I'm in the same situation as another reviewer. I understand that there are shortages and such, but c'mon. Ordered and paid in full for a storage bench in December 2021 and was told that it would be available in February 2022. Called in February to check the status, was told it would be available in April. Called in April and was told it would be available in June. Called mid-June and was told it would not be available until September. ENOUGH!!! Don't offer a piece of furniture for sale and not have it available, especially when I paid up front and in full. Looked on Amazon and found a comparable storage bench for $100 less. the only reason I gave them 2 stars is due to the outstanding customer service that somewhat made up for the other issues. EDIT dropped to one star. After contacting Ashley furniture and physically going to the store to cancel the order, I was told that there would be a 30% restocking fee if I cancelled the order. WHAT?!? How in the world are you going to have the audacity to charge me a restocking fee for something that you don't have in stock?!? Demanded to talk with the manager. Representative went to find the manager and then returned stating that "Since it's been so long on order, the manager will waive the restocking fee this time". Manager didn't even have the courage to face me personally and state this. Charging a restocking fee for something that isn't even in stock....SMH

I ordered furniture in April and was told 6 weeks for delivery. In May I was told it would arrive in June. At the end of May I was told my furniture would be delivered the second week of July. At the end of June I was told it would arrive in August. Now second week of July I’m being told it will arrive in September. I paid $7,000 out of the $8,000 already and the sales people could not care less.
