We recently relocated from the islands to Copperas Cove…we decided to furnish our home with furniture from Ashley. We used the local store. There were some lovely pieces from which we selected. However, as beautiful as the furniture are, the customer service from store manager Jennifer, Amber and Kisha was amazing. They were so helpful. We even bought more stuff than we initially planned. We will furnish the entire house with Ashley furnishing. Customer service was excellent.

Went to the killeen ashley & they didn't want to negotiate so I went to the ashley outlet in copperas cove & got a much better offer & purchased the same furniture that I was trying to get in killeen & my monthly payments were $7 a month less for 48 months than killeen.

I went into the store and selected a sofa. The sofa was going to be a 2 week wait so the sales person found a similar one for me that would only be a 1 week wait and I paid 200 more dollars for that sofa. We'll it's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for it! Now they are saying a couple more days. I am not satisfied at all. I could have gotten the sofa I wanted in the first place had I known I would be waiting either way. I feel deceived. I was sold a more expensive sofa with the promise of a faster delivery. And I still have no sofa!

She was very welcoming and made me comfortable the entire time. She offered water and gave my kids candy. I mean, come on! The process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend! Disappointed with the lack of communication

The only condition I had for the sale was that I had it delivered before the 11th of this month. I was told that one piece would be here on the 10th. The 10th came and went and I’ve had to make 4 separate phone calls since then to figure out where our furniture is. I was told last week by the manager that it would be delivered today and I just got a phone call saying they’ll just deliver both pieces together on Wednesday. I feel like I was lied to in order to make the sale happen and I’ve been lied to since. My husband is recovering from surgery and has nowhere to sit in the house because I trusted what the sales team told me. They wanted to wait to make one delivery when the second piece came in instead of delivering the first piece when they promised it. It will be the last thing I buy from them and I would caution you to look at other locations if honesty is important to you.

Delivery Services : Ty and Brooks Had our couches delivered today by Ty and Brooks. They were both very professional and friendly. Opened all items, put them together and took the discarded wrapping leaving our house clean and free from trash. They were able to answer our questions and concerns about warranty/upholstery services if needed. Sadly once they left we noticed some imperfection on 1 of our sofas and after having called the store and talking to management for a replacement they drove back to their warehouse picked up a new one, drove back out to us and switched them out with no issues. They absolutely get a 5 star rating!

ReGina was our sales person and she moved mountains to deal with us. After dealing with so many other Sales Reps at other stores she was very professional in answering our questions and concerns. If she didn't have the answers she seeked them out or researched them and not ust reply with a, "I'm not sure" or "I don't know"; she definitely went out of her way to meet our needs in what we were seeking and it was no easy task. I would definitely recommend this establishment and will be seeking Regina's assistance again for our next purchase. 5/23/23 Awhile back we ordered some couches and an otterman, not an easy task for I was having a hard time finding what I was searching for. Regina accomplished what other sales associates couldn't and I found and we bought our new livingroom set that day. A few months later we decided we wanted another otterman. When my husband went into the store to get one that was the same as the one we got he was told they were out and didn't know when they would get more in. Requesting Regina once again, he told her of my request and once again Regina worked her magic and tracked the exact same one down but it would take a couple of weeks; 3 at the most to get it. To our surprise, 1 wk later.. Regina called us to arrange a delivery date or if we wanted we cld pick it up at their warehouse and since that day we were already out and about we opt to pick it up. Twice Regina has moved mountains to deliver what we needed in a timely manner and along with an Outstanding Management we got it at a great deal. Thank you Regina and Management at Ashley Outlet in Cove for your outstanding customer service.

An exceptional experience from the walk in greeting to the final payment. ReGina was friendly, knowledgeable, professional & had lots of suggestions for our shopping pleasure. We ended up purchasing much more than we went in for. Who knew? So happy to have this upscale store in Copperas Cove. The manager George was also great to deal with & made us feel appreciated. First time visiting Ashley Outlet in Copperas Cove and I can tell you, John, was an amazing and humbling representative! John answered all our questions concerning the difference between the purple, temper-pedic, and sleep number beds to include the pillows they offered. We came here looking for a sectional for our family of 7. The sectional on the showroom floor was power reclining and leather (which the kids already would not stop playing with). Ms. Regina knew exactly what we needed. Definitely not leather and manual reclining (so no playing with buttons). The store manager, John was not stingy with the discounts at all. We came in looking at a 5k dollar couch and left with less than 3k spent. Highly recommend this store.

I went into the store to look around and found the perfect Christmas gift for my husband. Regina was friendly and very helpful. Her knowledge of the product made my decision easy. Daily at the front desk was sweet when she helped me with my account. My overall experience was awesome. Kudos to John the manager because everyone I encountered was very friendly and efficient. After my online experience with Ashley of receiving the wrong mattress and the headache of trying to return it. I came into the store and wanted to know if they knew anything about the return policy of an online purchase. It was a long shot since I didn’t purchase it in-store but online with them. However, they couldn’t help with my return I did get helpful staff to assist me by ReGina and Kisha along with the managers help. They were very helpful and although I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase online I was happy with the members I talked to in store. If you have any issues with an online purchase like I did contact customer support and ask for (Shawn)Greshawnta H. She was very helpful assisting me with my online purchase and had no problem explaining and walking me through what happened and the next steps.

With the help of Regina and Kisha my wife and I have accumulated a small inventory of Ashley’s from bed sets to living room furniture. This location has great customer service, sales reps, deals, and discounts. It’s my wife’s go to when it comes to decorating our place.

We have been to Ashley Outlet in Cove several times to make purchases. We have other Ashley stores closer to us, but we absolutely love going to the Cove location. They are all so friendly and helpful. We never feel pressured at all. We have purchased a couch and loveseat, two purple pillows, and now a purple mattress. We are extremely happy with our purchases.
