I wouldn’t shop here! They ordered me the wrong furniture and when I called to get this situated they said there was nothing they could do, even though the mistake was on they’re end. They also refused to give a refund even though at the time of purchase they disclosed the restock fee to me. Unbelievable.

Today we went to several different furniture stores. On a whim we ended up at Ashley before we made our final choice. We walked in and met O'Neal Davis. He had asked what we were looking for. I let him know we just kind of know when we know. When we had questions he was extremely knowledgeable!!!! HE NEVER PRESSURED US EITHER AND THAT MATTERS SO MUCH! Looking at sectionals to purple mattresses he had so much knowledge! He helped pick a bed that would LAST and be supportive and good for our bodies. Knowledge we had no idea about. This gentleman worked hard to make us happy. He even stayed after hours to finish working the sale. He had great jokes to boot! This is why we ultimately chose Ashley. Update: the actual shipping timeline was not going to work for me and I got charged over $800 to cancel my order. At the time of purchase I was encouraged to disregard the part that says 6-9 week delivery and that it should not take that long. I was then told (weeks after purchase) that the couch would be arriving at a distribution center near me at the 7 week mark with no mention of how long it would then take to get to me. It has been a month since my purchase and I am still unable to get tracking info. I also found the same couch online for over $1,000 less. While Cami was great and helpful, the overall experience with Ashley Furniture was not a good one and I will not spend money there again. Cami was so patient and kind. I went back and forth quite a bit and she was extremely accommodating to every request. Ashley always has quality pieces but Cami made it a special experience 😊

I took my daughter shopping this afternoon/evening for bedroom furniture for her birthday. Every other furniture store was helpful and attentive. But, she didn't find anything she liked there. She did find a bed she really liked at Ashley's. The only problem was no one helped us. We had sales staff look at us, make eye contact and not even say hello or can I help you. We even sat down to wait for someone to come by, but no one did. So, Ashley's, you missed out on a $3,000+ sale, because she's also getting a mattress and a desk too.

On the 6th of September we walked into Ashley’s furniture store to go check out some mattresses. Over the weekend we had seen so many commercials with all kinds of different mattresses. Then the Ashley’s commercial came on and all the different types of mattresses that we were interested in were all in one spot!! We walked in and Joey greeted us right away and walked us straight to where the mattresses are. He stuck with us and took the time to give us info for each of the ones we tested out. The experience was amazing and he was so patient answering all of our questions. And with all his help we finally chose the Tempur Pedic mattress. Then he introduced me to Emily and Arely which they greeted me with smiles and helped me with the financing. I greatly appreciate that they stayed a little after the store closed to finish with my transaction. If I was able to rate it with 10 stars I would. I recommend this store for your furniture needs. Unlike many sales people who are very pushy, Andi gave us space, let us explore the store, and answered all of our questions thoroughly without pushing for a sale from us. We left that day with all the info we needed. To our surprise, a store wide sale popped up a couple days later, to which Andi texted me to notify me about. Sure enough, we came back in, requested Andi and she took great care of us. She helped us get an even better deal, on the set we initially spoke about, and provided just awesome customer service. Best experience ever and you can bet we will be coming back here and requesting Andi for any future furniture needs we have!

Just want to kind of give some information that I wish I would’ve known when purchasing… the care program for the furniture you purchase is a one time occurrence for each piece of furniture. The lack of good customer service in that department is ridiculous. You have to follow up with them. Very rude people!! The technician who comes out however is awesome! Worse experience with this company.. purchased couches and dining set which was not cheap. Delivery scheduling is a nightmare. When they did deliver and set up, I noticed a chip in my table. I called right away as I had someone there for me because I was working. They literally said if you have any issues report them right away. I called as soon as I got home and saw it. And now they are saying they don’t know if we did it! Really! The chip on the wood just happens to be where the leaf addition was installed. Do not buy from these people they are dishonest. Update : and as u can see they put your personal business on the web and care more about being petty than making customers happy. My husband wasn’t even home so please get your records straight. I did not threaten anyone, I told you I would be submitting my review to spread awareness to potential customers on your practices. I purchased a new table, I should receive a new table not a repaired one. Especially since I did not damage it! Thank you for proving my point!

I took my mother with me and she’s hard of hearing and only speaks Spanish and Alejandra was able to translate and was so kind to explain everything to her to make sure we felt taken care of. As we're walking we saw a great living room couch and sofa and a bedroom suite for our spare bedroom. We been looking around Corpus Christi for 2 years for something that fit us. I really enjoyed my experience at Ashley furniture. For it being my first time buying my own bed, Brie was really helpful. She tested where I put the most pressure on my body while asleep. It was a cool experience. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t pressure me on buying anything if I wasn’t certain. She answer my question and concerns if I had anything. She made sure we found me a perfect comfortable bed. It’s didn’t take that long for the bed to come in from the warehouse. Especially on the delivery. I thought it was going to take awhile, but NOPE!!! It’s didn’t. I appreciate Brie help so much. And definitely will only be talking to Brie when I go back to buy furniture in the future. The staff was amazing and friendly. Love the customer service. Thank you so much Brie and the staff of Ashley furniture.

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile from Ms Jasmine who just KNEW what we were looking for after two minutes of interacting with us. She fit us for a mattress and a bedframe that were both in stock and ready to ship. Ms Emily even made us a great deal that we just couldn't refuse! What a great manager! Now that it's been two weeks with our new mattress, we have to say we were not just satisfied with the quality of the product, but the knowledge of the salespeople there. Great service and extremely patient. We returned at least 5 different times and Jasmine was there to greet us and offer her assistance. Most salesman anywhere are extremely pushy but she gave us the space we needed every visit and made us extremely comfortable. Update: I received a call f rom corporate after posting this review and my chairs were fixed. All is well! Thank you Ashleys Customer Service for coming through! We can now enjoy our beautiful new dining set! (7/20/22) My Moriville Dining Set was purchased online. I paid $219 extra for the Hassle free assembly service. When the delivery guys showed up today, only the dining table had been assembled. The chairs and bench were still in their original box. They stated I did not pay for assembly for the chairs and bench. I explained it was purchased as a set; why would there be an assembly fee per item? He called the manager and I spoke with him on the phone. He said he would check my order and call me back. About 5 minutes later he called the deliver guy (not me) and told him to go ahead ahead and assemble my chairs and bench. Fast forward couple hours later they finish and have me check my satisfaction with my furniture and the chairs are off-level. They tip back and forth, some more than others. I said this is unacceptable. The chairs were not assembled correctly otherwise they wouldn't tip like this. He said they chairs should have veeb assembled at their warehouse and not while they were here delivering all of my furniture. He said they are not assembly guys and do not have all the tools to do so adequately. They said call the store and speak with someone there. They left. I call the store and they said, well the dining stable set was purchased online so you need to call Corporate Custoner Service. I do and guess what he says? Please donate the 4 dining chairs, send us a Donation Slip, and we will ship 4 new dining chairs to you, NO assembly included!! I cannot believe that a national furniture store like Ashley has completely washed their hands of customer service! My husband and I are nervous about the 4 chairs because we fear we will not get the new ones and/or we will end up being charged for them if the Donation Slip is not up to par to their standards. They provided zero guidance and said just do the Donation and send us the slip thru em ail. Ugh yeah, like I just paid hundreds of dollars for those chairs and you want me to just go give them away! Unbelievable!!!

Great customer service! I’m an extremely indecisive person and Scott was so patient with me and gave me breathing room to think about things, but was patient with all of the questions I had.
Me and my wife have come here for all of our major furniture purchases. There might be cheaper places in town but no one beats them on quality, selection or convenience. We have bought 2 bed set, 2 couches, a living room set and a couple other pieces for our house. And not a single one has shown and sign of breaking or wear and tear and with a dog, 3 cats and 2 kids that says something of the quality here. The selection is great! They have a show floor with a ton of reasonable options and if they don’t have what you are looking for just come back in a few months and they will have new stuff. They also have an online store but I’ve personally never used it. There is never even a conversation with how to get this stuff to your house. They will deliver, they will assemble. What I like about this is that they don’t throw it in like they are going above and beyond, it’s just a thing they do because of course it is. Like I said, it can be expensive but if you are tired of expensive Walmart/target/ikea furniture and want quality furniture for your place. I would highly recommend Ashley’s.

Don't ever buy anything from this store. They lie about when you will receive the other parts of your furniture and out you off until you can't return it. Then they are extremely rude while "resolving" the issue which they only proved what liars they are. The owner is rude and knows that she will keep stealing from the people of Corpus Christi. I will never walk in that store and deal with that lying owner. EDIT: In response the the reply. I am not asking to refund the 2 items that you cannot seem to build and ship out, I want it fully refunded. We did not purchase nor plan to purchase half of the items. We had an agreement that you WILL NOT honor. I have the contract that states that you would ship within 6 to 16 weeks, yet it has been 24 weeks. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Then, the way that you and your staff handled this situation is why we will NEVER enter your store again and always let people know how bad you are at taking care of customers.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! This place is trash. I ordered an office set and living room set in November. They said it was all in stock. They delivered PART of it in March. It's now mid May and they keep delaying the rest of my furniture. They won't do anything to help and they won't exchange the set for one that is in stock. Trash customer service! Trash delivery estimations! GO TO BEL INSTEAD! Update: I spoke to one of the owners. She still wouldn't take my incomplete set back, would not let me exchange the set for something actually in stock, and proceeded to attempt to demean, and threaten me with a dispute on charges. What a scam. What a joke. They don't stand behind their products at all. Don't bother with this place.

Furniture is sub par. Thought Lacks furniture was bad. Ours started falling apart in two months. If you like furniture made of plywood for strength buy their furniture. Real solid wood built furniture is a thing of the past with them. They blamed it one the manufacture but they choose that manufacture to sell in Ashley's furniture. Nothing like passing the buck for bad policies.
Very unprofessional. Ordered furniture on 4/4/22 and they have never reached out to let me know about my order. I call them and they tell me its going to arrive later than anticipated. WELL THANKS FOR NOT CALLING TO LET ME KNOW. NEVER AGAIN.
Scammers, claimed store was “50% off” when prices on their online store were the exact same or lower in price. Time frame is ridiculous, when I asked to cancel part of my order that I could get from a different store the same day they charged me 30% of the order I hadn’t even received yet or would receive for another three months. Never purchasing from them again.
We visited the store in hopes to find a sectional. The sales person seemed nice and helpful. We ended up purchasing one even though it was very over priced. After removing the warranty they only took off $100. So we bought it and left. We checked at another location, and found the same setup for much less. When I called to cancel they told me to contact the sales person I worked with. So I let Lisa (our salesperson) know why I wanted to cancel the order. She was extremely rude to me, told me it wouldn’t be as good as the one they had, and accused us of wasting her time. I am in shock that an employee would ever speak to a customer like this. It just shows the lack of professionalism at Ashley. I would highly recommend steering clear of this store.
Ashley furniture has a good collection. We got our recliner sofa set from them. After 4 months the sofa broke. They immediately replaced the whole sofa with a new one. Excellent customer service.
I bought and paid cash on Oct 2,2021 for 2 book cases, a tv stand with a fireplace and dining room server. The server was delivered. It was available in the store. I was told I would have the rest by the end of December. When I called they said it would be delivered in February. I called 2/5/22 and was told it would be April before I get my furniture. E when k spoke to the General manager he said i could cancel the order and he would mail me a check. I live in the same city so why can’t I go pick up my check. Was told he can’t do that. When I said I may need to talk to my attorney. He politely said good bye.
I ordered my daughter's bedroom furniture and it was delivered chipped on the bottom. It wasn't to bad so we picked out couches from them as well but decided to pick them up. Paid in full for the order yet my order wasn't confirmed and we are still waiting on our couches. After speaking to the store of course they would want to charge for delivery after they forgot to do their job on confirming the order and it to be available on the date given. I was then told to call again to make sure if was done next week. Highly disappointed at this point.
Worked with a very professional young man named Isaac Hererra. I went into the store looking for a particular item. Right off the bat, he knew exactly want I has asking for. I greatly appreciate a salesman with product knowledge. He didn’t waste my time and listened to me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This is what I call quality service!!!
I ordered two twin beds from Ashley’s. I found the same exact beds cheaper at Walmart.com. Ashley’s was able to price match after some going back and forth. Two weeks later, (my Ashely’s order hasn’t even come in yet) the same beds are now cheaper at walmart. I called Ashley’s Again and they are not willing to price match and or refund my money. They want to charge 30% of the total if I cancel. Do your homework and research before you buy from Ashley furniture. You will probably find the furniture at a lower price elsewhere. Still waiting on my Ashley’s order. Walmart would have been faster delivery as well.
Do not waste your money. Products look great at first and then the “leather” will start to peel. The extra protection you paid for will not cover anything and is essentially a scam. My $6000 couch is peeling after one year with the company claiming pet damage. What an absolute joke.
My cousin ended up buying a queen size bed & box spring & was very satisfied!! My aunt also bought a really nice leather recliner, for a really decent price. Very satisfied u With quality & price on both. Would definitely recommend.
Getting some furniture for the house
Troy was fantastic and very responsive to our needs.. however, the big boss was too busy to answer the one question Troy couldn't.. and when they finally called to let us know the big boss had come up for air, we found out delivery would take 4-8 weeks. We can't not have a mattress for 2 months. That's obnoxious. Please stop making Troys job harder. He's a good worker and deserved that sale.
Didn't have what we were looking for
I shopped here twice actually bought something the first time it never got delivered so a little past a week late I canceled the order, waited a couple of months went back and and still bad service. Tore up my Ashley's card and went somewhere else!
Terrible experience. We purchased our bed back in Nov. 2020. It has now been over 7 months and we have still yet to receive our bed. We have called to get an update multiple times along the way and every time they have added 2 months to the expected delivery. So, I decided to call again today and I was told they did not have an expected delivery timeframe because the parts they need are "Out of Stock". They even told me it was possible I never get my bed and would just get a refund after waiting 7+ months. The sad thing is they are still offering this bed for sale on their website. Why would you still offer a product you know you can deliver for 8-12 months (im guessing at this point)? Just seems crazy to me. Anyway, good luck. Hope you get the furniture you order. Update (8/7/21): So, we finally got our bed after an 8 month wait. Everything looked great. So we tore down our old bed and started assembling. During assembly I found two treaded inserts that were not properly threaded so we can't even put our bed together. Called Ashley's but they don't perform repair/warranty service on the weekend. So, I will be fixing it myself so that we don't have to wait till Monday to sleep on our new bed. It's just been a terrible experience. I'll look elsewhere next time.
The customer service from management is horrible here and the Victoria warehouse. Don't expect to have your furniture anytime soon after ordering. We purchased a bedroom set in February and still haven't received the full set. We're done with Ashley's and will be going somewhere else for furniture in the future.

Recently upgraded some furnishing by purchasing from here and had a very positive experience. The saleslady who helped me was Kelsea Oliver and she was very professional and knowledgeable with the whole selection of the store and pointed me in the right direction. I've been more than pleased by the quality of the items purchased and the customer service of the staff that I encountered was thru the roof.
Will not purchase from here again. Paid for a $150 warranty on a $800 bedframe because I was informed by the salesman that the warranty covered damage that occurs during movement of the item. Sure enough, on the paperwork it explicitly says that is not covered. Shame on me for not reading the paperwork completely, but I spoke with management and was told that there is no way the salesman told me that and would not do anything to remedy the situation.

We recently purchased a dinning table set. The set came after 6 weeks. The table had scars on all the sides and it never looked like new to me. The bench that came with it had the bottom broken. Overall I am not happy with the way it was dealt. When I called the customer care, they asked me to donate the bench to goodwill store and show them the receipt to issue a new one. I do not have a truck to drop the broken furniture.
The worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. I would highly recommend you take you money else where.

I took my grandparents to Ashley's because they were in the market for a new living room set, and we hadn't had very good luck anywhere else we went. From the minute we walked in the door, to the end of the purchase, sales associate named Daniel was AMAZING! He was so sweet and patient, answering any and all of my grandparents questions, and did an amazing job putting together a set my grandparents are in love with. He was very gracious to explain everything to us, making sure we understood everything, were all on the same page, and left not having any unanswered questions.His sweetness, kindness and patience went a long way with us, and I we couldn't have asked for anyone better to assist with the furniture buying process. I ordered a sofa in early February and they have given me 3 different arrivals and it never comes in. Today I was told another date until the end of May. Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! Customer Service.... They do not call me about the delays, I have to call. I advise you to never do busy with Ashley.
Terrible customer service. Store manager Stewart will not return call and when we call, we get the same answer, “he is on a meeting.” My adjustable base was broken when we got it. Technicians said they would come back to repair. 3 days later we have not heard from anyone and we are always told someone will call us back at a certain time and no one ever does. Why are they repairing my base? It was broken when it was delivered and the technicians couldn’t fix it. Why don’t they just give me a new base and pick up the broken one? Why can’t they take care of the customer? They will not have my business anymore
DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEYS!! they have the worst customer service ever! When we first buy our couch they said that we will be getting it in 3 weeks, well they took more than 8 weeks, and they were just telling us excuses every time I was calling. They made us get the warranty, they make you pay for it, telling you that it covers EVERYTHING, ketchup stain, water, coke, anything. And then when you actually need it they tell you its wear and tear and that it is your fault. DO NOT PAY FOR THE WARRANTY. Lady started talking rude to mu husband when he was totally calmed. They need better management and need to learn how to treat customers. Worst company ever. Never buying from them again.

I went by the other day to look at sectionals and or sofa and loveseat sets but I was not greeted at the door although many sales people were present. I walked around for at least 25-30 mins passing up many salesman and still no one checked on me but I never saw the style I was looking for anyway. I walked out and a sales person at the entryway didn't even make eye contact to say "Thanks for coming or Is there anything I could help you look for". Oh well.
Never trust them . Paid cash for living room furniture six weeks ago and still no furniture
My wife and I decided to replace our sofa set a while back and we started shopping around town for a reclining sectional. After stopping by a few places around town we decided to try Ashley. We were immediately greeted by Andrew, his no nonsense approach to sales was amazing and definitely a welcomed change to all of the other places we previously looked. He quickly figured out our needs, our material preference, and necessities in the first couple of seconds of our conversation. Then without hesitation he directed us to numerous models in the showroom that fit exactly what we were looking for. There was no time wasted trying to sell us something we didn't like, as soon as we weren't interested he had two or three other possibilities for us to look at. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and wasted absolutely no time. If you value your time as much as I do, definitely ask for Andrew. We ended up purchasing a model that was backordered so we got put on a waiting list. We made our initial purchase on black Friday and will receive our final piece on March 1st. This wait time might be a turn off, but for us it wasn't a deal breaker. When the first half of our order was completed, we received a call from Carla, the delivery coordinator. She did everything in her power to coordinate with our schedules. She ultimately was able to get our couches delivered during #TheBigChill so while they're offices and warehouses did not have power they were still delivering product! Which leads me to our delivery drivers. These guys were prompt, professional and personable. They maintained contact with me to let me know exactly where they were and when they'd arrive. Upon arrival, they checked out the living room and inspected the approach to the back of the house. They installed each piece of furniture very quickly and inspected for proper operation and to make sure there was no damage. I've had my fair share of bad delivery drivers and these guys were class acts. I hope that some of you read this and it helps you to decide where to purchase your furniture. I don't always write in depth reviews like this, but the service that was provided to me was top-notch and I felt like it was the least I could do.
The WORST customer service!!!! After being told our order would take 4-12 weeks for delivery, we waited over 12 weeks. No calls for status updates unless we called. Finally, when it was well past the timeframe given and they STILL did NOT have our order, we asked for a refund and the manager took 30% out as a “restocking” fee. Can you please explain to me how they had to restock an order that they said wasn’t ready??? I would give negative stars if they were available. Manager states that we signed the docs, but that contract has been breached by the company since they did not deliver within the time THEY gave.

They are sometimes tired, and sometimes mess up, like all of us, however, Letty was very kind and didn't get an attitude when she had to correct several mistakes. Update! It’s now October and delivery won’t be here till “November” I won’t not recommend anyone ever buy from them. You may never get your furniture. Also they won’t call to update, and even try to dodge your calls! Terrible company Excellent service with Mrs Tracy. Made sure to find the exact set of furniture works for me and would fit. As well as finding me the absolute best couch with a price still in my range. UPDATE; ordered my furniture with a estimated arrival around mid July, now it’s back to mid august. Their delivery time is very untrustworthy and a hassle, you may want to shop with them.
I purchased a couch that took 3 months to arrive. I had to return it because it didn’t fit in my elevator. Ashley’s waived the restocking fee. I reordered a smaller couch. A friend gave me a couch so I called to cancel my new couch and was told I either had pay a 30% restocking fee or keep my order. I search through my new purchase order and no where on it does it say there is a restocking fee. I told the manager and he basically said tough. The original purchase had a restocking fee and even though they waive it I had to pay it now for the new purchase that says nothing about a restocking fee. Great customer service. NOT. I will not be using them again.
They have great Holiday Sales !!! I was just delivered a bed I bought over July 4th weekend. Last Labor Day I bought a premium leather couch. Each time I saved in excess of 50%. I financed through West Creek even though my credit isn't the greatest. Was approved in less than 5 minutes via an app on my phone. Both purchases required a small down payment and then payments came out of my checking on payday. They offer 100 days same as cash....that saves a ton of finance charges. The store is newly remodeled and they have a great selection For every budget. BEST of all was my salesperson Emily. Very patient, knowledgeable, and low pressure. She's been great before and after the sales process. It's no wonder they promoted her to manegement.
Terrible experience. The furniture was delayed two times was told I would get a discount never offered. Delivery was a joke, delivery person needs some training with regards to customer service. Ashley should model their service after Gallary Furniture out of Houston.

My husband and I went into the store a few weeks ago looking for a specific size dining set, Emily helped us right away. She was very informative and took the time to show us our options and even looked up some pieces for us on the big screen to show us everything we could get/order. She was amazing with helping us find the right table and furniture pieces for us. Before we even got to looking though she had informed us about the delays with deliveries due to the pandemic. I definitely recommend going with Emily as she will definitely take the time to listen to what you want and help you find it! I have been to many furniture stores and this was the best experience We’ve had anywhere. Jasmine was also a delight she helped us with the paperwork and got us all set and on our way! I just wanted to come on here and say what a wonderful experience it was coming here In real estate so I was furnishing a house I was about to put on the market so I was in the market for a new mattress so I came to Ashley’s about a week ago and my salesman was a young gentlemen named Joseph he was very informative told me the pros and cons about each mattress and I kindve expressed to him that price was a issue and I wanted a good mattress but within my price range and he was upfront and honest with me and he was so funny he told me to come back on Memorial Day that’s when the biggest savings would be available and I did and I even did it over the phone ! I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my own home very fast and very respectful will recommend to all of my family and friends
If zero stars was an option, that’s the one I would choose. I’ve made three purchases in about a two year time span and every single one has been a complete disaster that has ended in a phone call to corporate or another location for assistance. I called yesterday prepared to pay for an item in full by phone and played phone tag all day which resulted in a call today that they can’t match the online price. That would’ve been great to know yesterday and before I was 8 calls in. Thanks for wasting my time.

I typically shop at Rooms To Go. Purchased several furniture items no problem. Decided to give some business to Ashley's. We bought a bedroom set for our girls. Worst experience ever! Started out with their delivery service, who were rushing to deliver items when no one was home. They deliver and actually break the armour upon assembly. Had to call and request to have someone come out to look at it only to confirm what we already knew. It was broken and needs to be replaced. Was told I would get a call as to when a new piece would be ordered and still have yet to hear from someone. This is absurd. I really just want to return everything but we have already given away the old furniture and the girls love their new furniture. Hot mess. Not ok. The two sets of different men who delivered the furniture were rude and unprofessional. I dont understand how they have a job. Very disappointing.
Went to the store as a transplant to Corpus trying to get new furniture. The experience I had purchasing my new mattress was great. Was greeted by a guy named O'Neal. He was awesome! He was very transparent with the pricing to match my comfort level. He was also very knowledgable. I definitely wouldn't have purchased had I not had a great sales person to navigate the store and get me the right deal for the right mattress. Thanks O'Neal.
Received broken furniture. After attempting to follow their repair protocol they said they “cannot guarantee” a technician to schedule. They provide me with business days when like most people I work. I explain I cannot be home until the afternoon. They’re unwilling to schedule around customers. After receiving broken furniture, I cannot even schedule a repair. I just want the broken furniture fixed (and a repair scheduled when I am actually home!).

Purchased a 3,000 dollar bedroom set and it took a month to even schedule a delivery date and the excuse they gave us was that a night stand was damaged. Once we do get a delivery date they just wanted to leave the boxes when we paid for the service to install ther set they said they couldn't dismantle our previous bed to install new one, Horrible service will never buy from here again, go anywhere else I've always been a lacks and rooms to go customer and fitter good reason the service is 1,000 times better
Made my 1st ever trip into the Ashley home store and I have 2 admit I couldn't b happier with the outcome. From the moment I walked in we were treated and welcomed by ANDREW G. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in everything in the store. Andrew was by our side every step of the way but he also let us walk around without feeling pressured and hurried. He helped us pick out everything from our kitchen table to our master bedroom to our 2 sons bedroom sets. He even helped us with color reactions and style tips. Andrew along with Ashley's home store couldn't have done a better job 2day with making myself and my wife and 3 sons feel welcomed and excited about furniture. I can honestly say this is where I will do my shopping for my home I terrier from now on and I will always use andrew g. As my sales person. My friend bought furniture that was over several hundred dollars, not even a week later it came in and the furniture was picked up by the friend, 4 days later that same furniture went on sale for around 4 hundred dollars cheaper . He saw it online and went to the store for a price difference which is shown on the Ashley website but Alex the manager rudely refused to give him the price difference. Be aware of doing business with this company...
Horrible management. This place is a ripoff by increasing their prices to make you think their furniture is on sale. They don't honor price difference, even though it is written on their website policy. Spend your hard earned money at Lacks, Wilcox, Rooms to Go, where they care about the customer.

Prices are quite high for mediocre furniture. When furniture was purchased the expected delivery date was stated to be around 2 -3 weeks. 7-8 weeks later they had finally delivered the furniture (albeit with the delivery charge dropped because of the massive delay). I had around 4-5 pieces of furniture that I had purchased together (including a mattress). If you are going to purchase furniture from this store and if you want several items to be delivered at one time you should expect a massive delay with your purchase no matter what staff tell you. Delivery/construction at home was done at least pretty well. I would recommend elsewhere unless this is your only choice. There are better stores in Corpus to purchase furniture from.

Unless you want the worst customer service in the world that's overpriced I suggest that you go somewhere else. The manager name Stewart cursed out my mother, lied to her and we've been a customer for years spent over 15 grand in the past 2 years and no more. We're done with Ashley, we've been good well spending customer to them for so many years and they're going to turn around and stab Us in the back just because we wanted a replacement for badly put together end tables. And yes Stewart we're going to corporate.

If you think you have a warranty from these people think about waiting 1 month or more to even have them come out to look at it ! We have been waiting now for 2 weeks an now there saying another 3 weeks for part to come in . We spent 2200 on 2 recliners an have had them 2 years. The chairs remote got so hot an chair is stuck in upright position an can’t be used at all . Luckily we were home an my wife jus happened to touch the remote which melted . Contacted customer service an not much help .

We ordered a couch in May and they said it would take 4 weeks to be delivered. We waited over six and never received a phone call for the delivery. We had to follow up every week and they kept saying next week. Finally had a delivery date set up and the window was between 4-8. No one showed up until almost 9 p.m. and the couch was damaged. We had to call to get a technician to look at the couch and he looked a week later and stated someone will call us. This has been a nightmare. Horrible customer service and all we want is a couch that isn't damaged. It shouldn't be this difficult. I will not be shopping with this company again and will not recommend to anyone.

It's been a month and still haven't received couch. Discovered it came in but have to wait another week and a half.
We ordered a three piece sectional from Ashley Furniture. After waiting 5 weeks to even set a delivery day, might I add they demanded pay immediately, the couches we finally delivered. My husband took off work and waited for them to arrive just to have the two piece sectional delivered. When he told the delivery guys about the couches being too small they said someone would be in connect with him. After waiting for someone from Ashley furniture to get in contact with him he finally called them. No apology ou attempt to make it right, they tried to make us pay more for the bigger couches. After proving we had indeed paid the correct price for the three piece sectional they said they would be in contact with delivery day. A month later my husband called again to ask about delivery date and they told him the same thing. He told them they said that last call and that he wanted a date. The date was fineg as March 6 ( we ordered the couches in early January). They did offer a store credit for our delivery cost, like I will ever order anything from this company again. It is now March 17, 2019 and our couches are still not delivered. We had gotten rid of our old couches toake room for the old ones, and have an infant at home, trying to make things work with this craziness. I tried to call to express my complete dissatisfaction with this whole process and to get our delivery charge refunded instead of store credit and they would not talk to me since my husband had been the one to order it. I decided to turn to online to express my concern and disappointment. Our couches are set to be delivered on Tuesday, March 19. We will see if that actually happens and if they are the correct ones. This has been the store we shop with for furniture. After this and their lack of customer service, we will be going somewhere else to get our future furniture. I definitely don't want to wait three months for furniture for my child's room.

Avoid. They are not honest. My salesman got a manager to approve a price match with Amazon on a new mattress set. When I returned to make the purchase the next day, I was told that the price they offered is no longer available. I just ordered from Amazon (check them, they sell Tempur-Pedic!) Any place that goes back on their word before a sale will likely be even worse after the sale.

Tracy was fabulous. We were in the store today shopping for a new dining set. Tracy greeted us as soon as we walked in, guided us to a few selections, and let us see the tables with and without the leaf insert. She didn't hover and let us take a look around the whole store, but was nearby when we were ready to make our selection. She led us through the details and laid out the information on the warranty plan and shipping process like a pro! The store was very clean, as were the bathrooms. Every associate I saw looked pleasant, so it was a very good atmosphere. Will certainly be back to Ashley's Corpus Christi location!

I understand things happen. but when the manager of a store can not call you back after numerous calls I will get a little frustrated. since they couldn't get me the furniture after many calls and messages I ordered from a different store and got in less than a week. but I am still being charged 590.00 dollars fee on a 1990.00 transaction. please be careful and watch what you sign with them. Please do not shop here, their customer service is horrible. First I bought a sectional and a kitchen table cash, and they treated me fine while I was at the store, and then they said i would receive my furniture within 2 to 3 weeks. It took 3 months to receive my furniture....ok w/e I decided to let that go, about a month ago my sofa stitching started to come undone on top of the cushion "I've only have had the sofa 6 months" plus I have no animals that could climb on top of the sofa. So I decided to make a claim with Ashley's furniture because I supposedly have the BS "warranty ". So I sent all the photos in that they asked for. I receive a call back from their claims department...stating and arguing with me that the stitching coming undone was normal wear and tear?!?! How is it normal wear and tear if nobody sits on top of the sofa...it was obviously a manufacturer quality issue and they refused to make the claim . Stating it didn't qualify. Please don't do business with them, save yourself the headaches and shop elsewhere.
So, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a high energy, no BS, get stuff done person. I am VERY busy and seldom have time to chit chat. With that in mind, I needed a straight to the point salesperson. Also, of value here, I hardly can handle dealing with sales people. With all of that said I'll begin my review. Going into Ashley Furniture was a big deal. I do 99% of my shopping online. I have been looking at coffee tables for over two months comparing prices etc. I knew what I wanted in general and am quite picky and specific in my design choices. Upon contacting Ashley furniture, I was forwarded to Tracy Beirdsteid. Her personality allowed for conversation to flourish. Under the time constraints of a specialist appointment and a sick child I committed to going in (which is a big deal). At 6pm, on presidents day i arrived. Having previously communicated my style and needs, she had several pieces she wanted to show me. She led me to the perfect accent chair as well as a discontinued coffee table set that I could take home. It was PERFECT! I left for 30 minutes to retrieve my children. Upon return, I signed papers, loaded my vehicle and was on the road in no more than 10 minutes. I could NOT have asked for a more perfect shopping experience! Tracy is an amazing salesperson with a stellar personality. Though conversation was fairly limited, I left feeling welcome, appreciated and thankful. Emily was a great salesperson. I don’t expect a salesperson to know everything about a product but i do expect them to be able to find the answer. Emily did just that. She was already knowledeable about the product but was also able to find answers on additional details i inquired about.
