Dewayne Payton was extremely helpful. I went in locally in Beaumont looking at power lift recliners for my mother than lives in assisted living near Waco, Texas. Dwayne spent time with me even knowing that he was not going to make a sale locally because of the the way Ashley sales is set up. I think he should be commended for his service. I am also a disabled veteran and she helped me pick out the perfect adjustable bed frame and took the time to show me how to properly use it to relieve my pain.

Buyer beware. Ashley Furniture in Beaumont, TX added disability and unemployment insurance to our Synchrony store card without informing us. We did not request or authorize this coverage. We only discovered it after reviewing the account, and now have to call Synchrony and go through the hassle of having it removed. This should have been clearly disclosed before being added—especially since it increases your monthly cost. Check your paperwork carefully if you shop here.

Today, we were fortunate to have one of the best shopping experiences, at Ashley Furniture of Beaumont. Our first time at this store was about a month ago, when my wife and I went in, just to browse. We were pleasantly surprised at how much more reasonably everything is priced, compared to nearby competitors. We were assisted by Ms. Nicol Biscamp, who was very attentive and understanding of our needs and wants. After seeing her expertise and enjoying superior customer service, we had decided that Ashley Furniture would be our choice, once we moved to a new house. When we arrived at the store today, Ms. Biscamp recognized us and she even remembered our names!!! She remembered all of the sets and pieces that we were interested in, a month ago. Her professionalism and customer service skills were, once again, nothing short of amazing. She quickly put together our order, then took time to explain delivery process and timeline. Once that was done, she escorted us to the finance department. Many customers dread this part, as financing application can be a long and stressful process. That is not the case at Ashley Furniture! Ms. Amanda Goodrich was able to process our application and finalize the deal, in less time than it takes a fast food order. It was almost like magic! We were done and out of the door, in under an hour. Our thanks to Ms. Biscamp and Ms. Goodrich for helping us, as well as every staff member who greeted us with welcoming smiles. Thank you for this experience and a great deal on furniture!

I stopped in to checkout the 4th of July sales. I had no problem finding several items i wanted—everything in the store is beautiful. Ms. Chelsey Boggess approached and offered her assistance and I put her to work—lol!! She stayed near-by but didn't hover and was available for every question—and there were many. For those questions that she couldn’t answer, she readily called Chris, the floor manager, who jumped right in and answered everything. I made up my mind on what I wanted and got right to the “cipherin”—the math, that is—(that’s a Beverly Hillbillies reference for those too young to know). Of course I was looking for any and all discounts and Chris got right on that too! We negotiated and landed on something I was comfortable with. I would say the negotiations took less than 30 minutes if that. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience!! Friendly, professional atmosphere. If you’re shopping for furniture or decor—go see Ms. Boggess and Chris.

Called to inquire about replacing a broken leg on my dining room table associate was completely dismissive and told me call the store I bought it from which is in another state. Asked well dont you guys all share the same inventory and products and was told no we are all independently owned. Called another Ashley's IN Beaumont and ordered the replacement leg within 5 minutes. Rude and condescending attitude was completely unnecessary also unwarranted. Id recommend going to a different Ashleys.

Tyler the sales person was great. But the manager Dwayne refused to sell the the sofa I picked out. It was on backorder and he would not sell the display. Isn't the furniture there to be sold? Very bad experience with management.

There aren’t a lot of furniture options in Beaumont so I typically find myself in Houston when I’m looking for something. I decided to give this a try since I only needed a pair of barstools. They had some really decent furniture here. We ended up leaving with more than just the barstools. We received excellent customer service in the store from Ashley Gordon. No one was pushy or hovering while we shopped. Pick up at the warehouse was super easy. The items were packaged very well. Nothing was damaged. When we received the incorrect color of barstools, Ashley was very apologetic and made the return/swap super easy. We truly appreciated her kindness and understanding. I’m really glad I didn’t waste my time driving to Houston. Oh, be sure to ask about a discount if you are paying with cash.

I made an online order at 7pm. Realized the cart changed my full size bed to a twin once I submitted. At 739 pm I called the online customer service but they said ere closed. I called first this this morning and was told it is not their error and I cannot upgrade my order to the full. Please DO NOT ORDER from this store. There is zero customer service when there is an issue with a purchase. I just wanted to upgrade to a full size bed now I never want to order or buy a thing from the. Again!

Bought a 3,000 dollars microfber couch and love set. When you set on it the color changes. The mattress I laid on in the store that I purchased as well is not as comfortable as the one delivered. I purchased a chest and the drawers are hard to open and close. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Beautiful furniture. I can only speak on what a purchased wasn't the quality I thought it would be. Sales person looked at the change of color in couch and love seat, suggested I buy something from Amazon to correct the problem. Spent 8,000 dollars. Will never shop their again. Unsatisfied!

Labor Day weekend so of course it’s busy. However, not a single salesperson would make eye contact or acknowledge us. I had to circle around the store several times to get assistance with a purchase. When I walked up to the desk, the two ladies working there rolled their eyes and turned away from me. Very poor customer service.

Service was great. Unlike other furniture stores we visited, the workers here gave us space and time to look within hovering. We appreciated that.

I cannot express how disappointed I am in my furniture experience with Ashley. We were looking for something pet friendly and the sales person showed us a sectional that was supposed to be made from material that was stronger and more durable than anything on the market. She stated that it was water proof and stain proof and that it would hold up to the toughest environments. Within a month, the zippers started coming off. Within two months all of the cushions were peeling so bad that we were having difficulty cleaning them. They are NOT water proof or stain proof. We have called several times and no one calls us back. We have multiple cushions that we cannot use because the zippers have split apart and we can’t get anyone’s attention to fix them. Seems on the arms have split and metal wires are hanging out. It is a complete disaster!!! I am about to load the entire thing up and leave it in their parking lot. We will NEVER buy from them again.

I went close to a month to check dining sets in person. Nicol greeted me and helped me. I asked to give pricing for 3 different sets and she seemed very patient throughout my entire visit even though I didn't make the purchase that same day. Happy with purchase of furniture on 2/24/23(right at a year ago) but VERY DISAPPOINTED IN 5 year warranty from Ashley furniture. When I purchased my furniture that was 3200+, I was informed by the sales rep that cleaning furniture. I filed a claim and was informed general cleaning is not covered. Only cleaning that is in the result of stains, burns etc. I informed the representative this should not be considered a general cleaning because the stains are from my toddler and pet. Then she states well that will not be covered because those are accumulated stains and each incident must have their own claim WHEN it occurs, do not cover past incidents. I didn't put the claim in the day it happened because of course I had to find info aboit warrant/ request receipt etc. But it did not happen several months ago either. I reported it on the 1/20 and I noticed how horrible it looked on or around 1/13. This is by far the absolute worse warranty to have... I knew the types of incidents that will occur with a toddler and pet, that is why I took advantage of this warranty. I would not recommend, horrible customer service from 5 Star Services.

We had a another great experience with Ashley furniture. We bought dining room furniture several years ago that is still in great shape so we decided to return to see what they have to offer for bedroom furniture. We found a new bedroom set plus a mattress and adjustable base. Nicol was more than perfect in helping us. She was so informative with mattresses and adjustable bases - she was very patient and knew exactly when to walk away to give us time to think and talk about each option. It can sometimes feel awkard to lay on a bunch of beds with a salesperson following you around, my husband and I never felt that way with Nicol. She gave us all the info - discussed pros and cons, compared prices and it never felt pushy. It took us about 2 weeks to make a decision and she was so helpful with the whole process - both in the store and on the phone when we called back with questions. She is the absolute best y'all! 😊🩷

This review is for the Beaumont store and Ms. Nicole and Ms. Aracely Cruz. I called and talked to Ms. Nicole to see if they had a particular item in store that I wanted to see in person. It was 5:45 and I wouldn’t be able to make it that evening, but could come in the next day. Ms. Nicole wouldn’t be in the next day, but told me to come in and talk to Ms. Cruz. They graciously offered me an extension of their One-Day Sale on top of their Black Friday Sale if I made it in the next day. I went in looking for a sectional with very specific requirements- I have two cats, 4 dogs, a lot of little kids that come around with grimy hands etc. and we live on property with livestock. I needed a very durable material and specific layout. I had visited a different location before my phone call and been told about The Gaucho seeming to meet my requirements, which they had on the floor. Ms. Aracely was very accommodating and had a great personality with laid back and humorous but professional manner (as they all did!). We explored options they had in store (I’m also in a time crunch!) and she was VERY patient with me. I couldn’t make a decision at the moment and wanted my husband to also help me with the decision. I brought him back with me that evening, and we ended up walking out of there with a COMPLETELY different set than what I had already put together (I couldn’t quite sell him in the Gaucho:’/ ) we closed the store down and they stayed positive and gracious the entire time. Thank you to the team involved and especially Ms. Aracely!!!

I felt she listened to our comments and adjusted her suggestions accordingly, which helped us find the right mattress in the end. She also wasn't pushy and gave us space at times for us to discuss on our own. We also bought a couch from Ashley several years ago and had a positive experience then as well. The sales people are great every time!

My husband and I bought a sectional from here. We were needing a certain length and we were very particular about what we wanted. Chelsie B. was so patient with us, she answered all the questions we had, and even help my husband rearrange one sectional so we could get a visual of how it would be in our living room. She will go over and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Both managers are also wonderful to work with! You will not be disappointed! Great atmosphere with employees willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

We have had mixed experiences at this store, but today India and Emily gave us awesome customer service. India was patient with all my questions and she was very approachable and not pushy at all. Definitely the most pleasant furniture shopping experience I’ve had. I will return in the future for sure.

We're very happy with our experience at Ashley Furniture Beaumont. I was wary to even go look there due to my previous experience with them and delivery taking 6 weeks for some items and 9 weeks for others, this time was totally different. The store was neat and the service was fast. Our salesperson, Chelsie, was helpful in helping us nail down exactly what we had in mind and the manager was great in helping her with delivery times. They contacted the owner to speed up our delivery and he agreed to pull from the warehouse instead of waiting for it to be shipped to them before they delivered it to us. Our furniture was delivered not even 48 hours after we purchased it and the setup was fast. We'll definitely be back next time we need furnishings.

After furniture shopping at six other stores, India was an absolute dream. Quick, knowledgeable and most importantly polite. Her kindness went a long way with me and I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for it. Thank you tremendously. 20/10 experience.

Bad business over there. I went for bed slates and spotted â furniture set that I wanted. I told them I wanted the furniture delivered but that I would take the bed slates with me. After a few days I called to check on the delivery and the lady I spoke with didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and that she would call me back…y’all know how that went. So I called back the following evening asking the same questions, when would they deliver the furniture? The lady said that the furniture was there but it would cost me $199.00 dollars for delivery and I ask why, the sales lady I dealt with knew I wanted that furniture delivered that was very clear when I made the purchase. On my ticket it says delivery by 12-17-2022 but it also says pickup. So I just canceled the whole order, now they owe me money! Sad place and it only shows that they don’t put the customer first.

Nice Furniture

A very pleasant experience. We first walked in and were free to roam. No overbearing employee following us around trying to make a sell. We were eventually helped by Tecie Aubrey and I highly recommend her as she was kind, helpful and extremely patient. It took us 2 days to make the decision to buy couches and Tecie helped tremendously along the way. If you need any new furniture I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture on Folsom and ask for Tecie.

Shopping for new sofa. Someone helped me as soon as I walked in. I had been shopping online at their site and new what I wanted to see. I was looking at a sectional and they did not have one in stock, so she showed me a sofa and loveseat made in the same style. I sat on it and it was a little more firm than I wanted. If I want it, it will take 6-8weeks to come in. I'm still shopping. Hopefully, I will find one in a showroom and not have to wait that long. Overall, it was a good visit.

Erica Hayes was the salesperson I worked with, she was very helpful and kind. She helped me find what we were looking for. The manager Kevin was also very helpful. My experience was a very positive one, I would not got anywhere else.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. Bought furniture set in December, couch recliner mechanism broke in May, finally got a technician to come look at it in June after they did not show up for 3 scheduled appointments. Gentleman said they would order the part which would take a few weeks to get. Each phone call checking on so called part I’m given a different story. Now they said they have ordered the part September 2nd, and part will be shipped by the end of November. The furniture is not even a year old, and the quality is horrible. Do not purchase anything from this location!!!!!

It was wonderful, Susan was my host she showed me around the store and it was beautiful. They had beautiful furniture pieces we had fun matching all my furniture together and everyone there is very friendly and a down to earth kind of people. It was so warm and welcoming anyone from the rich with money, money, money to your average paycheck to paycheck kind person would feel very welcome there. It was a fun experience and they are all very helpful and pleasant. I will go back when I need to. Thanks for the fun time shopping for furniture. ☺️

I am an uhappy customer. Their customer service is rude. They sen tme a defective dining table and said it is suppose to have blk spots on it. They left me like that. I am blk but not stupid. My money don't come wirh blk spots. It is something they can do. DEE lied through the whole process. They kept putting back the backorder. I ordered in May received a wk ago. I kept trying to get CS. But they did nothing!!!

I order a kitchen table and a set of 4 chairs over a month and a half ago, as I patiently waited for my order to came in finally! when I open the 3 boxes that was delivered. I only received my table and 2 CHAIRS. I am so disappointed that I waited this long and to only receive 2 chairs instead of 4 chairs!

We got all call letting us the sofa will be delivered on Wednesday May 19. She has to wait for the other pieces to b shipped. All the employees were very nice.

We purchased bedroom furniture. An entire set of furniture in January 2021. Dresser and night stands were delivered in a timely manner. Now, 5 months later, we are still waiting on the dresser mirror, headboard, footboard and bed rails. We have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor as we were promised the complete set of furniture would be delivered in February, then March, then April, NOW the end of May. We have ZERO confidence that this will happen in May, at this point. Over the years I have furnished my house with Ashley Furniture and have never had this issue...EVER! I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture again, unless they do the right thing and my bedroom furniture is delivered and completed this week! Again, no confidence in them!

Bought a bedroom set in January it is now May and still no bed. We are sleeping on a mattress on the floor, no remedy offered from the store at all. More than a little disappointed.

The dresser I picked was so pretty had to have it when I got it for the warehouse horrible I noticed that the bottom part was broken off and I was like okay I can deal with it but both of the bottom drawer fell off can’t even open them with both falling off never will I buy from them again almost 400$ for a dresser that is broken yeah no horrible

I mean the furniture is nice but if you have a budget to keep, look somewhere else. I went to dress my whole house and I was thinking it wasn’t going to be too much but man it literally came out to 13,000$. We left and decided to go to mikes furniture. I am glad I did because I got the same furniture (exactly the same) and their total for everything was 5,000! What a difference! The thing that Ashley furniture does is that they charge you for every piece and mikes charges for just the set. (6pc or 7pc) the only bad thing about it is that it takes 2-3 weeks to get it delivered. In my opinion it’s alright compared to the price I was going to pay at Ashley’s. They have the signature brand and it’s wayyyy cheaper. Please do your research before throwing your money to these ppl.

Ashley furniture is one of the worst places for delivery and honestly don’t recommend it if you want your furniture soon. We were told that since we payed an extra delivery charge we would receive our furniture sooner than expected, they gave us a 2-3 week estimate. It has been almost 5 weeks and they didn’t even update us with changes of delivery. We had to constantly call them and ask about the delivery but they just kept changing it to “next week”. This has been the most frustrating situation I’ve ever experienced with any furniture store. Also, while at the store we were given options about protection plans and we said we did not want it , yet they still charged us for it. After we checked our receipts and saw that they charged us for something we told them we did not want, the guy that was helping us said we said we did and turned it into a big deal. So I’d suggest making sure to read your receipts.

I was happy at first with my furniture and was told I had a 5 year warranty that if it tore or break they would fix. I called them when my furniture was 4 years old because I had a tear and worn spots I wanted recovered and I have a coffee table that was shipped with a crack under the table. The guy wanted pictures and said they would not repair . I swore I will never buy anything from them again and protest against them forever.

My sales person was Oliver, a friendly, yet clueless gentleman. His lack of how the furniture interfaced with each other left me with a sectional I am less than pleased with. I spoke with both the store manager and Oliver to resolve the issue of the sectional in the wrong configuration. The only option given was for them to come take the sofa and put my family without and would involve selecting a new sofa. We like the sofa we have, just need it in a different configuration that was promised. Due to the lack of knowledge and training of the sales staff, I recommend that business be taken elsewhere.

**See recommendation below** Horrible experience and fed a bunch of lies. We purchased $6,000 worth of living room furniture and were told it would be delivered on a specific date. Not only was the delivery date 30 days out, but when we finally get to our delivery date they said it would be another week out because our furniture "didn't make it on the truck that was delivering." Now, we have to wait another week because we were informed they only deliver once a week on Saturdays. We paid a delivery fee only to be dragged around and not get our furniture on time. We will NOT be buying any of our needed furniture from them ever again. *** Highly recommend Home Furniture in Beaumont next to Sam's. They deliver daily and have next day delivery from warehouse and great quality.

One star review...only because the salesperson, I believe it was Ashley Gomez...did greet me when I walked in. I was apprehensive at most regarding the reviews on customer service...so far so good right? NOT! Fast forward to me deciding to go ahead and order the recliner I saw online earlier in the day through the store instead of the website...the not so pleasant customer service rep proceeds to ask my salesperson what her “drive out” is. Ok my husband is a car salesman so I’m well aware of what’s going on here...so I hear a price upwards of $200 more than what I would have spent online...WTH? Salesperson says oh that’s a mistake...instead of $130 for shipping we can do $99... mind you shipping is free online, but OK I’ll roll with it since the assembly is included (which is probably a lie but whatever). Ok I present my Synchrony pre approval paperwork only to be told that all financing requires 10% down...I WISH I WOULD! So long story short...I have ordered my recliner online...with free delivery...no down payment...delivery in 2 days, not 2 to 3 weeks...no it won’t be assembled but I’ve already downloaded assembly instructions...how hard can it be?

Ordered few furnitures, 2 beds, dining table and bar table. They told me it will take 2-3 weeks to arrived, called few times to check but no updates, keep postponing the arrival date. It’s been a month and no furniture. Waste of time and money. Dont do business with them if you urgently need the items.

This store's warranty and customer service is a joke! I've had my furniture for under a year and something broke. Called the online customer service and they said an adjuster would call me to look at damage-nothing. Called the local store, clerk said a claim has been filed and an adjuster will call you-nothing. So a month later I still have a broken couch and nobody has returned my call. They are quick to sell it to you-but not quick to resolve issues.

It's a year later, and I still hate this place. This is a doozie of a review, so strap in. We bought a living room set a year ago during the memorial day "sale". Loveseat, couch, accent chair, coffee table, 2 side tables, and an ottoman. Grand total was around $3200 with their warranty tacked on and the delivery fee. Was happy with the Synchrony financing terms at 5 years, no interest. Furniture needed to be delivered to their warehouse before we received it. Fast forward a week and I'm showing a friend the furniture we purchased on Ashley Furniture's website. The chair, couch, love seat, and coffee table are deeply discounted on the website a week later. To the tune of about $1100. I call them up and the assistant manager couldn't help me over the phone, but told me the manager would be in at 10 am in the morning and I could come up there to address it. In the interim, I contacted Ashley Furniture corporate. That was a dead end. The Beaumont location is a franchise, so I'm pretty much at their mercy at this point. The next morning I show up to the showroom at 10 am sharp. The manager isn't in yet. Alrighty, I'll wait around. 20 minutes go by, still no manager and all the staff can tell me is she's on her way with no ETA. She finally rolls in at 1050, appearing annoyed that she has to deal with a dissatisfied customer. I'll hit the high points here: She can't much the entire discounted price, because they have a margin they can't deviate from. She can't match the financing terms with the new adjusted price, because it doesn't meet the minimum purchase (it did on Ashley Furniture online for 5 years). They can't consistently keep up with the online prices because they would be "changing their prices all the time". I get to the point where I decide I'm just going to cancel the entire order, since I haven't taken delivery yet, and just order it online through Ashley. She's not cool with this. In order to compromise, I tell her to just remove the $300 warranty, and that would get it closer to my target monthly payment with the "new" financing terms at 3 years. Well, apparently the warranty is something they really try and sell. She tells me the warranty is 10% of the total cost and all of a sudden the warranty cost has come down. Was she going to bother to adjust the warranty cost beforehand? I dunno. Sketchy. I finally leave with new financing terms and new pricing on my furniture. It'll be delivered in a week. She seemed annoyed the entire time and put out that she was having to match online prices for the same company. To a consumer, Ashley Furniture is Ashley Furniture, regardless if it's a franchise or an online retailer. Also, come to find out, whoever owns Howell's, operates the Ashley franchise. When we looked at Howell's, the salesperson recommended we avoid Ashley Furniture because they're furniture sucks. Unfortunately, Howell's style isn't great if you're in your 20s and not into Country Chic. We wanted something a little more modern and we found the styles we liked at Ashley. Furniture is delivered, we love it. Until 3 months later, I'm scooting the tiny ottoman across the carpet with my foot and hear a crunch. Flip it over and the wood bracket is completely broken from the legs. It's covered by manufacturer warranty, but that's sketchy as hell too. It involved me texting pictures of the damage to a warehouse employee's personal number. At first they were going to just put a new wood brace on the bottom but I said no, no, no. SIX weeks go by before the replacement comes in. Fast forward another 3 months and wouldn't you know it, the ottoman breaks AGAIN. I go through the process once again and tell them I don't want this ottoman anymore, I'll just get a different one. Of course, they don't make anything close. I basically have to walk this guy through checking inventory at other warehouses to see if we can find the one I'm looking for. He sucked. I had to pay the difference. Like their style, that's the only reason for 2 stars, but the store is awful. Avoid.

I was happy with my experience with until it came time to deal with the warehouse. I ordered furniture on February 22nd and today is April 5th and I am receiving another partial delivery of furniture today. I cannot move into my new home, because the bedroom set they delivered three weeks ago was missing pieces of the bed frame. The delivery driver was apologetic and took notes of any deficiencies. (missing knobs on wardrobe and bedside table) I spoke with Michael at the warehouse earlier this week, Monday, to remind him that I still needed the complete bed frame and knobs, with the bed frame parts being most important. He said he wasn’t aware and stated that he would look into it and get it taken care of. Fast forward to Thursday where Michael calls to confirm delivery and I mention bedframe and knobs, essentially nothing was “taken care of” throughout the week. This morning, another partial delivery day, Michael calls to say that their warehouse manager is at fault for the bed frame parts missing and that he, Michael, is going to “take care of it.” The issue with that, is the parts Michael says he will order, since his manager is apparently incompetent, have, like everything from Ashley Furniture Homestore, a two to three week lead time. In summary, I have paid out approximately $8000 to Ashely Furniture Homestore and it is six weeks later without complete fullfillment of my order and it is at best, if Michael’s manager doesn’t interfere, another threee weeks until this will be resolved. The other furniture/mattress stores and appliance stores I dealt with were less expensive and have all fulfilled my orders from them.

Sales person loomed and hovered when we told her up front that we just wanted to look around first. When my wife asked what colors we can choose from on a particular brand and model of couch, the girl looked at my wife with a disgusted look on her face and said, "this couch only comes in one color". My wife told her we needed to talk about it amongst ourselves and the woman refused to leave our area. So, we walked out and went next door to shop for furniture. You see, we had already looked at the same exact couch brand and model at the other Ashley store in Nederland, and discussed the many color options we could order. Obviously your sales girl didn't know what she was talking about and when she wouldn't leave we took our business elsewhere. She even had the nerve to shout, "I'm just trying to do my job!" as we walked clear out the front door. How unprofessional and rude.

The salewoman was not knowledgeable about the furniture and wouldnt stop hovering over us. When we asked her for a few minutes she wouldnt leave us alone.

If your looking to upgrade from the old furniture or add to your collection ask for a wonderful salesman by the name of Hardy. He is very knowledgable and an easy person to work with.

Our experience at the Ashley Furniture Homestore Beaumont location was great! Our salesperson Ashley was amazing. My husband and I were very indecisive and made about 4 different trips as we searched other places also! She was very patient and helped us find the perfect pieces and the perfect prices! The store in Beaumont is the worst the staff wasn't helpful or friendly. The furniture is overpriced, doesn't hv a big selection. Paid almost 3,000 for sofa, big chair and coffee table and had to wait a month for delivery and pay for it as well. Rude rude rude customer service!! I’m new to the Bmt area and Ashely’s was right down the road so I figured let’s go have a look. As soon as we walked in they were staring at us, they didn’t ask to help us and I even looked at this one guy twice even smiled to get his attention nothing! I just didn’t feel welcomed there and felt out of place. So me and husband took our business somewhere else.

Fantastic furniture store. I won't go anywhere else. The prices are always competitive and the sales personnel are extremely kind and even helped guide me on the coordination of my furniture. It looks and wonderful. Before you buy, I highly recommend that you take a look at their store!!!

I had to replace my kitchen table due to Hurricane Harvey. I found exactly what I was looking for with the help of the sales associate. It arrive before schedule. One of the backs of the chairs was broken and they ship this out a back the next day no questions asked. I will definitely be returning

After losing everything in the Harvey flood we bought a lot of new furniture at Ashley on September 20th, making it clear we needed it when we moved into our home on October 6th. They promised. It's October 25th and we're still waiting on on six furniture pieces including the desk that should be holding this computer that's presently on a $39 Walmart student desk I had to buy as a temporary solution. We bought at Ashley because they were the only store that said they could meet our move-in date. At least the other furniture stores we visited were more honest when they told us it would take longer. I guess it's a classic example of "I'll say anything to make a sale."

Just went to the grand opening of the newly built store in front of Howell Furniture. Beautiful furniture. They also had food from the Walk Ons, a new restaurant that will be built next door. The food was great. Will try out the restaurant when it opens.

My husband and i have bought alot of furniture with Ashley Furniture and the Saleman was great however, they do NOT warranty their furniture! they sale the extended warranties but that is all . Their furniture is not good quality furniture. the fabric seperates from the covers and then starts ripping and they do not want to repair or recover the cushions. Never again!!!!! if you want good furniture buy Howells or even Home Furniture at least they stand behind their furniture!!

Tried to call this place and was going to get an entire bedroom set with mattresses but was told they were too busy to take care of my needs. They just lost a loyal customer!

I had great experience purchasing an end table from this store for my living room. The store manager Eric gave me a nice discount to fit my budget. He was very polite and worked with me very diligently to earn my business. I strongly recommend this store for furniture shopping to anyone who wants to get good deal.
