Wonderful, quick and very knowledgeable
The customer service in the store was wonderful but although we were assured our order would be complete and in the warehouse by 6/28th, it's still trickling in. Major frustration and inconvenience. I've been in a house without a bed for a month and we've been without living room sofas just as long...HOPING we'll really get the last of the order by 7/27th which is the latest revised delivery date.🤞

Roy, the GSM was very professional and knowledgeable in a calm , friendly manner. We were very appreciative that he explained in depth how their extended warranty is truly superior to many other furniture retailers…plus you actually receive that in writing vs. just hearing promises. We were grateful for his help and even arranged for delivery that will fit perfectly with the schedule we needed.
