I want to express my gratitude to Lauren. Not only did she help my daughter find a great mattress, she gave my daughter a memory she still hasn’t lived down after these two weeks. My daughter who is 35 is mentally challenged, usually people do not take the time to try and understand her, but once I told Lauren we’re looking for a mattress for my daughter, Lauren only interacted with my daughter after that. She was patient and kind. She even laid on the mattress with her. My daughter proudly gave Lauren all of her information, even spelling out her name twice. As a mother this wasn’t just a big day for my daughter but for me as well, seeing how kind people can be if they take the time and giving everybody that undivided attention regardless of looks and disabilities. We will be returning customers and highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Bay City. Ask for Lauren, she is truly the best.
