Horrible customer service. No one picks up the phone, when they do pick up the phone they can’t help you so they send you off to someone else. The person they send you off to can’t help you so then you go calling another number. It is February and I still have not gotten the resolution to the incorrect rug that was sent to me. (This was from a December order)Oh, they can’t help me with that either because it’s a third-party seller or something.

How can a company not stand behind their product and think it’s ok? We bought a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture. Less than 2 months later it was falling apart. They sent someone out, he fluffed it and left. BUT that did not fix the problem! Then the leather started to fade! What kind of quality is that? Then the reclining love seat broke! When ANOTHER tech came out he said, oh, yes, that’s common with that couch! Excuse me.? We were asked to send photos and they would get someone back out. I did what was asked of me and NO-ONE ever replied, called or came out! Buyers beware! I finally got to speak to someone in the corporate office and he told he they have a NO RETURN policy?? What the??? I have never felt so robbed! I had to convince David to even get new furniture now we can’t even use part of it!
I would never buy from Ashley again. The experience was horrible. We were excited about our new furniture only to be met with rude and unprepared delivery guys. They wouldn’t place the furniture where we asked them to, and they had no tools with them. Saying it is white glove service is a complete lie (don’t pay for it). On top of that, the furniture they delivered was damaged. Three out of the four pieces were damaged. After inspecting the furniture further you can tell how cheap it is. Completely ruining our excitement of getting new furniture. I will never buy from them again.
My experience was excellent. My sales person, Dustin was extremely helpful and I am very pleased with the couches end tables, coffee, tables, and dressers that I bought. My only complaint would be the delivery time. It seems to take them quite a while to move product from one distribution center to another and then to my home (it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks) It would be nice if they could improve on that a little bit. You should inquire about the cost of delivery and particularly the warranty program they have. It’s an aftermarket product that all of these furniture stores try to sell you. With Ashley it is based on the “total amount of the sale”. So if you have one couch that you want to protect and you by five other pieces of a hardwood furniture that you do not want to protect, they will charge you based on the total invoice amount of the “total sale” not just the price of the couch. Not a good deal and can dramatically inflate the cost of the protection package. Not sure why they do it the way they do but what it is is what it is. That said, the quality of the product was fantastic and at a very reasonable price point. I would highly recommend Ashley’s furniture store to anyone who is interested in buying good quality furniture in a very reasonable price.
