place an order in the store on Saturday 7/13 for a $149 kids bedframe and a $89 mattress and when I left the store, I realized I was charged roughly $340 Which obviously was not right. Went right back inside and when they pulled up my transaction it said balance due -$75 so I was somehow overcharged $75 which is quite a bit. The associate told me it would go back on my card but when I asked if we needed to process a refund he told me no and it would be automatic. Clearly that wasn't the case and it's been over a week now and still no refund. I haven't had time to drive over there yet but it would be great if this could be handled without having to drive all the way there as it's not exactly close by my work or home.

I’ve been waiting two weeks since the promised delivery date for my couch and they keep rescheduling me. I’ve called every number and no one knows where my couches are they just keep giving me a further and further date. Why promise something if you can’t stay true to it. I couldn’t even get the couch I wanted because it was out of stock for a month and now it’s in but what’s the point if I have to wait another month??? Terrible costumer service 👎

Spoke to Adam today on 7/2/24 & was a little uneasy afterwards. He had no kind of customer service. I even asked to speak with the manager & he told me there wasn't one available. I asked when he'd be back & he repeated himself, "he's not here. He stepped out." I then asked if he knew when he'd been back in again, possibly another day, & he says, "well yeah... another day but maybe but not today." WHAT?! I'll just cancel my order here & purchase from somewhere else. Ugh

Josh was excellent at the store. Everyone at the store were great and they all made our experience there as if you were the only client present even though there were so many people browsing/shopping at the time. So were the delivery guys. The little kiddos present got so excited and yet they still managed to keep the little ones safe. The delivery guys took pictures as well so I’d rather you see the pictures they took because that’s how thorough they were.

I want to congratulate Catalina Gonzalez for Bern patient with us and for her great services that she rendered unto my wife and my self I highly commend her for her hard work even though the systems were down she was very positive in her finishing up the sale an d let us know that if we could come back the following day to finalize the process.. Went in to buy a bedroom set and found a good match!! Love it! Thanks Will; you gave us time to look alone and when I was ready you jumped back into action!!!I haven’t had it delivered it should be a couple of weeks. Review to come on delivery including photos.
