My son and I went to the Ashley store in Brownsville texas the store was well represented and our sales person approached us and after awhile we ended up purchasing a leather recliner our sales person was Anahi excellent sales person and the next day we went back with Anahi and purchased a very nice sectional. The store manager is also excellent

Don’t waist your time buying anything from here!!!! It’s expensive for the cheap quality they’re selling. My mom bought a sofa on June and two weeks after when my cousin sat down it broke. We called the store to see if they could send an operator to look fix or take a look at it but no one showed up. We called customer service, we had to go on a dispute and we lost bc they said it does not cover quality. Almost 3 months and nothing, don’t buy anything from here!!!
