Tim Fisher was great. I got better service this time. The last time I purchased from Ashley, a third party delivered my tempurpedic they screwed up the memory foam it is still not back to normal. Y’all did not back up your product nor take any blame for the screw up. I gave your company another chance and Tim did a great job. You could say he bailed you out.

⭐️Six Months Later… Still Waiting We left the store in January 2025 really excited. The guy who helped us seemed great! We were buying two bedroom sets, a really expensive mattress, and an adjustable frame, so of course he was happy to help. He told us everything would come in two deliveries—one within the week, and the rest two weeks later. A week and a half later, we get a text to schedule the first delivery—awesome. The mattress and frame arrived, so we figured the rest was coming soon, like he said. Three and a half weeks later, our daughter’s bed finally gets delivered. The salesman told us it would be assembled during delivery—nope. The delivery guys said they just drop it off and leave. Next, I get a call: “Because the bed frame is back-ordered until APRIL, do you want us to hold the nightstands so they arrive on the same date, or split the order?” That was the first time anyone mentioned a back-order! The woman on the phone even apologized, saying the salesperson should have told us on day one. We were given a new delivery date: ➡️ May 3 — got pushed to ➡️ May 31 — then again to ➡️ June 27 (because the rails for the bed were still back-ordered until June 20) And when they finally show up… he had ordered the wrong bed. It’s now the end of June—six months later—and we’re STILL waiting on furniture we paid for in January. Are we buying anything from Ashley again? Absolutely not. We really wanted this to be a good experience. We even gave them a chance despite hearing some not-so-great things. Turns out, all of it was true.

Let's start with the positive: the furniture was delivered in showroom condition. I have been a loyal Ashley Furniture customer for 30 years. This was my first experience with the College Station store, and the last. Holly - the sales person I regrettably dealt with told me "the mattress pad is included with the mattress but is not in stock." When I went to pick up this "included" mattress pad, I find out it was not included. It was a $200 mattress pad that was of less quality than a $40 mattress pad found at the local Walmart. When we totaled up the order, it was about $1000 high. So when I asked for an explanation, Holly said it was the "standard warranty that is included." I told her I did not want an extended warranty, she argued it was standard and I had to accept it. I told her this was not my first rodeo and it is not standard. She pushed back two more times before finally deleting the extended warranty from the order. Holly provided me her cell phone number, yet was not responsive. The only reason I gave two stars is because the delivery was nearly flawless. Other than that, I give Holly a zero - and I give her manager a zero for tolerating shady sales behavior. And it is not the $1000 that pisses me off - it is the $200 mattress pad that she insisted came with the mattress we purchased.
