I do not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Arlington, Texas. Customer service initially started off well with one of the store managers, Daniel. I work in the customer service industry myself, so customer service is extremely important to me and I have high expectations when it comes to satisfaction and communication. Unfortunately, the experience quickly declined. Our order was delivered to the wrong address, even though my partner and I clearly communicated to a staff member that our billing address was different from our shipping address. We rejected the bed frame at delivery because I had decided on a different option for our new home. Despite clearly informing both the delivery team and the store manager, Daniel, that we did not want the bed frame and only wanted the mattress, the bed frame was attempted to be delivered again a few days later. The lack of communication was a major issue throughout this process. Daniel and Nicole Alexander with Acima Leasing were communicating with me back and forth, and then suddenly stopped responding altogether. It became very clear that once the sale was made, the level of care and communication disappeared. To make matters worse, we were told our payments would be $75 per month to pay off the mattress. Instead, my card was charged $528.87 without proper explanation. I immediately reached out to Daniel and left a voicemail for Nicole, but received no response. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service. Had I known this would be my experience, I would have chosen a different furniture store one that values customer relationships, transparency, and long-term loyalty over simply making a sale.

if I could give negative stars or zero stars to the store I would I ordered a couch about four months ago and they brought the wrong arm. They took it back. I went to the store to ask when they would bring me the right one. It took them two weeks for them to bring it to me just to realize they brought the wrong one again after that they left us with the wrong one for three months. We finally received it the new Maybe not even a week ago. Customer service is horrible. The people itself are absurd and all they really do is blame the people that Bring the couch. as well as when we had the problem, they would tell me to call the store and they would tell me that they would call me by the end of the day or by a time, but they never did. They ignored my emails. They don’t answer you at all. I can’t express how upset and frustrated this was for 4 months.

I came into the store with a family member who was shopping for a living room set. I knew I would need a new mattress in the near future, but I definitely wasn’t planning on buying one that day. While I was browsing mattresses, the salesman Korey started explaining the health benefits of proper support and good rest, and that really resonated with me. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted. I used to prefer soft mattresses, but as you get older, you start leaning toward something a bit firmer… the question is, how firm? He walked me through several options and did a phenomenal job explaining each one as I tested them out. There were certainly a lot to consider. He was incredibly professional and never got frustrated, even when I asked the same questions more than once because I kept mixing up the different mattresses. I went back and forth quite a bit, but ultimately I fell in love with a new mattress—and even though I already owned an adjustable base, I somehow fell in love with another one! Korey’s patience and genuine passion for helping people really showed, he did a fantastic job, and I’m fully confident I made the right choice thanks to the time and care he put into helping me figure it out. I would definitely return back to this store, as all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful.
