I will never buy furniture from Ashley furniture again. They do not stand behind their products and after sale customer service sucks. We received delivery of our new modular sofa with right arm chase lounger with a no arm center and regular left arm piece and ottoman. After getting it into our home we didn’t like the look of the chase lounger, it is too bulky and looked different in store. I called guest services to see if we could just exchange it for a regular modular right arm chair piece so it would be like a regular sofa. We only had it in our home for less than 2 hours and didn’t even sit on it yet and Ashley denied the exchange. I was on the phone with them for over 2 hours, sending them pictures etc, Now we are stuck with this chase lounger. They have a no return policy that I was unaware of when I bought the sofa which I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I known that. People do change their mind. Bad policy Ashley’s!

Start to finish I love my couch. I sat on everything, laid across everything, left and prayed on it, came back, CHANGED MY MIND and still left the happiest ever. Roland was super cool. He even took pictures of me to send to my mom while I was making my decision so she could see the length and things. Even though I went over budget I am so happy with my couch and I cannot wait to have family visit from out of state.

Be careful with this store, rude management. They lie to you when you are shopping about the product and when you get product it’s too late. I call them back to complaint they dismiss me like I don’t mean anything. As a result I Asked for manager, the person on the phone said manager is too busy first then said with a customer asked I asked I can stay on hold, however they put me for more than 45 minutes still no one manager. I hang up and called the corporate office. Don’t go there.

I purchased a recliner. After I was given 6 different delivery dates and neither one was happening, I gave up. The first 3 dates, I wasn't even informed that they weren't going to happen. I had to find out myself by calling them. During the whole frustrating process I requested to speak to a manager 3 times and was either told he would call me back (which never happened) or was put on hold with noone ever coming back on the line. Awful experience, I would give 0 stars if I could.
