Came to Eagle Pass Ashley Furniture Store for my son’s graduation gift. He wanted a bed Susy Solano, Joe and Elsa deserves a raise. Amazing customer service…

Visited Eagle pass for the weekend and stopped by to view some furniture; Noe Rocha has amazing customer service! He gave me the best deals suitable to my situation, and even moved stuff around to match the items I wanted. I even called a couple weeks later questioning the purchase, and he took the time to break everything into detail and reassured me of my purchase! Amazing salesman!

The warranty offered for the couches is a joke. We’ve had issues with our couches since purchase and today a technician came out after probably a year of waiting just to find out they sent us the wrong part. So we are playing the waiting game again. Don’t waste your time.

Purchased a bed and mattress for my son, at the end of January , price was decent but now it’s the middle of February and we can’t get no explanation on why it takes nearly a month to receive mattress and a box springs???? To get the payment from us is very easy but mngt has no explanation on why or where the bed is coming from🤷🏻‍♂️ But when we call Ashley furniture mngr seems to be in lunch all the time or never in the office

Very friendly staff. They have nice furniture a little over priced when compared to other furniture stores. The Ashley in Eagle Pass though had very nice sales people and very good deals for black friday. I caught a $500 discount on bunk beds for the kids.

JOE GONZALEZ, is a genuine consultant, he listened to my needs and answered my questions DIRECTLY. Even if it was an answer that carried a "negative" connotation along with it, he stated the truth. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and he believed in the products he was informing us about. Lets be honest for a second, I was going to purchase a mattress on amazon prime it had astounding reviews and it was $700. I would have never had to leave my house and the mattress had over 1000 reviews with a 4.5 star rating. It sounded so amazing, BUT after speaking with Joe I am so glad I made my purchase at Ashley's! Three things I can assure you: 1. You guys at this store, and Ashley's in general, have made a LIFETIME CUSTOMER of me. 2. I will refer anyone and everyone to this location preferably with Joe but I can't say anyone else we met there was unpleasant at all! 3. If I had to make a choice to spend $3800.00 or $700 again it would not even be a decision. I would happily open my wallet to Ashley's in Eagle Pass, Texas again. Thanks! Grant and Ana
