Definitely the best experience ever buying furniture!! Tyler is awesome!! He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Came in to look for a sectional and browse the mattresses. Left buying a sectional, 2 recliners, and 2 complete bed sets. Very happy with the purchase and the quality. The whole team is great here! The delivery was top notch as well. This is the second time we been to the Bay City store. We came back because of the great service we received from Tyler Reddick. And again he was a great help with getting our new mattress. For some reason I can’t post a picture
Tyler was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked into the store. He moved furniture around helping us look for the perfect color match for my moms house. I can’t say enough about this store. I will choose them every time I buy furniture. I also have to give a shout out to Angie. She was so sweet and talked to us and walked us through the entire process. We have recently had a very bad experience at a different furniture store and my mom was feeling very depressed and anxious walking in here, but Angie and Tyler made all of her dreams come true with the perfect loveseat and ottoman. They both were very patient and understanding. Thank you guys for everything!!! Amazing people and amazing place.
