He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, helpful, I could go on and on with the accolades because he was that great! I bought a zero gravity loveseat recliner. Purchased sofa, love seat and chair. Sofa electronics went out in about 2 months. Took another month (after numerous calls and two trips to store) to finally have “service” say they would fix it. Service called a week ago and said part was shipped to us, when recd we would have to call again to get someone to come install. Now a week later, we called again to ask about part only to be told it won’t be shipped until November. Horrible service, if you can call it that, and no communication from them ever!! We had to do all the work. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again!!!

Found a set I liked and spoke to the store about delivery and if it could be a Saturday. They said yes and the driver would call before hand to verify my address. Saturday comes and they don’t have any idea what I’m talking about. Said the delivery was never scheduled so I took off a dot of work for nothing

The store was great but delivery for Ashley's in Corsicana is sorry. They got lost on our 1st couch it got delivered another week later. Now we're on the other couch we ordered. They told us it would be delivered August 18th.Then called us told us it would be August 21st. Then called and told us would be Monday 25th. Now we're on a Monday 25th, they text us told us it would be here in 45 minutes, it's ben hour n half we tracked it says "oops we missed you." I called they have no answers on where our couch is and Ashley's doesn't know anything. Very irritated.

Great experience! We were just browsing for a while when Katie approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and warranty. She just stayed with us and pointed out a few things for us. Never applied any pressure at all, even when I mentioned sleeping on it before we made our final decision. She was very quick with our paperwork when we finally did make our decision and friendly throughout the entire process. Then our selection was actually in Stock and will be delivered on Saturday! Great overall experience but Katie was definitely the icing on the cake!

We had a great experience. Kaeli met us at the door to find out what we were looking for. We told her that we needed a certain type of mattress and she took us directly to that department and was so helpful with our decision. She was new and had a wonderful young lady training her. They were both so very precessional and helpful. We bought a mattress and were on our way within a short period of time. Thank you ladies.

The experience was pleasant. The sales people( a GM and manager) let us look and then we were able to discuss with them the items we were interested in. We received a price match deal and saved $100 on each recliner that we chose. I would recommend that you go in and check it out whenever you are looking for new furniture.

While it may be nice in the showroom, it can also take about 4 months to get delivered. If they have it in the showroom it doesn't mean that they actually have it in a warehouse, or deliverable, so keep that in mind in doing any business with this company. If they were upfront about it, I'd probably still do business with them, but after this experience I'll go somewhere else.

Our first visit was good. Our sales person Roy was very knowledgeable about the matress. I wish they had more affordable matress on display not just the high end ones. I left my info and was getting advertisement emails 3 & 4 per day. We decided to buy a matress, and they were the same price online as they were at the store. So we figured why not let Roy have his commission, and we could pick it up locally. I was shocked to see a $100 delivery charge, and that was just to get it to store. For that they should deliver to house and make the bed also.

I've been in a house without a bed for a month and we've been without living room sofas just as long...HOPING we'll really get the last of the order by 7/27th which is the latest revised delivery date.🤞

When I placed my order for furniture, I was clear with the sales representative that the delivery drivers needed to take away my old bed. I was assured that that would not be a problem. The delivery drivers have informed me that they will not take away my bed, because it has some blood stains on it. A customer service representative contacted me to explain Ashley‘s policy to me. I maintain that that policy should’ve been explained to me when I made the purchase because I was very clear that I would not be able to place the order for furniture unless they took my old furniture away because I had no space In which store it. I will never do business with a dishonest company, and I will no longer do business with Ashley Furniture.

The store has a great staff and lots of high quality and beautiful piece of furniture displayed inside the store,Jewel is the one who assisted and walked us thru every details of the purchase. I'm happy that jewel is not too pushy, and not neglectful to us during the time we ask that we want to just look around. I will update this review once the furniture is delivered. **update** The furniture has been delivered it almost 2 months now and we absolutely love it.The delivery guys has carefully brought the furniture to our house set up and install the couches to where we want it. While the furniture is ok, they got their start from rental purchase beginnings with Aaron’s Rental Purchase and college dorm furniture. The comfort hasn’t traveled far from that position and customer service when servicing the warranty is anything but efficient. We’ve bought a set of sofa love and the cushions have collapsed, the decorative cover on an arm has come loose and it’s simply not comfortable even after a breakin period. We’ve been trying for nearly six months to get the set replaced. Parts will be to us any day as we are in month 7 of the request to replace! Not at all happy and should have shopped at Dillard.

Ordered a bed in February, still have not received it. No phone call from the store. I have call them, they told me it would be here in August. No word. Paid over 1k plus delivery. This is the second time I ordered the bed. First time it was damaged. I have been waiting for my bed for over a year.

Ordered a month ago, was told that someone would call every two weeks with update, received on call about some blankets I had ordered with a mattress and a king size bed. I still have nt heard anything from these ppl. Ordered a leather sofa set and recliners and had no problems. But, not sure what’s going on…in a time like this the best way to keep your customers is through effective communication.

The employees were nice enough but the mattress I wanted wasn't in stock. Then after testing every mattress in the entire store, I picked the one and only mattress that was a display only, not for sale. Why would you have a mattress in a furniture store that's not for sale? Seriously, everything from the pictures on the walls to the knick knacks on the dressers are for sale in this store, but the one mattress I wanted wasn't. Right.

I ordered a Twin bed and mattress on Apirl 6 and was told that it would be delivered to the store on April 12. I called them and asked if my stuff was in and was told the mattress would be delivered on April 19. And on April 29 I was told it would be in on April 23. And then was told that it would be in on April 28 and delivered to my house on the 28th.And today the 28th I was told that they would deliver it on Saturday.

Bought furniture in January and it keeps getting pushed back for months and all they had to say was sorry we don't have it. Freaking ridiculous. Never going here again.

I went to this store to shop for a bed. Very clean with positive vibes and the hospitality could not go unnoticed. The staff was very friendly and patient. Mr. Chris Sallee went above and beyond to help my wife and I get the bed that we needed. I recommend this store to all shopping for a great bed with the attitudes to match!!!

So I bought a couch on August 9th and they said due to Covid-19 the estimated delivery will be on September 16/23. When it was the date it was supposed to be delivered they didn’t even call me or anything. I had to call to check the status of my order and they told me it had to be pushed back another month due to Covid-19!! They didn’t even bother telling me at all I had to call!! So I waited a whole month again just to be told it was gonna be push back another few weeks! And again I had to call!! They don’t care about the customers at all whatsoever!! It took almost 4 months just to get my couch!! This is the worst place ever, I would not recommend this place to anybody, please save your time and money and take your business elsewhere if you really care about customer service, I wish I can give them no star at all.

I had a new house built and needed new living room furniture . July we went into the Corsicana store the staff was very helpful , I picked out couch two rocker recliners coffee table and end table , was told BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS they were backed up and deliver wouldn’t be until end of August which was perfect we would be in the house by than, At the end of Aug only my end table was in , Was told the rest would be in my Sept. The date comes and passes and no call from the store , I have to call them !!! Mean while we are sitting on lawn furniture in my living room , The couch and coffee table comes in the end of Sept , Again told BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS the two chairs will not be in until Oct 13 . Here it is the 14th NO CALL FROM THE STORE, I call them and now told they will not be in until Nov 12 th BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS , I about lost it ! So I paid for furniture that I don’t have for the last 4 months , This store is very bad with communicating , I will never do business with them again , which is a shame because I really like the furniture , I would have cancelled the order and gotten my money back but the chairs match the couch .Hopefully I get my chairs by the end of the year !

I bought twin beds a year ago from Ashley in Coriscana. The mattress are to small and all I have gotten is the run around about them. Manager said we will exchange them but had to wait for them to come in warehouse. Ever time I called back got different stories about the mattress. Then they close down because of COVID-19. Then I got a hold of a different Manager and got the same thing run around and then wait for the stores to open up. WON’T BUY ANOTHER THING FROM ASHLEY!!!!!

The staff is nice and the store is loaded with nice Furniture (which if you buy, will have to be shipped in). Sucks, U cant just walk in and leave with a couch but it was worth the wait for me..

Nice to have a furniture store in Corsicana. Good inventory for a smaller store and the employees are good to work with. Ordered several items and they came in earlier than anticipated. They helped me load everything and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Note: Ashley's does a protection plan for items. If you don't use it, you get it back. That was a nice surprise, as I forgot about it! They can look it up for you, if you aren't sure if you have it!

My fiance and I were there yesterday and made our selection pretty quickly and Raul and the rest of the staff were very helpful in the transaction. We got home and realized it was going to be too close of a fit for comfort. No matter how many times I measured, I just couldn't get any more inches out of the space. I didn't want to risk it not being able to work with our living room, so I called Raul today and told him the issue. We went over a few options and I went back to the store and found a sectional that would work, with the layout that i wanted. They cancelled the original order and got me what i wanted with no hassle. Can't wait to get it. Will update once we recieve the product, but so far very pleased with the experience.

They even stayed an hour past closing in order to complete our transaction. This store also currently has a deal going on that when you purchase anything over $999 they give you a free vacation .Now my girlfriend and I have a free cruise to Cozumel! This store saved the day! After buying a new sofa in College Station, we loaded it into the U-Haul for our move to Plano. The movers in Plano damaged the sofa badly getting it up to the apartment, where they could not get it thru the door, & damaged it some more getting it back down the stairs. The closest store owned by the BCS owners was Corsicana and they let us return the sofa there. We were able to pick out the love seat instead of the sofa and they even delivered the loveseat for an extra fee although we are well outside their normal delivery range. They went out of their way to find a solution (actually offered us multiple solutions) during a very hectic and stressful move for us. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful the people at this Ashley were.

I only had a bed, dresser, TV stand, and 2 TV's when I moved to Corsicana, TX. I love shopping there to furnish my apartment, especially when they have sales!!! Thanks Roel for being very patient and helpful each time I've shopped there without being pushy!

Everyone was very helpful. When I came in I didn’t really know what kind of bed to get. I figured I wanted a medium or firm mattress but I ended up getting a soft memory foam on Tim’s suggestion. Even though it was more expensive hopefully I made the right choice.
