What a dirty bag of a company. They take 0 accountability for the items they sell to their customers. Best advice if you desperately want something from this furniture store do not use any of their financing options. Just pay cash, take your item, and minimize your interactions with their local and HQ.
I worked with Kia and she was amazing she was very relatable didn’t make you feel like a normal sales person at a furniture store hovering around you at every piece of furniture like you are going to share it with them she gave me and my girlfriend space and some how always appeared when we felt we needed her she was honestly the reason we bought from there and we found a couch we both loved 5 out of 5 on Kia hope you can all work with Kia and have as great of a experience as I did
I have no problem with the store salesperson but delivery is a nightmare. We purchased furniture for my 90 year old father in law and he has been held hostage the last three days. They keep telling us a delivery time but have yet to show up. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. Edit to my review: I’d like to add that the items ordered were clearance items from the showroom floor and not an order to be fulfilled by the warehouse. The store is literally across the street from the apartment. Supply chain is not the issue.
Troy was extremely helpful and got us a great deal on our furniture. We will definitely be back when we need something else.
I worked in customer service for many years. I'm sympathetic and it takes A LOT to make me mad about something like this. I wouldn't post a negative review for anything short of egregious. That said, my experience on the phone with Monique Wright was the worst I've had--I think ever. Unprofessional and rude. She should find another job if she's so miserable there. Definitely never shopping from Ashley after this
Horrible customer service after the sale. Lied about availability of furniture to make a sale and their commission. Do better.
UPDATE: It is my strongest suggestion that you steer clear of this organization and run the other way, as you'll likely experience nothing but bad service, broken promises and chaos as I STILL am experiencing months later, and I'm still fighting for fair, honest treatment. I've been lied to, told false information about the product, and literally bullied by this monsterous sized company that truly seems to not care about the customer once they take your $..... they promised to cancel my order and return my money, and months later this STILL has not happened!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! WATCH DELIVERY PROMISES, INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT GIVEN BY SALES PERSON, AND LAME INFORMATION AND PROMISES YOU'LL RECEIVE ONLY VIA TEXT ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE. YOU'LL NOT EVER BE ABLE TO REACH A LIVE PERSON FOR ASSISTANCE ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR PAYMENT... IN OUR CASE, OVER $6000. AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!!! I have to say that Luis, our salesman, was not only pleasant and knowledgeable, but very low pressure. He was there to assist, but didn't crowd us either. Being in sakes for over 40 years ourselves, we recognize high pressure, less-than-honest salesmanship. While we have not received our furniture just yet, we will give very high ratings to the initial sales part. We will see what happens with delivery and set up. I have faith Luis will stay on top of this part as well. Praying the remainder of this process goes just as well as the sale, and if the quality and workmanship of the costly sectional is as good as was represented, we'll appreciate the sale and enjoy our sectional for many years to come!
