Not a great experience with our delivery. They seemed to not really care and weee only in a hurry. Could not speak English. Scratched my front door. Scratched the bed frame we bought but I did not see it until they left. For the price we paid for our furniture and delivery I expected them to at least care about damaging things and making sure everything was ok. None of that happened. Very dissatisfied with your company and delivery. Service.

I am very disappointed in Ashley Home Store regarding their follow through on claims with their products! I bought 2 leather recliners from them last year and one is now having issues with the reclining mechanism and it won't open all the way. I filed the claim on 7/10 and they still have not mailed the part out to me! Their system is VERY flawed!! Every time I call, they say it will arrive in 7-10 days but when I call back to check a week later, it still has not even been sent out. Don't buy your furniture at Ashley!! Their customer service after the purchase is deplorable!! I will say that their claims people have been very nice and seem just as sad as me that the system is so flawed!

The energy in the store is not good. It’s like the sales people prey on you to make a sale.

Had a very good experience compared to our last trip, mind you it was 20 years ago. Bought a sofa and love seat set from them and it is just now getting bad enouhh to need replacing. Still a good set but footrests are wearing out. We arrived just as the store opened up. The manager, Sunny, met us near the front door and showed us around. He was the only one there at the time. Very knowledgable abiut the stock. He was very patient and listened to all our wants. Showed us what was available, there were a couple that we liked, just couldnt decide. We told him we wanted to go to AFW just to compare. He was fine with that, told him we would be back.Gave me his card and told me to message him if we saw anything we liked and he would check his store, said AFW couldnt bet Ashleys prices. He was right. AFW did have some of the same furniture at the same price, but they didnt have some of the customer service aspects. Didnt have extended warranty. We ended up going back to Ashley, bought a different set for just a bit more. A new matress and a new enterntainmemt cabinet. Inwould gonthere again. There furniture hilds up, no pressured sales, very informed staff (Sunny)

We got a great deal on what we purchased. We got extended warranty on our live seats. The manager who helped us was great. He was very professional. And got us all tge items we wanted.

We have worked with Sunny a couple of times at this Ashley location and it has always been the easiest and quickest total experience! It will take you longer to decide what you want LOL But let me tell you, once you know what you want, the rest is quick and simple.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Original Salesman was nice, the next guy lied to get a sale as we were walking out. We said we wanted to go home and measure he said no big deal they will take back the part you don't want if it is too big. Delivery came signed the tablet to show we got our items. Contract said we had 3 days to report anything wrong so we didn't inspect until later that day. Found issues no one will return the item. Only "repair" . Went back to the store and they would put in an exchange. Never heard back from them. Stuck with an overpriced holey piece of junk and customer service is a joke.

I had the best experience I was not pushed into purchasing I was told about the managers specials and then I was allowed to look at my own pace and select what I wanted . GO SEE AMIR My husband & I just bought our 1st Home and we went to go wonder around Ashley Furniture. Iv been really picky about living room furniture and had gone to other furniture store in the area and havent found anything I was looking for. Welp that changed going to Ashley’s. Amir greeted us but did not hover. He educated us and they were offering great deals. We ended up buying a living room set and a bed!

Greeted by Katrina upon entry of showroom - big smile and extremely positive attitude. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and was not overwhelming and listened to our wants and needs. She was knowledgeable of products and did an awesome job explaining features and benefits. Arfeen “Iffy” was great as well, upbeat attitude and represented Ashley Furniture with pride. A manager that loves the company as well as those that they work with are really hard to find and he demonstrated both by his positive energy and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction is a standard. Overall excellent team - we didn’t have intentions of buying today was just out comparing products and different companies but with Katrina and Iffy we felt as if there was no need to go any further, they made buying furniture…. And spending money fun. We we’ll definitely be loyal customers going forward and not spend our time driving around looking for anything else. Thank you everyone!

I don't like going into big stores too much pressure too many problems too much demandedness and not enough consideration for who you are what you are and what you really want you're always ready to sell you what they have where they can make the most money. UNTIL I WENT TO THE ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE I was just looking at a little small piece of furniture for the extra room with a bed.. no hype no drama no trauma I just walked in and started looking around and instantly a very nice young man was standing beside me he offered to help ask what I was looking for helped me go and look no pressure whatsoever I saw what I liked and instantly I knew that's what I was going to buy it wasn't his thought it wasn't his plan it wasn't what would make him the most money but it made him an excellent salesman he let me do it myself until I needed his help and he filled out the paperwork and I ended up buying my new bedroom suit because I was looking for one but I wasn't ready to buy but when I saw it and I knew there was no pressure pushing me I knew it was okay.. and there was no pressure no push no demandedness no steering no UPupmarket of products it was what I wanted where I wanted how I wanted when I wanted and going to be delivered on time thank you Ashley furniture store for your gentle comprehensive excellent salesman Mr Ahmid.

My sales person was good but the reason for the 3 stars is because I had to come back the day after the sale because he still did not change my shipping address like he promised. I asked to change it the day of the sale but he said he would do it. It wasn’t till the next day at 7 in the afternoon that he changed it.

Sunny helped us buy a loveseat recliner. I certainly hope it’s as good a quality as they say. My only problem was the delivery charge. For heavens sake, it is ridiculously high. Ashley offered a nice discount which helped compensate, but why don’t they have their own delivery service ?? I hope I don’t regret giving them a 4 star as I started to do 3, but I feel confident in the quality.

It would have been nice if he had shared with me the extravagant amt. Of the warranties. That was a shocker but I'm okay with that. We have been looking for an 82” sofa for over a year. I saw an ad for an Ashley sofa that was the right size although not exactly what we wanted my email. My husband is 6’4” so I wanted him to see if the particular model I was going to buy would fit him. We went to the Ashley furniture store in Conroe to see if the sofa we were going to buy would be comfortable for my husband and were greeted by Sunny Abbasi. He told us where sofas the size we needed were located. When we didn’t find them (it’s a large store) he came back to help us. The perfect sofa was right there waiting for us. Perfect size, perfect color and great quality fabric! In addition, it was a recliner which we thought would not fit into our budget. It will be delivered in a few days. Thank you to Sunny for showing us a sofa that far exceeded our expectations and fit our budget. We recommend Ashley Furniture for a wide selection of furniture and great customer service.

The long lasting quality that they had years ago is gone. My leather sofa started cracking and peeling not even a year after buying it. And of course the expensive 5 year warranty that I bought doesn't cover cracking leather... It's almost like they know the leather will go bad 🤔 so they don't warranty for that. I won't be buying there again.

Selection was good, and ended up getting a table and chairs. Customer service was nice, why the 2 stars? What I didn’t like or appreciate is that i was lead on to believe i’m getting this amazing in store deal. Some “manager special” for today only. After purchasing the set i went online (which i should’ve done) and it was actually cheaper online. Without any kind of deal or “manager special” . I ended up paying more in store. There was no manager special or deal i was given. I feel like i got finesse taking a sales reps word for honesty. I should’ve known better.

When we walked in, we were greeted my the sweetest, friendliest salesman, Nate. I described to him what I’m looking for and he took me straight to it. He wrote up my sales ticket and scheduled a delivery for me. You must check out Ashley Furniture in Conroe, I highly recommend it.

Nightmare , didn't deliver as expected and promised and had to rent a U-Haul to go to the site to pick up and then they refused to help load the furniture into my truck . I had to hire people to come to help me unload . I will never buy from them again too many other options out there to go through that again .

I would give zero stars if I am to be honest. I went to the Conroe store just to browse, see what they had, and to see the quality of the furniture. Krystal greeted me and I told her that I was really just looking. She said fine and said she would check in with me later. So I walked around a bit and here she comes, asking me all kinds of questions. I politely told her I just wanted to look around. Ok again. Then here she comes again, same thing. Then when I was heading up front to the door to leave she comes over again and again starts asking me what I'm looking for and all the same questions she previously asked. I told her I really didn't want to be bothered and was there just to look around. She said oh ok and walked away. As I was about to open the door to leave the man ( I don't know if he was the manager but he didn't have a name tag on) said said I have something to say. I politely said not thanks I was fine and leaving. He actually followed me out of the store telling my Krystal was upset because I didn't want to talk with her and that when you come to a store you HAVE to talk to then that is the way it works. I said actually I don't HAVE to talk to anyone. He continued yelling at me and I started walking to my car and he yelled at me to never come to that store again which I told him he didn't have to worry about that! I will NEVER set foot or shop on line at any Ashley store thanks to this guy and his totally unprofessional behavior. And I thought if Krystal wants to be in sales she needs to toughen up !! I know sales isn't easy, I have been in sales, but you do not treat your customer in the manner this man treated me. Perhaps he is not suited for the job especially if he was the manager of the store.

Under their leased to buy program Ashley Furniture store is providing customers with the used damage furniture. Just because we are going through an affordable Leasing program to furnish our homes don't mean that we need to receive something more or less and unfortunate than someone who pay cash. I have attempted to do a warranty claim and the way that it is set up it is no way that you can actually get a refund or have this furniture picked up. You can tell that most of the edges the bottom of the bed the corners of the bed have been painted and the paint is starting to wear off and show the damages. Also the bed was delivered unwrapped not even in the Box I asked was it used furniture delivery guy said no most definitely used furniture. Bed is also uneven.

Great service and we are satisfied with our Experience

Purchased a bedroom suit from the Conroe TX location. I was very pleased with the “discounts” Sunny, assist. Mgr gave me. However, he failed to complete my order (I had two orders) which caused my mattress and dresser not to be delivered thus causing me to sleep on the floor for 4 nights. When I confronted Sunny, he did admit to his mistake and told me he would refund me $200 dollars. It has been 2 weeks and I have reached out to Sunny two times without a response. I must say, I am extremely disappointed with his integrity and I encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. He can not be trusted.

The 1 stars are strictly for the fact we found a couch we liked here. We worked with Abbasi Asab, a manager I believe. We got a good deal on the couch and also threw in a free ottoman, which was great except for the fact I had to bug him multiple times to send me the paperwork with the ottoman on it because he “couldn’t put it on the paperwork before we left”. Fine. Well he told us we were all set for pick up today, Jan 1st. We kept asking if he was sure since it was New Year’s Day and most places are closed. He assured us multiple times it was open and set us up with text alerts so we could make pick up easy. We drive over an hour and half to the warehouse to pick it up and we are met with a showroom employee letting us know they, in fact, are not open. I call Mr. Asab and he kept telling me they were open and hangs up on me. He calls me back and says oh I called someone and they said they aren’t open my bad. I will make sure no one goes to him for furniture for the simple fact of his lack of knowledge. It wouldn’t have been a problem to pick up the next day but for him to so lazily not check to make sure they were open and all he can do to fix the situation was a “my bad.” If I didn’t already get rid of my old couch I would just cancel my order all together. Terrible service. Hopefully other associates are more knowledgeable and helpful. Will update if I actually get my couch and maybe it’ll help the rating.

The store is beautiful and the furniture is nice. We were helped by a very nice man names Kamron and the purchase itself went fairly smooth. I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated by the floor manager. I had to go outside a couple times during the purchase as my kids were getting restless. I was approached multiple times by said Manager to stop going in and out and to use the employee entrance. The final time I returned to the store was because my son had fallen and injured his mouth pretty badly and I needed help from my husband. The manager attacked me because he was going to get written up for so many times going through the door because there is a sensor that tracks how many people come in and out. This whole interaction concerning the door was so offputting. We just spend 1300 dollars at ashley, only to be treated in an extremely disrespectful way. Very unlikely I will return to this store.

They send you a text message you let them know when you are 30 min away to start pulling your order and someone will come outside to greet you. After 30 min of sitting there after I send the reply to the text messaging system I was told by an employee they don't pay attention to those and you have to go around and tell them you are here. After another 40 min of waiting for them to start pulling the order they inform the other staff they do not pre pull orders and she didn't get the update and walked off. Absolutely horrible pick up process. Told the wife this is the last piece of furniture we buy from here and we were about to buy a whole living room set but I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

By far the worst store we’ve ever done business with. Finally got our last piece of furniture yesterday that we ordered THREE months ago.. they had promised we’d have it within 3-5 business days. They admittedly lied about 99% of the things they told us while we were in the store. I simply can not say enough great things about our experience at Ashley Homestore. Our Guest Experience Manager, Muhammad Kamran, was truly amazing. We showed him pictures of the living room, dining room and master bedroom furniture that we found on-line and really liked; Kamran not only took us to see pieces just like ones we chose on-line; he showed us a configurable zero gravity recliner sectional with matching recliners and bedroom furniture that we liked even better! The showroom was extensive and the final price we received was phenomenal. The prices were so good, we even purchased two king sized mattresses, the base for our split-king adjustable bed, a beautiful buffet table that will serve as a bar, and barstools. We were too tired to choose the accessories from Ashley’s wide inventory; we’ll be going back to finish for sure. Kamran knew our needs and exceeded every one of them!!

$11k spent and a whole lot of wasted time spent on the phone chatting with a BOT in attempt to reach a human being. And so much confusion of where the rest of our furniture is, when it'll be delivered, then comes one piece at a time. Paid to have delivered then they wanted us to pick it up. Then after hours on the phone, transferred from one person to another then finally got it right. Then to find again, not the full order.

I purchased two occassional chairs from Ashley with the help of Mr. Abbasi. He did an excellent job of finding chairs that met my needs. The delivery of the purchase was changed several times, it arrived more than a month later, very disappointing!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company first off they delivered the wrong bed and then had to wait 2 week for them to approve to get the right bed then another 2 weeks for delivery. Now that we have the right bed, it has a defective part to it. One side of the bed is 2 inches lower and causes back pain. The guys that put it together should have seen that it was wrong and told us so. I will never do business with this company again.

Well we started looking in the 1st week of March, I was out of town so my wife picked out dining room table and chair set we both liked. After a few weeks we finally got a delivery date for the following week. The table & chairs were delivered same time our beds and tv's were so she didn't have time to inspect it, the crew just left. It was damaged with cracks across table! Got the run around about get a replacement. Had to file a warrenty claim and deal with another department! After several more weeks, a delivery every other week( which she rejected for the same reason) final picked a different table set and outdoor furniture- once you sign original order they refuse to cancel a d you HAVE to buy from them! Won't ever use them again! Buyers be ware!!

I would not recommend going to the Conroe location. They were very pushy and rude. We had found some furniture we liked online and wanted to see it in person. We didn't find it there so we started to leave and my husband was about to walk out the door first and one of the guys that worked there said have a good day and I went to turn around and said you too but before I could he shouted "What's wrong you can't talk?" My husband didnt hear him say have a good day because he is deaf in one ear. Very rude and poor customer service. Supposedly his name is Jason. We were the only customers in the store and now I can see why. So I would avoid going there.

Sent a letter about “Ashley Credit Card” but its really a 3rd party loan shark. Lol Salesman Toby or Tobi COMPLETELY SCAMMED US! I dont like trashing businesses because thats not my style but this is ridiculous. Our furniture also came damaged, made a request for repair or switch and nothing happened. Made a Visit in person and they LIED to our face. This is NOT business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. The nice people ACT has played you all. These are not good people or a worthy store. Parking lot is a ghost town and Now I see why. Calling the references listed on the application. This is sad honestly. Theres alot of legal codes that were broken in this process and now as a law student they started a issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Do not go to this Ashley Furniture Store in Conroe, Texas. Their salesman are dishonest and will give you the runaround. They pretend they are helping you with a problem with your order and when you call back several times or go visit them they pretend they are contacting the manager who they say approved an exchange. Don't go to these crooks. Asad Abassi (Sunny) and Kamran Muhammad are the two liars that represent Ashley Furniture in Conroe. They act like they will help you. They say "I filed a report", this will be resolved tomorrow I'm texting the manager now", several times. It's not just the two of them it's their corporate office also that are also part of the dishonest culture. Don't support people that will lie to you, but also lie to others. Go to another furniture store and spend your money. When you see no cars in the parking lot of a store like theirs, turn around and go somewhere else.

TOBY TRAHAN is a liar Canceled my $3600 order because I was lied to I was guaranteed a delivery date by my salesman, which was four weeks from the date I ordered only to find out. I have to wait another month and a half. After canceling my order, I won't get my $3600 back for another 7 to 10 days yet I'm moving in in two days.

UPDATE! Wcould not return item. We finally did exchange. But the new item has uneven drawers. That being said, we will keep it because it is easier than dealing with their "customer service". What a joke. NOTICE THE PARKING LOT IS EMPTY!!! THERE IS A REASON FOR THAT!!!! BEWARE! They DO NOT accept RETURNS. They do not adhere to the Ashley RETURN POLICY. Each store has its own policy. Even if your item DOES NOT MATCH the item you picked out in store. It will not say that on your receipt either. As a matter of fact, you can not return items at all. Even though they say you can, in fact, you can not. No phone number they give you will do so either. Delivery driver blamed store and store blamed delivery driver. Fact of the matter is, driver and store both had a list of items to be loaded up and neither of them made sure it was all there. Still waiting on the rest of my furniture. At least, everyone has been super nice through all this and are all working to make sure I get my items.

I was looking for a certain barstool that would match what we already had, and found them at the Ashley store. These barstools were currently a discontinued item, but Kameron located them for us and we ordered them and picked them up from the warehouse the same day. Ashley is the worst furniture store ever. I will not buy anything else from them. I paid $2000 for dining room set and it arrived damaged. I was told I couldn’t exchange it but to file a warranty claim and a technician would come out. Well the technician came out today and spray painted the chair black as you can see in the pic. After that the tech said he would need to order the parts and change out the seat of the chair. Instead of exchanging $173 chair they rather send a technician out twice and build a chair. Called customer service and was told nothing they can do unless the technician says it can’t be repaired. This is ridiculous. Please don’t purchase anything from Ashley.

Kelly our sales associate told us that if Once delivered we were not happy to not sign and they would take it back. The delivery guys bullied my wife to sign the papers and now they have a no return policy. Buyers beware!!! STAY AWAY I now have to hire a lawyer to take these thieves to court to try to get my money back and get their furniture out of my house. Please avoid yourself the headache and get your furniture elsewhere.

I really can't begin to say why this experience wasn't great at all due to so many mistakes. Waiting on the things I order for 3 months and they were in stocks. The salesperson didn't get the order correct the first time so I had to reorder the item and pay out of pocket. Next the delivery of an item had damages, smudges all over the chest drawer, like it had been sitting somewhere for months. I was promised compensation on that and it never happened . Second attempt on chess drawer was worst than the 1st one. Third delivery I just keep it looked a little better than the first one with the delivery of my head and foot board I had been waiting on for 3 months. Never ever will I buy from AFS again. Then you ask me to give you a rating, oh no you really don't. Bottom line they suck as a furniture store

So my wife and I went in there and purchased a bed and sectional couch. We dealt with Kamren, (sorry if I spelt your name wrong), and he was AMAZING. We got home and decided to change our order and remove the bed, he handled it well. Then I called back to tell him we wanted it after all and he STILL handled it well. He was very interactive with our 4 month old and made us feel comfortable while in the store. Thanks Kamren (sorry if I still spelt your name wrong) and Ashley’s.

I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews for a business but I feel like I have no choice since I don’t know any other way to get the attention of someone in charge of this store. We are beyond frustrated with this store and the way they do things! Bought a chaise sleeper sofa a few weeks ago. Won’t name anyone specifically but the sales rep quoted us $719 for the sleeper sofa that was on the show room floor. We obviously thought it was a great deal and decided to purchase it and have it delivered. Told the sales rep we wanted the set up exactly the same as it was at the store. Fast forward two days later… only HALF of the couch was delivered?!?! And not only that, it was the wrong set up and not the way they had it at the store. We call to see if they can make ot right and send us the sofa we had ordered and paid for and to no surprise they couldn’t fix their mistake. We were told we would have to pay for the other half of the couch and that it would have to also go through the refund process since we were sending back the couch that was ordered incorrectly by THEIR EMPLOYEE. We told them we aren’t paying extra and to give us the refund and pick up the couch. We are now going on 3 weeks.. no refund and no one has picked up the couch. Literally have called almost every day and have to re-explain the issue to every person we talk to and they usually will tell us someone will call us back (they never do) or tell us to be patient and they will let us know when they hear back from whoever is in charge of the refunds??? Such a disappointment and will never do business with this store again. No wonder the parking lot is completely empty every time I have driven by or gone up there.

Terrible service. We went in twice parking lot completely empty. Told us come in we will match online price. Get there and they are no where close to the online price. Sales person says well that’s all we can do. You said you could math the price get the manager. She says that’s all he is going to do. I said get him. She gets mad walks away and disappears. Needless to say we went to Americas Furniture Warehouse Erin was very helpful showed us same furniture for a fraction of what Ashley was trying to charge. Electric solo theater recliner ( w blue lighting features) stopped working after a puff of smoke and 1 year of use. Ashley recalled a defective electronic item within the recliner, they called me and set up a time to repair .. I waited and waited and ....... waited .A Saturday sadly wasted.. NO call from Ashley as of yet. THIS item was my first and last piece of Ashley furniture I will EVER purchase, no thank you.

We just bought a home and we’re getting all of our furniture together! We came to Ashley for dining room chairs only (we purchased our other furniture at American furniture) the sales man was extremely rude, arrogant and simply just too much. We told him we were just there for chairs and of course he wouldn’t stop pushing anything & everything else on us. When my wife mentioned we purchased everything else at American furniture he decided to bash their business and their furniture. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. This place isn’t budget friendly so I would think their employees would be a lot more welcoming and professional.

10/20/2023 - After sending a text to the number listed the exchange for the correct bar stools was immediately initiated. I was very happy to get the right ones. For some reason the store folks have little recourse in returns, always send a text to the number listed in the reviews. I sent a text message, we are pending 9/6/23 for the exchange. I need to edit my review; My order was not fulfilled properly; I received the wrong bar stools. I called them immediately once I realized and asked for an exchange, and now, I cant get the correct bar stools. I'm extremely disappointed that Ashley Furniture is not providing an EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT bar stools, I'm not even asking for a refund. Now I have 3 bar stools that I can't use that I'm paying for. I would appreciate if someone from Ashley could provide a number to someone who can get me the right bar stools. My experience with Ashley Furniture Conroe was a 6 out of 5 stars. They went to great lengths to help me and were very responsive to my questions. I got high quality furniture at a great price and experienced amazing customer service. The delivery was also fantastic and the guys who put it together were fast and professional. It was a awesome from start to finish.

Very disorganized, lack of information from agent, several interruptions on the phone by a female agent regarding other matters, felt like I was talking to a teenager w/no kniwledge of the business, I ended up telling the agent I could not deal with these issues and hung up. This is the second time I have tried to order - the first time got an on line agency who informed me I could not order from a store and this agent a well was poorly trained and I did not order from her

Horrible!!!!! My husband and I purchased living room furniture on 7/8/2023. The furniture was delivered to our home on 7/13/2023 with the couch broken and the motor on the loveseat not working properly. I called customer service and the Conroe store reported the problem and state of our furniture. As of 7/25/2023 we are still waiting to hear from Ashley’s service team regarding work order 915A744605. After this issue is resolved I will never shop Ashley’s furniture nor recommend any of your stores !!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied customers ‼️

I'm giving Ashley Furniture, Conroe TX 3 stars, mediocre. I do so because our purchase experience was "good" A patient new salesperson, (difficult to find employees for many employers right now, I get that)helped us right away as we entered the store We made our picks, new salesperson asked a couple questions in search of help from the store manager, Brandon. Order placed, on our way, as promised furniture showed up in a few days. Then problems began. A chair that we ordered was keyed in by the new salesperson (it happens) and the wrong color chair showed up on the delivery truck. Did NOT accept delivery of wrong color, had them take it back with them. I then contacted the store manager, Brandon. He explained to me once the store turns in the sales order they lose all control to Ashley Corporate Logistics. Once the order is transmitted, which interesting enough all processes changed to be "new and improved" during COVID and the stores literally have no more input to the orders...what? why? that's were the personal contact was...why now remove them??? Makes NO sense... To summarize, Brandon (Store Manager) went above and beyond helping me fight, yes literally fight with Ashley Corporate Logistics even giving me internal methodology to question their delays and excuses. I did receive the proper color chair within a few days (amazingly, but I was quite persistent). We are so far happy with the furniture we purchased, fingers crossed it wears well. As far as Brandon, manager at the Conroe store, this post is past due and my apologies as this all happened in May '23. A thumbs up and well done on his excellent customer service. He could have easily just pushed me off, but continued to help right up until I received my furniture and even gave me a credit for my inconvenience. To for Ashley Furniture Corporate Logistics, YOUR LOGISTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE METHODS ARE UTTERLY HORRIBLE, they need to undergo a thorough audit and update, Covid requirements are over. Get back to the basics and DO customer service better. UPDATE: Received response back from owner and as there is no way to for me to respond back, have updated here. I do not appreciate the canned response. If it is an attempt to look to others reading reviews to decide to do business or not, it is a poor attempt. I have no intentions of contacting Ashley Corporate Marketing to look into this issue any further. It has been resolved by my sheer persistence and the help of the Conroe Store Manager, Brandon. My suggestion, if you truly want to help with this issue further that you thank in a measurable way, the Conroe Store Manager, Brandon and review your corporate delivery methods. (for example, do you deliver everyday? do you ONLY send out deliveries if there is a full truck, regardless of when promised? do you have a delivery truck that could quickly remedy incorrect items the next day? As I said before, DO CUSTOMER SERVICE BETTER!!

Will NOT ever go there again and most definitely will NOT purchase from them. The quality of their furniture is inexcusable. A few years ago, we bought a formal contemporary dining set and a chair broke on my father on the third time we used it - NOT covered by warranty. My son ran into a chair and it broke - NOT covered by the EXTRA warranty that we paid for. Ended up throwing away ALL of the chairs because they were so poorly made and we were fearful of our guests safety. Fast Forward to Thursday, June 22, 2023 - thought I would look there - I believe in 2nd chances. NOPE!!! NEVER AGAIN! The Delivery fee for Ashley was OVER THREE times that of America's Best, and Ashley did NOT EVEN DELIVER ON THE DAY IT WAS PROMISED!!! It was a huge effort just to get Ashley to deliver our furniture to our house, and we had nothing in our living room for our guests because they failed to deliver on the date as promised. Incredibly disappointed.

Although they have beautiful furniture I'd encourage you to take your business elsewhere. Staffs helpfulness doesn't go beyond them trying to make a sale. Once the sale is made they become dismissive and unconcerned about any concerns or issues you may have. They also do a horrible job informing you about delays or letting you know when furniture will be delivered. Beware!!!

ABSOLUTELY WORST BUY! Went in store & purchased furniture to furnish my whole house. Two living room sets, four bedroom sets. They assured it would all be delivered together. It was delivered in three separate deliveries, days apart. The mattresses did not arrive the same day as the bed frames. Kept it together & just figured there was a mistake somewhere, it happens. The last delivery came, my sons bunk bed, they unboxed everything, NO SCREWS to assemble the bed. Delivery drivers submitted a ticket to the warehouse and said it would take 10 days for us to receive those parts & for someone to come out to assemble it & they would keep us updated. 10+ days pass, we hear nothing. We call over & over with no answer. Finally after 2 weeks, we made a trip back up to the store to figure out what was going on. They had no idea what was going on. No ticket had been submitted but they see where the delivery drivers reported the bed came with no screws. They apologized, submitted a new ticket & was told we would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. Didn’t receive any type of response from them for another week & a half. Called, nothing. Make a trip back up to the store, only to be told there system has been down for 2 weeks & they apologize, the manager would give us a call. No call. We then go back up to the store for a third time & they gave us screws but only half of them. How am i suppose to assemble the bed with only half of what i need? Not only that but we paid to have the bed delivered, assembled so why do we have to assemble it ourselves for their mistake? Don’t call this store, you will waste your time. I would recommend you not even wasting your time, money or energy on this place. They clearly could care less about you after you leave that store & drop thousands of dollars. RIDICULOUS & worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life. Thanks to ashley furniture my sons been sleeping on the floor over a month going on two. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE VALUED!

Horrible service. I ordered a sofa and love seat 06/16/2023 and went by the store on 06/17/23 to cancel. I waited over 45 minutes in the store for a cancellation invoice. The sales rep just kept trying to get me to buy something else. Finally, he claimed that his manager will cancel the order. Well, I left the store and didn’t even get an invoice cause it told it would be emailed to me. I called the guest service number multiple times for assistance. One time the rep informed me that the order will be canceled. I call back to ensure the cancellation and the same rep told me. a store order can’t be cancelled over the phone. Okay, why did she lie to me at first? I don’t know. At this point I was starting to get really upset. I called the store back and they claim their system was down and has been down for about a week. How are you able to take orders , but not able to cancel orders. I start calling around to different Ashley Furniture Stores and no one was able to help me. Apparently, this store in Conroe is a franchise. One rep at another store told me that they were known to do this to customers so they won’t lose a sale. This is ridiculous and this store shouldn’t be allowed to represent Ashley Furniture. They have given the company a bad name, because I will never step foot in another Ashley store. I have not yet to receive a email about my cancellation .

Karina and Nate were great and did everything they could to help me out and send me off with a beautiful bedrooms set and quality mattress.

My wife and I shopped at the Conroe location. Sunny was our wonderful salesman who was willing to listen to what my wife and I were looking for. No pressure and busted his butt to make sure we were taken care of.

Nate was friendly and very upfront about the pricing and checked on us every now and then until we found a couch we liked. Great salesman. Will use him again for the rest of my furniture needs. I am updating this post. I have had an issue with my couch and have tried to call Ashley furniture and Nate. No one would answer their phones. Tried calling customer service at Ashley could not get the issue resolved even though I bought the extended warranty on my couch. will not be buying anything from Ashley furniture in the future.

We went to Ashley to purchase a couch. We had previously purchased a sofa sleeper, which we LOVE, and wanted a matching couch. Sonny greeted us and helped us with the couch and also gave us a GREAT deal on a full sized mattress and foundation! We had an exceptional experience at Ashley Furniture and will return for future purchases!!!
