Recent Experience at Ashley Furniture in Del Rio, TX If you’re like most people in Del Rio, your first instinct is to make the drive to San Antonio for major purchases... don't waste the gas! I fall into a category beyond standard restlessness. I am a diagnosed insomniac, and without medication, I will stay awake all night. Anyone who has carried heavy experiences home from the military (or anywhere else) knows the toll it takes on your nervous system. We all have our reasons why rest sometimes feels impossible to find. When I walked into the Ashley store in town, I ended up investing in a full Tempur-Pedic system. The mattress and the smart pro base (sleep tracking, massage features, TV presets...the works). While waiting about a week for delivery, I started out using just the Tempur-Pedic pillow included same-day with the purchase. That first night using only the pillow gave me better rest than I’d had in months. When the full bed arrived, it reminded me of an old lesson from my military days... even positive change comes with an adjustment period. Leaders always reminded us as we returned from deployments that transitioning to something good can still feel uncomfortable at first. Night one on the new mattress wasn't the best... but I reminded myself that I was in the adjustment phase. By nights two and three, things began to shift. Several nights in, I was having the best, deepest sleep I’ve experienced in at least 15 years. What really makes this store stand out is the leadership and staff. The owner, Ryan, runs a first-rate operation. There was zero pressure from the sales team. It’s obvious this store prioritizes training their staff to educate customers so YOU can make the right call for your own needs. Another key point... Tempur-Pedic pricing is set across the board, so there is zero reason to leave town. You can work hard, hit the gym, and eat healthy, but none of it matters if you can't sleep. The local Ashley store has you covered. Okay, last thing! I included a screenshot from the app that shows last night's Sleep Score. Pretty good huh? And it'll only get better from there!
