Markus Hellman was a tremendous help. He was very knowledgeable about the stock on hand and what could be ordered. I am extremely pleased with the service and will definitely recommend the store and Markus to my family and friends.

I visited last week, found all I needed and more. The prices where fair and some really an AMAZING deal. The staff were ALL friendly and accommodating. Hunter took real good care of me as a customer, and everyone else was kind. I didn’t waste my time and they didn’t do anything that would made me feel uncomfortable, I appreciate that immensely. Now, I was worried about the delivery as I have had horror stories before…. But, I was so pleased with the communication, updates, and competency of the delivery system and crew. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. I am a tough cookie, I don’t give good reviews just because, but I wanted to share this experience with others that are tired of going furniture purchase just to end drained and taken advantage of.

Purchased a couch I loved at a great price. But trying to get it delivered has been the worst consumer experience of my life. Ended up just cancelling the order (and only receiving a partial refund) because the couch never arrived.

Marcus was very helpful and knew how to help me find exactly what I wanted!! Will definitely be going back.

The pricing was also unbeatable by any other facilities in College Station. Which will help me get an even better rest on my very comfortable new mattress and adjustable frame.

outlet store and employees were great. The instock inventory and order/shipping from warehouses are Terrible and Ashley's emails and texts and advertising that has way too many active hits.. Ask me again to confirm shipping when you cannot keep the first shipping date because of inventory issues in your warehouse is not discovered until the day to load and ship.....I have to call 800 number on invoice to get the update that me waiting

Walked in and checked out a few couches, left to look at other places all around, and eventually came back because honestly you cannot beat their prices for showroom furniture. I visited this store today in search of a new living room set and was considering three different options. A young associate initially assisted me, and I requested out-the-door pricing for all three sets. Another salesperson then joined the conversation and focused on two of the sets, one of which was about $1,000 more than the one I was leaning toward. He repeatedly told me that if I spent over $1,999, I could qualify for 60-month no-interest financing. Although I typically pay cash, I occasionally open a credit card to keep my credit active, so I decided to purchase the more expensive set. I applied for the store card and was approved. However, after my approval, the same salesperson suddenly told me that the best he could offer was 36 months, and that 60 months would only be available if I paid full price. This was never disclosed beforehand, despite him stressing multiple times that the 60-month offer applied to purchases over $1,999. Because of this, I chose not to complete my purchase and left to shop elsewhere. I ultimately found the exact same set at Lone Star Furniture. Although I paid a little more there, the salesperson was honest, transparent, and honored the 60-month financing offer exactly as advertised. I value straightforward and honest business practices, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Customer service for the Ashley outlet in College station is great. Hate to say this but they are more professional than any of the other Ashley stores. I would go back to the outlet and deal with them anytime. Markus has excellent customer service. He is very patient with customers. The manager and whole team here is great. Look forward to buy more from their location. I didn't get the young ladies name that helped us that day but she was very nice and helpful.

I walked into the Outlet Store and.the sales representative greeted me immediately, she had great customer service and found exactly what I wanted.

Ashley sold us a broken dresser. It fell apart when loading to our vehicle at the store. It was then that we could see where it had been hot glued and nailed back together on the inside.Manager told us they would repair and have ready next day. It is now three days later and no call. We called and it is still not fixed. They offered to take only $50 off of the purchase price for the trouble. Disappointing experience and last shopping experience with Ashley.

The sales team lead us to exactly what we were looking for at the lowest price in town. The transaction was quick and easy, and we love our new piece of furniture.

Very friendly and helpful

I understand that this is an outlet store, however if you’re going to sell a piece of furniture (and make commission) please make sure the customer is aware whether or not all pieces/parts needed to build the furniture are available at the time of purchase vs having the customer make multiple trips to the store for parts that you “think” belong to the furniture but actually don’t. I have been waiting 2 weeks to put the bedframe I purchased together, which could’ve been avoided if you were truthful upfront about the missing parts. The parts could’ve been ordered at the time of purchase. It also does not look good to blame the floor employees for misplacing parts. The bedframe is a pretty piece, but the headache it has caused was not. The salesperson seemed just as over it as I was and pawned me off to parts customer service vs handling the situation himself. If you choose to pick up your furniture yourself, beware that you will need to help the ONE guy bringing out the furniture to you. Also, make sure you have all of the parts to your furniture and anything the salesperson promised.

They have a good inventory of merchandise. I like that some furniture is actual hardwood and not MDF alone.

Great customer service before purchasing my furniture. However, once I purchased my furniture there was poor customer service. There was only one guy to load up my furniture so I had to help him load my furniture. My furniture wasn’t properly taped down so it cause some shelves to fall causing one to break. Also causing damage to the back of my furniture piece. Highly disappointed. Not something I wanted to happen after spending $330.

Buyer Beware! please please be careful buying any furniture at the Ashley Outlet store. They won't tell you or pretty much lie to you but all the furniture there is As-is and they will NOT honor any type of warranty or protection plan. They have a pretty good scam in that once you're out the door even the extended warranty won't be honored. I spent over $4k about six months ago on furniture that we were told was NOT as-is and that it could have the protection plan. Now all of a sudden when i try to submit a claim on furniture that broke they are stating that "there are notes" in their internal system (not on my invoice though) that the purchase was "as-is" and now they can't honor any type of warranty. I even tried to place a claim with the Extended warranty and now They are saying that per their notes my furniture still has a warranty with Ashley so they won't honor the extended warranty as well.

I ran into the store at 7 PM. Didn’t realize if they were closed or to be closing and I asked him if I could come in and come in. Well I spent about probably 30 minutes looking for a couch anyway the manager Alexander there came and help me. Explain to me about some of the couches I was looking at And I need to buy one going to pick it up today.

My wife and I visited this store a week before Christmas. There were three employees visible and a manager in the back ( out of sight). We entered and although all three saw us come in, no one greeted us. We were shopping for a mattress and had questions naturally but were made to feel we were intruding and interfering with their online activities. One girl reluctantly assisted us after we asked for help. In summary, no friendly staff here and the show room floor is a mess.

Bought a whole set (sofa, loveseat, rocker/recliner) in April of 2023. Had it serviced twice due to animal damage (we were honest about that being the cause of damage whether the people noted it or not). In April 2024, the second time the tech was out here, he noticed another bit of damage on a part of the sofa. He said he would put the request in to start that process. A few weeks had gone by and hadn't heard anything so I called and explained the situation (and mentioned again, it was animal damage). She sent the parts over and told me to call when I got them. I got COVID so it took me about a week after I got them to call. Called today to schedule the service and was told I was out of warranty. I explained to her the situation again that I was in warranty when he was supposed to put the request in. She then said they couldn't fix it because it was animal damage. I said the last two times they've been here were animal damage. She said those "were a courtesy". I'm thinking the people didn't log properly so it didn't show as animal (which y'all are real for that). Anyways. I ask if I can talk to the supervisor myself. It takes 10 minutes to transfer for me. Then I feel like his name was Rob? Rob gets on and just says hello and who he's speaking to and what the problem was. I asked if this was the supervisor of the woman I just talked to. He said yeah. I was just trying to make sure whoever I was talking to knew the situation and he acted like I was an idiot for that (I worked in customer service a long time and I was always taught and always taught people below me to never make someone explain their problem twice but). I explained again. He said the woman shouldn't have promised me anything. He said the tech isn't their employee and so he had no right to promise things. But I don't know who he works for? The guy in my house from Ashley, I believe he speaks on behalf of Ashley. How am I supposed to know otherwise (He was insanely nice tho don't fire him, he made a part cushier because it was my dog's spot <3). I told him that that's bad customer service to be told something would happen twice and then not follow through on it. Rob was very condescending and kept talking to me like I was 5. 0/10 not how you talk to people Rob. So even though two people who represent Ashley both said they would fix my couch and I was completely honest about the damage to it, my couch will not be fixed!! Anyone know how to upholster a couch?? HMU.

My husband and I visited the Ashley‘s outlet. On several occasions, the first experience went Pleasant while the second experience was very unsettling . We were seeking king size mattress while we was given different prices and was told to come back to the store, once truck delivery was made However, we follow back asked to what we were told to do so . While seeking mattresses at this visit I was under the impression it would have been a more successful visit being we were approach and speaking with the manager. while speaking with the manager, the king-size matches we would have purchased and consider. It’s then when we discovered some type of BUG‼️ inside of the wrapper bag on the mattress. My husband Mention to the manager to bring to his attention The manager disregard our concern and downplay The concern and complaint . the manager touched and remove the bug from the mattress, look at i the bug on his finger and we were told he didn’t see anything . Vain that this is a major Concern I thought I would share my experience, hoping that there will be better safety measures taking going forward that it will not happen to anyone .

DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD THAT IS BACKED BY SYNCHRONY BANK -- We had a great experience in the store and decided to finance our purchase at 0% for 24 months through Synchrony Bank, even though I've had a bad experience with Synchrony before. I set up Auto Pay the day after and had the normal amount withdrawn the first month, but Synchrony withdrew the entire account balance for the second month rather than the Auto Pay amount. After 45 minutes on the phone with Synchrony, there was no resolution to this issue and no explanation given as to why they did not withdraw the Auto Pay amount. I'm incredibly frustrated that the 0% for 24 months no longer applies to this deal and would very much like encourage everyone I know not to finance with them.

The couch itself is great and for a decent price. However, I would have been nice for people to load it in the truck for us. There were at least 4 or 5 people doing ABSOLUTELY nothing. Only one person came out to help us and all he did was wheel the furniture to the truck. My son and I had to be the ones to put it in. Same thing happened when we walked in before buying any furniture. I wonder why you have so many employees that just sit around and do NOTHING.

We had a pretty decent experience at this location. We went in looking for a queen mattress for my sons bed. We were met by Ebonique who was a pleasure to work with. We also were helped by the stores manager Bob and he was a great help as well. At the end of the day we got the mattress my son wanted through a bit of a process due to some changes in their credit system that they were unaware of but they pushed through like champs making every call necessary to get to the resolution. They were fun with each other and pleasant with my son and I.

It was very pleasant working with both teams. The team at the Outlet store and the team that delivered my sofa. I think the delivery team arrived about 15 minutes early and I think they were finished before their scheduled arrival. My first Ashley experience, I expect there will be more.

Buyer beware! I purchased a bed, mattress, desk, dresser, nightstand and chair from this store on August 3rd. I was told all the items were in stock and would be able to be delivered on August 16th, the day of my son's freshman move-in to his townhome. The day before the scheduled delivery, I was suddenly told that the items were no longer in stock and would not be available until the end of the month. Obviously, this caused tremendous problems for us and we were scrambling to find my son the items he needed in order to be able to move in. We ended up finding most of what we needed other places, but the struggle continues with this establishment, because they refuse to give me a refund for the correct amount. As of my last interaction with them this morning, they refunded me some of the items, but will not give me back the money for the delivery fee ( nothing was ever delivered!!) nor the tax ( on items that I do not have!!) nor will they address a random $95.91 charge. They cannot tell me what it's for and will not refund it. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN AN ASHLEY STORE AGAIN. They are crooks.

The girl who answered the phone did not listen when I said I wanted to use my Ashley credit card. After about an hour she said I could only use a major cc or come into the store. That. Do would have saved me a lot of time and frustration

I will never purchase anything from Ashley furniture ever again. Very unprofessional. If the staff says they will give you a call back, they won’t. My experience has not been smooth sailing whatsoever. If you’re looking to get furniture in a timely manner, this is not the place to go.

Julie in College Station was absolutely wonderful to work with! She located exactly what I was looking for, placed the order & made the sale over the phone. She was efficient, helpful, and very pleasant. Ask for her if you are wanting to take care of business!

Not much to see salesperson's not really motivated to sell .

I bought a bedroom furniture in mid May and asked for it to be delivered on August 2nd. I was assured that was enough time to have all my furniture delivered on that day, but that was not the case. In addition, I was not told I needed to buy a box spring and only found out when the delivery guys informed me so. Then I had to try to find a box spring anywhere in College Station which could be delivered the same day. Definitely, not a pleasant experience.

In short, I wasn’t necessarily planning on purchasing furniture when I went in, but I ended up finding what I needed/wanted and making a purchase thanks to the friendly woman who approached me to make sure I was taken care of. She offered me water and it was a hot day so I appreciated that. She kindly went over their inventory and options, and helped me speak with a man who I assume was the owner or GM who also helped me finalize my decision. I appreciate their friendliness and am excited to sit down on my new couch when it arrives. Good customer service. Good selection of inventory. Good prices. I got what I wanted and in my price range.

I went to the Ashley outlet for a couch. My requirements were easy, I wanted one that was available today or in the next week! Meggan was incredibly helpful during the entire process, she let me know what was available today and gave me pricing on everything. I was in there for probably less than an hour and I ended up leaving with a couch, coffee table, and tv console! They had available and let me pick up 2/3 items that day and my coffee table is on order arriving in May. Very happy with how everything went and I highly recommend this Ashley outlet and Meggan.

Had a great experience recently purchased furniture for my daughter's bedroom. I will definitely be coming back for more furniture in a couple months. I honestly don’t even want to give these people 1 star. I went to the store looking for a mattress. Found one I liked, and the sales people seemed very nice. The young man told me it would be free delivery but then when we did the paperwork, which took forever, I was told it would be $150. Fortunately, one of the sales people said that because I had been patient all during the very long paper process that they would take off the delivery fee. Especially when I said I would not pay it. Then they set up a delivery time for 4 days from the sale to get my mattress delivered when I get off work. Then I get a text saying that my mattress will be delivered sometime in between nine and 12, during working hours, when I told them I absolutely could not be at home. That’s when they set up the delivery time. When I called the warehouse about the delivery, they were rude, obnoxious, and said that they could not deliver it until two more weeks later. I think that they just lie to you in the sales room to get you to believe whatever you want and then after the sale you’re left with the fall out of lies, broken promises, and sleeping on the couch for two weeks. And after spending two days on the phone with these people I’m still not sure when I will get my mattress! UPDATE! I called to see what time my bed would be delivered on the promised delivery day only to learn MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED! Dealing with Ashley has been the WORST retail experience of my life!!!

We are always greeted kindly. The manager or the gentleman in charge is always nice to us, he gives you time and space. We’ve never felt harassed. This is our 3rd purchase there and definitely not our last.

When comparison shopping, I have chosen this outlet shop twice. First sofa and.most.recently a mattress purchase. Unbeatable prices and very decent selection. Visited many mattress places, glad I didn't forget to check w Ashley's before purchasing.

Beware of using their delivery service. They said they would call us 30 minutes before hand so we could be there as we both work full time and cant wait at home from 9am-1pm waiting for them. They never called us so we missed their delivery. When I asked who and when they called, they gave me three different answers about times and numbers they had called all of which didn't line up. They claimed to have delivered it early at 9am but then when I stated someone was home until 10am they changed their tune to "actually it was 11:11" they tried to deliver it when I was calling at 11:30. They don't call ahead and expect you to be home all day waiting. Pay someone else to do it before you have to spend weeks with the "sorry we missed you" bs. Also their customer service doesn't answer the phone so don't expect for them to help you.

Horrible customer service. They just stare at you when you have a question and didn’t even answer any questions I had. On top of that they have false promotions that the do not honor.

My husband and I went here just to look around at a few things, and half expected to get the normal obnoxious salesman experience to push us into buying something. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted kindly and pretty much left alone to look around ourselves, with the occasional check-in. We found exactly what we needed at an exceptional price, and when we were ready to get it all set, the manager kindly and quickly helped us out. We’ll definitely make this our first stop for furniture shopping in the future just in case we find anything!

Extremely low quality furniture, and not even made in the USA they are giving jobs to other countries while our people struggle to find work, don’t waist your money on them go to big lots and get the same stuff for half the price
