This was my 1st time there and I have no regrets. I look forward to buying more furniture via Courtney Youssef. She is fantastic and very knowledgeable.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store. After discussing a discount on furniture with Shannon Tharp , I stepped out briefly to get my wallet. When I returned just a few minutes later, I was informed that I would no longer receive the discount and had to pay the full price. I was quite taken aback by this change and found the attitude displayed to be quite rude. Despite my attempt to resolve the situation, I was met with indifference when I mentioned leaving a review.He said I don’t care about customer care . Shannon Tharp - Associate sales manager

Store is nice lots to chose from. Chris helped us. He was knowledgeable on the couch we purchased, no pressure from him. He is a great sales person!

Gayle Turner was extremely helpful and super nice. She made us feel like we were extremely important.

We got some furniture from this store, very disappointed with their delivery team and customer service. The delivery team gave us the wrong furniture and always act on a rush to deliver. We try to get the item replaced and never got the customer service to respond. I try several times to get this issue resolved and they ignore my request, I encourage any customers to think about it before buy from a place that use a 3rd party to deliver their products. Specially if they won’t have a service desk in place to help their customers.

The BEST sleep expert ever! Korey provided us with the best service from the moment we walked into the store. After traveling all over the DFW Metroplex to find the perfect loft bed with a desk, he was the only one that treated us like people vs a means to a meet a quota. Although we did not purchase our initial Intended item, due to unavailability of lofts inside the store, we walked out as new owners of a life changing investment. As we were headed out the front door, he offered us a free and quick demonstration of the beds and we agreed because he was so nice. A couple hours later, he proved why he is truly the best sleep doctor and we made the largest bed purchase of our lives. I dread laying down for bed and night because of my chronic pain but I am anxiously waiting for the delivery this weekend to begin to enjoy sleeping. Thank you for all your patience and expertise.

Good people and freindly and very helpful

Mannnnn it was a awesome visit with Kory whom we bought our therapeutic bed from. That bed definitely carry a wow factor and to that I say Wow! Yes after telling all about the bed I just had to have it. Then I just had to get one of the pillows which feels amazing. Check it out and you will love it too!

Best experience, lots to choose from! Great staff. KOLBY was fantastic, took his time with us and very patient. Treated granddaughter to some candy to entertain her while we shopped! Go see them, you won't be disappointed!

We had another fantastic experience at Ashley Homestore in Arlington, TX. Chris helped us today. He listened to what we were looking for, didn’t hover, but stayed close enough to answer our questions. Chris helped us stay within our budget, explained every detail, and we couldn’t be happier with the process.

Worst experience ever! If i could give this a 0 i would. our sales person named Christopher, tall curly hair guy so unprofessional he was so rude and unhelpful I’m never coming back to this location. Don’t waste your time or money here

Great customer service. The sleep expert really knows his stuff and the sales associate was very attentive and patient and worked with me on some pricing! Also, there’s some really nice stuff in that store to choose from.

I loved the recliner, but after a year and a half I start to have electrical problems. It intermittently works. The wires seem to be connected. I’ve never worked so hard to get someone to repair anything. Every phone call I make I get passed off to another number to call. Then I’m requested to put my info in a chat box. Then told I needed to call yet another number and do the uploads again. This is POOR customer service!! I will definitely leave Ashley’s off my list for future purchases!

We had the best experience today shopping for my mom a chair. We went in not knowing if we were going to find the right thing, and Kashia was so very helpful. She helped us find the perfect chair. We were in and out within an hour. We sat in one chair and we bought the first chair we sat in. She knew exactly what we wanted. Super friendly and professional. My visit to Ashley Furniture was less than satisfactory. The selection left much to be desired, with limited options that failed to inspire or meet my expectations. The lack of variety made it challenging to find pieces that truly resonated with my personal style and the needs of my home. Upon entering the store, the sales approach was immediately off-putting. The staff, resembling a flock of vultures, were overly eager to the point of discomfort. One salesperson's conspicuous signal to another upon our arrival felt unprofessional and tacky, setting a negative tone for the visit. The persistence of the sales team was relentless. Despite my clear disinterest, they approached us no less than five times, each encounter more intrusive than the last. Their inability to respect my browsing space and decision-making process was frustrating. It reached a point where maintaining politeness became a struggle, as their pushiness bordered on harassment. Overall, the experience was marred by aggressive sales tactics and a disappointing product range. It's unfortunate when a shopping trip, which should be enjoyable and exciting, turns into an ordeal. I hope Ashley Furniture reevaluates its customer engagement strategies and broadens its selection to better serve potential buyers.

American made, quality made. No pressure sales. Great teamwork. Special shout out for Korey, very knowledgeable and provides very information requested. Very comfortable and enjoyable purchase.

I had a positive shopping experience at Ashley Store. I was able to make my furniture purchase in a fast and efficient way, and Gayle was very helpful. She answered all my questions, was knowledgeable about the merchandise, and was very pleasant.

The customer service at Ashley's was incredible. Courtney and Eric were very easy going and answered all of our questions. I would recommend if you are going to shop at Ashley's you must ask for them.

My sales person Christian was very patient and assist with showing me different designer styles. He brought over the staff member to demo the adjustable bed and that person was very knowledgeable. I was looking to purchase a kitchen table and chairs and a dining set but all of the chairs for those sets were uncomfortable. I settled on just a particular table and not the chairs.

Miguel was excellent in helping our family out with all our needs. Even on his off days! We appreciate him and the store. Great service great customer skills.

Gayle was very friendly and helpful to my sister and I as we purchased a twin bed for our mom.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE! This lack of customer service is appalling. The sales manager Courtney's response is "It is not our job to provide customer service". There are plenty of furniture options in DFW where client satisfaction and service is a priority. This store doesn't deserve your money or your time.

Arlington store was a big help Latie was a big helped and met all my needs and quickly.

I purchased a bed and mattress at the store and later chose to have White Glove Delivery. I was unaware nor advised this service would not assemble the bed. I purchased this service to assemble the bed not to walk a full size mattress, in a box, wherever I wanted . I have had several conversations with Ashley concerning this delivery and not once was I informed this particular item would not be assembled. Very disappointed to say the least!

We always have a great experience there Corey helped us today and he went above and beyond. If you want great superior service ask for Corey.

The movers were Great, they did a Awesome job. They were very careful not to break anything , and they set everything up the way I wanted it.

I went into store to look at their recliners. I looked at several and found the one I liked so bought and paid for the recliner at that time and delivery time and day were setup. The recliner was delivered at specified time but when the delivery guys brought the recliner inside I immediately told him it was not the right color, I had selected a lighter color called Fossil but that is not the color I that they delivered. The delivery guy said I would need to call Customer Service so I signed his phone to confirm delivery although it is not correct. I contacted Customer Service and they said they would process the complaint and send it to the store and someone would contact me. After several additional calls to Customer Service I still have not been contacted by anyone. I also called the store directly and one of the Sales person told me that he would let the Manager know about my complaint. I still have not heard from anyone from the store. With Ashley you don't get what you want, you get what you get! The store is located in Arlington Texas on South Cooper Street. NEVER AGAIN!!

Me and my mother had a good experience ☺️

Bought a couch here back in March from a representative in the store (I believe his name was Charlie) and we were straight up lied to. He tried pushing the sale on us, telling us it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Here we are nearly 3 months later and still waiting on the delivery because the couch was on backorder and they didn't bother to tell us the truth about how long it would take (the information was readily available on their website). He also told us that our warranty (if not used by the end of it's term) would be refunded to our card. The fine print actually says it turns into a rebate for the store. Another lie to get us to buy. I would avoid buying here.

Jeremy went the extra mile to get my application approved. The team work is excellent. He was very professional and courtesy was presented with no pressure. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would most definitely recommend Ashley Store.

I received the worst service. The furniture arrived defective. I got the run-around from 5 different employees and managers regarding my refund. I continued to get multiple calls at different times, every day for them to redeliver the same items I returned. I even went to the store and spoke to them regarding my items being returned. They never canceled the order in their system. It has been 6 days since I returned them and still have not received my refund. I will NEVER purchase furniture from them again.

My experience at Ashley furniture was phenomenal. Courtney Yousef helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. I had great service and she was very helpful in assisting with finding what I needed. I definitely recommend them and when you go ask for Courtney!

Fantastic place to shop

I'm appalled that an associate manager (Courtney) would say her job doesn't include customer service! I expressed my concerns asking her to reach out to someone higher than herself when she replied "I can't" nor would she provide any contact information for me to reach out to them. My delivery was not completed when scheduled (I received one item a few days ago the other was to have been delivered yesterday). I canceled the order, attempted to return the item (I haven't even sat on) previously delivered and was told "No I can't do that". My time and my money were wasted, and I now have an incomplete set of furniture because her job is not about customer service! Worst experience ever!!!

DISAPPOINTED

The store its self was fine. Pick up was terrible won't buy from them again Got to the pickup location to a sign on the door saying they would be back in a hour no specific time listed. Called only to find out they should be there and had to send them a picture of the note on the door before they would address any issue after finally getting someone out took them another 45 minutes to even get the order ready costed me money sitting and waiting for a rented truck. Again store was fine if you pay for the shipping probably fine if your picking up your own order just go somewhere else.

I had a very bad experience here. I moved into a new apartment and went to purchase a dining room set immediately. I went to the store and ordered something online and set up delivery. They rescheduled me three times and I finally went up to the store and asked for my money back and the manager offered me a small refund and said she spoke to her regional and there was a firm delivery for the following weekend. My delivery window was from 8 to 11 and at 10:56 I got a text asking me to schedule my delivery again so immediately went up to the store and got my refund. They have horrible horrible communication skills and when you try to call the store nobody answers.

Multi years/sets of furniture I’ve bought from the Arlington store. I always shop around but end up returning for the quality and value bundle pricing. Jose helped us this time and was very helpful and professional. I recommend the service and value you get with Ashley!

Worst experience ever. I do NOT recommend going to this Ashley store. I order a king bed set from them which I made extremely easy by going in there and already knowing exactly what I wanted. The guy that helped me didn’t have to do much. I told him I was moving and needed the bed set. I paid for delivery and setup. He said make sure I respond quickly with delivery which I did. It was going to be delivered on a Friday. Since I picked assembly I knew it would take a moment. So I took off work for that day. The day before I get a call that the king bed is “lost”. She had no update when it would be in and was extremely unhelpful. I then did the Ashley chat online and waited for them to tell me I have no order placed with their company. I left work and went to the store I purchased at. Between this I messaged the guy who I purchased with which I got zero responses. I then get to the store and he is laughing in a corner and we lock eyes and as I go to the counter he sends me a text sorry I’m on lunch. He clearly was not. I then speak to the manager Megan and tell her the situation. She cuts me off multiple times. Tells me over an over to give her until the end of the day. So I said is that 5 o’clock? You close at 9? She said yes around 5 I will reach out. At 7pm I call her since I’ve heard nothing. which she doesn’t answer and instead sends me a text message saying it shows the 7th now. Couldn’t even call me though. The 7th passes and they have no update. I have cancelled my king bed set and will not ever be going back to this store. Their communication all around is horrible!!! Why you would think texting as a manager is acceptable I have no clue. Save your time & money and go somewhere else!

We came in to get new pillows and look at new mattresses. I am always thankful for nice customer service and willing to give us time to answer questions without sales “buy it now” pressure. We will be back when we are ready to purchase the mattress!

Poor customer service and rude staffs. Their so call manager are worst they don't even have the basic communication skills. All they care about is making a sell. They judged client base on how they look. I do not recommend Ashley furniture in Arlington. I reported them to cooperate.

The Arlington location is by far the worst location ever! They literally dropped the ball multiple times in setting up delivery for my mother-in-law bedroom set. Mind you she purchase 2 wks prior inside the store with the help of one of the “managers “ and still did not get her furniture delivered. She canceled her order and they lost over $5k in sales. Do not go to this location they provide high expectations with broken promises. Will never return again.

The absolute worst service, if i had the option to give it zero stars i would. All they care about is making the sale, they lie about the inventory, they lie about the delivery all until its too late they have taken your money and now you are left without money and furniture. Kasha, Courtney and Meghan along with the warehouse staff all made this experience hell. And their only answer to anything is well the system wont allow me. Allowing a computer dictate your level of customer service is the worst that is not customer service. I will never ever be a Ashley Customer and i truly hope anyone reading this wont be either. Do not waste your money on this company or your time with people that could care less about you as a person. I wish i could tell my entire story and how each of them failed. But take my word for it, do not shop Ashley Furniture.

If I could give a zero star I would the staff is only concerned about making a sale my elderly mom and myself spent over 7,000 in one day just to end up with no merchandise last week I was told I would get my mattress on the day we moved in after we called and ask why we haven’t received the text to confirm they told us the order was cancelled same thing with my mom bedroom set after she confirmed through text they cancelled her order this is the worst place I would never shop here again HOME ZONE WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY BUSINESS

We had an amazing experience in store with Micheal helped us out. He greeted us and gave us a great deal for the dressers we asked of but today we had bad experience at the warehouse. No one was there to open and help out. We get home a dresser is broken and The wrong color they’re supposed to be champagne, but they’re silver. Spoke to someone so hopefully we can get A new dresser delivered with free delivery. I don’t mind settling for the silver. I’m happy with whichever one but just had to point out. It was the wrong color because what if it’s somebody else Doesn’t want to settle for silver They need to be more on top of their job and more aware of customers orders to get them correct the first time .

My experience was great starting off with Christian Jai. I just left Living Spaces, customer service was not the best but their furniture was more my taste. So Christian, asked what was I looking for I told him a sectional but not thrilled with what I saw on the showroom. He found a sectional I Loved, he and Amilcar Ruiz, worked so hard got me a GREAT deal. Christian & Amilcar are the best salesman at Ashley in Arlington extremely professional, patient. You two help me change my mind purchasing from Living Spaces, to Ashley. Thank you! Cassietta

Me and My Wife bought two living room sets today, and Ms. Taylor Kilgore was so very awsome to deal with. Would totally refer her to anyone needing anything from Ashley's furniture, she's the one to deal with. Update July 26, 2024: We canceled the two living room sets that we had purchased like two months ago, because we were told that they would hold our order for us until our house was built... then we kept getting calls to go and pick it up. So I canceled the order which was $12,600. $12,000 of that was put on a credit card, and the $600 taken from my debit card. As of yet, I have not received my $600 back to my debit account. I was told within 10 working days, I would receive this money back into my account. It has been well over 10 business days. My advice stay away from this store. Yes they have nice stuff for good prices, but if you ever run into an issue, they will not resolve the issue.

Gayle was wonderful to work with. She spent a lot of time with us & didn’t get upset when we changed everything after the order had been written up. She was patient & managed to get exactly what we wanted. The experience was 5-star for sure.

Went to Ashley’s Furniture Store at Arlington Texas on Cooper and we were purchasing 2 bar stools and finally we were at the check out ready to go pick up at the warehouse when unfortunately, they told us the payment did not go through however when we called the credit card company they said other wise and that we had to now wait 7-10 days to get our money back and wanted us to use another form of payment to pick up the merchandise. It was there error and now we have to wait to get our merchandise that we purchased and payment went through. What a coincidence that now it’s a system error on there end. And nothing can be done but for us to use another form of payment. Maybe when you are doing a sale you might want to check your system maybe even wait to do an upgrade before the store opens or the store closes and to make sure they are working properly and fully charged. What terrible service we experience at Ashley’s furniture store in Arlington on cooper the sales person and the assistant store manager. Horrible service!!! I can’t even go buy my barstools at another store because I have to wait for my money to go back in on my card. What a coincidence that they don’t have record of the sale and my card company confirmed to them it was taken out.

We have been long time Ashley Furniture fans. We had a house fire and are starting to replace big ticket items. They were very caring and took care of us right away! Thank you!

Eric Toops was amazing. Great sense of humor, very friendly, has a great smile. Hard to find customer service that is good enough anymore. Eric was and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with us today. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately approaching. I asked if I could just walk around and come to the sales person if I had questions and they agreed, but then completely followed me around the whole time. It was very uncomfortable.

Sales person came over quick. Left to go start order and someone else returned. Was told he got busy. She was too busy on her Sales radio and other employees interrupting her. Kept messing my order up. Poor service.

Welcoming environment. Immediately upon entering the Ashley Store in Arlington,TX, I was greeted with a smile and welcome by Micheal K. His demeanor was very professional. He made sure to offer assistance while encouraging me to browse the store at will. Today I knew exactly what I was looking for and although the store didn't have the item on display, Micheal assisted with getting it ordered. The process was smooth and quick. I defintely plan to shop the store again with future purchases.

Well what can I say, my experience inside the store was exceptionally good, my sales rep Jose Villafane was knowledgeable of the products that I was looking to buy, helped me out with the entire purchase but....when it comes to the delivery service is terrible, left garbage all over my house and refuse accept the pick ups, make sure if you're getting a new mattress and the matress they are picking up is in great condition, i mean like it's brand new..lol or else they wont pick it up.

Just buy online. I could’ve saved so much

I am still waiting on a resolution for the broken furniture delivered. Apparently if the delivery staff takes it back, they have to pay for it. I didn’t know this upon delivery when they told me they couldn’t take it back, but had to have a technician to come out and if not able to repair or replace I would get a refund. It was all lies! I still have the damaged furniture that was delivered damaged with the delivery guy putting it in the note. I have not yet been contacted. I am constantly contacting them or my sales representative. I would just like unbroken items since I paid for the items brand new.

I will never go back to this place. The sales woman was very pushy and didn't lesson to me about what I was saying at all. At one point she talked me into setting into a power recliner then she started pushing the button to the recliners head and back until it was hurting my neck. I kept asking her to stop but she on kept doing it. My wife had to tell her to stop and then she finally did. I mean come on man! When I asked my wife if she wanted anything from the store and she said no I said let's go. The sales woman followed me almost out the door. Like I said never again.

Attention customers, We advise against purchasing Ashly home warranties. We purchased a 5 year warranty. Despite purchasing their warranty, they fail to inspect defects thoroughly, instead requesting pictures which result in a drawn-out process. This is misleading as they do not honor their commitments. We strongly recommend avoiding Ashley Furniture altogether as they do not stand behind their promises. We will be filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. Dear Ashley Furniture. I can in the past weekend. I want to purchase a Dinette and a server . When I walked in I was approached by a salesman. I said I’m just browsing and remembered his name, I know the layout of the store. I was approached 4 more times before I could make the circle about my sleep habits and mattresses. .. it was too much .

BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a couch and loveseat. Both have quality issues. So far two technicians have been out one said the items need to be replaced. The other was from SAW, a contractor Ashley uses. The second technician was rude and condescending. He would not even look at the pieces to evaluate them. He said he was only given 30 min of time to work on the couch and he already used it to talk to me. BUY ROOMS TO GO. We had a warranty issue was totally resolved in 5 days with 1 trip.

Associates are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, stock shown in store is rarely available in a timely manner. I'm now looking at 8 weeks before I can get the couches and chairs I purchased.

Great experience with Michael K. We were looking for furniture back in September, he helped us two times figuring out what we needed, very patient, very professional. He was never pushy, he was very helpful, very friendly. We decided we would hold on buying new sofas. We came back after six months and surprisingly he remember exactly which sectional we liked. That was impressive. Ashley Furniture was awesome because they have so many selections and the closing sale was super fast. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Ashley store is saying they are not responsible for damaged items once you sign saying you received the item. My box spring was delivered yesterday in a shredded plastic. I went outside and told them I did not want it with a ripped and shredded plastic cover. They said they were a delivery service and I could call Ashely and have them replace any damaged items. Now I want to return the box spring. It has a huge hole in it that I did not see when it was delivered. And Ashly is saying it is not their problem since I signed. And Ashly furniture can’t refund my money.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchase many items. When the items were brought out they were damaged. the technician stated that he had to leave them and there would be someone to come fix the table or if unable to fix it would be replaced or refunded. they brought half of the table and of course the table was still broken, not to mention all of the items in the box (dresser and nightstand). I was told by Osi and Linda when I called to get a replacement or refund, that I would have to file a claim and that Ashley will not refund if the item is not repairable. AVOID THIS STORE!!!! they do not honor their products. They do not value your time. Although it is documented that my table is broken, they want me to file a claim for someone else to come out and say it's broken.

It was a great experience, Miguel the person who attended us was super friendly, he explained everything to us very clearly. Thank you Ashley for being very kind and I love the quality of furniture.

Very bad quality, this gonna be my last time buying at ashley’s , i am waiting for them to do something about this case, is been 3 times they have changed the item , every time is something wrong, waiting in the forth one, customer service is been really bad too, like they just working, they don’t care about you, a lady finished or mute my call telling me that she had more customers in line waiting and she could not wait for me to look for a bar code that was under the sofa, sofa is heavy i told her, so i was going to ask for help to my hb… in some words this whole situation have been frustrating, I DONT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FORNITURE. Maybe is just my experience, but believe me you will be there, i am looking forward to ask for legal help, my first delivery was on november, so almost 4 moths of wasting my time, trying to fix this issue, amd obviously throwing my money to the trash

I purchased new furniture to update an extra living room space. Gayle made the process very easy and she was so personable. Ashley’s has a great selection to meet all your needs I highly recommend that you check them out.

Excellent costumer service

I do not recommend buying Ashley furniture. Once your delivery driver leaves, it is yours no matter how crappy it is. We bought a double reclining sofa and the matching recliner. The double reclining sofa has two bad motors that they tell us need to be replaced. Two weeks later the recliner arrived and it also has a bad motor that will have to be replaced. The only thing that was stressed to us was that if anything is damaged, you have to report it within 72 hours. We were never told that once the driver leaves there are no returns. I wish that we had started looking at other furniture stores instead of Ashley, at least most of them have a seven day return policy so I could return defective products. Now we’re stuck with a few thousand dollars worth of furniture that we know is cheaply made and was defective upon delivery. Takes every bit of the joy out of buying new furniture.

I had a BAD experience at Ashley’s in another state. I dreaded giving them another chance as I am all about customer service. I called to see if they had a specific furniture in stock. I spoke with Taylor & I decided to go in & look at other designs. Taylor was VERY informative on every type of furniture. She did her due diligence in checking for items I was interested in that were available online, tried her best to make sure all of my boxes were checked. She really was personable & dedicated to making sure we were going to leave happy. Her manager, Shannon, supported her every step of the way to make sure her goals were met. It was great team work to experience on our behalf. They definitely changed my look with Ashley’s.

I bought a recliner a few months ago that is already showing wear. This latest purchase was four kitchen table chairs. I purchased them over the phone from a sales lady that I knew from a competitor. The purchase went well. I went to pick up at wear house and had to wait at the dock for about an hour. Got home discovered one of the chair backs was cracked all the way through. My Ashley buying days are over.

My son and I came in looking for a new chair for his bedroom. We were greeted at the door by Ms. Gail. She was very friendly, but I absolutely hate being followed around by a sales person. We greeted her and told her what we were looking for and that we would find her when we needed help. She honored that and let us take our time looking and trying out different chairs. When we were ready to make a decision, she was available and made our final decision on which chair to purchase a no Brainer. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. We left with the chair my son picked out at a GREAT price.

Horrible experience. My third exchanged dresser still is all sorts of messed, my knight stand the light doesn’t work and the drawer doesn’t close. Been waiting for over 8 weeks to receive any kind of service on my nightstand. Dressers doors suck, I wish I can return everything

They told me it was going to be all here on the 12 turns out some pieces were missing

We put a one star rating because there ino zero. The sales staff did an excellent job of getting us to buy. The delivery crew did a fair to poor job but the deal breaker is the warranty service. Unbelievable..we have never been so ripped off. We discovered defects in workmanship and they will not honor what the sales crew told us. Buyers beware: the REAL Ashley Warranty is they will only honor their warranty if you notify the service department within ten days of the accident occurrence. They will not fix anything Ashley or their manufacturer does. That is not similar to the sales staff. We are stuck with hiring help. Deceptive sales practice is zero star performance.

Nick was awesome in helping us get our couch ordered, even though we showed up right before close. Our couch was delivered way earlier than we expected so that was a pleasant and welcome surprise, considering we were in the middle of a move and wanting to have people over for the holidays. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely worst place to buy a couch. Biggest waste of money and disappointment in the make/quality of the couch. Brand new-the back pillows are not stuffed evenly. Couch cushions are already sunken in. The ottoman is sunken in and no one sits on it. Of course, you don't notice these things until after accepting the delivery. Somehow we ordered the wrong sectional pieces OR the sales rep entered in wrong and we tried to tell the delivery guy it's not right and he lied to us saying we can think on it and if we still dont like the sectional layout then we can return. He was only trying to get home because we were the last stop and he was by himself. We had problems with the orginal delivery date we were told. The sales reps are obviously there just to make a sell and will tell you whatever they can to make you believe the quality is good. If I were you I would run the other way and don't even considered Ashley's furniture. This experience was a nightmare and I literally cried over this because I was so unhappy with the product. Run!

The delivery service was subpar, my original delivery date was 11/29, then I randomly getting a call, telling me to select a date and the soonest available is 12/5. Confused, I attempted to use the customer service chat option only to be greeted by a rep and then completely ignored when I expressed my concerns. The next day I get a new call from Ashley's to schedule the delivery, this time for 12/1. Hopefully, it actually happens this time. Lesson definitely learned.

Extremely Disappointed with Ashley Homestore's Unreceived Furniture I cannot express how profoundly disappointed I am with my recent experience with Ashley Homestore's Arlington Store. After fully paying for my furniture order, I have yet to receive two of the items I purchased. This has been an absolute inconvenience, and I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with others. I placed my order for a pair of motorized adjustable height desk set from this location with great excitement. The selection and prices seemed excellent, and I have had a good experience about the brand's quality after purchasing a master bedroom set few years back. After completing my purchase and eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new furniture, I was shocked to find the desks delivered were the incorrect color. I reached out to the store and their customer service department multiple times, but the responses were generic and contradictory but as of date there is no clear ETA on the arrival except a six week window with no guarantees. This is simply unacceptable for a business that relies on its customers' trust and satisfaction. What is most frustrating is the fact that I paid for these items in full, and I have received absolutely nothing in return except a small credit for the delivery. It's as if my hard-earned money has simply vanished into thin air. This has caused some stress on my health as I am constantly sitting and the inconvenience that I could have avoided by choosing a more reliable furniture retailer. I sincerely hope that others will read this review and think twice before ordering from Ashley Homestore Arlington. My experience has been nothing short of a major inconvenience, and I strongly advise against doing business with them until they can demonstrate a significant improvement in their customer service and fulfillment processes. In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how disheartened I am by Ashley Homestore's complete lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your furniture needs.

It was the most stressless experience of getting furniture and Miguel was awesome!

I went in with a sort of vague idea of what I wanted. Jose helped me figure out what I wanted and he was able to stay in the price range. I was looking for. I’m really thankful for his knowledge and friendliness. I’m excited to get my new furniture on Tuesday!

Sofa sleeper zipper fell off. It had been cut. Coffee table has a capital P defect on top drawer. Warranty starts as a bot if text. Recordinf fir warranty. Person referred me to another number. Store Mgr gave me a wrong number. 45 min minimum to first person on day of delivery. One bot one Mgr wrong number transfer and told call back later. Day 2 phone fall said no pics. Gave her date and time. I held over 15 min after pics found. no rep resonse and no call back. Put message to bot. Just can I help no response. I don't recommend the warranty. How to return is the same system. Tried calling number today and same recording. Spent less time buying. Delivery great. Sales great. Lati. Did a great job I was shopping by wood color and sofa sleeper color Quick Service help me find things quickly

I had originally posted a good review, because in store it seemed decent, Laika(sp) was wonderful and friendly and didn’t pressure us like other stores, however that is the extent of the good experience…it went downhill fast! First we were told about 2-3 weeks to be able to pick up our mattress from warehouse, I thought ok not bad it’s a California king (bed in a box deal) so maybe not as readily available. So then I texted the customer support line to see if could get updates about our order and was told 2-16 weeks like what?!?!? It took about 10 weeks with 2 date push backs before we FINNALLY were able to get it! Ok fine irritated about that but finally got it to replace our old breaking down one, so we leave it out longer than box’s suggestion of 48 hours, we almost hit 72 hours maybe 4 hrs shy of it. When we put it up it was soooo flimsy on one side it kept almost dumping my husband out of the bed, so we contacted the support again. Oh you have to wait a month to make a warranty claim on this, cause it may keep inflating (how with two adults on it idk but hey ok) Fine so we wait said 30 days on an uncomfortable mattress that also had feelings of misaligned springs or easily falling out of bed due to no support, do the support line, have to schedule inspection, so another 2 weeks of uncomfortable bed, with their supposed comfort guarantee. The inspector said bed has half inch dip in middle and it’s normal wear and tear! You kidding me?!? Only 1.5 months and it’s already sinking in?!?! So that mean it’ll be done in less than a yr 🙄, and they don’t care if you aren’t happy with the item they just say nothing they can do, so we spent our hard earned money to be screwed over by false promises of satisfaction! Won’t be getting anything else from this company again!

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! My mother and father paid in full for 2 recliners top of the line. What they got was a much cheaper version!!!! The day of delivery my mother signed for it but realized before they left it was the wrong furniture. The delivery man assured them they would bring back what they actually bought and take the wrong chairs back. Weeks have gone by and the store manager keeps giving my parents the run around. My parents are older and don't deserve this type of treatment especially for the fact they paid in full for the furniture. They better make this right for Mrs. Janet Little or expect to hear from a lawyer. Everytime I call I am told the manager is in a meeting. Today I was told the store manager Shannon is on vacation. Back in the day this place was the best place to buy furniture but the customer service has gone so far down hill. The way they treat seniors is absolutely disgusting. If I were you I wouldn't give this place any business they will take your money and run!!! Shame on you!!!!!

Ordered and paid for a sofa. After waiting several weeks for delivery, they text us to contact them about our delivery. When we called they said the sofa was no longer available “out of stock”. Bad business practices. We bought a sofa that wasn’t available or they over sold?!?! They refunded our money but what a waist of our time. Never buying from them again.

Let me just say, I have never been helped so well than with Kourtney. I highly recommend if you ever go to this Ashley’s, ask for her right away. She knows how to get the job done, and well. I came in with dilemmas and I have been to so many different places trying to figure out what I could get to fit in my apartment that has very tight spaces and Vincent came up to me as soon as I walked in the door and made sure I was taken care of the whole way through. I put him through the ringer and he never dropped his smile. I had to leave without purchase and come back with pictures and measurements 2 Days later, and the first place I seen when I walked in the door was Vincent. A set of customers walked in before me and he greeted them and told me to give him a sec and in a few he was back at it again with me making sure I was good. He literally took me through every avenue he could think of until I reached the final decision one that is completely different from my vision but Grand all the same and well protected I couldn't be more grateful for anything and all others that came and advised. Needless to say I appreciate the experience this store had to offer.. the grace alone is enough... Most people would not take out the time to stick with a customer like me... Especially not for 2 days 🤗

When we picked out the furniture it was great. I will say that they were very friendly and I felt like we got a really good price. We ordered a gray living room set. Out of that gray living room set one of the loveseats was brown. That was not taken off the truck. It was Sent back. I was given no direction On who to call or How this problem was going to be fixed. I called the Store and talk to the manager. The manager ended up giving me 3 different numbers to call to get my problem situated because he has no authority or access to correct it himself. How inConvenient!? I spent five thousand dollars there and you can't even take The initiative to help me figure this out. As the manager you should be able to handle these situations and not leave them on your customer. At the time of purchase they would have talked to any kind of lender so You can leave there making a big purchase. I don't understand why He couldn't contact His own company to get the situation Resolved himself .. I chose ashley's To furnish my house because I felt like it was premium and they cared about their customers. But after this I will not recommend it And I definitely will not go back there to finish furnishing my house.

Poor products EVEN WORSE service. when you have a problem with it they don't fix it or accept any refunds. I purchased a couch, it arrived broken.....parts are coming I promise......5 months later still nothing, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I went into the store and spoke with the Manager, she said call this customer service number and talk to someone. She said the store cannot help with any of that. NOT Supply chain issues, thats a cop out. Own the outcome for your customers. My boyfriend and I purchased a couch from Ashley homestore last year. One of the recliner sides broke and their customer service is absolutely horrible. Makes me never want to use them again. The couch broke before the 1 year warranty and seems they don't want to help get the issue fixed. I've been without a couch for 2 weeks now with nobody scheduled to come look at it. Horrible customer service

Purchased a living room set have not received it yet but I wanted to exchange part of the set, some what an issue. Pieces selected incorrectly. When ask if I can cancel the order but because I used cash, was told will take 8 to 10 weeks to be refunded. At the time only finance I had so no way of exchanging. Came there to purchase dinning set which I did but when it came to the living room set, I am very unhappy, confused, and sad about the refund process and the piece that i am not happy with. Had previous bad experience with insurance process. With this said I will have to think strongly about purchasing furniture from Ashley again. Very dissatisfied ex customer.

My wife and I purchased 6k of furniture from the Arlington location 4 weeks ago. The couch and love seat had the motors so we were told we would need the charger for the one that’s not against the wall and was told we could bring back if not needed. We ended up not needing it so we went today the 30th of July and was greeted by the most unfriendly, hostile store manager I’ve encounter in the last 20 years. She immediately before we could finish talking RUDLY TOLD US IT WAS NON RETURNABLE!! I told her the gentleman said we could return if we didn’t need it and she said no he didn’t her staff would never say that!! Basically calling us a liar. She also told us it stated that in the paperwork as well. My issue is even if it was non returnable and we were given bad info at the point of purchase she still could have a little compassion and friendliness especially all the money we spent with Ashley. Her store side manner in her presentation was horrible and I totally think it’s ridiculous for the store not to return the item knowing we will never shop Ashley’s furniture again. NFM would have never reacted that way and I’ve shopped with them the last 10 years and customer service is impeccable. Just want everyone to know steer clear of Ashley’s in Arlington Tx. We will never shop Ashley furniture again because of her rudeness after what we spent.

Beware of prices in the store and online. The online prices seem to be less than the in store prices. The number to the store directly isn't working and the customer service main line isn't that great either.

We still have 2 out of the 4 chairs broken. Do not buy from them, they will tell you what you want to hear and then they do not take care if you if you have any problems. DON T BUY FROM ASHLEY FURTNITURE ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN ARLINGTON TEXAS OFF I 20. The lady manager aldo finds many excuses on why her store she manages cannot take care if you. Very dishonest people and by the way tbe good reviews that you see is lucky people who have not had problems with the quality of their merchandise. I live in Ft. Worth & had called the store prior to arrival. The Sales Rep. Gayle Turner told me she got off @ 830 PM, but would wait. I arrived around 8:05. She was helping another customer. I waited then she went to another customer resulting in me waiting an hour for her. I felt financially molested after being charged a $169.00 delivery fee for one dresser with a mirror. This is not the Ashley I am use to doing business with. All the details are to lengthy to put in this comment section, but I felt deceived, not a good feeling. I probably wont be back after this. Note: there was another nice young sales lady that offered to help, but I had already talked to Gayle, and I knew they worked on comission. I also spoke to another older lady who was very nice. I had been there the day before and was told to come back the next day because whoever was needed to seal the deal was not there. I called before I came on this day and was told they were still not there, but to go ahead and come. This store is not close to my house. I just had a bad feeling about this experience.

I do not recommend protection plan in this store. I had protection plan, after 5 years when I called them to get credit ,I was told some one will contact within 48hrs to get it credited but no call back. when I called again, I was told the request was closed, then I was told I need to go to store to apply for credit, on store, I was told >$300 paid for mattress protection plan will not be credited,>$200 protection paid for furniture will be credited but I need to purchase for >$500 these information was not told when I purchased protection plan, more rules- that items should be store price not online price(online price $70-$250 less on the items I chose)/no price match($45 less on different store)/ no discount. when purchase is >$500 there will some delivery charge, $65 delivery fee based on my total price $613. while the purchase amount increases the delivery amount increase too. I decided not to buy at the end. do not buy protection plan if you plan to use credit later. The protection plan I purchased >$500 went down the drain, I thought -I could use it after 5yrs as told but that was EYEWASH.

Calvin did a great job taking what we were looking for and showing us the available options. We left purchasing a quality product that i hope to use for years to come.

We placed an order March 14th. Tell me why we have been given the run around since. It’s already May 23rd, no furniture!!!! 🤬 I spoke with management last week and was promised that the furniture would be delivered tomorrow with a 20% off so I wouldn’t cancel. Tell me again why I just received a text, our order was cancelled?? What’s wrong with your company, that you can’t deliver 1 couch and 1 chair, in a timely manner. We are no further than 90min away. This is beyond disappointing!!!!

I needed a power recliner. As I entered the store I was greeted by a lovley sales person who showed me a range of chairs and love seats. I found one i really liked (mid range) and was given a great price and fast delivery. I was given fabulous service and would recommend this to everyone. We had gone to the Lazy boy store and they didn't have any selection in store (and their prices are really high). Go to Ashey for a great peice and good price.

My experience here today was the best . Greeted as soon as I walked in the door without trying to sell me something right away, heard me out on what I was looking for and I was out the door within an hour happy with my purchase at the price I was looking to spend. Eric made my visit easy!!

The only missing 5th star is because the store played Christian religious music the whole time we were there. BUT, the store was very clean, inviting, comfortable, and well-lit. The atmosphere and everyone we met was so friendly and professional, and absolutely no pushy tactics. Most especially our salesperson, Courtney. If you can get her, do! She was extremely knowledgeable about the world of furniture, listened to our input of what we were looking for, and gave us good guidance on what we needed. She explained things so clearly, and without a hint of being condescending or impatient. It felt like she was "on our team" to help us find what we needed, versus just being the face of the company. We will absolutely be getting all our furniture here in the future!

Upon entering the store I said HELLO ASHLEY then I looked around for about 10min until a saleman name Jose Villafane greeting me with so much respect and he said welcome to Ashley how can I help you and I pulled out my phone and said I would like this and he said let me go check and I will be right back. He came back and said I apologize we do not have that in the store I said DARN! But I knew I wasn't leaving Ashley until I brought something. I said ok, I need a high queen-sized bed frame and he said I will show you 12inch/24inch. I said no only show me 24inch, he said ok. The very last one he showed me I said I'll take it and then I said I need a mattress, he said follow me. He said now which one would you like I said this one and he went on explaining to me about the mattress. We go checkout and I said I need a twin bed frame but I ran out of money. I said I will return shortly and I came back with my son and my son said Mom why you buying this little bed I said so family will not stay we all laugh. Get to the checkout I said Jose give me a full size bed frame instead and I will go to Costco for a mattress and he said wait Ms.Thompkins let me do something I said ok. He turn around and said how do like this mattress for $289.00 my son said I'll take it and mother looked at son and son said Mom you can't beat that Mom said you are absolutely right. I said Jose you didn't want me to go to Costco keep it all right here for Ashley right so we all started laughing. Smooth. Mother/Son thank everyone and left.

Never purchasing furniture from Ashley’s again I ordered my furniture 2months ago and twice they have stitched the delivery date and promise I’m going to get it on this date and still nothing I have called off work to schedule my deliveries twice $4,000 on furniture and cant get a clear answer on when my furniture will arrive and when I call this store the location I purchased it from the person who sold the furniture Michael Kelly and the manager Mary Ann refuse to get on the phone with me and give me any information this is the worst service I ever experienced

Michael was very helpful and very sweet. He helped us in purchasing both a couch and dinning table. He is the best sales person there to be honest! We will come back to HIM . Very very satisfied with out purchase and so happy and anxiously waiting for our delicious!!!

I went and picked up the recliner and when I got home it was the wrong color!!! The salesman Mike Kelly entered the wrong information and admitted it that it was their mistake!!! I’m very upset and I’m trying to get them to deliver the right one and now they’re saying they can’t exchange it because I didn’t reject it when I picked it up. I asked the guy if it was the right color, the light gray and he told me it should be. It is their job to check, it not mine! They had me take pictures of the chair, and email serial numbers and do all kind of stuff and going back-and-forth and they still won’t exchange it! So now I’m stuck with a chair that I don’t even like! I will never ever shop there again. it was the worst experience going back-and-forth and I still don’t have the right color. they’re saying there’s nothing they can do and I can’t return it so I’m not paying for the chair! I will dispute it on my credit card and not pay for it. It is the worst customer satisfaction I have ever had in my life!!! Never shop there! I’m done!!!

Hate it when employees push you into buying something. They pretend to let you be alone watching everything then they come back and never leave!!

We went in to look at sectionals. Not one employee asked if we needed or wanted help. Most of the power recliners weren't plugged in so no way to test them out. Super frustrating when you're ready to spend money but they can't be bothered to help you.

I purchased a dining table and 4 chairs from the south Cooper location in Arlington. A picture of the items were printed on the purchase order. I told the salesperson, Sha, that I wanted the chairs without arms. She said that was was ordered. When I received the the items in my home,I had 4 chairs with arms. I didn't realize it until the drivers were driving away. I immediately called GRS. They gave me a ticket # and said someone would contact me in 24-48hr I started receiving texts and chats asking me why did I accept the delivery. It was a human mistake. I'm asking to exchange them for the ones without arms..I can't believe the customer service is so bad that you can't honor this request . Two of the chairs wobble and one has a paint scratch. I'm going tell others to be cautious about purchasing anything from here.

Hmmm. Attempted to speak to the store manager Mary Ann. The salesman who answered the phone told me she advised me to call the 1-866 number to discuss my concerns. How professional was that? I will be calling the 1-866 number right now to CANCEL this order. Furniture stores are a dime a dozen in Dallas. Good luck to you ALL. If you’re looking for honesty don’t turn into this parking lot and definitely don’t go into this store! 12/20/23 Poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The reason for giving 4 stars is that the salesmen are either not trained well or they dont know the way to deal.. the store has awrsome stuff and good prices.. there are clearance items too....

We went in just to look. We were asked if we wanted the sales person to tag along, but we said that wouldn’t be necessary. The respected that and we then were not pressured. We did find a nice couch and love seat set and next think I knew, 36 month 0% interest, and being delivered in 5 days. Not too bad. The staff was courteous.

My mother-in-law bought a new sofa set and was sold insurance for it. She paid cash. Within 3 months, the couch was coming apart. Not the fabric… the frame. When she tried to utilize the insurance, she was told the company no longer existed. I feel she was taken advantage of due to her language barrier and her passive nature. Her living room set is being held up by blocks.

Product delivered as stated, however, the arm of the sofa has black markings on it. I called customer care and they offered to send me out a swatch of fabric as if I am going to fix it. The representative was too distracted with her children to focus on my concern so I called the store and they said they couldn't help me and that I needed to speak with customer care. Back to square one. So frustrating!

My sales employee was great at meeting my needs, she was very professional throughout the entire time I was there. I like how she didn’t try to push me to sale things I didn’t need. I recommend her as top sales employee. I will be back soon.

Bought a power recliner from Ashley.Salesmen was nice, delivery guyz whers great. The chair hS a massage fature somehow pushes into my back, makes my back sore.I went back to Ashley and saked to exchange it fod a differant chair. Theg refused and wouldent let me talk to a manager. Then called the number they gave me. Same results, asked to talk to a supovizr, they said she call back in 15mins. Never heard from them. This compamy has terriable service. I will shop at Ashleys again.

Absolutely loved the service Nick provided, no pressure and great recommendations, not just a sale! Nice job. However, my living room furniture was delivered damaged and no one is taking responsibility to replace it. They want to send someone to my home to determine if it can be repaired! I didn't buy a floor model, discontinued, or discounted merchandise so why has the Guest Care team failed to follow-up with me since 3/9! I purchased NEW furniture and expect it to be replaced with undamaged NEW furniture!! please be careful and think twice because they misrepresent their job titles when you escalate a complaint also. Integrity + good service = Repeat Customers and I won't make this mistake again with Ashley's Furniture store.

Buyer beware! After purchasing a motorized recliner and opting for the extended warranty and in house delivery I was shocked to find the exact same recliner with same warranty and delivery at a competitor for half the price!

I ordered a sofa and a recliner a month ago. I payed white glove delivery. They only brought me my sofa while they keep delaying my recliner. I call then up and ask what's going on, all I hear is excuses. This is after I payed WHITE GLOVE delivery mind you. They treated me like their best customer when I was dropping that cash on their hands but now they just don't care. I'm pretty much at their mercy waiting on them. If you buy from this store be warned.
