I walked in the store and I was very pleased with customer service the young lady helping me was Ms. Taylor she allowed us to walk around and when we had questions she was there but the other employees was asking if we needed any help as we was walking around looking so they also was concerned about our needs but Ms. Taylor and the manager at that store really took real good care of me I really want to thank the both of them for making my purchase so pleasing to me I was very grateful when I left there.. Thank you both Ms. Taylor and the manager for giving me the best customer service I have ever had in a long time thanks for brighten my day!!!
Totally disappointed. Bought a bedroom set from here and was so excited, thinking I had made the best choice and was getting the best quality. Wow, was I wrong. Regretting my decision to purchase from here instead of HomeZone or Rooms to Go. Lesson learned. My sales rep, Eric, was super slow and less than helpful but I fell in love with the pieces and had to have it. He personally vouched for an independent moving company that was unprofessional and RUDE to pick up and deliver the piece. They came with no prior notice and were argumentative when I asked for a receipt. A request which I had made prior to delivery, even threating to "just return my items to the store". Then I get the dresser and it's rocking. They tell me it can't be serviced since I bought the showroom piece. Seems like if you're going to sell some one a piece "as-is" you should be honest about any flaws in the product before they take that deal. Definitely feel like Ashley's sold me a lemon. The delivery service was subpar, my original delivery date was 11/29, then I randomly getting a call, telling me to select a date and the soonest available is 12/5. Confused, I attempted to use the customer service chat option only to be greeted by a rep and then completely ignored when I expressed my concerns. The next day I get a new call from Ashley's to schedule the delivery, this time for 12/1. Hopefully, it actually happens this time. Lesson definitely learned.
Both shanon (I’m sure I misspelled his name) and Chris were extremely patient and helpful as my family and I shopped for a new mattress for my granny. The experience was painless and even fun!
Lati and Rogina are very helpful and patience. I was able to purchase nice furniture pieces for an apartment. Friendly customer service and easy shopping in store.
This was our 3rd big purchase at this store over the last 7 years and we always have the easiest and best experience. Chris was patient and knowledgeable. Very thankful for his service.
