Shawn was amazing and we got an incredible deal on a gorgeous new couch! No pushy sales just great service! Highly recommend paying them a visit!

My experience was great! Ryan, the sales representative, was great. He was very knowledgeable, showed me a few options of what I was looking for and offered different items and showed me their functions. After he was done showing me the different items, he asked if I had any questions and left me alone to think about what I wanted and to feel the difference between the items I was looking for and not feeling pressured to make a decision right away!!! He was never a pushy sales rep., which I feel was great!! Today I called him and bought my recliner from him!! Ryan is a GREAT sales Representative, he is not pushy, persuasive, but doesn’t ignore you either, like some sales reps do once you tell them “I’m are just looking”, he is very knowledgeable of their products/items. Overall a GREAT experience!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a baby crib this past cyber Monday and as of today December 18th they have not been able to give me a delivery date that is all I have asked for, I talked to different representatives and all of them say the same thing “just wait for a email confirmation” I also requested to talk to a supervisor no one took my call or had a minute to call back. Worst service ever..

I had gone on sunday afternoon 12/15/24 at 5:30pm. When i had entered i was greeted by WILL (a slim tall white male, blonde, blue eyes, little to no hair), at first i felt welcomed by him and had said that i was looking around - he became pushy and passive aggressive. Making comments like “that’s what everybody tells me”. I took a gander around the store and upon leaving he came up to me and the passive aggressiveness continued. This time just being blatantly rude, as he said things like “you just came to waste my time” when i had just said i didn’t find anything today. to reiterate i had said in the beginning that i was just looking around.

Came in just looking to see what they had and was met by a sales guy who was nice, however walking around the store for a few minutes we decided it was time to go and as we were leaving another sales guy approached us and we told him we were just killing time and he replied “well this is a business” insinuating that we only needed to be there if we were ready to buy right now. We declined and tried to leave and he then tried to guilt trip us to buying a ornament for a kids charity and we politely declined and he just replied something along the lines of “yahhh who cares about the kids” or something trying to make us fell bad lol. I didn’t catch his name but but he was a stockier Hispanic guy. I’ve been in multiple Ashley furniture stores over the past week and they all are just sleezy feeling.

Addy was great, she was very helpful! We bought a dining and bedroom set, Ashley Furniture had a great selection! They are having a 25% discount now, we saved almost $2,000.09

On Saturday, Dec 7 @ 12:15 pm, I had a very uncomfortable shopping experience at this location. I came ready to buy a couch but to also stay on budget. As soon as I walked , the sales person WILL (a slim tall white male, blonde, blue eyes with blue polo), approached me. From the get go he seemed knowledgeable and convincing as he should. The entire time it felt like stalked and pushed to buy. He came see me at least 6 or 7 times and it feel very intimidating . I said “I’ll come back later” since I wanted to go other places to find a better deal but he shut me down by saying that if I walk out of the store , he will not give me the “deal” (in question of 15 minutes he lowered the price by $400). I don’t like lowballing but he was really pressuring me. When I was planning my exit, he again appears out of nowhere to offer me $650 plus tax . In a way to get away from this person (and to kindly close the sale) I said : “I’d like the sofa for $650 including tax”. His whole demeanor changed (not smiling or friendly anymore) to tell me : "You are more than welcome to leave, HAVE A GOOD DAY”. He practically kicked me out of the store. so frantically I texted my son to tell him that I’ve been asked to leave. I need the STORE manager to put this sales person in his place. Sales reps should NOT use predatory sales strategies: WE ARE NOT A TARGET, NOR A $$ DOLLAR SIGN. My family and I are long time Ashely clients and we even hold the credit card. HOW can Ashely keep this sales reps on the floor treating client with zero respect & compassion? I don't want to step foot ever again, sadly.

I must admit I don't like furniture sales people, mattress sales people or car sales people. I am a quick shopper and i know what I like and don't like immediately I do not need to be talked into anything. If I know I know quickly. Shawn was my sales person. Very knowledgeable. I wasn't even in the market for a sofa and king size chair at all but, I really liked something at Ashley. I was looking for a recliner which are so hard to find ones that don't look like they’re from a 1990s paneled basement. I didn't find this at Ashley unfortunately but, I did find an unexpected king chair and sofa. I told Shawn and Will (who Shawn called for back up on that walkie talkie thing. I know how this works) that i'd be back. Of course statistics say that when a customer leaves they don't come back. I get it. It was awkward. I left to go to another store and find recliner. I did. I called Will and said could you send me a pic of the sofa i like I want to see if it works well with the recliner I found. PIc attached. That is a salesperson. Have fun, be fun, don’t pressure. I ran back to Ashley, placed my order. It was quick and painless. I would definitely refer Ashley at Southpark Meadows and Shawn and Will. I know what kind of customer I am. Not easy. They let me be me and they made me laugh. Well done! Sold. And somehow I bought a bed frame and two night stands that I wasn’t shopping for. Nice work Shawn.

0 STARS. DO NOT LET THEM DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE. 0 COMMUNICATION. I bought a $1000 sofa sleeper that arrived a week late, and then it had a tear in it. $300 Lamp was supposed to arrive the same day but arrived with no notification- sat outside my home for the taking for who knows how long, and the box looked like it had been mauled by a bear. They blame the warehouse, they blamed the truck breaking down. Blah blah blah. If I had it to do over I would NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE.

I came into the store today 11/22/24 at 4:10pm to look around just to see what they had in store when I was greeted by sale rep guy (Mexican middle age man with short hair), I told him that I was looking around. He told me how he was commission based. Which I understood so I didn’t want to waste his time by thinking we were going to buy something today. I told him multiple times that we were just looking. He said he has to give us a tour. He took me to the mattress, after mentioning we were just looking around and he made me feel really uncomfortable and making me not wanting to come back to the store. He was trying to force a sale on me. Then he decided to tell me “you came into waste my time so I am going to waste your time, and you can go now and look around.” Customer service was TERRIBLE! I don’t recommend this store at all. Even though I told him in the beginning I am here just to look around that was unprofessional behavior.

I wish I could write a great review but we had such a bad experience at Ashely. It first started with sales lady named Jada, she walked us around and gave us prices at first everything was great, then she asked us to wait for a bit & she went to assist another client… at first I didn’t think too much of it until she did it again. Not only that but when we were ready to check out it took her almost 45 mins to be able to place the first order. She walked around and seemed like she was looking for someone & then went to ask for help. Even the people around her saw her struggling but wouldn’t help much except for a gentleman man who helped her get some authorization, she then got it and proceeded to still take so long to process the paperwork. I had to leave because I had a meeting & she said that when I came back she’d have everything ready… well i come back & nothing was ready for me to sign. I waited about 45 mins again. She told us that our dinning room was going to be wrapped with plastic by the time we came to pick it up. It wasn’t, the approach they had towards us was so unprofessional. They handed out the wrapping paper and said we had to do it ourselves in front of the people shopping (we got a model dinning table but still paying for it so I don't understand why they couldn’t help) if I could rate the service a 0 I would, which is sad because my parents have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley and they’ve always given them great service.

Sofa was delivered late & one of the cushions was needing replaced. It will now be til mid December since it is on back order. Not a great experience!!!!!

I had a great experience at Ashley furniture today . The sale person by the name of Frankco. Help me today and I said what type of furniture I wanted and he listened to gave great feedback to all my questions and great customer service.

SCAM! Do not shop here. I have been dealing with my order for over an entire month and have had to take time off work several times to confront sales associates at the store, just to be assured they are fixing all the issues they have caused just to find out new problems the next day. Like I said this has been over a month dealing with this and i have had to go in every week sometimes several. The sales associate who helped me put two orders in for my one order. Meaning I am currently being charged for 4 couches, two dinning tables and two area rugs. I have called every number and spoke with management on every level in the store and they promise all these resolutions that get no where. We currently have the first set of furniture that the store says we shouldn’t have and are scheduling to pick up. Then pick up gets here and drivers are always rude and say they have no information on picking up the furniture then just leave. As someone who works in sale management I believe no level of management at this store has any level of experience. This has been an awful experience and keep in mind they have offered us free pillows during all this. Pillows. As if we’re not being charged over $1000 extra now, and they still have yet to resolve that. These are just parts of the experience and no way I can type of the whole horror story of an experience this is. Shop anywhere else.

I fell in love with a couch and paid in full on-site. The staff was struggling because their new iPads were giving them a hard time. None of them were connected to the printer and the iPads didn’t transfer any signatures so the signing process took almost 20 minutes. The sales person, while she was very sweet, typed my email into the form incorrectly twice. So the floor manager comes in to send me the invoice to my correct email. I leave expecting a call to schedule delivery two days later. I receive no call so I call the guest help center only to find out not only had the sales agent saved an incorrect email to the form (even after having corrected her spelling twice) she also saved my phone number incorrectly. So no one could get a hold of me, nor could they find my order. The guest help center tells me now they can’t schedule delivery until 7 days later - not okay because I’ve been told multiple times that the couch is just sitting ready at the warehouse. I then email the store manager, twice, and receive no replies when I ask for some sort of compensation for the trouble I experienced on their account. I politely ask the guest help center to escalate the issue and contact the warehouse and they do nothing but give me a work order number that never gets addressed. Finally I’m blessed to schedule delivery for 5 days later after having reached out multiple times. Now, the delivery drivers were fantastic, professional, and very sweet. But if you buy in-store, make sure you’re watching how they save your information. Because I received absolutely no compensation, no apologies, no accountability for the mess they made.

I've been waiting for a bedroom set, mattress table and table with 6 chairs for more than 2 months. Supposedly 24 September was the day to get it all. No such luck. Pre Covid I received better Service when I ordered a bedroom set. I am missing a rail for the bed I ordered and I haven't received a call back of when I will get the missing bed rail. Very Frustrating to pay almost 4k and get such bad service. It seems once money is paid, it doesn't matter how long you have to wait. UPDATE!!! I HAVE CALLED THE NUMBERS YOU PROVIDED. A SO CALL TICKET HAS BEEN MADE AFTER CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES. THAT TICKET NONSENSE IS ALL LIES. I WENT TO THE STORE AND THEY ALSO CUT A TICKET FOR THE MISSING RAIL. SO FAR NO RAIL, JUST "WE WILL CALL YOU BACK AS SOON AS WE KNOW SOMETHING" I HAVE WENT TO THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES AND IS VERY CONVENIENT THAT THEY CANT REFUND MY MONEY. CORPORATE WILL MAIL A CHECK EVANTUALLY IF I PURSUE THAT ROUTE. IS B.S. THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY IN A HEART BEAT AND NOT EVEN PROVIDE A FULL FUNCTIONING BED. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO HAVING A SALESMAN OR STORE MANAGER DOING THEIR JOB TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER GETS TAKEN CARE OF AND NOT JUST RECEIVE A COMMISSION FOR PUSHING A SO CALLED BED WITH MISSING PARTS ON TO A CUSTOMER. STEER CLEAR OF ASHLEY FURNITURE. NO ONE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. AND IF THEY DO IT WILL BE 3 TO 4 MONTHS LATER. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ROOMS TO GO.

They sold us a bogus warranty with dining room table. We had table for 2 years. Rustic wood finish. The top is now bubbling in certain spots. We call warranty and they said we the problem. Ashley hustled is in this regard because they will always say the customer the problem. Ashley is not what it use to be. Rooms to go is looking better and better these days.

My experience was not fantastic! We came in walked around and salespeople walked right by us . I walked up front to see if anyone cared to help us. Finally we got a new salesperson named Isaac to say he would help. I already knew the item I wanted. I had a new Ashley credit card the had been purchased by another company and I was not aware. So I called while in store and was told to have retailer call and they would give them my account information. The salesperson and manager refused to call. Continued to tell me I had no account and I did. The salesperson Isaac kept going to wait on other customers and very short with me. Only telling me my account did not come up. I left the store very upset and my husband said let’s go try the North Pflugerville store. Thank goodness I did ! The salesperson Lisa took care of my issue in 4 minutes and ordered my items , in about 30 minutes we were out of the door. I would never recommend this SP Meadows store to anyone!! Horrible experience.!

Just bought a new house and was looking to buy new furniture. Had went to Rooms-to-Go first and found a really great couch but wanted to see what options they had at Ashley. When we went to Ashley we were looking for a light-colored couch that was not leather and could recline. A sales guy came up to us and we let him know what type of couch we were looking for and he had two options he wanted us to look at. The first one was nice but it was leather and the second one didn't have a reclining option. The sales guy then phoned his manager with what we had wanted but at this point he looked frustrated. We had did one circle around the store which had taken about 10 mins and at the front we were greeted with the manager a tall blond guy with black gages. The manager had told us that he didn't have anything in stock and jokingly told us "Well get out of here" and kick his foot at us to head towards the door. We where going to look for a dining room set and a cocktail table for the living room but after he told us that we just left and bought everything at Rooms-to-Go. I feel like a good sales man shouldn't get frustrated with not being able to find one thing you want but should offer if there is anything they could help you with.

The service was excellent and we had a man who said I was his first customer. He was really nice and helpful. There does seem to be a lot of paperwork to sign though.

Do not shop here! After two confirmed delivery dates, excuses of why items were not delivered, and no return call from the manager. I then asked for a refund. I purchased the furniture over a month ago and still have not received the furniture nor my money back. The store is very unorganized. The cooperate office cannot assist with solving the matter. It's always 7-10 more days to return my refund. Really bad customer service. I will never buy anything ever again from Ashley's Furniture!

The employees were very helpful and pleasant to work with. However, when we mentioned that we wanted to take a day to think over our decision, we were directed to leave through an exit door instead of the main entrance, citing a ‘system’ that monitors customers who leave without making a purchase. We were planning to return the next day and likely make the purchase, but being required to exit through a side door—and then told to use that door again if we came back—left us feeling unwelcome. This experience has made us reconsider returning to the store.

The furniture is ok, but the employees are terrible. My husband had his sunglasses stolen while we were looking at couches, and was basically told to stop coming in to look for them because it made their numbers look bad. I’m convinced an employee took them when my husband set them down to pick up our year old daughter we had with us. Unsure as to which employee, as several were pacing the store due to a lack of customers. $3,500-$4,500 on 2 couches and you couldn’t even check the cameras? Thanks for the stellar customer service.

My sells person was really nice and found me what I wanted I overall love our couch but I did pay an assembly fee and my couch was not fully assembled because they did not have 4 legs for one of the sides of the sectional. Our delivery guy said someone would come out and install them once they arrived. They arrived and never was I contacted for it to be installed and not only that but the couch did not have holes already so we had to form them with a drill. Very frustrating.

The furniture is of great quality and the people we interacted with were wonderful. The furniture took almost 3 months to come in, instead of the month that we were first told-but I hear that lots of furniture orders get delayed.

My fiance and I went in looking for a dining room table. We told the guy that greeted us we were looking for a dining room table and would let him know if we had any questions. He then proceeded to follow us around the store, try and sell us a mattress (even asking us for our current mattress brand), and even mentioned how he knows what we should want. It made for a very uncomfortable experience and we will not return.

Conor was great to work with! The couch we purchased was well priced and high quality.

Jessica was amazing and so considerate! She was amazing at listening at what we were looking for and she helped us find an amazing sofa set and recliner! Can’t wait to go back for more and work with her again! 😊

I purchased furniture from this location and was promised it would be delivered in a week. The delivery was rescheduled 3 times but I was never notified the delivery would be rescheduled. On each delivery date the furniture didn’t arrive and I called my sales rep and he informed me the delivery would be delayed. He never informed me the delivery would be delayed on 3 occasions. Can you imagine waiting all day for a delivery and no one informing you it would be delayed, to later find out it’s not arriving. I requested a refund and was informed I’d have it in 3-5 business days. We’ve now exceed more than 5 business days and still haven’t received a refund. Abby, the Manager is very unprofessional and unethical. She claimed to have put in an escalation ticket and to have sent all these email to corporate and stated no one has gotten back to her. And told me there was nothing she could do to refund us our $2700 we paid for furniture we never received. I asked for the regional manager’s name and she said “she knows it but can’t give it out because they’re not customer facing”. She also stated she would not talk to the regional manager about our concern, which was confusing to us considering we’ve went outside of the normal processing time for a refund. To anyone looking for any furniture do not go to this store, the workers are unprofessional with no soft skills, your furniture will be delayed and they will not inform you. They will keep your money and put you through hell to receive a refund. Our $2700 is currently sitting as a credit on our Ashley account and no one has followed up with us on the status. This experience has been a nightmare. Do NOT buy furniture from here, ever!

I’ve been waiting two weeks since the promised delivery date for my couch and they keep rescheduling me. I’ve called every number and no one knows where my couches are they just keep giving me a further and further date. Why promise something if you can’t stay true to it. I couldn’t even get the couch I wanted because it was out of stock for a month and now it’s in but what’s the point if I have to wait another month??? Terrible costumer service 👎

Spoke to Adam today on 7/2/24 & was a little uneasy afterwards. He had no kind of customer service. I even asked to speak with the manager & he told me there wasn't one available. I asked when he'd be back & he repeated himself, "he's not here. He stepped out." I then asked if he knew when he'd been back in again, possibly another day, & he says, "well yeah... another day but maybe but not today." WHAT?! I'll just cancel my order here & purchase from somewhere else. Ugh

Josh was excellent at the store. Everyone at the store were great and they all made our experience there as if you were the only client present even though there were so many people browsing/shopping at the time. So were the delivery guys. The little kiddos present got so excited and yet they still managed to keep the little ones safe. The delivery guys took pictures as well so I’d rather you see the pictures they took because that’s how thorough they were.

I want to congratulate Catalina Gonzalez for Bern patient with us and for her great services that she rendered unto my wife and my self I highly commend her for her hard work even though the systems were down she was very positive in her finishing up the sale an d let us know that if we could come back the following day to finalize the process.. The furniture is great, customer service inside the store was good too… however we are not very pleased with how the 3rd party delivery service Ashley Furniture uses went. It ends there. Their customer service on the phone and online is terrible. The automated phone delivery service system is confusing and had us wait all day for the 1st delivery 📦 & they only arrived with bed rails and nothing else! (we ordered an entire king bedroom set), 2nd delivery everything else came except our bedroom chest, we waited almost a whole month til we got the last piece delivered. On that 3rd delivery, the delivery drivers made a dent in our brand new wall while going up the stairs (total eye sore to look at) in the brand new home we just purchased and they keep telling us “they will call you in 24 hrs”, 3 days passed and no one called. We called again & got the same stupid answer of “they will call u”. It has been a week and no one has called us about the claim for the damage they made. We’re pretty furious with this horrible experience overall

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Rep Connor ordered the wrong item after I was crystal clear in what I wanted. Must have said the color 10 times and showed a photo. Wrong color ottoman was ordered. Had to refuse on delivery, after seeing the color. Took 1 month to remedy the issue and the corrected item delivered still had a gash in it. I spent hours on hold or on the phone with customer service. Problem still being remedied. Got Altari couch in 2022 for $2K, it’s now $650, which is what it’s worth, as seat cushions are well-dented after 2 years of use by normal-sized female. Ottoman not worth the heartache and time for $185.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I bought $7000 (after their discounts for paying cash) of furniture from the location on I-35 in South Austin. Josh was my salesman (terrible customer service). The rocking recliner's left arm broke after sitting in it 3 times over two weeks. I had to file a claim. I sent in pictures and a video with a detailed explanation. They asked if I would accept $43 to keep it the way it is. I declined. Then they just texted "good bye" and that was it. I called the store and spoke to a manager named Abby that was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She should be fired after making sarcastic comments to a customer. She finally said she would set an appt for a technician to come out. I agreed, and then received a message from them cancelling the appointment a day before it. I called Abby again and she was again incredibly rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe the tone she was taking with a customer. I told her she was very bad at her job. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB, Texas consumer complaints and sending all correspondence to a news consumer protection division. SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

0 stars. Atrocious customer service. We came in on a Friday night for a dresser and 2 nightstands. Paid in full and were told a delivery date. Had to go overseas for an emergency so all we wanted to do was change the primary contact number to my girlfriend. When we got to the store we were then informed our PAID for order was cancelled. We hadn’t received ANYTHING letting us know. If we didn’t go in in person would we have even known it was cancelled?? We were told it was the associates fault, she hadn’t taken 2 payment methods and that was the reason for the order being cancelled despite us having A SIGNED CONTRACT that we would receive it on 6/6. My girlfriend took a day off work for absolutely no reason. No offer of a discount or even an apology instead just incredibly rude staff. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

Was horribly disappointed, but we proceeded to buy anyway just because I was set on the bed I loved. However, was quoted a price for bed and mattress just to find that price quoted increased by 100%, of quoted price. We opted out of warranty, shipping to bring cost to more than we had budgeted to spend. Will never shop Ashley ever again

Outrageously offensive experience. After I get my review proofed by my lawyer, I’ll post it. I will never return to Ashley furniture. I visited today to give them a chance to address my complaint, but they referred me to their phone line. They have no staff to address issues. They are there to take in money and that is all they do. They take money. They sell. They outsource deliveries. They referred complaints offsite. $2400 to have my couch scraped across the dirty sidewalk outside. They had to borrow my tools to break it down and get it inside before fleeing and leaving trash on my doorstep because they ran away as fast as they could.

Isaac was so helpful and he gave us our space to look around and then when I found what I wanted, I went and got him and he was very polite. Very courtesy. He is awesome if I come back into buy anything, I’m gonna ask for Isaac. We bought a washer and dryer from him. Don’t have pictures.

Shawn Rushing was super patient! We made him show us ALL the options for sectionals. After a lot of back and forth we finally found the perfect fit for our family. This was our first time buying from a furniture store and definitely a good experience. We will definitely be coming back!

My salesperson was excellent. He was fairly new to the position, but was working patiently with me. He needed to ask a number of questions of his managers who I observed seem a bit impatient with him.

My family and I went into this Ashley’s and it was such an odd and off putting experience. We went in to search for couches, as we were eager to buy one for our new space, and immediately upon entering the store a sales guy approached us. We smiled and said we were just looking and would let him know if we had any questions - to which he nodded and asked my partner what his name was, shook his hand, and said he looked forward to his business. My partner laughed and said, “she’s the money maker so you need to get on her good side, not mine”, and the sales guys just let out a quick laugh and walked away. This man never once acknowledged me the next 4 interactions he came and found us. At the very end, when we were close to exiting, he came by once more and finally asked ME what I was looking for (my partner had finally started to ignore his inquiries) and I explained to him what I liked vs didn’t and expressed nothing here fit our space and thanked him for asking. He pressed me as we were walking away saying they could reconfigure anything we wanted etc but I told him at that point, we didn’t want to do business here because of his sales approach and inability to acknowledge all parties until he felt like he wasn’t going to make a sale. So bizarre. Ashley’s has nice/cute furniture and I’ve bought things from them in the past that has lasted me years and years so I DO recommend them in that regard (10/10) but I don’t recommend the sales floor experience, which is why I’m writing this review. They need better salesman if they’re going to do business with people. Common courtesy and respect should be at the basis of any establishment.

Colton was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful! We came in with limited time and a good idea of what we wanted. He answered all questions thoroughly and then some. He worked around our schedule and helped us find what we needed! As far as Ashley furniture itself- their selection is much more up to date and stylish than 4 other area stores and great prices too. Confident the pieces I buy will last a long time durability wise and style wise.

I bought for a leather single recliner. this is person‘s name is Conor Paine .He hold us we are getting a pure leather recliner. Two weeks later, they deliver us a law seat that was damage peeling off. he lied to us ,that he was a pure leather, and we have five years warranty. He did not told us we have to pay extra for the warranty. he did not tell us Ashley Furniture policy that when they deliver to your home, there is no refund. I did not get what I paid for a pure leather Siegel recliner. They deliver me a loveseat . I told dad to take it back that I did not order for a Love seat . They refused to take it back. I asked him my money back they said no . They want me to get something else that is a scratch resistant . They are telling me to pay more money s that is not my budget . I have been fighting with them for one month .I have been fighting with them for about a month. They still refuse to remove the love seat. Out of my house , I didn’t pay for.and that is more than my budget. What I can afford .they have been lying to me. And giving me run around. The manager told me to go get another furniture and now she say I had to pay more money .go get another furniture . They are doing all to make money .and they do not care how much pain they cost to the customer. that cost me anxiety. I spent every day talking to Ashley Furniture customer service. In store purchase was good. On delivery 4 hours early we get a delivery notice that said been delivered with a signature of someone. And a picture of cloth. Two hours later. We get a call saying the product was never loaded on the truck. Then the lady changes her story and say the driver damaged the product and they can deliver. So she ask if we’d like to come in to buy something else. Bad part we were told that was the last item like that and had to get the one off the floor. Not to mention I took the day off for this delivery. So no we won’t be going back.

Fair furniture. HOWEVER, horrible logistics, severely lack of professionalism. Inflexible delivery time, 2 missed items, 1 cancelled delivery (due to their internal issues). Local stores have no control over delivery. You won’t know what time they’re delivering and you have to spare the entire day waiting ( they also won’t tell you if your delivery is cancelled until you found out you wasted the entire day waiting for nothing) They don’t deliver on Sundays and Mondays no matter what, and you’ll have to get in line for delivery again even with the fact that they’ve made multiple mistakes already. Do NOT recommend and Will NOT come back to this store. (Already came back 5 times to deal with their problems) Now that they scheduled a new delivery AGAIN for the missing parts. If this delivery goes south, will come back to update.

They don't tell that there's no returns, will do everything in their will to let you keep broken furniture delivered off the truck. Only time you can return is when they are delivering to you. You're welcome. Which they also don't tell you. Ashely's is disappointing.

Zero honesty. The Pflugerville sales rep stated we’re getting the best deal with a “corporate discount” (apparently it was a price match to the online price after checking) and that the military discount cannot be applied. After cross checking facts online and with a representative from the Southpark Meadows location, I reached out to my Pflugerville sales rep and told him that the discount can be applied. Finally, he agreed that the discount can be applied, but I will have to come back in and sign paperwork to change my 12-month financing to 6-month financing. At this point, since my delivery is still days out and I’m still within the time frame to not incur any cancellation fees, I’m ready to cancel my order altogether after being lied to (twice) and feeling like I’m being retaliated against. BUT the Southpark Meadows representative informed me I did not have to change my financing nor come in to sign anything. With my permission, he stated he can apply the military discount on his end (after speaking with his supervisor and getting his approval), to avoid my sale becoming a “wash out.” So I went ahead and agreed to his idea and did not cancel my order. I asked for a confirmation email for the price adjustment and was informed I will receive it in 1-2 business days as the order is still processing. We paid the $99 White Glove Premium Home Delivery Service which includes furniture assembly. After coming home from work, upon inspection I noticed there were missing hardware that were crucial to keeping the main parts attached. What’s worse is the delivery men knew about the missing hardware (caught on video) and failed to mention it after assembling the parts. How is this service worth $99? My order has been delivered and assembled with missing hardware. It has been over a week since the verbal approval of the military discount to my order. My bill has been processed and I still don’t see a price adjustment nor credit to the original amount of my bill. I followed up with Southpark Meadows today and was informed my order has been completed and since my order was from Pflugerville, they (Southpark Meadows) are not able to make any adjustments to my order… First time buyer with Ashley Furniture, and what an extremely dissatisfying experience this has been… from sales, to delivery, to customer service. In the end, both Ashley sales representatives and services from Pflugerville and Southpark Meadows are untrustworthy and dishonest.

The experience at the store was great. The delivery, not so much. I appreciated the ability to track it in real time, however after we received a 15 minute notice, the drivers stopped at McDonald’s (according to the tracker). The delivery time kept getting pushed back the more time they spent there. So the 15 minute alert should have been for an hour.

I recommend that use utilize the services of Ms. Gonzalez. Such a pleasant no hassle shopping experience. Very knowledgeable with product information.

Went to San Marcos, Texas location and salesman was very rude as I am a senior and on a limited income. didn't have lot of money but wanted a chair for myself. Got wrong chair and Ashley Furniture will not pickup and refund. This company DOES NOT care about their customers. Extremely bad business. Salesman should be terminated for what he did.

Both Franco and Kaoss were excellent in helping us make a decision on our sectional. There was a large selection and each team member was very knowledgeable and personable. They worked to get us the best deal available. Can’t wait to see our sofa in our new home!

Sales strategy is poor. Salesmen stand at the entrance like hawks. Looking to absolutely sell someone something to make a commission. Apparently they are in a round Robbin to get customers so if a customer they are assigned doesn't buy anything, they need to wait until other sales agents finish getting assigned a customer. Which means no commission until another full circle. Not a fan of the sales model they have. Ashley store salesmen should lay back and keep the customers at ease while shopping or looking around.

I've been trying for two weeks now to get a dresser exchanged. The salesman ordered the youth dresser rather than the dresser he showed me in the showroom. I've talked to him, josh, several times but got no help. Went in to the store and talked to the manager,Troy, again no interest in solving the problem. Claim they sent it to the home office and are waiting on approval to make the exchange. Never got back to me. I have called Customer care (what a joke). Spoke with two different people the first one was very nice and assured me someone would contact me in 24 -48 hours to arrange the exchange. Again no response. Second person was extremely rude just saying it's the store's responsibility. Nothing she could do. Asked to speak to a supervisor who was too busy but would return my call as soon as possible. Of course I have gotten no response. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and left 1 star reviews everywhere I can. Interesting side note. I just saw another review where the same salesman ordered a loveseat instead of the sofa the client wanted after making them a "good deal" if they bought a recliner as well as the sofa (which of course he ordered as a loveseat). They have refused to exchange it. Obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction or the fact that they continue to get bad reviews everywhere.

I walked into Ashely's home furniture store with my sister and nephew and was greeted by Will. He was super nice in the beginning asked if we needed help and which I declined because I wanted to look on my own. He did ask if he could fill me in on all the deals in which I did and I continued through the right side of the store. I began my browse at the selection when my nephew promptly discovered the play area. Me and my sister took a seat for maybe 10 minutes to let my nephew play when we were greeted by Will again. He said he had a great deal for us and asked if we were going to buy anything. I said I was just looking still as I took a break for my nephew to play .when he then explained the GREAT deal he had for us was that he wanted to go on lunch break in 15 minutes and in order to do so we had to either buy or find something within that time or he was going and I quote “to keep bugging us”. It felt very rude or unnecessary for him to tell us that. It did not feel welcoming for a family home store employee to essentially rush us out to go on his lunch. Any intentions of buying were lost to that great deal of a conversation.

Will greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything specific. We said we’re just looking & he asked to give his spiel, listened then looked around. My child saw the play area & we were there for 10 mins max when Will came by & said he had a good deal for us. He asked if we’re buying anything then said he’s going to keep bugging us until we leave since it’s time for his lunch. That was uncalled for in my opinion and definitely doesn’t make anyone feel welcome. My sister was actually considering a piece in there until that interaction.

The location at Southpark Meadows is beyond ridiculous. Over the years we have spent well in excess of $10,000 at Ashley… we bought two end tables for our living room set, and wished to replace them with a single, larger end table. We let them know the day they arrived, one of the two was never taken out of the box. This store declined to allow us to exchange this item. I will never buy from this store again. If I buy Ashley furniture, it will be from Amazon, because they take returns if you buy it from Amazon. Does it make sense that they take returns if you bought it from Amazon and not if you buy it from their store directly? Of course it doesn’t. I would give it a zero if I could.

I bought a recliner. After it was delivered it I discovered it locks up in the recliner position. After 2 weeks of Ashley not answering my calls or returning calls. I wrote a review on Goggle maps. They finally contacted me by text message. Ashley promised they would send a repair person. One year later, there has been no repair person or answer to my problem. Great price, no service. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I initially went in very excited for a new mattress only to find that my credit was ran when I asked for it not to be. The manager did a poor job of being attentive and accountable. While I understand mistakes happen a customers credit should carefully handled.

I spent $200 extra to get 5 years protection plan when I bought a dinning table in 11/2022. The first surface painting broken happened after only 3 months. When I reached out to the maintenance, both of the Ashley store and the third party tried to find an excuse to refuse to fix it for free. Low product quality and service. Don’t trust their free protection. All they mind is money.

Salesman Will C met us at the door unlike any of the other furniture stores we had been to today. He was helpful, thorough, and friendly. He didn’t hover but was always there for any questions and unlike the other stores we had been to we made a purchase that is expected to be able to be delivered this Saturday when other stores were quoting 2-3 weeks. Love the recliner, the warranty and the price. 2nd piece of Ashley furniture. Will definitely go there first the next time I need to buy furniture and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

One month of stressful experience with this store.People were nice on the first day and helped me to pick the sofa on my budget and I could see what I wanted, that's why 2 stars. But then after 3 days of waiting it was delivered but delivery guys couldn't fit through the hallway and after their first attempt took a picture and left with words "probably they will call to suggest another sofa". Of course nobody even called me. Next day I went to the store and initiated a refund. I was told that it would take a couple days. One week later i came back to the store to ask what is going on and it seemed like finally they initiated my refund again and another employee of their store was called stupid because he promised me the couple days. Anyway I went to another store and got my couch what was delivered next day with no issues. But it's already been three weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund from this store!Oh and btw when I called to the store, saleman Andrew didn't like my word "ridiculous" on this situation and wanted to call me to the customer service instead of the manager who was "busy"P.S. Obviously I should check reviews here first

The service in store was great. They were helpful and professional. After we ordered our couch, the delivery was rescheduled 5 times. I understand a delay may happen but 5 times with no explanation or estimate on when it would come in is not acceptable. It was very frustrating and hard to get ahold of anyone or answers.

While the original experience was great the follow through and follow up is HORRIBLE. The quality of the furniture is not what's advertised on the show room floor even though the sales reps promise it is. Currently I'm waiting on a mattress issue, I had 90 days to make sure I was happy with, too b picked up and the replacement delivered. I've gotten the run around for almost 2 weeks because it's financed with Tower. This seems like such a cop out. If I don't call the company I get zero updates. The couch we purchased is already broken and worn down. It's barely 3mths old. I've Currently got an open ticket for a quality complaint but haven't pushed the issue yet since I'm n purgatory with the mattress issues. Not the furniture buying experience I planned.

AVOID THIS STORE. It is not a corporate location. They screwed up EVERY delivery I had, left items on my porch and did not allow for my signature or provide white glove service. I returned lamps to this store and refused delivery w/ signature on a fire place... they never informed the creditor and now I'm on the hook for items I don't have in my possession! Do yourself a favor and avoid this ROGUE Ashley Furniture store. I've been on the phone for HOURS with Ashley Furniture corporate and whoever is supposedly in charge of this location, and never got anything resolved. AVOID!

They should rename this place to Trashley HomeStore, because the customer service is total garbage. We bought a loveseat in 2022 with electric reclining feature. It broke within 2 months. Called warranty department, who took 4 months to send a repairman, who couldn't fix it properly. It broke again within a month. Called for another repairman, which took 4 more months. This guy was even worse, and he screwed up the upholstery, then left. Called back to their ignorant customer service department, who sent new upholstery under warranty. That took another month or so. Finally called back to get it fixed, and suddenly they refuse to fix it, saying it was out of warranty.Well, it's only out of warranty because Trashley wasted most of the year with their screw-ups! Take some responsibility, for god's sake! Nope, they refuse to fix it, refuse to let me talk to a manger, refused to call me back. Filing a BBB complaint now.For the self-masochists who enjoy wasting endless hours talking to stubborn, rude, defiant customer service personnel that leave you frustrated and angry, this is the store for you! All others avoid like the plague.

Dealing with Ashley furniture has been the only and MOST stressful part about my WHOLE MOVING PROCESS 1- They canceled my delivery on the day of then scheduled me for 2 weeks later 2- showed up with bed missing parts After I waited ALL DAY for this delivery Guys wrapped up everything again and left. (Scheduled AGAIN FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS 3- ONE DAY before THEY CANCELED my order AGAIN just cause they HAD JUST found out they were gonna deliver The EXACT SAME furniture to me with the SAME missing parts. So within those 2 to 3 weeks NOBODY checked that order to see WHY it wasn’t delivered and fix the issue. FAST FOWARD.. 2 months later In fact, AS WE SPEAK I STILL NEVER GOT MY ORDER DELIVERED.

We came into the store looking for a sleeper sofa and left with the most pleasant experience. Our sales rep was Cody Gray. Cody provided us with great insight into the inventory and also helped us get a great deal in the end! He was pleasant and honest, and we appreciated that he allowed us the space to explore the store while still being present for any questions we had. Everyone at the store was very friendly! Would recommend!

UPDATE: After nearly 2 weeks of going back and forth with customer service over the phone and a couple visits to the store, I finally have the rest of the couch scheduled to be delivered. However, customer service over the phone was never helpful, and 2 different managers at the store failed to do what they committed to do and action was only taken after I followed up. I will say however, I genuinely feel that my original sales person, Francisco Valdez, was the only bright spot in the experience. Once he was aware of what was happening, he did do his best to stay in contact with me, despite the managers and customers service refusing to follow through on what they'd said they'd do. I don't think anything would have gotten done at all without his help. This is my first 1 star review. They've earned it. Decent in-store experience, awful post sales support and customer service. If you decide to do business with this company, be very careful. The sales staff here are polite but pushy and not knowledgeable of their own product. They are more interested in selling protection plans than ensuring that you are getting the furniture you are paying for. Customer service is difficult to get in touch with, and there does not seem to be a way to call the store directly leading to delays in resolution. I've waited a week only to be delivered an incomplete piece of furniture. After waiting to talk to someone in customer service, who does not work at the store I purchased my couch from, I was told the store would contact me in 48 hours. That did not happen. I had to call customer service back after 48 hours had passed. On that call I learned that the store had responded to the ticket that was put in and noted that they would not be able to help me because I received the parts I paid for. I paid for those parts because the sales person I was working with assured me that those were all the parts necessary for a full couch. In fact, I recognized the part descriptions for the parts on the order didn't look like they included everything. I asked our sales person if he was sure we had everything. He said he checked with his manager and that the order was correct. A week later our couch shows up with no arms. The store is now saying they aren't going to do anything to resolve this, which apparently includes selling me the parts they failed to sell me the first time. After insisting that someone needs to contact me at the very least to sell me the rest of my couch, I've now been asked to wait at least another 24 hours to talk to someone at the store before anyone is even going to begin working on this issue. There are several problems with this store/company: A pushy and unknowledgable sales staff. Managers who don't want to interact with customers. No ability to speak to the store on the phone directly. Customer service agents and stores that do not follow through on their promises. Apathetic sales people and managers who have no interest in customer service or customer retention.

Art was horrible!!! Worst experience on shopping for furniture his attitude was exactly like a car salesman. He has to learn how to read people better!!! The store manager was bad as Arturo. Told us if we wanted to leave to do so. We discussed price on sales floor and we agreed on prices but when we went to finished the deal he gave us a quote twice the amount of the one discussed earlier. Then he said I have to talk to manager for the deal exactly like when you go buy a car. I even told him I was buying cash, he came with a lot of fees added! I will not shop at this place and will advice my friends of the Horrible experience!!

DO NOT BUY your furniture from here. I purchased a sofa from this store and was told delivery would be 99$ even after asking if they had a free delivery option. Later, I saw the online Ashley store had the same sofa for $100 less with free delivery. I called them 10 times through my work day to get someone on the call who told me to come to the store to get my money back. After going there the assistant manager tells me they can’t price match. They can’t even change the delivery option to free since they don’t have that option on their store. Only way would be to return the couch once delivered to get that. I highly suggest you find a different place that’s honest with you and doesn’t trick you.

I have just bought several things from Ashley at South Park Meadows. Unfortunately, i had a terrible customer experience. Store manager avoided me during my 3 hour shopping even though i tried to interact with him. He was very unfriendly and caused me to have a horrible shopping experience. I was first told i would have a certain discount on a specific item and then when i was checking out i was told the discount would not apply. Check out process was also unbelievably slow. Totals were miscalculated and I spent around an hour and a half just for checking out. Afterwards, there was this bureaucratic long paper process where i had to sign bunch of docs which is something i had never seen when i shopped from other furniture stores.

I had purchased a couch from Ashley and I also purchased a 5 year warranty on the couch just in case If something goes wrong with it. As I noticed that something was wrong with it I called Ashley to get a replacement and due to having a warranty i would think or anyone else would think that if the item is damaged they should replace it. They told me to that theirs nothing they can do and even if I have a warranty on the couch I can not use my warranty to get it replaced.i am thinking to myself why offer the warranty when I can’t even use it. Not only that but they told me to call gbs a third party and they told me to spend an additional amount of money to get my couch fix. Which does NOT make any type of sense. If anyone is looking for some furniture don’t go here they have rude customer service and if you buy a warranty you will be wasting money and time. I will never ever in my life buy one piece of furniture from this place again not even if it’s a damn pillow.

I purchased an $700 desk, it arrived, they set it up and one of the drawers wouldn’t go in. They said a tech would be out in an hour to fix it. Just to sign that I received it so they can order a tech. Well I did. Then they said I needed to make a claim. I did. I’m upset and call the store and asked them to come get the desk the same day, I don’t want it. They said once it’s delivered they can’t take it back. Then I jump through countless phone calls and chats (I wish I could send screen shots) they’re useless. Half the time they ask a billion questions just to verify you. They said they ORDERED PARTS and mailed them to me…then they would send a tech. I haven’t received the parts. I use their chat AGIAN to find an update and they can’t find me AGAIN. Jump through all kinds of hoops for them to say, “oh we can’t help you call this number.” And disconnect the chat. I call the number…guess what….they can’t help me….gotta call this number…circles, circles, circles and NOBODY cares. They made the sell. Now I have to put this nightmare of an experience ALL OVER THE INTERNET TO GET THEIR ATTENTION. Do not buy from Ashley. Just please trust me.

I wish they would have explained more about the process. It was my 1st time buying furniture. I wish they would have explained very clearly that once the furniture is delivered to the house that you cannot exchange or return it. In the store, I understood the lady helping me say that I had 30 days to return or exchange it. Also wished they would have told me to make sure on the size and color of the furniture to make sure it would fit and would match what we had already.

SWINDLED, SCAMMED, FRAUDED, CHEATED and LIED TOO! I went to Ashley Furniture in 10/20/23 against my husband's advice, because he warned me they would "Screw me over". I went there to buy a SOFA, only a SOFA, to replace the Party time Sofa we once had, which was recalled and Ashley Furniture also refused to replace. Unfortunately on this day I was victimized by a true Snake of a Salesman Josh Palmieri. I decided on the Backtrack Dual powered Sofa, he then offered me a great deal to also purchase the recliner. Mind you I didn't see the proverbial knife pointed at my back at that moment. We agreed on a price, he actually SHOOK my hand and smiled at me, with what I thought was genuine customer service, at that moment. Little didn't know this is where his ethics got thrown out the door. We went to the sales counter, he handed me the paper work pointing to where I needed to sign his copies. To my neglect, I trusted him, mistake #1. On 10/25 the order arrived at my house, when the delivery people began to unbox, I noticed it was a love seat, NOT the sofa. The delivery people said, oh no problem, just sign here that this has been delivered, then call this number and they will get it exchanged for you. 1-866-787-7930. Mistake #2 So I called the number and they stated the Store would have to correct it. I found my paperwork and saw that it said a LOVE SEAT not a Sofa. (KNIFE IN THE BACK ENTERED) I then called Josh immediately and ask why he had entered a loveseat, being that I NEVER was interested in a love seat, I had never looked at a loveseat nor did I inquire about a love seat. He then told me he would submit an email to get it corrected. Needless to say I never heard from him again. After countless calls to the store, and speaking to the GM Solomon Sutton, I was told, sorry all sales are final and there is no return policy, and that he had to support his salesmen. UNBELIEVABLE. What I have learned from this is JOSH PALMIERI , consciously, knowingly, and willingly sold me a sofa and recliner, but intentionally entered a loveseat into the system knowing I wouldn't check his work because I had already thanked him for restoring my faith in Ashley furniture. MISTAKE #3. My advice to you is stay clear of this Ashley store and specially stay clear of the SHADY UNETHICAL Josh Palmieri. We are now stuck with an uncomfortable love seat that we never considered, nor wanted.

SWINDLED, SCAMMED, FRAUDED, CHEATED and LIED TOO! I went to Ashley Furniture in 10/20/23 against my husband's advice, because he warned me they would "Screw me over". I went there to buy a SOFA, only a SOFA, to replace the Party time Sofa we once had, which was recalled and Ashley Furniture also refused to replace. Unfortunately on this day I was victimized by a true Snake of a Salesman Josh Palmieri. I decided on the Backtrack Dual powered Sofa, he then offered me a great deal to also purchase the recliner. Mind you I didn't see the proverbial knife pointed at my back at that moment. We agreed on a price, he actually SHOOK my hand and smiled at me, with what I thought was genuine customer service, at that moment. Little didn't know this is where his ethics got thrown out the door. We went to the sales counter, he handed me the paper work pointing to where I needed to sign his copies. To my neglect, I trusted him, mistake 1.On 10/25 the order arrived at my house, when the delivery people began to unbox, I noticed it was a love seat, NOT the sofa. The delivery people said, oh no problem, just sign here that this has been delivered, then call this number and they will get it exchanged for you. 1-866-787-7930. Mistake 2 So I called the number and they stated the Store would have to correct it. I found my paperwork and saw that it said a LOVE SEAT not a Sofa. (KNIFE IN THE BACK ENTERED) I then called Josh immediately and ask why he had entered a loveseat, being that I NEVER was interested in a love seat, I had never looked at a loveseat nor did I inquire about a love seat. He then told me he would submit an email to get it corrected. Needless to say I never heard from him again. After countless calls to the store, and speaking to the GM Solomon Sutton, I was told, sorry all sales are final and there is no return policy, and that he had to support his salesmen. UNBELIEVABLE. What I have learned from this is JOSH PALMIERI , consciously, knowingly, and willingly sold me a sofa and recliner, but intentionally entered a loveseat into the system knowing I wouldn't check his work because I had already thanked him for restoring my faith in Ashley furniture. MISTAKE 3. My advice to you is stay clear of this Ashley store and specially stay clear of the SHADY UNETHICAL poor excuse for human being Josh Palmieri. We are now stuck with an uncomfortable love seat that we never considered, nor wanted.

We have had nothing but a terrible experience with Ashley furniture. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase a sectional, once we decided on an overpriced piece of furniture we began the checkout process which took over an hour and a half. After coming home we decided we no longer wanted to purchase the sectional due to our negative experience in store. I called 3 days in a row to cancel our order to which the sales associate confirmed he had cancelled the order. Today, we get a confirmation text trying to schedule our couch delivery, so the order was never cancelled as I was previously told. I will NEVER be doing business with Ashley Furniture again. 0/10 Stars

Sales person was nice but I bought a TV stand on clearance but was not told about a hole on the top. When I picked it up I was given a dolly and with no assistance had to go to the back of the store, take the 6 vases off and put on the floor, then take the TV stand off of the TV stand it was on top of (which is why I didn't see the hole when I purchased it). I didn't mention it to anyone, just pushed the dolly outside and put it in my car then took the dolly inside and left it there. Was just bad service after the purchase but not being told about the hole and having to take a heavy TV stand off another one is bad customer service and a liability for the store.

I am VERY frustrated! We purchased a couch and love seat from Ashley furniture in Pflugerville. When they were delivered, the loveseat was damaged. It took MONTHS to get someone to just look at it, then they sent us cushions in the mail. I called them asking why they sent cushions, they then had someone else come out to look at the damage again. Then they scheduled a delivery for a new loveseat. The entire process took about 6 months! During all of this, our couch broke from just one person sitting on it. So, we had to go through this entire process again. That was almost 6 months ago!! We still to this day do not have furniture to sit on! I will NEVER order from this company ever again. You can’t even reach anyone via phone. When you call, all u get is someone saying they will send someone out. There is NOBODY to talk to about these issues! If only I had read all of the previous reviews, I may not have ordered through Ashley furniture because it seems apparent, this is a common thing with them.

I would never get anything from Ashley.I cancel my order & they told the finance company that I had the furniture it took about a year and a half for them to realize I didn’t get any furniture from Ashley‘s. Make sure when you cancel your order to get some kind of initials or signature because they can provide it like I did, they had too many excuses from the beginning why my order wasn’t delivered after I cancel I restarted receiving phone calls where I financed the furniture. I will never buy from this place again. I hope management makes things right. I have called numerous times and got nowhere.

Ashley was our first stop to specifically shop for mattresses. We started at Ashley based on recommendations from family and friends. "Taco" and Josh were really great! They listened to our wants/needs, answered our questions, provided comparisons, and didn't make us feel pressured at any point. Josh's extensive knowledge of mattresses and pillows is quite impressive. So much so that after going over the things we wanted and Josh providing us with all the information we needed, we decided to look no further and purchased on the spot! Worst customer service ever!! I bought a queen bed frame on July 29th with delivery August 1st. I received bed frame but no slats for the bed so unusable. Talked to customer service that day and "best" they could do was order parts to come to my house in 7-10 business days then I could call them back and set up appointment for technician to come and finish installation. After ten business days with nothing showing up I called to check on the parts. Nothing showed having been sent! Nothing enroute! After much talking they finally agreed to send pieces needed from their warehouse. I asked several times if they had all the different parts that was needed, that I had sent them pictures of. that was missing and they said yes. Today August 19th I finally had delivery of parts that 3rd party company put together on my bed frame. Still missing two parts! Unable to use drawers in footboard. Talked to "customer service " again. Now have to wait at least two to 3 weeks for missing parts. "Best they can do". Paid $100 for "white glove delivery". Worst company ever!

Yesterday I had a couch delivered which had stains all over it and a massive black mark/mold on the back. As this is a new couch, I feel it's only fair I should get a replacement, however Ashley seems to be doing everything it can to avoid this. I want a what I paid for, which is a new couch, not a damaged or refurbished couch. I feel that the after sales support I am getting is non-existent now that they have my money and have sent me a damaged product. I'd be happy to remove this review if I could get the proper support and response on this. All I want is what I paid for. Not excuses and lack of communication. EDIT: They offered to replace my couch. New couch is 10000% better than the old one. Great support. Thank you! Updated to 5 stars!

I'd give zero stars if possible. Bought 2 recliners. Received prompts all week that they would be delivered later that week. Day of delivery comes and get both text messages and emails giving us the time window for delivery and that our order is the 8th of the day. We attempt to track the delivery through the link but it wasn't working. 10 minutes before the end of the delivery window we called to check on it. First they told us that despite the texts and emails they had nothing scheduled for us and that they had our delivery for 5 days later. Then they come back and our chairs were discontinued and to go I to the store. We asked to speak to our sales person and a manager. The sales person said he can't do anything and to pick new chairs. By the way... the discontinued chair was still on the floor able to be sold. A manager never approached us at all. We went ahead and had them refund our purchase and took our business elsewhere. This was horrible service and we have bought from them several times in the past. We will not be back. Seriously, your manager can't come speak with us? Your delivery team can't give proper updates or even know that the chairs were not on the truck for you to constantly send updates that it was out for delivery. Horrible service.

We were greeted by Cody at the door. He enquired about what we were looking for, told us where to start our search and never intruded in our search but was nearby if we had a question. The item we were looking for was not in the store but that didn’t stop him from locating it online and getting it ordered for us. We were in and out hassle free in less than an hour.

Once the sale is over, they don't want anything to do with you. I purchased a bedroom set and it was delivered in May. It is now August and I've had to call and go to the store on multiple occasions to get assistance with the vanity and chest. When trying to speak to the supervisor he also tossed me to the side and said "it wasn't his department. " No one answers the phone. When you go by there, everyone is really just worthless. No one cares and no one is in charge or has a clue to what is going on. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. You've been warned by multiple people according to the reviews.

Sales people are decent. But couch was delivered damaged in multiple places. Store could not help. Customer service took two and a half weeks to address issue despite reporting it immediately. They tried to send a technician out to fix a broken frame. Finally, Replacement piece delivered damaged again. Still haven’t addressed initial tears on the other half of the originally delivered couch. Customer service is absolutely horrible- at first telling us “Too bad, its final purchase (never tried to return it, but also was never told that in store!!! was only told clearance rug was final sale so i take back the sales people being decent) and you signed it as delivered”. Then tried to open up a claim against our warranty, which of course would have guaranteed no store credit returned to us if we otherwise never needed it. (like ill be sooo thrilled to use that credit) Its next to impossible to speak to someone that can use critical thinking to solve the problem and they immediately blame the customer. Oh yea, and dont get me started on these disgustingly cheap plastic hollow legs that are more like college bed risers than any decent furniture. And how cheap this upholstery fabric must be to have ripped in three spots in transit while packaged. This is now the third time we will swear off Ashley. Shame on us for trusting them again. ZERO stars EDIT- see!!! customer service response on here is even awful- this isnt a protection plan issue you delivered damaged couches TWICE!!!

Do not buy from this store, or company. They do not provide any support if your order arrives defective. I've been waiting a month to be able to get service done for a defective sofa and still cannot get in contact with support. They will give you several different phone numbers but none of them are helpful. Their support number just leads to people who tell you their system is down (but have been saying the same thing for 3 weeks). Imagine trying to get support for warranty, it would be a nightmare.

Recliner form Ashley locks in Recliner position from the time it was delivered. Ashley will not answer phone calls. After 2 weeks, I put a bad review on goggle maps. This caused Ashley to contact me via text within 24 hours. Information was swapped, and I was promised a repair person would be sent to fix the chair. 3 months have passed and nothing has been done yet . Thay still will not return phone calls. Tom Akinit has been over a year with no help from Ashley. I can't recommend Ashley to anyone. They respect Cash, and Credit purchases but Never the customer. Sails without service is their mottos. Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 1st. Delivery got cancelled and I didn’t receive a proper notice. Called customer service they said “well we gave you a call”. They called once and I did miss it but no voicemail and they didn’t try to call back. When I told customer service this and what they could do they could do for me they could give no status, no date, NOTHING. Best they could do was a $70 gift card that couldn’t be used for the current order which in reality is going to cost me more money because nothing there worth buying is $70. THE BEST PART IS WHEN I SAID I NEED A DATE THEY SAID SORRY CANT HELP YOU. I mention how ridiculous this is and they hung up. Love that. I am now having to wait. It’s the 14th and I call back to see if they have an update. Tried calling the store on the 13th no answer. Now the 14th, no answer. Tried going online to check the status and says my order number doesn’t exist. And when you click on the help me with my order number it brings you to the Summer Savings page. Exactly what I need. To order another item and to not know what’s going on with it. Called customer service and said they are unable to look into my order since it was in store and I’d have to call the store. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS ME MY STORES PHONE LINES ARE DOWN AND THEY’RE UNABLE TO TAKE CALLS. So basically no way of looking into my order. I purchased on sofa on 05/27/2023. The total cost was $1,255.68. I was relocating to another state and decided to cancel the order. I called on Monday 05/29/2023 to canceled the order. I called multiple times and spoke with multiple people. The refund was supposed to be issued 10 days after the order was canceled but that's not the case. I started back calling last week on Monday, June 5th up until today June 12th and the systems are still supposed to be down. I'm being told they can't look up any orders or check to make sure my order was canceled. Non one knows when the system will be back up and running. It doesn't make sense that the system has been down for a week.

I went to the Ashley Furniture at South Park Meadows on June 5th to purchase a sofa and love seat. The WiFi was down or so I was told. So my order could not be sent in. I went back on June 9th and a manager told me that the WiFi was down nationwide at all the Ashley stores, so again my order could not be submitted. Customer service is a big zero. As of now I have no idea when my order will be submitted and how long it will take to get my Furniture. I will never go back to Ashley Furniture after I get my furniture.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a new bedroom set from Javie. He was super helpful and he worked with us to get the bedroom set we wanted for a price we could afford. Most importantly, he made us feel like we were in good hands without any pressure to purchase. We will return as we look to decorate the rest of our new home.

walked in the store and paid for 4 barstools. I get delivery notice that they are delayed, sure no problem. Then only 2 show up. And I get a message that they left 1 stool out??? No way to call or talk to anyone. Will they go through all the trouble to send just 1 missing stool...or will they catch it and send both...hopefully I find out soon. Overall great experience. No one was too pushy or overbearing while I was looking around for a bedroom set but would still check in to see if I had any questions. Satisfied with the purchase process and customer service received.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a lamp 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. When I initially bought the lamp they told me they didn’t have it in stock and it would come via fedex at a later date, 6 weeks went by I got 2 automated messages telling my order would I arrive in a 3 hour window but never got anything. Keep having to go out of my way to figure out when my stuff will arrive and keep getting told different dates. Automated message tells me the 31st, lady calls me and tells me the 1st, and when call customer support they say it will arrive in 2 weeks. They have no idea what they’re doing do not but from here

Edy is super friendly and helpful he went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I won’t hesitate to go back to him when I’m in the market again

Never buy from Ashley and never have their team assemble the furniture. They put together a table and forgot parts to it, left a mess, left random screws and washers around the house. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful at all. I had to wait a month and a half for my missing parts to be shipped, only for them to be shipped to the wrong address. They won’t replace the missing parts now.

The service I have received doesn't deserve 1 star! I went in-store back in March to buy a lift table for living room, paid in full & waited til my delivery date. Table was delivered severely damaged and I called "customer service" and arranged a redelivery. Redelivery took place approx 2 wks later but they brought me wrong table! I refused and called "customer service" bk. I ended up canceling order and refund was to take place 7-10 business days. Here it is 5/19/2023 & still no refund has been made by Ashley Furniture but they have thier furniture bc I returned it. I've called customer service several times and get nowhere, been told no ticket was made for refund and new refund date is 6/2...something tells me that won't happen! For this furniture store to claim they are the largest, they make it extremely difficult to contact anyone who can actually help, you get less than quality service and I will never refer anyone nor will I ever do business with Ashley furniturwhatsoever! STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HUGE HEADACHE!!

Extremely dissatisfied!! We picked up our sectional from the warehouse in New Braunfels. Our purchase was initially made at the Ashely Southpark location in Austin, TX. As we began to set up our sectional in our home, we realized we were given the correct model but the wrong configuration. Apparently there is major confusion from the sales team to customer service and the warehouse as to how to order the correct “arm”. My salesman, Nick says to face the sofa when making the decision to choose and the warehouse says that you should be sitting down to select the correct “arm” side of the sectional! We have been bounced from back and forth to try and remedy the problem but we are currently forced to be at the mercy of an “approval email” for the exchange according to the operations manager, Barbara at Southpark meadows location. The warehouse in New Braunfels is eager to assist the exchange but can’t make a move until Barbara says it’s okay to exchange it. This was clearly an error of some sort on y’alls end, we are having a hard time accepting there is nobody available in either location with the authority to correct this extremely disappointing and inconvenient situation. My experience with Ashley’s furniture proves that you are treated like a number and they offer inadequate training to their employees. Not only has this problem not been resolved an entire workday later but we are forced to be on day 3 tomorrow of interrupting another workday of ours trying to correct what should have been a simple fix. Meanwhile I am not allowing my children to sit in our living room to protect this useless $2000.00 couch we should have never been given. I’m glad I waited to complete this review instead of doing it when I received the text just a few hours after leaving the showroom, on day one. Yelp, will be my next review if I continue to be ignored. Please fix this Ashley’s furniture people!

When finding the store phone number online and calling during business hours the call went straight to a voicemail saying they were closed. Second, there is supposed to be a text and/or online way to schedule a delivery, but neither work, which means you still need to call to schedule your delivery. When bringing this up to customer service, they said they were aware of this issue, but yet they did not change the "on hold" message or text notifications that states otherwise. Third, on multiple occasions we called to schedule a delivery because we were notified it was "ready for delivery." After scheduling a date, then would get a notification a day or two later saying "ready for delivery", and they did not have the previous scheduled date noted. We were told by the customer service manager that it could have been a delay caused by damage found when they received it at the warehouse. Then when we asked, "why were we told it was ready to be delivered without them receiving it?" Or "How is it we had to wait for weeks to get the correct couch from an error the salesman made, but if they receive a "damaged couch" they can get a replacement in 2 days?" They could not answer. When spending over $8000, we were thinking we were going to get some sort of re-embursement, and not just told "we are sorry for the error" or "need an error acknowlegment from the salesman in order to process." Seems like money is more important than customer service when it comes to Ashley Furniture Store.

I love Ashley furniture stores because the quality is pretty good but also because you can walk in to shop around on your own without having a sales person following around. I appreciate when furniture stores give the customer space to look around and explore on their own. I went to Rooms to Go that same day and the experience was the complete opposite. The amount of sales reps is overwhelming and it feels like you can’t walk around freely without compromise.

Received Mattress back board, side rails, and foot board. Unfortunately I did not receive the legs that attached to the back board. I’ve been sleeping on the floor for the last 2 weeks. Vary disappointed with Ashley Furniture. First and last time I purchase from them again.

Found what we wanted in a short amount of time, placed order and scheduled the delivery. It is unfortunate that removal of the furniture being replaced is no longer provided thanks to unscrupulous customers who took advantage of the service. Will give this company our business again in the future.

James was a helpful salesperson who took us directly to what I wanted and gave design tips that helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. However, when we discovered that we were majorly upcharged at the Austin-Southpark Meadows store vs the Ashley online price, we called the sales line at that location and were told by the person that answered the phone "Google works in the store" and he refused to price match, give a discounted refund or even offer an explanation. It was incredibly rude and completely turned us off from ever giving our business to the store again. Additional, we feel a bit swindled due to some promises James said about the furniture that are not true. The coffee table is made of bad material that started splitting with a week. The battery that he said would take months to run out is only taking days to need to be recharged. The sofa recline is loose so it keeps falling and the pieces are separating easily so I am constantly having to put them back together. We called the customer service line through corporate call center and they were able to offer a 10% inconvenience discount so we are grateful for that (though is does not nearly equate to the $3000 difference in price). I am incredibly disappointed in the Ashley store in Southpark Meadows and very bothered by the rude salesperson that took my call today. Our two stars are for James' energy (though dishonest) and Camello at the corporate call center for putting up with my disappointment with class.

We were looking for a new living room, The amount of options in the store were amazing! We had a Spanish speaker help us with with product information and made our shopping experience a great one! This was our first time shopping at the Ashley store and we will return without a doubt!

Don't pay for them to assemble the furniture. They will rush, leave lose parts behind, angle the furniture so you don't notice the missing parts, rush you to sign off on the furniture and get out. They'll also leave a mess. My dining room table should have shelves but they are missing. I called the delivery guys as soon as they left to come back, they said it didn't come with shelves, they'll have to check with the warehouse. I called their customer service line multiple times only to get hung up on. I don't know where to get these shelves and I'm sure the store will say it's my fault. Will never shop here again.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a sofa two weeks ago. As soon as I placed the order, it asked me to select a delivery day. I did. Once selected, they stated someone would reach out to me to confirm a time. No one called. I called day off, and someone answered the phone, got my information, said my delivery was cancelled, then hung up. I called back, same thing happened except instead of hanging up, they placed me on hold. A random person picked up the phone, I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold, and no one ever came back on lol. I called the online help number, and they said the fulfillment center, this place I believe, was not answering the phone to give confirmation of cancellation. I have cancelled this order three times. I have been on the phone with representatives for about 4 hours over the last three days. An agent said “maybe you will get a call and cancellation. We can’t transfer you anywhere and can’t confirm cancellation”. I have never had a WORSE experience with anything or anyone in my life, this is ridiculous. Moral of the story, shop ANYWHERE ELSE.

Even paid almost $400 for a warranty to ensure things could be fixed efficiently and nothing. Salesman was great, horrible customer service after you purchase.

Ashley furniture has failed to correct the product I purchased. I purchased a simple sectional in 1/23. The majority of the sectional was delivered, however they failed to deliver the mid piece that connects the entire sectional so there is a foot long gap of unused space. It is a giant hole. No one can sit there an my dogs FREQUENTLY fall in that gap. I have called customer support several times. They have mailed 4 different pieces that were all the same WRONG piece. We even had an Ashley employee come out so we could physically show them this issue, they still have not sent the right piece. I paid for this sectional in cash, not financed. Still to this day, they sectional is not usable. They have our full payment and REFUSE to fix it or refund our money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We have tried for months to give them the benefit of doubt and each time they have let us down. Do yourself a favor and buy from Rooms To Go. They treat their patrons right and they immediately fix any mistake they have made.

I tried to avail myself for the warranty that the sales rep, William Croissant at the Southpark Meadows store in South Austin, said that after delivery we “have a 3-day window to notify us if you're dissatisfied and we could exchange for another product.” In reality, we got the run-around for two months, and have never received service. I will never shop here again.

Absolutely the worst customer service we've ever encountered. We have been trying to have a failing kitchen table addressed. This was purchased only a short time ago, and the top laminate is peeling. We've been promised monetary compensation, we've been promised to have the table replaced, and we've been promised both by Ashley personnel. After each promise we get a phone call claiming that they can't honor their commitment. The last caller even tried blaming the damage on moisture in our home. Never again will we purchase anything from Ashley furniture, and to avoid a similar experience neither should you.

From this store, I’ve purchased a bedroom set, kitchen set, and living room set. Wrong mattress was delivered (which is a mistake and wasn’t upset at the beginning) however, specific to this location, the customer service line and store managers are NOT able to help. Have had 3 different store GMs try to resolve (as they continue to turn over each time I reach out) and decided today to go in-person to resolve. After a 45min drive, a nice salesman said he would talk to the store manager to see if they could assist….not only could they not, but they didn’t even come out to talk to me in person. I was handed a business card and told to call customer service because there is nothing they can do. I suppose I should just keep the double size mattress in my King Size frame and be happy about it. What a joke. Moving into a new house and needing several new bedroom sets but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ashley sent me a desk with a broken drawer and when I reported the broken drawer they assured me they could send me a drawer repair kit so I could repair it myself. I followed up with them every month to re-report the issue because I never received the part. So here I am more than a year after my original order and they won't let me return the desk broken desk because I am outside of the return window. Which only happened because their team kept reassuring me that a replacement part was on the way. Not cool.

When delivering the mattress, Gigi claims that the wrong pieces were delivered 4 separate times, leading to workers dragging her mattress outside and dirtying it in the process. Frustrated, Gigi says she attempted to return the products and receive a refund. She was informed that this was not possible. “This company has completely failed and they should go out of business period! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!” she summarizes in the caption. Went into the store yesterday to browse. The guy that was at the front asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no, we were just browsing today. He then proceeded to ask, "Then what are you doing here. Continue to walk around and once again approached us and was very rude. I won't be shopping in this store again. Horrible experience buying from Ashley’s. I was told all my furniture would be here end of January. Gets postponed to today, and then the bed comes damaged and dining chairs are wobbly. On top of that they don’t even know when I’ll be able to get another bed delivered to my house. Has been almost 2 months without a bed. Never buying from this place again horrible service.

I have ordered several pieces of furniture over the years from here. It really all depends on if you get a competent sales person. I just wish their delivery fees would stop going up.

Worst experience. Be careful because they will charge more in store than you can get with an online order. Also, once we received our bedroom set, multiple items that were broken. In addition, if you sign for it they will not let you cancel or be refunded for your items. I the furniture is very cheaply made and the process to get broken furniture fixed and/or replaced is not an fast or easy process. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

DO NOT shop at Ashley furniture store. The warranty is a long drawn out process and completely broken from lack of communication between all departments involved. If you have any accounting issue there customer support directs you to go to the store, the store tells you to call customer service support. It’s the run around. Bottom line Ashley furniture store lack’s customer service and will be the reason for their downfall.

Sold me a recliner that had been opened and had parts missing. Strung me along and sent parts that was not missing. I finally sent pictures where the part was missing and now they refuse to even answer emails. Now I have a power recliner that is basically just a chair. Don’t do it they really suck!

Horrible customer service. No one picks up the phone, when they do pick up the phone they can’t help you so they send you off to someone else. The person they send you off to can’t help you so then you go calling another number. It is February and I still have not gotten the resolution to the incorrect rug that was sent to me. (This was from a December order)Oh, they can’t help me with that either because it’s a third-party seller or something.

How can a company not stand behind their product and think it’s ok? We bought a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture. Less than 2 months later it was falling apart. They sent someone out, he fluffed it and left. BUT that did not fix the problem! Then the leather started to fade! What kind of quality is that? Then the reclining love seat broke! When ANOTHER tech came out he said, oh, yes, that’s common with that couch! Excuse me.? We were asked to send photos and they would get someone back out. I did what was asked of me and NO-ONE ever replied, called or came out! Buyers beware! I finally got to speak to someone in the corporate office and he told he they have a NO RETURN policy?? What the??? I have never felt so robbed! I had to convince David to even get new furniture now we can’t even use part of it!

I would never buy from Ashley again. The experience was horrible. We were excited about our new furniture only to be met with rude and unprepared delivery guys. They wouldn’t place the furniture where we asked them to, and they had no tools with them. Saying it is white glove service is a complete lie (don’t pay for it). On top of that, the furniture they delivered was damaged. Three out of the four pieces were damaged. After inspecting the furniture further you can tell how cheap it is. Completely ruining our excitement of getting new furniture. I will never buy from them again.

My experience was excellent. My sales person, Dustin was extremely helpful and I am very pleased with the couches end tables, coffee, tables, and dressers that I bought. My only complaint would be the delivery time. It seems to take them quite a while to move product from one distribution center to another and then to my home (it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks) It would be nice if they could improve on that a little bit. You should inquire about the cost of delivery and particularly the warranty program they have. It’s an aftermarket product that all of these furniture stores try to sell you. With Ashley it is based on the “total amount of the sale”. So if you have one couch that you want to protect and you by five other pieces of a hardwood furniture that you do not want to protect, they will charge you based on the total invoice amount of the “total sale” not just the price of the couch. Not a good deal and can dramatically inflate the cost of the protection package. Not sure why they do it the way they do but what it is is what it is. That said, the quality of the product was fantastic and at a very reasonable price point. I would highly recommend Ashley’s furniture store to anyone who is interested in buying good quality furniture in a very reasonable price.

James was very helpful and nice to work with. He gave me some very helpful tips about color and decorating. I like the couch he helped us pick out. He was never pushy.

William at the South Park Meadows location in Austin Texas was ver helpful. We really appreciate him helping us pick out the new tv center and getting everything set up to be delivered.

Josh was quick to sell me almost $10,000 worth of furniture with a delivery week of 12/17/2022. On 12/19 I got a text saying delivery would be on 12/24 which was still the week of 12/17. Cool. On 12/22 I get another text that partial delivery would now be 1/4 and the final on 1/13. I specifically told Josh I had company for Christmas but got no help. Delivery referred me to their customer "service" which was anything but service. My guests had to sit in lawn chairs. I will never buy from Ashley again.

This store has a fantastic sales support and sales manager. Just look for Will who will be the best person to provide you with the best options that suit your needs and budget. I highly recommend this store as a place to go when looking for furniture.

We spent a few thousand dollars on a pretty nice sofa and loveseat with the warranty. The delivery guys noticed something wrong with the arm rest and said it looked like a manufacturer defect. He said to call on Monday. I did and I've been calling and emailing ever since. We've sent multiple emails with pictures,spoken to many polite customer service reps, managers, their third party vendors but it's absolutely no use we have never had a call returned even once. One customer rep used chat to ask the supervisor why it's taking so long.I told her I can understand it's the holidays but I asked her to ask the manager if she could give me a time frame...weeks, months, next year and the rep said she just responded, "No." The last manager said it doesn't usually take that long and he'd reach out to the coordinator and she'd call me tomorrow that didn't happen. We even tried calling the Southpark Meadows store where we purchased it from and spoke to a rude sales person who said her name was monique. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and said she was the manager. You could hear others laughing in the background after she spoke. I told her my husband was upset and was fling there tomorrow to talk to someone. She actually accused me of threatening her!!!! I've never been treated so horribly. You think they would treat customers professionally but i guess after they make a sale they could care less is what I think. I asked about a refund and was told once it's in the house there is no refund policy. Rep said they'd have to see if they could fix it!!??!! lol I said that's what I've been trying to do ever since the 17th but they're not honoring their warranty. I'm so done with Ashley. Buyers beware!!!!!! The nice but defective furniture set has not been worth all the hours of frustration trying to get Ashley to honor their warranty!!!!

We finally just received our "good enough" furniture and it has been one month since we placed the order in store. We bought a whole bedroom set and it was set to be delivered a week from when we purchased it. The first delivery went well, but two of the items were defective/damaged after we received them; a nightstand had a broken drawer slide and a large 6 drawer dresser had a split in the wood between two drawers. Customer service was great over the phone and after I sent in some photos, they agreed to schedule an exchange for both items at no cost (great!). The second delivery shows up a few days later and the replacement dresser is broken in the box. The delivery people told me that they will have to reschedule again. After this customer service told me that they would perform a pre-inspection before shipping. The third delivery was running late and at 9PM they sent a message saying that the delivery cant be completed. The forth deliver shows up and again, the replacement dresser is broke. No exchange again for either the dresser or the nightstand (pre-inspection failed). The fifth and final delivery shows up a month after we had paid for the items and the dresser and nightstand are "good enough". There are small scratches on the dresser, the dresser does not sit level, and night stand's feet were stripped when they were installing them. At this point we accepted the items because we were over taking days off work to be present while they kept attempting to deliver something of acceptable quality. There are many more complaints that I have such as, the delivery timeframes were never accurate from the original quote etc. etc. I will never shop here again unless I am picking the items directly off of the floor myself. The customer service people are friendly and responsive over the phone, but the delivery and warehouse team does not execute to the standards to which they are expected in my opinion. I spent over 5 thousand dollars for the set and I am left with the feeling of "this is good enough". In my opinion, don't have anything delivered from here and be prepared to have multiple deliveries back-and-forth if you do. Deeply regret buying from Ashley.

His sharp eye and knowledge of color theory and also being an interior designer made things so seamless. It’s hard shopping with a 4 and 5 year old. James was extremely accommodating and also very entertaining. We came in looking for a bedroom set. We left with all the rooms in our home decorated. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!! My husband and I purchased a whole bedroom set in July 2022 (2 nightstands, king bed, and a dresser) they were supposed to arrive in October but arrived in November. To our surprise, we only received our 2 nightstands, dresser and as far as the bed, we only received the side rails. They never assembled the furniture and just simply left. We attempted to build it ourselves and the holes were drilled too big for the hardware. They promised the headboard and footboard would arrive in a few weeks. It’s now January 2023, still no headboard or footboard. My husband went into Ashley Furniture (01/02/23) and spoke to Monique who was EXTREMELY rude and told us we should just “sell it on Craigslist” because they discontinued the bedroom set and won’t be making it anymore so we wouldn’t be getting our head and footboard. Anyone who has some sense knows we would never receive every penny we spent on the bedroom set by reselling it. CEO Todd R Wanek… we want a full refund for this horrible customer service, experience, and half of a bedroom set.

I’m always apprehensive to leave a negative review but I was super caught off guard by the rudeness of the associate who greeted my parents and I today while shopping for a couch. He started his spiel the moment we walked in by yelling from where he was standing rather than trying to greet us and start a somewhat organic conversation. It was really off-putting. Then on our way out he said, “Didn’t find what you were looking for? All these couches and you didn’t find one? Well not that you care but we have some great deals right now…” The whole interaction—especially “not that you care”—seemed rude and it felt as if he thought we owed him our attention. Like, we get it, you’re working for commission. I’m sympathetic to that, but my impression upon entering a store shouldn’t be, “wow this guy wants his commission.” I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt because he’s young and learning the ropes of sales. But it was unprofessional. We ended up buying an Ashley piece from Mega Furniture next door, mostly because the sales associate there (Chris) was lovely.

We bought 14k worth of living area sofa and they brought an opened box of used sofa and it is not working at all.We called support team multiple times and we didn't hear back anything yet even though they escalated the ticket.We checked in Asheley store ( Round rock) for bringing this issue to their attention.No call or no response from Ashley team.Very disappointed.

Would have been great if they actually dropped off what they listed. Table was supposed to have an outlet as described on listing , Nope table came damaged, over sanded in areas and has a huge stain on it from what appears to be an oily hand . And one of the legs is cracked! We also ordered a matching bench that has a huge dent on it , I I’m guessing they threw it out of the truck as I found it at the end of my driveway in a damaged box. We paid almost 2 grand for a new dining set and got this. Oh also don’t bother with a warranty we called and said that they would send a tech out and they never showed. Might as well go to Facebook market place or offer up if you want a damaged and used table 👎🏽 UPDATE hello Ashley , as I have stated above we did call several times and we were hung up on twice, at this point we would appreciate not being ignored and they you’d just make good on your warranty. My Ashley experience was fanominal from the moment I walked through the door. Blake greeted me with a beautiful and welcoming smile. He asked all the right questions to better understand my needs. Bought furniture and delivery scheduling is worse than awful. We had delivery scheduled for the 23rd of Nov and got notices that day they were scheduled, arrived to pick up our furniture and then we’re on the way. Then got a call saying they were not coming. Have rescheduled the delivery 3 different times and have yet to receive all our furniture. But the bill has come! And is due prior to us receiving our complete order. They told us no money due until all furniture had arrived and yet here it is. No compensation for all the trouble. No help/answers with the billing issue. This has been a terrible experience. Everyone says they will call you back with answers and no calls are received. Avoid Ashley’s if you can.

Horrible customer service. They scheduled a delivery between the hours of 12am - 3am and got my order value wrong. When I call the store, nobody picks up. When I chat online, they can't fix issues with an in store order. So the only thing I can do is drive 40 miles to go there and personally catch a hold of a desk agen who should pick up the call in the first place. Avoid this place!

The sales associate we worked with wasn’t very knowledgeable, we were over charged for everything we purchased, and then when we figured out later than we missed another over charge and you can’t fix it over the phone. It’s all customer service through text due to the line just going dead every time you try and talk to customer service. Just save yourself the hassle and go else where.

Josh Palmieri is your go-to person for buying a couch. He took really good care of my girlfriend and I! We left spending way less than we thought and he made the process crazy easy and fast. Don't waste your money here. We purchased $3,500+ worth of furniture and have been waiting over 2 months for it. The sales person told us the delivery date was set for 2 - 3 weeks from the purchase date. I called Ashley after passing this timeframe and not receiving a call. The customer service agent told me issues delayed the delivery another 2 - 3 weeks, We've now passed that date by a few weeks and never received a call. Our sales agent said he has no idea where our items are has not been helpful.We're not willing to continue loaning Ashley furniture money, so we'll be cancelling our order. Never again!

These people are trying to sell furniture they don't even have. I was about to purchase a recliner. I was ready to pay for it, put it in my truck, and take it home when I was told that the recliner is at a warehouse in New Braunfels. My only two options for receiving the recliner were to drive to New Braunfels and pick it up or pay $60 for someone to deliver it. How are you going to try to sell me merchandise you don't even have? I won't be buying any furniture from these people.

I asked my husband to go in and look around and let me know if there was anything he spotted that he liked (were starting a redecorating project and he’s picky so I sent him for recon) apparently a salesmen named Will walked up to him and asked if he needed anything and my husband told him no and he proceeded to tell him “well then why are you here?” Which is rude in and of itself, but then he later walked up to him and said “by the way, the finance department is over there” he was assuming due to his appearance in his eyes he couldn’t afford the furniture in there. I’ve been wanting to go into Ashley myself for quite some time but just haven’t yet, but now I will NOT be bringing any of my business here. We DO have enough money to afford furniture there and for Will to be so rude and condensing toward my husband I will not support that. I’m sure had I walked in there I would have been treated much differently due to my complexion which is just sad and frankly infuriates me.

Worst experience ever. The purchase of the sectional was a no brainer at the store and after that a nightmare I don’t wish in anyone. Between delivery & pickup and bringing the correct pieces and numerous store visits with credit promises because of all the difficulties - that never was credited!!! The countless phone calls to have the wrong item picked up — it still is sitting here… the initial purchase was on Oct 11, 2022… and still not resolved. I suppose it’s no worries for Ashley, they got their money.

I bought some furniture recently (a bed & nightstand) & during purchase I asked if this furniture will be assembled & the sales person assured me that it will be. But when they delivered, they refused to assemble stating that I bought the furniture unassembled. I called the number on the invoice & the customer rep told me the same and when I said that sales person assured me that it would be assembled, the customer rep said that he realized that I paid for premium delivery services, but he cannot do anything on his end as that's how the order was made & that I have to call sales person. And so I called sales person and she told me the same that I purchased the furniture unassembled, but when I said that I was promised assemble, she said that they would refund my delivery fee & that some one would contact me in 3 days. Since nobody contacted me and there was no refund, I called the store again, this time some one (a man) put on a hold and never came back. I called again, some lady answered & told me I have to contact customer service for such things. So I contacted customer service & the lady who answered told me that they cannot do anything & I have to talk to the sales person (at least this lady was polite & explained). I called back sales & another man tells me that there is no one at the store who could refund, he said that someone quit & so there is no one. I want to give this store a zero stars as no one seems to know what they are doing. They kept directing me to different people and I kept going in circles. If they don't know how to do business, they should shut the store and be done with it.
