So I went into this store looking for a tv stand. I did not need assistance, I understand that is how they make commissions. I said thank you but I’ll look around myself. It seems that they don’t have tv stands in store, just online, which is fine. However, I went to the restroom before I left to wash my hands and when I was leaving a sales woman ask us if we needed help and I said no we’re good just leaving. To which she responded “oh so you just came to use the restroom” in a snarky tone. I’m very irritated with her tone as I was with my daughter and she made it seem like we were some freeloaders, which we are not. The just don’t sell tv stands in store and that’s ok, what is not ok is to have such a crappy attitude when people don’t accept your help or buy anything. I have bought furniture before and even have the credit card, but never again.

Title: Ashley Furniture Lied to Us and Never Made Things Right My wife and I have never been so disappointed—or flat-out deceived—by a company as we have been with Ashley Furniture. From start to finish, the entire experience has been a masterclass in dishonesty and empty promises. We were told one thing in the showroom—reassured multiple times that our order would be handled exactly as discussed—and then found out later that they lied straight to our faces. They strung us along, pretending everything was being “taken care of,” only for us to discover they never intended to make our order right in the first place. Every phone call, every visit, came with a new excuse or “miscommunication,” but the truth is simple: they just didn’t care. It wasn’t a mistake—it was a pattern of deceit. We trusted them, and they took advantage of that trust. After weeks of frustration and false promises, we realized we’d been tricked into agreeing to something they never planned to deliver. Ashley Furniture has completely lost our business, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away. If honesty, accountability, and basic customer respect matter to you, shop anywhere else.

Staff was easy to find and eager to help. They knew exactly what product I needed and where it was on the floor. The sales person was very kind and energetic at first, but his attitude changed once we asked for a price match from another store. I get that they may work on commission but as customers we definitely felt like we ruined his day by trying to get the best price for us. It became awkward and short and just weird to finish the transaction with him as he was clearly upset. The manger was great, he had a great attitude and was helpful the entire time despite our price match request. Overall, we got what needed at the price that was reasonable for us. Glad they could help us in and out so quickly and offered the price match.
