BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH - Ordered $5k sofa and it arrived with different cushions which are different from what is on retail display. Worked with multiple people at Ashley and got a redelivery but its the same problem. Ashley store manager later admitted their retail store has COVID-era product and manufacturing has changed padding materials. Ashley stuck us with their terms and conditions now have a $5k sofa no-one likes. !!! BEWARE !!!

My wife and I went to different furniture stores shopping for sofas, and Ashley Furniture was our last stop. We looked around the store several times and my wife saw a few she liked but wanted to make sure she chose the perfect ones. The sales person whose name is also Ashley was kind and patient as my wife took a long time to make up her mind. Ashley was graceful answering all my wife’s questions and did not mind giving my wife all the time she needed to make up her mind. Ashley was truly amazing, kind, and helpful. Ashley Lamb greeted me at the door and asked me if I needed help. I told her I just wanted to look around for a couch and I wasn't sure what I was looking for. She told me to take my time and if I had any questions to let her know. She was close by but didn't hover or make me feel rushed. She didn't bother me with a bunch of questions, she was very nice and not pushy at all. I found a couch and rocking chair that I liked and purchased. The other associates working that day were friendly as well. I will highly recommend this location and definitely recommend Ashley Lamb to anyone who is looking for furniture. Thank you so much Ashley for making me feel so comfortable shopping at my own pace. I will definitely be back for other items because of you!!!
Darriul (Darrell) was such a great customer service agent. He helped me find the right dining set and stayed with me while I rambled about something (not sure what…it was a long day). I wish all sales agents everywhere were as nice as he was. Also the dining set was perfect made from sturdy mango wood and a great design. Exactly what I needed! I’ll come back.

Worst customer service, i am here standing fir more then 30 minutes to pick up my furniture i bought 2 days ago, no one is helping, they are f ing roaming around just like they didn’t see you, once you paid and bought the stuff they don’t care. Like more then dozen staff are roaming around using their cellphone or tablets like doctors in white gowns,. When O asked a ldy she said “ ohh we dont have staff to help you, today is not pick up day, you guys should tell your customers when is the pickup day, am renting a truck and you are telling me its not a pickup day.
I recently purchased furniture totaling over $8,000. While the initial shopping experience was satisfactory, my follow-up experience with the salesperson was deeply disappointing. When I inquired about a price match the next day, the salesperson became unprofessional—calling me a ‘cheater’ and accusing me of trying to reduce his commission. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially after such a large purchase. I expected better customer service and respect. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store and cannot recommend it based on this experience. Does this reflect your concerns? Let me know if you’d like further tweaks!
Don't buy here, they use bait and switch practice. They will show u furniture they have in stock and sell u some cheap stuff. Staff is rude and unprofessional they won't let u speak to manager. I'm not sure how this place can stay in bussines with customers service like this. Stay away....

I’ve had the absolute worst experience at this furniture store. I went in, in July.. JULY. It’s been almost half a year, I’ve been in multiple times and each time, I leave there expecting someone to get back to me because that’s what they tell me. Most of the time it’s a sales guy name Darraul, gives me the run around and never actually helps me.
What disappointing store, never meets their commitments. Ruining our ThanksGiving family meet. While placing an order on 16Nov2024 I emphasized on delivery date, their sales person committed that it will be delievered on 25Nov2024, 3 times mentioned that if it will not be delivered by 25Nov2024 then let me and I will not place any order here, but they convinced me and let me pay full amount my order number is 265D945733 and now they r saying it can't be delievered on 25Nov2024 and not returning my money also what a cheat they are, robbed me of $2355. What should I do now I don't know :(. Reply to your response: I called two times today on your store phone number +1-737-757-7055, and they mentioned they can't help in it. I asked to cancel my order and refund me the money for that also they said they can't do it. So, I am going to do a dispute with my credit card for this payment and whatever possible will try to ensure that I don't loose my hard earned money with such unprofessional business people.

We have bought Sectional sofa from Cedar Park, very unsatisfied behavior with the staff. These big store sales rep sell you stuff then for delivery you need to follow up with them.

I have to give a shoutout to Reese! He was very patient with my indecisiveness as I came back multiple times for some dining chairs. Tim was awesome. He mentioned that everything would be on a black friday promotion and that if we found anything that he would get us a price. We looked around and he kept checking in. Once we decided on a few pieces, he set us up with a favorite list with the dimensions. We then decided to move ahead and he was able to hold them while we went home to measure. We ended up purchasing more than we originally went in for because of Tim. He was helpful and friendly.

Never have I encountered service this bad. We loved a bed and were so excited to have ordered it. Not only it didn't arrive on the scheduled day, it arrived without parts. On following up (multiple times and being lied to multiple times) we found out they had forgotten to put the order and the part wasn't going to come for another few weeks. We decided to cancel the order which they said they will do because it was their fault but then we haven't heard back. At this point they have our money, we have half a bed in our room and no updates on cancellation of the order. We have visited the store multiple times (and every time get fake promises with more delays and they don't even return your calls after they promise to). I am genuinely very surprised and disappointed with the service at this store. If anyone from the store responds to this, please do not tell us to call another number so you can put us on another 30 min hold and never call back. If you really care, then just resolve the issue!

Me and my son went into Ashley to find beds and are sales person was Zachary. I did not want to do any financing, and Zachary kept saying we should do financing so he could get us a better deal and he did just that! So he talked me into it and Zachary did an excellent job in getting my payments lower and a lower finance amount. I highly recommend him, great customer service and a good personality.
1 star because 0 isn’t available. Hope you have ALL DAY for delivery because their timelines don’t mean anything. Delivery was supposed to be 1 day and they were 4 hours late, didn’t arrive till after 9pm. One piece was damaged, rescheduled for 2 days later. I was told it would be 1st thing in the am, 2nd delivery day is the 6th stop between 1230-330. Doesn’t sound like 1st thing in the am to me. All I keep being told is “there’s nothing we can do” Rest assured, I’ll never buy from Ashley again.

I dont usually write reviews, but my experience was egregious. We just moved to Georgetown, Texas in August and needed to furnish some of our new house. We visited several stores in the area and settled on Ashley Cedar Park because of their pricing, selection, and promised date for delivery. We purchased a kitchen table, 4 chairs, and a bench, 4 bar stools, and a couch that consisted of 6 separate components. We NEEDED the furniture on 9/25 because we had family visiting from out of state, and we had no living room, dining room, or kitchen furniture. Dawn assured us a 9/25 delivery. The furniture was not delivered on the 25th, and when it finally showed up on the 26th at 8:30pm, they only delivered 4 chairs, the bench, and 2 out of the 6 pieces for the couch (rendering it useless until the remaining pieces arrived). They also brought the table, but had to take it back, since they were missing the legs and hardware. When they finally delivered the remaining pieces for the couch, one recliner was damaged and needed to be replaced. To make a very long story short, Ashley has been to my house 7 times for this one order, and the bench still needs a part to be properly assembled. I was also told that all the couch components would be be connected by one wire and would therefore only require one outlet plug. This has never been honored, nor has the store manager returned my calls. I'm extremely patient and understanding, but this experience has been completely unacceptable. On top of this, no one is on the same page, or, frankly, on the same order. I got several random text messages that my items were scheduled for delivery AFTER I had already received everything. It took the sales associate multiple attempts to get the final order correct. They delivered everything piece-meal and, once again, not on time, as promised. Save yourself the hassles and troubles, and go somewhere else. This all said, their guest services department folks were friendly and tried to help. The delivery drivers were great. Some of the sales people are shady and dishonest...anything to make a sale.

I recently visited the Cedar Park Ashley. We almost didn’t go in because of our memories with the old store. This store is a must shop! I was looking for staging items for our old and new home. It was so much fun! They have so many different styles of furniture and accessories you are bound to find something you like. The store is laid out well for shopping. The staff is hands down amazing! Thank you all for your help. Timothy made my shopping such a great experience. I will not forget it. Thank you all.

This store is slimy. We purchased a couch. It ended up not fitting in the room we were intended it for. The sales rep at this store said he would cancel the order and refund, and that we should see the refund in a week. Customer service called us again trying to deliver the couch. The sales rep never cancelled the order. This place will try to steal your money.

I was over charged $1900 plus $649 for a extended warranty. I had to go into the store to PROVE the money was taken out of my account. I am 65 years old living on social security. It has been a week and I still do not have my money back. They admit I was charged twice and they finally found it on their books yet I still don't have my money. I was informed it will take at least 5 - 7 more days that they keep my money from me. I wish I had never gone into this store as it has been nothing but trouble for me.

I gave a two stars because the sales guy was very nice and helpful. Minus 3 stars no thanks to incompetent delivery driver scheduled for 11am arrival according to the GPS link, 20 minutes later they text me asking for an appointment number,, hello look at the delivery address and he would see it’s a home, then wasted my busy day waiting for them and finally arrived at 6:45pm and still charged me full delivery charges. I should charge them for my time. Hopefully he takes a class on how to use google maps. 🤦🏼
Todde is the best! He helped my husband and I with all questions we had about the furniture we were looking at. We bought 1 piece of patio furniture, but we will be returning for more and Todde will be who we are going to. He made our experience amazing!
Beware with their in store policy. Once the item got delivered you WILL NOT be able to return. We have a pretty bad experience buying a dining table at 700$ ( their Amazon price is 750$ ) and I got the protection plan for 180$. However, my husband changed his mind on getting that so we contacted them to remove it. Ok, what they said was the item would go back up to 899$ if we want to remove that plan(!), so we asked for the price match option on Amazon after that plan is removed (meaning 750$), he said no, THEIR IN-STORE FRANCHISE WILL NOT MATCH PRICE FROM AMAZON, only THE ACTUAL ASHLEY (I believe it Ashley online platform) will give a price match but THEY WON’T.

Tamlyn failed to inform us that they do not do 4th floor deliveries, even after bringing it to her attention multiple times that we did live on the 4th floor. She was eager to sell us a couch and failed to listen to our concerns about purchasing a couch and it not being able to be delivered due to where we live. We waited a month to get this couch delivered only to be told they would not do our delivery. There was no transparency what so ever or honesty about the delivery process.

We went in looking for a recliner. Darrel was very helpful finding options in our price range. We found one we liked but chose the reclining sofa and love seat instead. He never pushed that option which was nice. We just decided that it fit our options better and we had been considering replacing our sofas already.

Larry, the bed expert, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the process of picking out the perfect mattress so easy. His expertise really stood out! Jason, the store manager, was also amazing, helping me choose the best patio furniture and giving me a great deal. Similar to last post by another consumer, absolute worst experience ever. I'm a homebuilder and deal with various suppliers for a living. Was told the items I needed were in stock and would be delivered the next day (when they were needed and this drove the decision for placing my order)...they didn't show up and had I not called to check on status of order I would have never been advised otherwise. Just bad business.
There was an issue with the original order and it may have been a miscommunication but our barstools came as counter height stools so we refused them and accepted the rest of the order. The process to get that fixed has been confusing and it turns out I need to go back to the store to fix this. Table is uneven and there are chairs with legs that are uneven. I’m sure I can fix it but should I have to? First purchase through Ashley and I’m not impressed.
The entire crew at the Cedar Park location were very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. We had two younger boys and our two toddler daughters with us. We knew that we had a certain time window to get out shopping done before our kids would become restless. Staff did a great job in interacting with them to keep them from going crazy. Our sales rep Ashely Lamb was very respectful of our time and got us in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely refer this store to friends and family.
Had the worst experience with the manager at this store ..
I bought couches here to be delivered. My couch was delivered with a hole in the back, and the delivery company refused to take it back. Customer service ordered me a new part but no one ever came to fix it. Then my love seat broke, they sent me a part, and scheduled a tech to repair that but not the back as promised, so the tech couldn’t do the back. He also showed us another broken part on the loveseat, so the ordered that part and scheduled the tech to pull all of the stuffing from the back of the couch and put a new piece of fabric on, but not repair the love seat as the had promised. Now the tech has to come back a third time to to repair the loveseat because they do not care about the customer experience or the junk product they sell at premium prices. Here it is the end of September and I’ve been dealing with this since May when I first received my couches. I would have thought my couches would have lasted longer than 5 mos of minimal use when I bought them. I have asked them several times to just replace them, but they refuse. They are content delivering a broken product and expecting you to spend hours and mos. Of your time trying to get a decent product.

They promise to deliver the items in a week or two, beware - it usually gets delayed by two months if not three and more. Very slow delivery compared to others. Crap customer support.
I went into the store for the first time today and was greeted immediately and asked if there was anything particular that I was looking for. Darraul Middleton took me to see recliners as that was number one on my mind. He showed me all of the recliners with the specifics I wanted and I ended up buying not only the recliner but the matching loveseat and couch as well as a dining room table and chairs that I have been wanting for years! The store is lovely, the staff pleasant and I wasn’t pressured to make a purchase. I highly recommend Darraul and Ashley Furniture in Cedar Park.
Dear Ashley Furniture Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the delivery and installation services for my recent purchase from your Cedar Park location. I recently bought two sofa sets, one swivel chair, and two sets of twin beds, all of which were paid for in advance. Despite several weeks of follow-ups, not all items have been delivered yet. One sofa set was delivered last week, but the two twin beds, which were scheduled for delivery yesterday between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM, arrived after 10:00 PM. The delivery personnel informed me that they would only deliver the items and not install them. This is contrary to our agreement of white glove delivery, which includes removing boxes and trash, placing the furniture in the desired location, and installing it. Due to this, I refused to accept the beds and asked the delivery team to take them back. Throughout the day, I received multiple automated messages indicating delays in delivery times, but no one called to inform me directly. There was no way for me to speak to a representative as the phone system kept redirecting me to automated messages. Is there an email address where your team can be contacted? The phone system does not work. The m/c keep redirecting me to auto options. I understand you guys did for productivity but end customers suffers in this process. After spending ~$5000 , I am still struggling for the basic services. I am extremely upset with this experience and request immediate resolution.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery and Service I purchased 17,000 dollars worth of items including a mattress, bed, electric base, and bunkie boards with white glove service from Ashley, expecting a smooth process, but unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. First the items were delayed and some of the items arrived damaged, and it’s been over a month without resolution. The bunkie boards were delayed and they cancelled the white glove service for them. Claiming it wasn’t “worth it” for them to do the job. Now I’m left having to hire help to lift the base and install the boards myself—despite having full service. Given the poor communication, slow resolution process, and lack of follow-through on the white glove service, I won’t be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. I expected better, and I’m deeply disappointed in their customer service and delivery experience.

I am new return to the Austin-Cedar Park area. I have been living overseas doing volunteer humanitarian service. As such I am renting new apartment and starting from scratch in furnishing it. I went into the Ashley Store and was received by VERY friendly people including two in sales and the store manager. We agreed on the items of purchase, the price ( over $7,000) , the discount, and THE DELIVERY. However, I was surprised the next day to find out that they had planned to deliver on 09/19 instead of the promised date of 09/14… then told part of the bed frame will be missing…. So they expect me to sleep on the floor for how long?????!
If we could do 0 stars then we would!!! This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience EVER in the history of furniture stores!!! From the moment we walked in we told the "sales" person that we would let him know when we were ready and yet here comes another "sales" person to bother us knowing we had already been "greeted"!! We picked out what we wanted and told the guy we wanted everything in the set at least 5 times....including the rug! After finishing the numbers we were informed that he "accidentally" left out the rug! Before that we were told that he would throw in the lamps! BUT NO.....that was not the case!! We ended up having to pay out of pocket for the lamps and rug! The next morning we noticed that the lamps didn't even have the correct top screws for the shades! As for the rug we had to get a floor model and it was supposed to be cleaned and went to pick it up and he said he found one in the back that he supposedly cleaned! If he did we do appreciate it but the fact remains that to many mistakes and misleading information was given!!! We expected better service and quality from Ashley Furniture!!! That's why we went there in the first place!! The only reason we went through with the whole transaction was because of the couch! It was exactly what we were looking for!! We'll see upon delivery tomorrow!!! We feel we need to be compensated for the hassle and gas having to go back and forth!!! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I posted the pics of the lamps and how we received our rug!!! We will NEVER shop at Ashley Furniture AGAIN!!!

We bought a couch from them and it squeaks and creaks like someone put a whoopie cushion in there. For reference I am 150lbs. Tech said that's "standard" and is due to their "innovative cost-saving technology", which uses this stretch fabric instead of springs. Sent him twice for some reason. Nothing he can do and Ashley refuses to stand by their product and at least offer an exchange. And if anyone thinks this is "champagne taste on a beer budget", we have had nicer couches from NFM for 1/2 the price that didn't squeak. Good thing they are coming to the area soon :)
my mother and I were on the hunt for an entertainment center for her living room under the price range of $400. we had visited several places and being that it had to be a certain dimension had no luck. I looked on Ashley furniture site and it said that they had availability for particular entertainment centers that she liked for around three to $400. we went to the Cedar Park location. I made it we were greeted by a very kind, welcoming, African-American young man. I kick myself for not getting his name For this review. We told him what we’re looking for and he directed us to some areas and said that he’d be there if we had any questions let us browse. It wasn’t long before you realized That the items we were looking at were online items and clearance items and the items there were definitely well out of our price range. Approaches again about 510 minutes later ask how things were going we asked if there was a clearance section and explain to him what we were looking at online is kind of what our price ranges and we’re seeing everything’s kind of out of that price range. At this point, most sales associates would make you feel shunned or out of place. he explained that the online store definitely has different items and products and more options for discounts, but he was so super kind and kind of walked us around to see other options and see if maybe he could price match etc. it was clear we didn’t have that kind of money. But he still continued to go out of his way, knowing that he wasn’t gonna get a good commission for us And assisted us all the way up until we were out the door, so thank you. I’ve been in customer service, my whole life and service representatives like that are far between. We have purchased from Ashley before and I definitely will be back to purchase my next furniture item in the future.

I walked in today looking for a mattress for my teenage daughter and was immediately greeted by Larry. He helped me look through the selection of mattresses, keeping in mind my budget and my daughter’s preferences. Larry was extremely helpful, friendly, personable, and not pushy as sometimes salespeople are. I’m very impressed with Larry’s knowledge of all the products and especially how much he cared about the quality of the products. I’m very satisfied with the mattress I purchased and will come back in the future if I have more furniture needs.

I am writing this review after making several calls to the number provided by the store owner in the response with no resolution to the issue of one of the furniture being on hold and nobody at Ashley store or customer service knows why. "DO NOT BELIEVE WHEN THEY SAY WE CAN RETURN ITEMS IF WE DONT WANT THEM UPON DELIVERY" ITS THEIR SWEET LIE. I had a highly disappointing experience with the Ashley Store in Cedar Park. We purchased furniture on July 4th, with a delivery date set for August 21st, the day after moving into our new home. Unfortunately, our furniture was not delivered on time and arrived in two installments with missing items, 10 days later. This delay forced us and our guests to live without any furniture for two weeks. To make matters worse, the delivered items included a damaged king bed, couch, and dresser. Despite being assured by the sales associate that we could return the damaged furniture, the delivery driver refused to take it back. Attempts to resolve the issue with the store manager were met with confusion and rudeness, and our calls were placed on hold for hours, resulting in the delivery team leaving before any resolution could be reached. Additionally, the Ashley customer service team contradicted the store's return policy, leaving us with no clear solution. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional, with poor communication and no accountability from the store staff and customer service. I would not recommend Ashley Store based on this experience.

The sales people in this place are unbelievably annoying. 2 different time I have been here, I have gotten so annoyed from being pestered and swayed away from what I am looking at to try and sell me something I am not even looking for that is 3-10x as expensive. I will never ever come back to this place again. Living spaces is 10000X better with so many options and much better pricing. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here.

Cody went over the paperwork at checkout efficiently and we were good to go in about 30 minutes! I will be going back to look at the numerous other items I saw when I have more time! I recommend Ashley and strongly suggest you seek out Cody!

Dawn U. was wonderful and she took excellent care of us. We bought a full living room set and patio set and she was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would however like to say that Ashley needs to upgrade the technology your sales associates use on those tablet devices. The words and pictures on the screen are microscopically tiny. Even if I had perfect eyesight I couldn’t read it without straining my eyes. Sales associates are trying to tap on tiny little icons to select and add products to the cart and then show them to us. Dawn tried to pinch and zoom to show us the products but it was very difficult. After we transferred to the bigger computer to complete the sale, we noticed that two products added were the wrong ones. But it would have been impossible to tell on the tablet because of how small things are. If you want your sales associates to be empowered and working at their best, you need to provide a mobile friendly version of your tools. Everything about our visit to Ashley was excellent except the experience trying to follow along on the tablets. Please for goodness sake fix it!!! This will benefit both your sales associates and your customers.

That was after 2 rescheduled deliveries. We tried to reject at the front door but the delivery people strong-armed us and said it was too late. We called and left a message to speak with the store manager. That was several months ago. Should I still be watching my phone? Folks, their quality is no different than a sofa in a box at Big Lots!

Horrible experience. We went to look at a Ghost bed that we saw on their website. As soon as we hit the door we had a pushy sales person in our face. We told him what we were looking for. He immediately ushered us back to the Tempurpedic bed section. After a long session of being tested to see what type of bed we needed, I finally said that I wanted to see the Ghost brand beds. After hemming and hawing, he said they don't carry them. A total waste of an hour of our time. Run fast, run far.

Ashley was a true professional in knowing the power sofa and tempur-pedic beds but she was also personal is a way that made us both comfortable. We were very happy with our purchases. BTW, we had gone to another store regarding power sofas and at the last minute we decided to check out another store for sofas and came to Ashley furniture. Bought a great couch today but was miss-led on pricing. The sign on the couch I bought was listed as $1500 but I did not realize that was for the love seat version of the couch. With financing, it came out to $73/month which was fine with me. Not until I was reading my receipt in the car did I realize that the total was almost $5000. I set out today to find an inexpensive couch and ended up tripling what I was hoping to spend. Ultimately it is my fault for not reading carefully but buyer beware of the bait and switch tactics and covert pricing.
Dawn was great! Gave us time to look around and when we were ready guided us to the perfect furniture for our living room. Will be seeing her again soon!

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from Ashley unless you want to have the wrong things sent to you, deal with poor customer service and have to make multiple phone calls to customer service along with multiple store visits. The only thing anyone at the Cedar Park store cares about is the sale. Once that happens they don’t care about anything else. Do yourself a favor, shop for furniture somewhere else.

Visited about a month ago looking for a couch. My sales person was nice but I did feel as if I was at a used car dealership. He was able to lower the couch by I wanted by a couple hundred “but” I had to take the furniture insurance😑. I agree because it still ended up coming out to be about $30 more than what I was willing to pay in the beginning and I had insurance. Delivery was scheduled for July 2. Delivery arrived and coming apart from the seams. Delivery guy called it in saying it was damaged and advised me someone would call me back to reschedule. 8 days passed… didn’t hear from anyone. I called this past Monday to cancel because from the beginning my daughter advised me to cancel from all the “ if you do this, the price will be this” show. I was surprised to be informed that there was a scheduled delivery for July 10. Who confirmed that I asked? Never really got a straight answer but talked in circles asking what day would work better for me. Needless to say. The order has been canceled..but what a total waste of time and energy.

NO RETURN POLICY WITH ASHELY. I’m customer since 2021 purchased for over $ 6000. When I asked for returning only one item due to manufacturing issues and doesn’t fit my living room they won’t and never the sales representative mention that during the purchase. Also, the Soltren Sofa is expensive and the causions are not firm. Again an issue with the coffee table drawer. So the conclusion: their items look great but low quality and overpriced.

Still not resolved. Clearly the owner only responds to positive reviews! Escalated and young lady literally hung up on me when she realized she screwed up again! Wow!

Garbage company with garbage policies. We received a damaged piece of furniture. Then a second, then a third. We asked for a refund, they said "all sales are final upon accepting the furniture". If you get a damaged piece, REJECT it, DO NOT SIGN for it. Send it back. We are now scheduled to receive our 4th delivery of the server/buffet and today I had not heard anything from Ashley about delivery today and when I called to check in they told me delivery was changed to Thursday without any notice to me. They are a disgusting company and do not care at all about your customer experience. I requested my situation be escalated and have been told three times it has been and someone will call me and I never receive a call. Shameful practices and garbage furniture. Avoid this place like the plague!

When my wife and I walked into the cedar park Ashley’s furniture store we went in with the intention of just window shopping. We were approached by Quinn I believe was his name and told him that we were just looking. My wife and I made our way to the mattresses to take a look at them because I recently had back surgery a few weeks ago. That’s when Larry saw us and started talking to us about the mattresses. We told him that we were not going to buy but would appreciate his knowledge on the proper mattress we needed once we were ready. Well needless to say he was extremely knowledgeable and was just so caring to the needs we had we ended up up purchasing a mattress from him. Quinn was also there and he helped with the paper work and we were on our way. We also bought 2 pillows from Larry as well. I can’t wait till our mattress is delivered this week cause I am dying to get a good nights sleep. I only wish that all stores could have more people like Larry who genuinely cared about his customers and took the time to get to know them. Again I can’t say this enough we were not planning on buying anything but because of Larry I really believe we were meant to walk in that day. Thank you Larry for all your help.

After 6 attempts, I’m still waiting for the rest of my furniture to be delivered. It has been since March 8th.
This isn’t about the store or the people there, the people at the store who sold me my sectional were all lovely and knowledgeable. The problem is the sectional. I got one with a chaise lounge on one side. Within hours of sitting on it the cushion started to compress permanently. Within less than 4 months of buying it the cushion was so thin I had to put pillows under it to have any sort of comfort. I contacted the warrenty people starting in January 2024 and in the last 6 months they have sent me the cushion cover, a repair person for something that can’t be repaired and even feet to the couch for some strange reason. I’ve talked to customer service about 18 times and have been lead around in circles with no one seeming to know exactly what they’re doing. I’ve gotten so many conflicting answers and instructions it’s no longer funny. The people are nice but I’m very unhappy with the service itself, not to mention the quality of the sectional.
Purchased two pieces for $3000 and was slide to by the sales person about the furniture being on backorder. Sales associate would not call me back, finally had to cancel the sale.
Disappointed with Mattress Purchase - False Advertising and No Returns I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent mattress purchase from Ashley Cedar Park. The salesperson assured me the mattress was cool-sleeping, perfect for hot sleepers like myself. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a complete lie. The mattress sleeps incredibly hot, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, I was told the mattress was non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This feels like a complete rip-off, especially considering the misleading information I was given. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a mattress from Ashley Cedar Park to do their research and be wary of the salespeople's claims. Look for a store with a clear return policy in case the mattress doesn't meet your expectations.
My delivery was delayed. Also they denied my passport ID. I'm very disappointed because I paid in full the purchase.
Todde helped my husband and I thoroughly choose our new Tempur-Pedic and gave me the time to find/compare living room sectionals to fit our large family. I recently purchased the Floor Piece Platform Bed Frame from Ashley Furniture during a Memorial Day sale, and my experience has been disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, upon picking up the bed frame, I discovered multiple chips on various pieces. Due to the way the bed frame was stored, I was unable to inspect all the pieces beforehand as they were obscured by other items. When I reached out to the store manager regarding the damage, I received no response. I called multiple times and left voice messages, but still no response. I even contacted Ashley customer support, who said they would ask the manager to call me, yet I still received no response. Secondly, Ashley advertised a promotion stating that any purchase over $500 or $600 during Memorial Day weekend would come with a complimentary Stanley bottle. However, despite spending over $750, I was told that this promotion only applied to customers using Ashley financing, a detail that was not mentioned in the advertisement. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor customer service has left me very dissatisfied with my purchase experience.

Worst "Memorial Day Sale" ever. We found a bedroom set we liked. Was quoted 1700. We had 2 more furniture stores to visit then decided on the 1700 set at Ashley. The person was busy so a gentleman in a Dr coat took over for her. He could not figure out where she got 1700 from nor did he ever bother to ask her. He did try his very best to get us the best deal and offered 30% off and 0% financing for 60 months. Even at that price we were more than double the quoted price. We got approved for a card there and after that process he could not get the total to what he quoted. Now instead of double we were looking at nearly triple what we were originally quoted. Do not waste your time in this place as they sadly do not know what they're doing. I'll never be back.

Our experience at Ashley Cedar Park has been great. Our salesman, Larry, was both friendly and knowledgeable. When we called back the next day to place an order , assisted by Cory, the service was quick and easy, including delivery within 2 days! We also had our items assembled by Ashley, however one stool is loose on the swivel mechanism. We will call customer service if we’re not able to resolve this problem ourselves and we have no reason to expect any issues with getting this resolved. Overall a great experience and we love our new bar stools.
I have been looking for furniture for over a month. I have went to every furniture place in Round rock and Austin. I have went to a previous Ashley furniture store as well and was disappointed. I found what I was looking for online, contacted the Cedarpark location. Ms. Carolyn told me to come and she would assist me. It was a breeze and not a hassle. I’m at excited about my furniture.

I gave the sales rep my contact information but said I’d like some time to think about it before committing to purchase. Went in to try to find a dinning set. Larry met us at the door. Great guy and wonderful sales man. Not pushy gave us space when needed and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted.
First time to this Ashley location. Great atmosphere and furniture is presented neatly. We had a great salesperson Joann. She helped us with any questions we had and did not hassle us to get a sale. We ended up buying a sofa and a love seat which was easy and unstressed. Next time we need furniture we will definitely look at Ashley again.

I order a mattress along with a bed base back in November. When it was delivered. I didn’t get the bed base that I had picked out. I talked to Dawn and she got it approved my a manager in December to replace the bed base with the correct one. It is now April and they still haven’t corrected the bed base. I have gone into the store multiple times and talked to Dawn and Corey. I even have called and left messages on Dawn and Corey’s cell phone. I even texted them both letting them know that I still haven’t gotten my bed base replaced. I’m just being told that they have elevated it up and that somebody will call me which never happens. I’m feeling like they are just giving me a runaround. I’m very upset about this. I was excited about buying my first bed and was looking forward to the bed base just for it to not happen. I even spent over 2 hrs in the store picking out the mattress and bed base that I wanted. I’m so frustrated and disappointed with the store and lack of customer service support and care

this company is terrible. I ordered bedroom furniture from them and the wrong dresser was ordered by the salesman. when I receive the delivery I contacted the salesman to let him know it was wrong. he said he would speak to his manager and get it corrected. that was two weeks ago. after numerous calls to the salesman, going to the store to speak with the manager and two calls with customer service i have gotten nowhere. the standard answer is "we are waiting for approval from our home office". I've noticed that they get nothing but bad reviews so it seems to me that they have no interest in their customers after the sale and have no intention of making this right.

I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again the sales person Dawn Umiker was dishonest and unprofessional. She organized a delivery of my furniture that ended up being double what she quoted and I had to help the driver unload. I ended trying to cancel half of my order, Ashley wouldn’t let me speak to a manager, I had to go in. The manager wouldn’t make eye contact with me and refused to get off his phone to give me service. I’m still waiting for my refund. It been a nightmare. I suggest you shop around before choosing this particular store.

Beautiful, clean location with reasonably priced furniture but the customer service approach quite literally ran us out of the store. After explaining to three different people that we were just looking and didn’t need assistance we were approached a second and third time in a five minute span by the same employee after we explicitly stated we would like to be left alone. Harassment isn’t an effective sales tactic.

DONT EVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION- I have been trying to get a refund for several days now and I can not talk to the manager to save my life- I am currently on hold waiting and it’s been over a HOUR! HORRIBLE customer service ! I was told in person guest were more important! This started Thursday it’s now Monday and still nothing! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! And still waiting!

I went to Ashley furniture store in Cedar Park just to get an idea of what Beds they had for there Sale. I had a little idea on what I like but no idea on what I wanted. Joann was the store specialist I was greeted by. I was very impressed with her knowledge of interior design. I gave her a few ideas on what I was thinking about she brought me right to a few options that fit perfectly. She was very informative and help me tremendously with picking out a bed. I was also thinking about a new sofa, again not sure of what I wanted. She listened to what my thoughts were and brought me right to the perfect sofa. The whole time I was there trying to make decisions the rest of the store staff and specialist were very attentive as well. I will definitely going back when I'm ready to add more furniture.

We passed by several furniture stores on the 30 minute drive to Ashley, without stopping of course. I previewed everything online and measured the space but wanted to see the furniture in person before committing. Todd greeted me and showed me the quality of the pieces in a professional, no-pressure way. I am looking forward to delivery and set up next week of my new Raelyn set! Update: the bed rails would not stay fastened so I had to cancel the order and send it all back. The delivery & assembly guys tried and tried to make the hardware that fastens the rails to the headboard stay attached but it just wouldn’t work. One of the guys actually said this is always happening with these beds!

It amazes me that a company can take your money deliver defective product and fail to make it right. I’ve been waiting 6 months for Ashley’s to replace a drawer that will not close on my dresser drawer. I literally have talked to at least 4 departments that told me they would call me back in 24-72 hours. I have never heard back from anyone. I recently discovered they are a franchise store. If I know what I know now I would have never bought from them. If you think I’m the only 1 that’s unhappy look at their BBB reports 1.08/5. Say anymore

I bought a living room set for my girlfriend as well a bedroom set in October 2023. They delivered the living room set and took their time and made sure we were pleased which we were. When they delivered the bedroom set that threw it together and never completely assembled it. The right 2 drawers wouldn’t close. We contacted the store and were able to speak to a representative after 35 minutes on hold. We were transferred to 3 different departments. We have scheduled 3 times for them to return. They never showed except for the last time, but unfortunately we left after they were 2 hours late and never called. We had reservations in San Antonio, so couldn’t stick around not knowing if like the first 2 times and never showed, not even a phone call. We did get a phone call from them after they didn’t show and we left. They said because we were a no show, mind you we left 2 hours after our set appointment, they would need to reschedule 3 weeks out. This will mean we will go 12 weeks without drawers that close. I used the Cedar Park store.and would never recommend them for any purchases. The manager was about as much help as the quick talking sales woman both useless. Go to any other furniture except them you will be disappointed if you go to Ashley’s in Cedar Park. IT HAS NOW BEEN 6 MONTHS AND NO RESPONSE! 3-12-2024. They arrived with the wrong dresser. They offered to give us $250.00 and we keep the old one. Just what we want take $250.00 and live with the 2 bottom right side drawers not opening for 6-7 years. Really. It’s now been 6 months.

The one thing I did not like was once you sign up for Email it is virtually impossible to get them to take you off their email distribution list. Received email every single day despite repeatedly unsubscribing to their list.
I qlready knew what i wanted when i went to Ashley store. When i licated the couch, it was exactly like what i saw online & it was as comfortable as I imagined. Josh was working yhat evening and was lucky winner who got to deal with me. (LOL) Josh was extremely nice & very efficient. Didn't take long to purchase the couch & schedule the delivery. The day of the delivery, I was given a nice surprise as they were able to deliver it much sooner than they first estimated. Look forward to find the "I know it when I see it" piece with Ashley.
The salesman was very nice and helped me with the financing, but waiting for everything to be finished took longer than I had anticipated and in that time I changed my mind. My salesman we NOT happy I changed my mind however that is my prerogative. Overall, I would definitely go back and make a purchase when ready.

After they called the store, the salesperson instructed the delivery guys to it together for me…and they were excellent and professional in how they handled everything! Beware they will try to sell you the damaged products. We had to return bedroom set 3-4 times and every time came damaged. So frustrating. They don't even deserve a single star. Extremely disappointed with the service.
Bad service. Incompete sales personnel as well as manager. Placed charge on wrong account, after over 3 weeks still has not been. Corrected. No customer service at all levles corporate management on down.
Ordered a bedroom set from Cedar Park Ashley. Initial delivery took three weeks, and half the items were damaged. First driver argued but eventually took everything back. Second attempt a week later, a different driver showed the bed was damaged; three out of four items are damaged. Uncertain when I'll receive an undamaged set. Overall, a frustrating experience.
If google has less than one star I m giving them. Lots of problems first send wrong product.no communication.waited 1 and half months and cancel my order. Never shop ever there in my life

Absolutely the best salesperson I’ve ever met! Definitely ask for Isaiah @ the Cedar Park location. If I wasn’t already very pleased with my purchasing experience, the delivery folks managed to take it up another notch. The delivery was to my Dad’s new care facility & was going to be delivered directly there. When I gave the facility a heads up just 3 days before delivery, I was reminded that they can’t take deliveries on weekends despite being open. YIKES! We called the delivery company immediately. With only 2.5 days notice they were still able to adjust our delivery date out a couple days so that the delivery could be accepted. All of it was handled in a very accommodating & professional manner. Thank you, Isaiah & Ashley CP & your delivery providers, for making this experience as pain & hassle-free as possible. You never know what someone is going through at any time. If you are always striving for excellence of this caliber, you are well prepared to be able to minimize the stress of buying & receiving furniture, even in the midst of a client’s personal upheaval. Tl:dr - Ashley CP handled a furniture purchase, & even the delivery, with such professionalism & communication that I felt NO additional stress in the middle of the most difficult time of my life. Todd our salesman was fun but also attentive. We were shopping for a couch for our daughter’s first apartment. He made her the center of attention and made sure she was happy with her choice. Update:I’ll never buy another thing from Ashley furniture again. After calling for service under our protection plan for furniture from a previous purchase I have found I’ve been taken advantage of. They sell you on a plan that you can call to repair damages or if you’ve not needed that protection plan at all they’ll honor a cleaning. That is entirely wrong. I urge everyone to not buy into the protection plan as it is of no value. What you pay for the plan you can easily pay for cleaning yourself for less or possibly a repair depending on the situation. I had to call the former protection plan company for my sofas and found out they will come and clean the one small spot and not the even the entire cushion. After finding this out after our recent purchase of a new sofa for my daughter I called the new protection plan company they now use. I found out they you call in for a stain they will send you a kit to clean yourself. Then if that doesn’t work they’ll send a technician out. For $200+ I’d rather not. Not worth the money. I called the store twice to have the protection planned canceled. The first time the manager was busy and I was told he would call me back. I waited a couple days and never received a call. I attempted a second time and was told he was not available but it would be taken care of. It’s been a couple weeks and now the sofa was delivered last Friday. I’ve now found out that it was never removed off my invoice. And I found this out after having to call for replacement because the sofa was delivered with a stain on it. I was told today that the store would be contacted on my issue but I also let them know I would be visiting the store in person since I can’t take them at there word. Stayed tuned for the next update on how this will be handled.

Unbelievably terrible and dishonest company. Furniture arrived damaged and has yet to be replaced/fixed. Going on 4 months. Financing was dishonest about rates in store vs online and it took months to even get an answer on why.

No customer service at this store. Bought furniture, delivered. Found that they financed incorrectly. I went to store when opened at 7AM and Store Manager, British Woman, who would not give name or card. Stated they were too busy today, for me to return, should come back next week. Stated we only do sales, told me to contact Customer Service. I contacted Customer Service which did not open until an hour later, when I did call at 8AM, I reached an Omar and he said they did not do this. So, not sure what he knows, or even if this was Customer Service. What a 3-ring service. Can't say I will purchase anything from them ever again and will search for the right number to reach people who know what they are doing so I can return and purchase somewhere else.

I split my score: 5 stars for Joshua my salesman, he was kind and authentic. I can tell Joshua really enjoys helping people. 1 star for Ashley corporate. While shopping, I got the feeling that management must have created a somewhat toxic workplace environment. It’s no fault of the employees, but corporate clearly must focus so heavily on competition, that the customer takes the fall and is ultimately denied a quality customer experience.

This is the most awful experience I had in my furniture purchase history. If there is negative star, I wouldn't hesitate to give to this store. Everything was wrong in the whole process. I bought only one full size bed and mattress from this store. Was told expect a delivery within two weeks. I waited two whole months' to get it. Since they told me I have to buy the "Pro Installation" to get the warranty which I did. however the pro installation turned into a nightmare. the deliver day, two guys came to the house to install the bed who almost bend the bedframe. finally got to the finishing point trying to put the slats on and find out there are missing screws. then they told me because of this I have to schedule another service to finish the install. they will let the store know the missing parts. stay with me, we are not finish yet. they ordered the screw. however since I wasn't trust them at this point, so I went to the store by my own and checked the sample they have in the store and found out they missed out the center reel bar to hold the slats instead of the screws those installer told me. Then the store guy helped me order the center reel bar in the store which I pointed out to him from the sample bed. Haha guess what, the delivery came two days after which is the wrong part again, not the screws, not the reel bar. but the slats. Well at this point, I really want to return the whole thing. but you can tell it's not worth it with the hassle. so I decided to ask them again to deliver the right missing item the third time. which they did. At this moment right now, I am still wait the technician to come fix the rest of installation they left. it's almost more than 3 months to get one full size bed. still not finished yet. I swear I will stay as further as possible from this store, it will be on top of my black list for ever. Hope my real experience learned can save the rest of people some time. and make it little easier than this.
Sales person and manager were great to work with. The assistant manager, Jennifer, almost lost you the sale. You need to keep her away from customers. Not only does she have a bad attitude, she was not professionally dressed.
We bought Ashley recliner sofa set and on the day of delivery we observed some damage. On the day of the delivery we informed that there is a damage. Instead of replacing the furniture they sent replacement parts which are damaged and not matched. Saw enterprises technician he came after 2.5 months (multiple reschedules happened saying technician is not available) . Finally saw enterprises technician came and he mentioned that parts which are sent by Ashley are damaged and he mentioned he is going to recommend replacing the furniture . Again Ashley didn’t listen and they sent one more replacement parts. For the saw enterprises we have to wait for 2 more months and with multiple reschedules. If we go to store about this issue , they are not caring to know about our issue and they are saying call to that number , we are out of people here . They care about only sales. This is keep on going on from past 5 months. This is worst service I have ever seen . We will never buy Ashley products again. I will recommend all of my friends to not to buy in Ashley.

We recently bought over $5000 worth of furniture from Ashley in Cedar Park. It was a good experience through the purchase, but customer service after the sale has been non-existent. I had an issue with the delivery schedule and no one with their "Customer Response Team" could help. I went into the store and the manager Tamlyn took my number and said she would all the warehouse and get back with me...crickets...no call!!! My furniture took 3 weeks to arrive. The second issue was regarding the extra warranty they sell when you buy furniture. I bought a modular sofa and wanted the pieces that are electric/motorized covered. I was told there were two power recliners so i got those covered. Turns out three of the pieces were power. When i went in to purchase the warranty on the 3rd piece as well as one additional (non power) section to my couch...there was no question about whether that could be done. We recently bought over $5000 worth of furniture from Ashley in Cedar Park. It was a good experience through the purchase, but customer service after the sale has been non-existent. I had an issue with the delivery schedule and no one with their "Customer Response Team" could help. I went in there and specified that I was on a budget and looking. Felipe if I remember his name came off very confident laid back and cool. Even vaped while sitting on the merchandise we were thinking about purchasing. But there was a mistake after mistake with this man. He kept taking my license and debit card and holding onto it for a while. His Manager Timothy accompanied him but clearly felt like his job was to criticize the fun of him, rather than knowing that he was making mistakes and trying to fix them he did not. There was a lack of communication to what I was going to pay per month lease agreement that was signed by him and not me money that was taken out of my account because I didn’t sign an agreement that said there was a payment coming out. There was so many problems I had to cancel everything I did get my refund but the experience makes me never wanna go back to that. Ashley store.
We went to Ashley looking for furniture. We looked around and found 2 chest of drawers we were interested in. All the salesmen were on their phones not paying attention so we went to another furniture store. We couldn’t find what we wanted at that store so we went back to Ashley. Walked right past a saleswoman who was leaning against some furniture on her phone. She never even looked up. Another salesman was sitting a recliner on his phone. I walked up to the customer service desk and there were 5 salesmen chatting. I asked if someone would mind helping me purchase 2 chests of drawers. The salesman who helped us was nice enough. The checkout process was very lengthy as the tablet wouldn’t connect to the pin pad. He had to enter our order twice. All of the furniture is engineered “wood” and looks and feels very cheap. We will not be back.

when you shop at Ashley they are so helpful and accommodating but after you purchase that all changes. The Cedar Park Texas store manager Named "T " is the most snide and rude human I have ever dealt wit. Ashley must set the bar for managers very low. My advise is don't shop at Ashley.

Ashley has always been our one stop furniture shop as long as we lived in Illinois. After moving to Austin, had horrible experience with a Ashley store here and had taken 3 months for the guest relations to come up with solution. I decided to walk-in to Cedar Park stores this time and Mr.Timothy, the Store Manager gave me the best of solutions. He could have easily told he isn't responsible for my problem as my issue was with product purchased in another Ashley store in Austin but he handled it so well and patiently found solution for which I have been following up with customer service for months. I will definitely return to this location for all my future purchases. Thank you very much Mr. Timothy and Joshua!

We were greeted by an Ashley staff member when we entered the store. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and knew we would be there for a while to take everything in. Our salesman, SE was courteous and not pushy at all. He introduced himself and left us, but was available to answer questions we had. An hour into our visit (and still undecided), the manager (T) said hello as she was adjusting the bedding on a bed near where my husband and I were sitting. We asked about the furniture overall at Ashley. We were met with a lot of information that was important to me, and answers to questions I hadn't thought of. We were sold! The staff (all of the staff we encountered) were all helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and none of them were pushy. We had plenty of time and space to figure out what we wanted. I recommend this store. We decided on our own, but with information that made the decision easy.

Timothy, who I believe is the manager at the Cedar Park location, did an outstanding job. He lifted me 250% of my anticipated budget, increased my monthly anticipated monthly payment by almost 400%, and reduced my interest free term from 5 years to 3. That being said, I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and should get, and couldn’t be happier! He was very pleasant, professional and entertaining. I would highly recommend you keep him and reward him for a job well done.

Joshua gave us a warm greeting at the door and didn’t push a hard and fast sale. He informed us with knowledge and honesty (something hard to come by these days) on the 2 sets of furniture we were considering so that we could make an educated decision. In the end we choose the Olsberg collection which we are very happy with. Firm seating so you don’t sink in and have a hard time getting back up. The backs are firm, not hard, so you can actually feel the support in your lower back. I consider us average size people and when we sit down our feet are comfortably on the floor. Joshua made our shopping experience relaxing and very enjoyable. I highly recommend dealing with him and we will definitely be back to work with him in the future. Overall very good staff was helpful but like everything else these days way over priced I just hope what I purchased a (dual recliner loveseat and a king size thermal Pedi adjustable bed) will give me many years of trouble free enjoyment. You would think spending over $6,000.00 on a bed and over $2,500.00 on a love seat you would at least get a pillow or a set of sheets or throw in that white glove delivery. I can’t say much about the quality of the furniture yet it has not been delivered yet. FYI I am over 60 years old and this is the first I have purchased new furniture.
Waiting for the order to be correctly delivered for 3 months now. May 23 - Aug 23 Bed was delivered with incorrect parts, so they were unable to assemble it & a damaged night stand. New parts were delivered in Aug & technician came in, again incorrect parts, so nothing can be done. Today they informed the correct parts will come in September(4 months by then), still they don't say an exact date & refuse to communicate any of these on email. Many hours wasted on call with hours on hold without proper answers. Looking at other reviews now, it seems many people have faced the exact unpleasant experience.

Not happy with the service. Got a part of the order and missing the remaining parts. They rescheduled the delivery 3 times already. They said it can take 2-16 weeks. I want to do a refund and was told it cannot be refunded as I received part of the order. Not happy with the service at all. I don't write negative reviews but this is indeed is not a pleasant experience.
I ordered a bedroom set in final sales (purchase as it is) from last available stock in store. I received entire set within a week except a side stand that came after 3 months. Not sure why it took them so long to deliver the item that is available in stock.

Had a surprisingly great experience. Usually furniture store staff are aggressive. Had a fantastic sales person who was not pushy, but who offered help as I needed it. I was in and out quickly without waiting several weeks for delivery.
This store and Ashley in general deserves zero star. I was told my order would be delivered in 2 weeks. It’s been 4 four weeks and no news in my order. All information given by the reps (chase and Dawn)are not true. They would do anything to sell and hesitant to process a refund. They just keep tossing you between the store and customer service. I have spent up to two hours on the phone trying to do an online order as I was told by an online chat agent a store person could help with online orders. I have talked to 5 different individuals who cannot completey order, have tried two links to pay fory order..they did not work. Update Delivery today and it was not what we asked for during purchase. They claimed the sale was correct but it was not what we thought we were buying. They would only make good for more money. Seems like bait and switch tactics. Buyer beware.
Purchased over $7000 worth of Furniture in February for delivery in April at our new home in Illinois. Sale went fine but two items were not delivered. Store will not talk to us. Sales person is always with a customer and the Store Manager is always at lunch when we call. We have filed a dispute with the credit card company and documented with the Texas Attorney General. After the sale service does not exist. Find a different store!

Return or exchange is not an option which is dumb!! I have bought from Rooms to Go for years and should have stuck with them instead!! They actually take GREAT care of you and are quick about repairs or even better sending you a replacement or reselection!! I will definitely stick to Rooms to Go from now on!! We're told by the people who helped us finance the mattress that we would be getting a credit after our account. Then told by the store Manger that nope they can't do anything tale it up with cooperate. Train your staff better.
Store ordered wrong furniture and conveniently redirected us to "post sales" department to request a replacement. Been waiting for 10 days for the post sales to do their job. Wasted several hours of calls and store visit for getting the wrong order replaced. I didn't check the reviews of Ashleys online before making the purchase. If you are checking, beware! They'll show you something else and charge you before delivering something else and probably harass you for a few weeks before you give up and accept the wrong delivery for the wrong price. Fraudulent furniture store.

Buyers beware!!! Extremely disappointing experience. Went in looking for living room furniture. Found a leather sectional we liked. Offered to pay cash and it was requested we do financing so we did. 2 weeks pass, I have received the card and logged in to set the account up authorized charge for 4k+ of our order. Haven't heard a word from Ashley about delivery so I walk into Ashley on Whitestone, I'm told "somehow the system canceled your order and this can happen." I ask can I purchase the floor model. The manager's response, "No, I can't sell you the floor model plus it's being discontinued." When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told "I don't have one." Interesting. I will never do business with Ashley...ever.
I was impressed with the salesmanship because there was no high pressure whatsoever. My sales guy answered my questions. Did the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Delivery will be sooner rather than later. The store itself is well laid out, neaten clean and bright.

It has been the worst experience so far. At the time of sales they were super helpful and i expected the same post sales. But the story has been polar opposite. I bought furniture for our new home , the furniture came with a lot of chipped edges and i was tild not to accept if that happens(by the sales staff). The delivery guys didnt accept that and said we will deliver and take pics and i will have to call ashley for servuce ticket after 2 hours. Had to chase 2 days to get a service ticket in. And it has been 1 month since then no contacts. I haven been chasing daily and for the first 20 days(no joking) they said their systems are down and since then no response in chat or email. Some delivery(fedex /ups) came and delivered some replacement parts(i had to figurw that out myself as ashley did not tell me it woukd be coming through) 20 days back and its been lying in my garage since. I have tried all methods to get in touch with them but to no avail. It has been the most unprofessional experience yet.NEVER AGAIN! Additional updates: Had to follow up for 3 weeks to get through and when i finally got through , we outsource the repair (for furniture that was delivered chipped) and its my fault that i accwpted it coz as per contract once i accept it , it cant /wont be replaced or returned. They asked to work directly with the outsourced repair team to get a schedule. That took another 2 weeks and when they finally came they realised ashley had sent the wrong parts because they never bothered to come chck what was wrong or look at the pics. So basically after 1.5 months of buying the furniture (new and paying full price) i am left with chipped funiture with non one to follow up with. This company is a scam BEWARE
We went in the store intending to look around for ideas for our home. We met Larry, asked a few questions and his expertise about mattresses and how they related to our health led us to purchase a new one. His professionalism and his knowledge were so helpful to our decisions to buy.
Worst service and experience ever. I ordered accent cabinet and coffee table from Cedar park Ashley store but coffee table was damaged, so we declined delivered for it. We accepted Accent cabinet but later found out that the shelves were wobbly and didn’t properly fit. They have 72 hours policy to report this, I reported in 2 hours and they agreed for an exchange. The exchange took forever like a month to be delivered. While we were waiting for accent cabinet, The coffee table arrived but the delivery was so late around 10:30 PM (this isn’t good delivery time and unacceptable), we weren’t able to accept this. I went to store to talk to Manager Timothy who sold us the furniture and was friendly at first and said he would compensate for some amount due to such inconvenience. The accent cabinet finally was scheduled to be delivered and it had same problem as first one. The delivery guys tried to fix it for 45 mins and gave up, so I decided to decline delivery as it has same issue. The coffee table this time also had some paint issue and delivery guy put a marker on paint. I decided to talk to Timothy again that it’s been 1 and half month and I am not getting quality furniture I expect so I would like to not get this delivered anymore. He wasn’t happy about it and lied to us that there won’t be any compensation applied(he changed his mind). He said it wasn’t approved even thought he’s manager there. TBH I cared much about cabinet furniture getting picked up. He didn’t service us properly as he knew we weren’t going to get furniture anymore. At lease we felt that way and got very defensive about policy. As per policy I can exchange for anything else in store, so we got some minimal thing and waiting for wobbly shelves cabinet to be picked up to get refund. My issue is I have called customer service 7-8 times (30 mins avg time per call) and some associates say we can’t verify you have made exchange while some false promise the date that it will get picked up, some say they created ticket for store manager to be approved and truck being sent, some just put phone on hold and eventually hang up. I am tired of following up to customer service and store as both blame each other and no one takes ownership to resolve this issue. I never got quality furniture and I will still have to pay hefty shipping fee for nothing. I wonder how this is number 1 furniture store in the US??? I highly suggest to avoid this store because once you get stuck in loop like me there’s seem like no way out. It’s been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for cabinets to be picked up from my home. This is worst customer service I have ever experienced in life.
Came in looking for a couch and found one we liked. One associate told us that the couch wouldn’t be available for months, so we start to walk away, then another salesperson shows up and says “no that guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about, you’d get it in 7-10 days”. He was adamant. So after the generic sales person “oh I have to ask my manager, he never does this” bull, we agreed to a mildly discounted price around 2,300. We went through the credit option assuming they would request around 3k for our credit, but no they requested $10,000 (and attempted to request more but were denied). We didn’t find this out until our Ashley card came in the mail. They never asked us, and we never approved that, but they just do what they want there. Don’t trust this place, the give you fake smiles, fake prices, and are completely dishonest in their sales practices. We can’t even cancel the card without it hurting our credit. Don’t fall for their lies and shady moves.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of this store by phone for weeks and I cannot get through. I went in person to check the status of my order and they said their system was down. It’s been a few weeks since and still can’t get through. It’s been 3 months and my ottoman has still not been delivered!
Bought a dresser here back in December, arrived in January with a broken, incorrectly installed drawer. Have been having a back and forth for the last 6 months trying to get it fixed, and after 2 technician visits to my apartment they still haven't fixed it, and frequently ghost me. The store also doesn't answer their phone. The repair is literally 2 mounting screws should take 30 seconds. Will never buy from here again. Filed a complaint with the BBB, as I don't know what else to do at this point. EDIT: Ashley furniture has since contacted me and fixed this issue, happy with the dresser now!

Edit to Original 5-star review: We spent $6,100 and were supposed to get white glove delivery. The furniture was delivered and "assembled" today. The guys didn't have the right tools and we're asking me for tools. The legs on the sofa and love seat were only hand tightened and left very loose. One leg on the sofa was missing a bolt and the other was left loose. When I went to move the sofa the bracket that holds the leg bent. Tried to call the store and their phones don't work. Tried to use the chat feature on the website and they couldn't find my order. Supposedly someone from the store is going to call me. How frustrating to spend so much money and have such a terrible experience. I now have a sofa flipped on its back that can't be sat on! Original review: Austin helped us in finding the right dining room table, sofa, loveseat, and recliner for our new house. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to buy. I'm sure we will be back!

I recently had a pretty disappointing experience while trying to purchase a couch and mattress at Ashley Furniture. I was really excited about finding the perfect pieces for my home, but things took a frustrating turn. I had done my homework and found some great deals online for the same items on the Ashley website. So, I politely asked the staff if they could price match with their own online prices. To my dismay, they flat out turned down my request without any real explanation or attempt to accommodate me. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer and wondering why they couldn't offer a more flexible and customer-friendly policy. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm not sure if I'll be returning to Ashley Furniture in the future.

It too took four times for your store to send the right furniture to my condo. We bought in Nov of last year and just got our purchases completed. Each trip required a few hours out of my day. I tried calling the Cedar Park store and the Mgr REFUSED ago take my call. We finally went in the store and the English woman mgr was very very rude and condescending to me and my wife. She actually told my wife “calm down” and she was not being out of control at all. The sales rep behind she was apologizing and she shook her head for him to stop. Yes, I called her out on that. I like your products but we never buy from you again.
I recently had a stroke and couldn't go to the store. My wife and son went to the store in Georgetown Texas. They found what they liked and ordered a couch. Was told the delivery date of May 10th. On May 9th my wife called the store to verify delivery and was told the date would be a week later than originally told. Please don't let us down.

Shopping at Ashley has been the worst experience ever. We decided to return an item that we were not happy with within 24 hours but were given the run around for 2 months by the ‘ Guest Response Team ‘ until I filed a complaint with BBB. After having denied a return / exchange repeatedly , they then offered an exchange , which I was okay with. When the time came to make the exchange , they cancelled/ rescheduled the delivery three times without informing me. I had to call and check with them every time only to find out that they pushed the date out another week. I understand delays can happen but don’t give your customers the run around. Also , their store prices are at least 15-20% more than what is online and they don’t disclose that unless you ask them to price match. All in all , avoid this place if sanity and peace of mind are important to you. You can find better quality items at more affordable stores that care about their customers.

My wife and I visited Ashley Furniture Store in Cedar park. We were very impressed with how helpful Tim was. We went in the store unsure of what we wanted and whether we were even ready to buy, and Tim showed us examples on the floor and on the Ashley’s website until we found exactly what we wanted!
Only pro: 1) The sales guy was kind and not pushy, hence the 2 stars Cons: 1) This is a franchise based store and separate from actual original Ashley stores or the online store. While our budget was low leading to less options we did like a piece which was marked almost 50% over the online price 2) this is the first store where prices aren’t obvious and you have to search n assume 3) first store that refuses to give a quote and make no effort to make one unless you are ready to buy 4) they said 25% off entire store but how can online n store prices be to ridiculously different? The price match was done and no discount was applied. 25% off wasn’t really deal 5) They offered a protection plan for 5 years for almost 40% of the actual product cost online Outcome: Ordered the exact product for 50% of the Ashley store price from Amazon with free hassle free delivery.

Everyone here was super friendly, couple people even helped me get set up with a new mattress and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. Hasn't even been a week and I feel like my sleep is totally changed for the better.
We purchased a couch from Ashley a few years ago and loved it. Maybe it's just this Ashley furniture, but they became extremely rude and frustrated with us when we asked simple questions about couches we could purchase and pick up today because we currently don't have any furniture. They hung up on us and we thought it was a mistake, so we called back and as soon as they heard it was us, they hung up again. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs.
I'm a pretty nice level-headed guy, but these guys on two occasions were very rude and went back on agreeing to price match once they found out we were going to pay cash and got rude, then they wouldn't let us buy a clearance love seat unless we bought the whole set lol. Take your business elsewhere if you can.
Extra unnecessary inquiry on my credit after I ask your salesman that I only want one inquiry in my credit!!!! After I left the store and got the notifications for the inquiries than try to call your store for 2 hours and no answer than I had to come back to the store and store manager has no clue about inquiries and telling me that the salesman spent too much time with us (if we had to pay him for his time)

The furniture is very pretty, and we found a bed that we loved. I would appreciate a little bit more honesty when it comes to the pricing. I was told the bed was one price which I was very pleased with but then when the paperwork went through, I didn’t realize that the side rails and footboard were priced separately and that there was a protection plan… Supposedly, if you don’t use the plan within a certain amount of time allotted, then you get a gift certificate, but that’s I think several years down the road. So the price of my bed was about $450 more than I expected. I really liked the bed and so I went ahead and purchased it but I would’ve liked them to be a little bit more forthright with the pricing.
Tim Tyler was great to work with. He was never pushy and just answered all our questions. Very nice man! One of the best experiences in a very long time! We will be back for sure!

I asked about a Military discount and they offered me 25% off a purchase around $3500-$4000 but they were really pushing the protection plan on me. I told them I didn’t need the protection plan since I don’t have kids or pets and then all of a sudden they pulled the discount away. The whole deal was contingent on me agreeing to a $600 protection plan. I guess there really wasn’t a military discount, it was do this and get that. The two male employees were trying to make the sale but the female working is the one that pulled the discount since I didn’t want the protection plan. Such deceptive practices at this Ashley.
Cabinet was received broken and I have been waiting over a month with a half built cabinet to get replacement parts since they won’t return the cabinet. Terrible customer service.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this place. We have been planning to get furnitures for quite a while and one time we were close to the store so went ahead and visited it. We bought several furnitures and the sales lady, who was nice and helpful, kept on saying “don’t blame me if it wont get delivered on this date”. Since we bought a lot of things, she has repeated this like 5x. And now I know why, and it is because she knows that the delivery is such a mess. They keep on pushing the delivery even if it was confirmed and they will not even notify you. When you call their customer service, the people are not even apologetic about the delay. They made it sound that it was your choice to buy from them so deal with it! Up until now they have not delivered the last batch of furniture. Its almost 2 months! NEVER AGAIN!

This franchise affiliated with Ashley is not a real Ashley store and has higher prices and absurdly bad customer service. I got a bedframe that was slow to ship and when I opened it had factory defects (extra holes in the middle of the piece) as well as didn't match what on the floor. When brought the piece in to resolve it, the employee behind the counter wouldn't see me to 20 minutes, insulted me and proceeded to do nothing to help get a repair expedited through Ashely's Kafta-esq processes. I learned he was the manger?! He asked me "Why is it our problem if you are temporarily out of town?" implying that no one should get furniture from this store their vacation home. Other employees were more helpful but all I have now are bad feelings, a charge contest and a bunch of boxes of "wood" in my bedroom that can't be built into a proper bedframe. Avoid!!!
Horrible! 4 different delivery dates. Can not talk to anyone that knows what is happening. I was told if I want information on my delivery or other questions, I have to go back to the store. Ridiculous!
Have you ever been told that you have to stop and explain to the manager why you aren’t purchasing something before leaving a store? Well, if you want that experience, stop by Ashley’s furniture. Needless to say, I didn’t stop and explain anything to anyone. Also, don’t take their “one day deal” of applying for a credit card and getting 20% off. They will give you 20% off alright, but that will reduce the interest free period to half of the posted timeframe. They won’t tell you that up front either. They will make it sound like you get the 20% off and have no affect on the interest free period. Unfortunately this place has sales people that define the typical definition of a pushy sales person. You can save your generic copy and paste, lack of customer service, response. I don’t need it.

Horrible Experience and Rude customer service.I booked my bed ,dressing table in November 2021 and received damaged items.Please see pictures attached.They sent replacement items 4 times and took them back without delivering as the replacement items were also damaged.Still I am waiting for replacement items in 2023.when I contacted them recently,I was shocked when they told me that the items were already replaced as per the notes on my profile.They will not refund once items were sold. PLEASE STAY AWAY From ASHLEY.I am still fighting for the replacement items from Last 1 year. Hopeless and don’t know what to say….I am giving 0 STARS.
This stores never answered. They delivered a wrong item. Opened an er number and closed it. I have to drive to their store because nobody i repeat nobody is picking up the phone!!
We were shopping for a mattress and bed and found both at Ashley. Our sales rep, Durraul, was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was patient while we worked through the mattress selection and located the bed. All of the people at the store were great. In addition, the prices for the bed and mattress were within our expectations. We are very pleased and recommend doing business with the Cedar Park store.

Have bought from Ashley in the past and been satisfied, but this recent purchase has been terrible. Bought four pieces of NEW furniture on Dec 2. They were delivered on Dec 9 - 3 new in the box and 1 not. I guess they shipped me a floor model or return. 3 of the 6 drawers don’t close properly. Instead of picking it up and giving me a new one like I paid for, they are trying to schedule a repair and the earliest they can come is Jan 16th. Tried customer service but they said there was nothing that could be done. Never accept unboxed items from them because you’ll be stuck with it. Lessons learned.

I walked in there yesterday but none of the sales team was around. Maybe they are in the holiday spirit. I prefer stores that are a bit more welcoming and have a chance to get answers to my questions. For instance, I needed to order something but wasn't sure if it was free shipping so I had to go to their online website to learn more which negates the point of being in store. In terms of furniture collection I wasn't satisfied - not much of mid century modern items I was looking for.

They gave me this number 206-203-5109 from Rep Ashley H. I called and it went straight to a recording to press one for help then cuts off to just leave a message. I have called numerous s and nothing. I am done trying to work with this company. I am trying to save you the trouble. Honest. Purchased a kitchen table, leather recliner, loveseat, sofa, and bar stools. The loveseat looked like it was used with rusted dirty cup holders. And the delivery guy ripped the leather removing the plastic. We purchased these items at the beginning of OCT 2022, yet here we are. Ashley furniture store has decided to fix the problem. They sent me a seat cover for my brand-new leather sofa and new cup holders. What a joke! LOL. Ridiculous. This is what they decided to do with my Brand-New furniture. WOW! Don't do it, don't even go to this store run away. *WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*

Stuck with damaged furniture. Called immediately to advise of the damage. Took my info but never came to repair it. Unable to get thru to speak with anyone. No one answers calls and when they do pick up they hang up. Worst experience purchasing, what I thought was a good company. At the store, they were super nice and great salespeople. My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. I wish I would have believed the reviews. This place is the worst.

I was told $129 for shipping and installation. Nothing was mentioned about protection plans. And than later I was told that my shipping & installation cost went down to $69. Sales person said he never said that. Was absolutely not happy with that experience. I don’t think sales person was knowledgeable about that.

My experience at this store : 1 :There seems to be a disconnect between the sales persons and the in store management . 2: The store manager and his team are not effective or competent when it comes to customer service or supporting their sales teams . 3:The sales people are quite friendly and helpful but do not seem able to use the systems which seem to be slow and buggy and they seem have no support - probably due to # 1 & 2 above We had placed an order for a floor model that was eventually resold at the store ( we were not aware till we called multiple times and eventually had to go into the store ) - they helped get us a refund and an alternate order but the delivery kept getting pushed out beyond what was promised . We eventually ended up canceling our orders after a difficult conversation with their phone support We've decided to never shop at Ashley again given the disappointing experience at this store 2 stars but mainly for the sales team taking initiative in trying to find a path forward

Absolutely the worst possible experience I've ever had with a company. Avoid Ashley like the plague and buy from a different company that sells their furniture. Once they have your money, they will do nothing to help you. The customer service is horrid. Try calling this store's number and check their extensions. Only their sales line ever worked for me. They were always disconnected. Absolutely awful.
It took me 5 months to get my bed, and when it was finally delivered it came with no hardware (screws). Now they’ve opened a ticket to mail it to me and if I can’t do it myself (I can’t) they’ll schedule someone to come and do it. Wow. So basically 6 months waiting on a bed. Absolutely ridiculous, everyone I spoke to from customer service to management said the same thing to me - that they’d also be upset and not shop here. They’re hustlers, try to get items off the showroom floor but literally the minute it’s off there’s no communication with the distribution center or delivery.

And folks if you are fortunate enough to visit this location, you have to meet Bill. He's the store mgr and he's a riot. You will LOVE this location in Cedar Park on Whitestone. Sadly Ashley has been giving us the run around on our order for weeks. We ordered a table and chairs beginning of Oct and paid up front, no financing. We were given an estimated delivery date of Nov 1. After no communication we called on Nov 2 and were told the chairs were in but not the table and the table was slated to arrive in the warehouse on Nov 11. We called again on Nov 11 as we didn’t hear anything and were told that actually they didn’t have the table or the chairs and it would be about 5-7 more weeks. When we asked how reliable that was they said no guarantees. We asked what was the furthest out we could get it and they would still be holding in to our money. We were told there wasn’t an outside limit and if the table and chairs didn’t come until 2025 then that was when they came. Do NOT order from Ashley. They will steal your money, lie about what they do and do not have, and delivery empty promises.
So we spent a lot of money on a complete bedroom set and were given a delivery date of November 8. Having not heard from them on that day I called and a robot told me I was scheduled for Nov. 22. Not happy. At the very least they could have had the robot call me with the change. I stayed on the line to register my displeasure and a human verified the date. When I asked if that was a firm date he seemed apoplectic. Store selection was OK, salesmen knowledgeable, etc. Aftersale experience poor. So after doing what was asked in the below reply, I was told it was an estimated date. Swell.
Changing rating due to poor customer service. Store personnel were great, but couldn't help us return furniture after 72 hours that we were very displeased with because the leather shows scratches. We only had it a little over 2 weeks. Fortunately, one piece had not yet been delivered, so I was able to cancel it. We're still out over $3,000 for 2 pieces we do not want so badly that we purchased other furniture from Macy's instead. Store personnel gave me "Guest Response Team" number. I was on hold/waiting for call back for more than 3 hours Saturday to speak to GRT supervisor who confirmed that the way Ashley's "cares about our experience..." is really, "tough, we made the sale and you're stuck with it." I offered to pay a restocking fee, but sorry our policy is you own it when it reaches your home. I understand potential abuse of returns, but I know of other stores that give you 30 days to love it or return it. We had previously purchased from Ashley's, but now, not a happy customer nor a future customer.
Netta Garrett was very personable, knowledgeable and very customer oriented with all my concerns or needs. Additionally she gave me space to browse without being pushy. As well as making friends with my Emotional Support Animal Molly 😀. I ordered and will return to the Cedar Park and to Netta Garrett the sales associate.

Stay away. They told me I could either have the furniture dropped off on my doorstep or brought inside. I told them on the doorstep. They called me day of delivery saying they can’t drop it off unless I am there to sign. Why would they give the option of dropping it off on my doorstep if I have to be present? I would have told them to bring it in. I was never told I had to sign and I would never think someone would give the option of doorstep or inside if you have to be present. Horrible service.
Horrible experience. Paid cash for my bed and was asked how I would like the delivery. Do I want them to drop it off on the porch or bring it inside for me? I said drop it off on the porch because I most likely won't be home in the 3 hour window you give me. They said OK. The day of delivery I was called and the lady asked me where I was. I said you are supposed to leave it on the porch. She said you have to sign for it. Why would you give me the option of leaving on the porch or bringing it inside if I have to be home during delivery? Why wouldn't I just tell you to bring it in? She said they will wait 15 minutes. I arrived 13 minutes later and they left. This is the worst experience of customer service I have dealt with.
I cannot say enough nice things about our experience at this location! Netta was so kind and helpful. She gave us space to browse and helped guide us in selecting a mattress. She took the time to get to know our names and was great with our 5 year old as well who had a lot of opinions.

Please do not buy from them. I bought my couch back in June and we returned part of the couch and we are still fighting to get our refund. Everytime I call they say they will issue the check and then I never receive it. Absolutely horrible

We immediately were greeted by our sales rep Jonathon and left to lookaround at our own pace and leisure. We were greeted by the General manager Bill, and had a very pleasant conversation. No one pushed or hounded or hovered. The pricing was fantastic and so was the 0 percent financing. We were able to replace BOTH of or living room pieces with their buy one...get one for 50%. Shopping at Ashley has been the worst experience of my life. Wrong bed and mattress was delivered on 9/24. Refused to install mattress and box spring even though I showed proof that I paid $150 white glove delivery. Salesman told me someone would come to put the bed together while I am waiting for delivery on 10/7. I have been sleeping on the floor since since 9/24. I was told today that I will have to sleep on the floor until 10/7. Do not shop at Ashley Cedar Park. Manager would not speak to me because there is nothing he can do.
I would give them negative stars. Their communication is beyond pathetic and frustrating. Save yourself and shop somewhere else!

Bought a table that was delivered out of box without the hardware. Hardware was supposed to be overnighted and never showed. After going to the store, they said there was nothing they could do and I’d be better off going to Home Depot to get the parts needed. I did, they didn’t have them. Have tried multiple times to speak to someone regarding the situation and instead am hung up on. It’s been over 15 days since order and still don’t have a useable table.
They took money from me but never provided the parts I have paid for. I have spent hours on calls and not one person in customer service, nor parts, nor management is able to assist. It’s been over a month and calls daily

Terrible service, took 3 months to receive what I ordered
Took 7 months for our kitchen table and chair order to arrive. One Table chair was damaged upon delivery. Store ordered a replacement however then cancelled the replacement with no knowledge to the customer until we called to inquire. Store is attempting to make it right which we appreciate but still overall a frustrating experience. 9 months and counting with an incompetent set.
I have so many positives about our experience with Ashley Furniture (Cedar Park), we were immediately greeted and Netta got us started while she quickly finished with her customer. While walking through the store all the associates greeted us with a smile. We had narrowed down our choices Netta was very patient with us. Once we decided we were very comfortable as we placed our order, to top it off the check out was so quick and easy… maybe 15 minutes!!! We will be shopping Ashley again. Oh and even the manager checked in with us as we were leaving… Customer service is not dead and this makes me excited

Bought a dinette set with matching buffet in May of 2021. Waited 12 weeks for delivery. Table and chairs came scratched in August of 2021. Buffet came and was missing 1/2 of the pieces and was clearly pre-used. Was told that the rest of the buffet would come in March 2022. Returned the used buffet in October of 2021. Received the rest of the buffet in July 2022 that was already returned. Dropped it off at the store. Never buy from them again!

The furniture was just delivered yesterday but I have no doubt it will be quality. The delivery and set up went really well. We were expecting them at 1:45 to 4 but we didn’t see them until after 7. It’s fine because we were kept updated and able to leave if needed because we knew when they would be there. The reason I gave 3 stars is because it took almost a year for all of our furniture to be delivered. It was a coffee table and 2 side tables.
The worst customer service in the entire United States. Pathetic customer service. Extremely irresponsible staff and manager. Don't even know how to talk to customer and handle issues with the order. Manager and Staff are extremely rude, disrespectful and shout on customers. Placed order in July 2022 with a promise of delivery in Mid-August, walked in store multiple times to get the status but never was provided with the details and finally on 9/2 walked in the store again and they said the furniture that I ordered is discontinued and not available anymore, when I asked for assistance to resolve the issue the staff said that they would call me back next day and they never did. And so, I visited the store again the next day and the staff tried ignoring me and finally when I was able to ask for the status, they started yelling at me and my family and threaten to cancel the order all together and never assisted and helped to find a replacement furniture. After, canceling the order we met our neighbors in the store coincidently and started talking to them. The manager Bill, who was ignoring us suddenly walked to us and asked us to leave the store. The manager was not only able to successfully resolve order conflict but also embarrassed us in front of public. I have never seen such arrogance and discouraging customer service ever. I would never go back to this store ever again unless Ashley furniture hire a better staff and manager who at least know basic etiquettes of customer service and communication ethics. All I wanted to know why they did not notify me during all this time and why did the promised to deliver us the furniture initially. We spent 2 days and 4-6 hours at the store to place this order on the sales agent’s recommendations and promise of delivery. I personally think Ashley furniture have great products but the staff at this store is completely letting the customers down.
The delivery of the furniture took longer that we were told in the store (by multiple weeks), but the item arrived as expected. I was also glad the delivery guys didn't rush me to sign for the delivery before I got to take an initial look at the product.

Purchased a three seat sofa from ashley furniture. The sofa is very uncomfortable and firm, unable to sit longer than 30 minutes without discomfort. Ashley refused to return the sofa for low quality. Go elsewhere!!

Going on three months now waiting for the item I have purchased. Every time I call the customer service depth I am told something different. I will never go through Ashley again after I receive this item... terrible, terrible.
Was waiting on an order for 14+ weeks and I saw the same items in another furniture store that had just come in. I matched up item IDs and saw this was in fact what I ordered, and the rep ordered the wrong thing. I had been waiting for more than 3 months for the wrong item. Went to Ashley and asked for the manager, who apparently was busy. A sales rep took my concern and gave me my refund. During this time, he had to talk to the manager to authorize the refund. Despite the fact that his employee ordered the wrong thing and other stores were getting my order before me, he didn't come and talk to me. I was also within 20ft of him and made eye contact multiple times. I got my refund, but the fact that I went in there to talk to a manager and left without him even addressing my concerns is insane. I guess they're too good for my business. Edit: Last week I followed the instructions from the company's reply and haven't heard back.

This is worst experience I ever had with any shop. They took my order during Thanks giving time (2021) and I have paid full money at that time . They promised me ( Ashely Cedar park ) , will give delivery few items within 3 weeks and rest of the order within 5 weeks to get the contract . Three days after the contract , the guy who took the order and the manger left ( he actually lied to me to get the order ). From that moment till today ( date 08/18/2022 ) I had called them more than 100 times . Whenever I call ( first three months) they say : we don't any availability after that they started giving bits and pieces ( most of the times broken items) .I asked manager to assign one dedicative sale associate to deliver the order and help me to resolve issues but he didn't .Even today my master bedroom furniture didn't fully arrived . I never buy from Ashely again .They care about people until we sign the contract after that nobody cares your concerns .

Will Croissant told me repeatedly that the pay over 1 year plan with no interest was not a credit card. He actually repeatedly assured me that this was similar to affirm- not a credit card. That was a lie. When I confronted him about it after finding out it was a credit card, he never responded Secondly, do not pay for the protection plan. Over $400 for the supposed “protection plan” company, and they’re impossible to reach or get an appointment with. Overall this store is extremely shady and will flat out lie just to get your money. The couch didn’t hold up well and already looks bad, we’ve had it for less than a year.

They don’t know when they can get your furniture. Don’t believe the date you were told. Ordered a dining set in store as I was told the stock would be available in a month. It’s passed a month now and they keep giving me a further out delivery date every time I check with them. Yes supply chain issues are still there, but expected in-stock date range isn’t that hard to nail down, unless you have a very outdated system, bad data, or poor execution. I don’t trust their data now. Let’s see how long they will keep me waiting until I get my items. Will never buy again from them.

My husband and I had a great experience at this store. From the get go, the staff was attentive while giving us space to browse as well. We were helped by Stephan and Timothy. I would like to highlight their professionalism, patience and how seamless they made the entire process. They made sure we were comfortable with our choices and were very clear and transparent in their communication. I would give this store my highest recommendation, we visited the one in Round Rock too, but I’d come back to this one in a heartbeat.

DO NOT BUY ONE PEICE OF FURNITURE from Ashley anywhere, ever! Worse experience I’ve ever had…. We ordered and paid cash in full for all our furniture. We got the runaround about the delivery and had to wait for a really long time. I called regional Manager and was able to finally get some delivered. The delivery itself was nice and the delivery person was amazing. He said he was a contractor tho. The furniture was assembled wrong and we called and they told us they could only give us a refund of $75 on a $3000 entertainment center. And they would send us the instructions and we would have to take it apart and reassemble ourself. I will never buy anything from here again.

Absolutely NO NO NO! Manager is rude and disrespectful. They do not care about customer neither want to hear your feedback. No transparency to the customer regarding when and who will be delivering the order. You need to constantly followup regarding delivery only to hear different excuse why the delivery is cancelled. I ordered a sectional sofa around May 27th, and was convinced it will at the most take only 2 weeks as it was in their warehouse at Houston. And from then on they schedule and cancelled without any notice. Every time I walk in to ask the reason they give different story. “why not admit you guys did something wrong and try to correct it?”. The manager is least concerned about customer feedback and is happiest person when I was cancelling the order. No Apology too. Oh .. and strange thing is I witnessed several customers are being told same timeline two weeks whatever the product they choose to order..
We had came into the store 3 times to look around until we came to a decision. Bill (the manager) and the rest of the staff was all very kind, and easy to talk to. Bill especially made the experience there very welcoming with our deep conversations on a sectional. Larry was also great on getting us in and out fast! Their over the phone Customer Service is horrible. Their in store, Representative are wonderful, Delivery teams are amazing and kind. But the only # they give you for help is an overseas cust svc #. I ordered a sofa & ent ctr on 4/6 in store. All in stock, to be delivered 4/15. They showed up with 1 piece of me 3 pc sofa on 4/15. I've had to go back in the store, they tried, were told Id get it, but nope, no delivery. I've had to call in on 7 different occasions & they read from a script, do not listen & their ph system cuts out or beeps where you can't understand what they say. 2 weeks ago I got a voicemail saying they're calling to sched delivery & to call back, she left the cust svc #.🤦♀️ I call within an hour, tell them I got voicemail they say, no I can't schedule b/c those pieces are on backorder until August. What!?! they just called me an hour ago. After 3 different deliveries, 2 broken pieces replaced, its been 3+ months and I have still never received the console of my Ent Ctr or the 3rd piece, a chaise to my sofa. Personally, I will never buy from them again. My recommendation if you do buy, do not leave the store without delivery setup and ensure ALL pieces will be delivered on that date.
We ordered sectional recliner for our living room and bedroom set back in April. I explicitly asked and shopped items which are only in stock. They delivered sectional recliner but we are still waiting for our bedroom set as they keep on pushing it every two weeks. It's been more than 3 months that we are sleeping on mattress on floor. Today morning my wife had a cramp on her back when she was getting up with the baby. I strongly advice NOT TO SHOP at Ashley. The customer service is a nightmare, they are very rude. Whenever we ask about delay they just say two things - 1.Go and speak with your sales representative or 2. some supply chain issue. I wish I never bought it from Ashley and I wish no one should go through what we are going through now.

Very slow delivery. We have ordered several items costing us around $10,000 since 5/14. Today is 7/8, but we received only three items. We are still missing 6-7 items. We went to speak with store manager twice. The only thing he did was blaming to the factory. Now we want to cancel on the items we have not received. The manager told us to pay 10% cancellation fees. That is really bulls***t. He is not responsible at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Bad service after sale. Very slow delivery !!
At Ashley furniture I meet Ms. Lisa. She was very helpful. Although the whole time I was very picky and undecided due to I was trying to stay in my budget but she was very patience with me and gives me multiple options so that I don’t go over. I do really appreciate her and the general manager as well.. thank you so much !!

Customer service sucked! I had to ask for help and they acted like I was bothering them and told me to help myself and then the person went back to be on his phone. They lost a sale because I wanted to purchase a sleeper sofa. I went to Rooms to Go and they greeted me at the door and the rest is history.
Worst store ever. I never had such a bad experience. Their delivery and replacement process is worst in the world. They told me they will deliver in 2 week for which I paid them extra. They delivered furniture after 1 month. when i reach out to customer care they were giving random excuses. Finally they delivered furniture but there was no wrap or cover. It came with scratches and wear tear. I asked for replacement and they took more than a month for replacement. The replacement came with wrong color. Again requested to send right furniture. Its been more than 2 months and I am still struggling to get it delivered. I’d not recommend this store to anyone. Save your time and money.
Maybe their sales people are just going their job but if you have any problems with the furniture you purchased, (and you will!) the company doesn't stand behind anything you signed and agreed to. My one purchase, against my better judgement, has been a horrible experience. I paid for their 5 year warranty and have been dealing with a repair problem since Feb 22. It's now July and Customer Service won't even contact me to schedule their third effort to fix it. The repair guy took our power love seat completely apart, put it back together with new parts, left the old parts and boxes for us to haul away, and left a gap between the seat and the back large enough to lose a baby in! The poor employees in Customer Service can only read the script their given. It's going on 7 months and I still can't use my furniture. I'll never buy anything from them again.

Awful place. They take your money but don’t deliver. The delivery never shows up and to get a refund has been a nightmare. Do not trust these people. You can’t even call the actual store. Read the reviews and cry for the heartbroken people that got taken by trusting in Ashley employees. Don’t be fooled by the email address, text or phone numbers they give you after your review. They don’t work
Don’t expect to get your furniture on time. Check out the reviews on Yelp!, which show truthful accounts of how these people lie to you about delivery dates. Months later than promised. Be ware! Calling into the main office doesn’t help either. There was a 1-2 hour wait to speak with a supervisor! That’s a good hint of how poor their services are.
Horrible customer service!! The manager could care less about anything regarding a customer. And they delivered my mom's nightstands and they were completely jacked up and can't even push in either of the drawers all the way. And my mom has been trying to get a hold of them about it and still no answer. Absolutely hate Ashley furniture and will never be using them again!! Especially avoid this location!
Nightmare customer service. Few of the items that I ordered went to Houston and other items came in damaged. Retuning theses items and getting money back took 3 months after multiple calls and visits to the store and customer support. I will avoid Ashley in the future and instead shop at other internet stores.
PSA: Beware Do not buy from this store or any Ashley’s store!!! They take your money and never deliver your items. They have delivered the wrong items 3 different times. Customer service is completely useless and they refuse to answer thier phones to address any concerns. My experience while shopping was amazing but I soon realized after the fact while waiting for delivery that I’ll honestly probably never receive my furniture for another year. The status updates always say 2-4 weeks or 3-5 weeks and then will randomly tell you that its ready for delivery just for them to deliver the wrong items.
Kinda feels like one of those places that if you have to ask about pricing, you shouldn't be there. Unfortunately they don't give you all the info on furniture pieces until after the sale. Their pos system is not up to par either.

Worst experience we had. The entire sales team is extremely shady and not transparent at all. Be aware. We are starting the process of our refund. They constantly lie and lie about orders in stock. Every time you talk to them the story changes on delivery. Worst company ever! I would give them a zero star if it was allowed. There are way too many competitors for Ashley to treat their paying customers so poorly.
This was the absolute worst buying experience that we have ever had. The sales people are good at convincing you to buy, buy, buy! Which is their job, however, whenever they do not deliver, they are always too busy to help. I have spent more than a month trying to get everything delivered that I purchased. We spent over $11k on furniture and we still have not received all of it. We have been lied to again and again about the delivery dates. If you are planning to buy furniture I would not at all recommend going to Ashley.
Terrible customer service and experience so far with Ashley. We ordered a dining table and new bad frame last August. I understand with the current supply chain issues the delays associated with our order. We received the dining table last year and it’s great but we haven’t received our bed frame yet so I called to check the status. I was told by the customer service rep that our bed frame order was cancelled in February because it extended past our financing approval. We were never contacted to let us know that the order was cancelled. So now we are back to square one and had to reorder the bed frame. It’s no surprise the sales rep is no longer at the store because he’s not very good at his job.
The workers at the Cedar Park store made the process of purchasing furniture for every room in a new home easy! Great customer service!

Our sales rep, Darrel, was excellent. He was very patient with us as we roamed around the store looking for just the right match of furniture for our bedroom, living area, and dining area. We were able to find everything we need for our new home and Ashley will coordinate our delivery with the completion of our home in 5 months.
Durraul greeted was with respect. Asked us what brought us in to the store and what our requirements were. We were shopping for new living room furniture. I am 6’6” so it’s hard to find a sofa that fits me. After listening to our concerns, he took us right over to the perfect sofa/loveseat set. This set (the man-den) met all requirements and is very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and not once during the process did we get the “salesman” vibe that makes people avoid shopping for large items.

I bought a 2 sofas yesterday during Memorial Day sale from cedar park store. Today I just verified the same product online and, found that the price is coming around $1800+ while I paid $1900+ in store. I negotiated a lot to get that price. Store gave me a quote of 2300+ at the beginning. This pathetic, I feel that they made a fool out of me. Apart form than, my total cost of 2 sofas is less than 2000 and they have charged me coverage price as $369. If you check coverage pricing online, it should have been $169. Be careful and verify the prices online before making a deal at this store.

Do not purchase here. Bought thousands in furniture. All electric recliners delivered broken. Was too late at night they said they couldn’t take it back that day and I had to accept it because they drove two hours. Thats when a 3 month battle started of being told it’d be fixed and everyone passing the ball. Can’t get them repaired and nobody speaks any english on customer service or cares, they just hang up. Go to a smaller non corporate chain.

Ashley Furniture delivery service is HORRIBLE, delivery date will change without notice even after scheduling a delivery with warehouse. DO NOT buy furniture from Ashley Furniture unless you are okay with poor communication, no inventory or willing to WAIT SEVERAL MONTHS to receive your furniture. Others have posted here about their experience with delivery. DON'T DO IT.

I advise anyone who is reading this comment right now, to just respectfully not consider buying their furniture of any kind from Ashley’s Furniture. This is rediculous they have made us wait five months just to give us half our furniture. And after making us wait another two months, they bring in the wrong piece, the guys who bring it are supper rude and didn’t even bother putting it in place correctly or locking the parts together, neither did they install it to the wall. The costumer service “promised” to bring us a whole new set of the chairs just because after all that they have put us through they wont be able to get the chairs back, if so , they take 10% of it-which is totally hilarious having the fact that the mistakes were on their side and all we had to do was to wait a totall of seven months for BROKEN furniture. When they finally bring the “new” set of furniture we see that it is broken. Despite it being broken, hilariously, the colors don’t match!!! It is a totally different set of sofas that they have brought in twice in a span of two months and even when we told them and they brought the new batch of set, IT IS STILL DIFFERENT. I have four months left untill my lease, and the other seven months they have failed to bring in a simple set of furniture! I am not going to even start talking about the costumer service. Tom the “supervisor “ is not any help. They are not in position to take 10% of the money we haven’t even payed because they brought the wrong and broken pieces, and giving false promises and still forgetting to bring it!! I can name the amount of times they have “promised” us a date where they’re going to send the “new” set of furniture, and they have simply forgotten to sent it. It is just so funny to me how rude and unorganized these whole crew is. So not in sync, and after we tell them what’s wrong they still don’t take the blame. Now people who are reading this comment, tell me, would you want to go through all of this headache. If not so, Do Not Shop at Ashley’s Furniture! Save Your Money!

I would never recommend it to anybody I know , Not honest at all with what they promise you , items never deliever in the date they were scheduled , refunds take forever to be issued, we lost $180 because the manager doesn’t know what happened with our order , one of the employees messed up with the system and delete an item of my order.. another one reduce the price of the item we paid for after we cancelled it because it was never delivered in the dates they have been promising and they refer us to the costumer service , costumer service refer us back to the store.. very unprofessional team and manager never care about their costumers not honest not organized..NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL.
My housemates and I went in looking for a couch and also found a desk and kitchen table! The employees were very helpful, especially Darraul, and we had no problems setting up financing for our purchases. Prices were very reasonable and there was a lot of selection to choose from.
Warning to all shoppers! DO NOT BUY FROM STORE. You can and will find all this furniture online from Ashleyfurniture.com FOR LESS! The store will not price check against the website because they are not affiliated with the website, therefore unless you check, they are not out to help you the customer. I feel robbed and Johnathan the Sales Rep clearly states, that Ashley can not price match or do anything for me since the furniture was already delivered even though it's the same day. SO PLEASE, if you're reading this. Don't make the same mistake and price check the furniture online before you purchase. You can make the sales rep price match. Or don't even buy. The home delivery service when ordered online is 30 dollars less than what the store charges. So in the end, in store will cost more than just ordering online. you can do the same price financing online too. I'd gave a fair two stars for how Ashley handled my concerns and issues with them. I had other issues but it's not about venting, reviews are to help others when buying. Update: Hello DB, this trusted sales team you're speaking of is what lead me into this terrible outcome. They didn't include the full package, left off the ottoman which I didn't know about until it was delivered, also caused me to go look online and find cheaper prices for same furniture. My mom and I have visited the Ashley Furniture Store in Cedar Park, TX, a couple of times over the last month and I cannot tell you how much fun we’ve had working with the salesmen. Our initial visit, we worked with both Larry and Michael. Two of the nicest guys we’ve ever worked with; their personalities, professionalism, and overall willingness to do whatever they could to make our buying experience a rewarding one was fantastic. Not just in the store, but the follow up regarding any issues with delivery timeframes, a missed item my invoice, and consistent contact keeping us informed has been beyond reproach. I even received a call back after texting Larry on his day off. When we walked into the store today we were greeted with a huge smile and welcoming not only from Larry, but also his mentor, Bill, who told us Larry had talked about our first visit often and how great it was to be of service to us. We felt like family and we’re treated as such! If you need new furnishings and live in the area, I can honestly say …you should make this store your first stop. You will not be disappointed!….Tell them we sent you!!!

Don't order furniture from this company. We have waited weeks for our couch to come in. We got confirmation text yesterday that our couch would be delivered today between 11am-2:40pm. We did all prep that was recommended, including getting rid of our old couch and taking a day off of work to be present for this delivery. It's nearly 3pm, no sign of the truck.We contacted Ashley and were just advised that the delivery is delayed by 2 weeks! We took a day from work and have no furniture even though we received a text confirmation and separate email from them just last night.The woman on the phone claims that we should've received an email advising of delay this morning. I've checked all email accounts and junk folders and we have not gotten an email. They did not attempt to even call to notify us.I wish I had read previous reviews prior to buying. Ashley obviously has some issues with getting their products to customers in a timely manner. At this point, I believe they may give you a bogus timeframe so that you will purchase the item. If I had been told up front that the couch would take this long (or even longer, as the man who posted previously has mentioned) ..I would not have given them my money. Go to another furniture store who will value your time and make an effort to at least contact you or make things right.
14 years ago I used Ashley Furniture to furnish my new build in the Hill Country. I still have my bedroom furniture and still love it. Today I am furnishing another brand new build and could not be happier. This time a beautiful farmhouse. Thanks Ashley!

Absolutely horrible experience..! The sales person told me the items will be delivered in 2 weeks. It’s been 2 months and I am still having to call them once a week and waste an hour trying to get the items. If they had just told me it was not in stock I would have bought something else. Their call center staff has been lying about the delivery as well. The supervisor said oh they were not supposed to say it’s a delivery date it’s an estimated date for us to get the items. Stay away from these guys.! Wasted so many hours..!

The worst experience in buying furniture. They promise everything and deliver nothing and they don’t even call, they just don’t show up. 5 times the promised us a delivery date for an item. The first time they delivered the wrong item. And the next 4 times, they made and confirmed the delivery, but, to this date, still no delivery. They are very nice on the phone, but there is no substance behind their phony caring about wasting your time. SHOP AROUND and DO NOT buy anything from ASHLEY FURNITURE. We will NEVER step foot into another of their stores. UGH! A nightmare experience!!!

We bought our first Ashly furniture in 2005. It was a green microfiber livingroom set with slate tile coffee and end tables. In 2010 I had back surgery so we decided to replace that set with a leather recliner livingroom set that provided more lumbar support. We gave the green set to our niece who was starting college. After 4 years she finished her degree and sold the set rather than move it. There was never a single problem with that set. I like to think it went on for another 5 or 10 years. We purchased a bedroom set and king sized bed frame a few years later, also. Today we bought a new livingroom set so we could give the 12 year old leather recliner livingroom set to our daughter. We still love it and it is going strong... Solid... but if I am going to get a new livingroom set, I think it should go to us. The bedroom furniture is 8 years old and still going too. The lesson I learned from my experiences was that Ashley furniture is solid. EDIT: While the furniture may still be solid, I can't say. Ashley completely failed on this one. The said we had 3-year promotional financing, it was only 6 months. They said we would have our furniture in 3 to 4 months, we still had not received it 6 months later. They said we wouldn't be charged until we received it, they charged us after 1 month. They never called me or emailed the whole time with status of my order, I had to call them and that was a horrible experience also. It took me 6 attempts to reach them, waiting on hold for well over an hour each time before I finally got through. Heck, I have unsubscribed from their emails nearly a dozen times now but they continue to arrive in my inbox. Ashley went way downhill during the pandemic. Perhaps some day I will go back to Ashley but not anytime soon.

My husband and I bought a sleeper couch from this location for our home office / guest room. The general manager Bill was great and our sales associate, Micheal, was awesome at answering all our questions. We felt confident in our purchase and took advantage of the sales going on. We went to Rooms to Go and Living Spaces to look for a sectional. There were some we liked, but none we loved. We wanted a couch that would hold up well to 4 kids and that wouldn’t sink in after sitting on it too much. After talking to a few people with furniture from Ashley Home Store we decided to check it out. We found a great couch and Ashley has a protection plan that allows us to replace each piece of the sectional once in 5 years as well as each cushion. No brainer!
I was shopping for furnitures for my home and Michael from the stores have been very helpful in deciding our purchases. I would definitely will go back and recommend to friends.
Luke was a fantastic help during my visit to Ashley’s. He was never pushy, never prolonged conversation or gave me “too much” information (the type that drags on). He was very informative and had great selections in mind after hearing what I was shopping for. I ended up purchasing a cozy chair as well as a pillow impulse buy, which was well overdue. He also assisted me in selecting the correct pillow for my needs. I highly recommend this store & their team to anyone! Great customer service from start to finish from being greeted by Lucas walking through the door, welcomed by the Manager Bill and assisted by Jonathan and Mike in finding the perfect bedroom suite at a reasonable price.
The store has great collections and for a good price. Chase was very helpful and patient to take us through collections and getting us options to get better rates. The return policy aren’t great though but when you have things of your choice you don’t intend to return.

This was our first visit to the Cedar Park location and we had a great experience! Will C. was very nice and helpful. He wasn’t pushy as some salespeople can be and he listened to our concerns and preferences. We came for a bed for our toddler and ended up with a bed, mattress, and dining table set! Horrible experience. The sales rep told me that it was a six-week wait, and I waited for seven months to learn that the item was discontinued. I called them several times and visited the store three times, and none of the customer reps told us about it. They cant even cancel the order in the store. Edit: As expected, I have not received any response from Ashley after contacting them as they instructed me below.

Steve De La Paz is one of the most amazing people I've had the pleasure of working with. Extremely patient and knowledgeable about every product. I bought a Temperpedic mattress from him and let me try out and work through which one to pick. Also had very good communication after i bought the product for delivery and other info. Def recommend anyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
I strongly recommend going to a different furniture store because this one is NOT IT. The staff definitely doesn’t care about the costumers and neither does the store manager JEFF. The only time I get updates on my furniture is if I call the store and they rarely answer, I’ve scheduled numerous deliveries that have never arrived. And I asked to speak to the regional manager and apparently no one knows who it is so I have no one to help me! It’s been 8 MONTHS !!! I ordered my furniture on open house day !!

We did not care for experience here at all. The sales staff followed us around. They hardly gave us room to breathe and look at things that we were in the store for. Every time I turn around I sales guy was right behind us. He had a hard time taking no for an answer. They had something going on with mattresses that weekend and even though we said we were shopping for a sofa he insisted we look at a mattress despite us telling him we didn't have the budget for it right now. He kept going on and on and on about how most Americans need a new mattress because they don't replace them often enough. Again not in the budget; the guy totally didn't listen to us so we left.
Dustin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed guidance and assistance in finding a specific style of sofa. I appreciate the ease with which he helped me on my transaction. He was never overbearing nor pushy. I will definitely be a returning customer.

We purchased sectional leather sofa set along with another things about 9 months ago that was a very nice experience. At that time we were also given a nice quote for a dining room set. We went back last week the new manager wasn’t honest about the quote for the same set. I was very disappointed! Although I still like to buy furnitures from Ashley, but will not at this store!

If I could vote lower than 1 star I would. I bought a 3 piece sectional sofa but one of the pieces they delivered had the arm on the wrong side. They've sent people out to exchange it twice now and both times they have brought the same wrong piece of furniture. I have told multiple employees multiple times which piece I need, and despite this I just got a delivery email saying they're going to bring the wrong piece again next week. If you call their customer service number they will either send you through endless loops of waiting on hold until you give up, or they will answer and immediately hang up after you've waited on hold for 15 minutes (this has happened to me several times). They are not taking care of me as a customer and this is causing significant stress as I'm spending a good chunk of time each week trying to arrange deliveries and get in contact with customer service. I cannot stress enough that you should not do business with this company. I still have 2/3 of a sofa in my living room and it's been more than a month now.

Worst experience buying furniture ever! I would get them zero stars if it were possible... I don't usually write reviews, but the process of getting a table is being a nightmare. I paid for the table early November (this is the only thing they did fast). The table was delivered within three days, as expected because it was in stock, but a piece was missing. I received it one week later, but they could only schedule an appointment to assemble the table two weeks after. The day before I receive a call saying that the technician is sick and the next available day is within two additional weeks. In summary, I will be waiting one month and a half for a table which was IN STOCK. The most annoying part is that if you decide to call, no one will be responsible for it. This HomeStore, the Customer Care representatives, the third-party company doing the assembly... none of them can do anything, and you will lose two hours over the phone. ADVICE: Before buying anything from the store, look on Amazon, Target, Walmart, Wayfair... all of them have many of the Ashley furniture designs, at the same price, many times in stock and with a much better customer service! I bought the chairs from Target the same day and I have had them assembled two weeks ago!

Salesperson, Mr. Hernandez, was solid. Answered all my questions, showed me different selections that met my needs, and was great to work with. However, when it came to checking out, it took FOREVER. Paid in cash, and apparently only the manager can handle money. Waited for over half an hour because she was "in a meeting", only to have the person that was sitting at the sales desk the entire time take my money. Great setup, disappointed in the execution. Let's see if they meet the December 10 delivery date.

This was the best experience purchasing Living room furniture that I have had in sixteen years, since I last purchased an Ashley leather living room group. Today's purchase was in Cedar Park, Texas. Sixteen years ago, my purchase was in Salt Lake City, Utah. When in the market for new home furnishings, no matter where you are located, find your way to the nearest Ashley Furniture Showroom! I walked into Ashley furniture for a specific upholstered bed but once I started speaking with Chase and found him to be super knowledgeable about mattresses I couldn’t leave without testing them all out. I knew I needed a mattress but dreaded the actual shopping for one but Chase made it super easy and I never felt any pressure. He genuinely cares about people and their well-being. It exudes from him and that left me feeling very informed and made the purchase. BTW the manager on duty helped seal the deal with his great customer service. Ashley HomeStore, you knocked it out of the park and need to give Chase a raise ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ordered a couple of beds several months ago.. god I even forgot how long it has been. At that point I was promised that we’d get the delivery in a month. It’s been 5-6 months since we ordered and there’s not a single update on the order. I understand supply chains and logistics challenges but customers atleast deserve better communication about what’s happening to their order. I had to call 2-3 times only to get bits and pieces of information about the order. The customer service staff, when asked about if there’s a way tog etc updates without having to call them, they so carelessly say that that’s the way things are. They don’t even have the intent to take feedback and do something better with it. Don’t get me started on the store associates. Pure sales oriented. No intent of helping the customer genuinely throughout the post sales process. Very tired with Ashley furniture!!! This is not the only store we shopped at during pandemic. The other stores we got our furniture from are way better in terms of shipment times and customer service. So pandemic cannot be an exception for this pathetic service.

****Further update. Don't take the fact that they respond to reviews as them caring. I emailed the link given with no response and that phone number is general customer service they have no idea what is happening. Embarrassing, and just got dropped while trying to see what is happening with my order. **** If I could give 0 I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER dealt with. I am currently on the phone attempting to contact someone at the actual store location for the past 30 minutes with no luck. They have given me constantly changing dates on delivery including at one point having everything in the order reported ,and I confirmed with the rep I was talking to MULTIPLE times, to be delivered only to find out the day of that it was a lie and I am missing half of my items. They then placed a credit hold on my account due to a tax mistake that they made in the store and the only way to fix this is to speak to the store which, I can not get a hold of. This is a terrible experience and if I can find a way to never have to deal with this company again it will be to soon. I have been lied to by salesmen, and customer service reps. I have been given the run around by managers. I have been told I would be contacted and wasn't. By far the worst business practice I have dealt with, Oh and to top it off, if you finance they can not reduce any prices even though they are listed at a discount. Apparently when you finance in house you lose money by charging the same price to everyone. Never again. Quick update- 3 hours to finally talk to the store who offered to cancel my order, but would not return the items that I had received, such as a partial bedroom set, part of a sectional. So I am forced in to doing business with them. I would be embarrassed to be a part of this company.

Went to look at furniture at the location on Whitestone in cedar Park. I Browsed the store about 20 minutes looking at furniture with my daughter. No one not one time ever greeted me, spoke to me, acknowledge me or nothing the entire time I was in the store. The employees were standing around talking and laughing and just didn't seem to want to acknowledge me. 😕 I watched in disbelief as a customer came thru the door and one employee almost ran over to assist her. I thought that was super weird. I decided to leave and shop elsewhere. Very disappointing and disgusting customer service. Ashley furniture please do better!!
I had no intention of buying a sofa and a love seat. I walked in to a brand new Ashley furniture store show room and I saw it! I had an excellent sales person, Will, who was not pushy and gave me my space and let me think. I even went to another furniture store after I was bitten by the furniture bug to see if there was something else I liked. I couldn’t beat the deal I was getting at Ashley Furniture. Thank you!
Good Custmer service and good furniture
I should have read these reviews before I shopped here. My Wife and I found a comfortable power recliner chair at Ashley with all the bells and whistles, adjustable lumbar, electric adjustable head rest, smart phone charger, USB port and comfortable upholstery. We paid $3,600 for two of them (cash) (pictures attached) They were delivered in 6 weeks (faster than usual these days) and we pain over $200 for their "White Glove" delivery and set up. However, after all that money, and anticipation, one of them was delivered without a power cord (the one with the hassock). The "White Glove" delivery guy advised me to call the Ashley parts department. You would think, at these prices, Ashley would have instituted a Quality Control position there. It's like having a new 60" TV mounted on your wall that you can't watch! Please read these reviews BEFORE making major purchases!Joe Pesci was right, "They always screw you at the drive thru!"To be honest, I had to update me review. Two days after the delivery my power cord was delivered. I'm reclining peacefully now

Worst customer service and they make incorrect promises. We bought a living room and bedroom set in July and during purchase, the salesperson promised availability and delivery in 5 weeks. But, we have not yet received our order. Everytime I contact customer service, they give estimated date 2 weeks away from from the date I call. If there are supply chain issues, they should communicate that to customers during sale and also when giving estimate. Will never purchase from Ashley again.
Leo was helpful in answering our questions without being overbearing and I appreciate that. We looked through the store on our own and he was there to help us when we needed.

Sales people are purposefully misleading on the delivery times. were initially told 8-12 weeks for delivery. 8 weeks in now I called and they are saying delivery will be in December. over 20 weeks. I asked if this is common and they said it is. If this is true your sales people are lying about delivery times. 5 months to receive our couch is just too long they are holding our money and stringing us along. It took 9 months to get our couch. The sales staff were friendly but we would have chosen other options had we known the wait would be more than half a year.
Found what we liked. Quick and easy process. Will see if their delivery meets their schedule.

Do not purchase anything from this company! I ordered furniture at the end of June. One of the items I ordered is a sofa table. It was delivered in September WITHOUT some pieces. The most egregious part of this experience is the fact that you cannot reach people in the actual store. I called customer service and was “accidentally” disconnected TWICE. Then I called and asked to speak to a salesperson and I got a woman who took my information and then hung up on me. The fourth call went to the “check the status of my order” and the man took my information, put me on hold for 17 minutes without saying a word and then hung up on me. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and will be driving the defective item to the store and demanding a refund in person. Do not waste your time or money with a company that does not care about customer service. There are plenty of other furniture places out there.
KayDee is great. Everyone else is friendly and helpful. Customer service, however, is not helpful at all. I finally got a hold of someone helpful and understood what I was asking, and helped me and mom out with scheduling a delivery date.
I bought a set (headboard, footboard, 2 end tables, dresser) and my experience was horrible. 1. My order came “damaged” which is unusual that EVERY piece was ruined. 2. Then, I had to wait an additional 3 weeks and trying to plan a delivery was impossible. 3. When I did receive it, the quality is horrible and has really gone down hill. I will never order from Ashley’s in the future and they definitely lost my future business.
I hate salesperson until I met my sister in law who works in retail for commissions and I can appreciate, however, she’s not pushy but knows her customers. Point being is that the salesperson Luis Castillo was very professional and not pushy. He did apologize for attending other customers but always returned with updates while multitasking keeping a list of the different pieces of furniture that we liked and or had questions as well as pointed us in the right direction in the store. He knew his merchandise and the floor. I respect now and have a bigger picture of a good sales professional and in return I will give my recommendations to my friends and family.

Nope!!! 6 weeks later, no idea if or when my living room set will be delivered. Every phone call has been a different answer and after going to the store directly I was promised a next day follow up with a resolution ….four days later nothing after multiple emails. So frustrating!!!
Frank, our sales associate at the Cedar Park Ashley Homestore, was very helpful in assisting us find a recliner to replace the one at home that had broken. He was very knowledgeable about their products and was always close by when we had questions, but avoided hovering. He also gave me a very nice discount.
Had to cancel and asked for a refund and it took forever to get the refund. I had to call so many times until they figured out how to process the refund. Ordered sofa and was told it should be delivered within 2-3 weeks but it never did and I was told to wait another 4-6 with no guarantees.

We’ve been waiting for our bedroom set for over a month now. They told us everything is in stock and delivery would be in weeks, now we’re being told they still don’t have everything, for the second time. They did remind us that our first payment is coming up, payment for something we don’t have! Be careful shopping here. This is not a good way to earn a customer and get a good review .
Very good collection of furniture and good discounts. Staff is very friendly especially Jayden who assisted with the purchase. Explained promotion specials in detail and other benefits. Will definitely come back for more purchases in the future.

Collection is good but delivery times is a big let down. It is even worse because I was made to believe everything will come as promised. I ordered Jul 2nd, I was told partial order delivery in Jul end and rest by Aug 20th. I pushed the Jul end to Aug 10th, called them on 10th and got to know that partial order will arrive on Aug 24th and the rest Sep 24th. Best part, I went to the store for something at end of July and was assured everything was on track! So much so for transparency.

I told him what we were looking for and he took us to the perfect sofa. We were given a great price and made the sale. I was looking for side tables for my bedroom.. I found exactly what I was looking for. I especially like the USB and plugs on the back of the tables. They have 3 drawers. Storage is much needed. I placed an order for dining table at whitestone blvd location on 6/24 & my delivery date was 7/2. They kept on delaying it till 7/20. On 7/20 when the delivery guys came & installed the dining, out of total 4 bar stools, 2 bar stools found to be wiggling & 1 stool was having threads broken all over. There is absolutely no quality check. I am not happy as neither promises are kept nor quality was taken care of. Now will I have to wait for my furniture pieces I am not sure??
We visited the Ashley Home store located at 1501 E Whitestone Blvd Building E, Cedar Park, TX 78613 during the first week of July. Given that we heard much about Ashley HomeStore, the expectation was high. The store is really well organized as we expected, and it was easy to navigate through various sections. We were there to buy Power Reclining Sofa's, Central Table and Study table. After looking around for 15-20 minutes we did finalized on these items, and had it checked with the salesperson that these were in stock and the delivery date for them. Now the Salesperson. gave us a delivery date of 21st July, which was like 2 weeks away, and also mentioned that there are payment options that includes finance. So we went with financing the whole amount, by filling the details very carefully, As I in no way want to give wrong or incomplete details when taking a loan. During the final sign of forms, I did mentioned to the salesperson that the cell number is wrong, and asked him to fix it, that he promised to do. So we left the store. Now 2 weeks later, today I call them and ask if all in as per plan for delivery on 21st. I was surprised to hear that there was no delivery scheduled for next 3/5 weeks for my order (of-course no information was given to me about this delay). and also all my details, Like cell, email was wrong, in the delivery details. Well a case of Salesperson spoiling the reputation of the company, or is the store itself, I don't know. I was able to cancel my order. And Not visiting Ashley Cedar Park ever again. Thanks.
I want into the Cedar Park store today, the staff was attentive. Although I new what I wanted I was able to get what I wanted and in and out within 30 minutes, no pushy salespeople who hovered you to hurry and make a decision. Thanks Ashley’s for making this so easy for me!

I initially gave Ashley a 5 star review as the service was great when I initially purchased. Fast forward 6 weeks and our experience has been terrible. No proactive communication, no follow ups, multiple calls for status with inconsistent responses on when our furniture would be delivered. I physically went to the store to get help and was promised someone would follow up and help expedite a delivery date…four days later and no response from the manager who was also our sales representative. We have tried to be patient and understanding, but it has gone on too long.

We went in knowing what couches we were interested in, but we wanted to "sit test" them before we bought them. Jaylen provided the perfect amount of customer service, available when we had a question but left us alone otherwise! Once we were ready to buy, he was all over it and the transaction was seamless. We were happy with the price and excited for the delivery of our new couches! **Updated review, 10/1/2021** We ended up canceling our order. We requested that all 3 pieces be delivered together. We would get calls/texts saying one piece was ready and setting a delivery date. We then called, asking that everything be delivered together. So they would set a delivery date for everything. Then they would change the date. Then they would call/text trying to deliver only one piece. This cycle happened over and over again until we finally decided to cancel. YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE STORE and see the manager to cancel. After doing that, it STILL took 2 more phone calls for it to be canceled and we got a refund. We no longer recommend Ashley, and won't buy from them again!
We’ve been waiting on a bed for over two months. Their delivery guys can’t even put a child’s bed together they have been to our house TWICE and both times have failed to set up a child’s bed. Still getting the run around and waiting for our delivery.
Looking for a new mattress. Will greeted at the entrance and patiently helped us review all our options. He was very knowledgeable about the various choices and pros and cons of each brand. That kind of service is what we were looking for.
Was looking for a sofa and love seat option. Most of Saturday was spent visiting multiple furniture showrooms in and around Austin to land on a couple of options. After shortlisting the options, went home to do some online research of pricing and reviews. A decision to select the Ashley Offered units was made. This was based on quality, price, appearance and functionality. After meeting with the salesman, Frankie, on Saturday at the Cedar Park Ashley’s, we returned on Sunday with our online pricing in hand. Frankie matched the unit pricing, explained the difference in the online and in store protection options. He arranged a reduction in the protection plan cost. Frankie was very professional in our dealings and very knowledgeable with the stores furniture selections. Although I will not receive the sofa and love seat for a few weeks. I am giving Ashley’s and Frankie high marks for the interactions to date. I do recommend giving the Cedar Park Ashley’s a look for your furniture needs and, do yourself a favor and ask for Frankie. He’ll do you right!
Michael was great at finding me the best price (in store sale vs. online sale) for the items I purchased. He checked the stock, gave me a delivery window and completed my purchase in a timely manner. Gotta love it!

He answered each question we had, researched to see if the items we desired could be delivered soon and made suggestions that were very helpful. I cannot stress enough the excellent customer service I received from Dianne Rebel! I just moved into a new apartment and have been to pretty much every furniture store in town but no one gave me the advice or attention that Dianne gave me. Having previously been in sales myself I know all the tricks and lingo that is used to shove a customer to hurry up and buy… but Dianne didn’t do that. She took her time with me, asked me about my lifestyle, if I had any animals, and the aesthetic of my apartment before trying to match me with the best items they had the on floor. I can’t wait to finish filling up my apartment and have Dianne over for a glass of wine.

I ordered a bed in May 2021 and the order keeps getting pushed back saying this part is missing, that part is missing etc, and they say now the estimated delivery is July end. I also see the same bed you can order online and get it delivered by next week which is just frustrating.
Stopped by a couple weeks ago and was greeted by a sweet young lady named Victoria. Was shopping for a living and dining room set and let me just say, she helped me found the PERFECT set, still love it, still excited to come home and see my furniture two weeks later 😂. But a couldn't be anymore happier with my experience here, especially with Victoria as she was very knowledgeable about her furniture! Will definitely be back for future purchases!

This store is amazing! I love all the items there and I cannot get over the great prices. Everyone at this store has been wonderful, but my favorite guys are Will and Steve. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. We ordered our furniture in May and they said I will receive my furniture in 3 weeks and it's almost July so today when I called they give me other date July 20th I don’t understand why they can’t be honest with costumes from the beginning!!! It’s not just to sell the best part is to keep those customers happy so they can come back. Worst management, worst customer care service.

Best customer service, ever! So I’m moving next month and I’m in search of some new furniture — I walked in not really knowing what I was looking for, and Jaylan approached my sister and I with a smile on his face, and determined to help. All in all, Jaylan’s customer service was absolutely outstanding. Needless to say we’ll be back to make our very first purchase from this location.

Great service when looking to purchase a replacement sofa. Furniture had been damaged during the February storm when a pipe burst and flooded our living room. Found a comfortable new sectional and looking forward to delivery. Luis was very patient and helpful!

Ashley furniture is experiencing major delays with many styles when it comes to furniture delivery. Unfortunately, my order was impacted. I’ve been waiting for my delivery since the first week of May. Now it’s the end of June. At this point I simply have my fingers crossed that my furniture will arrive, while I continue searching other retailers.

I went in to Ashley with NO IDEA what I was looking for! Other than ‘my space is small, and I want it to be comfortable for guests’, I had no idea what I was looking for. Then I met a salesperson named Victoria. She was AMAZING! She asked me questions and helped me figure out what i actually wanted, then found it for me!!! She was so patient the entire time and really made the whole experience wonderful. Can’t wait for my first guest to come visit!!!

Whenever we call, they reschedule the delivery by saying they are waiting for this part or that part to come. We were super happy with the store in general and David in particular. We were looking for a sofa sleeper and unlike the previous store we had dealt with, he gave us full information about our options. He was helpful about fabric colors and “feel,” and we came away knowing we’d made a good decision about our order. Equally importantly, he was frank about the anticipated wait time due to supply chain disruptions. We’re glad we made the switch and anticipate a great result.

Always a great experience, was able to work with the team at the store, and they were able to help pick out some great items, I do wish it wouldn’t take so long when purchasing, and had more instant access to knowing what’s in inventory and can be delivered immediately vs what’s on back order.

I went to the store with the intention to just look and get some ideas to decorate my new remodeled bedroom, but ended up making a proud purchase. Luis C. was very polite and patient with me, because I was a little undesired at first, walking around the store for about 1 hour, but then he showed me JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR; a very nice bed that would be perfect for my little room, and he even gave me some ideas and advises on how to decorate my room to make it look more spacious.

With a brand new Ashley’s in the neighborhood, my wife and I decided to stroll in to look for ’that perfect sectional’ that we’ve always dreamt of. We immediately noticed how upscale the store was, and how comfortable the atmosphere was. It was clean and tidy, people wore masks and I saw lots of fist bumps and and thumbs up between patrons and staff. We were greeted by Louis. Hard working but gave us plenty of room, Louis helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for. Not just the perfect sectional, but he also scoured the Internet to find a cheaper price to match so we got the best deal. We’re now the proud owners of a beautiful leather sofa and so glad we went to Ashley’s. We’ll definitely return and if you do, ask for Louis. He’s awesome.
