The customer service in the store was wonderful but although we were assured our order would be complete and in the warehouse by 6/28th, it's still trickling in. Major frustration and inconvenience. I've been in a house without a bed for a month and we've been without living room sofas just as long...HOPING we'll really get the last of the order by 7/27th which is the latest revised delivery date.🤞

We were very appreciative that he explained in depth how their extended warranty is truly superior to many other furniture retailers…plus you actually receive that in writing vs. just hearing promises. We were grateful for his help and even arranged for delivery that will fit perfectly with the schedule we needed. When I placed my order for furniture, I was clear with the sales representative that the delivery drivers needed to take away my old bed. I was assured that that would not be a problem. The delivery drivers have informed me that they will not take away my bed, because it has some blood stains on it. A customer service representative contacted me to explain Ashley‘s policy to me. I maintain that that policy should’ve been explained to me when I made the purchase because I was very clear that I would not be able to place the order for furniture unless they took my old furniture away because I had no space In which store it. I will never do business with a dishonest company, and I will no longer do business with Ashley Furniture.

Jewell was amazing highly recommend her. I went in to purchase a mattress unfortunately I did not proceed with the purchase due to them no longer having the option for at store pickup. I definitely don't want to pay $100 for the delivery fee just for a mattress ☹️ I purchased my dinning set, my living room set and my kids bedroom sets and every single time I was able to pick up. Just a little disappointed with the no option of store pick up any more.

Purchased our bed frame and living room set today in corsicana location. The store has a great staff and lots of high quality and beautiful piece of furniture displayed inside the store,Jewel is the one who assisted and walked us thru every details of the purchase. I'm happy that jewel is not too pushy, and not neglectful to us during the time we ask that we want to just look around. I will update this review once the furniture is delivered. **update** The furniture has been delivered it almost 2 months now and we absolutely love it.The delivery guys has carefully brought the furniture to our house set up and install the couches to where we want it. Overall great experience from this store and will buy again from them.

🤨I purchased a sofa/loveseat set based on the color represented on the showroom floor, (eggshell) but what was delivered was a darker color (steel gray). Ashley will not let me return the product so that I can look for and purchase something lighter. They claim they can only switch out furniture that is damaged and once a product is received in good condition, it cannot be returned. That is there store policy. My question is this: Is deception also your store policy? Despite this, the sales staff are very helpful and friendly and I do not hold them accountable for bad corporate decisions.

Not very friendly and way over priced

While the furniture is ok, they got their start from rental purchase beginnings with Aaron’s Rental Purchase and college dorm furniture. The comfort hasn’t traveled far from that position and customer service when servicing the warranty is anything but efficient. We’ve bought a set of sofa love and the cushions have collapsed, the decorative cover on an arm has come loose and it’s simply not comfortable even after a breakin period. We’ve been trying for nearly six months to get the set replaced. Parts will be to us any day as we are in month 7 of the request to replace! Not at all happy and should have shopped at Dillard.

Ordered a bed in February, still have not received it. No phone call from the store. I have call them, they told me it would be here in August. No word. Paid over 1k plus delivery. This is the second time I ordered the bed. First time it was damaged. I have been waiting for my bed for over a year.

Ordered a month ago, was told that someone would call every two weeks with update, received on call about some blankets I had ordered with a mattress and a king size bed. I still have nt heard anything from these ppl. Ordered a leather sofa set and recliners and had no problems. But, not sure what’s going on…in a time like this the best way to keep your customers is through effective communication.

I purchased in Sept delivered in March. When delivered the frame was twisted, sent a contracted party out and he was rude. Delivered parts by UPS with me having no knowledge and as of today parts are sitting in my garage because the day they come is inconvenient. This furniture was brand new, “parts” is not acceptable. Claim had been closed and still not made right. This should not have had a claim filed, this should have been made right in Mar/April. The only good thing I can say is Roy was a pleasure for helping me with my purchase.

The employees were nice enough but the mattress I wanted wasn't in stock. Then after testing every mattress in the entire store, I picked the one and only mattress that was a display only, not for sale. Why would you have a mattress in a furniture store that's not for sale? Seriously, everything from the pictures on the walls to the knick knacks on the dressers are for sale in this store, but the one mattress I wanted wasn't. Right.

I ordered a Twin bed and mattress on Apirl 6 and was told that it would be delivered to the store on April 12. I called them and asked if my stuff was in and was told the mattress would be delivered on April 19. And on April 29 I was told it would be in on April 23. And then was told that it would be in on April 28 and delivered to my house on the 28th.And today the 28th I was told that they would deliver it on Saturday.

Bought furniture in January and it keeps getting pushed back for months and all they had to say was sorry we don't have it. Freaking ridiculous. Never going here again.

I went to this store to shop for a bed. Very clean with positive vibes and the hospitality could not go unnoticed. The staff was very friendly and patient. So I bought a couch on August 9th and they said due to Covid-19 the estimated delivery will be on September 16/23. When it was the date it was supposed to be delivered they didn’t even call me or anything. I had to call to check the status of my order and they told me it had to be pushed back another month due to Covid-19!! They didn’t even bother telling me at all I had to call!! So I waited a whole month again just to be told it was gonna be push back another few weeks! And again I had to call!! They don’t care about the customers at all whatsoever!! It took almost 4 months just to get my couch!! This is the worst place ever, I would not recommend this place to anybody, please save your time and money and take your business elsewhere if you really care about customer service, I wish I can give them no star at all.

I had a new house built and needed new living room furniture . July we went into the Corsicana store the staff was very helpful , I picked out couch two rocker recliners coffee table and end table , was told BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS they were backed up and deliver wouldn’t be until end of August which was perfect we would be in the house by than, At the end of Aug only my end table was in , Was told the rest would be in my Sept. The date comes and passes and no call from the store , I have to call them !!! Mean while we are sitting on lawn furniture in my living room , The couch and coffee table comes in the end of Sept , Again told BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS the two chairs will not be in until Oct 13 . Here it is the 14th NO CALL FROM THE STORE, I call them and now told they will not be in until Nov 12 th BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS , I about lost it ! So I paid for furniture that I don’t have for the last 4 months , This store is very bad with communicating , I will never do business with them again , which is a shame because I really like the furniture , I would have cancelled the order and gotten my money back but the chairs match the couch .Hopefully I get my chairs by the end of the year !

We have purchased several pieces of furniture and have been pleased with the workmanship and quality. The customer service is great and they do an excellent job of keeping you informed.

I bought twin beds a year ago from Ashley in Coriscana. The mattress are to small and all I have gotten is the run around about them. Manager said we will exchange them but had to wait for them to come in warehouse. Ever time I called back got different stories about the mattress. Then they close down because of COVID-19. Then I got a hold of a different Manager and got the same thing run around and then wait for the stores to open up. WON’T BUY ANOTHER THING FROM ASHLEY!!!!!

Update 7.14.2020 I spoke with "Ana" in customer support. Her initial tone was very rude and it set the tone for the call. This lady would not help me with the status of my refund. My furniture was picked up on July 1, 2020 I am supposed to be getting a FULL refund. literally no one can tell you anything regarding your account which is shocking to me. After a few minutes I realized how useless this girl was and I asked to speak with someone who was more knowledgeable and could help me. She kept putting me on hold and she told me multiple times that I couldn't speak to anyone else. I told her I would wait on hold and that I was done talking to her. This girl was incredibly rude and when you have a $3,000 refund coming back to you, you would like to know especially after the experience I have had. She told me I was "clogging her line" and I told her "well y'all ruin my day so I guess we are even". DO NOT SHOP AT THIS HELL HOLE. I just want my refund so I can be done with the place!!!!!!!!!!! Update as of 6.21.2020 I went on Friday to the store to confirm my delivery for this Tuesday, I even made su sure she notated it. Saturday I received 2 texts saying I needed to verify delivery and an email also saying I needed to verify. How many times must I confirm my delivery, especially after they messed up?!?! I also emailed the person that replied to this review and have not heard from Ashley's. Look like I will have to go up to the store AGAIN to make sure it is coming tomorrow. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S! Worst experience ever, at this point I would like to return everything and go through someone else. Extremely dissatisfied. We just moved to the area and into a house. The first time we went, the guy helping us referred us to go somewhere else for furniture. I was annoyed because I had find a few pieces I had liked and was ready to purchase a few pieces. The guy was nice, but he referred us to a bad part of town. We did not go in to the place he recommended and I was offended that he would send us over to that area. I decided to go back and get the bedroom set where a new guy helped us. He was nice and I thought it was funny when the first guy that turned us away tried to come take the sale. By the way no thank you, you were not going to get the commission. The second guy was awesome and add made it easy. Due to COVID my order was delayed... then turned out a small piece to my bed had to be special ordered... I had to set up a new appt online and act as a new shopper just to get someone to help us because it was impossible to get someone on the phone and I kept receiving emails and texts with different delivery dates. Fast forward to this week. I got my items this past Saturday... Thursday one of the drawers broke and a screw came loose IN the glider. It had not even been a week. Overall not happy, I would avoid going through Ashley's furniture.

I place an order on May 20, 2020 at the store in mesquite and still haven't received any items. They keep pushing my deliver back already for like 3 times. I'm never buying for here again.

Update: After not receiving my bed, which I had confirmed multiple times I went up to the store to complain. I was told their was not notation of any calls. I was prepared and wrote down the time, date, and duration of all the calls from this week alone, which came out to over 10, just to confirm this delivery. They did nothing and now I won't get my bed until the end of June. DO NOT GO THROUGH ASHLEY'S. Worst experience ever. We just moved to the area and into a house. The first time we went, the guy helping us referred us to go somewhere else for furniture. I was annoyed because I had find a few pieces I had liked and was ready to purchase a few pieces. The guy was nice, but he referred us to a bad part of town. We did not go in to the place he recommended and I was offended that he would send us over to that area. I decided to go back and get the bedroom set where a new guy helped us. He was nice and I thought it was funny when the first guy that turned us away tried to come take the sale. By the way no thank you, you were not going to get the commission. The second guy was awesome and add made it easy. Due to COVID my order was delayed... then turned out a small piece to my bed had to be special ordered... I had to set up a new appt online and act as a new shopper just to get someone to help us because it was impossible to get someone on the phone and I kept receiving emails and texts with different delivery dates. Fast forward to this week. I got my items this past Saturday... Thursday one of the drawers broke and a screw came loose IN the glider. It had not even been a week. I am not a fan of this place. I will say, there is something very satisfying and organic about walking into a furniture store and actually touching the things you're going to buy. Seeing them in person makes it so much easier to visualize your space. In an age where 80% of everything I buy is online I appreciate the experience of physically shopping. That being said, this entire thing just sucked. There were literally two people on the entire sales floor which is huge. They were hiding in the back on their phones. When we asked where everyone was they literally just said oh they're somewhere out here. No help. We had to chase the young guy down who ended up helping us. He was about as indifferent as he could possibly be. Julian? Justice? I don't even remember his name and I should've paid attention because he should really give up sales as a profession. I almost never write bad reviews. I can find the positive in almost any experience but truly this kid should not work with the public. Also I think their financing is crap. Anyways we did end up buying a couch because we basically had to right then due to some unexpected circumstances. But I absolutely would not have if I had had ANY other immediate option with all of this Covid crap going on. The only redeeming factors were number one; they offer a good service plan where you can get it fixed or replaced for up to 5 years and that was reasonably priced. Two, I like the design of the couch. For 2000$, I better. Ha. All in all, I'd say skip it and just order off of Wayfair. UPDATE. Nowwwww, they also have decided that we have to wait until mid July for shipping. Even thought we were specifically told that it would arrive in 5-6 business days. I've already emailed corporate, called multiple times and am receiving NO help from these people. What. A. Nightmare.

Purchase from anyone but Ashley: Order 3/18 received two separate packages no hardware, spoke with representative said they would said hardware but would take 7-10 takes, receive it 2 weeks after and hardware was still missing. I have now had this furniture that I cannot even use or build due to lack of customer care and support from your company I cannot wait another 2 weeks hoping to possible receive everything needed to build. Had to pay $99 for delivery of a box spring that requires no assembly yet for this night mare no assistance is being offered. I'm extremely frustrated and unhappy. My other order had two pieces with missing parts finally after multiple attempts and deliveries over a month later received the necessary parts

I placed an order for 2 tables on 2/23 over the phone with Mesquite store. They sent me an invoice, I signed and agreed to the invoice and paid in full on 2/23. 2 weeks later they call and want another $157 from me. Said they made mistake on the delivery charge, made another mistake on the protection plan, and made a mistake on the price of one of the tables. I would not agree to the additional charges, they came back with another price, and I did not agree to that either. I told them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. So I came in and met George amazing sales man. But had to leave due to some personal stuff. But I later came in to look for him to purchased a mattress so a young lady name ofelia at the front desk attended me I took her to the mattress that I wanted to buy she fill paperwork but I felt so rush by this lady look she was in a rush did not let me ask my question. Then when I ask Ill be coming back some other time, she grabs her stuff and leaves just like nothing ever happened . I was shook never have I had this EXPERIENCE!

Buying at Ashley was okay. It took a very, very long time, but our salesperson was nice. He was very insistent about buying the warranty for care and cleaning, so we went for it. Now, a year later we have a large stain and the couch has taken some wear. I submitted a claim to Platinum Warranty Services by phone. I had to send a minimum of 3 pictures by email, including the tag under the couch. They never responded to my email. It took me following up 3 times to get a response, when they told me they left me a voicemail. I called back and they told me my claim was denied because it was out of the 30-day window. They took no responsibility for their delay in responding to my email, because "that's not their process." I asked to cancel and they said someone would call me in 2-3 business days. I'm furious. I'll never shop Ashley again, and I'll be sure to discourage everyone I talk to from buying a warranty. Shame on me for thinking they'd follow through.

DON'T BUY! POOR Quality! Platinum Furniture Protection is a rip off. I spent $2300 on a sectional couch from Ashley HomeStore less than three years ago. I also bought the additional warranty. The back cushion is ripping away from the frame so I called to have it repaired the same day that I noticed the damage. When I called the warranty company they said they did not repair seams, pet damage, or structural damage. I am a widow and I live by myself. My entire house is light gray and white and it does not even get dirty, so I am certain that I did not destroy my couch; therefore, I know that either the couch is a lemon or Ashley Furniture is VERY, VERY low quality. In addition, Ashley Homestore misinforms the customers about the warranty they offer. Please do not buy this furniture but if you decide to make a purchase, don't waste your money on the warranty. You will need it for repairs in a couple of years.

Unless you can get same day delivery, I would stay away from this franchise in Dallas (owned by same family / individuals). We bought $10,000 worth of furniture - they made us come in 7 times to make changes, had us wait (and still waiting) for 6 weeks. And then keep nickel and diming us every week for an extra $50/$100 for partial delivery. If we don't do partial, then while we wait for entire delivery, the warehouse will give away our furniture to other people. Overall terrible experience. Awful staff. Few people with decent customer service skills but overall pretty bad. Stay away unless you're buying something small with same day pick up. Not reliable people here.

Got my couch here.. And love it..love it..love it. Just wish they had a in stock store option. Had to wait 2 weeks for my couch but i am very happy i went here. The staff is nice and the store is loaded with nice Furniture (which if you buy, will have to be shipped in). Sucks, U cant just walk in and leave with a couch but it was worth the wait for me..

Great sales staff!! They know their product and led me to exactly what I needed. No oversell job either. Delivery was set up for 9 am to 1 pm. They showed up at 9:20 am and were gone almost as fast. Way good customer service. There's a six week wait to get a couch so plan for that. It's because they make the furniture per order. You aren't receiving something that's been sitting around in a Texas warehouse for five years or better like the dump. Worth what you pay and the prices are reasonable.

Great furniture

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Ofelia Aguilar. She was very courteous and paid very close attention to all the needs and wants of my husband and I. We will definitely be making any future purchases from Ashley's with her.

Nice to have a furniture store in Corsicana. Good inventory for a smaller store and the employees are good to work with. Ordered several items and they came in earlier than anticipated. They helped me load everything and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Note: Ashley's does a protection plan for items. If you don't use it, you get it back. That was a nice surprise, as I forgot about it! They can look it up for you, if you aren't sure if you have it!

The customer service is non existent at this location. There were several associates in the store and not one person greeted or acknowledged me or asked if I needed any assistance. Their lost I will spend my $$$ elsewhere to furnish my new home.

My fiance and I were there yesterday and made our selection pretty quickly and Raul and the rest of the staff were very helpful in the transaction. We got home and realized it was going to be too close of a fit for comfort. No matter how many times I measured, I just couldn't get any more inches out of the space. I didn't want to risk it not being able to work with our living room, so I called Raul today and told him the issue. We went over a few options and I went back to the store and found a sectional that would work, with the layout that i wanted. They cancelled the original order and got me what i wanted with no hassle. Can't wait to get it. Will update once we recieve the product, but so far very pleased with the experience.
