My choice in color, she hunted it down. I sent her measurements, she sent me pictures of her and a colleague laying/sitting on My choices. Kudos to Carmin! Best experience without stepping in a store!

Today I purchased a coffee table and 2 end tables from Ashley Furniture in Corpus Christi. I believed I was lucky enough to take them home. Unbeknownst to me, apparently once you leave the store with any item (clearance or not) you cannot return the item. I called Ashley Furniture within 3 hours of my purchase to inform them the items were too big. The immediate response from the Ashley rep I spoke to said “too bad”. In fact, he said it almost with a laugh in his voice. I then spoke with the store manager, Emily and she would not even give me store credit. She proceeded to inform me that there is "fine print" (her words) on the back of the receipt stating no returns and then also used the exact words “too bad”. Heed this warning: Do not shop at Ashley Furniture. I know I never will again!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! I bought a matching rocking/lounging set of chairs a year ago from here and I have had to have them come out over 5 times already to fix something on both the chairs, the springs are weak as hell on these chairs and we paid a lot for them. 6 years ago I bought a couch and a rocking/lounging chair from BIG LOTS, and I still have the couch perfect and the rocker chair i only got rid of because I found this matching set and I only paid $300 for the couch and the chair at Big Lots. This place is to high priced with crappy made furniture!!!!!!!

Trisha helped us find the perfect couch. She was very patient and kind. The couch was delivered quickly and set up with zero issues.

Went to Ashley’s today just to browse at couches. Karl greeted us with a big smile and let us be. We were interested in the ModMax II. He was very helpful, friendly, and let my wife and I figure things out. Well just to say we purchased the sectional. Great service! This will be my second big purchase at Ashley’s. After six years with the first couch we bought and table, which are still in good condition, we knew we were going to purchase our furniture here at Ashley’s. Don’t forget to ask for Karl!

Initially walked in just to look at outdoor furniture, and while we discovered they did not have that in the store (only online), we browsed anyway. Karl Haire assisted us right from the moment we entered the store, and he was fantastic, very friendly and gave us the time and room we needed to look around freely, and coming by every few minutes to see if we needed anything. He showed us several different options in the department we were looking in, and made us feel right at home and not rushed into anything. Thanks to Karl, we found a great reclining sofa that fits our needs perfectly. My wife and I will definitely be coming back when we're ready for another purchase.

I bought a bedroom set today and had the type of experience I want when buying furniture. Karl H. showed me where the bed sets were, then he walked away to let me look around. He answered every question without hesitation. He was professional but also very friendly and easy to deal with. Plus the prices beat every other store I'd been in.

Marlon Hill was great! Understood what I was looking for and showed me several options. Great experience in the store. After the sale the communication from store and delivery team was the reason for only 3 stars. Was not impressed or satisfied with the process, was told furniture was in stock but it was delivered in 2 separate deliveries weeks apart from each other. Felt I was given the run around. The assistant manager was very helpful in the end, listened and understood my concerns and did her best to make it right.

Left a message below with frustration. My wife Lakshmi Kollara purchased the mattress and the powderpost beetles were from a mango wood bedframe we bought in Orlando from Ashley. The mattress became infested and Ashley did not give us anything for the mattress. Awful experience.

Avoid buying furniture from Ashley’s. Their salespeople are focused on making a sale and will say whatever it takes to close the deal. When I was shopping, I specifically told my sales rep that I have young children, and that spills, stains, or damage are inevitable, not a matter of if, but when. I asked clearly if my furniture would be covered in such cases, and was assured that it would be. I went on to spend several thousand dollars on a large sectional and a few hundred more on a recliner, trusting that assurance. Now, after damage occurred (exactly the kind I warned about), they’re telling me it’s my children’s fault and that the damage isn’t covered. This feels incredibly misleading and unfair. If you’re a parent or simply expect honest service and support, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Ashley sold us a mango wood bedframe with powderpost beetles. Multiple people have had the same issue. They knew this and keep selling it. They took our bedframe. They took our mattress that was infested. They did not reimburse us for the mattress. The customer service is very poor.

If you don't feel like reading my entire review the key point is to work with Karl when you stop in. After recently moving to Corpus it was time to shop for a couch. When we first arrived Karl greeted us with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. After letting him know we were just browsing, Karl gave us space to shop but occasionally checked in to make sure all of questions were answered without being overbearing. We didn't purchase anything on our initial visit or even our second visit but Karl was always there to greet us and answer our questions. When we finally decided on our couch Karl made sure we understood all of our options. At no point did it feel like he pressuring us to pursue the most expensive package, rather, it felt like he was working to tailor the product to our specific needs. Working with Karl was super laid back, transparent, and not pushy at all. If you need any piece of furniture here in Corpus I would suggest you stop by Ashley first to see if Karl can help you. Honestly just a great guy.

I was in the market looking to buy a nice Love seat electric recliner. I looked around at several furniture, stores and online websites. I passed by Ashley furniture while driving in Corpus Christi and decided to stop and check out what they might have. I was greeted by O’Neal Who was one of their sales representatives. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed by his personality, and the fact that he was not aggressive in trying to make a sale. He took the time to show me several different styles of recliners and when I told him I would definitely think about it, he thanked me, gave me his contact information and told me to feel free to call him anytime if I had any other questions. His great customer service, was the sole reason I decided to by the recliner. When I got back I called him and told him that I decided to buy the loveseat recliner I was looking at. He thanked me and then told me he would transfer me to his Co Worker Sharna who was also very polite, extremely friendly and helpful,. She made it very easy complete all the paperwork and payment over the phone by taking the time to walk me through it. If you’re in the market to buy some furniture for your house I highly recommend you go to Ashley furniture in Corpus Christi and ask for O’Neal.

Ok so O'Neal Davis in sales and Sharna Sheilds the office manager went way above and beyond with their customer and patience. We wenvery indecisive with what we wanted to buy and changed our purchase three times before finally settling on the purchase we wanted. They were very patient and supportive. We didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience. They have a very good team here. We'll shop here again, but they should probably start running when they see us pull in the parking lot.

Edited: Don't be too impressed with the bright lights. The store is empty for a reason. Don't get me wrong we had a great experience with our sales person Will. It's unfortunate that he works for a company that doesn't better represent their employees once a purchase is made. We purchased a recliner set from there and were gaslit into thinking we would be taken care of, no problem, should we have any warranty issues and this hasn't been the case at all. Immediately after having our recliners dropped off at the end of May, I called in a repair that should've been taken care of immediately and a week into August, I'm still getting cut and pasted emails that insist parts have not been shipped from the manufacturer. It's gross that we can't comfortably use what we are paying for, but even worse that when I called the store, the manager, Weasley, was no help... at all. We're basically stuck with a recliner set that's janky and management could care less. The assistant manager was quick to ask for a review before we left the store and it makes sense as to why now. She was probably aware of kind of review we might leave after our purchase for lack of follow up and subpar customer service. Please do better.

Absolutely aweful experience with Hannah and Carlos. They lack follow up with customer service and communication when a issue arises but are very attentive during a sale. I do not recommend. I am thankful I only puchased one item from them and not had them furnish my whole house, in which I just purchased and need all new furniture for. They lost out on a huge sale as a result.

My husband purchased a sectional sofa for me and a week later it’s junk then after several attempts to get in touch with someone they finally respond only because my husband Thomas Myers left a bad review. Couch is broken after only having it a week, called Ashley and they said to send pictures and someone would contact me, that was almost 3 weeks ago and no one has contacted me! Ashley is highly overrated and over priced! Junk furniture!!

I came in looking for a possible replacement for my existing 1 year old sofa. The only requirement was for leg rests on which my legs would not slide off the side edge.
