We walked in and were immediately greeted by Adam Cantu. We told him we were looking for a dresser and he was able to immediately show us all the different selections the store had to offer. He didn’t pressure us, he let us have time to speak privately and helped us each step of the way. We ended up leaving with exactly what we needed! Highly recommended this store, and Adam.

Absolutely aweful experience with Hannah and Carlos. They lack follow up with customer service and communication when a issue arises but are very attentive during a sale. I do not recommend. I am thankful I only puchased one item from them and not had them furnish my whole house, in which I just purchased and need all new furniture for. They lost out on a huge sale as a result.

My husband purchased a sectional sofa for me and a week later it’s junk then after several attempts to get in touch with someone they finally respond only because my husband Thomas Myers left a bad review. They sent a tech out who obviously wasn’t going to make anything right. I am so disappointed because I was initially excited about my new sofa. Do better Ashley Furniture!!!

1.Ashley is garbage! They damaged my new couch when delivering, acted like it wasn’t their fault 2. Takes forever to get your furniture, up to 6 weeks 3. Couch is broken after only having it a week, called Ashley and they said to send pictures and someone would contact me, that was almost 3 weeks ago and no one has contacted me! Ashley is highly overrated and over priced! Junk furniture!!

I had a wonderful experience in getting a new bed. Mr O'Neal was very helpful and also took care of me in getting the right bed.

I came in looking for a possible replacement for my existing 1 year old sofa. The only requirement was for leg rests on which my legs would not slide off the side edge. Not only did I get that, I also found one that massages and is heated. My salesman, Christian, was extremely helpfful and pleasant. Thank you, Ashley!

We went into Ashley’s to look at what they had available and from the moment we walked in Justin Taylor was nothing but amazing. Now I am a very indecisive person and he took the time to show me all the pros and cons of each living room set. When I changed my mind 2 or 3 times he was ready to see what we could make happen. I appreciate his patience with me and my son since he had 101 questions. We will definitely be back to purchase any furniture needed for our house.

Sergio Santoyo is absolutely amazing!! So much knowledge of every mattress we were interested in.. Thank you Sergio for going above and beyond in helping us get into an amazing mattress!! UPDATE: So my purple mattress was delivered July 22, 2024 and since day 1 the mattress sinks in.. Its a total combined weight of 355 lbs. Today I called to try to get a new mattress and was told I have to sleep in a bed that costed 5,000+ until I have it for 30 days. This information was never explained to me.. So be aware that no matter if your mattress is causing pain you will have to wait until you've had your mattress for 30 days before you can exchange. What upsets me more is that I made him aware of all medical issues and he withheld important information

I wouldn’t shop here! They ordered me the wrong furniture and when I called to get this situated they said there was nothing they could do, even though the mistake was on they’re end. They also refused to give a refund even though at the time of purchase they disclosed the restock fee to me. Unbelievable.
