We had an amazing experience in store with Micheal helped us out. He greeted us and gave us a great deal for the dressers we asked of but today we had bad experience at the warehouse. No one was there to open and help out. We get home a dresser is broken and The wrong color they’re supposed to be champagne, but they’re silver. Spoke to someone so hopefully we can get A new dresser delivered with free delivery. I don’t mind settling for the silver. I’m happy with whichever one but just had to point out. It was the wrong color because what if it’s somebody else Doesn’t want to settle for silver They need to be more on top of their job and more aware of customers orders to get them correct the first time .
Loved working with Gayle she was awesome & very patient with me being that I was unsure with what I wanted. She made my experience great, she’s the best.

My experience was great starting off with Christian Jai. I just left Living Spaces, customer service was not the best but their furniture was more my taste. So Christian, asked what was I looking for I told him a sectional but not thrilled with what I saw on the showroom. He found a sectional I Loved, he and Amilcar Ruiz, worked so hard got me a GREAT deal. Christian & Amilcar are the best salesman at Ashley in Arlington extremely professional, patient. Me and My Wife bought two living room sets today, and Ms. Taylor Kilgore was so very awsome to deal with. Would totally refer her to anyone needing anything from Ashley's furniture, she's the one to deal with.
