Worst customer service ever

Isaiah helped us pick a great sectional. The delivery process was smooth, and you’re able to track the delivery and get an accurate time estimate. The delivery and installation went well, and the furniture looks great.

Larry was an excellent sales person. Listened to our needs and created a great solution. Got what we needed.

Everybody was so good and helpful and was trying to give me the best deal the best price and everything they really wanted me to take something and I left and thought about it and I went back and I got what I wanted just like I enjoyed the last living room set that I had bought from you a while back like 8 years ago so I know I will enjoy this one

Beware: don’t buy from Ashley if you need your furniture delivered on time. Our family traveled from the Czech Republic and we’re now facing the reality of eating Christmas dinner on the floor because Ashley kept moving delivery dates at the last minute. We placed a large multi-item order in the first half of November (mattress, dining table, chairs, sofa, etc.) and even paid extra for unpacking because we needed everything urgently for Christmas. They promised delivery in a couple of waves. The sofa arrived in December, and the rest was scheduled for December 9. The weekend before, they pushed it to December 24. We called and they promised to at least deliver the dining table, two chairs, and the mattress on December 9, with the rest on December 24, then they changed it again and moved everything to December 24, forcing us to buy inflatable beds. On December 21 they told us it’s now delayed to January. When we escalated, they promised a manager would call us back and never did. If we hadn’t kept calling, I honestly don’t think we would have received any updates or anything delivered at all. They admitted most items were ready except two chairs, yet they still moved the whole delivery, and then claimed they “don’t have trucks” for December 24 and can only deliver (minus two chairs) on December 26. Unbelievable experience and zero accountability.

Orion my sales representative was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped when I needed assistance and let me browse at my leisure.

Sales staff was great in store at the Cedar Park location. However, delivery was terrible. We set up a delivery date of a recliner chair which was then cancelled & rescheduled without notice the morning of. When new delivery date was given, we got a 3 hour window between 12:45pm-3:45pm on a Saturday. The delivery wasn't actually dropped off till 9:30pm. The delivery drivers were doing their best but were overworked and hours behind schedule since Ashley wouldn't let them even begin deliveries till 1pm. Considering how much Ashley makes on sales of products, they really need to treat and pay their delivery staff much, much better.

Service was great. Salesman Larry walked with me through out the store. I just had surgery the week before. We were able to look for all the furniture I was looking for and he really listened to what I was needing and the features I was looking for.

Good customer service and loved how they helped us get a couch in our budget

The bed sales man is a very knowledgeable on the beds. We did purchase a Temperpedic and adjustable frame. We are sleeping very well. The staff is very helpful and nice.

This was one of the most relaxing purchases. LARRY!!!!! Mr. Larry, you ROCKED!!!! My husband and I found the experience amazing. No pressure sale. I'm hands down coming back to this location and requesting Larry. Thank you!!!! I wish I had a photo, I guess I'll have to wait for my seat. 😃 🐈

The shopping experience was easy and great. Kay was excellent, friendly and had lots of knowledge about the items I was shopping for. Needless to say I left with a beautiful piece of furniture.

Larry was great and very helpful with the sale of our couch. Our delivery guy, Raul and his partner were quick and awesome in the delivery. All in all, a great experience.

Shout out to Ana Guerrero in customer service for taking care of my concern. She is a true asset to Ashley's. I will be coming back for future purchases and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you.

We told the floor manager what we were there to look at. He called Duarell over to help us. He showed us the couches, material, and then began telling us the difference and limitations. From walking in to paying, we were in and out of the store in 25 mins. Great service, knowledgable, and Duarell has our repeat business.

Outstanding service, our only disappointment was the furniture set we were looking for was not available in store for us to see. We did see a set very similar to what we wanted so we ultimately purchased the set we originally wanted .

I visited Ashley Furniture with my sister, who had already picked out the pieces she wanted by the time I arrived and was ready to make a purchase. What should have been a quick, straightforward process ended up taking over two hours, and not because of us. My sister started applying for credit on a tablet, then got moved to one computer… then another. Each time she’d start filling something out, the salesman assisting us would disappear, leaving us sitting there waiting for him to return. When the credit finally got approved, we just sat in whatever furniture was around the computer area because no one seemed to know who was handling us anymore. After that, we were moved up to the front counter where our salesman didn’t even have his own computer. He had to keep relying on other salespeople’s computers, which meant more waiting as they helped other customers. He repeatedly took his tablet to different coworkers for help, which made everything feel uncertain and disorganized. When we thought we were finally ready to finish the purchase, he brought over paperwork and casually mentioned that the furniture was showing up as gray, even though my sister ordered white. So he had to redo it. Then he came back with new paperwork, but instead of adding the ottoman she selected, he added a “special coverage plan” that cost the same as the ottoman. Thankfully I caught it, and he had to redo everything yet again. The salesman was polite but seemed very unsure and inexperienced, and the constant disappearing made the process frustrating. My sister was already committed to buying when I arrived, otherwise, this experience would have absolutely cost them a sale. Ashley has nice furniture, but the checkout and sales process needs serious improvement.

What a fabulous team there...I worked with Kay Caldwell and their resident mattress expert...they showed me several but the Medium Tempurpedic was the best for me, soooooo I bought it! Win for them AND for me!

I really liked Larry very friendly and knowledgeable.

Driver was complaining about the delivery and was saying he should’ve called dispatched and said we gave them the wrong address so he wouldn’t have to deliver the couch. He was also telling me he makes living off of tips and kept saying this during the delivery and when offered a drink he got one drink for his partner and when leaving shouted to his partner “we got no tips but I did get you a drink”. Would not recommend this unprofessional delivery service to anyone.

Tim and Larry were both so helpful and made the whole experience fun, while still helping me find the right fit for my space and budget.

I was satisfied with Ashley and their customer service was second to none. I was impress with the Home Furnishing Specialist Gabriel Munoz, for personnel knowledge and service care, that made my experience a good one.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I truly hope this helps at least one person or family avoid the nightmare we went through. If you believe you will get the perfect product with no issues—no missing parts, no wrong color, no defects—then go ahead and buy from this store. But if anything goes wrong (God forbid), be ready for a nightmare. My husband and I had two out of two bad experiences with Ashley (what are the chances?). The first time, they sent us the wrong color. The second time, two chairs were missing. The first time, we didn’t know how bad they were. The second time was my mistake—I knew their service was poor, but the sale was tempting, so I gave them another chance. I regret it. Returning the products and getting our money back was extremely difficult. Their customer service is terrible. They always give excuses and keep telling you to wait: first 48 hours, then 3 days, then suddenly 10–14 days. And every time you reach the deadline, they give you a new one. They keep you stuck in a loop until you are exhausted. You either give up or keep fighting for what is yours, and both options come with stress, headaches, and frustration. This company cares only about sales, not customers. If you value your time, health, and peace, avoid Ashley—whether in store, online, or through their chat (which is even worse). There are many other stores with better quality and much better customer service, often for less money.

Ashleys - do not comment on my review about how sorry you are and to call you, after I called and went into your store over 10 times. Bait & switch. I went into Ashley's to buy myself a loveseat. The loveseat was affordable, about $900, after the manager's approval for a better deal than I could find on other loveseats there. They delivered 'it' about a week later - it was the wrong one. It was a much lower quality one, smaller & manual instead of power. I told the driver repeatedly he couldn't leave it. He repeatedly refused to leave unless I signed, or to pack the loveseat back up & said call the store the next day. I wanted him out of my home by then, so I finally signed. I notified the store immediately. They said they would have it replaced with the correct one. Nothing happened. I started going into the store to try to get results. They told me the first time that they didn't have anymore of the ones I ordered. This was only a week or so after I ordered & paid for mine. They couldn't explain what happened. I wish I had understood then what was going on, so I could have taken a photo of the sign and loveseat still on display. The original salesman Tim, and whoever he had talked to about the whole situation, suggested a power loveseat that was a clearance item but actually nicer than the one I ordered. The only drawback was it was a floor model. I agreed despite my disappointment. They said they tried at least three times to do the exchange, sticking a sign on it (sold) & moving it to a backroom. Nothing. I tried to call the store after I heard nothing for a couple of days, but got corporate customer service instead. They said they couldn't do anything since the exchange hadn't been done through them, but in-store. (But wait, corporate is who I was told was cancelling the exchanges each time.) They said they would speak to the manager to try to assist me. Still nothing. The assistant manager Isaiah tried to help me, I think. He was on the phone & computer for at least an hour, sweating through calls. He asked if I would speak to the only person who had helped him, Stephanie. She said she would text me her contact info & for me to call her at 8:01 a.m. Monday so she could help facilitate the situation & get me taken care of. Before I left, they made me sign an "As-is" form saying there was nothing wrong with the (second) loveseat I expected. As I walked out Isaiah commented, "See, now you won't have to come back to the store again"! It was NOT said nicely. Stephanie outright lied. She didn’t text me any information to reach her directly. Monday, I called at 8:01 a.m. Their phones lines don't even open until 9. I spoke to Monica who was very kind & professional, but she said there were no notes about the ongoing situation AT ALL. She said at that point all I could do was file a claim, but that means they would just replace the lousy loveseat. I haven't done it since that is not what I paid for. It still goes on, but I started recording the conversations after a while for additional backup. I WANT MY money back! I want your abandoned property out of my home! I’m left no recourse but to contact the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a couch with white glove delivery and was told i had to drive to pick up the couch in a completely different store hours away and was unable to even get into contact with the store i bought couch from directly.

I had ordered a dining and bedroom set to be delivered in which the contract stated free white glove delivery. Was later contacted by Ashley customer service that I needed to pick up items and delivery would be $500. Customer service suggested I cancel items if did not want to pay for delivery. Despite trying to tell them it was free delivery, would not listen. I canceled items and canceled my account with Ashley. An hour later I was then contacted again by Ashley CS that they would not cancel the items and that it was a mistake and that payment would still go through the closer account. I contacted Ashley at Cedar park and they assured the items would be delivered and that the items would be charged to the account even if it was closed. A text confirmation was received the day before delivery. The day of delivery I waited and nothing. I call only to find out that they would not deliver due to cancellation of items and a closed account. Needless to say, will not order again. I actually found the exact items with a different store at a cheaper price.

I went in about two weeks ago to check out a couch I was looking for online. Todd approached me and my family as any sales associate would he was pretty friendly but a little too overly persistent. We were open to hear the information he had about the couches which was appreciated but we wanted to browse around without just feeling like someone is just hovering over us. I understand sometimes managers make sales associates talk with the customers to help them but we did say we are just looking. He then was leaving because his shift had ended and introduced us to this other woman that was a sales associate I forget her name but she looked Mexican with short hair and had on loafers or something similar. She seemed fine up until I insisted we didn’t want to use their warranty they offer. She specifically said “are you sure even if it’s (free)” which we know that’s pretty condescending because it more than likely will be a very small percentage we’d have to pay if we chose to do payments. I told her no we didn’t want to because many people have spoke on how they get you with adding the warranty and they never pull thru on their end and it’s just another thing you have to pay for out of your pocket. She then told me “well this is my job.” In a rude way, which I found very unprofessional as a sales associate. You never tell your customers that because it doesn’t look good and makes it look like you are only trying to get commission off a sale. (I would know because I have a customer service certification and I worked in sales for a couple of years.) Honestly you’re better off going to another location (maybe even ordering online) or going to living spaces were they let you breathe and not push merchandise down your throat. Please talk with your sales team to do better, read the room they’re is so many different customers always accommodate to their wants/needs.

Sales rep was awesome! She saw me sitting on a couch and even while she was with another customer she addressed me, asked if I had been helped . When I said I had not she asked if I minded waiting while she finished up with the family she was with. Very considerate and kind

No pressure from sales team made for a good experience. Found the perfect couch at about 1/2 the price of other local furniture stores. Ask for Tim for 5 star service !

Timothy was very helpful with my order and respectful

Unfortunately an order went sour, but thanks to Timothy over at the Cedar Park Texas location, he was able to salvage my relationship with Ashley Furnature as I was ready to stop shopping there! Timothy was so patient with me and didn't take it personal as I was truly upset at the situation. If you're out in that area and looking for furniture, stop in and ask for Timothy for pleasant experience. Thank you man for being cool! 🙏

Timothy who is the sales manager is terrible at his job. Offered no solution, did not call when he said he would to explain why I had been charged twice and the order was not going to arrive when promised. When I call to speak to him he raised his voice, refused to help and canceled my order. He is the worst manager I have ever encountered and should be fired immediately. Spending 5k on a bed set I guess wasn't a priority to him once they get their money they say oh well there's nothing we will do to help. Will NEVER buy again from this location and I will make sure corporate knows all about his bad business practices

Isiah and Tim were absolutely amazing! They were patient, knowledgeable, friendly and did everything they could to make sure our experience was perfect! I can’t think of anything more they could have done. Walked in for one thing, walked out with that and more and felt good about it due to their service. If you go there, definitely ask for them!

Do not shop here! We ended up going here because living spaces had a 6 week wait and Ashley told us 4 weeks. We were not notified of any changes to our delivery, so we expected the couch to arrive in 4 weeks. Turns out the couch is going to take 11 weeks to arrive now and no one notified us that anything was on back order or that it was going to take longer to be delivered. When I called them about it they only offered me 5% discount which is nothing when the delivery time had more than double. We had no couch for our family to sit on when they came to visit from out of town due to this. Buyer beware that they do not notify you of any changes to your delivery and expect to wait a long time to have your items delivered.

Very easy transactions

Store was nice and so was the manager. Unfortunately the salesman whose name was John was extremely rude and unprofessional. So rude in fact that my mom walked out of the store. When John saw my area code on my phone he asked if I was a dancer. I was so shocked I didn’t even know how to respond. He also made several other flirty and inappropriate comments as well. Honestly I should have walked out without buying what I did.

Our two salespeople Durraul Middleton and Gabriel did an awesome job explaining and giving us tons of information about the products we were interested in. Two very knowledgeable and overall helpful employees. Because of their attitude we will be back seeing them in the future

Sales rep Daenna was wonderful. She greeted me at the door and assisted me in purchasing a recliner, she explained about fabric and size options as well as warranty. I felt very valuable as a customer and feel i got a great product at a great price.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. First, the in-store experience was awful. Salesman was nice but fumbling around totally unsure of what he was doing. Management didn’t seem too interested in helping him out or helping us out for that matter. After spending a very long time in the store we were finally able to purchase a bedroom set that was the display. We had some struggles over the delivery time but finally settled on date, which is today. They were supposed to text us and give us a three hour delivery window. When we called to check on the status of the delivery, we were connected to an overseas call center who informed us that our furniture would be delivered in February of next year. Not one bit of communication from the store. So, our showroom furniture, fully paid for, sits in a store 3 miles from our home but won’t be delivered until February of next year. This is the worst business experience we have ever encountered. We will NEVER do business with Ashley Furniture again.

The drivers were great—probably the only good part of my experience. Everything else was a disaster. I tried to return a battery I bought in-store because I found a plug, but they refused, and nobody bothered to explain this policy when I bought it. On top of that, my delivery was weeks late. Absolutely terrible experience. If you are buying anything from this store, be careful. Batteries for their recliners are outrageously overpriced—you can get the same ones on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. I will never, ever buy from Ashley again.

I currently live on the east coast and worked with Darraul to order a Nectar bed to be delivered to our new home in Texas the day we close on it and he was very helpful! We ordered the bed, paid for it and scheduled the delivery over the phone and text messages! It was so efficient and Darraul was so knowledgeable and nice to work with! We will definitely shop for other furniture for our new home at Ashley!

When we were bargining, the person helping came back and states it took a lot of work, but got the supervisor to give us a better price of $x. While he was "negotiating" on our behalf, my wife found the product on the web on sale for the same exact price he came back to us with. Keep in mind this was $140 leas than the instore sale price. Verify independently of what any sales person tells you. They did "throw in" free delivery; however, the web offered free shipping. Same price, so we purchased.

They were fabulous! Both Zachary and Jacob were so kind and helpful, and they got my Dad into a great power lift recliner! I will definitely go back for my next furniture purchase!

I usually dread sales people of any kind but everybody was very friendly, welcoming, and I felt authentic in their kindness. I will definitely shop there again.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Not only did the salesman take hours of our time and lied about the pricing (basically told us that there was a discount on the price but actually forced us to purchase a protection plan we didn’t want so it turned out to be same price listed with no discount), then we were worn down and agreed. The address we noted on the delivery sheet was wrong but the sales team assured us it was right but then they tried to schedule delivery to the wrong place. We finally got that sorted, the delivery was late and had to be rescheduled one week, then their truck broke down and the delivery came 5 hours later than the window they told us and didn’t notify anyone of any of these changes (had to call to find out). The worst of it was after all of this they delivered the couch in the wrong color(!!) AND to make matters worse an additional small sofa we had for upstairs they could not fit through the door to the room so they just left it downstairs (my brother in law just unscrewed the legs of the couch and then it fit through the door later that week but it seems that a “white glove delivery” that literally screwed the legs on before bringing it into the house could’ve done this to get it into the intended room. The furniture itself is comfortable but Ashely furniture salesman, customer service and delivery are so shitty that it’s not worth it. They basically have no return policy and their customer service sucks also. We just kept the wrong color couch because they have been full of errors and hard to deal with from the beginning. Do not recommend to anyone.

Edit again. 4 Stars, only because they are wrong size. I got to store and my cushions had come in. I wasnt in computer because salesman didn't put me in computer since it was parts. He carried out to my car because one is nearly as big as me. I commented on how ginormous they seemed, but I figured it was because my old cushions are 11 yrs old so these would seem bigger. Not! These are 2 inches wider and 3 inches thicker than I need. Since I hate driving almost an hour in city traffic, in 95°, ( I live in a small town for a reason), I looked up on computer, if I could cut these down. Yes, with a bread knife. I have a bread knife! Now I can't do much about thickness except take off the extra wrap foam, but it worked. It would be better if right thickness but its still much better than my old broken down cushions. Didn't try to put into covers since I cover them with green sheet anyway; because I love green. I want to thank Timothy for ordering these for me. Im excited to have cushions that give me support. And for carrying out to car, I would have had to carry one at a time. As I said, I trust Ashley quality so when we get ready to buy new recliner couch, we'll be back and ask for Timothy. ZERO STARS!!! I have to edit my review. I called today to check on my order and I'm not even in the computer. I live in Jarrell so its not a quick trip. I spent half an hour in there while young man was finding correct serial number for my replacement cushions. Now, I find, I'll have to go in tomorrow and start all over again. I realize, its just cushions, but my time is valuable to me, my gas is valuable to me. If I had an option, I'd go somewhere else. So no 5 Stars. ZERO Stars from me. We'll see if I can up this at a later date. So very helpful ordering replacement cushions for my love seat. They never made me feel as if I was taking up their time for a small purchase, which I one reason I like Ashley furniture. I will return soon to buy recliner couch.

First of all everybody was great and polite but with my order it got mixed all up I got the wrong bed I didn't get a box spring I didn't get my bed until a week later I have back problems they couldn't help me to expedite anything and now I'm waiting on my my box spring another whole week so I say that my experience was not so great I really don't appreciate it I didn't get compensated like a well since we want to make our cut you should make your customers happy give us a throw in a pillow throw in a blanket throwing something to accommodate your customers to make them happy.

They had a large selection of furniture. Prices were reasonable. Deanna was very helpful locating just the right chair and Ottoman I wanted.

This was our second time visiting Ashly furniture to see the leather rocker recliners again. We shopped around for a few months only to keep comparing everything we saw to these chairs. We were welcomed by Todd, very professional and helpful. We explained what we wanted and that we had been there before and he worked is magic. We are very pleased with our experience, Todd and the managers very knowledgeable and helpful. We did purchased 2 Leather Rocker Recliners. I don’t want to say what else happened but it involves payments 🤣🤣🤣

Walked in yesterday around 3, I have bought my previous sofa from Ashelys in CA, so I decided to walk into this location. I was on the phone with my husband and was browsing the store to browse before bringing my husband since its usually my look first. There was an African American man who approached me and told me to get off the phone so he can help me, I was held back by that and I told him that Im just browsing TWICE. Throughout my whole visit he just kept following me, no matter where I was I can see him from the side of my eye waiting for me lock eye contact and he always ended up infront of me! I was literally avoiding aisles to get away from him. He also tapped me to give me some advertisement paper, later on through my stroll LEAVE ME ALONE. I was so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to read the descriptions/price of the products or feel the sofas quality because I kept worrying that he might come and approach me. It's 2025, how do people not understand by now that not everyone who walks in for the first time is ready to drop thousands of dollars?

Great and extremely helpful staff: Zachary, Ian, and Tim. Very knowledgeable about their products and excellent customer service! Staff gets 5 stars. Overall 4 stars because it's a small showroom by comparison to some others and there just wasn't a lot to see. What was there was mostly beautiful though.

The sales rep, Orian, was extremely helpful and spent time with us to understand our needs. Through the process he was able to fill our needs and comfortably gave us a quote that was within our budget. He was an enjoyable person and did not try to push us into items that would not work for us.

I didn't actually visit this store. I just viewed it online but they have some reasonably priced furniture. I'm going to go in and visit the store soon. I will give you guys a post when I get done

Found some great home accent pieces

These guys were fantastic! We are Texas flood survivors and lost my daughter's bedroom furniture due to a ceiling collapse. The process of getting her new furniture was not stressful at all! These folks understood and treated us like Royalty! Thank you Ashley Furniture...we appreciate yall so, so much!

We went in today for a headboard, footboard and frame. We were able to find what we needed in 30 minutes. Larry was very amiable and helpful. Great experience!

The worst ever ever shopping experience I ever have, customer service sucks talking to machines sucks, I bought a bedroom coast me six plus thousand dollars to get second hand furniture with stain and broken parts which they refuse to replace, they send they will send someone to fix it, helllllo I bought new furniture it should come with no damage, still waiting on box springs for two months keep changing delivery day, if I can give -10 rating I will. Run and buy furniture from different places you will be sorry.

Every encounter with the Cedar Park Ashley’s store has been chaotic, very unorganized. The only reason we purchased the couch was because they offered us the best offer for the couch that we wanted. We ordered the couch August 1st, were told that our delivery date would be September 7th, (1) We received a phone call from one of the sales people making it seem like we should’ve already received our couch. (2) We went into the store August 27 to figure out what was going on with our order, While we were in there, they acted like they were going to expedite our shipping and said if we changed to non-recline we would receive it that week. (3) We texted the salesman, He then proceeded to tell us that it was no longer going to be delivered September 7 and that it was going to be delivered the following Tuesday. (4) I called September 1st and the automated line told me that my scheduled delivery date was now October 14th! Mind you I JUST SPOKE with salesman and he NEVER TOLD ME this, he kept reassuring. We were going to get our couch very soon. (5) Lastly, I went to the store to speak to them in person. When I walked in, I asked for a manager and they NEVER got me a manager, I spoke to the two sales people upfront, and when I explained the situation on the specific couch that I had ordered, they did not seem shocked that I was told false information about when I was receiving this couch, they also proceeded to tell me that this couch was on backorder if I would have known if this couch was on backorder when I ordered it, We wouldn’t have ordered it. Then the salesman went back back-and-forth with one of the managers he’d be able to take care of my refund and that he didn’t need the manager to do it anymore. Mind you none of the managers ever seem like they were bothered about the fact that they were losing a sale or the fact that I was a highly dissatisfied customer. Also, I was prepping to receive my couches on September 7th (which can take some time to sell) I AM NOW COUCH-LESS after all of the mess.

I went in there looking for a mattress. The sales person I normally work with was busy, so we just went to the back and started laying on the Stearns and Fosters. I totally thought i was going to buy a soft/ plush mattress until luckily we met Larry. This guy knows his mattresses and he also knows a bit about spinal alignment. All he did was ask me a few questions, had me lay on a few more firm mattresses, and next thing I know I'm walking out with a starvation and foster medium. Seriously if you're in the market for a mattress, go find Larry! I've been sales almost 21 years, and he never tried to sell me anything. That was much appreciated!

Worked with a gentleman name Durraul and was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had at any Ashley’s. He made it seamless, I just sat back as he made everything happen and took care of it. I’ve always had good experiences at the cedar park location but Durraul made it amazing. I’ve gone to the Pflugerville location quite a few times and it’s been a head ache and disaster nearly every experience with them. Will for sure always take my business to cedar park her forth and if Durraul is there he will be my sales person.

We came in just browsing, but Mr. Woods, the manager was so helpful and addressed our needs that we ended up buying everything we needed and more!

Not enough options to fairly purchase furniture needed for our new home that matched our budget. We wanted to have a reasonable monthly payment plan however left feeling misled by a third party company that at the end would’ve had us paying 3X the total cost!

We went to Ashley’s to take advantage of their Labor Day sales and were planning to get a recliner for our parents and ended up with a recliner- that is going to work perfectly for their needs- and two mattresses/beds/pillows as well as a cooling pillow for me! Miss Kay assisted us and was very knowledgeable as well as fun to work with. She was a really good listener and matched us up with exactly what we were looking for and so nice to work with - thanks so much Miss Kay!!

Still working on a warranty issue that is not going to well. So for now it will be no more than a one star review.

I walked in at 430 on a Sunday just to browse. I was greeted by a sales professional, Jaz. She left me to walk around, didn’t follow or stalk me and when I had a question she answered it. She got us tape measures, pulled in her manager, Jacob, when needed and we walked out at 6pm with exactly what we needed.

We bought dining room & living room sets from Ashley Furniture 25 years ago…with it being some of our best, long lasting furniture pieces, we just had to go back for their great quality & huge selection of furniture!!! I highly recommend!

I found what I was looking for but sales people are extremely annoying. They attack at the front door and cling to you while you’re trying to look around. I asked to be allowed to look on my own and was told “it’s my job to greet you”. The salesman who helped me purchase the sofa and rocker that I was interested in told me about the great deal he was going to give me after he spoke to his manager. While he was “talking to his manager” a gentleman approached me and introduced himself as the manager. Salesman came back with a terrible offer which I declined so he said let me go talk to my manager again. He never spoke to the manager. He came back with a little slashed off but not near enough so I thanked him for his time and proceeded to the door and you won’t believe what he said….wait for it… ahh you guessed it. He said he was going to talk to his manager again. This time he offered a price for a nice power reclining sofa and rocker recliner that I could deal with. 2192.04 incl tax, delivery, and a protection plan I clearly stated that I did not want or need. I didn’t notice they threw that back in there after I signed on the ipad. Its $520!! I want that back.

1. I cannot say enough good this about the salesman Piko, he was so helpful and understanding. 2. It was very upsetting to know they were trying to charge us $9,000 + for a couch that was $5,600 online. (We had already gotten quotes from other stores who stocked this specific Ashley’s couch before we went to the Ashley’s store in CP) we never really negotiated a price with them, but when they found out we weren’t going to just willingly swipe our card for what they thought was a good deal they were SEVERELY UPSET (the manager specifically). 3. I do have to say we would not have bought a couch with them if we weren't getting such a great deal on this specific couch we bought, we were ready many times to leave and buy it somewhere else, everything was so unorganized and chaotic.

Excellent service from Durraul salesperson at Ashley Furniture.

Durraul was great to work with, not pushy at all. It was a fun experience shopping for new living room furniture. He answered all of our questions directly. Definitely our first stop for furniture needs in the future.

Bed was installed incorrectly causing the slats to fall off in the middle of the night and us sink in. Ones that were screwed in (4 out of 17) were misaligned. Second set of installers didn't finish the job on the nightstands leaving the chargers still in the plastic. Wife called salesman (Tim Hubbard) left vm and got no reply. Called customer service and they said we couldn't return it. They sent us to a chatbot to start a claim. Don't use their installers, I have to fix it now after paying them to install it to save me time. Hope they do it right because you won't be able to return it if they don't. Hope you don't have to call their customer service cause the guy sounded asleep and just kept saying we had to file a claim using their bot. Pretty terrible.

Bad experience. Anything you’ve purchased in stores or online ifs doesn’t go well with your decoration there is no return policies. Not recommended.

My husband and I walked in cash in hand coming in to buy a dining room table set and a kitchen table set as well as a couch and chaise. When we walked in we were greeted by a lovely guy, Tim, I believe, and we were very happy with the service we received with him. After speaking with a manager about what we were looking for and detailed specifically that we were paying cash he gave us a 20-minute rant session about how financing can save us "up to two grand" and informed me that they do not have Labor Day sales just random little flash sales which they just happen to be having that day, how coincidental. We were unhappy with this service, but we loved all of the things we picked so we were not going to let it deter us until I went to test out a chair and an employee, brown hair, male, very rude, wearing a white doctor style coat came over and refered to my husband by the character on his T-shirt very rudely and yelled at both of us. My husband and I immediately walked out of the store and promised we would never go back in. I feel bad Tim lost out on 8-10k of sales but all you have to blame is the rude guy in the white coat and the highly predatory manager (Aaron??) who pried to know how we had so much money to spend which was not his business in any way. I absolutely do not recommend ever shopping here or online do NOT give them your business if you are any self-respecting person who cares about how you are treated and what you are buying.

First time we walked into the store we were “greeted” by a man in a white lab coat. When I told him we were just browsing, he kept pushing on what I needed by listing off things. I’m not one who asks for help until I am ready so I don’t feel pressured. Needless to say I felt very pressured by him and thankful that he didn’t follow my husband and I. The manager who came around was amazing and told us about the homebuyer program (which was what we ended up using when I came back a couple days later). Upon leaving, the same man in the lab coat stopped me and asked me “if it was a dollar would you have bought it?” I told him no because I don’t rush into decisions. He still didn’t take the hint and continued to press me more. Couple days later I went back and had a very nice lady greet me and show me some items that I realized we needed. She was fabulous…except for her body odor. I’m a nurse so I have a strong stomach but I desperately wished someone amongst her peers told her she needed some deodorant and/or shower. Again, lovely woman and really helped me out but that could be what breaks a deal to some people. EDIT: I’m now rating Ashley one star because they went to the wrong location even when I told them the correct address at purchase and over the past three days! Now I have to wait because of THEIR mistake. They could care less about the inconvenience just as long as they get paid. Haven’t been offered anything except “it will be ready on the 6th”. I’m a patient woman but my God.

My recent experience with Ashley Furniture was extremely disappointing. From the moment I stepped into the store, I felt like I was dealing with shady used car salesmen. As soon as I entered, I was swarmed by employees who put on a friendly smile and acted like they genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect furniture and get the best deal. However, once the sale was finalized, it was clear that their priorities shifted entirely. I purchased over $4,000 worth of furniture with the promise of a suitable delivery date. Unfortunately, the warehouse failed to meet that date. When I reached out to my salesperson for assistance, I was told he would get back to me — but he never did. I waited all day, only to hear nothing, and when I asked to speak with the manager, I was again ignored. The next day, frustrated and disappointed, I canceled my order altogether. Bottom line: Ashley Furniture’s customer service after the sale is terrible. They seem to care only about making the sale and then disappear once they’ve got your money. I wouldn’t recommend them if you value reliable service and honest dealings.

Had a pleasant and non pressure experience shopping for our new living room. Can’t say enough about Jazz, she was really great to work with. Giving 2 stars because two of our pieces for our sectional were the wrong configuration pieces so was left with half our couch til the right pieces get delivered, which was almost a week later. Felt like we should have been a priority to get it sooner, but that definitely wasn’t the case. They have a high delivery fee as well. So be prepared for that. Having said that, I highly recommend their furniture. I shopped around quite a few furniture stores and they honestly had beautiful, durable furniture.

Disappointed in the lack of communication and misleading information regarding our purchase. I had to continuoulsy call to check the status of our shipment after the initial delivery date was missed (4 days with no call or reason of the delay.) Once in contact after several attempts, they even revealed they had our shipment set to deliver in October when it was scheduled and confirmed for July 2nd (2 weeks after we visited the store for purchase.) We ended up cancelling the entire order. Avoid the headache. They are not organized. 0 out of 5 stars truly!

Easy and seamless process.

I came in yesterday, to get inspiration of future decoration/furniture. I declined any help nicely as I was just browsing the store. I was then approached again less than 10 minutes, where an employee was being very consistent and pushy with helping to the point of me leaving from being uncomfortable. As I was leaving, her and her coworkers were staring at me and my following party, as if they were talking about us. Very unprofessional.

I will never shop here again. My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 10 years, but after this last experience, we’re done. We were absolutely price gouged — $28,000 for bedroom furniture and a Tempur-Pedic bed! When we said we needed a day to think it over, the tone of the customer service shifted dramatically. The pressure was intense. Right before we walked out, they dropped the price to $23K — just like that! That alone tells you how inflated the original price was. We also inquired about replacing our couch cushions and were shocked again — total robbery. To make matters worse, the manager (a Mexican gentleman) was incredibly rude and kept pushing us with aggressive “buy now or else” tactics. I’ve worked in sales — I know the tricks. It’s not about manipulation, it’s about being genuine and helpful. We ended up walking out and are so glad we did. That same day, we stopped by Austin Furniture Outlet on the corner of 183 and Whitestone. We bought the exact same Tempur-Pedic bed for just $8,000 — and they even threw in the couch cushions for free! AFO’s customer service was incredible. It’s a family-owned business, and you can tell they truly care. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honest pricing and a genuine desire to help you find what you want. Bonus: they carry brand-new Ashley Furniture and have a kiosk that makes browsing easy with no hidden fees. Save your money and shop at AFO. You’ll thank yourself later.

One of the worst experience I had. First time, when I visited the store, I finalized 2 beds. I asked the sales person what would be the offer price and I might use their finance if the deal is good. The Sales person was reluctant to give me the offer quote price (even a rough price) and said only if I enroll and complete their credit check he can say the final price. It didnt look right, what if I am not happy with the price, the person mentioned that this is how it works here. Which we found really odd, forcing person to get finance approval to get a quote of a bed. Never seen that anywhere. Went to the store another day, hoping to finalize the bed. I was checking out the bed and I had 1 small query about it. The earlier sales person was busy with other customers, so I asked another sales person if he can clarify my query. The other person was so rude and mentioned that he can't answer and I have to wait. Waited for 5 mins to get a 10 second answer, the other person came by answered the question and just left without checking if I have any more queries. Not at all good experience. Pflugerville Ashley has WAY BETTER customer service. Would never go back.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Misleading Sales and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture’s service and the way my issue has been handled. Last month, we purchased a bed frame and mattress totaling $4678. At the store, we liked the design of a particular bed frame but noticed it was chipped, cracked, and looked very old. We specifically asked the salesperson if this distressed look was part of the design. He clearly told us no—that the frame had just been on display for a long time and the new one would be in perfect, fresh condition. Based on that assurance, we paid the full amount and placed the order. However, when the bed frame was delivered and assembled at our home, I was shocked to see that the exact same chipped and worn-looking frame had been delivered—including a visible crack on the leg board. The delivery team then told me that the frame was actually named “Chipped White…”—meaning this look was part of the design all along. This was a complete contradiction to what we were told at the store. We immediately visited the store to speak with the same salesperson. He admitted the issue and said a Jira ticket would be opened and that we would get a replacement. They made us wait until the store’s closing time to raise the ticket. The next day, a customer service representative called and, after hearing the whole story, simply said the replacement was not approved and that nothing could be done. I feel completely misled and heartbroken. We were very clear in stating that we did not want a chipped or distressed frame, and now we’re stuck with something we never agreed to. This is not just a miscommunication—it’s a case of being sold something under false information. I request Ashley Furniture to take full responsibility for this and replace the bed frame with the one we were promised—or provide a full refund for the bed frame.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ashley’s Furniture Store, thanks to our amazing sales associate, Deborah Snook! From the moment we walked in, Deborah was incredibly attentive and patient, taking the time to help us through multiple attempts to secure financing for our purchase. She made sure we understood all the warranty options available, which really put our minds at ease. What impressed me even more was how great she was with our seven-year-old. She engaged him in conversation and made him feel included in the process, which made our shopping experience enjoyable for the whole family. Terrible customer service. Sent wrong mattress then took a month to send right mattress. They straight up lie to the customers pretending to give them a deal but add it back in, added warranty without consent on a dresser. Told us it would be free delivery and then charged us. Couch was delivered with a hole in the back, they took 2 wks to come and fix it and repair it, not replace it. I finally canceled my purchase on the dresser, why? Because they forgot to deliver it, they said it would be a week or so to get it delivered, which I paid cash for. Upon calling and speaking to them, very rude no apologies, so now I am waiting on a refund which they said would take 7-10 days. Christina was rude and hung up on me. I will never recommend this place.

CAUTION!! Prices are marked up a lot in-store.. check online and ask for price match or just buy online. I bought a lamp yesterday which is 55% marked up thank online price Update: I reached out to customer service and they said they cannot do anything because the item is already at home. 😂 It is funny how the draft their policies to say we cannot do anything once the item is in your house.. not even price match. I also reached out to the number ashley provided below. It is automated texting and got a reply saying technical issues. I don’t want to try anything else. BOTTOM LINE is to check prices online before purchasing TO AVOID getting ripped off.

Great service from beginning to end!

Caring and professional sales person spent time giving us lots of guidance and choices. Very patient with us as we deliberated which choice to make.

I would have done five except we bought a warranty when they told us no matter what was wrong they would send someone out to fix it. It is a love seat recliner with a divider in between. The chair backs stopped coming all the way back up. Neither one of are heavy people so it wasn’t our weight that caused it. We have attempted to file claims and we get a run around from the warranty company. Denials because we did not know the exact date it started doing this. This chair is just over a year old. These things should last longer than that. The warranty company says they will send us a copy of the conditions and that we should have read the fine print. What?? How is that good sound business?

What an amazing experience, all thanks to my man Jacob!! I usually HATE furniture shopping because I hate feeling followed/pressured, and the sales breath. Well, working with Jacob was a relieving breath of fresh air. He didn’t act pushy whatsoever. Jacob was EXTREMELY helpful. I went in to browse, check out options, but I ended up just sitting down with Jacob shooting the stuff with him about my wife and kid and it was really nice. Like chatting with a friend! My couch browse turned into getting a new dining table, 2 couches, and a swivel chair……… his level of customer service was exceptional and can’t recommend working with Jacob more! ASK FOR JACOB!!!!

If not for him I was ready to walk out as I walked the majority of the store without anyone offering to help. Being in their phone and ignoring my smiles seemed to be their priority.

This is the absolute worst experience I have had purchasing furniture. Larry Liggett and Timothy Woods, Assistant Sales Manager of the Cedar Park Ashley Furniture store, do not follow up with what they say they are going to do! I have not received my refund on items I never purchased, but was charged for! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would not recommend this store at all! You will be charged for items you never purchased.

The entire experience was and still is a nightmare....we cancelled an order that was never delivered and the next day there was a box left outside the door without any notice. They state because we brought it inside they will not honor the cancellation....They are very pushy and once they have your money do not want to hear from you again.

I wouldn’t wish my experience with Ashley Furniture of Cedar Park on my worst enemy. This place is a masterclass in broken promises, variable messaging, and poor customer service—especially when it comes to their so-called “mattress expertise.” Buckle up, because this is a horror story. At the point of sale (dealt with Corey Currale), he assured us (in his lab coat lol) that returns would be a breeze if the mattress didn’t suit us—full refund, no hassle. Spoiler alert: that’s not even their policy, so a massive disconnect here. Oh, and the “free delivery” promise at POS? Nope. Customer Care (CC) contacted us and wanted us to drive down to San Marcos to collect the thing. Hell naw. We had to complain vociferously to CC to get them to do what they promised: House delivery. They tried to slap us with a fee to bring it to our bedroom—something they advertised as included. After being on hold for way too long, they grudgingly agreed to “free” delivery… to the doorstep. We had to hump the thing upstairs our selves. Wow, thanks for the bare minimum after we had to twist their arm. I guess their definition of “free” is different from mine. When the mattress (for my wife’s bad back) turned out to be ridiculously soft, zero support, we tried to return it, only to be met with a circus of delays and deflections. First, it was “exchanges only,” despite their initial full refund promise. There was nothing even remotely suitable for us in stock. By the third physical call out to the store, Corey very begrudgingly began hassling CC on our behalf, with literally no feedback for WEEKS. BTW, their own sales team had the neck to complain to me about their own CC dept. The in-store staff? Once a sale is made and you are looking for service, the gloss comes off real quick: zero interest in helping—like we were inconveniencing them by daring to question their nonsense policies. It’s almost like they’re banking on you giving up out of sheer exhaustion. Save your money, your sanity, and your spine. Ashley Furniture of Cedar Park, and very possibly everywhere else, doesn’t deserve a dime. I’d rather sleep on the floor than deal with these sharp-practice merchants again.

similar to other reviews, these guys will promise everything in order to get a sale and then not follow through. they promised me free shipping. i just had to pay the full price and then they would credit me back. that never happened despite multiple phone calls and multiple assurances from their staff that it will happen. you might think to yourself, "I'm not that stupid, and i won't overpay just to get reimbursed later". So, if you ignore this, they still get 1 star! both couches broke within a month, and i've been waiting for over 2 months for someone to come and fix them. this is just a big waste of money and huge waste of time.

I highly recommend the Pflugerville Ashley store and Amit, I did not have the best experience with the cedar park location (workers name was ashley) but called the pflugerville location the next day on whim not expecting to get any better help, and was helped by Amit and he was easily able to help me get exactly what I wanted easily over the phone for the best price (and price i wanted/ that was $300 less than what the other guy told me was the best he could do) and had great customer service skills and made purchasing exactly what I wanted easy and stress free! Hopefully the delivery goes just as smoothly but he did a great job explaining and getting me the best deal and with easy text communication so I could confirm I was ordering the right item with photos and sent his business card. Well done! Give Amit a raise :) 2 star for this location, 5 star for Pflugerville(austin) but the furniture is good quality, rating more for service i received at this location.

Service after the sale is absolutely zero. I will never buy anything again from the company. They wanted to take money off for my damaged furniture delivery. Buyer beware of this business. They sell the product and you are stuck dealing with a Chat bot that can’t help you. No calls back, no emails back..They sell and don’t care what happens to you afterwards. Absolutely awful. Nebraska Furniture Mart will put them out of business in a week when they come to Cedar Park!

Unfortunately I went in looking for a bunkbed and got approved. Started looking sofas too. I decided to go with just the bunkbeds. I asked how much it would be for basic mattress. For a twin and queen mattress 1600 dollars just for 2 mattresses. I decided no and just the bunkbed frame and that was 2k. I did not buy anything. I was not told the price of the bed until the signing of the papers. And then my purse broke and I took that as a sign for me I will always be broke if I do this. Over 300 a month for a bed frame for 24 months. That's one part of the experience. Sales rep did not listen to us and wanted us to lay on the mattress in store for 2 hours. It was awkward. I've been in sales for 10 plus years and have trained a lot of people. And if the rep is talking more than the guest we have a problem. Take off those doctor jackets yall look goofy

The impeccable customer service from salesperson Ashley L who made the shopping experience as easy as they come with no pressure. This store is very shady. They lie to get your business. Do not shop here. I was told by the floor sales manager (short guy with scar on his face, Jason maybe) that I would get a credit for delivery if I bought that night. Credit never showed on account. Been texting with Kay (sales rep) for over 90 days and keep getting the run around. Was told a ticket was filed with corporate but I called corporate and they said they did not show anything on my account. See texts with sales rep. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. In fact, the delivery and redelivery was a small nightmare by itself. I would recommend you stay away from Ashley all together. Buy at Living Spaces, Rooms to Go, or Haverty's if you have money. These guys are used car salesmen.

Salesman”Manager” was good at leading the sale. But the hand off was bad..I asked about pricing and during that time all the hidden costs should have been brought up, not after I agreed with everything and I’m signing the final paper work.No explanation on the application fee or additional delivery fee. $150 more added to a sale is crazy. Do better!

Went to the store with my grandfather to get a bed. Sales associate showed us one that we bought, told us the pricing, then ordered the wrong pieces and had it delivered. Ashley’s associate refused to correct the mistake saying it was my fault for not reading properly and then they stopped answering all phone calls and refused to let us speak to a manager.

We came into the Cedar Park store just to look, we really didn’t need anything but we were considering upgrading our old furniture so why not look?!!. We were greeted the door by a nice young man named Darrell, he told us what the deal was with sales and asked what we might be looking for, in our case living room furniture, and pointed us in the direction and then left us alone. We wandered about and every once in a while we would ask Darrell a question (which he answered immediately) AND handed us a tape measure to boot! Bottom line, he guided us into an excellent sofa, one from a group collection we didn’t know even had the size we wanted since it wasn’t on the showroom floor and a great price too! Our first experience with Ashley was great! We felt like we purchased a very nice piece of furniture and the experience was completely enhanced by Darrell so thanks to him we will be enjoying our new couch within days! We can highly recommend the store and if you’re lucky enough to get salesman Darrell, then that’s the cherry on top!

There was a sales, with the day I was there being the last day of the sale, which she told me. So I bought the sectional that day. Also I believe the store manager, Jason, came over to chat as well. I asked about the bad reviews and both were honest and told me they were there at that store to improve. Also informed me of a new more focused delivery program they were implementing to improve that experience. In my experience, both Tee and Jason made my experience great and the delivery was great as well. I think they have reached their goal. So 5 stars, thank you!

Do not get their warranty. It is a scam. I was lied to about the warranty, and the salesman is uneducated about the warranty. We were told that if anything happens to the couch besides floods and anamal damages, it's covered. Later down the road to find out that, basically, nothing is covered. Nothing works on our couch. Can't relcine, no lights, nothing. We've been around the ringer trying to find if the waranty company was going to service. What a waste of $400+ warranty that only covers stains

We went to a couple of stores in search for a comfortable couch that is easy to clean from pets and kids. The Ashley in Cedar Park had a good selection and Corey, the sales associate was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. Very accommodating! We bought a modular, reclining DuraPella and modified it to our liking. Will definitely go back for more furniture!

We were greeted by Corey and after explaining to him what we wanted, he immediately knew where to direct us. We found our bed in the signature line my wife and I wanted and that’s all thanks to Corey. He is professional, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. If you are planning on visiting this location, be sure to ask for Corey. He will take great care of you. And as a pro tip, make sure to get fitted for a temper-pedicure mattress. It’ll change your entire perspective on mattresses.

My wife had furniture delivered Saturday January 11th 2025. One of the bedroom pieces was broken, and BOTH of the delivery people smelled like weed, BOTH of them had their pants sagging so low they had to keep stopping WHILE CARRYING THE FURNITURE to pull them up and one of them was wearing SLIPPERS TO DELIVER AND CARRY FURNITURE. NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK TO GET THE NEW UNDAMAGED PIECE. NEVER AGAIN.

The buying experience was great. The two stars is for the delivery. We wait two weeks which was fine. The delivery was scheduled for yesterday Jan 11th. Cleaned all the old furniture out of our bedroom. The new set finally arrived. Both delivery guys had a strong smell of weed. No big deal just get the furniture in and set up. After getting one nightstand in, the guy comes in the tell me the bed frame is broken do I still want it. No I don’t. Looking at the box you could tell it was broken before even being loaded on the truck. The box was open and wrapped in plastic. Bring the rest of the things in and say someone will call to reschedule the delivery of the new piece. No one calls but I get a text on Sunday, not helpful at all. I am being inconvenienced because of something that should have been a priority for them to correct, I didn’t break the furniture but I have to wait another week and take time off of work to wait on the delivery. Or I can wait another two weeks for a Saturday delivery. Working in customer service myself, this should have been a priority to have it corrected and not continue to inconvenience the customer.

Absolutely terrible business practices. Tedious, nontransparent buying process. Over charged by 30% more than competitor. When I went back to cancel they purposefully screeed everything up. What should have been 10-15 minutes took 3 1/2 hours. The manager at Cedar Park is terrible and should not be in front of customers ever. If you like Ashley furniture, go elsewhere. This store is NOT affiliated with the manufacturer and you can find a dozen local stores that will give you WAY better pricing and infinitely better service.

After a terrible experience at the Killeen Ashley store, I reached out to this location and had an amazing experience. Corey, the salesperson, made the entire process hassle-free. He was straightforward, no nonsense, and had everything done in under 30 minutes. I was even able to pick up my purchase (minus the recliner)at the warehouse the next day. Fantastic service and a great overall experience!

My 45 minute drive was worth it! The entire staff at Ashley Furniture- Cedar Park was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in, the tone of the atmosphere/ environment was very welcoming and inviting! I’ll be back to purchase again; and, yes, I will drive 45 minutes to do so!!

Be AWARE. purchased one item. sent away with a different one (and less expensive version). called to discuss just to hear they don’t even have the item i “purchased” in stock…no corrective options provided other than correcting the pricing and refunding the difference for the product that i know i didn’t want! looking back… mysteriously the sales paperwork was getting passed around an awful lot behind the counter for what seemed like a simple straightforward transaction. at one point the paperwork was pushed to the floor manager’s hands while being told “just so you know”. completely unrelated? all a simple mistake? or everyone in on ruse but me? i’ll never know.

We had a wonderful salesman at Ashley Homestore. Very kind and helpful, understood what we were looking for, non-pushy. The showroom had a lot to offer and was easy to browse. We purchased a beautiful, genuine-leather sofa and recliner.

Jason was phenomenal. He then handed us of to Berto, who also is phenomenal. True professionals, both of them. Is there any chance of getting a sooner delivery?

Never buy products from Ashley. Specially don’t go to cedar park location in austin, tx. The sales people will make you fool. See the charges before tapping the card, while they talk , they will tell you different charges and then at the billing they will increase the price by 1000$. I have the worst experience with them. I didn’t bought anything from them. I was in a process of buying it, they asked me to tap my credit card, I did that, however, luckily I saw that that there was a wrong amount and I cancelled everything and asked them to cancel the order. Even I didn’t signed the papers and buy anything, still they credited the amount from my account and then they lied to me that they didn’t use my credit card. They do that to get the sales credit into their account. And then you have to call them multiple times to ask them why they deduct the money. It’s too much frustrating. Be careful with this store.

Bought a couch here and the salesman Todd told me he would throw in the console part of the sectional for free if I bought the couch that day. I agreed to this, and he said he would have to put it on the invoice, but that it would come off, and I would automatically receive my refund. Wrong. Had to call the Ashley finance office multiple times because contacting Todd directly and his manager (who was mysteriously and conveniently always in meetings when I called and asked to speak with him) got me nowhere. I was assured multiple times by Todd that the refund would be coming - but after reaching out to the corporate finance office, I found out that the only thing that was approved was a gift card. After a relentless calling for literally TWO months, I finally got the finance department to issue a refund. The people at this store will say anything to land a sale, but once you and the merchandise are out of the store, they couldn’t care less about following through on things they said they would do. I previously purchased my last couch from Ashley furniture in another city, but after this experience? I will never shop at Ashley again.

BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH - Ordered $5k sofa and it arrived with different cushions which are different from what is on retail display. Worked with multiple people at Ashley and got a redelivery but its the same problem. Ashley store manager later admitted their retail store has COVID-era product and manufacturing has changed padding materials. Ashley stuck us with their terms and conditions now have a $5k sofa no-one likes. !!! BEWARE !!!

Ashley Lamb greeted me at the door and asked me if I needed help. I told her I just wanted to look around for a couch and I wasn't sure what I was looking for. She told me to take my time and if I had any questions to let her know. She was close by but didn't hover or make me feel rushed. Luis was a great salesman. But this oversized sofa/chair sucks. After three or four weeks we had to have it replaced because it has zero support on the bottom so you can start to feel the wood frame when you sit down. Second one had to be replaced too. Store staff is super friendly and very helpful with getting me a different chair altogether. Third chair was a Lazyboy. It’s perfect so far.

I was in shock because never thought thy would have help me so I have only great things to say thank God for the Ashley family thy are just a blessing to me and my family right this minute

I recently purchased furniture totaling over $8,000. While the initial shopping experience was satisfactory, my follow-up experience with the salesperson was deeply disappointing. When I inquired about a price match the next day, the salesperson became unprofessional—calling me a ‘cheater’ and accusing me of trying to reduce his commission. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially after such a large purchase. I expected better customer service and respect. Never have I encountered service this bad. We loved a bed and were so excited to have ordered it. Not only it didn't arrive on the scheduled day, it arrived without parts. On following up (multiple times and being lied to multiple times) we found out they had forgotten to put the order and the part wasn't going to come for another few weeks. We decided to cancel the order which they said they will do because it was their fault but then we haven't heard back. At this point they have our money, we have half a bed in our room and no updates on cancellation of the order. We have visited the store multiple times (and every time get fake promises with more delays and they don't even return your calls after they promise to). I am genuinely very surprised and disappointed with the service at this store. If anyone from the store responds to this, please do not tell us to call another number so you can put us on another 30 min hold and never call back. If you really care, then just resolve the issue!

Me and my son went into Ashley to find beds and are sales person was Zachary. I did not want to do any financing, and Zachary kept saying we should do financing so he could get us a better deal and he did just that! So he talked me into it and Zachary did an excellent job in getting my payments lower and a lower finance amount. I highly recommend him, great customer service and a good personality.

1 star because 0 isn’t available. Hope you have ALL DAY for delivery because their timelines don’t mean anything. Delivery was supposed to be 1 day and they were 4 hours late, didn’t arrive till after 9pm. One piece was damaged, rescheduled for 2 days later. I was told it would be 1st thing in the am, 2nd delivery day is the 6th stop between 1230-330. Doesn’t sound like 1st thing in the am to me. All I keep being told is “there’s nothing we can do” Rest assured, I’ll never buy from Ashley again.

I dont usually write reviews, but my experience was egregious. We just moved to Georgetown, Texas in August and needed to furnish some of our new house. We visited several stores in the area and settled on Ashley Cedar Park because of their pricing, selection, and promised date for delivery. We purchased a kitchen table, 4 chairs, and a bench, 4 bar stools, and a couch that consisted of 6 separate components. We NEEDED the furniture on 9/25 because we had family visiting from out of state, and we had no living room, dining room, or kitchen furniture. Dawn assured us a 9/25 delivery. The furniture was not delivered on the 25th, and when it finally showed up on the 26th at 8:30pm, they only delivered 4 chairs, the bench, and 2 out of the 6 pieces for the couch (rendering it useless until the remaining pieces arrived). They also brought the table, but had to take it back, since they were missing the legs and hardware. When they finally delivered the remaining pieces for the couch, one recliner was damaged and needed to be replaced. To make a very long story short, Ashley has been to my house 7 times for this one order, and the bench still needs a part to be properly assembled. I was also told that all the couch components would be be connected by one wire and would therefore only require one outlet plug. This has never been honored, nor has the store manager returned my calls. I'm extremely patient and understanding, but this experience has been completely unacceptable. On top of this, no one is on the same page, or, frankly, on the same order. I got several random text messages that my items were scheduled for delivery AFTER I had already received everything. It took the sales associate multiple attempts to get the final order correct. They delivered everything piece-meal and, once again, not on time, as promised. Save yourself the hassles and troubles, and go somewhere else. This all said, their guest services department folks were friendly and tried to help. The delivery drivers were great. Some of the sales people are shady and dishonest...anything to make a sale.

It was so much fun! They have so many different styles of furniture and accessories you are bound to find something you like. The store is laid out well for shopping. The staff is hands down amazing! This store is slimy. We purchased a couch. It ended up not fitting in the room we were intended it for. The sales rep at this store said he would cancel the order and refund, and that we should see the refund in a week. Customer service called us again trying to deliver the couch. The sales rep never cancelled the order. This place will try to steal your money.

I was over charged $1900 plus $649 for a extended warranty. I had to go into the store to PROVE the money was taken out of my account. I am 65 years old living on social security. It has been a week and I still do not have my money back. They admit I was charged twice and they finally found it on their books yet I still don't have my money. I was informed it will take at least 5 - 7 more days that they keep my money from me. I wish I had never gone into this store as it has been nothing but trouble for me.

Minus 3 stars no thanks to incompetent delivery driver scheduled for 11am arrival according to the GPS link, 20 minutes later they text me asking for an appointment number,, hello look at the delivery address and he would see it’s a home, then wasted my busy day waiting for them and finally arrived at 6:45pm and still charged me full delivery charges. I should charge them for my time. Hopefully he takes a class on how to use google maps. 🤦🏼

Todde is the best! He helped my husband and I with all questions we had about the furniture we were looking at. We bought 1 piece of patio furniture, but we will be returning for more and Todde will be who we are going to. He made our experience amazing!

Beware with their in store policy. Once the item got delivered you WILL NOT be able to return. We have a pretty bad experience buying a dining table at 700$ ( their Amazon price is 750$ ) and I got the protection plan for 180$. However, my husband changed his mind on getting that so we contacted them to remove it. Ok, what they said was the item would go back up to 899$ if we want to remove that plan(!), so we asked for the price match option on Amazon after that plan is removed (meaning 750$), he said no, THEIR IN-STORE FRANCHISE WILL NOT MATCH PRICE FROM AMAZON, only THE ACTUAL ASHLEY (I believe it Ashley online platform) will give a price match but THEY WON’T.
