Absolutely the best experience ever!
Kierstyn was pleasant, professional, patient, understanding, gave us the time and space we needed, but checked on us randomly. She was not pushy (reason why my husband hesitates to go shopping). She seemed to be very knowledgeable of the products. She was very helpful and stayed with us through the entire process of the purchase and to make sure all went well. Checked up or updated us on delivery information. I have to admit the delivery was a little disappointing the date kept being pushed back and the automated system seemed a bit confused. I am pleased with our purchase.
Tired to get it scheduled for the afternoon on a Tuesday and the person who originally made the order scheduled me for the morning. Upon attempts to reschedule, the automated system told me that they would call me within 24 hours to reschedule. This phone call never happened. I recieved another message over 48 hours later that they scheduled delivery for the next day in the morning. Another time that I told them no one would be available. Upon attempting to call them myself to reschedule I discovered that their entire system is automated and there is no possibility of speaking to a person. I canceled the order and was able to purchase the same product from another company for over 1000 dollars less. Poor customer service and for the high price point it's completely ridiculous. Just go somewhere you can actually talk to a human being over the phone. The phone number that they keep replying with is just another automated line. Once you buy something from them, you'll never talk to an actual person again.

Very professional young lady greeted me as soon as I walked in. No push to look at anything other than I asked to see. We arrived at a choice and solution for my approaching surgery. I needed a firm but fashionable chair. ASAP Rehab required a chair I could use for support but comfort and of course I wanted it to match my new room. She ordered one and I’ll pick up one tomorrow. They had two for floor displays and the Manager agreed to let me take one. My second chair arrives in a couple weeks! It was what I hope is the perfect chair or pair of beautiful chairs for our new home! Kirsten was definitely a great help!

Furniture was delivered today- delivery was suppose to be 12:30-3:00. I received a text at 11:48 that they would deliver in 45 minutes. Then I received 5 different texts with delivery time changes. The last one was 2:00 pm. Then it changed to 1:39. They arrived at 1:45. They left the plastic they removed from the mattress on the floor in the bedroom.

Simply awful, the most frustrating experience of my life trying to get my furnitured delivered from here. They will constantly lie to you about the delivery dates, making you miss work days waiting for a delivery that will never arrive. Every time they promise a new delivery date they will delay and delay it with no explanation. I purchased my furniture over a month ago and it STILL has not been delivered!! Do not purchase anything from here that requires delivery, it is atrocious. Cannot warn against this place enough.

Found just what I was looking for - bedroom furniture, a desk, and some lamps. I had great service and multiple delivery date options were available within a week! Good selection on lamps compared to another store I was at and their delivery days for College Station were 5 days a week opposed to 2 days/week with the other store I visited. I went with Ashley 🙂

When I first walked into Ashley, I was walking around and looking for a new mattress. Just browsing with no intent to purchase anything. I’ve been having back trouble for over four years now and my mattresses haven’t been very helpful in that situation. When EJ came up to me and helped me today, we settled on literally the best mattress I could’ve possibly bought. He heard my concerns and validated them and it is very budget friendly as well. I ended up walking out of there with my dream mattress and it’s only a matter of time before I’m getting better sleep! Definitely recommend if you’re shopping for mattresses talk to their sleep specialist EJ.

The delivery part of my purchase was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. It took 3 different days for my furniture to be delivered.
We shopped for our living, dining, and bedrooms. We love the variety of options they have. EJ (our sale representative) helped us big time and made sure we got everything we need!
All of their staff were polite and they made the store a positive environment. We were personally helped by one of the workers Tim and he was phenomenal, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us find a scratch and stain resistant couch that would be durable to maintain our dogs. 10 out of 10!
After three times of not delivering the chair. I had to call the manager in college Station to try and figure out why my mother-in-law‘s chair was not being delivered. At the time of her purchase, she gave them her house, phone number and address. She didn’t have an email address or a cell phone number. When I called to find out why the chair is not being delivered it was because she was not confirming through her email or a text. They knew she did not have this. I had to change it to my number in order to finally have it delivered.

Always a great sales experience. Customer service was great. But I went to the store after almost a year and was somewhat unimpressed and sad with the compromised interior decor quality compared to the past…asked questions and realised that the long-time decor lead for the store has changed with ownership transition.

My dad bought me a sofa and recliner from Ashely Furniture in College Station, Texas. Our salesperson was Tim Fisher and he was absolutely wonderful and worked really hard to bring everything under our budget and to get my parents the best possible deal! Our couch was delivered by 2 guys who were super courteous and they made lifting our gigantic couch and recliner look like a breeze! It’s been almost 30 years since my husband and I have had a REAL new couch— they’ve always been thrift store buys or given from family. But the couch is beautiful and built to last, and so is the recliner :) I hope they survive my 2 dogs and 4 cats and the grandbabies I have coming this year! I’m so satisfied with the customer service I received from Ashley Furniture and our salesperson Tim, as well as the workmanship on our sofa and recliner. The delivery to the house hands down was worth it! Great experience!

I normally have a horrible experience dealing with sales people. However today we had the most amazing sales person named Kaylee. She was kind, patient & helped us find exactly what we wanted. She was not overly pushy, suffocating & helped us by talking to our kids while my husband & I spoke about what our decision would be. We visited this store months ago & did not end up purchasing anything because the sales person was so pushy. I'm so glad today was a better experience. So if you go visit this location & need a respectful sales person who will make sure you are taken care of, ask for Kaylee.

Tried to purchase the product on line. Web site product was only available on line. The web site would not let me complete the complete the order. Drove The hour to the store to find out they had in stock at the store. Unfortunately I had to pay for delivery instead driving 3 hours back and forth to pick up Sales person Zachary was very helpful and polite.

My sales associate, Andrew, was super chill and amazing. I was able to shop in the store without the typical ‘salesperson hover’. Once I made my selection I was able to just wave at him and he came right over. We chilled on my newly selected sofa and he talked me through the purchasing options and helped me get everything set up for payment. Guest relation are ridiculous they will hang up on you and sound like they are not fitted in their job. They are now Partnered with Synchrony and they charge you late fees without them sending you your statement and your card. The store customer service and manager can not do anything they will just go around and round talking BS over and over. At the end they won't help you. They can't help you. Once they sold you their furniture, that's all they care about.

If i could rate this 0 stars I would. I bought a brand new couch and love seat from them. When I bought it home it had stains all over and a big mark on the cushion seating area. I went the very next day to the store and they handed me a third party number which handles complaint. When I called them they said since I bought the item on discount there is no warranty or coverage for the item. The store personnel said since it was delivered to you we are absolved of any responsibility. We don't care if it's a new item or not once it's off our store it belongs to you. Please don't trust the positive reviews as they are probably posted by the sales people working there since they are free all the time.

I went in searching for a new couch/sectional and was greeted by Tracy. She was very helpful and anything I needed she was able to answer and give me estimates. She worked with me and was patient and gave me space every time I needed to think something over. I end up making my purchase and was very pleased with it & with the service Tracy provided. However there was an in store promotion/incentive that I got excited about. A free Yeti cooler with minimum purchase of $2500 or so. When Tracy asked management about the specifics they seem to brush it off and just say only applied to purchases with 6 month finance or less. A detail that was not mention in the add. In any case I was pleased with Tracy but feel robbed out of the cooler specially when I spent upwards of $4000 in the store.

Highly DO NOT recommend! Went to purchase a queen size bedroom set only for the salesman to put in a twin size mattress . Not only that but when informed them that I was giving the wrong size mattress the salesman tells me “ to just sleep on the twin on the floor “ after that it took them 3 days to finally get the exchange made and not only that it takes them a week just to deliver it to me . Whole process was a waste of my time sales representative don’t know how to handle nor talk to customers ! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .

Excellent customer service. We needed a couch immediately for my son moving in for college since I would only be in town for one day. Salesperson was very pleasant. Zach made it happen by writing up the transaction and having couch taken off showroom floor and transferred to loading area within 30 minutes while we went to rent a trailer. Really appreciated it.

Great furniture and good prices but disastrous delivery service. No communication about a delivery delay and no one seems to have the same story on how or when my furniture is supposed to be delivered. My delivery appointment is almost two weeks after an almost 6,000 dollar purchase. And they gave unclear details on how that's supposed to work because they don't deal with delivery, their warehouse does.
Bought a living room suit as is off the floor. Got it delivered one piece at a time. Turns out the tables were too big. They wouldn’t exchange or return the items. Manager was supposed to call me, never did. Now I’m trying to sell the furniture on Facebook and I bring up the price online. $50 less than what I paid. This place is a rip off.

After shopping around yesterday, I feel that I was misled about promotions by Andrew. He informed me that the Ashley Outlet store was not running the same promotion that his store was when in fact, they were.
Thought delivery cancelation notices would have been helpful on the 7 failed deliveries. When they finally delivered the service was fine. I would suggest using common language, which customers with college degrees could answer.

Horrible customer service we waited over 6 hours for our delivery. When we were promised within a 3 hour window. No call from the store or driver. I had to call several times and still no return reply. I am not happy with them at all.

InStore was great. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only bad thing I have to say is I paid for the Premium home delivery and took the day off to be at home during the delivery. The day of I'm told I will not be receiving my furniture because they don't see a reply from me in their system for the delivery date even though I have the text message proof of my reply verification from them it was received.

Z said that he would have everything ready for me to pay and that I could go pick up the items today by 6pm at the warehouse so I said, I'm on the way now. Then when I arrived he was no where to be found. Other salesman sent him messages or went to tell him that I was here but I never did find out why he did not come out. I asked if the items were entered in the system. J found them in the computer so as I was about to pay, I noticed that the price was 2x what I discussed over the phone with Z. After I got that resolved with J, I asked for the address of the warehouse so that I could go pick up the items. Z had told me that he would message me the address, but he never did. Then J told me the warehouse closes at 3pm today so you will need to wait until tomorrow! Z had more than 3 strikes today!
Unfortunately our experience was not great. We bought a couch and I’ve been trying to use the warranty on it and I haven’t received any answers. It’s going on a month now. Each time I go and ask about an update they have no new updates on it and it seems like they don’t know what’s going on.

I took my mother-in-law to the College Station Store back in February to get a Lift Recliner for my father-in-law who has suffered a stroke. I believe the salesman who worked with us was Morris. The chair has been scheduled for delivery and cancelled twice now. This is unacceptable. If I don't get a reply back from the person who runs this store today, I will never recommend anyone shop at Ashley Furniture again.

I cannot express enough how disappointed in Ashley Furniture I am. Before you buy from them you better make sure you have been told that they have been bought out by another company and they no longer accept returns. I bought a couch from them. It did not fit in my space I bought it prior to the company being bought out it took about eight weeks for it to come in. We picked it up right away when we got the call and it did not fit in our space. They refused to give us a refund on it. Sorry customer service for doing that no where was I told or on my receipt does it say final sale no refunds nothing. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again.

Ashley Furniture Store Bryan/ College Station knows how to take your money but when it comes to giving credit back you just sit and wait. It been 6 weeks that I’ve been waiting. I’ve call and even been at the store 4 times and the only thing accounting manager tells me is you will get your credit. I'm not the one big on leaving bad reviews but this is really the only way to go about getting it to their attention. The ashley furniture store in college station Texas has got to do better. Don't get me wrong it's a nice store and nice folks working there but I'm going on 3 months now waiting on the correct couch. I went there back in January and ordered a sectional and a bedroom set. Got bits and pieces over 2 months for the bedroom set. Finally after 2 months I got the sofa. It was the wrong one. Went up to the store told them and they "accidentally " ordered it facing the wrong way. Ok not too big of a deal. Re ordered the couch. A month later i finally get half of the correct side. I called and asked about the other half that didnt get delivered and they said it was back ordered. But as they were checking the order it was apparently ordered wrong again. And was going to have to left side pieces. So after raising a fuss they re ordered once again and of course it is on back order. I spent well over 4k there and I'm over 3 months in and only half a couch. Talked to managers to see if we could get it figured or refunded or some kind of store credit and all they have to tell me is all we can do is say sorry. REALLY??? SORRY? That's it. This was definitely a huge headache so I will for sure not be spending anymore money at that store. And if anyone is ordering from them double check your handlers paperwork and make sure they order the correct items. Or you'll be in the same boat.

After months of shopping I purchased the Alesandra Sofa from Ashley. I waited several months for delivery which arrived in November 2021. I LOVED the couch until January 2023 when it was suddenly sinking. The decking (base for the cushion) has almost completely torn and will no longer support the couch. After extensive contact with customer service I have been informed the warrantee was only for 12 months (I missed it by 6 weeks) and they will not offer any assistance. The decking is clearly defective and I have photos to demonstrate this. Ashley claims the couch was abused in some way for this type of tear to occur. The couch is in pristine condition aside from the decking and was only used by four adults in home. So very unhappy with the outcome. Apparently Ashley furniture has a 13 month lifespan so buyer beware! UPDATE: Ashley furniture reached out on this post indicating they would provide some support however, after communication with the local store, they were unwilling to provide any support since the order was online. Apparently, the online store is separate??? Either way, I continue to have a 13 month old couch, damaged beyond repair from normal adult use and no assistance from Ashley..both local store and online. Buyer beware....

The decking is clearly defective and I have photos to demonstrate this. Ashley claims the couch was abused in some way for this type of tear to occur. The couch is in pristine condition aside from the decking and was only used by four adults in home. So very unhappy with the outcome. Apparently Ashley furniture has a 13 month lifespan so buyer beware!
I bought a recliner and was told it would be in on a certain day. So I showed up, and I was told it was not in stock and was on its way even after being told it was ready. I never received my recliner and canceled the order and was told my refund would be in the mail within 2 weeks. It has been almost 1 month and 2 weeks months now, and there is no refund. They have an excuse every time I call. We're sorry the person who deals with that is not in till Friday, and I still hear nothing. Then they say I'm sorry, the owner sold the company to someone else, and we can't get ahold of her, but your refund should be coming from Canada now, and we have no way of checking. 1480.00 dollars may not be a lot to them, but to a 100%disabled vet, it means a lot.

The purchasing experience was great but everything after that day was AWFUL!!!!! Furniture was delayed again and again and I was NEVER updated when things arrived. I had to keep calling to get info and they were so rude when they would answer my questions. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE if you want your furniture within a certain time frame and if you expect courtesy calls. I should have read reviews before spending so much money and be treated like trash.
I ordered a new dining room set and was told it was in stock at the local warehouse. When I arrived to get my table they said it was out of stock and not expected for up to a month. I would not recommend buying anything from them based on faulty information given during the sale.

We were lied to about nearly every detail by our salesperson. Ordered a month and a half before our delivery date, were told ONLY our rug would be delayed past our delivery date. That’s fine. Delivery date comes around, 3 out of our 9 pieces are delivered. They tell us the rest will be delivered in 2 days. We call again the next day to make sure, and now it’s a month out. We are in an empty apartment with absolutely no seating, no bed, nothing for A MONTH and were promised MULTIPLE times that would not be the case. Every time we call we get different information, and it is very obvious now that our salesperson was lying to us and saying anything she could to make the sale. Even told us our furniture would be assembled for us to get us to pay an extra $600 for delivery- nope, it’s delivered in boxes and left for you to deal with. If you can’t sale your stuff honestly maybe you should be in a different business. Be careful buying here unless you can purchase 6 months in advance, and take anything they say with an grain of salt.
EJ was great and helped us find a great deal on a high quality couch that was also the perfect color. He didn't follow us around or pressure us into anything, he was always available when needed and was knowledgeable. I've had this couch for almost 2 months now and had 0 problems. Will definitely be returning whenever furniture is needed.
I experienced terrible customer service. I bought a bedroom set from another Ashley location and picked it up from the warehouse in Houston. After getting it home I realized one of the drawer handles was messed up. I tried to get a new one from the store in College Station and after experiencing a very sassy employee they later called back and wanted to charge me $30 for a new handle.
Accomplished what we needed, BEDS, & Holly was a dream. Had to wait for order, but it is being delivered & that is terrific. Sadly, previous store did not work out, but that 'no' got us a perfect YES.
Ordered a bedroom set in january and still have not recieved my furniture. Told them i would not accept delivery until all pieces were there because my in laws started paying for a full living room set when they only had one couch. Everytime ashley gets one piece they call and try to schedule delivery so they can start getting paid. Our newest estimated delivery date is now july. I will never use them again
Was told on the phone one price, got to the store and the price was much higher. The sales person should have been more knowledgeable and friendly. You fill out your digital credit forms on a kiosk with a large monitor that can be seen by anyone walking by or sitting on the display furniture. All the furniture takes months to get. The furniture seems to be well made and we're anxious to get it.
We placed an order in September and was told the furniture would arrive in October. It is now February and we are still being told they do not know when our furniture will arrive.
It was not at this store. It was Ashley Online. Never buy ANYTHING from Ashley Online. It is a scam. They are thieves. They will not try to do right by you in any way.

The only thing I did not like was as soon as you walked through the door you had like 2 to 4 different sales associates come up and ask you every 5 to 15 minutes if you need anything. I want to be able to walk in the store and be able to browse and look around without having to be asked 400 different times if I need any help if I need help or assistant I know how to walk up to a sales associate and ask. Needless to say I ended up walking right out.

My husband and I bought a sectional and an ottoman, the sales rep Maria had no problem making the sale by giving us ETA’s that we’re within weeks for the sectional and one month on the Ottoman. She began completely ignoring our text messages once we started trying to ask about a rock solid ETA, got to the point where I had to contact the store directly spoke to a manager about it, the very next day I got a call for my sectional to be delivered. While I love the sectional the rep Maria made no contact to me about my ottoman. Contacted Maria today about my ottoman, she gave me an ETA of mid January! When I asked for a manager she hung up on me. Called back and the GM Scott has informed me that it will be mid January, Horrible customer service absolutely atrocious sales reps, and the manager is taking zero accountability for it

Don't bother with their vacation promotions. We've called 4 times so far trying to track down our "Las Vegas" trip and noone takes responsibility. Promotions are an overpriced joke.
Sales staff is great at making the sale, but terrible on actual customer service. Was told 2nd half of my order would be ready for delivery at the start of July. It is now September and still not everything is in. Additionally, I am making full payments to Ashley on furniture I do not have yet. No one seems to have actual solutions only blaming supply chain (understandable given the pandemic) but at least update your customers on any delay. Will never buy from Ashley again, I should have learned the first time.
I went to Ashley's Furniture last month (July) to order a mattress and base. We picked them up yesterday from the warehouse and when we opened the base we noticed it was not the one we ordered. I called the sales person(Chelsea) and explained to her what happened, she stated she will have to call me back and asked if we had a picture of the one we ordered. We sent Chelsea the picture of what we ordered and at that time she said she will get with manager and call us back. When she called back she said that unfortunately she had entered the wrong number because it was only one digit difference and that she could order the right one but that there was a price difference of about $500. Both the sales person and the manager admitted that the wrong item number was entered and yet they would not very make it right unless I paid another $500. It is very unfortunate that we always buy local to support our businesses and this is how we are treated. Even though they ordered the wrong base, they will not return it still new in box. We are stuck with an item we did not want and there is no way to get our money back. They were not helpful and acted as though we were an inconvenience because they messed up our order. Do not shop here, they do not care about customer service.

We had been informed that our new mattress would be delivered on the 21st of July. When I contact them regarding no phone call or notification, I was given attitude and called a lier many times as the gentleman continued to informed me that isn't the policy and they never give a date as when the furniture will be delivered. They are now saying we will have to wait several weeks longer for the bed and they are unable to give me an estimate as to when the rest of the furniture ( livingroom) will arrive. I would really like to get my home back together and am getting tired of these large companies using the same excuses. They don't seem to care about the customers.
A few months after a great experience of buying my furniture at this store, I had a terrible customer service by Cindy (a receptionist who answers the phone). It was so bad that I had to post my complaints. Just a few days later, the general manager (Scott) reached out to me and apologized.. He listened to my case and offered to help. Some of the items I ordered in April was not going to be ready until September and I really needed them by August. So he said that he will try to find alternate furniture in their inventory. After about 30 min later, he found two desks (sent me the picture and they looked nice) and included to be shipped with other furniture. When they arrived, they looked better than the ones I ordered originally.. On the delivery day, while the guys were assembling the bed, they realized that there were some errors made at the factory and they could not finish assembling them. So the delivery guys left them without getting them completed. I called Scott and explained the situation, he sent a technician out on Saturday!! The technician came within an hour and fixed the problem. I was very impressed.. Because of Scott, my review is changing from 1 star to 5 star.. I will definitely buy more furniture from them.. I just have to avoid running into Cindy..

It's 2021, but the sales associate made us feel like we stepped into the 1950s with his sexism. It was as if I was invisible to him: he only introduced himself to my bf, only asked my bf's name, when he'd come up to us he'd position himself only in front of my bf, only looked at him, only asked him if he had any questions. My bf noticed and was bothered by it too. The furniture wasn't to our liking anyway-- there's higher quality stuff at the same price else where in town.
Ordered furniture end of March very start of April still haven't gotten in in June so I canceled the furniture two weeks ago. Had already been making payments and still can't get straight answers on when I'll get my money back. Financial companies saying that Ashely has not notified them of cancelation so they can't give money back or take it off my credit. Will NEVER use them again!
If I could give them 0 stars I would, I will never buy anything from this store again, I purchased a sofa and loveseat in March, I was told that furniture would be delivered in May, between May 10 and 15th, cleared out my living room and when I called to see where my furniture was I was informed that it would not be here until June 17th, after much back and forth my loveseat was delivered on June 5th. The customer service is horrible, the manager of this store has no compassion for his customers and is very rude. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from this store.

Ordered Dinning Table with 6 chairs, and 2 Sofa. Got the dining Table in time, each time someone use the chairs, they make crack sounds. ..... For Sofas, they promised 6 weeks, after six week I called them to check the status, they told me they will delay another 6 weeks. I just cancelled the order. They should had notified me for the delay as soon they know it not wait till I call them....... My Advice, just go and buy from another store, no trust in their promises, and low quality furniture.

I purchased a bedroom in labor day last year. I was very long time waiting for deliver it and when it delivered it was wrong bedroom and I had to reorder again and after the one month I received the correct one but when they wanted to install the bed they've damaged the new bed and I called several times to customer and they didn't respond it. I really feel frustrating after the one year they still don't respond and they didn't care about the customer.

Pandemic or no pandemic....this is unacceptable since people I know who ordered furniture AFTER me...have all gotten theirs delivered. There is NEVER follow up. And when I do call it's always I DONT KNOW. At this point I have been patient enough.
My husband and I recently bought a new bed set (bed, 2 dressers, and 2 nightstands) and we love it!! Unfortunately, I can’t remember who helped us out, but he’s a tall guy (maybe Brandon? I think?). He was so helpful and didn’t really try to upsell us on a more expensive set. He helped us pick out the right one for us and got us all set up for home delivery (which comes with set-up for free too)! I would definitely have anyone go here at least to just take a look around.
I bought a sectional from Ashley's off Hwy 6 in November and initial expected arrival was January 5-12, it has since been delayed numerous times and I have still not received it. My sales associate stopped responding to my messages, so I called and talked to Scott who is supposed to be the GM. They offered me free delivery, which I did appreciate, but I still have no sectional that I spent $1,000 on, now I'm not even hearing anything back from the GM after messaging him days ago. They keep telling me Covid is what keeps delaying my sectional but nothing has changed since November aside from no couch. All I've gotten is the run around and if I don't get my couch in the next week I will be returning to the store to have my money refunded and take my business elsewhere!
Stay away from Ashley.... They are NOT serious about warranty...

I bought a living room set and within 90 days it started falling apart. Contacted them and they said dix you purchase extended warranty. I said I did so they sent a man out and he took pics. I kept waiting but no reply. So I finally talked to manager and they said nothing would be done. I feel like they cheated me .
They are eager to help you find the right furniture, surely have you sign all paperwork and insist you initial the delivery date to make you as the customer understand the delivery date. As soon as you walk out the door, you are no longer a customer. I placed my order in a July. Shawn had me initial the delivery date to be in September-which was fine. As we near the delivery date Shawn doesn’t call ( I had to reach out) to let me know my order has been pushed to October and In two separate shipments. I spoke with a different salesperson because Shawn isn’t available. Long story short, here we are in oct 1st, I finally get on piece of furniture or so I think. I don’t get a call from Ashley’s furniture. I call to check on my order, once again it’s been pushed further into October. Shawn did finally pick up the phone call and said I can cancel my order. Wow!

Went in to order a couch and bed frame. I was told the couches would take a month to come in. After a month I never received a call, so I called the store to ask about my order. I was given the run around but was finally told it would be another 2 months before they would come in. I asked to cancel my order and was still given the run around. The lady that took my message ended up being the one to cancel my order, even though she was the one who told me I had to speak to someone else. This was all back at the beginning of August. I just got my bill for my bed frame and Ashley’s billed me for the couches I never received and canceled. The finance company stated they haven’t received any notice from the store and I should call them. I called the store and the lady that answered never asked for my info but stated she was “aware of the issue and working on getting it fixed.”

Purched a sectional in February, unfortunately they would not be able to have it delivered untill March. Well March came along and the day they were suppose to deliver they canceld due to the sofa being damaged so they had to order anothe one. On the side note I already gave away my old sectional so I was stuck with an empty livingroom. Had to reschedule for a few weeks later. Day arrives for them to deliver it and the couch is tore. So I started to inspect the sofa for anymore damage so when I reported it, it can all be in one ticket. I noticed it wasn't even a new sofa I waited for it was the one that was in store at the show room floor hint the tag. So I reached out to the sales man that week on the damaged sofa and I received no response from him. I called the store to see on how I would get it repaired and they passed the phone to him he I had multiple questions due to my purchase and it seems no one can give me a direct answer along the lines of they didn't have the info so they will have someone call me. It is now September and no one has reached out for my repairs or issues. I called the Acceptance now (finance company) to see if they can help me but the question I had I would have to call the store I purchased from. She did see some issue with my paper work so she was going to have her supervisor call me on there end to figure it out. A damnaged showroom floor couch that I received at a purchased of 1,497.94 is now going to cost me 3,651.84. Think I'm going to stick to furniture row at least I know the quality is better and I'm not getting the run around and paying double in the price from what they told me.

If I could I would give this business a 0. I regret wasting my time at the store, shopping for a sofa, finding one I like, ordering it and waiting for 3 months for a sofa that never arrived. When I called to follow up, they suddenly realized there was ANOTHER (that's right another) delay in processing and shipping. They wanted me to wait another 6 weeks until they can have the sofa sent (probably so they can delay again).ABSOLUTE WORST! DO NOT order from this company (or maybe this location in BCS) unless you won't need a sofa for a year later...not exaggerating much.

I ordered a couch on May 23rd. At first we were told it would be ready to pick up in 3 weeks. Then it changed to 4. Then 5. Then 6. Then, we were told to come pick it up after 12 on July 4th. Not wanting to drive and waste my holiday, I called to be sure it was ready. Guess what. It still wasn’t ready. Still don’t have the couch.

I just came from the Ashley Furniture Store in College Station, TX. I wanted to purchase a coffee table and an end table. I did not have my Ashley card with me. I was informed that the account could be found in the computer system. I was taken to a lady at the front counter. She asked for my I.D. The woman balked when I handed her my I.D. and asked if I knew whether it was expired or not. I explained to her that I was aware and that The Texas Department of Public Safety had exempted everyone who had a license expire after 3/13/20 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The DPS is not handling any renewals that are not essential until they fully open back up, sometime in mid-summer. She told me that she would not be able to help me. So 1.). You lost a sale to a customer. 2.). I am a loyal customer that will not be back. 3.). I already have an account, so I fail to see what the issue is. Incidentally, I have excellent credit, a large credit line, and carry a $0 balance. and 4.). Customers should not be penalized for the COVID-19 pandemic. I cannot call the Texas Department of Public Safety and tell them to hurry along because I just have to have this cute coffee table immediately. I am extremely upset. This should have NEVER been an issue.

We went home and out of boredom looked at their website to only find it was significantly cheaper to buy online! Trying to be loyal to Jacob, we told him about this and asked if they would price match it because he mentioned previously they do. Over the phone he said they price matched and thanked us for not buying online because he wouldn't have received any comission. Days later my wife went into the store to buy to only get an hours worth of "crunching numbers" like they do at car dealerships. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. BUY THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE IF YOU DO.
Walked the whole store, not a single employee asked us if we needed any assistance until we were walking out the store. When we told the employee that we were looking for the computer "big screen" catalog, his only statement was, "Yea it has been down for a while." No, "what item are you looking for?" Or anything...

The bed came missing the slats under the mattress, so we had to fashion our own with the additional purchase of lumber. The construction of the bed is cheap; &"flimsy&" is the word I&'d use. It&'s also slightly too large, so that our king size mattress sits about 2 inches inside the edge of the frame on either side. The nightstands were unnecessarily difficult to put together, and the drawers of one seemed not to fit at all. After many, many tries, we finally were able to get them to sit precariously on the slide arms.

In July, my husband and I bought a bed, mattresses, etc. We were told if they weren't right, we could exchange them after 30 days. We had to buy their special mattress covers if we thought we might have to exchange them, so we did. My husband asked for a firm, and I asked for a medium. 30 days later, my husband was happy, but I hadn't slept well, waking up with hip, shoulder, and back aches. I needed a softer mattress. So I called the store. I explained to the person on the phone that I needed to exchange my mattress for a softer one. She told me she'd get back with me. One week later, I hadn't heard anything. So I called again. Was told again they'd get back with me. One week later, no response. I called again. Was able to talk to the salesperson we had originally. He asked me to send a picture of the mattress labels, so I did. He came back, saying my husband had a medium, and I had a soft. I sent the picture to Serta, and they said mine was a medium. Talked to the salesperson again. Now I am told there are no soft mattresses in the store. He said he'd see what he could do. Have never heard a response. I ended up buying a gel foam/ memory foam mattress to put over my Ashley mattress. For the first time in 3 months, I can now sleep all night, and wake up without hip, back, or shoulder aches. If you go to Ashley, be sure your first choice is your only choice!
I was told my furniture was to be delivered by August 20 to the local warehouse where I could pick it up. I called to confirm on the morning of the 22nd that everything came in and was told everything except 2 items had not arrived which was fine with me. I took off half a day of work and rented a big U-Haul truck and was told to call an hour before arriving. When calling I was informed by a different person that several items had not arrived and they are unsure why or when they would arrive. The representative then told me I would receive a call back within ten minutes and was just txted from the salesman that over half my order was damaged during shipping which included a king bed frame, a couch and two nightstands that were all damaged. I never received a call or message about this problem until after renting trucks and taking off work. The communication with Ashley HomeStore and the warehouse is horrible. The customer service is even worse!!!!!!! I also was supposed to receive a reimbursement from a previous purchase warranty that was not used and have yet to receive that. It has been well over a month since spending $2000 and have not received one single item of my furniture purchase!! The lady in the warehouse said that the salesman lied to me about the furniture being damaged and it is just on backorder but couldn’t believe how I am being treated. I finally received a call saying all of my furniture was in stock. After picking everything up, the bed frame was broken and we were given a incorrect dresser. In the last few weeks I have been speaking to Brandon, the distribution manager who assured me that everything would get corrected. Today was the scheduled delivery date (after I had to reschedule a week later) and the bed frame was delivered and set up but the dresser was never ordered. I am currently waiting on Brandon to call me back.....

Horrible experience so far. I purchased an entire bedroom and living room set from Alex Aleksic a salesman at Ashley furniture. The date that everything supposedly arrived at the warehouse, I rented a 26 foot U-Haul to pick it up and was told afterwards by Alex that several items were damaged during shipping and it would have to be reordered. The warehouse consultant told me that nothing was ever damaged and was just on backorder. I then spoke with the general manager Scott that apologized profusely and ensured me that everything would be taken care of and the remaining furniture would be delivered and set up at no charge. I was told the estimated date of arrival would be September 13th and Scott would keep in touch with me to set up a delivery date and time prior to arrival. That date came and past and I have heard nothing. I called the warehouse and sure enough everything came in so I arranged with a very nice lady named Amber at the location for myself to pick everything up. After unboxing my new dressers I realized that we were given an incorrect dresser and my new bed frame was cracked on the inside. I called Ashley furniture yesterday and was told Scott was off for the day and a detailed message was left with an associate for him to call me back this morning. I still have yet to receive a call back. On another note, when originally purchasing the furniture, I inquired about receiving a credit from a previous purchase of a warranty package from a couch set. I was told by Alex that we would receive a credit for this and would be contacted by Ashley furniture warranty department who would send this reimbursement back to me through my purchasing credit card. I never received this credit after 2 months of waiting. Scott ensured me that he would get to the bottom of this issue and yet again, I have heard nothing about this reimbursement.
Very terrible service from Casey who seemed very disinterested in helping myself and my mother. She's a valued customer and his lack of knowledge coupled with his attitude really turned me off from this location. However on the way out, Morris assisted us when we asked and it made the experience worthwhile. My advice would be going to a store where ALL the employees make you feel welcomed and want to help you. The Houston employees never treat cudtomers this way.

Alex was fantastic this morning in helping us find a new dresser. He was very polite and attentive without being pushy which i find at other similar stores.
Purchased 4 bar stools among other things and still have not received all of our bar stools 3 months later. Now my salesman and the delivery department refuse to return our calls.

Purchase a bedroom set which hopefully gets installed today. This review isn’t about the furniture but about the delivery service. I took time off work to meet them at my home. They tell us 30 minutes til they arrive and an hour later still not there. When I call the warehouse to check on the ETA I am told they haven’t even left the previous stop. This is terrible customer service and will definitely have an impact on my future furniture purchases.
Holly was super helpful and overall a great sales person. She was able to answer all the questions we had and not only that but she tended to my son when he was getting a little restless while we were still browsing. Def. recommend her to anyone that goes into Ashley Furniture.

Although the prices are pretty great compared to other companies and the quality of the furniture is great, the delivery is incredibly disappointing. We ordered furniture on 6/12 and were originally told that we would have everything delivered in two weeks. But when they actually placed the order, the furniture was not expected until 7/3. 7/3 rolls around and we have no furniture still. Finally a portion of our furniture is delivered on 7/6. But we were still missing 4 pieces. 7/19 rolls around and we get one piece delivered. Now our other 3 pieces are not expected until 8/13, a complete 2 months after purchase. On top of all of this, the delivery team left several thousand silica beads all over the house that I had to vacuum before our cats got to them. Very disappointed in the service that comes after purchase.

We will definitely be back for any future furniture needs. 7/14/19: Update... We returned this time to do some shopping for a new living room set. Jacob met us at the door and allowed us to find the pieces we thought would work on our own. Once we walked the entire store, we met back up with Jacob and with his help, we narrowed it down to two different sets. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the features on both. When I did find the sofa I wanted he ran around the store to find the exact pillows I wanted. They are amazing!!

My husband and I just got married and decided it was a perfect time to get rid of all our furniture from college and upgrade! We purchased a bedroom set here and it is AMAZING. We had to order the dining table we wanted from another Ashley furniture as it was discontinued at this store, but it was no problem. The dining table is perfect for us! Got a mattress quote of 1500 dollars here, got essentially the same kit from a competitor for 800 dollars. Don't buy a mattress here, you're going to be paying the middle man. Go to an actual manufacturer like Denver Mattress Company and the like. Also not a fan of the employee who essentially stalked my mother and I through the store after giving us a quote. Leave the customer alone after that so they can just look in peace please. It was really uncomfortable.

Jacob Woodard is an asset to the company. He was genuine and courteous. He looked at photos of our new home and offered decorating advice. He didn't have to write down our selections. Jacob remembered. The delivery team was efficient and courteous. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, but I believe David was the lead man. We had to wait for our sectional, but Jacob made us aware of that at the time of purchase. The one thing I'd improve about Ashley furniture is their phone service. You're placed on hold, and then you're in for a long wait. They need more help.

Bed, mattress, dining table, couch/electric recliner, end table...everything purchased has been top notch except a mattress which was replaced with a better quality with no cost to me & they threw in pillows to boot! I went in to buy a couch and left with the perfect one within an hour! Brad helped us and let us browse freely. He answered all of our questions and wasn't pushy at all. I hate furniture stores most of the time, because they're always trying to pressure you and upsell you. This was one of the most enjoyable furniture shopping experiences of my life.

Ashlie Jackson is awesome! Every question I asked, she had an answer. If she didnt know off the top of her head, she made sure she got me the answer. Ashlie paid attention and is very sweet. I wanted to purchase some counter height chairs for my island and needed 5. She suggested that if I purchased 6, it would actually be cheaper per chair and cheaper with total cost including taxes. She’s fantastic and is a great asset to the company.
I made my first furniture purchase back in February, now it is 4/6/19 and still have not received my new couch. We were called by the salesman last week and another employee telling us our couch was in. When we called back the lady over the phone was reading back a completely different order that was not ours. So we called back again the next day to figure it all out. The employee we last spoke to us said "Yes, that was an error in our system, but your couch is in". We left to pick it up at the warehouse on 30 and only one piece to our couch was in the warehouse. The employees at the warehouse told us they were were waiting on the other pieces to get in, but turns out our couch was loaded up in another person's vehicle. The customer service to follow was less than impressive. I would highly recommend not using this company. Between the multiple trips up to the store, phone calls, and lack of promised call backs from the store manager, Scott. Your money is better off spent somewhere else.
Amira was our sales woman and she was absolutely amazing. She showed us everything we asked to see and gave us good insight. She was also super patient with us when we were discussing about what route we wanted to go with financing everything out. I highly recommend her.

Haven&'t even received my merchandise yet, and can&'t even get through to anyone at the store. Every time I have called, I cannot even get a word out of my mouth before being put on hold. Seriously considering canceling my purchase and getting my money back Well, I&'ve had my furniture for a little over a month now. I was told that I would receive a bill in the mail within the first 30 days after delivery. I waited until close to the allotted time and called the store to see what the problem was. They told me that my bill would not arrive until the thirty days were up, so I waited until I was sure the thirty days were up and went to the store (see first paragraph for reasons). They called the finance company for me since I didn&'t even get a phone number. I was then informed that I was already late on my first bill (which I NEVER RECEIVED), and I had to pay the last months bill AND a $27.00 late fee. Needless to say my wife and I were furious. They said they would credit the late fee to my account, but I&'m not going to hold my breath. Chances are we will NOT be buying from this company again.

I have purchased entire bedroom suites, and living room suites from this store, in fact I am still paying on my bedroom. I have never had a bad experience until now. But in any case, have never needed customer service until now. I NEVER purchase the warranty. I went in to just buy a recliner. I just received my first bill, and it was much more than what I paid for it, so I dug out the paperwork, and I have an extended warranty on it. I called the store, the customer service rep. that answered the phone said I could get a refund for the warranty. She then put me on hold and came back to say I can't. She spoke with the manager, and I only get "about 7 days" to request a refund. I asked to speak to the manager, she put me on hold again. She came back and said he was just walking out, to get my name and number, he would call me back. I haven't heard one word from them...I will not ever go back. I work in Customer service, and this is unacceptable. To update my review!! Amazing, fast response! The general manager called me and was very apologetic, and took care of the issue. Thank you!
My experience was good. Elizabeth greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked us what we were looking for and then started showing us living room furniture and answered any questions we had and what really made it good was that we kept her past closing time and she never once made us feel as though we were rushed. Very good customer service.

Came in to find our new reclining sofa set. Was very satisfied with our sales person Brad holleman. He was very helpful and knowledgable. We will definitely be back next time we need any furniture for our home.

Second furniture I've gotten from this store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Even when I want to drag different pieces around the store to see how they would look together.
Sales associates were friendly and helpful but dealing with the rest of the team was not such a great experience. We ordered a couch, when it was delivered the sectional faced the wrong direction. The delivery team assured us that they would re-order it when they got back to the store that day and took pictures. After having heard nothing, 2 weeks later, we called multiple times and were never able to get ahold of anyone who could update us on the progress of our order. We finally came into the store and were told that the return had never been processed but that they would start it that day. 3 months later we are supposed to get our couch next week... maybe. We've decided we won't use Ashley again in the future. Not terribly impressed.
Yes the sales people come straight toward you when you walk in, but I did not feel pressured and it took me a solid two hours and a trip home to measure my walls. The salesman was patient, easy going and offered great recommendations between different couches and ottomans and didn't pressure me to go above what I was comfortable paying.

I have been to Ashley Furniture a few different times and I have always had a great expirence. I bought a couch a few months back that Morris helped me buy and today I went in and bought a dresser. Today’s expirence was wonderful, Brad was very welcoming and very helpful. I bought a dresser and he was very accommodating and kept it very quick!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Holly is the worse and the rest aren’t much better. The furniture is nice but who wants to give their money to a company that don’t respect their customers?!. I will be taking my coins elsewhere.
