My salesman was Mr. Joel Rodriguez. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me all price ranges. He told me the great points of each. No pressure! He listened ,then allowed me to make up my mind. No hurry. He knew the materials also. If you are wanting some new furniture, one chair to a house full, contact him. He's at my Ashley store right here in Brownsville, Texas.

Don’t buy from Ashley in Brownsville . We bought sofas that were supposed to be all leather and wall savers and aren’t .. They lied to us and even said that the protection plan was around 300-400$ and came out to 800$ .. we have done our part in calling to exchange the un used merchandise… Corporate office is horrible for hey won’t ven help the situation .. We have kindly asked for an exchange and no one has reached out to help… Unfair to customer !! Absolutely no good of customer satisfaction!!!

This Review has nothing to do with your Sales Person as she was polite and kept composure through the situation that merits this review. Now your Internet or software, My GOODNESS, needs updating! It shouldn't take an hour to process a single purchase. To top it off not even the printer was working. The same thing happened when we attempted to purchase a dining room set somewhere between 2020 and 2021. Software and Internet issues and after months in delay ultimately decided to cancel it all. We love your furniture, the sales and beautiful displays but there should be a warning sign somewhere of how long it will ultimately take. This time around it wasn't even a big sale and our credit had to be reopened since we weren't advised that our line of credit had been closed. So imagine also having to affect rerunning our credit. We even offered to pay with other means just to speed up the process, we shouldn't have had to offer. So please help this location out and improve or look into your internet and/or software and help your employees out.

For the most part service was good except we ordered three pieces of furniture and canceled one and we had to do it twice before they actually canceled that order. Delivery was fantastic. They kept you informed of where they were and when they arrived..

Corporate office is horrible … I will file a complaint . Management ( Allya) is avoiding my phone call and this is second time I call . I’m unsatisfied with product … I called right away to resolve the issue and was told that as long as it’s within 72 hr window which I did but they won’t try to help … I left my number and hoping management will rerun my call .Also we were told that recliners sofas were wall savers and they are not .. we had issues trying to resolve this issue in exchanging the sofas . We were not old about any of this .. The Ashley team has been giving us the run arounds .. think before you buy from Ashley furniture !! The owner send us a phone number that keeps us in the run around loop … it’s a shame that we bought here from Brownsville …
