: We had a great experience at the store with the sales team, so there is that However, the communication with the delivery company was extremely difficult. When they came, I felt like they did not have the time of day for me at all and any question was an inconvenience. They were in and out in less than 10 mins and basically said, "Here sign this to show we delivered it." Not once did they say that we could do nothing if there was something wrong, and they did not give me *any* time to inspect it while they were here. (This policy is in the paperwork of purchase. However, we never saw it and were not told verbally) So the first time I sat down on the couch, I realized it was 3 or 4 inches taller than what was in the store. My feet can not touch the ground! We called customer service, and they basically said "it's in your home. There is *nothing* we can do." So we went back to the store and tried the same set there. And I can touch the ground! We show picture and explain it to the sales rep and manager, and they said "our hands are tied. You have to call customer service" So I talked to 4 different reps, and they all say I have to fill out their online form. There is no way to explain all that in that format. Currently, we are waiting for them to send a technician out, IF they agree that there is a problem. So far, everyone has said, "That's just the way it's made." This is very bad business practice! Your policy should be known up front and you should at least care about your customer.

Terrible experience with store manager. Read the fine print before signing 0% financing with Ashley! There is a 2% “service” charge. When I questioned the store manager about why there was an extra 2% charge, he chuckled and said don’t worry it is interest free from us. The extra 2% is a service charge, not interest.

Amilcar was awesome from the time I walked in Ashley’s until I made my purchase. Very helpful and addressed all my concerns. The actual delivery was great too and they were quick in and out. The issue I have is with setting up the delivery and the lies that came with it. I had to reschedule and the communication was very poor. I’m assuming the person emailing me was Jennifer. Not sure if it’s a real person or automated. No apologies or anything . But I love my furniture and all in all it was good.

We purchased a bedroom furniture set almost a month ago from this store. Our delivery date was set for the 10th of August and we got rid of our bed in anticipation only for our delivery to be canceled without prior notice. My husband went to the store to complain and was told our furniture would be delivered on the 13th. Once again, it wasn't. We both went this time to the store and asked to see the manager. We wanted to cancel our order. He told us they were having problems at their warehouse and he couldn't guarantee us a delivery date but he didn't want us to cancel. He offered us a free bed if we could go to the warehouse ourselves to pick it up. We were grateful for the gesture but the bed we picked up is a nightmare, very uncomfortable and our backs are shot. We looked up the bed and it's $239. We feel insulted. We haven't had a decent night's sleep in days. We will be canceling our order and we will never visit another Ashley store again

This is the worst Store I have ever been to. They have no regards for their customers whatsoever, and are extremely rude, once they get your business that is it no updates nothing. I order some things from them, was told they were going to deliver it in batches, the first batch was delivered when they promised to other than that they have been giving me the roll around lying about dates that was never delivered on. At first they said Saturday 10th of August 2024, I go nothing, went there and was told Tuesday 13th of August got nothing and was told Thursday. You can see the trend and the lies they peddle. This is the worst customer service and treatment I have ever received. No call to even update me I'll just wait after scheduling and never see anything. Don't go there run.

Went and bought a bedroom set on a Sunday afternoon so the salesman was making me a good deal. Well he included the $999 insurance saying it needed to be added because that's how he makes his money. Didn't like it but okay. On the receipt it said can take up to 16 weeks for delivery and I questioned it and he said it was prior covid language and I would get my furniture delivered in a few weeks per the schedule. Well it's now been a month and the headboard can't be delivered until end of Sep. I also canceled the warranty because I didn't want it and the salesman called me up and said I either keep it or management will cancel my order. Told him no and then called customer service and they told me that the store put it back on without my approval. Don't but from them. Had the rest of my house furnished by Living Spaces with no issues. Between the lies and threats from the salesman will never go back.

Furniture stores have come & gone since then but we are happy that Ashley is still around. I will admit I even window shopped some of the other seemingly popular furniture stores but their quality of merchandise, style and value never seem to surpass the Ashley brand and a major deciding factor to actually buy always comes down to “My Customer Service Experience” and I can 100% say that Alex Aviles @ the Arlington, TX location definitely made a positive impression on us. He is an amazing Sales Professional and is definitely a remarkable asset to Ashely’s frontline team. Alex was not only knowledgeable about the history of Ashley Furniture and their products but he was extremely patient and supportive in helping us identify the perfect combination of style & comfort for our family room. I had many design ideas that were all over the place but at the end of the day Alex helped us to feel comfortable and confident about our selections and this is exactly why I will always return back to Ashley…. The experience was EXCELLENT!!!! Thank you Alex!!!

Excellent service from Alex at the Arlington location. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they had the style of the bedroom suit I wanted but not the color. However, everything else was on point. I’m looking forward to my delivery.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store. After discussing a discount on furniture with Shannon Tharp , I stepped out briefly to get my wallet. When I returned just a few minutes later, I was informed that I would no longer receive the discount and had to pay the full price. I was quite taken aback by this change and found the attitude displayed to be quite rude. Despite my attempt to resolve the situation, I was met with indifference when I mentioned leaving a review.He said I don’t care about customer care . Shannon Tharp - Associate sales manager

We got some furniture from this store, very disappointed with their delivery team and customer service. The delivery team gave us the wrong furniture and always act on a rush to deliver. We try to get the item replaced and never got the customer service to respond. I try several times to get this issue resolved and they ignore my request, I encourage any customers to think about it before buy from a place that use a 3rd party to deliver their products. Specially if they won’t have a service desk in place to help their customers.

The BEST sleep expert ever! Korey provided us with the best service from the moment we walked into the store. After traveling all over the DFW Metroplex to find the perfect loft bed with a desk, he was the only one that treated us like people vs a means to a meet a quota. Although we did not purchase our initial Intended item, due to unavailability of lofts inside the store, we walked out as new owners of a life changing investment. As we were headed out the front door, he offered us a free and quick demonstration of the beds and we agreed because he was so nice. A couple hours later, he proved why he is truly the best sleep doctor and we made the largest bed purchase of our lives. I dread laying down for bed and night because of my chronic pain but I am anxiously waiting for the delivery this weekend to begin to enjoy sleeping. Thank you for all your patience and expertise.

Mannnnn it was a awesome visit with Kory whom we bought our therapeutic bed from. That bed definitely carry a wow factor and to that I say Wow! Yes after telling all about the bed I just had to have it. Then I just had to get one of the pillows which feels amazing. Check it out and you will love it too!

We had another fantastic experience at Ashley Homestore in Arlington, TX. Chris helped us today. He listened to what we were looking for, didn’t hover, but stayed close enough to answer our questions. Chris helped us stay within our budget, explained every detail, and we couldn’t be happier with the process.

Worst experience ever! If i could give this a 0 i would. our sales person named Christopher, tall curly hair guy so unprofessional he was so rude and unhelpful I’m never coming back to this location. Don’t waste your time or money here

Great customer service. The sleep expert really knows his stuff and the sales associate was very attentive and patient and worked with me on some pricing! Also, there’s some really nice stuff in that store to choose from.

I loved the recliner, but after a year and a half I start to have electrical problems. It intermittently works. The wires seem to be connected. I’ve never worked so hard to get someone to repair anything. Every phone call I make I get passed off to another number to call. Then I’m requested to put my info in a chat box. Then told I needed to call yet another number and do the uploads again. This is POOR customer service!! I will definitely leave Ashley’s off my list for future purchases!

Excellent customer service!

We had the best experience today shopping for my mom a chair. We went in not knowing if we were going to find the right thing, and Kashia was so very helpful. She helped us find the perfect chair. We were in and out within an hour. We sat in one chair and we bought the first chair we sat in. She knew exactly what we wanted. Super friendly and professional. Thank you Ashley…Kashia needs a raise!

My visit to Ashley Furniture was less than satisfactory. The selection left much to be desired, with limited options that failed to inspire or meet my expectations. The lack of variety made it challenging to find pieces that truly resonated with my personal style and the needs of my home. Upon entering the store, the sales approach was immediately off-putting. The staff, resembling a flock of vultures, were overly eager to the point of discomfort. One salesperson's conspicuous signal to another upon our arrival felt unprofessional and tacky, setting a negative tone for the visit. The persistence of the sales team was relentless. Despite my clear disinterest, they approached us no less than five times, each encounter more intrusive than the last. Their inability to respect my browsing space and decision-making process was frustrating. It reached a point where maintaining politeness became a struggle, as their pushiness bordered on harassment. Overall, the experience was marred by aggressive sales tactics and a disappointing product range. It's unfortunate when a shopping trip, which should be enjoyable and exciting, turns into an ordeal. I hope Ashley Furniture reevaluates its customer engagement strategies and broadens its selection to better serve potential buyers.
