I went to Ashley Homestore to purchase a mattress. My salesman, Mr.Korey Delaney is absolutely Amazing! He took his time and explained every mattress in detail that was on the showroom floor. The brands, hybrids, pillow tops, soft, medium & firm. Mr. Delaney made this shopping experience easy. Mr.Delaney and the entire Ashley team are fantastic. Thank You All‼️

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture. Over a month ago, I paid in full for a complete sofa set, yet only a portion of the order was delivered. I was repeatedly assured the remaining piece would arrive shortly. Instead, I spent over four weeks chasing answers, dealing with empty promises, misinformation, and complete lack of follow-through. After endless runaround, I was finally told the missing piece “is no longer available.” So Ashley Furniture knowingly took full payment for merchandise they could not supply, then tried to continue dragging the situation out rather than fixing it. When I requested the obvious and reasonable resolution to cancel the order and refund me since THEY breached the agreement I was met with a robotic script about a “no return / no cancellation policy.” Let’s be clear: a policy does not override the fact that Ashley failed to fulfill their contractual obligation. Refusing to refund a purchase for undelivered goods is unacceptable, unethical, and deeply concerning from a consumer protection standpoint. This experience demonstrates: Failure to deliver paid merchandise Repeated false assurances Zero accountability A policy weaponized against customers even when Ashley is at fault I have documented every communication and delay. If this is how they conduct business, I truly worry for other customers who may not push back. I will never purchase from Ashley again, and I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider before giving this company your money. If they cannot honor their own agreements, what protection do customers truly have? Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial risk shop elsewhere! Merry Christmas!

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. I ordered a sofa and bed in November and I was promised my entire order will arrive on 12/13. I have received pieces of my order separately although that’s not was I was informed. I can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss this issue with. The manager doesn’t respond to me. The sales person who helped me is no longer with the company and I am stuck with a piece of sofa which does not suit my family. I only received 1 seat. Now I am being told that my order has been delayed again but no reason as to why. I asked to return the piece of sofa I did receive and they said no. I feel trapped and nobody is willing to help me make at this point. I have always shopped with this company and I have never felt so unheard and unappreciated in my life. Buy at your own risk.

I do not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Arlington, Texas. Customer service initially started off well with one of the store managers, Daniel. I work in the customer service industry myself, so customer service is extremely important to me and I have high expectations when it comes to satisfaction and communication. Unfortunately, the experience quickly declined. Our order was delivered to the wrong address, even though my partner and I clearly communicated to a staff member that our billing address was different from our shipping address. We rejected the bed frame at delivery because I had decided on a different option for our new home. Despite clearly informing both the delivery team and the store manager, Daniel, that we did not want the bed frame and only wanted the mattress, the bed frame was attempted to be delivered again a few days later. The lack of communication was a major issue throughout this process. Daniel and Nicole Alexander with Acima Leasing were communicating with me back and forth, and then suddenly stopped responding altogether. It became very clear that once the sale was made, the level of care and communication disappeared. To make matters worse, we were told our payments would be $75 per month to pay off the mattress. Instead, my card was charged $528.87 without proper explanation. I immediately reached out to Daniel and left a voicemail for Nicole, but received no response. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service. Had I known this would be my experience, I would have chosen a different furniture store one that values customer relationships, transparency, and long-term loyalty over simply making a sale.
