The Conroe store had all the pieces that I wanted and Jalin was very helpful, listening attentively to what I wanted and showing me around. Then the manager came to take over the sale. After a second trip to the store and a bit of negotiation, I left happy.

Salesperson was friendly and helpful but customer service is terrible! Been over 2 months trying to get an exchange and we’re being told different things every time we call. We even got a confirmation for delivery and when the day came we called only to find out that the loveseat wasn’t even in stock, wouldn’t recommend.

Please read before you purchase anything. 3/27/2022 I purchased 3 pieces of furniture in-store totaling more than $3,500. Before I paid I inquired several times about the accuracy of their delivery dates to ensure it wouldn’t get push back 6months to a year. Karina, our sales rep, assured me that the items would be delivered on the delivery date. The delivery date was scheduled for 4/16/22. 4/14/2022 I received an email telling me to get rid of my old furniture. So, I did just that. I donated it. 4/16/2022 nothing arrived, and I received no notifications. 4/19/2022 I finally reached someone at the call center about my situation. They told me that delivery was rescheduled for September 2022. As Karina provided us with her cell number, I also text her regarding the matter. I requested a full reimbursement for all items. 4/21/2022 After texting back and forth with Karina and receiving a phone call from a guy named Tim, some sort of manager, I was told that a reimbursement would be issued. Tim told me it would be 7-10 business days before I’d receive my money back. 4/28/2022 American Furniture Warehouse!!! My wife and I went to American Furniture Warehouse and purchased the same items for less than half the cost at Ashley Furniture and they were delivered that same day! Half the cost and same day delivery for the same furniture. 5/6/2022 I received a call from the Ashley Furniture delivery department trying to schedule a delivery. I explained to them that the order was canceled, and a refund was in progress. After looking up my info she did not find a cancelation and there was no indication of a refund in place. 5/9/2022 Can’t reach anyone about getting my $3,500 refunded. Scam? credit card fraud? My next step may have to be speaking with an attorney. 5/11/2022 I reached someone at the call center after waiting on hold for 28 minutes. Nobody ever canceled the order. The call center guy originally told me that the "system" needs to update and that may be why he can't see the cancelation. I told him that with today technolgy no "system" takes 3 weeks to update and show a cancelation. Also that if nothing gets done I'll be forced to speak wit my family attorney. After I said that he decided to cancel the order himself. This has been the worst customer service experience I'v ever had. I'll ad an update when I finally get my refund. Hopefully that will be the last time I update this review. If you’re looking for furniture, I highly recommend American Furniture Warehouse.

very deceptive staff, won't answer questions about product stock & availability. Say they'll deliver but won't tell you it could take up to 4 months & that they charge a $100 fee. Very disappointed in my experience.

The manager blew me away by helping me out when I couldn’t qualify for credit. The couch I wanted was probably out of our budget but he knew how bad I needed and wanted this particular one. I had most of the cash to buy it so he went ahead and gave me the couch for how much money I had with me. You don’t find people like him anymore in this rat race of a world. Money means everything and peoples needs come second always. Today showed me that there are still nice, caring and great people in the world. His name is Sonny I think. He will help you if he can so give him a chance. Thank you so much Ashley furniture! You rock!!
