Me and a friend went in just to look around so that we knew what to order online but the workers were being very pushy. Made the whole experience very uncomfortable when they’re trying to get us to buy something that second. Not to mention on the way out one of the girls in a lab coat was being very rude and extra pushy when we said we were probably gonna order online saying stuff like “why would you do that” “why not just buy right now” “okay so you don’t like customer service”, then rolled her eyes and said “okay have a good day then” and walked off to smoke outside. Not good experience wouldn't recommend

I am very disappointed with the delivery process. I was provided with a delivery ETA of 3:15-6:15 pm. The driver did not arrive until 9:25 pm. On top of that, a part was missing and the bed frame was not able to be fully assembled. One of the drivers by the name of Jordan, provided his cell number and said he would return with the part the following day (Sunday) between 12-1 pm. Around noon we called to check his ETA and he said now he would arrive between 3-4 pm. He ended up not showing up until the following day (Monday). And upon his arrival, he brought his kids with him to finish the assembly. They were running around the house and making a mess. Mind you, we were still in the process of moving things from our previous place and this whole situation delayed us. This was the worst experience. Never buying from Ashley's Furniture again. The bedframe is beautiful but it was not worth the hassle and inconvenience.

Well, I won’t be back like I said I would. I don’t mind being greeted when I walk in a store but when I can’t even take 10 steps without the sales pitch starting it’s annoying. Also, being overly enthusiastic and complementary is unnecessary. Our interaction with the sales person today was ok until they knew I was probably going to wait to get my husband’s input before I make a purchase. When I said I was going to wait for him I was told sometimes I just need to decide and that if he doesn’t like it I can exchange; then when I said I’d bring him in the sales person’s entire countenance changed. It actually ended up making myself and my daughter feel uncomfortable. That tells me everything is an act… I was also told to make sure and ask for them bc someone else said that and didn’t . That’s not going to cause me to want to follow through, that gives me the ick. Then when we went outside they came outside to say goodbye and to remind us to look for a text. I might have bought a couch but this whole experience turned me off. PLUS, I was told the sale ends today. It doesn’t say that online, so is that true, or just another sales tactic.

After so many years of being a loyal customer I have to look elsewhere to get my furniture. I just purchased more furniture and there has been many inconsistencies. Horace the manager not very helpful and very rude. The three day return policy is a scam. I was delivered the wrong lamps and I took them back the next day I received them and I was told there was no 3 day policy. As I was at the store I still over heard sales staff telling customers about the 3 day return policy. Smh.. False advertisement or scam to try to sell furniture. Then I was waiting for my furniture and didn't arrive. I called customer service and delivery was rescheduled to another day. I was not notified. It's been a nightmare. I was reading the warranty scam. I also bought warranty so not looking forward to the headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worse experience ever. My husband and I were just looking around for bed frames just to see what they had and we told the employee Kyle we were just going to look around. 5 minutes past the manager came up to us with attitude. Asking if we were going to buy today saying that they take their job serious.That why did we go there specifically if theres other furniture stores around. Other words if we were not going to buy to leave the store. That’s cool so if you’re in South Park Meadows area I would definitely recommend somewhere else.

Purchased fathers day recliner for my dad. Customer service was amazing.

It's a warranty scam. I've tried twice to ask for help, but they don't. They send you to talk to Expend, and Expend can't solve the problem. Expend sends you to a website to talk to a robot, but it doesn't solve the problem. In the end, I end up cleaning my sofa myself every time I need to.

Everyone is very greetful and the place was very clean

It was horrible just even walking into this store. There were five salespeople waiting like vultures about ten feet in front of the door. I didn’t take but 5 steps into the store and someone was barraging me with sales jargon. After he couldn’t hook us, he called over another guy who started talking about beds when we were looking for a sofa and wanted us to go look at mattresses!!! I was there with my two sons and I just wanted to sit on the sofas with them and try out what we might like. Instead, I got two other dudes on us like I had a third and fourth son. Maybe I had a sign on my head that said “brain dead”. It’s sad really. There’s really no need to be followed around by salespeople when you are clearly trying to walk away from them and you feel harassed. Update Sunday, Father’s Day. I tried texting the number the owner gave me to contact and the chat was terminated.

Ashley Furniture Management, I am writing to share my recent experience at your store. Unfortunately, I encountered two sales representatives who were unfriendly, unhelpful, and displayed a lack of interest in addressing my questions. Moreover, they attempted to overcharge me for the furniture. However, after speaking with a manager, the situation improved significantly. The manager was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent service, which ultimately led to a successful purchase of $8,100 worth of furniture. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and consider providing additional training to your sales staff to ensure that customers receive the level of service they expect and deserve.

The tall curly-haired salesman was so incredibly rude. First of all, he tried to sell me something that was online for $180 for $500. When I told him this, he then said the cheapest he could do was $280. So when I said I needed a second to think about it, and I apologized for wasting his time, he rolled his eyes and stood up and walked away without saying a word. Then I got on the Ashley Website right there on my phone and doubled-checked, and sure enough I can get that same piece for $197 if I was just to order myself. What the heck dude. I recently bought a 4-bedroom home, and as I continue to furnish it, I will probably go elsewhere.

I recently visited this store for the first time while shopping for a couch, and my experience was mixed. I was impressed with Kyle, who provided excellent assistance and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. However, I found the manager, Franco, to be overly pushy, which made me feel that his priority was closing a sale rather than understanding my needs. While the rest of the staff seemed attentive and responsive, this was not my experience with Franco. Ultimately, this influenced my decision to purchase a couch from Rooms To Go instead. If you visit this store, I highly recommend seeking out Kyle for his exceptional customer service.

I had a terrible experience buying a couch from this store over Memorial Day weekend. First, the salesperson Kyle tried to force me into buying a protection plan by saying the discounts only applied if I bought it. I had to show him lower prices from the Ashley website and others just to get a fair deal. Then I was told I could delay delivery until after my move — but no one mentioned it would take weeks. So I offered to just pick it up myself. Only the day before, I got a text saying the pickup location was in New Braunfels, which is way too far from me. When I called the store, the manager admitted this was unacceptable and waived the delivery fee, promising I’d have the couch delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday (June 3–4). Then it got worse: when I called to confirm delivery, I was told I never paid, even though I paid in full with my credit card on Memorial Day. Now they’re claiming I was refunded for the couch — which I never asked for and never received. So now I’m left with no couch, no refund, and a complete runaround from this store. This has been a nightmare of false information, shady tactics, and zero accountability. I’ve wasted time, energy, and trust — and I still have nothing to show for it. Avoid this place at all costs.

My sales associate, John Walter, from the Southpark Meadows in Austin, TX went above and beyond to help me with ordering a sectional sofa. My son moved to Austin yesterday, and John was so helpful in coordinating the order and delivery for me (from NY)!

Ashley Homestore had a great selection and solid quality pieces! I was tagging along with friends and fell in love with a bedroom set I wasn’t in the market for. Derek greeted us on his feet as soon as we walked in. The quickest thing to kill my shopping experience is a SALES person, but Derek did a great job of lingering at a distance. He was always close by but not pushy or intrusive. We left the store buying nothing but when I called later that day to complete my purchase, Derek remembered me and exactly what I wanted. My friends and I went back the next day to check a couch again, and Derek, again greeted us on his feet, and offered great customer service. I haven’t received my pieces yet, but my experience with Derek was worth a review.

Go the other route to rooms to go 😃 placed a delivery order with them and had the run around as to when I would actually get my delivery. Ended up canceling the order and went right down to the competitor

Excellent service, very professional!

Went in today and was greeted by Nick Munoz. Very nice and let us look around and helped us when we had questions. We didn’t go in today intended to buy a new sofa and loveseat today but Nick worked with us and was so accommodating that we now have a delivery scheduled for Saturday. Would have no hesitations ever buying from Ashley Furniture again! Customer service cannot be beat!!!

Very disappointed. Were told when we purchased furniture less than a year ago that it was a very popular collection and should have no concern about buying the bed frame in less than a year when had more space but that was simply not true and deceitful. Would not have made the purchase if that was possibility. When called to ask was just told “no, nothing in stock and discontinued.” No mention of possible floor model still available or not even a suggestion if something similar or same color to look at and when asked if a similar collection we could look at, just simply told “no, don’t have it” even after explaining we were looking to finish out our bedroom set. Was already hesitant to go back as delivery of original furniture was a nightmare.

Fantastic service!! I worked with Marc and he was far from pushy and very informative!! There are memorial sales going on but he got it down even lower with basically free protection and delivery!! We got a motorized sectional that has stain resistant fabric and seats six people and a beautiful hard wood table that expands out to seat 10 people with 6 chairs for $5600!! Unheard of!!! Thanks again Marc!!

Our shopping and buying experience over the past two days could not have been more positive! My wife and I purchased a double power recliner, new mattresses and power bases, kitchen table with chairs, a lift top coffee table, and matching end tables. Selecting these items took several hours over two days. But our sales person John Walter was exceedingly patient, knowledgable and informative. He worked very hard to support us in considering a variety of options (Ashley has a VERY large selection!) all intended to help us make just the right choices. I also like how John occasionally drew upon the expertise and opinions of other Ashley team members...the store seems to have a positive, cooperative environment. And overall NO PRESSURE! Poor experience today while browsing. The pressure they put on you, followed by downright condescension and rudeness is unacceptable. We stopped in today to look around as we are in the market for a mattress and new furniture after a move. We are greeted at the door, let them know we are just looking around today and move along. Next, the manager finds us and introduces himself and we politely make small talk and then let him know we are just browsing and not looking for anything particular. We then get to the mattresses and not two minutes later, another person comes over and welcomes us to “his kingdom”, the mattress section. It’s pretty clear he was sent over by the manager, but that’s besides the point. I know he is a salesman, and he is going to give us a spiel which is fine, so I let him go ahead. After his pitch, I politely ask if it’s alright if we take a look around, and that we will let him know if we have any questions. He says “huh?” as if I am speaking another language, so I repeat myself and at this point he says in a condescending tone “so you guys are mattress experts?” I’m sorry, but do I need to be an “expert” to know if a bed that I am laying on is comfortable or not? Despite repeatedly indicating that you are just browsing and not looking for help, they will follow you around the store trying to pressure you into buying from them. I certainly didn’t feel inclined to buy anything from this store due to the fact that they can’t respect such a basic request. How can I trust that the requests I make about buying $1000s of dollars of furniture would be respected? Saved myself the trouble and walked next door to the other furniture place where I was given the space I requested.

Extremely happy with my experience here. Fiona and the store manager Montez were extremely helpful. I let her know what I was looking for and she was able to bring my idea to life. All of the staff here are respectful and very nice. If you are looking for an amazing furniture shopping experience this is the place to go. I will most definitely be coming back soon.

Ashley has a huge selection of kitchen, chairs and dining. We were able to find the chairs that I needed to go with the table that I already had, and I picked up on a couple awesome pictures and the photos as well. My salesperson Will, was awesome in assisting.

My most crappy experience in this ashley furniture store. The sales guy was so pressuring. We had to say sorry to him for asking for prices of the furniture. When the deal was not coming in our budget and we wanted to leave, he just said please don’t come to this store. This just wow. I would advise you to avoid this store and check either cedar park or Pflugerville store.

Have not had the furniture Delivered as of yet. the delivery experience as been awful. I was assured I would receive texts for confirmation. But i keep getting emails that I don't see till to late( I'm out of the country for work) and I'm about to cancel this entire purchase. UPDATE; This issue is because our sales rep entered my phone # incorrectly. We noticed at the store & was assured it would be updated correctly. It wasn't. After 2 missed deliveries I called & was told the # would be updated.....it wasn't again. Now, I just got off the phone & # updated once again I hope. LOL How hard is it to update a customers profile with the correct phone #? Ashley, contact your IT dept plz. All associates have been gracious. But the end result is I'm still waiting for a delivery for another 3 days. If I worked from home I guess this wouldn't be an issue:) also thank you for the reply.

Marc DeJesus was extremely helpful in having us select a couch. He listened to what we wanted, and found it pretty quickly as opposed to trying to sell us on something we didn’t want. He also helped us pick the payment plan that offered the greatest savings. If I needed additional furniture, I would return to Marc.

I had a great experience selecting & buying a nice leather power recliner at Ashley Southpark Meadows last week. The friendly salesman, Kyle Vigue, met me shortly after I entered, & I told him what I was looking for. He was able to take me directly to the options scattered on the showroom floor, including bouncing back & forth to compare chairs. It was a nice laidback experience with NO sales pressure from Kyle. He helped me negotiate the price for add-ons to get the best deal for me. He thoroughly explained the purchase, delivery & warranty I purchased and I walked out happy (instead of stressed like I often do at some other high pressure furniture stores). My chair was delivered <week later, unpacked & fully assembled by the delivery men (worth the extra $20). I’m very happy with my new, beautiful recliner & will return to Ashley SP Meadows for future furniture purchases!

Working with customer service was a nightmare. My shipment was set for delivery twice and delayed each time. I was promised VIP service. Crickets from everyone but Derek. I will never shop at Ashley again. I have tried to text and call the number the owner response gave me. It is a totally automated number and you cannot speak to a real person. AGAIN no response from the store. I am so upset and frustrated at the lack of communication. Do not shop at this store

Shawn ans KC were amazing. They were very helpful and assisted us thru the process of us getting our mattress.

Great delivery job, and I love my recliner chair but it makes a noise when it rocks. They offered new part said noise means base is broken. When it comes in I'm to call to schedule someone to come out. If they can't fix it, they will replace. I love my couch. Not sure why, but Ashley only comments on great reviews... better to grow by addressing all.

Kyle Wise was amazing and very low pressure about me buying my new couch. I had just came from another store and the pressure was so high while trying to make the decision on a big investment. When I went to Ashley and worked with Kyle he took his time to show me different sofas and went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Never did he try to make me stay in the store, rather he helped me find something that fits what I want within my budget. Thank you Kyle and thank you Ashley for helping! This is the sofa I decided to go with in a different configuration.

Purchased a rather expensive mattress, frame,elevation kit, etc... Two deliveries later, and we're still waiting on Ashley Store in Austin Texas to get the right material that will bolt up to the frame, elevation kit. TWO separate crews on two separate trips and still no resolution. Called the store three times asking to speak to a manager, left my contact information and still haven't received a call back from this location..

Sales people were courteous and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed and the delivery was perfect. Lots of notifications and we didn’t have to schedule weeks away.

I’ve shopped for my entire living room and dining room set from here. However, tonight, we went to get a dresser for our nursery and were greeted with the worst attitudes. The store manager agreed to speak with us and then went and hid in a room, only to send the salesperson out saying he can’t speak with us. Beyond disappointed in their lack of customer service and poor attitude. Additionally and more importantly, they were scamming us with prices. The price in store was marked up $200 for the dresser we wanted. We then saw it for $200 cheaper online. Before noticing this, the store manager was marking it down $200 as if he was giving us a deal. He was using the online price as it was marked up in store for the exact same item. On top of this, they wanted to charge us $170 for delivery and assembly, when online, it’s only $100. They quoted us a higher price for the dresser without delivery, if we were to go pick it up from New Braunfels ourselves. When online, you can get it cheaper and have it delivered to your doorstep for less than the cost we were quoted. When I pointed this out, the salesperson was speechless and the store manager refused to even acknowledge us. I’ve spent thousands at this store; however, after this experience, we will not be purchasing our nursery furniture from here and I’d caution others to stay away until they fix their practices and attitudes. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Ashley Furniture is the worst company.I bought an entertainment center from them. When it was delivered the back of the piece was cracked. I told the delivery guy to take it back and bring me a new one. He insisted that it would take 3 weeks to get another one and I needed it quickly so I reluctantly signed for it . The delivery driver said that he would personally come and replace the back panel. Which he lied cause he did not show up. When i called the company to complain all they wanted to do was give me half of the delivery fee which I feel was not fair. I will never buy from this company again.

My experience there was great except for the beginning, when my daughter had walked in before us, and was approached by an associate asking if she needed help and she said she needed to use the restroom and the person was like are you even going to buy anything In a rude way my daughter the said my mom is coming in and continue to walk to the back to the restroom luckily I didn’t get approached by him but the person who did help Shawn was awesome

Kyle was very patient with us! We originally went to look at couches but ended up getting patio furniture instead! We were being a bit difficult and undecided but he was patient with us over the two days deciding on what we wanted more. Definitely would recommend and talking to Kyle he was a great help in answering all our decisions!

Josh was so incredibly helpful and funny! He has a great experience and will be back to see Josh for whatever else we need in the future.

We are SO happy with our experience at Ashley SP Meadows! Isaac took such great care of us! He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us pick out the perfect piece. Because of Isaac’s expertise, we spent more money than we had planned, but we happy to do it because we had been shopping for weeks from store to store and were so frustrated. My husband and I shopped here recently for a new living room set. We were impressed by the large selection and quality furniture at an affordable price. Even better was our sales rep, who was not pushy at all, but listened to us and offered us options we had not thought about. From the moment we walked in to the final sale, overall fantastic experience.

Had a great experience. Josh was kind and funny. Understood exactly what I was looking for. And was diligent about explaining my options and financing.

I would like to extend a personal thank you to our salesman, I didn’t catch his name during our brief interaction but he was wearing what appeared to be a long white lab coat of sorts. So he should be fairly easy to spot (and stay away from)! After explaining that we just wanted to browse around and would let him know if we needed anything, he proceeds to poke and prod for what I’m in the market for and that “we don’t need to to the whole look around and let me know thing.” After insisting twice that we just wanted to look around his response both times was “that’s fine we can look around together”. I’m sorry, I forgot I needed your permission to test drive this sofa sir? Well, if it wasn’t for the extremely unprofessional salesman I wouldn’t have ended up down the road at the amazing “at Home” Home goods supply store where we found a lovely dining table set that we just had to have. Didn’t know it even existed until we saw it.. not to mention the new bed set we got with it. Thank you Ashley furniture home store! We had such a great time at the Ashley Furniture store in Southpark Meadows last night. We originally just stopped in to browse, but Joshua and the store manager made us feel so comfortable that we ended up staying for a couple of hours. Joshua was new (it was his first day!), but he was so chill and helpful, and we never felt pressured at all. The store manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was equally great. They worked with us on the price and we ended up buying our dream couch! We can't wait for it to be delivered. Highly recommend this location!

We bought a dresser/ mirror set and a bed set from Ashley’s last summer. A woman named Addy sold it to us, she seemed to be having a bad day so we didn’t mind brightening her day with a sale. Addy sold us on the early buyout (90 days) So we decided to finance thinking it would be an easy credit boost. Ashley in house finances through Acima, yet no rep was ever in store the many times that we came. Long story short we paid the buyout within 90 days but Acima never applied even HALF of it to the principle. I think they are crooks. For 4 months we could not get in contact with anyone from Acima except for one time after the buyout time frame had passed, and what they told us was that Acima doesn’t even put the full buyout amount on your online account. You have to call and ask for the amount WITH fees. As if you’d know… I think Ashley and Acima have a crooked way of doing business and it’s very dishonorable.

Jacob was really knowledge about leather sofas and how to properly care for them to keep them looking their best for years to come. The Lombardia style was the one I wanted but was going to purchase later next month in outright cash. Jacob helped with not only locating the leather sofa to see if they had it in stock, he found it for a lower price than what was on the website and asked if I decided to purchase it today, they would gift me the extended product protection. Long story short, I ended up purchasing the sofa today and I'll be getting it delivered at the end of next week. Thank you to both Jacob and Ryan for your kindness and listening to my needs and what I was looking for.

South Park Meadows and team are great. The Ashley distribution center in Albuquerque completely screwed us. Purchased the sofa before Tday based on the delivery date. Distribution center confirmed delivery date 5 days prior to delivery. One day before delivery Ashley cancelled our delivery with no communication. This was a time sensitive delivery. Spoke with many managers who agreed with the horrible customer service. Ashley doesn’t care. NEVER AGAIN ASHLEY.

I had gone on sunday afternoon 12/15/24 at 5:30pm. When i had entered i was greeted by WILL (a slim tall white male, blonde, blue eyes, little to no hair), at first i felt welcomed by him and had said that i was looking around - he became pushy and passive aggressive. Making comments like “that’s what everybody tells me”. I took a gander around the store and upon leaving he came up to me and the passive aggressiveness continued. This time just being blatantly rude, as he said things like “you just came to waste my time” when i had just said i didn’t find anything today. to reiterate i had said in the beginning that i was just looking around.

Came in just looking to see what they had and was met by a sales guy who was nice, however walking around the store for a few minutes we decided it was time to go and as we were leaving another sales guy approached us and we told him we were just killing time and he replied “well this is a business” insinuating that we only needed to be there if we were ready to buy right now. We declined and tried to leave and he then tried to guilt trip us to buying a ornament for a kids charity and we politely declined and he just replied something along the lines of “yahhh who cares about the kids” or something trying to make us fell bad lol. I didn’t catch his name but but he was a stockier Hispanic guy. I’ve been in multiple Ashley furniture stores over the past week and they all are just sleezy feeling.

On Saturday, Dec 7 @ 12:15 pm, I had a very uncomfortable shopping experience at this location. I came ready to buy a couch but to also stay on budget. As soon as I walked , the sales person WILL (a slim tall white male, blonde, blue eyes with blue polo), approached me. From the get go he seemed knowledgeable and convincing as he should. The entire time it felt like stalked and pushed to buy. He came see me at least 6 or 7 times and it feel very intimidating . I said “I’ll come back later” since I wanted to go other places to find a better deal but he shut me down by saying that if I walk out of the store , he will not give me the “deal” (in question of 15 minutes he lowered the price by $400). I don’t like lowballing but he was really pressuring me. When I was planning my exit, he again appears out of nowhere to offer me $650 plus tax . In a way to get away from this person (and to kindly close the sale) I said : “I’d like the sofa for $650 including tax”. His whole demeanor changed (not smiling or friendly anymore) to tell me : "You are more than welcome to leave, HAVE A GOOD DAY”. He practically kicked me out of the store. so frantically I texted my son to tell him that I’ve been asked to leave. I need the STORE manager to put this sales person in his place. Sales reps should NOT use predatory sales strategies: WE ARE NOT A TARGET, NOR A $$ DOLLAR SIGN. My family and I are long time Ashely clients and we even hold the credit card. HOW can Ashely keep this sales reps on the floor treating client with zero respect & compassion? I don't want to step foot ever again, sadly.

I know how this works) that i'd be back. Of course statistics say that when a customer leaves they don't come back. I get it. It was awkward. I left to go to another store and find recliner. I did. I called Will and said could you send me a pic of the sofa i like I want to see if it works well with the recliner I found. PIc attached. That is a salesperson. Have fun, be fun, don’t pressure. I ran back to Ashley, placed my order. It was quick and painless. I would definitely refer Ashley at Southpark Meadows and Shawn and Will. I know what kind of customer I am. Not easy. They let me be me and they made me laugh. Well done! Sold. And somehow I bought a bed frame and two night stands that I wasn’t shopping for. Nice work Shawn.

I bought a $1000 sofa sleeper that arrived a week late, and then it had a tear in it. $300 Lamp was supposed to arrive the same day but arrived with no notification- sat outside my home for the taking for who knows how long, and the box looked like it had been mauled by a bear. They blame the warehouse, they blamed the truck breaking down. Blah blah blah. If I had it to do over I would NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE.

I came into the store today 11/22/24 at 4:10pm to look around just to see what they had in store when I was greeted by sale rep guy (Mexican middle age man with short hair), I told him that I was looking around. He told me how he was commission based. Which I understood so I didn’t want to waste his time by thinking we were going to buy something today. I told him multiple times that we were just looking. He said he has to give us a tour. He took me to the mattress, after mentioning we were just looking around and he made me feel really uncomfortable and making me not wanting to come back to the store. He was trying to force a sale on me. Then he decided to tell me “you came into waste my time so I am going to waste your time, and you can go now and look around.” Customer service was TERRIBLE! I don’t recommend this store at all. Even though I told him in the beginning I am here just to look around that was unprofessional behavior.

I wish I could write a great review but we had such a bad experience at Ashely. It first started with sales lady named Jada, she walked us around and gave us prices at first everything was great, then she asked us to wait for a bit & she went to assist another client… at first I didn’t think too much of it until she did it again. Not only that but when we were ready to check out it took her almost 45 mins to be able to place the first order. She walked around and seemed like she was looking for someone & then went to ask for help. Even the people around her saw her struggling but wouldn’t help much except for a gentleman man who helped her get some authorization, she then got it and proceeded to still take so long to process the paperwork. I had to leave because I had a meeting & she said that when I came back she’d have everything ready… well i come back & nothing was ready for me to sign. I waited about 45 mins again. She told us that our dinning room was going to be wrapped with plastic by the time we came to pick it up. It wasn’t, the approach they had towards us was so unprofessional. They handed out the wrapping paper and said we had to do it ourselves in front of the people shopping (we got a model dinning table but still paying for it so I don't understand why they couldn’t help) if I could rate the service a 0 I would, which is sad because my parents have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley and they’ve always given them great service.

I had a great experience at Ashley furniture today . The sale person by the name of Frankco. Help me today and I said what type of furniture I wanted and he listened to gave great feedback to all my questions and great customer service.

SCAM! Do not shop here. I have been dealing with my order for over an entire month and have had to take time off work several times to confront sales associates at the store, just to be assured they are fixing all the issues they have caused just to find out new problems the next day. Like I said this has been over a month dealing with this and i have had to go in every week sometimes several. The sales associate who helped me put two orders in for my one order. Meaning I am currently being charged for 4 couches, two dinning tables and two area rugs. I have called every number and spoke with management on every level in the store and they promise all these resolutions that get no where. We currently have the first set of furniture that the store says we shouldn’t have and are scheduling to pick up. Then pick up gets here and drivers are always rude and say they have no information on picking up the furniture then just leave. As someone who works in sale management I believe no level of management at this store has any level of experience. This has been an awful experience and keep in mind they have offered us free pillows during all this. Pillows. As if we’re not being charged over $1000 extra now, and they still have yet to resolve that. These are just parts of the experience and no way I can type of the whole horror story of an experience this is. Shop anywhere else.

I fell in love with a couch and paid in full on-site. The staff was struggling because their new iPads were giving them a hard time. None of them were connected to the printer and the iPads didn’t transfer any signatures so the signing process took almost 20 minutes. The sales person, while she was very sweet, typed my email into the form incorrectly twice. So the floor manager comes in to send me the invoice to my correct email. I leave expecting a call to schedule delivery two days later. I receive no call so I call the guest help center only to find out not only had the sales agent saved an incorrect email to the form (even after having corrected her spelling twice) she also saved my phone number incorrectly. So no one could get a hold of me, nor could they find my order. The guest help center tells me now they can’t schedule delivery until 7 days later - not okay because I’ve been told multiple times that the couch is just sitting ready at the warehouse. I then email the store manager, twice, and receive no replies when I ask for some sort of compensation for the trouble I experienced on their account. I politely ask the guest help center to escalate the issue and contact the warehouse and they do nothing but give me a work order number that never gets addressed. Finally I’m blessed to schedule delivery for 5 days later after having reached out multiple times. Now, the delivery drivers were fantastic, professional, and very sweet. I've been waiting for a bedroom set, mattress table and table with 6 chairs for more than 2 months. Supposedly 24 September was the day to get it all. No such luck. Pre Covid I received better Service when I ordered a bedroom set. I am missing a rail for the bed I ordered and I haven't received a call back of when I will get the missing bed rail. Very Frustrating to pay almost 4k and get such bad service. It seems once money is paid, it doesn't matter how long you have to wait. UPDATE!!! I HAVE CALLED THE NUMBERS YOU PROVIDED. A SO CALL TICKET HAS BEEN MADE AFTER CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES. THAT TICKET NONSENSE IS ALL LIES. I WENT TO THE STORE AND THEY ALSO CUT A TICKET FOR THE MISSING RAIL. SO FAR NO RAIL, JUST "WE WILL CALL YOU BACK AS SOON AS WE KNOW SOMETHING" I HAVE WENT TO THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES AND IS VERY CONVENIENT THAT THEY CANT REFUND MY MONEY. CORPORATE WILL MAIL A CHECK EVANTUALLY IF I PURSUE THAT ROUTE. IS B.S. THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY IN A HEART BEAT AND NOT EVEN PROVIDE A FULL FUNCTIONING BED. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO HAVING A SALESMAN OR STORE MANAGER DOING THEIR JOB TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER GETS TAKEN CARE OF AND NOT JUST RECEIVE A COMMISSION FOR PUSHING A SO CALLED BED WITH MISSING PARTS ON TO A CUSTOMER. STEER CLEAR OF ASHLEY FURNITURE. NO ONE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. AND IF THEY DO IT WILL BE 3 TO 4 MONTHS LATER. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ROOMS TO GO.

They sold us a bogus warranty with dining room table. We had table for 2 years. Rustic wood finish. The top is now bubbling in certain spots. We call warranty and they said we the problem. Ashley hustled is in this regard because they will always say the customer the problem. Ashley is not what it use to be. Rooms to go is looking better and better these days.

My experience was not fantastic! We came in walked around and salespeople walked right by us . I walked up front to see if anyone cared to help us. Finally we got a new salesperson named Isaac to say he would help. I already knew the item I wanted. I had a new Ashley credit card the had been purchased by another company and I was not aware. So I called while in store and was told to have retailer call and they would give them my account information. The salesperson and manager refused to call. Continued to tell me I had no account and I did. The salesperson Isaac kept going to wait on other customers and very short with me. Only telling me my account did not come up. I left the store very upset and my husband said let’s go try the North Pflugerville store. Thank goodness I did ! The salesperson Lisa took care of my issue in 4 minutes and ordered my items , in about 30 minutes we were out of the door. I would never recommend this SP Meadows store to anyone!! Horrible experience.!

Just bought a new house and was looking to buy new furniture. Had went to Rooms-to-Go first and found a really great couch but wanted to see what options they had at Ashley. When we went to Ashley we were looking for a light-colored couch that was not leather and could recline. A sales guy came up to us and we let him know what type of couch we were looking for and he had two options he wanted us to look at. The first one was nice but it was leather and the second one didn't have a reclining option. The sales guy then phoned his manager with what we had wanted but at this point he looked frustrated. We had did one circle around the store which had taken about 10 mins and at the front we were greeted with the manager a tall blond guy with black gages. The manager had told us that he didn't have anything in stock and jokingly told us "Well get out of here" and kick his foot at us to head towards the door. We where going to look for a dining room set and a cocktail table for the living room but after he told us that we just left and bought everything at Rooms-to-Go. I feel like a good sales man shouldn't get frustrated with not being able to find one thing you want but should offer if there is anything they could help you with.

The service was excellent and we had a man who said I was his first customer. He was really nice and helpful. There does seem to be a lot of paperwork to sign though.

Do not shop here! After two confirmed delivery dates, excuses of why items were not delivered, and no return call from the manager. I then asked for a refund. I purchased the furniture over a month ago and still have not received the furniture nor my money back. The store is very unorganized. The cooperate office cannot assist with solving the matter. It's always 7-10 more days to return my refund. Really bad customer service. I will never buy anything ever again from Ashley's Furniture!

However, when we mentioned that we wanted to take a day to think over our decision, we were directed to leave through an exit door instead of the main entrance, citing a ‘system’ that monitors customers who leave without making a purchase. We were planning to return the next day and likely make the purchase, but being required to exit through a side door—and then told to use that door again if we came back—left us feeling unwelcome. This experience has made us reconsider returning to the store.

The furniture is ok, but the employees are terrible. My husband had his sunglasses stolen while we were looking at couches, and was basically told to stop coming in to look for them because it made their numbers look bad. I’m convinced an employee took them when my husband set them down to pick up our year old daughter we had with us. Unsure as to which employee, as several were pacing the store due to a lack of customers. $3,500-$4,500 on 2 couches and you couldn’t even check the cameras? Thanks for the stellar customer service.

My sells person was really nice and found me what I wanted I overall love our couch but I did pay an assembly fee and my couch was not fully assembled because they did not have 4 legs for one of the sides of the sectional. Our delivery guy said someone would come out and install them once they arrived. They arrived and never was I contacted for it to be installed and not only that but the couch did not have holes already so we had to form them with a drill. Very frustrating.

The furniture is of great quality and the people we interacted with were wonderful. The furniture took almost 3 months to come in, instead of the month that we were first told-but I hear that lots of furniture orders get delayed.

My fiance and I went in looking for a dining room table. We told the guy that greeted us we were looking for a dining room table and would let him know if we had any questions. He then proceeded to follow us around the store, try and sell us a mattress (even asking us for our current mattress brand), and even mentioned how he knows what we should want. It made for a very uncomfortable experience and we will not return.

I purchased furniture from this location and was promised it would be delivered in a week. The delivery was rescheduled 3 times but I was never notified the delivery would be rescheduled. On each delivery date the furniture didn’t arrive and I called my sales rep and he informed me the delivery would be delayed. He never informed me the delivery would be delayed on 3 occasions. Can you imagine waiting all day for a delivery and no one informing you it would be delayed, to later find out it’s not arriving. I requested a refund and was informed I’d have it in 3-5 business days. We’ve now exceed more than 5 business days and still haven’t received a refund. Abby, the Manager is very unprofessional and unethical. She claimed to have put in an escalation ticket and to have sent all these email to corporate and stated no one has gotten back to her. And told me there was nothing she could do to refund us our $2700 we paid for furniture we never received. I asked for the regional manager’s name and she said “she knows it but can’t give it out because they’re not customer facing”. She also stated she would not talk to the regional manager about our concern, which was confusing to us considering we’ve went outside of the normal processing time for a refund. To anyone looking for any furniture do not go to this store, the workers are unprofessional with no soft skills, your furniture will be delayed and they will not inform you. They will keep your money and put you through hell to receive a refund. Our $2700 is currently sitting as a credit on our Ashley account and no one has followed up with us on the status. This experience has been a nightmare. Do NOT buy furniture from here, ever!

I’ve called every number and no one knows where my couches are they just keep giving me a further and further date. Why promise something if you can’t stay true to it. I couldn’t even get the couch I wanted because it was out of stock for a month and now it’s in but what’s the point if I have to wait another month??? Terrible costumer service 👎

Spoke to Adam today on 7/2/24 & was a little uneasy afterwards. He had no kind of customer service. I even asked to speak with the manager & he told me there wasn't one available. I asked when he'd be back & he repeated himself, "he's not here. He stepped out." I then asked if he knew when he'd been back in again, possibly another day, & he says, "well yeah... another day but maybe but not today." WHAT?! I'll just cancel my order here & purchase from somewhere else. Ugh

Josh was excellent at the store. Everyone at the store were great and they all made our experience there as if you were the only client present even though there were so many people browsing/shopping at the time. So were the delivery guys. The little kiddos present got so excited and yet they still managed to keep the little ones safe. The delivery guys took pictures as well so I’d rather you see the pictures they took because that’s how thorough they were.

The furniture is great, customer service inside the store was good too… however we are not very pleased with how the 3rd party delivery service Ashley Furniture uses went. It ends there. Their customer service on the phone and online is terrible. The automated phone delivery service system is confusing and had us wait all day for the 1st delivery 📦 & they only arrived with bed rails and nothing else! (we ordered an entire king bedroom set), 2nd delivery everything else came except our bedroom chest, we waited almost a whole month til we got the last piece delivered. On that 3rd delivery, the delivery drivers made a dent in our brand new wall while going up the stairs (total eye sore to look at) in the brand new home we just purchased and they keep telling us “they will call you in 24 hrs”, 3 days passed and no one called. We called again & got the same stupid answer of “they will call u”. It has been a week and no one has called us about the claim for the damage they made. We’re pretty furious with this horrible experience overall

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Rep Connor ordered the wrong item after I was crystal clear in what I wanted. Must have said the color 10 times and showed a photo. Wrong color ottoman was ordered. Had to refuse on delivery, after seeing the color. Took 1 month to remedy the issue and the corrected item delivered still had a gash in it. I spent hours on hold or on the phone with customer service. Problem still being remedied. Got Altari couch in 2022 for $2K, it’s now $650, which is what it’s worth, as seat cushions are well-dented after 2 years of use by normal-sized female. Ottoman not worth the heartache and time for $185.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I bought $7000 (after their discounts for paying cash) of furniture from the location on I-35 in South Austin. Josh was my salesman (terrible customer service). The rocking recliner's left arm broke after sitting in it 3 times over two weeks. I had to file a claim. I sent in pictures and a video with a detailed explanation. They asked if I would accept $43 to keep it the way it is. I declined. Then they just texted "good bye" and that was it. I called the store and spoke to a manager named Abby that was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She should be fired after making sarcastic comments to a customer. She finally said she would set an appt for a technician to come out. I agreed, and then received a message from them cancelling the appointment a day before it. I called Abby again and she was again incredibly rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe the tone she was taking with a customer. I told her she was very bad at her job. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB, Texas consumer complaints and sending all correspondence to a news consumer protection division. SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

0 stars. Atrocious customer service. We came in on a Friday night for a dresser and 2 nightstands. Paid in full and were told a delivery date. Had to go overseas for an emergency so all we wanted to do was change the primary contact number to my girlfriend. When we got to the store we were then informed our PAID for order was cancelled. We hadn’t received ANYTHING letting us know. If we didn’t go in in person would we have even known it was cancelled?? We were told it was the associates fault, she hadn’t taken 2 payment methods and that was the reason for the order being cancelled despite us having A SIGNED CONTRACT that we would receive it on 6/6. My girlfriend took a day off work for absolutely no reason. No offer of a discount or even an apology instead just incredibly rude staff. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

Was horribly disappointed, but we proceeded to buy anyway just because I was set on the bed I loved. However, was quoted a price for bed and mattress just to find that price quoted increased by 100%, of quoted price. We opted out of warranty, shipping to bring cost to more than we had budgeted to spend. Will never shop Ashley ever again

Outrageously offensive experience. After I get my review proofed by my lawyer, I’ll post it. I will never return to Ashley furniture. I visited today to give them a chance to address my complaint, but they referred me to their phone line. They have no staff to address issues. They are there to take in money and that is all they do. They take money. They sell. They outsource deliveries. They referred complaints offsite. $2400 to have my couch scraped across the dirty sidewalk outside. They had to borrow my tools to break it down and get it inside before fleeing and leaving trash on my doorstep because they ran away as fast as they could.

Isaac was so helpful and he gave us our space to look around and then when I found what I wanted, I went and got him and he was very polite. Very courtesy. He is awesome if I come back into buy anything, I’m gonna ask for Isaac. We bought a washer and dryer from him. Don’t have pictures.

My salesperson was excellent. He was fairly new to the position, but was working patiently with me. He needed to ask a number of questions of his managers who I observed seem a bit impatient with him.

My family and I went into this Ashley’s and it was such an odd and off putting experience. We went in to search for couches, as we were eager to buy one for our new space, and immediately upon entering the store a sales guy approached us. We smiled and said we were just looking and would let him know if we had any questions - to which he nodded and asked my partner what his name was, shook his hand, and said he looked forward to his business. My partner laughed and said, “she’s the money maker so you need to get on her good side, not mine”, and the sales guys just let out a quick laugh and walked away. This man never once acknowledged me the next 4 interactions he came and found us. At the very end, when we were close to exiting, he came by once more and finally asked ME what I was looking for (my partner had finally started to ignore his inquiries) and I explained to him what I liked vs didn’t and expressed nothing here fit our space and thanked him for asking. He pressed me as we were walking away saying they could reconfigure anything we wanted etc but I told him at that point, we didn’t want to do business here because of his sales approach and inability to acknowledge all parties until he felt like he wasn’t going to make a sale. So bizarre. Ashley’s has nice/cute furniture and I’ve bought things from them in the past that has lasted me years and years so I DO recommend them in that regard (10/10) but I don’t recommend the sales floor experience, which is why I’m writing this review. They need better salesman if they’re going to do business with people. Common courtesy and respect should be at the basis of any establishment.

Colton was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful! We came in with limited time and a good idea of what we wanted. He answered all questions thoroughly and then some. He worked around our schedule and helped us find what we needed! As far as Ashley furniture itself- their selection is much more up to date and stylish than 4 other area stores and great prices too. Confident the pieces I buy will last a long time durability wise and style wise.

I bought for a leather single recliner. this is person‘s name is Conor Paine .He hold us we are getting a pure leather recliner. Two weeks later, they deliver us a law seat that was damage peeling off. he lied to us ,that he was a pure leather, and we have five years warranty. He did not told us we have to pay extra for the warranty. he did not tell us Ashley Furniture policy that when they deliver to your home, there is no refund. I did not get what I paid for a pure leather Siegel recliner. They deliver me a loveseat . I told dad to take it back that I did not order for a Love seat . They refused to take it back. I asked him my money back they said no . They want me to get something else that is a scratch resistant . They are telling me to pay more money s that is not my budget . I have been fighting with them for one month .I have been fighting with them for about a month. They still refuse to remove the love seat. Out of my house , I didn’t pay for.and that is more than my budget. What I can afford .they have been lying to me. And giving me run around. The manager told me to go get another furniture and now she say I had to pay more money .go get another furniture . They are doing all to make money .and they do not care how much pain they cost to the customer. that cost me anxiety. I spent every day talking to Ashley Furniture customer service. Did not get 5 stars only because depending on who you get, they can put on the pressure. But just bought something and the sales rep I got this time (Clinten... yes with an E) was very kind and didn't try to push us for too much. Furniture is top notch quality though

My sales rep, Josh, was very knowledgeable and provided my husband and I with great customer service. He allowed us to browse without any pressure before we made our final selection.

The sales representative was very pleasant and charming. Also extremely attentive and allowed me to roam around the store as we determined basically what I was looking for. Once I made my decision the paperwork was very personal and expedient. Very positive experience.

In store purchase was good. On delivery 4 hours early we get a delivery notice that said been delivered with a signature of someone. And a picture of cloth. Two hours later. We get a call saying the product was never loaded on the truck. Then the lady changes her story and say the driver damaged the product and they can deliver. So she ask if we’d like to come in to buy something else. Bad part we were told that was the last item like that and had to get the one off the floor. Not to mention I took the day off for this delivery. So no we won’t be going back.

Ashley rescheduled our delivery twice without informing us.still waiting on delivery.

Fair furniture. HOWEVER, horrible logistics, severely lack of professionalism. Inflexible delivery time, 2 missed items, 1 cancelled delivery (due to their internal issues). Local stores have no control over delivery. You won’t know what time they’re delivering and you have to spare the entire day waiting ( they also won’t tell you if your delivery is cancelled until you found out you wasted the entire day waiting for nothing) They don’t deliver on Sundays and Mondays no matter what, and you’ll have to get in line for delivery again even with the fact that they’ve made multiple mistakes already. Do NOT recommend and Will NOT come back to this store. (Already came back 5 times to deal with their problems) Now that they scheduled a new delivery AGAIN for the missing parts. If this delivery goes south, will come back to update.

We purchased 5 items and Cody was the most helpful sales person you can ask for. He found exactly what we were looking for and over all happy with the overall service.

They don't tell that there's no returns, will do everything in their will to let you keep broken furniture delivered off the truck. Only time you can return is when they are delivering to you. You're welcome. Which they also don't tell you. Ashely's is disappointing.

Zero honesty. The Pflugerville sales rep stated we’re getting the best deal with a “corporate discount” (apparently it was a price match to the online price after checking) and that the military discount cannot be applied. After cross checking facts online and with a representative from the Southpark Meadows location, I reached out to my Pflugerville sales rep and told him that the discount can be applied. Finally, he agreed that the discount can be applied, but I will have to come back in and sign paperwork to change my 12-month financing to 6-month financing. At this point, since my delivery is still days out and I’m still within the time frame to not incur any cancellation fees, I’m ready to cancel my order altogether after being lied to (twice) and feeling like I’m being retaliated against. BUT the Southpark Meadows representative informed me I did not have to change my financing nor come in to sign anything. With my permission, he stated he can apply the military discount on his end (after speaking with his supervisor and getting his approval), to avoid my sale becoming a “wash out.” So I went ahead and agreed to his idea and did not cancel my order. I asked for a confirmation email for the price adjustment and was informed I will receive it in 1-2 business days as the order is still processing. We paid the $99 White Glove Premium Home Delivery Service which includes furniture assembly. After coming home from work, upon inspection I noticed there were missing hardware that were crucial to keeping the main parts attached. What’s worse is the delivery men knew about the missing hardware (caught on video) and failed to mention it after assembling the parts. How is this service worth $99? My order has been delivered and assembled with missing hardware. It has been over a week since the verbal approval of the military discount to my order. My bill has been processed and I still don’t see a price adjustment nor credit to the original amount of my bill. I followed up with Southpark Meadows today and was informed my order has been completed and since my order was from Pflugerville, they (Southpark Meadows) are not able to make any adjustments to my order… First time buyer with Ashley Furniture, and what an extremely dissatisfying experience this has been… from sales, to delivery, to customer service. In the end, both Ashley sales representatives and services from Pflugerville and Southpark Meadows are untrustworthy and dishonest.

The experience at the store was great. The delivery, not so much. I appreciated the ability to track it in real time, however after we received a 15 minute notice, the drivers stopped at McDonald’s (according to the tracker). The delivery time kept getting pushed back the more time they spent there. So the 15 minute alert should have been for an hour.

I recommend that use utilize the services of Ms. Gonzalez. Such a pleasant no hassle shopping experience. Very knowledgeable with product information.

Both Franco and Kaoss were excellent in helping us make a decision on our sectional. There was a large selection and each team member was very knowledgeable and personable. They worked to get us the best deal available. Can’t wait to see our sofa in our new home!

Awesome salesperson Leann assisted us, pointing out what assets in a particular piece we would have missed. Never any pressure.

Sales strategy is poor. Salesmen stand at the entrance like hawks. Looking to absolutely sell someone something to make a commission. Apparently they are in a round Robbin to get customers so if a customer they are assigned doesn't buy anything, they need to wait until other sales agents finish getting assigned a customer. Which means no commission until another full circle. Not a fan of the sales model they have. Ashley store salesmen should lay back and keep the customers at ease while shopping or looking around.

I walked into Ashely's home furniture store with my sister and nephew and was greeted by Will. He was super nice in the beginning asked if we needed help and which I declined because I wanted to look on my own. He did ask if he could fill me in on all the deals in which I did and I continued through the right side of the store. I began my browse at the selection when my nephew promptly discovered the play area. Me and my sister took a seat for maybe 10 minutes to let my nephew play when we were greeted by Will again. He said he had a great deal for us and asked if we were going to buy anything. I said I was just looking still as I took a break for my nephew to play .when he then explained the GREAT deal he had for us was that he wanted to go on lunch break in 15 minutes and in order to do so we had to either buy or find something within that time or he was going and I quote “to keep bugging us”. It felt very rude or unnecessary for him to tell us that. It did not feel welcoming for a family home store employee to essentially rush us out to go on his lunch. Any intentions of buying were lost to that great deal of a conversation.

Will greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything specific. We said we’re just looking & he asked to give his spiel, listened then looked around. My child saw the play area & we were there for 10 mins max when Will came by & said he had a good deal for us. He asked if we’re buying anything then said he’s going to keep bugging us until we leave since it’s time for his lunch. That was uncalled for in my opinion and definitely doesn’t make anyone feel welcome. My sister was actually considering a piece in there until that interaction.

I have been trying for two weeks to get them to exchange a dresser. The salesman ordered a youth dresser rather than the one he showed me on the showroom floor. I contacted him immediately when I realized the dresser was wrong. After contacting him several times and getting no answer I went to the store and talked with the manager Troy. He was no help just said they had sent a request to their home office and were waiting for approval. Indicated he would follow up and get back to me. Never heard from him. I have also talked by phone to two customer care team members. Again their answer was waiting for approval from the home office. I should hear from them within 24 to 48 hours to schedule the exchange. Still no response. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with Consumer Affairs because I now believe they have no intention of exchanging the dresser and hope to stall me until I give up. I’m writing this in the hope that this review will keep someone else from having the same problem since this feels like their way of doing business, Not caring about customers once they have made the sale rather than an isolated incident. Still hoping the will make things right but for now I have no faith that they will

We waited in line to pick up furniture for over an hour! Only one person working in the warehouse on a Saturday. It was the worst process I have ever seen!

He said then why the hell are you here then? He also said I’m here to make money. I didn’t waste my time, I walked out immediately. I will never spend my money here.

Liane was super helpful as I deliberated what to get! I must have gone over 3-4 times for long stretches of time measuring, talking about colors, textures, pet-friendly options. The location at Southpark Meadows is beyond ridiculous. Over the years we have spent well in excess of $10,000 at Ashley… we bought two end tables for our living room set, and wished to replace them with a single, larger end table. We let them know the day they arrived, one of the two was never taken out of the box. This store declined to allow us to exchange this item. I will never buy from this store again. If I buy Ashley furniture, it will be from Amazon, because they take returns if you buy it from Amazon. Does it make sense that they take returns if you bought it from Amazon and not if you buy it from their store directly? Of course it doesn’t. I would give it a zero if I could.

Walked in and was greeted right away by Peter. So nice and patience with me while I figured out what I needed. The entire staff was so on point when I went and just had an amazing atmosphere! Will definitely be going back to grab a few more things for my new place!

I bought a recliner. After it was delivered it I discovered it locks up in the recliner position. After 2 weeks of Ashley not answering my calls or returning calls. I wrote a review on Goggle maps. They finally contacted me by text message. Ashley promised they would send a repair person. One year later, there has been no repair person or answer to my problem. Great price, no service. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I initially went in very excited for a new mattress only to find that my credit was ran when I asked for it not to be. The manager did a poor job of being attentive and accountable. While I understand mistakes happen a customers credit should carefully handled.

I spent $200 extra to get 5 years protection plan when I bought a dinning table in 11/2022. The first surface painting broken happened after only 3 months. When I reached out to the maintenance, both of the Ashley store and the third party tried to find an excuse to refuse to fix it for free. Low product quality and service. Don’t trust their free protection. All they mind is money.

Salesman Will C met us at the door unlike any of the other furniture stores we had been to today. He was helpful, thorough, and friendly. He didn’t hover but was always there for any questions and unlike the other stores we had been to we made a purchase that is expected to be able to be delivered this Saturday when other stores were quoting 2-3 weeks. Love the recliner, the warranty and the price. 2nd piece of Ashley furniture. Will definitely go there first the next time I need to buy furniture and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

The service in store was great. They were helpful and professional. After we ordered our couch, the delivery was rescheduled 5 times. I understand a delay may happen but 5 times with no explanation or estimate on when it would come in is not acceptable. It was very frustrating and hard to get ahold of anyone or answers.

While the original experience was great the follow through and follow up is HORRIBLE. The quality of the furniture is not what's advertised on the show room floor even though the sales reps promise it is. Currently I'm waiting on a mattress issue, I had 90 days to make sure I was happy with, too b picked up and the replacement delivered. I've gotten the run around for almost 2 weeks because it's financed with Tower. This seems like such a cop out. If I don't call the company I get zero updates. The couch we purchased is already broken and worn down. It's barely 3mths old. I've Currently got an open ticket for a quality complaint but haven't pushed the issue yet since I'm n purgatory with the mattress issues. Not the furniture buying experience I planned.

My experience was with Nick the manager. He was very nice and really helped us decide on the best furniture for us and made the experience very light hearted and comfortable for me. I really appreciated that.

AVOID THIS STORE. It is not a corporate location. They screwed up EVERY delivery I had, left items on my porch and did not allow for my signature or provide white glove service. I returned lamps to this store and refused delivery w/ signature on a fire place... they never informed the creditor and now I'm on the hook for items I don't have in my possession! Do yourself a favor and avoid this ROGUE Ashley Furniture store. I've been on the phone for HOURS with Ashley Furniture corporate and whoever is supposedly in charge of this location, and never got anything resolved. AVOID!

Worked with Cody today, he was great. He provided great customer service and wasn’t too pushy about making a sale. He really went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. 10/10 would recommend.

RUN, RUN, RUN I repeat RUN, RUN RUN Saved your self from the headache And potentially waiting for your furniture for 2 to 3 months and that’s if you lucky enough to get the right bed. Dealing with Ashley furniture has been the only and MOST stressful part about my WHOLE MOVING PROCESS 1- They canceled my delivery on the day of then scheduled me for 2 weeks later 2- showed up with bed missing parts After I waited ALL DAY for this delivery Guys wrapped up everything again and left. (Scheduled AGAIN FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS 3- ONE DAY before THEY CANCELED my order AGAIN just cause they HAD JUST found out they were gonna deliver The EXACT SAME furniture to me with the SAME missing parts. So within those 2 to 3 weeks NOBODY checked that order to see WHY it wasn’t delivered and fix the issue. FAST FOWARD.. 2 months later In fact, AS WE SPEAK I STILL NEVER GOT MY ORDER DELIVERED.

We came into the store looking for a sleeper sofa and left with the most pleasant experience. Our sales rep was Cody Gray. Cody provided us with great insight into the inventory and also helped us get a great deal in the end! He was pleasant and honest, and we appreciated that he allowed us the space to explore the store while still being present for any questions we had. Everyone at the store was very friendly! Would recommend!

UPDATE: After nearly 2 weeks of going back and forth with customer service over the phone and a couple visits to the store, I finally have the rest of the couch scheduled to be delivered. However, customer service over the phone was never helpful, and 2 different managers at the store failed to do what they committed to do and action was only taken after I followed up. I will say however, I genuinely feel that my original sales person, Francisco Valdez, was the only bright spot in the experience. Once he was aware of what was happening, he did do his best to stay in contact with me, despite the managers and customers service refusing to follow through on what they'd said they'd do. I don't think anything would have gotten done at all without his help. This is my first 1 star review. They've earned it. Decent in-store experience, awful post sales support and customer service. If you decide to do business with this company, be very careful. The sales staff here are polite but pushy and not knowledgeable of their own product. They are more interested in selling protection plans than ensuring that you are getting the furniture you are paying for. Customer service is difficult to get in touch with, and there does not seem to be a way to call the store directly leading to delays in resolution. I've waited a week only to be delivered an incomplete piece of furniture. After waiting to talk to someone in customer service, who does not work at the store I purchased my couch from, I was told the store would contact me in 48 hours. That did not happen. I had to call customer service back after 48 hours had passed. On that call I learned that the store had responded to the ticket that was put in and noted that they would not be able to help me because I received the parts I paid for. I paid for those parts because the sales person I was working with assured me that those were all the parts necessary for a full couch. In fact, I recognized the part descriptions for the parts on the order didn't look like they included everything. I asked our sales person if he was sure we had everything. He said he checked with his manager and that the order was correct. A week later our couch shows up with no arms. The store is now saying they aren't going to do anything to resolve this, which apparently includes selling me the parts they failed to sell me the first time. After insisting that someone needs to contact me at the very least to sell me the rest of my couch, I've now been asked to wait at least another 24 hours to talk to someone at the store before anyone is even going to begin working on this issue. There are several problems with this store/company: A pushy and unknowledgable sales staff. Managers who don't want to interact with customers. No ability to speak to the store on the phone directly. Customer service agents and stores that do not follow through on their promises. Apathetic sales people and managers who have no interest in customer service or customer retention.

We had an amazing experience at Ashley’s, our sales associate was phenomenal and worked out an amazing price for us on a sectional that we loved, they’re white glove delivery was also amazing, they install the couch and took all the trash with them. I couldn’t be happier, highly recommend this location.

Art was horrible!!! Worst experience on shopping for furniture his attitude was exactly like a car salesman. He has to learn how to read people better!!! The store manager was bad as Arturo. Told us if we wanted to leave to do so. We discussed price on sales floor and we agreed on prices but when we went to finished the deal he gave us a quote twice the amount of the one discussed earlier. Then he said I have to talk to manager for the deal exactly like when you go buy a car. I even told him I was buying cash, he came with a lot of fees added! I will not shop at this place and will advice my friends of the Horrible experience!!

DO NOT BUY your furniture from here. I purchased a sofa from this store and was told delivery would be 99$ even after asking if they had a free delivery option. Later, I saw the online Ashley store had the same sofa for $100 less with free delivery. I called them 10 times through my work day to get someone on the call who told me to come to the store to get my money back. After going there the assistant manager tells me they can’t price match. They can’t even change the delivery option to free since they don’t have that option on their store. Only way would be to return the couch once delivered to get that. I highly suggest you find a different place that’s honest with you and doesn’t trick you.

The employees are extremely helpful, courteous, and well educates and knowledgeable when asked questions. I am always satisfied with every visit and will continue to shop at this location.

Bought a couch with their extended warranty. Couch failed within 1 year and their warranty didn't cover it. Huge waste of money.
