Working with John was a breeze! I wound up finding exactly what I wanted. John worked extremely hard to get me the best prices on everything and as very attentive and patient with me and answered every question I had. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want but just the opposite. I never felt rushed at any point. The whole team's involvement and product knowledge was great as well. I'll definitely be doing business with Ashley in Austin again. A+

Me and a friend went in just to look around so that we knew what to order online but the workers were being very pushy. Made the whole experience very uncomfortable when they’re trying to get us to buy something that second. Not to mention on the way out one of the girls in a lab coat was being very rude and extra pushy when we said we were probably gonna order online saying stuff like “why would you do that” “why not just buy right now” “okay so you don’t like customer service”, then rolled her eyes and said “okay have a good day then” and walked off to smoke outside. Not good experience wouldn't recommend

I am very disappointed with the delivery process. I was provided with a delivery ETA of 3:15-6:15 pm. The driver did not arrive until 9:25 pm. On top of that, a part was missing and the bed frame was not able to be fully assembled. One of the drivers by the name of Jordan, provided his cell number and said he would return with the part the following day (Sunday) between 12-1 pm. Around noon we called to check his ETA and he said now he would arrive between 3-4 pm. He ended up not showing up until the following day (Monday). And upon his arrival, he brought his kids with him to finish the assembly. They were running around the house and making a mess. Mind you, we were still in the process of moving things from our previous place and this whole situation delayed us. This was the worst experience. Never buying from Ashley's Furniture again. The bedframe is beautiful but it was not worth the hassle and inconvenience.

Well, I won’t be back like I said I would. I don’t mind being greeted when I walk in a store but when I can’t even take 10 steps without the sales pitch starting it’s annoying. Also, being overly enthusiastic and complementary is unnecessary. Our interaction with the sales person today was ok until they knew I was probably going to wait to get my husband’s input before I make a purchase. When I said I was going to wait for him I was told sometimes I just need to decide and that if he doesn’t like it I can exchange; then when I said I’d bring him in the sales person’s entire countenance changed. It actually ended up making myself and my daughter feel uncomfortable. That tells me everything is an act… I was also told to make sure and ask for them bc someone else said that and didn’t . That’s not going to cause me to want to follow through, that gives me the ick. Then when we went outside they came outside to say goodbye and to remind us to look for a text. I might have bought a couch but this whole experience turned me off. PLUS, I was told the sale ends today. It doesn’t say that online, so is that true, or just another sales tactic.

Great experience! Friendly staff, and Kyle Wise did a wonderful job waking us through the sales/purchase process, answered our questions and we are very happy with our selection of furniture. We'll be back!

After so many years of being a loyal customer I have to look elsewhere to get my furniture. I just purchased more furniture and there has been many inconsistencies. Horace the manager not very helpful and very rude. The three day return policy is a scam. I was delivered the wrong lamps and I took them back the next day I received them and I was told there was no 3 day policy. As I was at the store I still over heard sales staff telling customers about the 3 day return policy. Smh.. False advertisement or scam to try to sell furniture. Then I was waiting for my furniture and didn't arrive. I called customer service and delivery was rescheduled to another day. I was not notified. It's been a nightmare. I was reading the warranty scam. I also bought warranty so not looking forward to the headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worse experience ever. My husband and I were just looking around for bed frames just to see what they had and we told the employee Kyle we were just going to look around. 5 minutes past the manager came up to us with attitude. Asking if we were going to buy today saying that they take their job serious.That why did we go there specifically if theres other furniture stores around. Other words if we were not going to buy to leave the store. That’s cool so if you’re in South Park Meadows area I would definitely recommend somewhere else.
