The salesman and night manager were very courteous. They sold me a dining room server that was on clearance at 50% off. Unfortunately, they called me two days later and informed me that the dining room server was the wrong one and was not to be sold as it was a display model and that if I wanted the server I purchased that I had to pay an additional $100 plus tax. I arrived at 11:00 the next day as that’s the time I was informed they would be open. Two employees were outside waiting for the manager to show up and open the store. They said they didn’t open until noon. I finally got in and explained the situation and the gentleman I talked to was not nice. He said the salesman and his manager were stupid multiple times for making this kind of mistake. I thought he was very unprofessional and almost hostile. Yes, they made a mistake that cost the store over $500. But it was not my fault that the mistake was made. I paid the difference to get the server as that’s what I wanted. The experience just left a very bad impression. They originally scanned the sticker inside of the cabinet and processed the sale based on the product, so I am not sure how they now could say it was the wrong server. Shouldn’t they have given it to me for the price I originally paid for it? I wanted that server so I felt that I had no choice. I have shopped at this store before and never had such an upsetting experience.

Was purchasing a floor model clearance that was missing a night stand. Already a partial set. Found out they don't keep the other night stand for floor space. They don't even keep it at a warehouse (which would be nice for the purchaser). When I asked to just purchase the set without the night stand, I was told no because they couldn't sell it as a partial set.?.? It already is a partial set and I could have bought a pair of different night stands that could be a close match but again, they couldn't sell the set as a partial even though it already was one. Emailed the customer support with no reply. So now I have a bedroom set with one night stand. Edit: After receiving the reply, I reached out by text to the number given and received a text back saying that number was not monitored and received a different number. More to follow, maybe. Edit#2: reduced down to one star due to the runaround and no contact to date. *Last entry*

I purchased mattresses from Ashely using their in house financing acima. I asked them what the Total it would be. They gave me one total and when I asked for contract it never stated anything about a processing fee. When I tried to pay out before interest kicked in they claimed there was a 300 $ processing fee. I was never told about this during the purchase and signing of the contract. When I spoke to the lady about this fee she said it’s part of the process. I asked why wasn’t I informed when I asked she stated she was sorry. She gave me the run around for weeks and never resolved the issue. I will never recommend in house acima finance to anyone they will screw you over.

The owner was really great & helpful. The price was great. The delivery guys were really great & fast. We will continue to buy from Ashley.

I was told that my new kitchen table would be delivered tomorrow, well i just got a call from Ashley saying the table never made it to the warehouse and I won't get the new set until sometime next week! Seeing how i got rid of my current one thinking i would only be with for a day. Not happy. On top of that, i bought a wooden bowl that i got charged twice for, when i brought it up to the manager he said it's just in pending status. When the last charge hits the orher will drop off. Nope! Both charges are on my cc. Sweet, now i have to make another trip there.

My in store experience was great. However after I was in there I attempted to call the store. There is no way to contact the salesman and asks more questions. This is not a good experience now.

Karina greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told her what I wanted and she showed me several options. I left for a few hours to think about it but when I returned, she was with another customer, but still acknowledged me. She notified her manager, Evan, who immediately came over and assisted me. They both showed excellent customer service and I am pleased to say I purchased new bedroom furniture.

Kay was very friendly & I got a great deal on a sofa bed. (Dec 20, 2025) Update Feb. 22, 2026 Five star to one star: why are they selling items that they do not have in their posession & can not get in a timely manner? From a very frustrated & unhappy customer! The couch I purchased Dec 20, 2025 was supposed to be delivered Feb 3rd 2026 however I was contacted by delivery & informed they did not have the chaise portion of the couch & it would not be delivered until March 1st, I let them know I did not want half the couch & to wait to deliver the couch once all the sections were available on Mar 1st. I was contacted again a few weeks later & told delivery was delayed again & the new date would be mid April so I went to the store & spoke to Evan, on Feb 21, 2026, the manager, & he said he would reach out to the delivery department - warehouse team & would get back to me, I also asked if I could get the floor model, he first said "if it was up to him then yes" then later he said if the warehouse could not get the couch drlivered sooner than April he would deliver me the floor model. The next evening I get another call not from Evan but from warehouse-delivery & again was told they could not deliver until mid April, I then try calling the store to speak to Evan & every time you call you are routed to a general customer service center - It is clear at this point that I am getting the run around so I called today Feb 22nd to cancel my order & get refunded my money & even this seems shady because I asked if they would email me a confirmation of cancellation & was told "no" but Ana, who I spoke to from the cancellation dept., could provide a cancellation number which I wrote down - as a customer I am now going to have to keep checking my account to see if the refund appears & if not then I will be forced to call & go back to the store to get this issue resolved.

Sales guy Asim was great. Buying process, not so much. I wanted to put $200 down on the chair we were financing. So they were like okay sure no problem. Then I pulled out my cash and nope. We don’t take cash. Oh but you can put the extra down on the finance thing. But that’s not what I wanted to do. In the end I got annoyed and just went with it bc my husband has stage 4 cancer and was starting to crash. I needed to get him home before a certain time. We spent about an hour and 10 minutes there, half of that I would say we were fighting with their finance company and about the cash. The chair is great and my hubs loves it, but I hate that they’ve gone all digital now.

Paid $2000 for a Nectar mattress and then found it for only $1000 on Navy Exchange website. At first the salesman said that the adjustable frame came in the price but when my wife said that we a frame then the salesman said "OH the frame is extra."

I stumbled across Ashley’s Black Friday Sale and was very pleasantly pleased with my purchases, one of which was my Manager’s Special dining room set, assembly was not bad at all (it took me not even an hour). Kay did an amazing job assisting me with thinking through some of my choices and locating items. I didn’t pay for the assembly but the delivery guys were good to make a timely and ventless delivery.

So I went into this store looking for a tv stand. I did not need assistance, I understand that is how they make commissions. I said thank you but I’ll look around myself. It seems that they don’t have tv stands in store, just online, which is fine. However, I went to the restroom before I left to wash my hands and when I was leaving a sales woman ask us if we needed help and I said no we’re good just leaving. To which she responded “oh so you just came to use the restroom” in a snarky tone. I’m very irritated with her tone as I was with my daughter and she made it seem like we were some freeloaders, which we are not. The just don’t sell tv stands in store and that’s ok, what is not ok is to have such a crappy attitude when people don’t accept your help or buy anything. I have bought furniture before and even have the credit card, but never again.

Staff was easy to find and eager to help. They knew exactly what product I needed and where it was on the floor. The sales person was very kind and energetic at first, but his attitude changed once we asked for a price match from another store. I get that they may work on commission but as customers we definitely felt like we ruined his day by trying to get the best price for us. It became awkward and short and just weird to finish the transaction with him as he was clearly upset. The manger was great, he had a great attitude and was helpful the entire time despite our price match request. Overall, we got what needed at the price that was reasonable for us. Glad they could help us in and out so quickly and offered the price match.

Spent ALL the money, but without the service. Purchased furniture at the end of August and still don't have our floor lamp in late October. More importantly, we made the mistake of purchasing a Temper-Pedic bed from them. BUY FROM TEMPER-PEDIC or somewhere else!! Never spent even close to as much for a bed, and never had so much back pain. The mattress doesn't feel anything like the floor model after almost 60 days on it. They have been SUPER unhelpful since the day we left the store. We made this purchase from Ashley and our last furniture purchase a few years ago, but we're done now. Never again.

Two deliveries cancelled because Ashley was using phone numbers from years ago not the phone number I provided when I purchased the table. Then I offered to pick up the item myself (even though charged for delivery). As requested, I notified when I was 30 minutes out. I still had to wait almost 30 minutes after arrival. And now, after all this, my item is not assembled as I was told it would be! Never again Ashley!

They told us the the warehouse to pick up our couches closed at 8pm we got here at 6:15 with a rental truck only to find out they close at 6pm

I initially had a great experience with the salesperson. Eric. I cannot express how professional, informative, and helpful he was. I decided to choose Ashley Furniture because I purchased from them in Austin and had a great experience. I was excited for this purchase. I ordered this the first week of August when I moved here. My children and I have been sleeping on the floor mats since then, waiting excitedly for our new furniture. This experience was different. I made it perfectly clear that I was a single mom and would for go  the warranty and or whatever was necessary to ensure I paid for services to assemble all the furniture together. I told them multiple times it had to be included. I even told them at the end when they said I reached my max that I needed to take off parts of my order and reduce it to ENSURE assembly was included ( that was how IMPORTANT it was). I was ready to reduce it. The manager ( at least I think that who she was) was called, and she specifically said, No reason to take stuff off, they would make it to where it would be included.  They had some issues getting the system to work, she took over and started making all sorts of changes, taking off, putting on, and moving around. There were many changes made. I understand they had to move things around to make things "work", and he told her ( the manager), I did not want to warranty, and I jumped in and said No, I dont want the warranty, because I need the assembly more than anything. She was aware of this. I don't remember that manager's name; however, I confirmed again it needed to be put together by whoever delivered it. Today is the day part 1 of 2 deliveries came. The delivery guys said that assembly was NOT included. It was a door drop only. Altogether, I ordered a little over $13,000, (two-part delivery), and they left this most important part out after expressing many times how necessary and essential it was. I've had to fight since day 1 since I moved here in August to make sure these larger companies follow through on their sales services. I am done fighting. I specifically said the assembly was a deal breaker. For $13,000 I shouldn't have to fight for what I asked for and required and was told would be included. I will say this, Eric offered for him to come by himself to make this right. Ashley Furniture wasn't going to make this right. Why should this young man exploit himself for a mistake that wasn't his fault? Ashley Furniture store should have made this right. Eric was willing to sacrifice his time and energy for this error; he has integrity right there. I understand his hands were tied by policy and procedure. However, he was still learning and needed guidance, and the changes made were by the person that took over. This wasn't his mistake to fix; it was Ashley Furniture's management and the procedures and/ or programs, and systems that are in place.  I am in sales myself, and when my company's program and or procedures cause issues for customers or make mistakes, the COMPANY makes it right and things change immediately. This went wrong the moment the manager, or whoever she was took over. Instead of listening to him, she was more worried about what they were going to make off it than about the customer's needs. Which I think is highly inappropriate to talk in front of the customer to begin with.  I cancelled the 2nd part of my order, and I'm hoping that goes correctly. I had turned away from other companies because they could not offer the assembly services. I do not want anything from this company other than money back from part 2 order in FULL due to their error. This whole situation was supposed to add relief to my life by providing great customer satisfaction from beginning to end, not cause more stress to it. I do not recommend Ashley Furniture until their sales practice, system and/procedures change.

Gave me valuable information concerning the furniture I chose, even demonstrated the durability of the items I chose. Have purchased my furniture from Ashley, for the last 23 years. The furniture is beautiful and lasts many years.

Not a great experience with our delivery. They seemed to not really care and weee only in a hurry. Could not speak English. Scratched my front door. Scratched the bed frame we bought but I did not see it until they left. For the price we paid for our furniture and delivery I expected them to at least care about damaging things and making sure everything was ok. None of that happened. Very dissatisfied with your company and delivery. Service.

I am very disappointed in Ashley Home Store regarding their follow through on claims with their products! I bought 2 leather recliners from them last year and one is now having issues with the reclining mechanism and it won't open all the way. I filed the claim on 7/10 and they still have not mailed the part out to me! Their system is VERY flawed!! Every time I call, they say it will arrive in 7-10 days but when I call back to check a week later, it still has not even been sent out. Don't buy your furniture at Ashley!! Their customer service after the purchase is deplorable!! I will say that their claims people have been very nice and seem just as sad as me that the system is so flawed!

Had a very good experience compared to our last trip, mind you it was 20 years ago. Bought a sofa and love seat set from them and it is just now getting bad enouhh to need replacing. Still a good set but footrests are wearing out. We arrived just as the store opened up. The manager, Sunny, met us near the front door and showed us around. He was the only one there at the time. Very knowledgable abiut the stock. He was very patient and listened to all our wants. Showed us what was available, there were a couple that we liked, just couldnt decide. We told him we wanted to go to AFW just to compare. He was fine with that, told him we would be back.Gave me his card and told me to message him if we saw anything we liked and he would check his store, said AFW couldnt bet Ashleys prices. He was right. AFW did have some of the same furniture at the same price, but they didnt have some of the customer service aspects. Didnt have extended warranty. We ended up going back to Ashley, bought a different set for just a bit more. A new matress and a new enterntainmemt cabinet. Inwould gonthere again. There furniture hilds up, no pressured sales, very informed staff (Sunny)

We got a great deal on what we purchased. We got extended warranty on our live seats. The manager who helped us was great. He was very professional. And got us all tge items we wanted.

We have worked with Sunny a couple of times at this Ashley location and it has always been the easiest and quickest total experience! It will take you longer to decide what you want LOL But let me tell you, once you know what you want, the rest is quick and simple.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Original Salesman was nice, the next guy lied to get a sale as we were walking out. We said we wanted to go home and measure he said no big deal they will take back the part you don't want if it is too big. Delivery came signed the tablet to show we got our items. Contract said we had 3 days to report anything wrong so we didn't inspect until later that day. Found issues no one will return the item. Only "repair" . Went back to the store and they would put in an exchange. Never heard back from them. Stuck with an overpriced holey piece of junk and customer service is a joke.

GO SEE AMIR My husband & I just bought our 1st Home and we went to go wonder around Ashley Furniture. Iv been really picky about living room furniture and had gone to other furniture store in the area and havent found anything I was looking for. Welp that changed going to Ashley’s. Amir greeted us but did not hover. He educated us and they were offering great deals. We ended up buying a living room set and a bed!

Greeted by Katrina upon entry of showroom - big smile and extremely positive attitude. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and was not overwhelming and listened to our wants and needs. She was knowledgeable of products and did an awesome job explaining features and benefits. Arfeen “Iffy” was great as well, upbeat attitude and represented Ashley Furniture with pride. A manager that loves the company as well as those that they work with are really hard to find and he demonstrated both by his positive energy and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction is a standard. Overall excellent team - we didn’t have intentions of buying today was just out comparing products and different companies but with Katrina and Iffy we felt as if there was no need to go any further, they made buying furniture…. And spending money fun. We we’ll definitely be loyal customers going forward and not spend our time driving around looking for anything else. Thank you everyone!

I don't like going into big stores too much pressure too many problems too much demandedness and not enough consideration for who you are what you are and what you really want you're always ready to sell you what they have where they can make the most money. UNTIL I WENT TO THE ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE I was just looking at a little small piece of furniture for the extra room with a bed.. no hype no drama no trauma I just walked in and started looking around and instantly a very nice young man was standing beside me he offered to help ask what I was looking for helped me go and look no pressure whatsoever I saw what I liked and instantly I knew that's what I was going to buy it wasn't his thought it wasn't his plan it wasn't what would make him the most money but it made him an excellent salesman he let me do it myself until I needed his help and he filled out the paperwork and I ended up buying my new bedroom suit because I was looking for one but I wasn't ready to buy but when I saw it and I knew there was no pressure pushing me I knew it was okay.. and there was no pressure no push no demandedness no steering no UPupmarket of products it was what I wanted where I wanted how I wanted when I wanted and going to be delivered on time thank you Ashley furniture store for your gentle comprehensive excellent salesman Mr Ahmid.

My sales person was good but the reason for the 3 stars is because I had to come back the day after the sale because he still did not change my shipping address like he promised. I asked to change it the day of the sale but he said he would do it. It wasn’t till the next day at 7 in the afternoon that he changed it.

Sunny helped us buy a loveseat recliner. I certainly hope it’s as good a quality as they say. My only problem was the delivery charge. For heavens sake, it is ridiculously high. Ashley offered a nice discount which helped compensate, but why don’t they have their own delivery service ?? I hope I don’t regret giving them a 4 star as I started to do 3, but I feel confident in the quality.

We have been looking for an 82” sofa for over a year. I saw an ad for an Ashley sofa that was the right size although not exactly what we wanted my email. My husband is 6’4” so I wanted him to see if the particular model I was going to buy would fit him. We went to the Ashley furniture store in Conroe to see if the sofa we were going to buy would be comfortable for my husband and were greeted by Sunny Abbasi. He told us where sofas the size we needed were located. When we didn’t find them (it’s a large store) he came back to help us. The perfect sofa was right there waiting for us. Perfect size, perfect color and great quality fabric! In addition, it was a recliner which we thought would not fit into our budget. It will be delivered in a few days. The long lasting quality that they had years ago is gone. My leather sofa started cracking and peeling not even a year after buying it. And of course the expensive 5 year warranty that I bought doesn't cover cracking leather... It's almost like they know the leather will go bad 🤔 so they don't warranty for that. I won't be buying there again.

I would give zero stars if I am to be honest. I went to the Conroe store just to browse, see what they had, and to see the quality of the furniture. Krystal greeted me and I told her that I was really just looking. She said fine and said she would check in with me later. So I walked around a bit and here she comes, asking me all kinds of questions. I politely told her I just wanted to look around. Ok again. Then here she comes again, same thing. Then when I was heading up front to the door to leave she comes over again and again starts asking me what I'm looking for and all the same questions she previously asked. I told her I really didn't want to be bothered and was there just to look around. She said oh ok and walked away. As I was about to open the door to leave the man ( I don't know if he was the manager but he didn't have a name tag on) said said I have something to say. I politely said not thanks I was fine and leaving. He actually followed me out of the store telling my Krystal was upset because I didn't want to talk with her and that when you come to a store you HAVE to talk to then that is the way it works. I said actually I don't HAVE to talk to anyone. He continued yelling at me and I started walking to my car and he yelled at me to never come to that store again which I told him he didn't have to worry about that! I will NEVER set foot or shop on line at any Ashley store thanks to this guy and his totally unprofessional behavior. And I thought if Krystal wants to be in sales she needs to toughen up !! I know sales isn't easy, I have been in sales, but you do not treat your customer in the manner this man treated me. Perhaps he is not suited for the job especially if he was the manager of the store.

Under their leased to buy program Ashley Furniture store is providing customers with the used damage furniture. Just because we are going through an affordable Leasing program to furnish our homes don't mean that we need to receive something more or less and unfortunate than someone who pay cash. I have attempted to do a warranty claim and the way that it is set up it is no way that you can actually get a refund or have this furniture picked up. You can tell that most of the edges the bottom of the bed the corners of the bed have been painted and the paint is starting to wear off and show the damages. Also the bed was delivered unwrapped not even in the Box I asked was it used furniture delivery guy said no most definitely used furniture. Bed is also uneven.

Purchased a bedroom suit from the Conroe TX location. I was very pleased with the “discounts” Sunny, assist. Mgr gave me. However, he failed to complete my order (I had two orders) which caused my mattress and dresser not to be delivered thus causing me to sleep on the floor for 4 nights. When I confronted Sunny, he did admit to his mistake and told me he would refund me $200 dollars. It has been 2 weeks and I have reached out to Sunny two times without a response. I must say, I am extremely disappointed with his integrity and I encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. He can not be trusted.

The 1 stars are strictly for the fact we found a couch we liked here. We worked with Abbasi Asab, a manager I believe. We got a good deal on the couch and also threw in a free ottoman, which was great except for the fact I had to bug him multiple times to send me the paperwork with the ottoman on it because he “couldn’t put it on the paperwork before we left”. Fine. Well he told us we were all set for pick up today, Jan 1st. We kept asking if he was sure since it was New Year’s Day and most places are closed. He assured us multiple times it was open and set us up with text alerts so we could make pick up easy. We drive over an hour and half to the warehouse to pick it up and we are met with a showroom employee letting us know they, in fact, are not open. I call Mr. Asab and he kept telling me they were open and hangs up on me. He calls me back and says oh I called someone and they said they aren’t open my bad. I will make sure no one goes to him for furniture for the simple fact of his lack of knowledge. It wouldn’t have been a problem to pick up the next day but for him to so lazily not check to make sure they were open and all he can do to fix the situation was a “my bad.” If I didn’t already get rid of my old couch I would just cancel my order all together. Terrible service. Hopefully other associates are more knowledgeable and helpful. Will update if I actually get my couch and maybe it’ll help the rating.

The store is beautiful and the furniture is nice. We were helped by a very nice man names Kamron and the purchase itself went fairly smooth. I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated by the floor manager. I had to go outside a couple times during the purchase as my kids were getting restless. I was approached multiple times by said Manager to stop going in and out and to use the employee entrance. The final time I returned to the store was because my son had fallen and injured his mouth pretty badly and I needed help from my husband. The manager attacked me because he was going to get written up for so many times going through the door because there is a sensor that tracks how many people come in and out. This whole interaction concerning the door was so offputting. We just spend 1300 dollars at ashley, only to be treated in an extremely disrespectful way. Very unlikely I will return to this store.

They send you a text message you let them know when you are 30 min away to start pulling your order and someone will come outside to greet you. After 30 min of sitting there after I send the reply to the text messaging system I was told by an employee they don't pay attention to those and you have to go around and tell them you are here. After another 40 min of waiting for them to start pulling the order they inform the other staff they do not pre pull orders and she didn't get the update and walked off. Absolutely horrible pick up process. Told the wife this is the last piece of furniture we buy from here and we were about to buy a whole living room set but I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

Poor quality of service doesn't even begin to define the blatant disrespect this "man" sprayed upon my niece whom is in the market for furniture. Does he even know what it takes to earn commission? I've been doing business at this location for over 15 years. never experienced an issue until oct 29th.. They have lost a dedicated customer. The salesperson lies to get your business! they do not honor anything that was promised to you !!! I reached out to upper mgr support and directed me back to the store mgr the store mgr directed me back to the asst mgr lot of running around back and forth!!! By far the worst store we’ve ever done business with. Finally got our last piece of furniture yesterday that we ordered THREE months ago.. they had promised we’d have it within 3-5 business days. They admittedly lied about 99% of the things they told us while we were in the store. They’re desperate for sales and will tell you anything you want to hear so that you do business with them and then will screw you over. We will never ever buy another piece of anything from them. I simply can not say enough great things about our experience at Ashley Homestore. Our Guest Experience Manager, Muhammad Kamran, was truly amazing. We showed him pictures of the living room, dining room and master bedroom furniture that we found on-line and really liked; Kamran not only took us to see pieces just like ones we chose on-line; he showed us a configurable zero gravity recliner sectional with matching recliners and bedroom furniture that we liked even better! The showroom was extensive and the final price we received was phenomenal. The prices were so good, we even purchased two king sized mattresses, the base for our split-king adjustable bed, a beautiful buffet table that will serve as a bar, and barstools. We were too tired to choose the accessories from Ashley’s wide inventory; we’ll be going back to finish for sure. Kamran knew our needs and exceeded every one of them!!

$11k spent and a whole lot of wasted time spent on the phone chatting with a BOT in attempt to reach a human being. And so much confusion of where the rest of our furniture is, when it'll be delivered, then comes one piece at a time. Paid to have delivered then they wanted us to pick it up. Then after hours on the phone, transferred from one person to another then finally got it right. Then to find again, not the full order.

We were shown many options but no big pressure. We were treated with respect as buyers, and made aware that we could change our minds before delivery.

I purchased two occassional chairs from Ashley with the help of Mr. Abbasi. He did an excellent job of finding chairs that met my needs. The cost was no more than I would have paid at Wayfair or comparable sites, and I got to sit in the chairs and feel the fabric before purchase. look forward to shopping at Ashley again soon.

The delivery of the purchase was changed several times, it arrived more than a month later, very disappointing!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company first off they delivered the wrong bed and then had to wait 2 week for them to approve to get the right bed then another 2 weeks for delivery. Now that we have the right bed, it has a defective part to it. One side of the bed is 2 inches lower and causes back pain. The guys that put it together should have seen that it was wrong and told us so. I will never do business with this company again.

We had looked at other companies for what we wanted and they were not able to answer most of our questions leaving so much unknown. Well we started looking in the 1st week of March, I was out of town so my wife picked out dining room table and chair set we both liked. After a few weeks we finally got a delivery date for the following week. The table & chairs were delivered same time our beds and tv's were so she didn't have time to inspect it, the crew just left. It was damaged with cracks across table! Got the run around about get a replacement. Had to file a warrenty claim and deal with another department! After several more weeks, a delivery every other week( which she rejected for the same reason) final picked a different table set and outdoor furniture- once you sign original order they refuse to cancel a d you HAVE to buy from them! Won't ever use them again! Buyers be ware!!

Purchasing the furniture was easy enough. The delivery has a lot of room for improvement. The rescheduling has already started. After my past experience with delivery I now only want to cancel my order. They say it will be delivered on 12/25 but I know it will be rescheduled again so it’s easier to cancel

We search numerous furniture stores over a weeks time, looking for a new set of patio furniture. Our first stop was Ashley’s where we were greeted by Haseed. I would not recommend going to the Conroe location. They were very pushy and rude. We had found some furniture we liked online and wanted to see it in person. We didn't find it there so we started to leave and my husband was about to walk out the door first and one of the guys that worked there said have a good day and I went to turn around and said you too but before I could he shouted "What's wrong you can't talk?" My husband didnt hear him say have a good day because he is deaf in one ear. Very rude and poor customer service. Supposedly his name is Jason. We were the only customers in the store and now I can see why. So I would avoid going there.

Sent a letter about “Ashley Credit Card” but its really a 3rd party loan shark. Lol Salesman Toby or Tobi COMPLETELY SCAMMED US! I dont like trashing businesses because thats not my style but this is ridiculous. Our furniture also came damaged, made a request for repair or switch and nothing happened. Made a Visit in person and they LIED to our face. This is NOT business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. The nice people ACT has played you all. These are not good people or a worthy store. Parking lot is a ghost town and Now I see why. Calling the references listed on the application. This is sad honestly. Theres alot of legal codes that were broken in this process and now as a law student they started a issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Unless you are buying full price upfront YOU WILL HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Also READ THE CONTRACTS. DONT LET THEM BUTTER YOU INTO SIGNING. Do not go to this Ashley Furniture Store in Conroe, Texas. Their salesman are dishonest and will give you the runaround. They pretend they are helping you with a problem with your order and when you call back several times or go visit them they pretend they are contacting the manager who they say approved an exchange. Don't go to these crooks. Asad Abassi (Sunny) and Kamran Muhammad are the two liars that represent Ashley Furniture in Conroe. They act like they will help you. They say "I filed a report", this will be resolved tomorrow I'm texting the manager now", several times. It's not just the two of them it's their corporate office also that are also part of the dishonest culture. Don't support people that will lie to you, but also lie to others. Go to another furniture store and spend your money. When you see no cars in the parking lot of a store like theirs, turn around and go somewhere else.

TOBY TRAHAN is a liar Canceled my $3600 order because I was lied to I was guaranteed a delivery date by my salesman, which was four weeks from the date I ordered only to find out. I have to wait another month and a half. After canceling my order, I won't get my $3600 back for another 7 to 10 days yet I'm moving in in two days.

In looking for a power recliner he showed us several options and showed us how they worked. Even if your item DOES NOT MATCH the item you picked out in store. It will not say that on your receipt either. As a matter of fact, you can not return items at all. Even though they say you can, in fact, you can not. No phone number they give you will do so either. So if you receive the item, no matter what you paid for, and it does not match, you CAN NOT RETURN IT!! NOTICE THE PARKING LOT IS EMPTY!!! THERE IS A REASON FOR THAT!!!

Delivery driver blamed store and store blamed delivery driver. Fact of the matter is, driver and store both had a list of items to be loaded up and neither of them made sure it was all there. Still waiting on the rest of my furniture. At least, everyone has been super nice through all this and are all working to make sure I get my items.

Super easy over the phone purchase. Toby was incredibly helpful, accommodating and had a great demeanor. We will definitely ask for him and purchase from Ashley furniture again..

Wonderful sales staff. They worked very hard to help us imagine what our living space would look and feel like with the pieces we chose. We will be shopping with them again.

This is an amazing place to shop. The store has a comfortable atmosphere. Sunny was knowledgeable about the recliners & beds. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

I was looking for a certain barstool that would match what we already had, and found them at the Ashley store. These barstools were currently a discontinued item, but Kameron located them for us and we ordered them and picked them up from the warehouse the same day. I'm planning on assembling them soon, and sure they will be the same quality as the others we have. Good quality, decent prices and friendly service. Thanks Ashley for helping us with an order that we needed. 👍

Ashley is the worst furniture store ever. I will not buy anything else from them. I paid $2000 for dining room set and it arrived damaged. I was told I couldn’t exchange it but to file a warranty claim and a technician would come out. Well the technician came out today and spray painted the chair black as you can see in the pic. After that the tech said he would need to order the parts and change out the seat of the chair. Instead of exchanging $173 chair they rather send a technician out twice and build a chair. Called customer service and was told nothing they can do unless the technician says it can’t be repaired. This is ridiculous. Please don’t purchase anything from Ashley.

My daughter found the perfect bed after searching everywhere all day. The manager was very helpful in getting us financed and we were out in less than an hour. Quick service is the best service for someone like me.

STAY AWAY!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! Posted one star because can’t post zero. They lie and misinform you to get you to sign for the furniture. Kelly our sales associate told us that if Once delivered we were not happy to not sign and they would take it back. The delivery guys bullied my wife to sign the papers and now they have a no return policy. Buyers beware!!! STAY AWAY I now have to hire a lawyer to take these thieves to court to try to get my money back and get their furniture out of my house. Please avoid yourself the headache and get your furniture elsewhere.

The manager and store associate who helped us pick out a new Couch were extremely professional and kind and answered all of our questions! Definitely will be returning when we need our next piece of furniture. -ginger
