I’ve been waiting two weeks since the promised delivery date for my couch and they keep rescheduling me. I’ve called every number and no one knows where my couches are they just keep giving me a further and further date. Why promise something if you can’t stay true to it. I couldn’t even get the couch I wanted because it was out of stock for a month and now it’s in but what’s the point if I have to wait another month??? Terrible costumer service 👎

Spoke to Adam today on 7/2/24 & was a little uneasy afterwards. He had no kind of customer service. I even asked to speak with the manager & he told me there wasn't one available. I asked when he'd be back & he repeated himself, "he's not here. He stepped out." I then asked if he knew when he'd been back in again, possibly another day, & he says, "well yeah... another day but maybe but not today." WHAT?! I'll just cancel my order here & purchase from somewhere else. Ugh

Josh was excellent at the store. Everyone at the store were great and they all made our experience there as if you were the only client present even though there were so many people browsing/shopping at the time. So were the delivery guys. The little kiddos present got so excited and yet they still managed to keep the little ones safe. The delivery guys took pictures as well so I’d rather you see the pictures they took because that’s how thorough they were.

I want to congratulate Catalina Gonzalez for Bern patient with us and for her great services that she rendered unto my wife and my self I highly commend her for her hard work even though the systems were down she was very positive in her finishing up the sale an d let us know that if we could come back the following day to finalize the process.. I believe it went smoothly kudos to Catalina Gonzalez ....

Went in to buy a bedroom set and found a good match!! Love it! Thanks Will; you gave us time to look alone and when I was ready you jumped back into action!!!I haven’t had it delivered it should be a couple of weeks. Review to come on delivery including photos.

We were greeted by Kat, who was ready to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She worked with us and made sure that we had everything we wanted. She was very professional and made our first experience with shopping at Ashley furniture a great experience. Delivery was set up quickly. Looking forward to receiving our new furniture tomorrow.

The furniture is great, customer service inside the store was good too… however we are not very pleased with how the 3rd party delivery service Ashley Furniture uses went. It ends there. Their customer service on the phone and online is terrible. The automated phone delivery service system is confusing and had us wait all day for the 1st delivery 📦 & they only arrived with bed rails and nothing else! (we ordered an entire king bedroom set), 2nd delivery everything else came except our bedroom chest, we waited almost a whole month til we got the last piece delivered. On that 3rd delivery, the delivery drivers made a dent in our brand new wall while going up the stairs (total eye sore to look at) in the brand new home we just purchased and they keep telling us “they will call you in 24 hrs”, 3 days passed and no one called. We called again & got the same stupid answer of “they will call u”. It has been a week and no one has called us about the claim for the damage they made. We’re pretty furious with this horrible experience overall

Had a great experience here at Ashley- the sales manager Abby greeted my friend and I and helped me find what I was looking for! She gave recommendations and checked in on us but also allowed space for us to browse. We got a great deal and it was overall a quick, easy, and successful experience!

I had a great experience with Kat. She was thoughtful of my needs and knew how picky I was. I was able to find lovely furniture for my new apt. I absolutely recommend.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Rep Connor ordered the wrong item after I was crystal clear in what I wanted. Must have said the color 10 times and showed a photo. Wrong color ottoman was ordered. Had to refuse on delivery, after seeing the color. Took 1 month to remedy the issue and the corrected item delivered still had a gash in it. I spent hours on hold or on the phone with customer service. Problem still being remedied. Got Altari couch in 2022 for $2K, it’s now $650, which is what it’s worth, as seat cushions are well-dented after 2 years of use by normal-sized female. Ottoman not worth the heartache and time for $185.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I bought $7000 (after their discounts for paying cash) of furniture from the location on I-35 in South Austin. Josh was my salesman (terrible customer service). The rocking recliner's left arm broke after sitting in it 3 times over two weeks. I had to file a claim. I sent in pictures and a video with a detailed explanation. They asked if I would accept $43 to keep it the way it is. I declined. Then they just texted "good bye" and that was it. I called the store and spoke to a manager named Abby that was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She should be fired after making sarcastic comments to a customer. She finally said she would set an appt for a technician to come out. I agreed, and then received a message from them cancelling the appointment a day before it. I called Abby again and she was again incredibly rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe the tone she was taking with a customer. I told her she was very bad at her job. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB, Texas consumer complaints and sending all correspondence to a news consumer protection division. SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

0 stars. Atrocious customer service. We came in on a Friday night for a dresser and 2 nightstands. Paid in full and were told a delivery date. Had to go overseas for an emergency so all we wanted to do was change the primary contact number to my girlfriend. When we got to the store we were then informed our PAID for order was cancelled. We hadn’t received ANYTHING letting us know. If we didn’t go in in person would we have even known it was cancelled?? We were told it was the associates fault, she hadn’t taken 2 payment methods and that was the reason for the order being cancelled despite us having A SIGNED CONTRACT that we would receive it on 6/6. My girlfriend took a day off work for absolutely no reason. No offer of a discount or even an apology instead just incredibly rude staff. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

Was horribly disappointed, but we proceeded to buy anyway just because I was set on the bed I loved. However, was quoted a price for bed and mattress just to find that price quoted increased by 100%, of quoted price. We opted out of warranty, shipping to bring cost to more than we had budgeted to spend. Will never shop Ashley ever again

Outrageously offensive experience. After I get my review proofed by my lawyer, I’ll post it. I will never return your Ashley furniture. I visited today to give them a chance to address my complaint, but they referred me to their phone line. They have no staff to address issues. They are there to take in money and that is all they do. They take money. They sell. They outsource deliveries. They referred complaints offsite. $2400 to have my couch scraped across the dirty sidewalk outside. They had to borrow my tools to break it down and get it inside before fleeing and leaving trash on my doorstep because they ran away as fast as they could.

Isaac was so helpful and he gave us our space to look around and then when I found what I wanted, I went and got him and he was very polite. Very courtesy. He is awesome if I come back into buy anything, I’m gonna ask for Isaac. We bought a washer and dryer from him. Don’t have pictures.

Shawn Rushing was super patient! We made him show us ALL the options for sectionals. After a lot of back and forth we finally found the perfect fit for our family. This was our first time buying from a furniture store and definitely a good experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Peter was an absolutely amazing salesperson. He let us look around without being overbearing, but was easy to find when we had questions. He was very knowledgeable and able to provide accurate information quickly. Highly recommend finding Peter if you shop Ashley Southpark!

My salesperson Kaoss was very helpful in my choosing the right set that I purchase. My only problem was for the amount that I spent I should have received my mattress cover for free along with the delivery service. But overall I will return in the future.

Slick salesmen that cannot get their sales orders right, plus they charge outrageous delivery fees (nevermind they will not take your old furniture as part of delivery). UPDATE: I specifically told the salesperson I wanted a real leather chair. He reaffirmed repeatedly the chair he was selling me was real leather. I looked up the item number from my receipt to discover that the chair is made of faux leather.

My salesperson was excellent. He was fairly new to the position, but was working patiently with me. He needed to ask a number of questions of his managers who I observed seem a bit impatient with him.

My family and I went into this Ashley’s and it was such an odd and off putting experience. We went in to search for couches, as we were eager to buy one for our new space, and immediately upon entering the store a sales guy approached us. We smiled and said we were just looking and would let him know if we had any questions - to which he nodded and asked my partner what his name was, shook his hand, and said he looked forward to his business. My partner laughed and said, “she’s the money maker so you need to get on her good side, not mine”, and the sales guys just let out a quick laugh and walked away. This man never once acknowledged me the next 4 interactions he came and found us. At the very end, when we were close to exiting, he came by once more and finally asked ME what I was looking for (my partner had finally started to ignore his inquiries) and I explained to him what I liked vs didn’t and expressed nothing here fit our space and thanked him for asking. He pressed me as we were walking away saying they could reconfigure anything we wanted etc but I told him at that point, we didn’t want to do business here because of his sales approach and inability to acknowledge all parties until he felt like he wasn’t going to make a sale. So bizarre. Ashley’s has nice/cute furniture and I’ve bought things from them in the past that has lasted me years and years so I DO recommend them in that regard (10/10) but I don’t recommend the sales floor experience, which is why I’m writing this review. They need better salesman if they’re going to do business with people. Common courtesy and respect should be at the basis of any establishment.

Colton was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful! We came in with limited time and a good idea of what we wanted. He answered all questions thoroughly and then some. He worked around our schedule and helped us find what we needed! As far as Ashley furniture itself- their selection is much more up to date and stylish than 4 other area stores and great prices too. Confident the pieces I buy will last a long time durability wise and style wise.

I bought for a leather single recliner. this is person‘s name is Conor Paine .He hold us we are getting a pure leather recliner. Two weeks later, they deliver us a law seat that was damage peeling off. he lied to us ,that he was a pure leather, and we have five years warranty. He did not told us we have to pay extra for the warranty. he did not tell us Ashley Furniture policy that when they deliver to your home, there is no refund. I did not get what I paid for a pure leather Siegel recliner. They deliver me a loveseat . I told dad to take it back that I did not order for a Love seat . They refused to take it back. I asked him my money back they said no . They want me to get something else that is a scratch resistant . They are telling me to pay more money s that is not my budget . I have been fighting with them for one month .I have been fighting with them for about a month. They still refuse to remove the love seat. Out of my house , I didn’t pay for.and that is more than my budget. What I can afford .they have been lying to me. And giving me run around. The manager told me to go get another furniture and now she say I had to pay more money .go get another furniture . They are doing all to make money .and they do not care how much pain they cost to the customer. that cost me anxiety. I spent every day talking to Ashley Furniture customer service. They refuse to do anything for me just for the cost of money evil.. Ashley Corporate They said I need to deal with it the store. The store said they can’t do anything. I need to talk to the third Party ,they said they can’t do anything. I am stuck with pain.. A bayer beware. I wish I googled this Ashley Furniture before we make a purchase .They have get Lawsuit because of this before .they tricking people and lie to them and cell the furniture they do not want. something they do not want with no money back.. they say possible we not tell you that is no money back before you purchase.. they are a scammer.

Conor was extremely friendly and thorough with all the different questions I had for him when I came in looking for a nightstand. Also being new to Austin, he even gave me some nice recommendations of places to visit around the city. Overall great experience and will return as I do need more furniture for my new apartment!

Came in looking for a couch for my new apartment. Kaoss was very helpful with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Found the perfect couch for my space and at a good deal for the Memorial Day sale.

My sales rep, Josh, was very knowledgeable and provided my husband and I with great customer service. He allowed us to browse without any pressure before we made our final selection.

The sales representative was very pleasant and charming. Also extremely attentive and allowed me to roam around the store as we determined basically what I was looking for. Once I made my decision the paperwork was very personal and expedient. Very positive experience.

In store purchase was good. On delivery 4 hours early we get a delivery notice that said been delivered with a signature of someone. And a picture of cloth. Two hours later. We get a call saying the product was never loaded on the truck. Then the lady changes her story and say the driver damaged the product and they can deliver. So she ask if we’d like to come in to buy something else. Bad part we were told that was the last item like that and had to get the one off the floor. Not to mention I took the day off for this delivery. So no we won’t be going back.

Ashley rescheduled our delivery twice without informing us.still waiting on delivery.

Fair furniture. HOWEVER, horrible logistics, severely lack of professionalism. Inflexible delivery time, 2 missed items, 1 cancelled delivery (due to their internal issues). Local stores have no control over delivery. You won’t know what time they’re delivering and you have to spare the entire day waiting ( they also won’t tell you if your delivery is cancelled until you found out you wasted the entire day waiting for nothing) They don’t deliver on Sundays and Mondays no matter what, and you’ll have to get in line for delivery again even with the fact that they’ve made multiple mistakes already. Do NOT recommend and Will NOT come back to this store. (Already came back 5 times to deal with their problems) Now that they scheduled a new delivery AGAIN for the missing parts. If this delivery goes south, will come back to update.

They don't tell that there's no returns, will do everything in their will to let you keep broken furniture delivered off the truck. Only time you can return is when they are delivering to you. You're welcome. Which they also don't tell you. Ashely's is disappointing.

Zero honesty. The Pflugerville sales rep stated we’re getting the best deal with a “corporate discount” (apparently it was a price match to the online price after checking) and that the military discount cannot be applied. After cross checking facts online and with a representative from the Southpark Meadows location, I reached out to my Pflugerville sales rep and told him that the discount can be applied. Finally, he agreed that the discount can be applied, but I will have to come back in and sign paperwork to change my 12-month financing to 6-month financing. At this point, since my delivery is still days out and I’m still within the time frame to not incur any cancellation fees, I’m ready to cancel my order altogether after being lied to (twice) and feeling like I’m being retaliated against. BUT the Southpark Meadows representative informed me I did not have to change my financing nor come in to sign anything. With my permission, he stated he can apply the military discount on his end (after speaking with his supervisor and getting his approval), to avoid my sale becoming a “wash out.” So I went ahead and agreed to his idea and did not cancel my order. I asked for a confirmation email for the price adjustment and was informed I will receive it in 1-2 business days as the order is still processing. We paid the $99 White Glove Premium Home Delivery Service which includes furniture assembly. After coming home from work, upon inspection I noticed there were missing hardware that were crucial to keeping the main parts attached. What’s worse is the delivery men knew about the missing hardware (caught on video) and failed to mention it after assembling the parts. How is this service worth $99? My order has been delivered and assembled with missing hardware. It has been over a week since the verbal approval of the military discount to my order. My bill has been processed and I still don’t see a price adjustment nor credit to the original amount of my bill. I followed up with Southpark Meadows today and was informed my order has been completed and since my order was from Pflugerville, they (Southpark Meadows) are not able to make any adjustments to my order… First time buyer with Ashley Furniture, and what an extremely dissatisfying experience this has been… from sales, to delivery, to customer service. In the end, both Ashley sales representatives and services from Pflugerville and Southpark Meadows are untrustworthy and dishonest.

The experience at the store was great. The delivery, not so much. I appreciated the ability to track it in real time, however after we received a 15 minute notice, the drivers stopped at McDonald’s (according to the tracker). The delivery time kept getting pushed back the more time they spent there. So the 15 minute alert should have been for an hour.

I recommend that use utilize the services of Ms. Gonzalez. Such a pleasant no hassle shopping experience. Very knowledgeable with product information.

Both Franco and Kaoss were excellent in helping us make a decision on our sectional. There was a large selection and each team member was very knowledgeable and personable. They worked to get us the best deal available. Can’t wait to see our sofa in our new home!

Sales strategy is poor. Salesmen stand at the entrance like hawks. Looking to absolutely sell someone something to make a commission. Apparently they are in a round Robbin to get customers so if a customer they are assigned doesn't buy anything, they need to wait until other sales agents finish getting assigned a customer. Which means no commission until another full circle. Not a fan of the sales model they have. Ashley store salesmen should lay back and keep the customers at ease while shopping or looking around.

I walked into Ashely's home furniture store with my sister and nephew and was greeted by Will. He was super nice in the beginning asked if we needed help and which I declined because I wanted to look on my own. He did ask if he could fill me in on all the deals in which I did and I continued through the right side of the store. I began my browse at the selection when my nephew promptly discovered the play area. Me and my sister took a seat for maybe 10 minutes to let my nephew play when we were greeted by Will again. He said he had a great deal for us and asked if we were going to buy anything. I said I was just looking still as I took a break for my nephew to play .when he then explained the GREAT deal he had for us was that he wanted to go on lunch break in 15 minutes and in order to do so we had to either buy or find something within that time or he was going and I quote “to keep bugging us”. It felt very rude or unnecessary for him to tell us that. It did not feel welcoming for a family home store employee to essentially rush us out to go on his lunch. Any intentions of buying were lost to that great deal of a conversation.

Will greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything specific. We said we’re just looking & he asked to give his spiel, listened then looked around. My child saw the play area & we were there for 10 mins max when Will came by & said he had a good deal for us. He asked if we’re buying anything then said he’s going to keep bugging us until we leave since it’s time for his lunch. That was uncalled for in my opinion and definitely doesn’t make anyone feel welcome. My sister was actually considering a piece in there until that interaction.

I have been trying for two weeks to get them to exchange a dresser. The salesman ordered a youth dresser rather than the one he showed me on the showroom floor. I contacted him immediately when I realized the dresser was wrong. After contacting him several times and getting no answer I went to the store and talked with the manager Troy. He was no help just said they had sent a request to their home office and were waiting for approval. Indicated he would follow up and get back to me. Never heard from him. I have also talked by phone to two customer care team members. Again their answer was waiting for approval from the home office. I should hear from them within 24 to 48 hours to schedule the exchange. Still no response. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with Consumer Affairs because I now believe they have no intention of exchanging the dresser and hope to stall me until I give up. I’m writing this in the hope that this review will keep someone else from having the same problem since this feels like their way of doing business, Not caring about customers once they have made the sale rather than an isolated incident. Still hoping the will make things right but for now I have no faith that they will

We waited in line to pick up furniture for over an hour! Only one person working in the warehouse on a Saturday. It was the worst process I have ever seen!

He said then why the hell are you here then? He also said I’m here to make money. I didn’t waste my time, I walked out immediately. I will never spend my money here.

Liane was super helpful as I deliberated what to get! I must have gone over 3-4 times for long stretches of time measuring, talking about colors, textures, pet-friendly options. The location at Southpark Meadows is beyond ridiculous. Over the years we have spent well in excess of $10,000 at Ashley… we bought two end tables for our living room set, and wished to replace them with a single, larger end table. We let them know the day they arrived, one of the two was never taken out of the box. This store declined to allow us to exchange this item. I will never buy from this store again. If I buy Ashley furniture, it will be from Amazon, because they take returns if you buy it from Amazon. Does it make sense that they take returns if you bought it from Amazon and not if you buy it from their store directly? Of course it doesn’t. I would give it a zero if I could.

Walked in and was greeted right away by Peter. So nice and patience with me while I figured out what I needed. The entire staff was so on point when I went and just had an amazing atmosphere! Will definitely be going back to grab a few more things for my new place!

I bought a recliner. After it was delivered it I discovered it locks up in the recliner position. After 2 weeks of Ashley not answering my calls or returning calls. I wrote a review on Goggle maps. They finally contacted me by text message. Ashley promised they would send a repair person. One year later, there has been no repair person or answer to my problem. Great price, no service. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I initially went in very excited for a new mattress only to find that my credit was ran when I asked for it not to be. The manager did a poor job of being attentive and accountable. While I understand mistakes happen a customers credit should carefully handled.

I spent $200 extra to get 5 years protection plan when I bought a dinning table in 11/2022. The first surface painting broken happened after only 3 months. When I reached out to the maintenance, both of the Ashley store and the third party tried to find an excuse to refuse to fix it for free. Low product quality and service. Don’t trust their free protection. All they mind is money.

Salesman Will C met us at the door unlike any of the other furniture stores we had been to today. He was helpful, thorough, and friendly. He didn’t hover but was always there for any questions and unlike the other stores we had been to we made a purchase that is expected to be able to be delivered this Saturday when other stores were quoting 2-3 weeks. Love the recliner, the warranty and the price. 2nd piece of Ashley furniture. Will definitely go there first the next time I need to buy furniture and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

The service in store was great. They were helpful and professional. After we ordered our couch, the delivery was rescheduled 5 times. I understand a delay may happen but 5 times with no explanation or estimate on when it would come in is not acceptable. It was very frustrating and hard to get ahold of anyone or answers.

Currently I'm waiting on a mattress issue, I had 90 days to make sure I was happy with, too b picked up and the replacement delivered. I've gotten the run around for almost 2 weeks because it's financed with Tower. This seems like such a cop out. If I don't call the company I get zero updates. The couch we purchased is already broken and worn down. It's barely 3mths old. I've Currently got an open ticket for a quality complaint but haven't pushed the issue yet since I'm n purgatory with the mattress issues. Not the furniture buying experience I planned.

AVOID THIS STORE. It is not a corporate location. They screwed up EVERY delivery I had, left items on my porch and did not allow for my signature or provide white glove service. I returned lamps to this store and refused delivery w/ signature on a fire place... they never informed the creditor and now I'm on the hook for items I don't have in my possession! Do yourself a favor and avoid this ROGUE Ashley Furniture store. I've been on the phone for HOURS with Ashley Furniture corporate and whoever is supposedly in charge of this location, and never got anything resolved. AVOID!

RUN, RUN, RUN I repeat RUN, RUN RUN Saved your self from the headache And potentially waiting for your furniture for 2 to 3 months and that’s if you lucky enough to get the right bed. Dealing with Ashley furniture has been the only and MOST stressful part about my WHOLE MOVING PROCESS 1- They canceled my delivery on the day of then scheduled me for 2 weeks later 2- showed up with bed missing parts After I waited ALL DAY for this delivery Guys wrapped up everything again and left. (Scheduled AGAIN FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS 3- ONE DAY before THEY CANCELED my order AGAIN just cause they HAD JUST found out they were gonna deliver The EXACT SAME furniture to me with the SAME missing parts. So within those 2 to 3 weeks NOBODY checked that order to see WHY it wasn’t delivered and fix the issue. FAST FOWARD.. 2 months later In fact, AS WE SPEAK I STILL NEVER GOT MY ORDER DELIVERED.

We came into the store looking for a sleeper sofa and left with the most pleasant experience. Our sales rep was Cody Gray. Cody provided us with great insight into the inventory and also helped us get a great deal in the end! He was pleasant and honest, and we appreciated that he allowed us the space to explore the store while still being present for any questions we had. Everyone at the store was very friendly! Would recommend!

UPDATE: After nearly 2 weeks of going back and forth with customer service over the phone and a couple visits to the store, I finally have the rest of the couch scheduled to be delivered. However, customer service over the phone was never helpful, and 2 different managers at the store failed to do what they committed to do and action was only taken after I followed up. I will say however, I genuinely feel that my original sales person, Francisco Valdez, was the only bright spot in the experience. Once he was aware of what was happening, he did do his best to stay in contact with me, despite the managers and customers service refusing to follow through on what they'd said they'd do. I don't think anything would have gotten done at all without his help. This is my first 1 star review. They've earned it. Decent in-store experience, awful post sales support and customer service. If you decide to do business with this company, be very careful. The sales staff here are polite but pushy and not knowledgeable of their own product. They are more interested in selling protection plans than ensuring that you are getting the furniture you are paying for. Customer service is difficult to get in touch with, and there does not seem to be a way to call the store directly leading to delays in resolution. I've waited a week only to be delivered an incomplete piece of furniture. After waiting to talk to someone in customer service, who does not work at the store I purchased my couch from, I was told the store would contact me in 48 hours. That did not happen. I had to call customer service back after 48 hours had passed. On that call I learned that the store had responded to the ticket that was put in and noted that they would not be able to help me because I received the parts I paid for. I paid for those parts because the sales person I was working with assured me that those were all the parts necessary for a full couch. In fact, I recognized the part descriptions for the parts on the order didn't look like they included everything. I asked our sales person if he was sure we had everything. He said he checked with his manager and that the order was correct. A week later our couch shows up with no arms. The store is now saying they aren't going to do anything to resolve this, which apparently includes selling me the parts they failed to sell me the first time. After insisting that someone needs to contact me at the very least to sell me the rest of my couch, I've now been asked to wait at least another 24 hours to talk to someone at the store before anyone is even going to begin working on this issue. There are several problems with this store/company: A pushy and unknowledgable sales staff. Managers who don't want to interact with customers. No ability to speak to the store on the phone directly. Customer service agents and stores that do not follow through on their promises. Apathetic sales people and managers who have no interest in customer service or customer retention.

Art was horrible!!! Worst experience on shopping for furniture his attitude was exactly like a car salesman. He has to learn how to read people better!!! The store manager was bad as Arturo. Told us if we wanted to leave to do so. We discussed price on sales floor and we agreed on prices but when we went to finished the deal he gave us a quote twice the amount of the one discussed earlier. Then he said I have to talk to manager for the deal exactly like when you go buy a car. I even told him I was buying cash, he came with a lot of fees added! I will not shop at this place and will advice my friends of the Horrible experience!!

DO NOT BUY your furniture from here. I purchased a sofa from this store and was told delivery would be 99$ even after asking if they had a free delivery option. Later, I saw the online Ashley store had the same sofa for $100 less with free delivery. I called them 10 times through my work day to get someone on the call who told me to come to the store to get my money back. After going there the assistant manager tells me they can’t price match. They can’t even change the delivery option to free since they don’t have that option on their store. Only way would be to return the couch once delivered to get that. I highly suggest you find a different place that’s honest with you and doesn’t trick you.

I have just bought several things from Ashley at South Park Meadows. Unfortunately, i had a terrible customer experience. Store manager avoided me during my 3 hour shopping even though i tried to interact with him. He was very unfriendly and caused me to have a horrible shopping experience. I was first told i would have a certain discount on a specific item and then when i was checking out i was told the discount would not apply. Check out process was also unbelievably slow. Totals were miscalculated and I spent around an hour and a half just for checking out. Afterwards, there was this bureaucratic long paper process where i had to sign bunch of docs which is something i had never seen when i shopped from other furniture stores.

I had purchased a couch from Ashley and I also purchased a 5 year warranty on the couch just in case If something goes wrong with it. As I noticed that something was wrong with it I called Ashley to get a replacement and due to having a warranty i would think or anyone else would think that if the item is damaged they should replace it. They told me to that theirs nothing they can do and even if I have a warranty on the couch I can not use my warranty to get it replaced.i am thinking to myself why offer the warranty when I can’t even use it. Not only that but they told me to call gbs a third party and they told me to spend an additional amount of money to get my couch fix. Which does NOT make any type of sense. If anyone is looking for some furniture don’t go here they have rude customer service and if you buy a warranty you will be wasting money and time. I will never ever in my life buy one piece of furniture from this place again not even if it’s a damn pillow.

I purchased an $700 desk, it arrived, they set it up and one of the drawers wouldn’t go in. They said a tech would be out in an hour to fix it. Just to sign that I received it so they can order a tech. Well I did. Then they said I needed to make a claim. I did. I’m upset and call the store and asked them to come get the desk the same day, I don’t want it. They said once it’s delivered they can’t take it back. Then I jump through countless phone calls and chats (I wish I could send screen shots) they’re useless. Half the time they ask a billion questions just to verify you. They said they ORDERED PARTS and mailed them to me…then they would send a tech. I haven’t received the parts. I use their chat AGIAN to find an update and they can’t find me AGAIN. Jump through all kinds of hoops for them to say, “oh we can’t help you call this number.” And disconnect the chat. I call the number…guess what….they can’t help me….gotta call this number…circles, circles, circles and NOBODY cares. They made the sell. Now I have to put this nightmare of an experience ALL OVER THE INTERNET TO GET THEIR ATTENTION. Do not buy from Ashley. Just please trust me.

I wish they would have explained very clearly that once the furniture is delivered to the house that you cannot exchange or return it. In the store, I understood the lady helping me say that I had 30 days to return or exchange it. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase a sectional, once we decided on an overpriced piece of furniture we began the checkout process which took over an hour and a half. I called 3 days in a row to cancel our order to which the sales associate confirmed he had cancelled the order. Today, we get a confirmation text trying to schedule our couch delivery, so the order was never cancelled as I was previously told. Sales person was nice but I bought a TV stand on clearance but was not told about a hole on the top. When I picked it up I was given a dolly and with no assistance had to go to the back of the store, take the 6 vases off and put on the floor, then take the TV stand off of the TV stand it was on top of (which is why I didn't see the hole when I purchased it). I didn't mention it to anyone, just pushed the dolly outside and put it in my car then took the dolly inside and left it there. Was just bad service after the purchase but not being told about the hole and having to take a heavy TV stand off another one is bad customer service and a liability for the store.

I am VERY frustrated! We purchased a couch and love seat from Ashley furniture in Pflugerville. When they were delivered, the loveseat was damaged. It took MONTHS to get someone to just look at it, then they sent us cushions in the mail. I called them asking why they sent cushions, they then had someone else come out to look at the damage again. Then they scheduled a delivery for a new loveseat. The entire process took about 6 months! During all of this, our couch broke from just one person sitting on it. So, we had to go through this entire process again. That was almost 6 months ago!! We still to this day do not have furniture to sit on! I will NEVER order from this company ever again. You can’t even reach anyone via phone. When you call, all u get is someone saying they will send someone out. There is NOBODY to talk to about these issues! If only I had read all of the previous reviews, I may not have ordered through Ashley furniture because it seems apparent, this is a common thing with them.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be stressed out while shopping for furniture. After walking into the store, a young male associate approached me. I very politely told him 3 times that I wasn’t interested in chatting and just wanted to look without being bothered. I keep trying to walk away from him, but he WOULD NOT STOP pestering/following me. This wasn’t even a hard sell; felt like borderline harassment by someone who can’t handle customer rejection professionally. I don’t understand the sales tactic of trying to make customers angry while they shop. We ended up in a small exchange of words as I set my boundaries once again; he then tries to gaslight me by telling me I can leave the store **shaking my head** Long story short: there are so many better places to furniture shop where the associates will respect your boundaries.

I would never get anything from Ashley.I cancel my order & they told the finance company that I had the furniture it took about a year and a half for them to realize I didn’t get any furniture from Ashley‘s. Make sure when you cancel your order to get some kind of initials or signature because they can provide it like I did, they had too many excuses from the beginning why my order wasn’t delivered after I cancel I restarted receiving phone calls where I financed the furniture. Wish I don’t blame them. Ashley’s told them they delivered and I was being charge over $5000 be careful.

Tried to buy a bed. First they didn’t know that it needed a box spring. Had to tell them. Then when promised delivery got changed with the excuse of “we got confused about address. It didn’t match buyer”. Tells me “our policy is they have to match”. Never bothered calling. Never texted. Had all contacts info. Red flags to ne. Service will not get better. Don’t recommend

I am extremely disappointed in the quality and service we received. On 8/24/23 we paid $3,000 for a table only to find out it was delivered broken. Because I had just signed the iPad the driver had he said it’s mine and no refunds. So the driver left. When we called they said it could be a week for someone to come look at the broken table. I will never buy from this place again. I hope management makes things right. I have called numerous times and got nowhere.

Ashley was our first stop to specifically shop for mattresses. We started at Ashley based on recommendations from family and friends. "Taco" and Josh were really great! They listened to our wants/needs, answered our questions, provided comparisons, and didn't make us feel pressured at any point. Josh's extensive knowledge of mattresses and pillows is quite impressive. So much so that after going over the things we wanted and Josh providing us with all the information we needed, we decided to look no further and purchased on the spot! Worst customer service ever!! I bought a queen bed frame on July 29th with delivery August 1st. I received bed frame but no slats for the bed so unusable. Talked to customer service that day and "best" they could do was order parts to come to my house in 7-10 business days then I could call them back and set up appointment for technician to come and finish installation. After ten business days with nothing showing up I called to check on the parts. Nothing showed having been sent! Nothing enroute! After much talking they finally agreed to send pieces needed from their warehouse. I asked several times if they had all the different parts that was needed, that I had sent them pictures of. that was missing and they said yes. Today August 19th I finally had delivery of parts that 3rd party company put together on my bed frame. Still missing two parts! Unable to use drawers in footboard. Talked to "customer service " again. Now have to wait at least two to 3 weeks for missing parts. "Best they can do". Paid $100 for "white glove delivery". Worst company ever!

Yesterday I had a couch delivered which had stains all over it and a massive black mark/mold on the back. As this is a new couch, I feel it's only fair I should get a replacement, however Ashley seems to be doing everything it can to avoid this. I want a what I paid for, which is a new couch, not a damaged or refurbished couch. I feel that the after sales support I am getting is non-existent now that they have my money and have sent me a damaged product. I'd be happy to remove this review if I could get the proper support and response on this. All I want is what I paid for. Not excuses and lack of communication. EDIT: They offered to replace my couch. New couch is 10000% better than the old one. Great support. Thank you! Updated to 5 stars!

Nick, did a great job of showing us options and arranging for the furniture to be delivered to different location outside of Texas. Overall the process went smoothly. All we are waiting on is the delivery scheduled next month.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Bought 2 recliners. Received prompts all week that they would be delivered later that week. Day of delivery comes and get both text messages and emails giving us the time window for delivery and that our order is the 8th of the day. We attempt to track the delivery through the link but it wasn't working. 10 minutes before the end of the delivery window we called to check on it. First they told us that despite the texts and emails they had nothing scheduled for us and that they had our delivery for 5 days later. Then they come back and our chairs were discontinued and to go I to the store. We asked to speak to our sales person and a manager. The sales person said he can't do anything and to pick new chairs. By the way... the discontinued chair was still on the floor able to be sold. A manager never approached us at all. We went ahead and had them refund our purchase and took our business elsewhere. This was horrible service and we have bought from them several times in the past. We will not be back. Seriously, your manager can't come speak with us? Your delivery team can't give proper updates or even know that the chairs were not on the truck for you to constantly send updates that it was out for delivery. Horrible service.

We were greeted by Cody at the door. He enquired about what we were looking for, told us where to start our search and never intruded in our search but was nearby if we had a question. The item we were looking for was not in the store but that didn’t stop him from locating it online and getting it ordered for us. We were in and out hassle free in less than an hour.

They have a nice, large showroom with lots of options. Josh was able to help us order a table we found online that wasn’t in the store, with a price match discount from a different store, we really appreciated the help we received.

Sales people are decent. But couch was delivered damaged in multiple places. Store could not help. Customer service took two and a half weeks to address issue despite reporting it immediately. They tried to send a technician out to fix a broken frame. Finally, Replacement piece delivered damaged again. Still haven’t addressed initial tears on the other half of the originally delivered couch. Customer service is absolutely horrible- at first telling us “Too bad, its final purchase (never tried to return it, but also was never told that in store!!! was only told clearance rug was final sale so i take back the sales people being decent) and you signed it as delivered”. Then tried to open up a claim against our warranty, which of course would have guaranteed no store credit returned to us if we otherwise never needed it. (like ill be sooo thrilled to use that credit) Its next to impossible to speak to someone that can use critical thinking to solve the problem and they immediately blame the customer. Oh yea, and dont get me started on these disgustingly cheap plastic hollow legs that are more like college bed risers than any decent furniture. And how cheap this upholstery fabric must be to have ripped in three spots in transit while packaged. This is now the third time we will swear off Ashley. Shame on us for trusting them again. ZERO stars EDIT- see!!! customer service response on here is even awful- this isnt a protection plan issue you delivered damaged couches TWICE!!!

I've been waiting a month to be able to get service done for a defective sofa and still cannot get in contact with support. Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 1st. Delivery got cancelled and I didn’t receive a proper notice. Called customer service they said “well we gave you a call”. They called once and I did miss it but no voicemail and they didn’t try to call back. When I told customer service this and what they could do they could do for me they could give no status, no date, NOTHING. Best they could do was a $70 gift card that couldn’t be used for the current order which in reality is going to cost me more money because nothing there worth buying is $70. THE BEST PART IS WHEN I SAID I NEED A DATE THEY SAID SORRY CANT HELP YOU. I mention how ridiculous this is and they hung up. Love that. I am now having to wait. It’s the 14th and I call back to see if they have an update. Tried calling the store on the 13th no answer. Now the 14th, no answer. I purchased on sofa on 05/27/2023. The total cost was $1,255.68. I was relocating to another state and decided to cancel the order. I called on Monday 05/29/2023 to canceled the order. I called multiple times and spoke with multiple people. The refund was supposed to be issued 10 days after the order was canceled but that's not the case. I started back calling last week on Monday, June 5th up until today June 12th and the systems are still supposed to be down. I'm being told they can't look up any orders or check to make sure my order was canceled. Non one knows when the system will be back up and running. It doesn't make sense that the system has been down for a week.

I went to the Ashley Furniture at South Park Meadows on June 5th to purchase a sofa and love seat. The WiFi was down or so I was told. So my order could not be sent in. I went back on June 9th and a manager told me that the WiFi was down nationwide at all the Ashley stores, so again my order could not be submitted. Customer service is a big zero. As of now I have no idea when my order will be submitted and how long it will take to get my Furniture. I will never go back to Ashley Furniture after I get my furniture.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a new bedroom set from Javie. He was super helpful and he worked with us to get the bedroom set we wanted for a price we could afford. Most importantly, he made us feel like we were in good hands without any pressure to purchase. We will return as we look to decorate the rest of our new home.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a lamp 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. When I initially bought the lamp they told me they didn’t have it in stock and it would come via fedex at a later date, 6 weeks went by I got 2 automated messages telling my order would I arrive in a 3 hour window but never got anything. Keep having to go out of my way to figure out when my stuff will arrive and keep getting told different dates. Automated message tells me the 31st, lady calls me and tells me the 1st, and when call customer support they say it will arrive in 2 weeks. They have no idea what they’re doing do not but from here

The service I have received doesn't deserve 1 star! I went in-store back in March to buy a lift table for living room, paid in full & waited til my delivery date. Table was delivered severely damaged and I called "customer service" and arranged a redelivery. Redelivery took place approx 2 wks later but they brought me wrong table! I refused and called "customer service" bk. I ended up canceling order and refund was to take place 7-10 business days. Here it is 5/19/2023 & still no refund has been made by Ashley Furniture but they have thier furniture bc I returned it. I've called customer service several times and get nowhere, been told no ticket was made for refund and new refund date is 6/2...something tells me that won't happen! For this furniture store to claim they are the largest, they make it extremely difficult to contact anyone who can actually help, you get less than quality service and I will never refer anyone nor will I ever do business with Ashley furniturwhatsoever! STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HUGE HEADACHE!!

Extremely dissatisfied!! We picked up our sectional from the warehouse in New Braunfels. Our purchase was initially made at the Ashely Southpark location in Austin, TX. As we began to set up our sectional in our home, we realized we were given the correct model but the wrong configuration. Apparently there is major confusion from the sales team to customer service and the warehouse as to how to order the correct “arm”. My salesman, Nick says to face the sofa when making the decision to choose and the warehouse says that you should be sitting down to select the correct “arm” side of the sectional! We have been bounced from back and forth to try and remedy the problem but we are currently forced to be at the mercy of an “approval email” for the exchange according to the operations manager, Barbara at Southpark meadows location. The warehouse in New Braunfels is eager to assist the exchange but can’t make a move until Barbara says it’s okay to exchange it. This was clearly an error of some sort on y’alls end, we are having a hard time accepting there is nobody available in either location with the authority to correct this extremely disappointing and inconvenient situation. My experience with Ashley’s furniture proves that you are treated like a number and they offer inadequate training to their employees. Not only has this problem not been resolved an entire workday later but we are forced to be on day 3 tomorrow of interrupting another workday of ours trying to correct what should have been a simple fix. Meanwhile I am not allowing my children to sit in our living room to protect this useless $2000.00 couch we should have never been given. I’m glad I waited to complete this review instead of doing it when I received the text just a few hours after leaving the showroom, on day one. Yelp, will be my next review if I continue to be ignored. Please fix this Ashley’s furniture people!

Experience at Ashley was wonderful! I give the sales associate a 10+ can’t remember his name but he was kind, patient and really friendly. He had a great attitude walking around the store showing almost everything while answering all our questions.

Would give 0 stars if possible as we are not planning on making purchases at Ashley moving forward. First, we were very clear on the sectional couch layout we wanted to order (literally the same that was on the sales floor), but the couch was ordered incorrectly. When trying to figure out how to get the right couch we were given the run around and told to contact the store we purchased it from. Yet all documented phone numbers emailed and invoiced weren't for the furniture store location. When finding the store phone number online and calling during business hours the call went straight to a voicemail saying they were closed. Second, there is supposed to be a text and/or online way to schedule a delivery, but neither work, which means you still need to call to schedule your delivery. When bringing this up to customer service, they said they were aware of this issue, but yet they did not change the "on hold" message or text notifications that states otherwise. Third, on multiple occasions we called to schedule a delivery because we were notified it was "ready for delivery." After scheduling a date, then would get a notification a day or two later saying "ready for delivery", and they did not have the previous scheduled date noted. We were told by the customer service manager that it could have been a delay caused by damage found when they received it at the warehouse. Then when we asked, "why were we told it was ready to be delivered without them receiving it?" Or "How is it we had to wait for weeks to get the correct couch from an error the salesman made, but if they receive a "damaged couch" they can get a replacement in 2 days?" They could not answer. When spending over $8000, we were thinking we were going to get some sort of re-embursement, and not just told "we are sorry for the error" or "need an error acknowlegment from the salesman in order to process." Seems like money is more important than customer service when it comes to Ashley Furniture Store.

I love Ashley furniture stores because the quality is pretty good but also because you can walk in to shop around on your own without having a sales person following around. I appreciate when furniture stores give the customer space to look around and explore on their own. I went to Rooms to Go that same day and the experience was the complete opposite. The amount of sales reps is overwhelming and it feels like you can’t walk around freely without compromise.

Received Mattress back board, side rails, and foot board. Unfortunately I did not receive the legs that attached to the back board. I’ve been sleeping on the floor for the last 2 weeks. Vary disappointed with Ashley Furniture. First and last time I purchase from them again.

Found what we wanted in a short amount of time, placed order and scheduled the delivery. It is unfortunate that removal of the furniture being replaced is no longer provided thanks to unscrupulous customers who took advantage of the service. Will give this company our business again in the future.

James was a helpful salesperson who took us directly to what I wanted and gave design tips that helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. However, when we discovered that we were majorly upcharged at the Austin-Southpark Meadows store vs the Ashley online price, we called the sales line at that location and were told by the person that answered the phone "Google works in the store" and he refused to price match, give a discounted refund or even offer an explanation. It was incredibly rude and completely turned us off from ever giving our business to the store again. Additional, we feel a bit swindled due to some promises James said about the furniture that are not true. The coffee table is made of bad material that started splitting with a week. The battery that he said would take months to run out is only taking days to need to be recharged. The sofa recline is loose so it keeps falling and the pieces are separating easily so I am constantly having to put them back together. We called the customer service line through corporate call center and they were able to offer a 10% inconvenience discount so we are grateful for that (though is does not nearly equate to the $3000 difference in price). I am incredibly disappointed in the Ashley store in Southpark Meadows and very bothered by the rude salesperson that took my call today. Our two stars are for James' energy (though dishonest) and Camello at the corporate call center for putting up with my disappointment with class.

We were looking for a new living room, The amount of options in the store were amazing! We had a Spanish speaker help us with with product information and made our shopping experience a great one! This was our first time shopping at the Ashley store and we will return without a doubt!

I’ve had my couch for 7 months and it has been broken for 3 months with no repair from Ashley’s outsourced technicians. I have been waiting 3 months for someone to staple mesh into hard wood. They have cancelled on me for 3 months. I would love to return this couch at this point regret this decision so much. Even paid almost $400 for a warranty to ensure things could be fixed efficiently and nothing. Salesman was great, horrible customer service after you purchase.

We recently purchased a dresser with the assistance of the Sales Associate at the Southpark Meadows store, James. James was friendly, knowledgeable and assisted us in setting everything up related to the delivery. It was hassle-free and when we are looking for furniture in the future we will look to Ashley and James for help!

Ashley furniture has failed to correct the product I purchased. I purchased a simple sectional in 1/23. The majority of the sectional was delivered, however they failed to deliver the mid piece that connects the entire sectional so there is a foot long gap of unused space. It is a giant hole. No one can sit there an my dogs FREQUENTLY fall in that gap. I have called customer support several times. They have mailed 4 different pieces that were all the same WRONG piece. We even had an Ashley employee come out so we could physically show them this issue, they still have not sent the right piece. I paid for this sectional in cash, not financed. Still to this day, they sectional is not usable. They have our full payment and REFUSE to fix it or refund our money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We have tried for months to give them the benefit of doubt and each time they have let us down. Do yourself a favor and buy from Rooms To Go. They treat their patrons right and they immediately fix any mistake they have made.

After purchasing some living rooms chairs, they were delivered some three weeks later. We found them to be wobbly and not very stable. I tried to avail myself for the warranty that the sales rep, William Croissant at the Southpark Meadows store in South Austin, said that after delivery we “have a 3-day window to notify us if you're dissatisfied and we could exchange for another product.” In reality, we got the run-around for two months, and have never received service. I will never shop here again.

Absolutely the worst customer service we've ever encountered. We have been trying to have a failing kitchen table addressed. This was purchased only a short time ago, and the top laminate is peeling. We've been promised monetary compensation, we've been promised to have the table replaced, and we've been promised both by Ashley personnel. After each promise we get a phone call claiming that they can't honor their commitment. The last caller even tried blaming the damage on moisture in our home. From this store, I’ve purchased a bedroom set, kitchen set, and living room set. Wrong mattress was delivered (which is a mistake and wasn’t upset at the beginning) however, specific to this location, the customer service line and store managers are NOT able to help. Have had 3 different store GMs try to resolve (as they continue to turn over each time I reach out) and decided today to go in-person to resolve. After a 45min drive, a nice salesman said he would talk to the store manager to see if they could assist….not only could they not, but they didn’t even come out to talk to me in person. I was handed a business card and told to call customer service because there is nothing they can do. I suppose I should just keep the double size mattress in my King Size frame and be happy about it. What a joke. Moving into a new house and needing several new bedroom sets but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ashley sent me a desk with a broken drawer and when I reported the broken drawer they assured me they could send me a drawer repair kit so I could repair it myself. I followed up with them every month to re-report the issue because I never received the part. So here I am more than a year after my original order and they won't let me return the desk broken desk because I am outside of the return window. Which only happened because their team kept reassuring me that a replacement part was on the way. Not cool.

According to TikTok user Gigi (@gigi_unbreakablebt), she spent almost $10,000 on a new furniture set, only to be met with poor quality and subpar customer service. In a video with over 656,000wood.’” views as of Sunday, Gigi says she bought the new couch from Ashley Furniture back in November. This is when the problems began. To start, Gigi says the couch was delivered with a section missing. When she asked about this, Ashley Furniture allegedly responded that they could not deliver the last piece for another 3 weeks. When the full couch finally arrived, Gigi discovered that one of the USB charging ports included in the couch did not work. Furthermore, the couch was supposed to come with metal cup holders—Gigi was informed upon arrival that the cup holders had been discontinued. The couch had other quality issues as well. Went into the store yesterday to browse. The guy that was at the front asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no, we were just browsing today. He then proceeded to ask, "Then what are you doing here. Continue to walk around and once again approached us and was very rude. I won't be shopping in this store again. Rooms to go and mega furniture were very nice.

Horrible experience buying from Ashley’s. I was told all my furniture would be here end of January. Gets postponed to today, and then the bed comes damaged and dining chairs are wobbly. On top of that they don’t even know when I’ll be able to get another bed delivered to my house. Has been almost 2 months without a bed. Never buying from this place again horrible service.

I have ordered several pieces of furniture over the years from here. It really all depends on if you get a competent sales person. I just wish their delivery fees would stop going up.

Worst experience. Be careful because they will charge more in store than you can get with an online order. Also, once we received our bedroom set, multiple items that were broken. In addition, if you sign for it they will not let you cancel or be refunded for your items. I the furniture is very cheaply made and the process to get broken furniture fixed and/or replaced is not an fast or easy process. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

DO NOT shop at Ashley furniture store. The warranty is a long drawn out process and completely broken from lack of communication between all departments involved. If you have any accounting issue there customer support directs you to go to the store, the store tells you to call customer service support. It’s the run around. Bottom line Ashley furniture store lack’s customer service and will be the reason for their downfall.

I finally sent pictures where the part was missing and now they refuse to even answer emails. Now I have a power recliner that is basically just a chair. Don’t do it they really suck!

How can a company not stand behind their product and think it’s ok? We bought a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture. Less than 2 months later it was falling apart. They sent someone out, he fluffed it and left. BUT that did not fix the problem! Then the leather started to fade! What kind of quality is that? Then the reclining love seat broke! When ANOTHER tech came out he said, oh, yes, that’s common with that couch! Excuse me.? We were asked to send photos and they would get someone back out. I did what was asked of me and NO-ONE ever replied, called or came out! Buyers beware! I finally got to speak to someone in the corporate office and he told he they have a NO RETURN policy?? What the??? I have never felt so robbed! I had to convince David to even get new furniture now we can’t even use part of it!

I would never buy from Ashley again. The experience was horrible. We were excited about our new furniture only to be met with rude and unprepared delivery guys. They wouldn’t place the furniture where we asked them to, and they had no tools with them. Saying it is white glove service is a complete lie (don’t pay for it). On top of that, the furniture they delivered was damaged. Three out of the four pieces were damaged. After inspecting the furniture further you can tell how cheap it is. Completely ruining our excitement of getting new furniture. I will never buy from them again.

My experience was excellent. My sales person, Dustin was extremely helpful and I am very pleased with the couches end tables, coffee, tables, and dressers that I bought. My only complaint would be the delivery time. It seems to take them quite a while to move product from one distribution center to another and then to my home (it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks) It would be nice if they could improve on that a little bit. You should inquire about the cost of delivery and particularly the warranty program they have. It’s an aftermarket product that all of these furniture stores try to sell you. With Ashley it is based on the “total amount of the sale”. So if you have one couch that you want to protect and you by five other pieces of a hardwood furniture that you do not want to protect, they will charge you based on the total invoice amount of the “total sale” not just the price of the couch. Not a good deal and can dramatically inflate the cost of the protection package. Not sure why they do it the way they do but what it is is what it is. That said, the quality of the product was fantastic and at a very reasonable price point. I would highly recommend Ashley’s furniture store to anyone who is interested in buying good quality furniture in a very reasonable price.

James was very helpful and nice to work with. He gave me some very helpful tips about color and decorating. I like the couch he helped us pick out. He was never pushy.

William at the South Park Meadows location in Austin Texas was ver helpful. We really appreciate him helping us pick out the new tv center and getting everything set up to be delivered.

Josh was quick to sell me almost $10,000 worth of furniture with a delivery week of 12/17/2022. On 12/19 I got a text saying delivery would be on 12/24 which was still the week of 12/17. Cool. On 12/22 I get another text that partial delivery would now be 1/4 and the final on 1/13. I specifically told Josh I had company for Christmas but got no help. Delivery referred me to their customer "service" which was anything but service. My guests had to sit in lawn chairs. I will never buy from Ashley again.

This store has a fantastic sales support and sales manager. Just look for Will who will be the best person to provide you with the best options that suit your needs and budget. I highly recommend this store as a place to go when looking for furniture.

We spent a few thousand dollars on a pretty nice sofa and loveseat with the warranty. The delivery guys noticed something wrong with the arm rest and said it looked like a manufacturer defect. He said to call on Monday. I did and I've been calling and emailing ever since. We've sent multiple emails with pictures,spoken to many polite customer service reps, managers, their third party vendors but it's absolutely no use we have never had a call returned even once. One customer rep used chat to ask the supervisor why it's taking so long.I told her I can understand it's the holidays but I asked her to ask the manager if she could give me a time frame...weeks, months, next year and the rep said she just responded, "No." The last manager said it doesn't usually take that long and he'd reach out to the coordinator and she'd call me tomorrow that didn't happen. We even tried calling the Southpark Meadows store where we purchased it from and spoke to a rude sales person who said her name was monique. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and said she was the manager. You could hear others laughing in the background after she spoke. I told her my husband was upset and was fling there tomorrow to talk to someone. She actually accused me of threatening her!!!! I've never been treated so horribly. You think they would treat customers professionally but i guess after they make a sale they could care less is what I think. I asked about a refund and was told once it's in the house there is no refund policy. Rep said they'd have to see if they could fix it!!??!! lol I said that's what I've been trying to do ever since the 17th but they're not honoring their warranty. I'm so done with Ashley. Buyers beware!!!!!! The nice but defective furniture set has not been worth all the hours of frustration trying to get Ashley to honor their warranty!!!!

We finally just received our "good enough" furniture and it has been one month since we placed the order in store. We bought a whole bedroom set and it was set to be delivered a week from when we purchased it. The first delivery went well, but two of the items were defective/damaged after we received them; a nightstand had a broken drawer slide and a large 6 drawer dresser had a split in the wood between two drawers. Customer service was great over the phone and after I sent in some photos, they agreed to schedule an exchange for both items at no cost (great!). The second delivery shows up a few days later and the replacement dresser is broken in the box. The delivery people told me that they will have to reschedule again. After this customer service told me that they would perform a pre-inspection before shipping. The third delivery was running late and at 9PM they sent a message saying that the delivery cant be completed. The forth deliver shows up and again, the replacement dresser is broke. No exchange again for either the dresser or the nightstand (pre-inspection failed). The fifth and final delivery shows up a month after we had paid for the items and the dresser and nightstand are "good enough". There are small scratches on the dresser, the dresser does not sit level, and night stand's feet were stripped when they were installing them. At this point we accepted the items because we were over taking days off work to be present while they kept attempting to deliver something of acceptable quality. There are many more complaints that I have such as, the delivery timeframes were never accurate from the original quote etc. etc. I will never shop here again unless I am picking the items directly off of the floor myself. The customer service people are friendly and responsive over the phone, but the delivery and warehouse team does not execute to the standards to which they are expected in my opinion. I spent over 5 thousand dollars for the set and I am left with the feeling of "this is good enough". In my opinion, don't have anything delivered from here and be prepared to have multiple deliveries back-and-forth if you do. Deeply regret buying from Ashley.

His sharp eye and knowledge of color theory and also being an interior designer made things so seamless. It’s hard shopping with a 4 and 5 year old. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!! My husband and I purchased a whole bedroom set in July 2022 (2 nightstands, king bed, and a dresser) they were supposed to arrive in October but arrived in November. To our surprise, we only received our 2 nightstands, dresser and as far as the bed, we only received the side rails. They never assembled the furniture and just simply left. We attempted to build it ourselves and the holes were drilled too big for the hardware. They promised the headboard and footboard would arrive in a few weeks. It’s now January 2023, still no headboard or footboard. My husband went into Ashley Furniture (01/02/23) and spoke to Monique who was EXTREMELY rude and told us we should just “sell it on Craigslist” because they discontinued the bedroom set and won’t be making it anymore so we wouldn’t be getting our head and footboard. Anyone who has some sense knows we would never receive every penny we spent on the bedroom set by reselling it. CEO Todd R Wanek… we want a full refund for this horrible customer service, experience, and half of a bedroom set.

I’m always apprehensive to leave a negative review but I was super caught off guard by the rudeness of the associate who greeted my parents and I today while shopping for a couch. He started his spiel the moment we walked in by yelling from where he was standing rather than trying to greet us and start a somewhat organic conversation. It was really off-putting. Then on our way out he said, “Didn’t find what you were looking for? All these couches and you didn’t find one? Well not that you care but we have some great deals right now…” The whole interaction—especially “not that you care”—seemed rude and it felt as if he thought we owed him our attention. Like, we get it, you’re working for commission. I’m sympathetic to that, but my impression upon entering a store shouldn’t be, “wow this guy wants his commission.” I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt because he’s young and learning the ropes of sales. But it was unprofessional. We ended up buying an Ashley piece from Mega Furniture next door, mostly because the sales associate there (Chris) was lovely.

Worst customer service ever! Would not recommend to anyone. There still has been no resolution to the incorrect rug that was sent to me. Every time you call you get the same thing …” I can’t help you you have to call so-and-so” or I can’t help you because that’s a third-party something or another. No one can ever help you.

Would have been great if they actually dropped off what they listed. Table was supposed to have an outlet as described on listing , Nope table came damaged, over sanded in areas and has a huge stain on it from what appears to be an oily hand . And one of the legs is cracked! We also ordered a matching bench that has a huge dent on it , I I’m guessing they threw it out of the truck as I found it at the end of my driveway in a damaged box. We paid almost 2 grand for a new dining set and got this. Oh also don’t bother with a warranty we called and said that they would send a tech out and they never showed. Might as well go to Facebook market place or offer up if you want a damaged and used table 👎🏽 UPDATE hello Ashley , as I have stated above we did call several times and we were hung up on twice, at this point we would appreciate not being ignored and they you’d just make good on your warranty. We’d like a different solution as it seems contacting you via number and email did nothing to resolve the issue.

My Ashley experience was fanominal from the moment I walked through the door. Blake greeted me with a beautiful and welcoming smile. He asked all the right questions to better understand my needs. After spending some time walking around the show room, Blake was able to find me exactly the pieces of furniture I was looking for. He had a friendly demeanor and as a bonus (bc I'm new to Austin) he shared some cool places to check out. Great service! I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Ask for Blake. 😊

Bought furniture and delivery scheduling is worse than awful. We had delivery scheduled for the 23rd of Nov and got notices that day they were scheduled, arrived to pick up our furniture and then we’re on the way. Then got a call saying they were not coming. Have rescheduled the delivery 3 different times and have yet to receive all our furniture. But the bill has come! And is due prior to us receiving our complete order. They told us no money due until all furniture had arrived and yet here it is. No compensation for all the trouble. No help/answers with the billing issue. This has been a terrible experience. Everyone says they will call you back with answers and no calls are received. Avoid Ashley’s if you can.

Horrible customer service. They scheduled a delivery between the hours of 12am - 3am and got my order value wrong. When I call the store, nobody picks up. When I chat online, they can't fix issues with an in store order. So the only thing I can do is drive 40 miles to go there and personally catch a hold of a desk agen who should pick up the call in the first place. Avoid this place!

Josh Palmieri is your go-to person for buying a couch. He took really good care of my girlfriend and I! We left spending way less than we thought and he made the process crazy easy and fast. Management if you’re reading this give this man a raise because I’ve NEVER purchased furniture that fast in my entire life. Bravo

I am still in the process of it, but Thanks to Monique Wright I feel I am able to make some progress. She was NOT the original person that sold or assisted with the finance. Yet, she took the intiative to help me with the issue when brought to her attention without hesitation and whole heartedly helped me. I just wanted to Recognize her for her genuine customer service. These people are trying to sell furniture they don't even have. I was about to purchase a recliner. I was ready to pay for it, put it in my truck, and take it home when I was told that the recliner is at a warehouse in New Braunfels. My only two options for receiving the recliner were to drive to New Braunfels and pick it up or pay $60 for someone to deliver it. How are you going to try to sell me merchandise you don't even have? I won't be buying any furniture from these people.

I asked my husband to go in and look around and let me know if there was anything he spotted that he liked (were starting a redecorating project and he’s picky so I sent him for recon) apparently a salesmen named Will walked up to him and asked if he needed anything and my husband told him no and he proceeded to tell him “well then why are you here?” Which is rude in and of itself, but then he later walked up to him and said “by the way, the finance department is over there” he was assuming due to his appearance in his eyes he couldn’t afford the furniture in there. I’ve been wanting to go into Ashley myself for quite some time but just haven’t yet, but now I will NOT be bringing any of my business here. We DO have enough money to afford furniture there and for Will to be so rude and condensing toward my husband I will not support that. I’m sure had I walked in there I would have been treated much differently due to my complexion which is just sad and frankly infuriates me.

Josh was the most perfect salesman. Never pushed us to buy anything, but very informative and knowledgeable to our needs. So happy to have meet him and look forward to purchasing more with him. Very happy!

Worst experience ever. The purchase of the sectional was a no brainer at the store and after that a nightmare I don’t wish in anyone. Between delivery & pickup and bringing the correct pieces and numerous store visits with credit promises because of all the difficulties - that never was credited!!! The countless phone calls to have the wrong item picked up — it still is sitting here… the initial purchase was on Oct 11, 2022… and still not resolved. I suppose it’s no worries for Ashley, they got their money.

I bought some furniture recently (a bed & nightstand) & during purchase I asked if this furniture will be assembled & the sales person assured me that it will be. But when they delivered, they refused to assemble stating that I bought the furniture unassembled. I called the number on the invoice & the customer rep told me the same and when I said that sales person assured me that it would be assembled, the customer rep said that he realized that I paid for premium delivery services, but he cannot do anything on his end as that's how the order was made & that I have to call sales person. And so I called sales person and she told me the same that I purchased the furniture unassembled, but when I said that I was promised assemble, she said that they would refund my delivery fee & that some one would contact me in 3 days. Since nobody contacted me and there was no refund, I called the store again, this time some one (a man) put on a hold and never came back. I called again, some lady answered & told me I have to contact customer service for such things. So I contacted customer service & the lady who answered told me that they cannot do anything & I have to talk to the sales person (at least this lady was polite & explained). I called back sales & another man tells me that there is no one at the store who could refund, he said that someone quit & so there is no one. I want to give this store a zero stars as no one seems to know what they are doing. They kept directing me to different people and I kept going in circles. If they don't know how to do business, they should shut the store and be done with it.

It took a full year for our order to be delivered. Everything has arrived and looks good, however it took far longer than we were hoping for. Other companies will respect your time more, if possible I would go with them.

Horrible!!!! Worst experience I have ever had with any furniture company. Got my number wrong so the shipment had to be rescheduled, part was my fault cause I thought it was right. On the delivery they missed a big piece of furniture. They delivered a chair that had a sharpie stain, on our bedroom dresser had a guide rail that was broken and the drawer had a crack on it.

I came in and ordered a dining table and chairs and was assured they were instock now that I have paid and the delivery window has passed I am being told they are not instock.

We went into Ashley about one week ago and our sales associate was James Clark. I have been to Ashley multiple times and made many purchases but this one was different. We needed to furniture and didn’t know what to get. We was greeted by James and that was the best thing that could happen to us that’s day. He helped us pick out what we needed and went above and beyond. I was only going to get a bed. He helped me get a house full of much needed furniture. He has taste and he is so funny. That day we needed his personality. We needed his jokes and compassion. I can not say enough about him. I will only ask for him for my next purchases. He goes above and beyond his job. What a dirty bag of a company. They take 0 accountability for the items they sell to their customers. Best advice if you desperately want something from this furniture store do not use any of their financing options. Just pay cash, take your item, and minimize your interactions with their local and HQ.

I worked with Kia and she was amazing she was very relatable didn’t make you feel like a normal sales person at a furniture store hovering around you at every piece of furniture like you are going to share it with them she gave me and my girlfriend space and some how always appeared when we felt we needed her she was honestly the reason we bought from there and we found a couch we both loved 5 out of 5 on Kia hope you can all work with Kia and have as great of a experience as I did

I have no problem with the store salesperson but delivery is a nightmare. We purchased furniture for my 90 year old father in law and he has been held hostage the last three days. They keep telling us a delivery time but have yet to show up. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. Edit to my review: I’d like to add that the items ordered were clearance items from the showroom floor and not an order to be fulfilled by the warehouse. The store is literally across the street from the apartment. Supply chain is not the issue.

Very Poor Customer Service Experience. I ordered a table 3 weeks ago that was to be delivered by now. Today I received an email saying that there was an issue with the payment type (was trying to use a business debit card that didn't go through.). When I reached out to support I was told: 1. It's not possible for me to provide the rep with another form of payment, 2. There was not way to see what the updated delivery date would be 3. There is no way to expedite the delivery given that it took Ashley 3 weeks to realize the payment type would not process. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experienced I've dealt with. Suffice it to say, I decided to cancel the order all together and find another vendor.

I was a first time shopper at Ashley Furniture and it won’t be the last. My experience was so easy and the Sales Rep LeeAnn was amazing I couldn’t have asked for a more easy going sales rep. 😀

Terrible experience with Ashley. Most the terrible experience was related to delivery. They promised delivery of bedroom suite several days after ordering. They were late, but worse they accidently left the box spring mattress, which made sleeping in the bed impossible. We had to wait another week to get box spring delivered, this was another week without a bed to sleep on. Dining room table set was due after 11 days of waiting. They had table and chairs on their manifest but delivery guys had no idea where the table was. Ashley opened some ticket about it and said I had to call back in 24 hours to see what's going on (when asked if they could maybe call me with an update was told they only do outbound calls). It's been nearly a month and now they say it will come in 2 weeks. That's 6 weeks without a table in an empty house we just moved in. I am still waiting for a couch a month after ordering. Basically having to live in a house without furniture because their ability to delivery is just awful, be prepared to wait weeks to months after ordering to get stuff and who knows maybe you will get lucky and they wont forget stuff. Honestly there were a lot of other issues related to the sales guy and promises that a manager would call about situation (they never did) but I've said enough already. They offered free financing and no payments until everything was here but I only have 1/3 the furniture and already have my first bill...I have just given up, I will pay it and wait patiently for my furniture to eventually come I guess, but will never buy again from these guys.

Finally received bar stools that were on back order and one was damaged. I tried calling the store for over an hour and no one would answer. Customer service is not important to this store! Now I am told that the stool will not be replaced, but a technician will try to repair it!!! Will never buy from them again!

This is the worst furniture store we have ever dealt with.The sales guy Troy Meyer is a complete lier!! I found a sofa set at Rooms to go the sales lady Ashley was awesome ,she said it wouldn't be available for a month if we wanted to wait she'd give us a deal. We wanted the sofa set that week. So we went to Ashley furniture with in 5 mins I found them. The guy Troy Meyer said they were available for delivery that Tues. We were very excited we said lets do it. No questions asked paid in full we were very happy. Monday came around no call from Ashley furniture 😒. We called them to find out it was going to be another 2 weeks. We had already cleared out our living room.we asked for our money back. They said they would give us a discount if we waited till the 25th. On the 25th we got 1 sofa. So today I called back . Now we have to wait another 2 weeks. They said they don't have it yet. Liars! Liars! Liars. please whatever you do don't give these people any business. They don't care about the customer, they just want to make a sale. Ashley furniture the Liars in town!! Go see Ashley at rooms to go she is Honest!! Our lesson learned! Sincerely, very disappointed customer 😞 😒 😔 😪 😑

No pressure to buy, no following us around the store, just a simple and friendly introduction and we were free to roam the store. Staff was available for questions when we were ready. Purchasing was a breeze and prices for the furniture we were interested in and matched to the online price, plus discount codes and additional savings to make the in-store price even lower. They even made the free delivery date specific to what we requested.

Back in June my father was searching for a specific type of sectional, previously we had gone to a different furniture store and their selection was limited. We came to Ashley furniture and James was really helpful throughout the process up until our delivery date. Even though our delivery date changed about 2 times but James was on top of everything and giving us updates on our order. Thank you James. Also thank you to the two delivery guys who set up everything that day.

We ordered last October 2021 and finally got our order on July of 2022. Then on delivery we found damage to the coffee table and one end table. An order was made to replace them. One month later the replacements were delivered but both items were also damaged. I think the furniture was imported from somewhere. We need some kind of compensation for this nightmare.

We placed an order in this store for a tempur pedic mattress, bed frame and couches on 7/03 we were told by the sales person and store manager that all items would be delivered to our home within the same week or 2 weeks at most. Since we were in urgent need of furniture we decided to go through with purchase trusting the information given by the store manager and sales person. It has now been more than a month and we have not received any of our furniture. Ashley’s tried to deliver incorrect couches to our home, we’ve been trying to cancel or at least correct the orders by calling customer service, calling and texting the sales person that helped us and going into the store but we have not been able to resolve any issues and we still don’t know if or when we will be receiving the furniture we ordered. We have attempted to get help every way possible but we have not been able to obtain sort of answers or help. Very frustrating experience. Terrible service and management I will definitely never be purchasing from this store.

First, I want to be clear that I place no blame on my salesperson for my experience, and instead lay the blame on Ashley’s sales culture. They’ll tell you whatever you need to hear just to close the deal. Once the bill is paid, it’s handed off to a 3rd party delivery service and no longer there problem. I received ZERO customer support after my purchase. All updates were had by me reaching out to Ashley. Here’s my experience: purchased a couch on ‘manager’s special’ on June 20th and was told to expect delivery on July 3rd. Never happened. I try to call the store, and it sends me to some 3rd party delivery service who tells me it should delivered July 15th. So, I wait. No delivery. Call the company again and they say Aug5th. I go to the store this time to talk to my salesperson. He claims he is going to file an ‘expedite ticket’ and I should hear an update within the week. In the meantime, they would refund my delivery fee for the delay. Never got an update. Never got the refund. August 5th comes and goes, no delivery. I call the delivery service again and this time there’s no estimated date. I’m told the unit isn’t even in production! Also, I’m informed there’s no such thing as an ‘expedite ticket’ and definitely no notes regarding my previous visit on the account. I go to the store to request a refund, which they oblige, but get this…. the refund includes the delivery fee. THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE INITIAL REFUND AS PROMISED! All in all, worst shopping experience ever. Don’t shop here. Go somewhere local who work with you throughout the entire process.

One of the worst customer service experience I've ever had.The sales person lied to me about the shipping process.We told the sales person that the wait time was 3-6 mns on the Ashley website & we weren’t interested in waiting that long.His exact words to us was “oh our stock doesn’t come out of the same warehouse.Our stock comes from Dallas so you’ll get your furniture sooner.” He reassured us that it was only a 2-3 month wait, so we moved forward.The honest truth was that he really couldn’t guarantee 2-3 months & if our salesman was honest,he would’ve lost the sale.Well you lost the sale anyway & I WILL NEVER do business w/ Ashley furniture again.After 3 mnths of waiting- I began calling to cancel the order.You cannot get ANYONE on the phone & after multiple attempts,only to be passed around or to be put on HOLD.I decided to wait for Ashley to contact me for delivery.They reached out via text& I was able to speak to someone.The gentleman began the process then tells me- they want to try & ‘save’ the sell.They were willing to offer a discount if I keep the furniture & I told him point blank unless they were offering 50% off - I wasn’t going to keep it.(Which,they couldn’t.)Ok cool, its no skin off my back since y’all can’t manage your inventory & you allow your employees to lie to customers.Once the guy took me of hold- he said my order was canceled but couldn’t give me a confirmation number or provide any proof that my request was completed.I would have to wait until it’s processed or I would have to call back to check.So I’m having to take their word it’s canceled? “Yep” That’s unacceptable.So now I’m stuck in a situation that I cannot be freed from until someone somewhere magically processed my cancellation.I want it done now!And I will go all the way to Todd R. Wanek or his son Ronald to get this situation taken care of.

If I could go lower I would. We've been dealing with an issue with a bed we purchased. The wrong bed was delivered and no one will help us in resolving this issue. The worst of it is from the service we received from ERIC ZAVALA. He could not have been more uninterested and disrespectful if he tried. We were reasonably annoyed with the situation at hand but as we waited for manager on duty; a young Caucasian man helped us as much as he could. He was very understanding and genuinely tried to assist. While Eric Zavala, the manager on dutytook his sweet time to come out. When he did, he sat as far away from us as possible and proceeded to chat with fellow employees instead of attending to us. It wasn't until we approached him that he actually began to type things on his computer. As I lost connection with the customer service rep on the line he proceeded to tell us to call again because there was nothing he could do. As he continued to talk, he began to develop an attitude and respond with sass. I told him not to speak to me in that way but he kept on speaking to us in a demeaning way. Yes I lost my composure when he physically walked away and refused to do anything to help is. I cussed him out for the disrespectful way he spoke to us and the genuine disinterest. He should be fired for his lack of customer service and gross negligence. Needless to say we will have to resolve this issue through different means since this is what they higher as management. ERIC ZAVALA was an absolute abhorrent person and my one warning is to not shop here. I've never had issues at Rooms-to-go. It was a mistake shopping here. I hope you read this Eric Zavala.

I simply cannot express how disappointing the entire experience with Ashley was. From the moment I entered the store, I sensed something was off. I should have run, and you should too. This has been, by far, the most frustrating, inexcusably poor, awful experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. In my entire life. Not once, not twice, but three times I was told my furniture was being delivered on certain dates. I even received a text message alerting me when my delivery was <10 minutes away, only to have no one show up. After countless calls to the terrible call center, as well as unanswered / unreturned calls to the store, it was ultimately determined to be a mistake in their side, that the couch was on backorder, and that the chair had been discontinued. There is no possible way for me to summarize the amount of calls and incorrect / differing answers I received. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Honestly, I’m sure I made at least 50 different calls (without resolution) during the 8 weeks I was waiting. The people in the call center are, for the most part, completely incompetent. The workers in the store rarely answer and, when a return call is promised, there’s no follow through (at least in my experience). I ended up canceling the order and going with Rooms To Go. My experience with them was flawless, my furniture got to me when they committed and their service and availability was leaps and bounds ahead of Ashley’s laughable call center and store employees. I urge you to reconsider. There are many other options and these people do not care about you. Run away while you can. It is not worth it. I cannot express enough that this was the WORST experience I’ve EVER had as a consumer.

I have no idea what is wrong with the people that work in this store. We came by years ago and the saleswoman would not leave us alone and bombarded my husband when I used the restroom. I literally just mentioned it before we walked in. We walk in and the guy asks us what we are in for, we are just looking, anything in particular? No, just looking. Walk around a bit then the guy comes back and asks if we have questions. We weren't even half way through the store, husband responds no we are good we will let you know. OF COURSE i went into the restroom and a new, different guy approaches my husband and he says that we are good not to worry about it. The guy responds back, "don't worry about it?". Then walks off, husband overhears him talking about him, mocking him with other sales people. He asks him if there's a problem and the salesman says how am I supposed to help you if you don't tell me what you're looking for? Husband says I don't need to tell you what I'm looking for I was just looking. At this point the sales dude starts approaching us. He's arguing saying he can't help us if we don't talk to him. WE DIDNT NEED TO BE APPROACHED THREE TIMES IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. the salesman will not stop talking trying to provoke? I told him to stop talking which apparently offended him, he scoffed and tried to keep talking. I said STOP. and we left. Maybe it's in Ashley Furniture's policy to harass customers until they wear them down and they buy something. Either way it was a huge mistake going back there. I'll be ordering from a competitor. Thanks.

I had the worst experience ever. I ordered a coffee table on 11/30/21. On 02/01/22 I called and they said it would be 10 to 12 weeks before I received it. I waited, called back in May same thing. NEVER ONCE did I get a phone call about anything. I finally decided to go to the store (South Park Meadows Austin Tx.)and talk to someone. The sales person told me it was discontinued. I asked to speak to the Store Manager. She didn’t come out she told the sales guy to tell me to pick another table or I had to buy the end tables that go with it. I couldn’t have the floor model. I asked him why I had to buy the end tables because I didn’t have to buy them when I bought and paid for the coffee table. He said the person that sold them to me made a mistake. I said that was not my fault. He said that guy was going to get fired. Wow. I told the last manager that Ashley Homestore did not live up to their motto. He flat out said “No they do not”. I could not believe he said that. He did apologize to me. Their motto does not mean a thing to me. My family and I will never shop there again and I will tell people what happened to me. I don’t understand why I just couldn’t get the floor model. Come on it’s “DISCONTINUED”. I know my review won’t mean a thing. Just be aware. They should TRY to make their customers happy. Donald provided me with excellent service. I have purchased two couches and a bed frame and am very happy with the quality of service and products.

While the experience in the store was fine, things went wrong when we decided to buy the manager’s special sectional. First, our salesperson had trouble putting the order in the system, and put that we would get the couch in “2-12 weeks” (what?!). Payment went through but could not print, at least we got emailed invoice (though put in phone number 3 times, it never actually saved to our order). From there it just got worse…feeling uncomfortable about the purchase process, partner called customer service to check on it next day. Told that some pieces were out of stock and we’d have to go back to the store to get a refund. Excuse me?!? I tried calling next day: first rep seemed untrained, long silence, then without asking put me on mute for over 10 minutes. When I tried to call back, hold time was 30 minutes, then just 1+ minute of silence. Partner tried again, this time getting a guy who said we would get a refund back on her card only (when we had split the payment). Could not provide any sort of verification. Called the next day, finally had to escalate it, and finally at least got an email confirmation that order was canceled. One week later the refund is pending on both our cards. After speaking to multiple customer service reps this month, Ashley is easily the worst. It is obvious that whatever they are doing is not working, so I can assume they are not interested in taking care of their employees enough to have good ones interested in working for them.

Had an awesome experience shopping with James! He took good care of our needs and helped pick out best pieces for our house.

The staff in the store were great to deal with….but! We were told the majority of the furniture would be delivered early June, with the dresser being delivered in Nov. Our daughter was moving into the house on June 22 from the PNW. We were given numerous dates for delivery while our kids lived on a mattress on the floor, plastic chairs and standing around to eat. Finally, we got confirmation on delivery…..but no, only the dresser that was suppose to be delivered in Nov. Still, no table, couch, loveseat, no dining chairs, bed set, chair, etc., which were the items set to be delivered in early June. Finally, July 14 the delivery was made. Our family, who has shopped with Ashley’s for years are done with them. I understand the difficulties with delivering a product in today’s game, but don’t tell us one thing without being sure. Ended up at Rooms To Go since this started and they delivered everything on time.

Stopped in today and worked with James who showed us some dinning room tables. It was the most comfortable and easy furniture shopping experience we’ve ever had, even with our 20 month old son in tow. Extremely knowledgable and asked all the right questions from beginning to end to help guide us into making the right decision. James even went above and beyond to help us figure out paint colors for the dinning room to match with the set too.

Amazing experience! We had found a couch on the website but still wanted to check our options, James Clark was very helpful in showing us all our options and was very polite, funny and sweet! He was great with our kids which made the shopping process much easier and not stressful!

We had a great experience buying the furniture last year. However, that was the only thing that was great. Trying to get the furniture delivered was a nightmare. We purchased in Oct of last year and all prices just delivered complete 3 days ago. One of the delivery guys dropped our table top to take a phone call (on camera) and when it wouldn’t expand to add the leaf, he forced us to say it “came that way” or he would have to take it with him right then. (The table was functional but not at the preferred length and we only had the bench. Chairs are delayed) had he taken it we would have had no kitchen table for our family of 5. Once he broke the table too it took 12 more weeks to get a new top and the remaining chairs. Nightmare! Then when it delivers they only have 3 chairs. No table top on the truck! If you are thinking of buying furniture from Ashley furniture…..think again!

Nick was very helpful when I went into the store. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful. He was patient when I tried several ottoman options with the couch. Even when I went back with a better price I found online they price matched with no problem and I was out in 10 minutes.

I ordered my furniture on May 7 2022 n they said it would be delivered on June 9th no furniture no call no email. I try calling the physical stores on I 35 n the one in plfugerville n I get no answer n they hang up on me. I still have no furniture!!!

Customer service is horrible. All you get is a computer recording. As soon as I texted “Cancel my order” I was contacted. Don’t bother with this store.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience working with Ashely Furniture. I have had several pieces on backorder for over a year at this point, and they have made multiple commitments to shipping or delivering the furniture, only to no-show. I have left dozens of voicemails with sales reps and at the store and have NEVER received a return call--I have been forced to drive 40+ miles to go into the store to get my questions answered on 5 occasions. Clearly they do not take care of their employees either, as three different sales reps I was assigned to have quit over the last year. I will be cancelling my order and strongly encourage anyone who reads this to avoid this company.

I see the owner has removed my negative experience review which says a lot about this company. In short, please be aware. The company has zero ethical values and seem to train the sales people on how to lie to make a sale. I would have given it negative star if this was allowed. #dishonest

Doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give them. We purchased a dining room set and a bedroom set a year ago with the promise to hold it in the warehouse until our house was done being built. Once all the pieces were in stock and ready to be delivered, we set up a delivery date. They showed up with the dining room set, one nightstand and the mirror that belongs on the dresser. The delivery folks said that the rest of our bedroom set was damaged, so we went to the store to find out when we were going to get the rest of the bedroom furniture delivered. They said it was discontinued and they wouldn't help us with a refund, kept saying we had to call customer service. They were mean and very unhelpful and acted like it was our problem. We called customer service several times over the next few days and either couldn't get anyone and sat on hold forever or we would get someone and after explaining our situation they would put us back on hold and never come back on the line. Went back to the store to talk to the manager and he said he would get back to us on Tuesday and never did. Worst furniture company ever with unhelpful people working at their stores. I finally got someone in customer service today and she tried to help, but it showed on her end all our furniture was delivered!! What a joke. All we want is our money back for the bedroom furniture and to have the nightstand and mirror picked up since obviously we can't use it since we have no bedroom set! They have made this so hard and we still haven't gotten it resolved a week later.

If you want to speak to one of the rudest, pushiest salespeople I have encountered in a long time, James is your guy! James spent most of his time with us telling us how good at his job he was. He seemed offended when we weren’t crazy about his suggestions and didn’t want to look at the online catalog, and he promptly left and told us to have a good day. We continued looking around (still thinking about buying some furniture), and he came back wanting to show us another piece. I tried to explain why we did not want to purchase from the online catalog since he’d left so abruptly, and he cut me off and would not let me speak. At that point, I told him we were going to leave, and he responded with, “Yes, I think you should. I think that would be best.” The whole experience was very bizarre, and we definitely won’t be buying the furniture we need from here.

Poor customer service when their sales system went down mid transaction. I called for 2 days and no one even tried to reach out to me and no one would pick up at the local numbers. This store has not been busy during this summer season. The store manager lacked sincerity and was rude withe suggestion that I could just come back after my money was returned first instead of offering to process the order then. I came back and cancelled the order and told the store manager who never offered to introduce himself that his customer service was awful and I could tell he didn’t care and he refunded and have a poor example of even trying to care. I have shopped back in 2013 at the South Austin location, I will not waste my time for future visits. I didn’t realize when Covid died down so did customer service and being nice. Not worth the visit to Southpark Meadows location in Austin, TX. Shop online folks or somewhere else!

UPDATE: It is my strongest suggestion that you steer clear of this organization and run the other way, as you'll likely experience nothing but bad service, broken promises and chaos as I STILL am experiencing months later, and I'm still fighting for fair, honest treatment. I have to say that Luis, our salesman, was not only pleasant and knowledgeable, but very low pressure. He was there to assist, but didn't crowd us either. Being in sakes for over 40 years ourselves, we recognize high pressure, less-than-honest salesmanship. While we have not received our furniture just yet, we will give very high ratings to the initial sales part. We will see what happens with delivery and set up. I have faith Luis will stay on top of this part as well. Praying the remainder of this process goes just as well as the sale, and if the quality and workmanship of the costly sectional is as good as was represented, we'll appreciate the sale and enjoy our sectional for many years to come!

Ashleys is horrible!!!! DO NOT buy from them!!!! They delivered a damaged dresser and keep hanging up on me and don’t return my calls or emails to replace the item or give me a refund. I got video of the delivery drivers saying the dresser was damaged and one saying nah it’s alright. Then he took a pen and tried to fill in the chunks of missing wood. This place is HORRIBLE!!!

I have NEVER EVER witnessed this much dishonesty from any business. Every single person I talked to lied and made fake promises about every tiny thing. Jonathan Anderson sold us a dining table set on Jan 8 and told us it will be delivered 1st week of March or sooner. It was delayed again and again till the end of May. In May we rejected 1st delivery because a part was missing. During 2nd try the same part was missing. We were again lied and told accept the delivery and we will make sure the missing part is delivered and assembled the next day by 3 different individuals. I called the day of and was told the order was complete and nothing was scheduled to be delivered. After waiting 3 hours on phone, I have the delivery scheduled to deliver the missing part for the 3rd time. Now i have a hug pile of unassembled furniture sitting in my house and my house looks like storage. Also, I was just now informed Ashley doesn't do returns. Ashley furniture, you are not the no.1 furniture store. Your employees that are representing you are all (every single one I talked to) liars. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Customers deserve honesty and transparency. Update: I messaged the number that same day I received response from owner but no response. We have called Ashley over 10 times after this post, still waiting for this issue to resolved.

Really so stressful with this store. They’re nice when you’re new customers. Really very poor customer services after-sales. First time, they delivered for me a power reclining sofa but it tore a hole & couldn’t recline. I’ve waited for the second delivery with the sofa & the sofa table. I don’t understand why the delivery team called to my work & keep text to them.They added me in group chat but just text to my work makes my boss called me to ask about it. When they came to my place, the delivery team asked me to see that everything was damaged on the truck. The table was scratched on the top & the sofa was broken. And he told me to keep reschedule another day. Then I went to the store to talk about this. But they seem to turn back with this. I had to wait for a long time sitting over there. I just want to cancel the table, so it doesn’t deserve time & my money. And not difficult to shop it somewhere else even cheaper. Save your money! This is my lesson. I didn’t care about bad reviews until I had experiences enough here.

I am new to the area and do not like to drive in Austin so I called in today and a nice gentleman by the name of Mike Cardenas did what he had to do to get me the couch I was wanting. I didn’t have to make the drive I was dreading and my couch is officially on order. He was patient and kind. He was also honest and upfront. Ask for Mike!

Ashley had a wide selection of furniture and accessories such as lighting and wall decor. Kylle helped guide me through the selection process and gave me a thorough understanding of what configuration and pricing options were available. I’ll definitely be back for more purchases in the future!

Purchased a couch and table from here only to have them not show up on the day of delivery and no word from them (this was already a delayed date). It was apparently delayed and know one knows why. After a day of calls that never got returned we tried to cancel are order only to be offered a $200 refund on a $2000 purchase, what kind of deceitful scam is this, the loan company agreed to to cancel our loan after talking to them, but Ashley wouldn't. We eventually after going back to the store decided to keep our purchase but when stuff finally was delivered the table was broken so we have to wait 2 weeks for them to order another one. Also the response to this review with an email and phone number to contact was bogus, we tried both and neither ever got back to us...

Leo was extremely patient with me. Very understanding my likes and wants. Even the store manager came to assist of my needs. I could not have been pleased with the kit gloves the way I was treated. Never buy furniture from Ashley HomeStore. They’ll deliver damaged garbage and then refuse to refund you because it’s “usable”. If the standard is “usable”, I would have picked up a bed off the side of the road. They also said if I wanted a refund, I’d have to load this fully built bed into a truck, drive it 30 miles to the nearest Goodwill, and send them a receipt for proof of donation before they would issue me a refund. They won’t pay for a truck rental or gas, but they’ll gladly tell you how easy it is to “just donate it”. Absolute fraudsters. STAY FAR AWAY.

Mr. Don was our sales person. He was patient and listened as we expressed our budget and what we were looking for. He ensured a wonderful experience and we left buying what we were happy with.

Customers, heads up! We ordered and fully paid for a bedroom set in January and are still waiting - it’s mid May. No communication or updates. Manager, Dustin, is agreeable and nice, accepts all responsibility, but no follow-through with his word. Very disappointed with this experience - the integrity of the brand and store is highly questionable.

Dishonest, sleazy, inept. We purchased $4k worth of furniture on Jan 1 after being told to expect a delivery date of Feb 15. February went by with no word so I called their customer service line. There I was told it wouldn't be ready for 18 weeks since that day (3/1). I called the store, I was told March 15th. They told me everything was in except one item and they they couldn't do separate deliveries. 3/15 comes by, I get told 4/10. 4/15 comes, I go to the store and I get told 4/30. Now, it is 4/28 and I call the delivery customer service. Now, they are saying NO ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND THEY HOPE TO HAVE THEM IN BY JUNE. I wasn't upset by the first delay. The second I was frustrating cause of the deliveries. If you miss your first commitment and have already charged me, make up for it and deliver the items I've already paid you for! Then they miss another delivery date. Now, four months later, they tell me everything that I had been told was wrong and to wait even longer. We have no place to sit. They took our money that we would've spent elsewhere and lied to our face for four months, all the time we have eaten every meal standing up! They're still not done lying to me. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

The worst choice ever to go to Ashley and purchase my furniture.. the store over charged the price of the furniture when the company website was offering the same furniture for a lower price . They also double charged the protection plan. I waited for hours trying to speak to customer service and finally gave up. Would never go back to Ashley or recommend to any one to go to their store. Edit--- The rude reply from the business owner shows the attitude of this company towards the customer. This review is about Ashley cheating me by over charging the product and not my affordability. Do not cheat customers and exploit their trust in you when they walk in to your store.

This deserves zero stars. Do NOT buy from this store or any other Ashley Home store unless you don’t mind poor customer service, misinformation, and confusion. We bought a leather reclining loveseat, were told it would be ready for pickup today. Arrived at 12:30pm. Our order paperwork said to pick it up at this location. Sales manager (Michael C.) informed us that there are no pick ups at this location. The warehouse is 45 miles away and he spent an hour calling around and emailing to try to locate our loveseat. They messed up BIG TIME.

Wow changing my review was told the couch I wanted was in stock last week. Now after I paid basically 2k they say the dont have the couch in stock nor an eta. Thing is I work in logistics they more than likely never had the item in stock they were just saying that to sell the couch.

I ordered a table and chairs October 6th, 2021. It’s almost May I still do not have have the table. They canceled my table because the financing hold with TD was dropped off. I reordered the table at the end of March and I was told that the manager would contact me. No one has ever contacted to give me any updates on the table. It’s been 7 months i still don’t have a table. This is extremely poor customer service. I will never order furniture from Ashely’s again. It would be nice to have my table so I can de done with Ashley’s! If they tell you it would be a few weeks I would go elsewhere. My experience has been horrible!

Steve was not helpful and very unprofessional taking over a week to get back in response to parts not being delivered for now almost a month. Don’t come here. Here to leave yet another review since my previous reviews keep getting deleted. Classic Ashley behavior. Ordered a bedroom set + couch on 12/18/21 and was PROMISED a 6 week turn around time. We purchased a couch from them before that took TEN MONTHS to arrive. I went against my better judgment to use them again, I should have known better. NEVER AGAIN!!!! These guys will tell you anything to get your money and then make it damn near impossible to get anyone on the phone for any sort of update. We are 4 months and counting with no sort of update except “another 7-9 weeks”. BUYER BEWARE. Read the reviews…. Nothing but fake 5 star reviews and horrible horror stories of people being treated the same. It’s not worth your time and this place is most definitely not worth spending your hard working money at. Run far far away.

Salesman was very Helpful And knowledgeable

Plain and simple: ordered a desk. Desk they shipped does not have the instructions in the box. The box also does not have all the pieces to put the desk together (pegs, screws, peg clamps, S shaped 2 sided screw driver, etc) Called customer service to at least send the missing parts which have still not been sent. Customer care tell us to talk with the local store we bought it from to get to a resolution on a refund but local store takes a week to have the manager get back to us just to say call customer care. (Steve at Ashley Furniture was not helpful whatsoever) Not sure if anyone there on either end is willing to own up to this issues in some fashion. Talking with customer care today and they don’t even know who to get us to to help figure out when or even if we are getting these additional parts anytime soon. In all honesty this customer service is terrible and my desk still sits in a corner unassembled.

I just spent 6,000 and I have been waiting 3 months for my furniture and they send me the wrong furniture! Don’t pick up my calls and customer services says I have to go to the store! I don’t have time to go down there and fight about my furniture! This is poor customer service! I’m so sick of the lack of follow through! I had a very pushy salesman. He would not take no for an answer. I told him my budget and he very rudely asked why I’d come up with that number. I told him that was all I had and he repeatedly told me to spend 4,000 over my budget and to just finance it. I told him to stop and he refused to stop pushing me. He told me I was not listening to him and that he was trying to transition me into a good bed. I told him I was done speaking with him and I tried to walk away but he kept stopping me and asking why I was so upset. After I was able to walk away from him to get another salesman he found me and asked if he could finish up my order. I very sternly told him no and that I wanted nothing to do with him. I have never been accosted that way before. This man was very rude and pushy. Another kid salesman did make it right but I will NEVER go back to Ashley Furniture again!

Went in with my wife to find a sofa that would fit in our small apartment. Well we came out with the sofa as well as a new mattress. They helped us save money as well as make sure we were helped quickly. It was a great day.

I’ll start by saying I love the table I got from here but it took almost 6 months to be delivered and it kept getting delayed longer and longer. When I bought the table 10/12/21 I asked if they thought I might have it by thanksgiving and they said they “didn’t know for sure but it was possible!” Yeah right! The latest time they told me then was December but “definitely before Christmas!” Then when I text in December it was moved to “January” and after grilling the salesperson who sold me the table he admitted the latest would be March and well here we are. It’s been a frustrating experience but at least I have my table now but if you’re thinking about buying furniture from Ashley be warned not to expect your furniture for months on end. You might actually have more luck buying directly from their website which is not affiliated with this store or their sales. Ultimately I didn’t feel taken care of or cared for as a customer once I paid for the table. In my line of work I would of offered some sort of compensation for making someone wait half a year after purchasing something that was obviously not cheap.

We were sold a dining set and dresser during their President’s day sale. I shared I was hesitant to buy because their website said 3-5 mo delay. I was told my order would be fulfilled in 3 weeks because they have access to a different inventory than the website, or they get priority. I did not receive a receipt because of a “printer malfunction” and after trying to call multiple times during the week/leaving voicemails with no answer, I had to go in store for this (customer service wasn’t even able to provide). When I did this, I was told my order wouldn’t arrive until July, vastly different from the 3 weeks I was originally quoted. After three weeks of trying to reach our salesman and emailing the manager Dustin, per his instructions, with no response, we decided to go in to figure out what was going on. Dustin was nowhere to be found by his staff, we heard several salesman looking for him with no answer. We decided to cancel our order on the spot. Also, you will not be able to reach the store via the phone number listed on Google. Your only recourse is going in to the store and speaking to someone in person. Terribly disappointed because we still want the products, but would rather drive further to north Austin or even San Marcos before dealing with the horrible staff here again.

Felt no pressure while shopping for a living room set. Troy (sales associate) gave us our space and time to make our decisions and answered any questions we had. Mike(store manager) also made us feel very comfortable while shopping and gave us a good deal. Thanks Troy and Mike. I would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture in South Park Meadows

I say this because when leaving the store, after circling through, the ladies in front of us were asked if they could be helped, they said they were looking for the gentleman who greeted them and showed them around the store. We left the store without a hello, may I help you or goodbye. Sale missed. I went home and ordered my new dining room set etc. from another company. My money was too BLACK to spend in your store.

As soon as I enter Derek said hello and may I help you are you looking for anything special He was very polite he was showing me around around and he was telling me what be the best part Best thing to buy And I liked that and he was very helpful he explained the signs to me and he was sure me a table too that later I'm gonna be buying it he has a fantastic service next time I come in to buy some 2 lamps I will be asking for him he is fantastic he knows his job and his service is fantastic thank you very much.

I will never buy furniture from Ashley again. We purchased/paid for a bedroom set back on 9/26/21 and was told a delivery would happen by 12/29/21. It has been delayed and delayed, with only me finding out about each new delay because I have to call every few weeks to get an automated message. I am now being told by Ashley that they have no guarantee of when it will be available (on one of the occasions that I spoke with a customer service rep, he told me "we can't guarantee anything, it doesn't work like that".) The new date they are giving me is April 28th. Every month that I call, there is a new arrival date for another 8-9 weeks later. I have called 3 times and asked to speak to a supervisor. The reps have all said that one will call me back in 24 hours but they never did. This has been the most terrible customer service ever. It's a sham to show/display a furniture set for sale and not tell the customer the real truth that you may not receive your furniture for at least 6 months or longer...or ever. How can you even have it on display?? I can't even reach through to the actual store that we purchased from.

Quick and easy which is all I wanted. Best part was they had a playground for our two rambunctious toddlers.

My husband and I had a great experience at the store. Great customer service, specially from Gabriela Silva. She was very professional, patient and helpful with us. I was having a hard time deciding for bedroom sets and she was very helpful in giving us plenty of options, and working with us for almost 5 hours until we finally found what we liked. Thank you Ashley for having sush great employees.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought a couch for my son in November. He received only part of it in January. They attempted another 2 times to deliver “something” and it was always only the same part of the couch. No one will help. When he has called customer service they tell him to call the store. When he calls the store they tell him to call customer service. And they continue to tell us we will get no refund, but yet he still only has half of a couch with nothing pending. It’s been an absolute joke of an experience and we just want our money back. You can have the half of couch back. Just ridiculous. I would never recommend them.

We went into Ashley not knowing what we wanted in our Family Room. Kia was very helpful & not pushy. After leaving & checking a few other places, we came back to Ashley to find the best couch & chairs for our space.

I ordered items in 10/2021 and I’ve been waiting over 5 months to receive my furniture. All along, I’ve been told my order was arriving on a given date, to later find out it was delayed. During my wait, the agent that assisted me left the job so I had no point of contact and new nothing about my order. They haven’t even reimbursed shipping costs or done anything to compensate the wait.

I wish there was an opportunity to inspect the product before purchase. Couch is ripped/worn, it looks like something you would find along side the road. Ashley furniture will not replace it or refund the money.

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture…I found a beautiful recliner sofa that I fell in love with but the price was out of my price range…I kept shopping around and found it somewhere else for $200 cheaper…walked into Ashley’s Home store near me and asked if they priced matched…they stated yes and I was in and out in about 20mins…waiting now for my pick up from the warehouse…thank you for the great costumer service!!!

Bought my headboard and bed frame not to long ago. Only had a few months before it had broken apart. I understand things happen. However, when ordering a replacement for it they sent wrong headboard back in December . I was patient to wait and was told one would be sent out again in early February. I called today to confirm and someone canceled my replacement with no explanation. They said I have to wait until June now. No one can tell me why my ticket was canceled. No one is helpful enough to offer solutions.

Be prepared to drop your credit if you finance through Aahley Furniture. Signed us up for a credit card and didn't tell us the "monthly payment" was only the minimum for a credit card we didn't sign up for. Terrible service. Would never go through them again. Should've read the reviews on Yelp

Great first time experience. We are very excited about our quality furniture that is arriving soon. The only downfall we have is that our dining room set will take approximately 12-16 weeks. But we did know this when we placed the order. We look forward to many more purchases!

Visited an Austin location. Staff was very helpful and nice. Michael Morgan really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and assisted us with all our needs. Very knowledgeable of the products we were interested in. Very satisfied with our purchases and looking forward to doing more business in the near future.

I when and I bought a queen size sleeper and a dinning room set,!I did get a text message giving me 3 days to pick a day out of 3, so I did, it also said I will get a call if anything changes. I call the day before and I was told it was a mistake, I ck on the web and it was completely out of stock so it couldn’t be even delivered on that month. I had to wait 3 to 4 months. They sale out of lies. Very bad issue I only cancel the sofa now everything is cancel. I call and nobody will even talk to me. I was told I will get a call because of protocol this never happened. Store gave me a bad bad service when I when in to cancel. You guys really need a wake-up call. Customer service always wins, you guys don’t have it ! I will say very pretty stuff in the store ! Very nice selection only if they could keep delivery days ! And don’t lie

Leo was the best!! Helpful not pushy!! Bought bedroom set and temper-pedic mattress. Buying all new furnishings for new house! Will definitely buy the rest from Leo. Edit: I will NEVER buy from Ashley again! It took them 3 months to get my furniture replaced due to damage by installers. The runaround I got from customer support was the worst. I bought the rest of my house furniture elsewhere 😒

Derek was great in helping me buy a power lift recliner. I knew what I wanted from looking online & he was great at matching the price I'd found online; about $200 cheaper than the in-store price. It was a seamless process getting the financing. I also asked if he could make sure the folks who deliver the recliner could put the old recliner on the curb since bulk pickup is on Valentine's Day.

We have attended by Lesny. She has guided us superbly, gave us proper time and attention. We were there for the first time at Ashley and looking for the living room Furnitire for more then month. But with her assistance and support by her and her manager we have chosen some of the furniture today. They gave us great discount and promised that they will make sure that the things will be delivered at earliest.

Waited 6 months for office furniture just for Ashley's to cancel order because it took to long for them to get it in. No notification, no call, nothing. No customer service and do not honor sell if canceled. I would not buy from here again.

We were looking for patio furniture and checked out the store. Sure enough there were some floor models. Our sales rep was friendly and helpful and showed us several options that were available. We ended up picking up a complete set for a reasonable price. Never felt pushed to purchase, which is very important to me. Pleasant experience, and a nice selection.

Great service everyone was busy so the assistant manager took care of me so that was impressive to me he could of easily said someone will be with you shortly but he didn’t very happy with my purchase and details of all the different options for savings.

Obviously very nice and good quality furniture. But today I would like to thank the excellent service from the associate Don Robison ( South Park Meadows Austin TX. Branch) who without a doubt came to introduce himself and offer his help, thanks to his manager on duty who was also very kind.

Good until you need anything. They offer a warranty but change the products so frequently ….so then can say they don’t carry it anymore. They will direct you to customer service. Customer service will tell you they can’t help or that they dont have you info. No customer service reps but lots of sales people. Funk.this.place.

I had excellent service at Ashley Homestore. The salesman gave excellent service. He performed his job in a professional manner.

Unlike other furniture stores I visited, the folks at Ashley HomeStore were relaxed and really helped me focus on the type of furniture I was looking for. They never pressured for the sale and just wanted to make sure I was happy with what I was considering purchasing. I will definitely be back to the store in the future.
