The order process was very smooth - customer service was professional and quick to respond to our questions. My biggest complaint: the website says: quick and free shipping on furniture + decor. And yet we are being charged freight!!?? According to this Ashley store that statement pertains to free freight from the warehouse to the Ashley retail store. Very misleading statement on the website.
Have been looking for a dining room table for over a year. We found one we liked but the wife wanted a different color. Steve Fisher did some research and found the same table in the color we wanted. Absolutely a fantastic price with 30% off. Ashley furniture had so many options for chairs and benches for the table. No one else came close. Steve Fisher is outstanding. His willingness to help and his knowledge of the furniture at Ashley is second to none. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price.
It's the worst furniture store. They take forever to deliver the furniture after 6 months have to cancel. And went you call they just hangs out.
